Abstract:

Il presente studio ha lo scopo di illustrare le tre facoltà speciali concesse dal Sommo Pontefice alla Congregazione per il Clero, al fine di procedere, in via amministrativa, alla riduzione allo stato laicale dei chierici che si trovano in situazione irregolare. Tali facoltà sono gli strumenti di cui possono servirsi tutti gli Ordinari (diocesani e religiosi), nei casi dove appare chiara una violazione della legge da parte del chierico e quando l’interessato non intende chiedere, in via graziosa, la dispensa dagli obblighi che derivano dall’Ordine Sacro. Le facoltà sono state concesse anzitutto le situazioni dove non è possibile, o non è conveniente, procedere per le vie già previste dalla legge. La competente Congregazione ha elaborato gli schemi che illustrano la procedura che ogni Ordinario deve seguire prima di presentare i singoli casi alla Sede Apostolica (cf. allegato). Il contenuto puntualizza innanzitutto le procedure, presentando, con indicazioni pratiche ed esplicative, l’applicazione delle norme particolari, specie a livello locale, prima della presentazione dei casi alla Sede Apostolica.

Abstract:

La Chiesa ha ricevuto da Cristo la missione di insegnare la sua dottrina a tutte le nazioni. Oggi possiamo avvalerci del’impiego dei mezzi di comunicazione sociale, tra quali, la radio e la televisione sono quelli che hanno la maggior influenza sull’uomo. In base a questo, la Chiesa, oggi, utilizza questi mezzi nella sua missione di evangelizzazione. Nell’articolo si mostrano prima le competenze dei vescovi nella questione della partecipazione a trasmissioni televisive e radiofoniche di chierici e religiosi per la divulgazione dell’insegnamento cristiano attraverso questi mezzi, conferite loro dal Codice del 1983. Successivamente, si sofferma sui compiti dei vescovi polacchi in riferimento ai permessi concessi ai chierici, religiosi e laici, sulla questione della partecipazione in programmi radio-televisivi.

Abstract:

La conferenza intende illustrare le cause e la procedura per le quali un chierico possa essere colpito con la pena di dimissione dallo stato clericale. Le cause sono la commissione da parte dello stesso di delitti gravi, descritti nel motu proprio Sacramentorum sanctitatis tutela di Giovanni Paolo II del 30 aprile 2001, in cui sono state, a distanza di nove anni, apportate delle modifiche sia per quanto riguarda le norme sostanziali, che procedurali. Tali modifiche vengono descritte nella prima parte della Conferenza. Queste nuove Norme sui “Delitti Riservati”, approvate da Papa Benedetto XVI il 21 maggio 2010, sono state pubblicate il 15 luglio 2010. Il testo in parola, che tratta dei delitti riservati alla competenza esclusiva della Congregazione per la Dottrina della Fede, contiene le Norme Sostanziali (artt. 1-7) e quelle Processuali (artt. 8-31) ed è stato il punto di riferimento per presentare le cause e la procedura che il predetto Dicastero osserva nel giudicare i casi di delicta reservata. A queste Norme si aggiunge anche una lunga prassi del Dicastero nel trattare simili casi. Per la commissione di questi gravi delitti (ad esempio: contro la fede, i Sacramenti dell’Eucaristia e della Penitenza, nonché contro la morale, specialmente l’abuso sessuale di minori), i chierici colpevoli, secondo la gravità del crimine da loro commesso, possono essere puniti anche con il massimo della pena, ovvero con la dimissione dallo stato clericale o la deposizione. Nella seconda parte della Conferenza viene esposta la procedura seguita dalla Congregazione nei casi di delicta reservata e le relative possibili soluzioni, esaminando i singoli casi. Il chierico accusato di aver commesso un grave delitto come, ad esempio, l’abusosessuale di minore, può, una volta accertatane la colpevolezza e ricorrendo gli estremidi cui all’art. 21 delle Normae, essere dimesso dallo stato clericale sia tramite la viagiudiziale sia anche percorrendo le vie alternative del processo amministrativo o dellapresentazione diretta delcaso al Romano Pontefice. In quest’ultima ipotesi il casoviene presentato al Santo Padre con il previo voto favorevole della Congregazione,motivando la richiesta dell’inflizione della succitata pena con la dicitura “pro bono Ecclesiae“ oppure, per i casi particolarmente gravi, “in poenam”. In via graziosa è contemplata anche la dispensa dagli obblighi che derivano dall’Ordine Sacro, inclusoil celibato, a seguito di supplice istanza dell’oratore-reo. La Conferenza si conclude con il richiamo ai due canoni 292-293 CIC che determinano la situazione canonica dei chierici che hanno perso lo stato clericale.

