Abstract:
Ngôn ngữ có tầm quan trọng trong việc phản ánh hiện thực cuộc sống, và chiều sâu nội tâm phong phú của con người. Bản thân ngôn ngữ không mang tính chất kì ảo nhưng dưới bàn tay sáng tạo của mình, Nhật Chiêu đã chọn lựa, nhào nặn, tinh luyện để tạo nên ngôn ngữ vô cùng độc đáo khi miêu tả về hình tượng người nữ. Truyện ngắn của Nhật Chiêu thường là một tổ chức ngôn ngữ chứa đựng nhiều từ ngữ độc lạ, các phó từ kết hợp với động từ mạnh, nhân vật nữ miêu tả như một mã kí hiệu phức tạp, được viết tắt và người đọc cần phải giải mã nó. Hướng nghiên cứu của bài viết chủ yếu đưa ra cái nhìn tổng quát của Nhật Chiêu khi xây dựng nhân vật nữ bằng các thủ pháp ngôn ngữ mang tính hiện đại và kì ảo. Nhà văn không chỉ gắn kết các nhân vật nữ thành những mã biểu tượng, để họ cùng tham gia vào sự kiện thể hiện chủ đề của tác phẩm, mà còn phản ánh được sự đa dạng, nhiều chiều trong thế giới tinh thần của họ.

TÓM TẮTMục tiêu: 1. Mô tả đặc điểm hình ảnh các tổn thương dạng nốt tuyến giáp trên siêu âm. 2. Tìm hiểu giá trị của phân loại TIRADS trong đánh giá nguy cơ ác tính các nốt tuyến giáp.Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu bằng siêu âm và đối chiếu giải phẫu bệnh sau phẫu thuật trên 180 bệnh nhân có tổn thương dạng nốt tuyến giáp đang được điều trị tại Khoa Ung bướu - Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế.Kết quả: Dấu hiệu có độ nhạy cao nhất là tổn thương dạng đặc (93,8%). Dấu hiệu có độ đặc hiệu cao nhất là chiều cao lớn hơn chiều rộng (98,2%). Áp dụng phân loại TIRADS trong siêu âm chẩn đoán phân biệt các tổn thương dạng nốt tuyến giáp lành tính và ác tính có độ nhạy 87,5%, độ đặc hiệu 92,1%, giá trị dự báo dương tính 51,9%, giá trị dự báo âm tính 98,7% và độ chính xác 91,7%.Kết luận: Phân loại TIRADS của tác giả Jin Young Kwak là đơn giản, thuận lợi để áp dụng trong thực hành lâm sàng và độ chính xác cao.

Abstract:
Cây Hố bẫy (Sarracenia leucophylla) là loài cây bắt mồi đẹp nhất trong chi Sarracenia và được ưa chuộng trên thị trường cây cảnh Việt Nam. Nhằm nâng cao chất lượng cây con in vitro, sức sống cây ngoài vườn ươm, nghiên cứu khảo sát các yếu tố môi trường và điều kiện nuôi cấy lên sinh trưởng cây Hố bẫy. Vật liệu ban đầu là chồi Hố bẫy in vitro, khỏe mạnh, chiều cao 1-1,5 cm. Nghiên cứu cho thấy môi trường MS bổ sung 0,2 mg/L NAA, 1,0 mg/L BA, 30 g/L đường saccharose, 8 g/L agar cho tỷ lệ mẫu tạo chồi cao nhất đạt 14,22 chồi/mẫu. Môi trường WV5 bổ sung 30 g/L đường saccharose, 8 g/L agar, chiếu sáng ở 3000 lux chồi phát triển đạt chiều cao 6,43 cm, vươn thẳng, lá nhiều, xanh tươi, nắp mở, khối lượng tươi cây đạt 0,89 g/chồi. Sử dụng môi trường WV5 bổ sung 1,0 mg/L IBA đã cảm ứng tạo rễ sớm sau 30 ngày nuôi, tỷ lệ chồi tạo rễ cao đạt 95,56% chồi, số lượng rễ đạt 13,44 rễ/cây. Cây sau 1 tháng khi trồng ngoài vườn ươm phát triển khỏe mạnh, tỷ lệ sống trên 95%.

