This paper introduces the nature of the Chinese script, with the focus on its origin and development, the main four kinds of creation methods, the basic strokes of Chinese characters and the significance of its radical structure. The author believes that Chinese characters are the carriers of the script, phoneme and meaning as well as of the grammatical structure of the Chinese language. Hence, the Latin alphabet for the Chinese phonetic system cannot replace Chinese character, and learning Chinese character is very important for foreign learners. Finally, the author gives a mnemonic of the basic rules for stroke order that facilitates learners' memory and helps them write characters correctly and quickly.

Widely considered as a classic feminist work, there are many studies of Gone With the Wind from the perspective of feminism in academia. Most of these studies focus on the feminist spirit of its protagonist Scarlett, while the feminism of another important female character Melanie has always been ignored and even considered as the representation of women who completely accept the repression of patriarchy. Based on the text analysis, this research makes a contrastive analysis of Scarlett and Melanie, analyzes the similarities and differences between them and taps into their feminist spirits from the perspective of feminist literary criticism. By comparing these two female characters, the research finds the two main differences lie in their handling of interpersonal relationships and responses toward patriarchal rules are obvious—— from the perspective of interpersonal relationships, the egoism of Scarlett contrasts with Melanie’s altruism; in the face of the patriarchal rules, Melanie’s female subjectivity and independence are not as noticeable as those of Scarlett. Although the differences between them are obvious, they still share similarities in their subversion towards the patriarchy and their occupation of a position more central than the male characters in Gone with the Wind. This research on these two female characters has implications for further studies of female character creation and feminist literary criticism, as well as the distinctive feminism of Mary Mitchell, reflected in her portrayal of these two female characters.

Abstract: Pronuntiatio teaches charaeter creation and analysis. Because the rhetorical curriculum in the British Renaissance considers pronuntiatio essential, retains the educational goal of facilitas, treats every “text” as a declamation, and depicts inventio, dispositio, elocutio, and memoria in behavioral metaphors with rules mirroring those of pronuntiatio, Renaissance rhetoric is in practice an art of behavior centrally concerned with decorum. This connection between Renaissance rhetoric and ethics suggests a defense for the claim that the good orator is the good man and expands the domain of rhetoric from an art of expression, composition, or persuasion to an art of character-fashioning.

Inheritance by contract complex institution contains two principal, essential areas of legal regulation – inheritance law and law of obligations. These spheres have their own unique character and specific legal order of enforcement – under Private International Law, every sphere of legal regulation has its mandatory rules. Also, due to the complex nature of the institution mentioned above, these two spheres are closely related and often intertwined. These circumstances do not permit the application of the rules of inheritance law apart from the rules of the law of obligations. Application of foreign law in the territory of the national state is performed through the prism of the analysis of conflict rules contained in separate laws and in the regulations governing inheritance by contract institution. Due to the complexity of the contract of inheritance, it is necessary to analyze and prove the conflict rules relating to inheritance law as well as to the rules of the law of obligations. Because inheritance by contract institution has not yet been fixed in legal doctrine, it is necessary to develop completely new approach to the proof of the applicable law in respect of this institution. Līgumiskā mantošana ietver divas prioritāra rakstura tiesību jomas – mantojuma tiesības un saistību tiesības. Šīm jomām ir savs unikāls raksturs un īpaša piemērošanas un izpildes kārtība – katrai jomai ir savi saistošie noteikumi. Šīs sfēras ir cieši saistītas un savstarpēji korelētas, un tas nosaka šī institūta sarežģīto un komplekso raksturu. Šie apstākļi neļauj piemērot mantojuma tiesību sastāvdaļas atsevišķi no saistību tiesību sastāvdaļām, tāpēc ir nepieciešams analizēt mantojuma un saistību tiesību normas un pierādīt metodoloģijas izveidošanas nepieciešamību attiecībā uz piemērojamām mantojuma un saistību tiesību normām, kas regulē tieši līgumisko mantošanu. Tā kā līgumiskā mantošana joprojām nav detalizēti pētīta, ir nepieciešams izstrādāt pilnīgi jaunu pieeju piemērojamo tiesību pierādīšanai attiecībā uz minēto institūtu.

With extensive analysis of current practices for XBRL element naming in the foreign and Chinese taxonomies, several alternative approaches are set out. The considerations are proposed to improve the standardization of taxonomy creation.