Il Concilio Vaticano II costituisce lo spartiacque storico tra due epoche: quella preconciliare dominata dalla visione della Chiesa come societas perfecta inæqualis e dalla conseguente costruzione del rapporto laico/chierico in termini di subordinazione/sovraordinazione e quella post-conciliare nella quale matura l’idea della corresponsabilità e partecipazione di tutti i battezzati - siano essi chierici, laici o religiosi - nell’edificazione del Corpo di Cristo. Gli apporti della dottrina conciliare sono stati trasfusi in termini giuridici nel Codex del 1983 che pone al centro del (nuovo) diritto costituzionale canonico il principio di uguaglianza specificato dal principio di varietà: tutti i fedeli sono eguali nella dignità e nell’azione godendo dei medesimi diritti e doveri ma ognuno di essi è chiamato a partecipare alla missione della Chiesa con uno specifico ruolo determinato dalla rispettiva vocazione e condizione. Dopo aver dato conto del mutamento di indirizzo tra il Codice del 1917 e la nuova codificazione canonica, il presente contributo si sofferma sull’evoluzione della concezione del laicato nel post- Concilio con particolare attenzione ad alcuni documenti pubblicati nel corso degli ultimi tre pontificati sottolineandosene il contributo decisivo sia quanto all’interpretazione, arricchimento e sviluppo dei principi conciliari sia quanto all’applicazione concreta delle norme codiciali.

Nel Decretum di Graziano trovarono accoglienza alcuni testi (per la maggior parte scritti di Agostino di Ippona e di Gregorio Magno e canoni conciliari del VI e del VII secolo) che trattavano il tema della correzione del clero regolare e secolare da parte del superiore gerarchico, in special modo del vescovo e dell’abate. All’interno di una diocesi, infatti, il vescovo era chiamato in prima persona a intervenire per controllare i chierici sottoposti alla sua autorità. Lo stesso valeva per l’abate nel monastero che reggeva.Quali erano gli strumenti a loro disposizione per condurre verso l’emenda chi avesse dato segni e compiuto gesti classificabili come indisciplina? Sicuramente ammonire, esortare o addirittura minacciare erano le prime strade da percorrere. Tuttavia, per quanto fossero autorevoli tali moniti, rischiavano di rimanere ignorati in mancanza di strumenti che li rendessero efficaci. La liceità e le modalità di esercizio dell’uso della violenza fisica quale strumento di correzione e punizione – comunemente accettato a tutti i livelli della società, dato che peraltro era raccomandato anche dalle Scritture –, non emergevano tuttavia in modo perspicuo dalla lettura dei capitoli grazianei. Infatti, a fronte del riconoscimento operato da alcuni di essi, altri sembravano guardarvi con titubanza e porvi limiti, se non addirittura divieti, poiché non era conveniente che uomini di Chiesa adoperassero tali mezzi o di tali mezzi fossero i destinatari. Un capitolo, in particolare, costituiva un serio ostacolo all’impiego della forza a fini disciplinari. Si trattava di un testo più tardo (almeno nella sua formulazione definitiva), cioè il celebre can. 15 (Si quis suadente) del II Concilio lateranense del 1139, che introducendo l’intangibilità fisica delle persone consacrate – pena la scomunica – ammantava la figura del chierico di un’aura di sacralità che pareva rendere assai difficile per il superiore avvalersi dei tradizionali strumenti 'educativi'. Tuttavia, numerose decretali successive (di Alessandro III, Celestino III, Innocenzo III e Gregorio IX) implementarono la materia, prevedendo una serie di eccezioni al cd. privilegium canonis. Si sollevavano così dal rischio di incorrere nella scomunica coloro che esercitavano verso i loro sottoposti una legittima potestà, che si poteva articolare pertanto anche nell’impiego della coercizione fisica. La scienza giuridica canonistica, da parte sua, svolgeva il fondamentale compito di coordinare tra loro le diverse fonti, soprattutto interpretando i testi del Decretum grazianeo alla luce dello ius novum di emanazione pontificia, cercando di definire con chiarezza i limiti, le modalità e la portata dei poteri di correzione dei soggetti che erano quindi pienamente legittimati a intervenire verso chierici e monaci per contenere la loro immoralità, distoglierli dalla propensione al peccato e contrastarne la disobbedienza e l’indisciplina.