TÓM TẮTMục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm hình ảnh các tổn thương dạng nốt tuyến giáp theo phân loại EU TIRADS 2017 và ACR TIRADS 2017. So sánh giá trị chẩn đoán của EU TIRADS 2017 và ACR TIRADS 2017 có đối chiếu với kết quả tế bào học. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên những bệnh nhân có nhân tuyến giáp được siêu âm chẩn đoán và làm FNA tại trung tâm Điện Quang, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 8/2019 đến 8/2020.Kết quả: trên 233 bệnh nhân với 233 nhân tuyến giáp có 79 nhân có tế bào ác tính (chiếm 33,9%), 154 nhân không có tế bào ác tính (chiếm 66,1%). Các nhân ác tính chủ yếu là nhân đặc (97,5%), nang và nhân bọt biển 100% không có tế bào ác tính. Các đặc điểm nhân giảm âm và bờ viền không đều có độ nhạy và độ đặc hiệu cao (>70%) chẩn đoán nhân ác tính. Đặc điểm rất giảm âm và vi vôi hóa có độ đặc hiệu 100%. Có sự khác biệt có nghĩa thống kê về tính chất ác tính giữa nhóm nhân tuyến giápcó chiều cao>= chiều rộng và chiều cao<chiều rộng. Phân loại ACR-TIRADS có độ nhạy 96,2%, độ đặc hiệu 53,9%, giá trị dự báo dương tính 51,7%, giá trị dự báo âm tính 96,5%, độ chính xác 68,2%. Phân loại EU-TIRADS độ nhạy 87,3% , độ đặc hiệu 71,4%, giá trị dự đoán dương tính 61,1%, giá trị dự đoán âm tính 91,7%, độ chính xác 76,8%.Kết luận: Phân loại ACR-TIRADS và EU-TIRADS là hai phân loại có giá trị tốt để chẩn đoán nhân ác tính và lành tính tuyến giáp. Phân loại ACR-TIRADS có độ nhạy cao hơn tuy nhiên độ đặc hiệu thấp hơn phân loại EU TIRADS.

Làng nghề là một trong những tài nguyên văn hóa có ý nghĩa đối với hoạt động du lịch. Tại thành phố Đà Nẵng, bên cạnh các tài nguyên tự nhiên có nhiều giá trị cho khai thác du lịch, thành phố còn có các làng nghề truyền thống lâu đời như làng đá mỹ nghệ Non Nước, làng nghề nước mắm Nam Ô, làng nghề bánh tráng Túy Loan, làng chiếu Cẩm Nê, làng đan lát Yến Nê. Bài viết đã vận dụng phương pháp phân tích đa chỉ tiêu MCA, phương pháp phân tích quá trình thứ bậc AHP và phương pháp chuyên gia để xây dựng hệ thống các tiêu chí và chỉ tiêu đánh giá 04 làng nghề: làng nghề nước mắm Nam Ô, làng nghề bánh tráng Túy Loan, làng chiếu Cẩm Nê, làng đan lát Yến Nê. Kết quả đánh giá cho thấy làng nghề nước mắm Nam Ô rất thuận lợi, làng nghề bánh tráng Túy Loan thuận lợi, làng chiều Cẩm Nê thuận lợi trung bình và làng đan lát Yến Nê kém thuận lợi cho việc khai thác phát triển du lịch tại thành phố Đà Nẵng. Từ kết quả đánh giá này, bài viết đã khuyến nghị một số giải pháp về cơ chế chính sách, phát triển làng nghề thành một sản phẩm du lịch có tính liên kết, nâng cao nhận thức của người dân… nhằm khai thác hiệu quả giá trị du lịch của làng nghề.

TÓM TẮTChúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu tính giá trị của phân loại TIRADS 2017 của Châu âu ( EU-TIRADS) đối với các tổn thương bướu nhân tuyến giáp phát hiện trên siêu âm, đối chiếu với kết quả chọc tế bào (FNA) tại khoa chẩn đoán hình ảnh Bệnh viện Bạch MaiKết quả: Bước đầu, chúng tôi đã thực hiện nghiên cứu trên 170 bệnh nhân (BN) được chẩn đoán tổn thương dạng nốt ở tuyến giáp bằng siêu âm mode-B, mô tả đặc điểm hình ảnh và đánh giá các thương tổn theo phân độ EU-TIRADS 2017, có đối chiếu với kết quả mô bệnh học. Tuổi trung bình là 46,7 ± 11,5 tuổi. Nữ gấp 5,5 lần nam. Phân độ tổn thương dạng nốt của tuyến giáp theo TIRADS 2017 của Châu Âu có độ nhạy 98,2%, độ đặc hiệu 34,5%, giá trị dự báo dương tính 74,3% và giá trị dự báo âm tính 90,9%, độ chính xác 76,7%. Nhóm TIRADS 5 chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (64,7%). Bốn dấu hiệu nghi ngờ ác tính cao là: bờ không đều, có vi vôi hoá, chiều cao > chiều rộng, rất giảm âm có độ nhạy và độ đặc hiệu lần lượt là: 70% và 93%; 35% và 91%; 58% và 82%; 50% và 79%.Kết luận: Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi, nhóm TIRADS 5 có tỷ lệ cao nhất và sự phù hợp giữa phân loại EU-TIRADS 2017 và kết quả mô bệnh học có ý nghĩa thống kê.