The basis of Christian ethics in living together and working is not in rules, but in God's unchanging character. As the image and likeness of God, humans have good social and relational relationships with one another. The problem in this research is that the damage to humans due to sin makes humans no longer able to have the character that comes from God in achieving their life goals and in living together. Humans face many challenges in life so that there is competition for millions of people in a place (Gen. 3: 17-19). Humans throw each other down, hate, jealousy, bribes, injustice happen everywhere. This research uses descriptive theoretical qualitative research methods through literature and biblical studies. The benefit of this research is that through the Christian Religious Education process, Christians are active in teaching and learning the truth of God's Word, teaching God's people that in Christ man is a new creation (Ephesians 2:10) to do good deeds. The conclusion in this research is that with a mind and conscience renewed by Christ, it is possible for humans to develop the world of creation and life together with honesty, holiness, justice and love. Man in Christ finds himself stronger and can bring honor to his Creator. God's character is reflected in the character life of Christians in fulfilling God's purposes. This Christian character cannot be obtained simply through shortcuts but can only be obtained through the process of Christian education.

One of the manifestations of economic globalisation seen in recent years is the so‑called “new generation” type of trade agreements such as the TPP, CETA and TTIP. They aim at trade liberalisation, but their scope is broader, comprising other areas of socio‑economic life, more or less directly linked to trade, such as e.g.: the liberalisation of public services, the mutual recognition of professional qualifications, the deregulation and liberalisation of financial markets, the protection of intellectual property rights, and the cooperation in creating new rules or protecting mutual investments. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyse the scope and content of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) signed in 2016 by the European Union and Canada from the point of view of the Balassa stages of economic integration and the EU’s experience in order to state whether the naming of such agreements as trade agreements, even with the “new generation” qualification, is really justified. The analysis presented in this paper leads to the conclusion that this agreement should rather be included in the category of agreements labelled as integration agreements. Most of the CETA provisions are at the same level of sophistication as was achieved by the EU countries at the stage of building the single market, that is, at the stage of the implementation of the common market in Balassa’s nomenclature, and some of them are at the stage of economic and monetary union. The scope of the CETA, i.e. the number of areas of social and economic life regulated by it as well as their advancement and complexity, goes far beyond what is commonly understood as a trade agreement and beyond its official purpose – the creation of a free trade area between the European Union and Canada. It leads to economic integration at a level far deeper than a free trade area in its classic and common sense.

As one of the most popular types of animation, the success of Japanese campus girl animation is closely related to the character setting that meets the aesthetic needs of the audience. The closed character of the core character is the general feature of Japanese campus girl animation works in character design. The specific expression of the closed character changes with the development of the times. This kind of works can be roughly divided into salvation of each other's relationship between classmates, friendship between teachers and students, and family relations to be remedied. It reflects the ideal psychological needs of girls in seeking pure friendship, yearning for good love, pursuing women's rights, longing for equality between teachers and students, and hoping for family love. There are also some shortcomings in Japanese campus girl animation works, such as paying too much attention to the hero's emotional development, ignoring the pressure of their entrance to school or employment, and so on. It is necessary to further analyze and summarize the rules, so as to learn from and innovate in the creation of Chinese girl animation works.

The system of criminal law norms passed in the so-called Independent State of Croatia (NDH) from its inception in 1941 was aimed at creating and maintaining an atmosphere of terror implemented by the Ustasha government. Although the framework of substantive and procedural rules of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia was formally retained, immediately after the establishment of the NDH regulations introducing many new crimes punishable by death were enacted. Defining the ?honour and vital interests of the Croatian people? as an appropriate object of criminal law protection enabled the creation of a regime of legalized repression against non-Croat populations, with an extensive jurisdiction of martial criminal justice. In addition to abuse of the court martial mechanism, the criminal character of government was also manifested in the wide application of administrative and punitive measures of sending to concentration camps as well as collective punishment. In line with Radbruch?s thought, the author denies the legal character of the system of criminal law formally established in the territory of the NDH in the circumstances of genocide.