Riassunto Numerosi chierici tedeschi tentarono la loro fortuna nella ricerca di benefici presso la chiesa romana, il maggiore datore di lavoro nel tardo medioevo, ricorrendo all’aiuto del papa a Roma. Le tracce che hanno lasciato nell’Archivio Segreto Vaticano sono raccolte nel „Repertorium Germanicum“ (RG) e nel „Repertorium Poenitentiariae Germanicum“ (RPG), nonché nella banca dati dell’Istituto Storico Germanico, dove possono essere consultati agevolmente. Insieme con le fonti, conservate negli archivi al di là delle Alpi, questi documenti formano talvolta un biogramma, permettendo così degli approfondimenti sulla provenienza di determinate persone, sulla loro carriera in Germania e presso la curia, sulla loro rete di contatti, come pure sul loro patrimonio di cui disponevano. Per Johannes Buren di Fritzlar (ca. 1467–1524) si dispone di una tale densa documentazione.

Sumur yang telah diproduksikan fluida reservoirnya, sehubungan dengan perjalanan waktu lamanya produksi sumur tersebut, sudah dipastikan laju produksinya akan berkurang, hal ini disebabkan salah satu parameternya adalah turunnya tekanan reservoir. Tekanan reservoir mempunyai peranan aktif untuk mendorong fluida dari reservoir kepermukaan. Banyak cara yang telah dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Tekanan reservoir antara lain dengan menginjeksikan air kelapangan minyak tersebut melalui sumur injeksi, hal ini terkenal dengan istilah water Flooding. Dan pada penelitian ini untuk mempertahankan tekanan reservoir suatu sumur adalah dengan melakukan produksi sumur tersebut dibawah laju aliran kritis. Untuk mendapatkan laju alir kritis dan menetukan panjang interval perforasi suatu sumur dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan beberapa metode. Antara lain yaitu metode Chaperon, Chierici, Meyer, Gardner and Pirson. Sebagai aplikasi dari penelitian ini diambil data sumur Ratu dilapangan Kinantan yang merupakan salah satu lapangan minyak di daerah Riau.

En este artículo se presentan los resultados de un amplio estudio realizado en la basílica de San Lorenzo Maggiore de Milán, que ha tenido como objeto analizar la historia del edificio. El conjunto arquitectónico fue excavado sin control arqueológico en el curso de la restauración realizada por G. Chierici en los años 1936-1943, por lo que ha sido necesario diseñar una estrategia compleja que permitiese la revisión de la secuencia constructiva, recurriendo a análisis arqueológicos y arqueométricos. Para llevar a cabo esta labor se ha realizado una lectura estratigráfica de los paramentos conservados, un estudio de los materiales constructivos empleados, un análisis de las dimensiones de los ladrillos y una caracterización petrográfica de las argamasas utilizadas. Se han obtenido, asimismo, nuevas dataciones a través de la técnica del radiocarbono y de la termoluminiscencia. A partir de estos estudios se ha realizado una revisión de la historia del edificio desde período tardoantiguo hasta el medieval.