Existe um amplo debate sobre as influências culturais remotas nos Andes e o surgimento da cerâmica nesses contextos. Nosso estudo não pretende retroceder aos períodos Formativo ou Cerâmico Inicial, mas apenas situar a coleção de cerâmica chimu do MAE/USP em relação ao debate atual sobre as relações de continuidade ou descontinuidade na costa norte peruana, através do estudo da tecnologia de produção cerâmica. O sistema tecnológico que caracteriza essa produção geralmente aparece na bibliografia com ênfase nas características de moldagem de seus artefatos e a vasta produção cerâmica desse período raramente é estudada a partir de sua variabilidade tecnológica. Este estudo busca enxergar possíveis diferenças tecnológicas que possam existir por trás dessa mensagem de unicidade e homogeneidade, explícita na cerâmica chimu, e investigar a respeito do significado das escolhas tecnológicas que caracterizam esse processo. A escolha de uma coleção de peças inteiras, de um estilo cerâmico monocromático, coletadas provavelmente aleatoriamente e carente de informação contextual impôs a necessidade de pensarmos numa metodologia diferenciada para a investigação das escolhas tecnológicas. A combinação da análise macroscópica de aspectos morfológicos e iconográficos, com a investigação sistemática através de técnicas físico-químicas não destrutivas permitiu o aprofundamento no conhecimento da tecnologia e especificidades do processo de produção dos artefatos, ao fornecer dados que foram fundamentais para inferências dos aspectos culturais das escolhas tecnológicas associadas a essa coleção.
There is a wide debate on the remote Andes cultural influences and the appearance of ceramics in these contexts. Our study does not intend to go back to Formative periods, but only to retrieve the collection of Chimu pottery MAE / USP with respect to the current debate regarding the relative continuity or discontinuity in Peru\'s northern coast, through the study of ceramic production technology. The technological system that characterizes this production usually appears in the literature with emphasis on the characteristics of molding and the vast production and ceramic artifacts from this period is rarely studied from its technological variability. This study aims to see the future technological differences that may exist behind this message of unity and homogeneity, explicit in Chimu ceramics, and inquiring into the meaning of technology choices that characterize this process. The choice of a collection of whole pieces of a ceramic style monochrome, probably collected at random and lacking in contextual information imposed the need to devise a methodology for the investigation of different technology choices. The combination of macroscopic analysis of morphological and iconographic, with the systematic investigation by physico-chemical techniques non destructive has allowed the depth knowledge of technology and the particularities of the production of the artifacts, to provide data that were fundamental to infer cultural aspects of technology choices associated with this collection.

Abstract:
Centrifugal compressors with high pressure ratio are widely used in small aircraft turbine engines and turbocharges. At high rotational speeds they have narrow stable operating region and commonly used impellers with back swept blades are not able to ensure requested stability. In order to achieve wider stable operating region, some other anti-surge measures can be used, such as an Internal Recirculation Channel (IRC) located in compressor impeller inlet. This thesis deals with an investigation of IRC influence on centrifugal compressor operational parameters. As a first, the various recirculation channel geometry was studied by using of CFD analysis on simplified computational models. Those geometry, which indicated best results in terms of mass flow and looses in channel were used for testing on a model test device. Subsequently the same geometry was tested on real centrifugal compressor in experimental turbine engine to verify influence of IRC on compressor performance map – pressure ratio and efficiency. Simultaneously the CFD analyses of IRC with a 3D model of compressor impeller were performed and results compared with those, gained from measurement on model and compressor. In addition the measurement of flow field downstream the recirculation channel outlet slot with using of 3-hole pressure probe was performed and compared with flow velocity profiles evaluated from numerical simulations.

This diploma thesis deals with the theme simulation models. It is separated to three parts: theoretic, a part describing a simulation program and a practical part. The opening part's role is to introduce to a reader the problem about simulation models, inform him about simulation project building and define some key words. The second part explains a work with simulation program Simprocess. In the third part the reader finds out, how to use theoretic knowledge. It is demonstrated on the simulation of the operations of the company Prádelna Lety. A goal of this part is to make a simulation model, which describes the reality and can solve the main problems identified in the beginning of this part. All of this is the object of the analysis. After that is possible to give some advises about improving the operations.