This thesis contains a description of the creation of a work of painting with the theme "Transformation of Visual Motifs of Wayang Kamasan into Figurative Figures" which was inspired by the motifs of Wayang Kamasan paintings on the ceiling of Kertagosa Hall, Klungkung, Bali. The Wayang Kamasan characters already have rules or 'standards' that must be preserved, but for the author when observing the decorative motifs of the Wayang Kamasan characters from the coils to the clothes, it provokes subconscious associations which actually give rise to their own figurative characters. Then deformation and stylization of motifs will be carried out to create imaginary results from icons in order to create figurative character symbols in the style of the author. For this reason, research was carried out to obtain assessment data using four theories, namely Carl Gustav Jung's archetype theory, Janques Lacan's imaginary theory, Susanne K. Langer's symbolic theory and A.A.M.'s aesthetic theory. Djelantik to explain this thesis. The author also uses two creation methods as inspiration originating from the 6 (six) stages of Mr. I Made Wiradana's work and the Mobile Art Labortory (MAL) which provides a Blueprint process for ideas and the formation of Mr. I Wayan Sujana's work 'Suklu'. The author obtained the results of the creation of the deformation and stylization of Wayang Kamasan motifs into figurative figures in the form of paintings using various techniques and media by considering the elements and principles of fine art. From the theme above, there are 6 (six) works that have been realized with narratives originating from the connection between the author's experiences and the side of humanism.

The aim: Incidents with large number of casualties present a major challenge for the emergency services. Incident witnesses are always the first on scene. Authors aim at giving them an algorithm arranging the widely known first aid rules in such way, that the number of potential fatalities before the services’ arrival may be decreased. Material and methods: The authors’ main aim was creating an algorithm for mass casualty incident action, comprising elements not exceeding first aid skill level. Proceedings have been systematized, which led to creation of mass casualty incident algorithm. The analysis was based on the subject matter literature, legal acts and regulations, statistical data and author’s personal experience. Results: The analysis and synthesis of data from various sources allowed for the creation of Simple Emergency Triage (SET) algorithm. It has been proven – on theoretical level – that introducing an organized way of proceeding in mass casualty incident on the first aid level is justified. Conclusions: The SET algorithm presented in the article is of an implemental character. It may be a supplement to basic first aid skills. Algorithm may also be the starting point for further empirical research aimed at verifying its effectiveness.

The fairytales of Hutsuls and Appalachians are analyzed in the article. Mountainousdwellers have an indissoluble connection with the nature and metaphysics of mountains that iswhy there are so many sacred objects and special places there. Megaliths and sanctuaries, lifegiving places, miraculous springs, natural metaphysics of the mountains and tales which aregrasped like true stories about creation and objective reality of the world, - all these attract not onlytourists but also scientists and researchers to the mountainous region. The tale is one of thepermanent attributes of people`s life. It gives the opportunity to make the process of emotional andmoral development more controlled and determined. The common feature of the tale is identified:it is the presence of a hero-trickster - Jack (the Appalachians) and Ivan (the Carpathians). In tales,most of the fictional characters can be described by the term “duality”. It is a certain state ofconsciousness when the hero-character reproduces his double that lives an imaginary life andperforms an intended role. It is a hero who is often hidden behind the mask of a jester and a foolishman. He does not live according to the rules. He breaks both laws and rules, but achieves positiveresults. The common and different features of the Trickster in the fairytales of Indians and Hutsulsare defined.

Abstract I discuss Husserl’s concept of norm, and its relevance for a phenomenology of practical reason. I confront Husserl with Wilhelm Wundt, Hans Kelsen, and Carl Schmitt about, respectively, what a norm is, about the relation between theoretical and normative sciences, and, finally, about the creation of political concepts within European culture. In the last section, I develop some theoretical insights about the constitutive character of normative consciousness, abandoning Searle’s distinction between constitutive and regulative rules. I stress also the importance of a phenomenology of plural and collective subjectivity in order to develop a phenomenological theory of state and normative experience.