L’autore di quest’articolo richiama la nostra attenzione sulla terminologia che si usava per descrivere il servizio dei superiori istituiti dagli Apostoli nelle prime comunita cristiane: episcopi, presbiteri, diaconi, praepositi. All'inizio non si usavano le parole hiereus e sacerdos. Tale terminologia appare gia in Didache e, poi, negli scritti dei Padri della Chiesa sia nelPOriente che nelPOccidente: da Clemente Romano, Ignazio da Antiochia, Policarpo, Clemente d’Alessandria, Cipriano, Ippolito Romano, Origene, Giovanni Crisostomo, Ambrogio, Agostino. II servizio di „superiori della Chiesa” consisteva nella predicazione del Vangelo, nella celebrazione di liturgie e nella guida di tutta la vita religiosa della comunita e di disciplina secondo le regole della Chiesa. In questo periodo si forma l'ordo clericorum nel quale si entrava tramite l'ordinazione (ordinatio episcopi, presbiteri, diaconi). Con i vescovi che erano al giuda delle Chiese locali, nell'adempimento alla loro missione, collaboravano presbiteri e diaconi, formando il consiglio ecclesiale. I chierici di gradi inferiori (ordines minores) erano al servizio di vescovi e di tutta la comunita dei credenti.

Riassunto Il contributo indaga i rapporti tra il notariato pubblico nella provincia ecclesiastica di Salisburgo e la curia papale a Roma su tre piani, quello dei diplomi notarili spediti dalla provincia ecclesiastica di Salisburgo a Roma o viceversa; delle pratiche personali seguite da diversi notai di Salisburgo presso la curia; dei notai della provincia ecclesiastica di Salisburgo che si recavano di persona a Roma. In questo contesto si considerano da una parte i documenti tramandati a livello regionale, dall’altra parte le voci nel „Repertorium Germanicum“ che vi si ricollegano. Emerge che i notai pubblici contribuivano, con il rilascio di deleghe e procure, in maniera fondamentale al funzionamento delle pratiche delegate. A Roma stessa si poteva ottenere l’autorizzazione di operare come notaio papale o imperiale, e questa strada fu scelta anche da chierici provenienti dalla regione di Salisburgo. I notai che a Roma riuscirono ad ampliare il mandato imperiale con quello papale, aggiunsero alla loro sigla talvolta due chiavi decussate – un motivo che veniva utilizzato di frequente dai notai autorizzati dal papa.

Abstract:

The latter half of the nineteenth century witnessed the establishment of prehistoric archaeology as a scientific discipline in Italy, as well as the founding of the Italian nation state. Evolutionism, positivism, and a sense of national identity informed prehistoric research and the activities of individuals, such as Strobel, Pigorini, and Chierici, who are regarded today as the founding fathers of Italian prehistory. It is in this dynamic cultural and political climate that the civic museums of Reggio Emilia, Modena, and Bologna were created, both as a response to intense local archaeological activity and in reaction to the centralizing structure of the newly formed kingdom of Italy. These civic museums were among the first museums of prehistory in Italy and the products of the cultural and political climate of late nineteenth-century Europe. This article explores the circumstances surrounding the foundation of these museums and considers how the work of the first prehistorians and the museums' own histories, as civic and cultural institutions, continues to affect their role and management in the present.

Abstract:

La pena della dimissione dallo stato clericale è la pena espiatoria, massima per i chierici ai quali soltanto può essere applicata. E la pena perpetua per la sua natura. Può essere irrogata mediante processo giudiziario o per mezzo di procedimento amministrativo salvo sempre il diritto di difesa. Può essere comminata nei casi previsti dalla legge universale, cioè: 1) l’apostasia, l’eresia e lo scisma, con prolungata o grave scandalo; 2) la profanazione delle specie consacrate; 3) la consacrazione a scopo sacrilego di una materia senza l’altra nella celebrazione eucaristica o anche di entrambe fuori della celebrazione eucaristica; 4) la violenza fisica contro il Sommo Pontefice; 5) la sollecitazione; 6) il matrimonio anche solo civile con contumacia; 7) il concubinato con contumacia; 8) gli atti contro il sesto precetto del Decalogo fatti con violenza, o minacce, o pubblicamente, o con minori al di sotto dei diciotto anni. E prevista alla Congregazione per il Clero come facoltà speciale di intervenire ai sensi del can. 1399 CIC. In tutti i casi la pena è facoltativa. Tale pena comporta la perdita dei diritti propri dello stato clericale, degli onori e degli uffici ecclesiastici.