The master’s thesis deals with study the effectiveness of operation of photovoltaic power station. The theoretical part describes the legislative steps that led to the development of photovoltaic power stations, not only in Czech Republic but throughout Europe. The following is a review of the issue of photovoltaics, which includes the development of photovoltaics in the world, research of photovoltaic power stations in the Czech Republic and technology of photovoltaic power stations. At the end of the theoretical part is a list of methods to evaluate efficiency investments. The practical part includes a description of the selected photovoltaic station Zakřany 5.4 MWp, financial projection and economic evaluation of the real operation and there is also explicit evaluation of the economic efficiency of the project.. The comparison of the projection and the real operation and the possible negative influences affecting the power station are in conclusion.

Abstract:
This doctoral thesis focuses on the problems of IGBT failure prediction in pulse converters using measurable changes of selected parameters (so--called trending variables) being influenced of transistor degradation during aging. Firstly the state--of--the--art in this field is presented in the dizertation. The description of designed and constructed automated measurement stand follows, enabling monitoring and recording of switching processes during accelerated aging. Further the problems of high--bandwidth measurement of electrical quantities during IGBT switching are described. Especially the problems of current sensing are analyzed and the most suitable sensor is selected. The data recorded using the developed apparatus served to identify potential trending variables allowing the failure prediction. Here the dependence of trending variables on aging and on parasitic influences (current, temperature, voltage) had to be distinguished. Finally the evaluation of trending variables is performed. Their insignificant sensitivity on accelerated aging is shown which complicates their practical implementation for the purpose of failure prediction.

The presented work deals with the development of a monitoring system for monitoring the operation of the laboratory. The theoretical part of the work includes information on the safety of operation and work in biological laboratories, measured physical quantities and the principle of their measurement. The monitoring system is built on a compact ESP32-CAM camera and a WeMos D1 development board. The practical part consists of the design and implementation of a given system and the creation of a full-stack application for displaying live input from the laboratory for monitoring measured quantities in real time.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with load flow calculation of electrical network 110 kV before and after the connection to the 70MW gas supply and the 58MW steam and gas supply. This grid can be powered from two 400/110kV substations, namely Sokolnice and Otrokovice. The load flow calculation is realized for the power supply either from Otrokovice or Sokolnice. Furthermore, the calculation of the uni-phase and three phase short circuits in the substations of 110kV network is realized in this thesis. The result of the thesis is the assessment of the voltage ratio in the network, current load of the power line and short circuit resistance of the substations.

Abstract:
Much work in political ecology that addresses indigenous people tends to accentuate the ways in which their communities unite around a shared rationality and/or politics when faced by ‘threatening’ outsiders. While providing insight on indigenous lives and struggles, this focus nonetheless tends to preclude a more nuanced appreciation of how indigenous communities may be internally differentiated, and with what effects. Differences may be linked to such things as gender, education, residency, income and age, and these differences may be reflected to a greater or lesser extent in how individuals or groups in a community articulate perspectives on diverse issues including local development and which external actors the community ought to work with. This thesis seeks to contribute to the development of a more nuanced view of indigenous communities and the differences that may characterise them. Drawing on a political ecology perspective, and based on ethnographic fieldwork, it explores perceptions of water use and conflict in the indigenous community of Chiu-Chiu in northern Chile. This community has been severely affected by the massive water demands of large-scale mining – such that traditional agriculture is in jeopardy. Yet how residents respond to this and other changes impacting the village is differentiated, with age-related differences often at the forefront. Indeed, as this thesis shows, intergenerational dynamics have influenced: how individuals view local development and its associated rationality; how community positions are articulated to outsiders, by whom, whether this results in schisms, as well as how far external actors capitalise on them; and how the perceived costs and benefits of local development may be unequally distributed, prompting resistance by some individuals and groups. The thesis concludes with suggestions on how a nuanced understanding of indigenous communities can be elaborated.

Abstract:
The explicit numerical integration method, introduced and proposed in the paper given by Chiou and Wu [1], is further developed. The method is based on the relationship that m-step Adams-Moulton method is linear convex combination of the (m − 1)-step Adams-Moulton and m-step Adams-Bashforth method with a fixed weighting coefficients. The general form taken from Chiou and Wu [1] is used to evaluate the recurrence expressions using the different number of previous mesh points. The explicit expressions are given for modified 3-step predictor-corrector method. The numerical algorithms are given for first and second-order nonlinear initial value problems and for system of ordinary differential equations. Some numerical examples, for different kind of problems, are used to demonstrate the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed numerical method. The calculated numerical solutions show superiority of presented modified predictor-corrector method to standard Adams-Bashforth-Moulton predictor-corrector method.