The article deals the problems of professional artistic training of design students in the process of teaching composition. The composition studies the laws of the creation of an artistic form and the means of artistic expression, organization of image perception. Compositional activity has an artistic and plastic character; it relies on the use of the language of art and consists in creating a new, holistic, original artistic image. The authors identify compositional thinking as one of the most important professional qualities of an artist and designer and reveal the methodology of its formation among students. The process of teaching composition – creating a painting, drawing, sculpture or design object – cannot be built as a simple linear process of learning image methods, compositional rules and techniques. The author's methodology is based on the method of problem tasks, which involves the formulation of an educational and creative task, the creation of a problem situation; comprehension, acceptance and resolution of the problem, during which students master generalized methods of artistic and creative activity. At the same time, the creative process is considered as a series of successive stages associated with the work of productive or creative imagination, and requiring the provision of visual or other information in the process of work. The article presents the results of the ascertaining and formative stages of experimental work on the development of compositional thinking of art students in the process of mastering expressive means, such as line, spot, texture, color, as well as compositional techniques and rules (static, dynamics, dominant, rhythm, etc.). The authors have developed a series of creative exercises, described the methodology of their implementation and the criteria are proposed to determine the level of development of students' compositional thinking based on the evaluation of their creative works.

The influence of social networks on the formation of the manipulative aspect of political narratives in the postmodern is investigated. With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, Internet users have been able to radically form alternative sources of information alongside the main political actors, to which only the media previously had a monopoly. Today, regular Internet users have access to a simple and affordable way to broadcast their own stories to a global audience. The formation of a political narrative is not only a means of changing the rules of the political game or political consciousness, but also the creation of a certain illusory world, changing the previously formed picture of the world. One of the main aspects in creating a political narrative is to take into account the peculiarities of the national character of the audience among which it is distributed, and the most powerful element determining its success is the appropriate emotional load.

The influence of social networks on the formation of the manipulative aspect of political narratives in the postmodern is investigated. With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, Internet users have been able to radically form alternative sources of information alongside the main political actors, to which only the media previously had a monopoly. Today, regular Internet users have access to a simple and affordable way to broadcast their own stories to a global audience. The formation of a political narrative is not only a means of changing the rules of the political game or political consciousness, but also the creation of a certain illusory world, changing the previously formed picture of the world. One of the main aspects in creating a political narrative is to take into account the peculiarities of the national character of the audience among which it is distributed, and the most powerful element determining its success is the appropriate emotional load.

Literary work is a creation of creative work. One of the functions of literature is as a medium to manifest human life through language. In other words, literature is a reflection of society. Gender inequality has always been an interesting issue because patriarchal culture is still deeply rooted in the Indonesian community. The superiority and domination of men over women are also frequently mentioned and criticized through works of fiction and non-fiction found in films and novels. Especially in books both explicitly and implicitly allude to and review gender issues, as in El Alicia's Renjana novel. This research is a type of qualitative research. This research analyzes gender discrimination in the book Renjana by El Alicia. The analytical method used is discourse analysis from Sara Mills. The result shows that gender discrimination appears in El Alicia's Renjana novel. Including stereotypes, marginalization, violence, and subordination. Explicitly, the definition of stereotypes against women as voiceless creatures whose often opinions ignored in several quotes in the novel. The marginalization of women's illustration shows in the rules that bind the Gentala character as the main character. Meanwhile, the manifestation of violence against women is the domination of male characters who show superiority and power over women, as in one of the scenes of violence that Bestari experienced when he refused to serve Sang Wiyasa. Subordination with women shows in this novel, where often women's voices are ignored in discussions.

Therefore, their ability to play communication information, transmitting attitudes and guiding topics is not as good as before, and those who rely on major short video platforms and social media gradually became opinion leaders. This article selects active opinion leaders on major platforms for investigation. This article will start with the characters connotation of the leader and demonstrate its image and role in the perspective of communication. Then start from the creation path of the opinion leaders of the media era to study how it shapes its role and image in social communication. The researchs method of the case research of this article is as follows: first, investigation research methods, collect information on the Internet, and investigate the way the leaders on the Internet shaped their own roles. Second, on the basis of literature research methods, use case research methods and dialectical comparative methods to study the differences and characteristics of different opinions of different opinions leaders in character formation. Here comes to the conclusion, using specific communication rules, using diverse channels and calculating boundaries to attract and influence public opinion.