Il complesso di scritture inedite riconducibili all'amministrazione del patrimonio immobiliare di S. Nicolò l'Arena è oggetto d'indagine per un duplice scopo. Innanzitutto approfondire il tema delle modalità di gestione dei beni monastici di dotazione dal peculiare angolo di visuale dei contratti a lungo termine: i fondi meno pregiati, per cui si richiedono specifiche opere di trasformazione, sono affidati a conduttori volenterosi tramite contratti agrari migliorativi tra i più diffusi nella prassi negoziale siciliana, quali enfiteusi o censi. Di alcuni di essi, presi come esemplari, si esamina poi la caratura tecnico giuridica dell'impianto formulare in rapporto alle qualifiche e alla professionalità dei rispettivi notai roganti. Non si tralascia inoltre e viene esplicitato, nel quadro normativo generale della Chiesa e dell'Impero, il ruolo eminente del diritto particolare del Regnum Siciliae, vigente nel territorio come diritto positivo.

Abstract:

Born in Rovereto in the North of Italy during the Risorgimento, and a student at Padua, Vienna and Rome, Orsi is best known for his work in Sicily from 1888 onwards, as inspector and then director of the Syracuse museum. His long and distinguished career began with research in the Trentino where he studied the antiquities of all periods, and his first publication (the first of over 300) appeared in I 878. The Italian archaeological establishment, and prehistorians such as Pigorini, Chierici and Strobel, soon became aware of Orsi's tireless ability as a fieldworker and scholar in his home area. His stratigraphic excavations in the rock-shelter of Colombo di Mori in 1881, his particular interest in prehistory and his early three-fold division of the North Italian Neolithic in 1882 were notable and clearly marked the beginning of systematic research in the Trentino. Orsi became a regular contributor to the Bullettino di Paletnologia Italiana from 1882 and later other journals such as the Monumenti Antichi and the Notizie degli Scavi of the Accademia dei Lincei widely publicized his discoveries in Sicily. By 1893 the editors of the American Journal of Archaeology had drawn attention to his 'immense activity in Sicily , . . By his means Sicily is becoming the part of Italy where the most interesting excavations are being carried on' (293).

Abstract:

Introduction. In the music of the late twentieth century the realization of the creative potential of performers is rarely limited with the framework of direction which was chosen in the beginning of career. The field of the academic music may be too narrow for the artist, but this does not mean a definitive departure from this area. The life and performances of Italian singer, actress and composer Daisy Lumini (1936–1993) could be considered as one of the examples of the twentieth century “variability” of the artist’s way. She developed from a graduate of the Conservatory to a pop star and a cabaret singer, from a medieval folklore performer to an interpreter of contemporary academic music. Daisy Lumini’s unique performing experience led her to collaborate with Italian composers of the late twentieth century. Theoretical background. The extraordinary personality of Daisy Lumini received a certain resonance in the European press. High historical value is the biographical essay “Daisy e la musica. Una grande e tragica storia” (2019) by Chiara Ferrari, based on the memories of Beppe Chierici. Daisy Lumini and her works are mentioned in digest “The Singer-Songwriter in Europe: Paradigms, Politics and Place” (2016) and in Jacopo Tomatis’s “Storia culturale della canzone italiana” (2019). The purpose of this paper is to reveal the specifics of the interaction of the composer and performer in the post-avant-garde music based on the creative collaboration of Daisy Lumini and Italian composers of the late twentieth century (Franco Mannino, Luciano Berio, Salvatore Sciarrino). This study requires the use of analytical, style and performing methods of scientific research. Results of the research. Daisy Lumini’s singing style has implicated using a lot of types of intonational practices which is usually associated with the mass twentieth century culture (including pop songs, folk music, cabaret aesthetic etc.). Nevertheless, she had started her musician career with getting education (as a composer and pianist) in totally academic environment in Luigi Cherubini Conservatory (Florence, Italy). Being a daughter of the Florentine painter Vasco Lumini, Daisy Lumini had would be able to continue a calm and comfortable existence in Florence. However, after she had been graduated from the Conservatory in late 1950s she decided to change her life vector, moved to Rome, started her activity as a cantautrice (female singer-songwriter) and produced her first singles. During this period, Lumini found success in collaboration with lyric writer Aldo Alberini and well-known Italian singers Mina Mazzini and Claudio Villa. Along with traditional vocal techniques, Lumini used the whistling technique, due to which she got the nickname “l’usignolo di Firenze” (“the Florentine nightingale”) and was invited by Ennio Morricone to whistle in the soundtrack of Lina Wertmüller’s “I Basilischi” (“The Lizards”, 1963). In 1960s a work in Gianni Bongiovanni’s Derby Club Cabaret (Milan) and a collaboration with the RCA (Radio Corporation of America) turned into the fields of Lumini’s creative activity. The acquaintanceship with Beppe Chierici, an actor, who would become her husband, lead to a new “folklore” stage of Lumini’s career. As a result of careful research of Italian folk music founded on the materials of Conservatory Santa Cecilia Library (Rome), the singer together with Beppe Chierici had produced several musical performances in the aesthetics of poor theater based on the Tuscan and Piedmontese songs of the XV–XIX centuries, as well as the Songs of Minstrels album based on the texts of the XII–XIV centuries. There was DaisyLumini’s gradual return to the environment of academic music in 1970s. Singer’s friendly communication with conductor Gianluigi Gelmetti, composers Franco Mannino, Domenico Guaccero and others, who represented Santa Cecilia Conservatory, has resulted in a number of creative collaborations. In 1973, even being immersed in ethnographic research, Daisy Lumini performed as mezzo-soprano in Franco Mannino’s “Il diavolo in giardino”. Another milestone in Daisy Lumini’s work became 1982, when director Roberto Scaparro invited the singer to participate in the Italian premiere of Luciano Berio’s “La vera storia”. In the opera, which is a creative reinterpretation of Verdi’s “Troubadour”, Daisy Lumini played the role of one of the cantastorie – singing storytellers or narrators describing and commenting events of the plot. Daisy Lumini achieved a real success as a performer of the post-avant-garde music in the 1980s, in collaboration with Salvatore Sciarrino. Daisy Lumini has premiered a great number of his chamber works, such as “Efebo con Radio”, “Canto degli specchi”, “Vanitas”, “Lohengrin” and some others. Conclusions. Although Daisy Lumini is an individual case, the phenomena and strategies discussed here may turn out to be symptomatic for contemporary music practice. Performers may rarely allow themselves to remain within the same intonational practice in the contemporary music art. It is especially important if it comes to the first performing of the post-avant-garde music that requires a certain congeniality of the performer and the author. The interaction of the composer and the performer is often a factor affecting the creation of a musical work at all stages, from the appearance of an idea for a premiere performance. The musician with a rich life experience and wide range of performing techniques may be considered as the co-author of the score.

Abstract:

The article deals with the problem of adequate interpretation of core relative phase permeabilities and the use of the LET-model in application to this problem. Some existing analytical dependencies for the interpretation of laboratory studies of the OFP are briefly analyzed: the Corey model, the Sigmund and McCaffery model, the Chierici model, the LET-model. The advantage of the LET-model and the high evaluation of this model in independent studies of the authors are described. In the process of preliminary analysis, the authors of the article revealed that the non-trivial issue of determining the adjustable coefficients of the model using mathematical methods was not sufficiently covered, which became the central object of the work. Further, the application of the LET-model is formalized and the methodology for determining the adjustable coefficients of the model (L, E and T) is described. The task of selecting model parameters is interpreted as a multidimensional optimization problem. Also, a class of nonlinear least squares methods was defined to solve the problem. Several common numerical optimization methods for selecting the coefficients of the model are considered: the brute-force search method, the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm method, the trust region method. Computational experiments were carried out to assess their applicability and comparative analysis of optimization algorithms. Based on the results of the experiments, it was concluded that the method of confidence domains is suitable for practical application, since they converge to the optimal solution quickly enough and demonstrates high accuracy in the selection of coefficients L, E, T. The final part of the article demonstrates the difference between the LET-model and the basic Corey model when approximating core relative phase permeabilities.