Abstract The aims of the paper are twofold: first, to present selected approaches to the construction of an income statement based on variable costing, which evolved towards the preparation of a tool for multi dimensional measurement and an analysis of profitability of sales; second, to discuss the possibility of using it in trade companies. The paper is composed of the following parts:1) The first part contains a presentation of the general rules of construction of financial result accounts on the basis of variable costing, providing the basis of preparing multi task contribution income statements in various entities;2) The second part is devoted to the general assumptions concerning the activity in trade companies, which should be observed in the creation of the information needed for the segment profitability reporting according to the rules of variable costing;3) In the third part, one proposes a report on customer profitability and basic financial ratios, which are related to it, are defined. The financial ratios can be used to conduct an analysis of profitability of sales in a trade company. This approach uses the evaluation of profitability made by taking into account the size and structure of sales and it includes the costs related to customer service.4) In the last parts, the conclusions are made on the basis of the discussion presented in the paper. The methodology of the contribution income statement on the basis of variable costing enables its implementation in various branches of business, including trading activity, due to universal rules used for its creation. However, constructing a profitability report requires individual assumptions, which take into consideration the specific character of a given trade company and its information needs.

Ḥasdai Crescas briefly adumbrated his halakhic methodology in the introduction to his philosophic work, 'Or ha-Shem. He followed Maimonides by arguing for the importance of a comprehensive and succinct legal code and opposed himself to those who ascribe independent value to Torah study. However, Crescas disputed Maimonides on the proper goals and character of a legal code. Unlike Maimonides, he designated his code for Torah scholars and focused on the bedrock principles that are the bases for particular laws. According to Crescas, these principles allow the codifier to capture the infinite and boundless halakhah in a finite and accessible form. They also serve as exegetical rules that allow the Torah scholar to create new laws. In this regard, the halakhic enterprise resembles the process of creation and the scholar resembles God.

The creation and approval of a writing system on a national basis is the most important prerequisite that serves as support for preserving the national character and uniqueness of the language. The writing system formed by the first reformer of the Kazakh script A. Baitursynuly is also highly appreciated from this point of view. Since the issue of spelling is always relevant, it is extremely necessary for Kazakh linguistics to determine the main provisions of the spelling rules that formed the basis for the spelling reform of the scholar. The article analyzes the rules of spelling – the integration of the principles of writing and grammatical patterns, which for the first time were fully reflected in the work "Til-Kural".The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between spelling rules and grammatical problems formulated by A. Baitursynuly.The practical significance of the study is manifested in the analysis of the importance of substantiating the grammatical position in the construction of spelling rules. The paper makes comparisons in diachronic and synchronous aspects and examines the nature of the development of the spelling of the Kazakh language in texts of the XVIII, and XIX centuries and the reflection of grammatical units in writing. In particular, based on the methods of comparison, description, and systematization, historical data were demonstrated, including the reason for the violation of grammatical patterns in the materials of the ancient Kazakh written language and its influence on writing. As a result, in the work, the connection of morphological rules with spelling was classified into three different groups: "Word form and spelling", "Word composition and spelling", and "Punctuation and spelling".

In this work I address creativity in the process of social sciences research, comparing quantitative and qualitative approaches. In discussing creativity I go back to Chomsky and his distinction between rule-governed and rule-changing creativity. In my analysis I suggest that the quantitative approach is characterized by rule-governed creativity, the qualitative one by rule-changing creativity: these are two models of creativity that the Chomskian vision links to a set of rules. Thus in the first case the creation of the tools by which the researcher collects information is submitted to a set of rules related to substantial and procedural competences. In the second case the creative phase does not have a place in the creation of a tool, but rather in a performance. The idea of performance as a constitutive part in qualitative research is analysed on a substantial basis, revealing the implications of distinct creative processes under different methodological choices. Whilst a quantitative approach requires using procedural and substantial competences, I suggest that in a qualitative enquiry the researcher’s fieldwork is considered as a ‘performance’ because of its adaptive character. The researcher is constantly confronted with unforeseen situations, surrounded by an unknown environment. Also, this use of the notion of ‘performance’ comprehends both elements of the process as well as of the outcome of fieldwork, as it recalls peculiar characteristics of qualitative work: action and interaction, personal involvement and, above all, orientation to a purpose (in this context, the teleological purpose of knowledge production).