Abstract:

L’articolo presenta il problema del delitto più grave consistente nella registrazione o nella divulgazione con i mezzi di comunicazione sociale delle cose che vengono dette dal confessore o dal penitente. Inizialmente l’articolo illustra l’evoluzione della problematica nel diritto canonico. Nel diritto canonico ci sono tre simili regolazioni riguardanti questo problema (anno 1973, 1988 e 2010). La legge del 2010 – ultima regolazione – stabilisce che Congregazione per la Dottrina della Fede è riservato il delitto più grave consistente nella registrazione, fatta con qualunque mezzo tecnico, o nella divulgazione con i mezzi di comunicazione sociale svolta con malizia, delle cose che vengono dette dal confessore o dal penitente nella confessione sacramentale, vera o falsa. Colui che commette questo delitto, sia punito secondo la gravità del crimine, non esclusa la dimissione o la deposizione, se è un chierico. Dall’altra parte l’articolo presenta le considerazioni sul tema di interpretazione di verbo latino captare. Negli studi canonici troviamo trattate due ipotesi sul tema questo verbo. Alcuni canonisti dicono che captare significa registrare, altri spiegano che captare significa captazione. L’autore ha considerato le conseguenze pastorali riguardanti questa problematica.

Introdução- A abordagem sobre a fosfoetanolamina sintética (Pho-s) diz respeito à morte das células causadoras do câncer. O papel da enfermagem envolve perceber do paciente significados de mudanças de valores, crenças e atitudes. Método – pesquisa documental de abordagem qualitativa, exploratória - descritiva retrospectiva mediante entrevistas e sessões televisionadas da câmara do senado e deputados, além de matérias jornalísticas documentais e orais, com a utilização de plataforma online. Resultados - O processo de discussão se iniciou com o químico Gilberto Chierice, quando desenvolveu a substância nos anos 1980. A partir de acontecimentos com a Pho-s, como a distribuição sem estudos clínicos comprovados, a discussão foi levada aos tribunais até receber atenção dos parlamentares federais, com isso, avançou para meios jurídicos onde uma comissão foi organizada para se discutir sobre. O projeto foi aprovado pelos deputados federais, autorizando o uso e produção da Pho-s. No entanto, no mesmo ano o STF suspendeu a lei votada no Senado por precisão de uma análise clínica mais aprofundada. Discussão – para correlacionar o quadro complexo do câncer é utilizado a pirâmide das necessidades básicas, Teoria Wanda Horta. Com a disfunção fisiológica ocorrida manifestação do câncer a parte fisiológica fica comprometida e assim a base da pirâmide fica comprometida. A enfermagem tem um papel importante nesse processo, restabelecendo o equilíbrio do indivíduo e a restauração da parte fisiológica. Considerações finais - o papel da equipe multiprofissional para atender as demandas dos pacientes oncológicos é de grande valia para a recuperação do paciente.

Summary The determination of residual gas saturation in gas reservoirs from long spontaneous and forced-imbibition tests is addressed in this paper. It is customarily assumed that when a gas reservoir is overlaying an aquifer, water will imbibe into the gas-saturated zone with the onset of gas production. The process of gas displacement by water will lead to forced imbibition in areas of high drawdown and spontaneous imbibition in areas of low drawdown. It is further assumed that in the bulk of the reservoir, spontaneous imbibition will prevail and the reservoir will be water-wet. A final assumption is that the gas behaves as an incompressible fluid. All these assumptions are challenged in this paper. A series of experiments is presented in which it is demonstrated that the residual gas saturation obtained by a short imbibition test is not necessarily the correct residual gas saturation. Imbibition tests by different methods yield very different results, while saturation history and core cleaning also seem to have a strong effect on the determination of residual gas saturation. It was found, in some cases, that the residual gas by spontaneous imbibition was unreasonably high. This was attributed to weak wetting conditions of the core (no water pull by imbibition). It is expected that this work will shed some new light on an old, but not-so-well-understood, topic. Introduction When a porous medium is partially or fully saturated with a nonwetting phase, and a wetting phase is allowed to invade the porous medium, the process is called imbibition. For the problem addressed in this work, the nonwetting phase is assumed to be gas, and the wetting phase is assumed to be the aquifer water. If the medium is dry and the water is imbibing, then the imbibition is primary (Swi=0). If the water is already in the medium, the imbibition is secondary (Swi>0). If there is no driving force other than the affinity to wet, the imbibition is spontaneous. If there is any other positive pressure gradient, the imbibition is called forced. Numerous papers have been written on the subject of residual oil saturation from imbibition, but fewer have been prepared on the subject of residual gas saturation from imbibition. The common perception is that many of the principles that cover oil and gas reservoirs are the same. Agarwal1 addressed the relationship between initial and final gas saturation from an empirical perspective. He worked with 320 imbibition experiments and segmented the database to develop curve fits for common rock classifications. Land2 noted that available data seemed to fit very well to an empirical functional form given asEquation 1 In this model, the only free parameter is the maximum observable trapped nonwetting phase saturation corresponding to Sgr (Sgi=1). This expression does not predict residual phase saturation, only how residual saturation scales with initial saturation. Zhou et al.3 studied the effect of wettability, initial water saturation, and aging time on oil recovery by spontaneous imbibition and waterflooding. A correlation between water wetness and oil recovery by waterflooding and spontaneous imbibition was observed. Geffen et al.4 investigated some factors that affect the residual gas saturation, such as flooding rate, static pressure, temperature, sample size, and saturation conditions before flooding. They found that water imbibition on dry-plug experiments was different from waterflooding experiments with connate water. However, they concluded that the residual gas saturation from the two types of experiments was essentially the same. Keelan and Pugh5 concluded that trapped gas saturation existed after gas displacement by wetting-phase imbibition in carbonate reservoirs. Their experiments showed that the trapped gas varied with initial gas in place and that it was a function of rock type. Fishlock et al.6 investigated the residual gas saturation as a function of pressure. They focused on the mobilization of residual gas by blowdown. Apparently, the trapped gas did not become mobile immediately as it expanded. The gas saturation had to increase appreciably to a critical value for gas remobilization. Tang and Morrow7 introduced the effect of composition on the microscopic displacement efficiency of oil recovery by waterflooding and spontaneous imbibition. They concluded that the cation valency was important to crude/oil/rock interactions. Chierici et al.8 tested whether a reliable value of reserves could be obtained from reservoir past-production performance by analyzing results from six gasfield experiments. They concluded that different gas reservoir aquifer systems could show the same pressure performance in response to a given production schedule. Baldwin and Spinler9 investigated residual oil saturation starting from different initial water saturation using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). They concluded that at low initial water saturation, the presence of a significant waterfront during spontaneous water imbibition indicated that the rate of water transport was less than that of oil. At high initial water saturation, the more uniform saturation change during spontaneous water imbibition indicated that the rate of water transport was greater than that of oil. The pattern of spontaneous imbibition depended on sample wettability, with less effect from frontal movement in less water-wet samples. Pow et al.10 addressed the imbibition of water in fractured gas reservoirs. Field and laboratory information suggested that a large amount of gas was trapped through fast water imbibition through the fractures and premature water breakthrough. The postulation was made that such gas reservoirs would produce this gas if and when the bypassed gas was allowed to flow to the production intervals under capillary-controlled action. The question of whether the rate of imbibition could enhance the production of this trapped gas was raised. Preliminary experiments on full-diameter core pieces showed that the rates of imbibition were extremely slow and that if the different imbibition experiments were performed in full-diameter plugs, the duration of the experiments would be prohibitively long. These experiments formulated the experimental strategy presented in the following sections.

Dasar-dasar taekwondo terdiri dari 5 komponen dasar, yaitu: bagian tubuh sasaran (Keup So), bagian tubuh yang digunakan untuk menyerang atau bertahan, jurus jurus (Seogi), teknik bertahan atau menangkis (Makki), teknik serangan (kongkyok kisul) yang terdiri dari: pukulan (jierugi), tebasan (chigi), tusukan (chierugi), tendangan (chagi). untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan keseimbangan atlet, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan otot tungkai atlet, untuk mengetahui kemampuan tendangan ap chagi atlet warrior di Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Dojang satria Bandar Lampung yang mengumpulkan 20 atlet. data diperoleh setelah menentukan topik masalah, sampel, tes gaya berdiri, tes lompat jauh berdiri, tendangan ap chagi dan pengolahan data.Dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan interpretasi lebih lanjut terhadap hasil analisis data yang telah dikemukakan. Berdasarkan pengujian, analisis menyimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keseimbangan dan kemampuan melakukan ap chagi dengan hitung tabel (0,003 0,621). (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan menendang ap chagi dengan r hitung rtabel (0,051 0,441). (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keseimbangan, power otot tungkai pada tendangan ap chagi dengan r hitung rtabel (0,011 0,642).