Indonesia has a variety of ethnic languages, most of which belong to the same language family: the Austronesian languages. Due to the shared language family, words in Indonesian ethnic languages are very similar. However, previous research suggests that these Indonesian ethnic languages are endangered. Thus, to prevent that, we propose the creation of a bilingual dictionary between ethnic languages, using a neural network approach to extract transformation rules, employing character-level embedding and the Bi-LSTM method in a sequence-to-sequence model. The model has an encoder and decoder. The encoder reads the input sequence character by character, generates context, and then extracts a summary of the input. The decoder produces an output sequence wherein each character at each timestep, as well as the subsequent character output, are influenced by the previous character. The first experiment focuses on Indonesian and Minangkabau languages with 10,277 word pairs. To evaluate the model’s performance, five-fold cross-validation was used. The character-level seq2seq method (Bi-LSTM as an encoder and LSTM as a decoder) with an average precision of 83.92% outperformed the SentencePiece byte pair encoding (vocab size of 33) with an average precision of 79.56%. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance of the neural network model in finding the pattern, a rule-based approach was conducted as the baseline. The neural network approach obtained 542 more correct translations compared to the baseline. We implemented the best setting (character-level embedding with Bi-LSTM as the encoder and LSTM as the decoder) for four other Indonesian ethnic languages: Malay, Palembang, Javanese, and Sundanese. These have half the size of input dictionaries. The average precision scores for these languages are 65.08%, 62.52%, 59.69%, and 58.46%, respectively. This shows that the neural network approach can identify transformation patterns of the Indonesian language to closely related languages (such as Malay and Palembang) better than distantly related languages (such as Javanese and Sundanese).

This article is to reveal the meaning of the thoughts of SeoHwaDongChe (書畵同體: Calligraphy and drawing are same as each other), SeoHwaDongChul (書畵同出: Calligraphy and drawing are beginning together) and SeoHwaDongWon (書畵同源: Calligraphy and drawing sprout from same root) focusing on the understanding of the correlation between Seo (Calligraphy) and Hwa (Painting) that appeared on the stream of the aesthetics of Seo and Hwa flowing through such eras as Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties in China. The transition process of the relation between Seo and Hwa from DongChe to DongChul that finally went to DongWon embraces such art-philosophical leveled question as ‘Where did Seo and Hwa come from’, which shows the art spirit and aesthetic goal of the literary noblemen who approached the creation of Seo and Hwa. Such thoughts also contain the idea that painting works must be expressed with YongPil (用筆: ways of brushing) and PilEui (筆意: intention of brushing) of calligraphy in order to fully realize the art world sought for by the literary noblemen. First of all, in this aspect, it is required to analyze what kind of art calligraphy is in aesthetic and philosophical viewpoints in order to correctly understand the thoughts of DongChe, DongChul, DongWon and DongBeop (書畵: Calligraphy and painting are same in rules of creating works).
In the Chinese history of SeoHwa (Calligraphy and Painting), creation of every piece of work begins from drawing a stroke. The commonness between Seo and Hwa and SeoHwaHyoNeungIlCheSeol (書畫效能一體說: the theory that Seo and Hwa have same effect) argued by Shí Tāo (石濤) based on his IlHoikRon (一劃論: the theory of one stroke) emphasized that every painter must learn the calligraphic principle for actual art creation activity. Looking into the relation between calligraphy and painting with consideration of such emphasis, it is desirable to create painting pieces using PilHoik (brush and stroke) of calligraphy. That is, the thoughts of DongChe, DongChul, DongWon and DongBeop are thought to be as same as the philosophical thoughts related with use of one stroke.
In the tendency of art creation, calligraphy has CheeDoSeol (取道說: the theory of taking truth) leveled art spirit with which the artist must take the principle of truth in metaphysical aspect and set such truth as the base of calligraphy. Such CheeDoSeol based calligraphic forms are related with the thought of GwanMulCheeSangRon (觀物取象論: the theory of taking forms by viewing things), which causes artists to give painting leveled meaning to the character forms and fonts simply showing why painting must take PilBeop (rules of brushing) and PilEui of calligraphy.
In such aspects set forth above, therefore, this article looks into how the theories of Seo and Hwa have been established and transited in relation with the perception of calligraphy and painting in the Chinese history of Seo and Hwa in the viewpoints of IlHoikRon, SeoHwaHyoNeungIlCheSeol, CheeDoSeol, metaphysical perception of calligraphy, GwanMulCheeSangRon and painting styled character fonts and forms.

This article analyzes for the first time the architectural implications of the Talmud, a multivolume religious text composed between the second and sixth centuries of the first millennium. The Talmud has extensive commentaries on specifically Jewish structures such as the Sukkah, Eruv, and Mikveh, as well as on everyday buildings and public places used by Jews. Moreover, the Talmud substituted for monumental architecture during the many centuries when the Jewish people had no homeland and were subject to frequent persecutions and exiles. The architecture of Talmud, therefore, can be analyzed in two critical arenas: first, through its numerous and detailed rules and recommendations for the practice of building; and, second, amid its creation of a textual discourse whose form and character is based in large part on the memory of the destroyed Temple and lost homeland.

The processes of their creation and functioning pass in regional institutional environments and need attention and support of regional power. One of forms of this support there are mechanisms of state-private partnership. It is well-proven that conceptually cluster politics is a major instrument of technological reengineering of productive base of domestic enterprises. She can be effective at the observance of certain principles. Their essence and directions of action are considered. Forming of competition production and realization of the programs of technological reengineering depends on the select model of industrial politics. This politics must take into account the historical features of development and current situation. In today's Ukraine such politics has situation and conjuncture character, directly depends on dominant in the country of public and economic ideology, formed on the basis of permanent informal mutual relations and rules of behavior between the state, business and society, that, accordingly, determines aims, general strategy and specific of tool of development of industry. At development of models of effective industrial politics in Ukraine it follows to take into account the row of existent organizationally-administrative and institutional limitations. Ignoring of priority of industrial development on the modern stage creates an economic danger.

In the formation of Akhlakul Karimah / Character education at SMP Ma'arif Sangatta Utara applying the Vision and Mission indicators set out in school rules, which must be adhered to by all school members, for example: reading prayers together, students' promises on the page before entering the room. Each class also memorizes short letters before the delivery of lessons as a predetermined schedule. Likewise, when the lesson ended, the students also read the prayers together then left the classroom, shaking hands with the teacher.

Computer-aided composition is an attempt to use a formalized process to minimize human (or composer) involvement in the creation of music using a computer. Exploring the problem of computer-aided composition can enable us to understand and simulate the thinking mode of composers in the special process of music creation, which is an important application of artificial intelligence in the field of art. Feature extraction on the MIDI files has been introduced in this paper. Based on the genetic algorithm in this paper, a platform of the sampling coding method to optimize the character representation has solved the traditional algorithmic music composition study. Music directly from the pitch and duration can be derived from the characteristics, respectively, in the form of a one-hot encoding independently said. Failure to the rhythm of the characterization of the pitch and duration are problems that lead to the inability of compositional networks to learn musical styles better. Rhythm is the combination of pitch and time values according to certain rules. The rhythm of music affects the overall style of music. By associating the pitch and time value coding, the rhythm style of music can be preserved better so that the composition network can learn the style characteristics of music more easily.

Writing popular articles in the mass media is admittedly very difficult for students. In addition to adjusting the latest issues, popular articles in the mass media must also be adjusted to diction, spelling, mass media characters, and free of plagiarism. The purpose of this study was to improve the skills of writing popular articles on students through the One Student One Creation program (SAMA SAYA). The sample in this study were 42 second semester students of the Islamic Education program at STAINU Temanggung academic year 2018-2019. This action research was designed with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the SAMA SAYA program can improve popular article writing skills. Starting the aspect of determining the current problem / issue, from 14 students (33.3 percent) to become 40 students (95.2 percent), determining interesting titles from 18 students completed (42.8 percent) increased 39 students completed (92.8 percent), the selection of correct diction, from 12 students completed (28.5 percent) to 38 students completed (90.4 percent). The article presents a part of research focused on teacher education in Poland. Becoming a teacher is a process that takes place in the space of universities and schools as educational entities in which two discursive communities meet. The distinctness and the hermetic character of the communities are an epistemological barrier to the creation of cooperation, which is essential for effective teacher education. The research is directly related to the need to introduce changes in this area and to define the conditions for these changes to occur. The purpose of the research is to establish how an institution which trains teachers functions. In order to achieve this goal, the author reconstructs a set of rules of discursive practices which were revealed during a group discussion among the students. In the research, a reconstructive formula based on critical discourse analysis was adopted. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations for the practice of teacher education are offered.

The film "Driving Awareness" tells about the importance of driving according to the rules for mutual safety. This film uses a linear storyline and character flashback plot. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept and visualization of the documentary film "Driving Awareness". The stages in designing the creation of the documentary film "Driving Awareness" start from the idea, preproduction, production, then post-production. In the idea stage, the idea of a film story is determined together with the team and then converted into a script for the film to be made into a storyboard to illustrate every scene in the film as well as a detailed storyline. The pre-production stage determines the position of each person in filmmaking, selecting players, determining locations, and scheduling filming activities. Production activities are carried out according to a predetermined schedule by recording images of each scene. The whole shot was edited to make a whole film work and add backsound, transition effects, and coloring.

This article examines the bitcoin, at present the most popular cryptocurrency. The bitcoin grew on the major pillars of the neoliberal market economy, such as liberalization, deregulation and privatization. But in the end, it turned out to be a cure for the dysfunctions of the financial system, which was based on neoliberal assumptions. The difficulty in capturing the character and status of the bitcoin still makes it elusive for the existing rules of law. Some governments observe the evolution of the bitcoin market with interest; others try to work against it. All of this makes the bitcoin an intriguing subject for research.The aim of this article is to present the original assumptions of the bitcoin system; trace the reactions to the bitcoin’s emergence in virtual reality, and next on the very real financial market; and analyze the reinterpretation of the idea that underlies the creation of the cryptocurrency. This article attempts to assess the bitcoin’s potential of achieving a seemingly impregnable position on the global financial market.

Asta Kosala Kosali is also used in the concept of making Bade, where the concept of measuring Bade is based on the measurements contained in Asta Kosala Kosali. As time goes by, there are still many people who do not know or understand the rules of Asta Kosala Kosali, so the standard Balinese building will gradually diminish in the future. Therefore interactive learning information media can help the community in the process of delivering material that is deemed indispensable and as a supporting medium for Asta Kosala Kosali and Bade materials.In making this interactive media the writer uses Coreldraw X7 software for character creation in the learning media, then for the animation process, button creation, and backsound giving is done using the Adobe Flash CS 6 application. This information media has been tested by distributing questionnaires to the community as many as 30 people, with the aim of finding out how feasible this application can be used. From the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed, it was found that 97% of the people stated that it was very good with the introduction of information media for the introduction of Bade in Bali based on interactive multimedia as a learning information medium.

This article is devoted to the creation of a national virtual university platform, geometric modeling of the design of exteriors, interiors and characters in the field of information technology based on 3D technologies. We know that visualization uses geometric splines and polygonal mesh construction methods. In virtual reality systems, each object is represented by a three-dimensional model. The real challenge now is to create custom models that control them. A three-dimensional model of a character is represented by a depth map, dots, a polygonal model, a parametric model describing anthropometric, ansaphic and profile features of a human face. The research process includes the study of the rules of visualization of virtual three-dimensional objects through internal and external models, the theory of geometric modeling, algorithms, methods and algorithms of computer modeling, the use of virtual reality algorithms in education. Today, when engineering and technology are rapidly developing in our country, traveling to the virtual world is of great interest to many. As a result, three-dimensional content and landscape design expand the human imagination and serve to capture our knowledge about the subject and object in our memory. It would be more effective to transfer practical classes in computer halls of educational institutions to the virtual world and organize them in this virtual environment using virtual objects. In addition, all aspects of the subject can be explained and taught, and students will be able to use it virtually. Creating a toolbar that includes all virtual objects becomes a priority. Object-oriented programming technologies and testing methods were used. This article proposes new methods of geometric modeling of three-dimensional objects mentioned above, that is, the constructive logical-algebraic method of R-functions (RFM). This method allows you to depict 3D objects of high complexity.

Among the problems is the optimal involvement of envirormental input consisting of families, communities and stakeholders, to the process of implementing strengthening character education strategies based on humanist education principles. Based on some of these problems, the study focused on: "Character Education Strengthening Strategy based on school culture for high school students." In general, this study aims to describe: Environmentalobservation, formulation of school culture-based strengthening character education strategy for high school students, implementation of strengthening character education strategy, evaluation of strengthening character educationstrategy, obstacles to implementation of strengthening character education strategy, solutions from obstacles to the implementation of strengthening character education strategies, and impact of implementation of strengthening character education strategies. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, sourced from principals, deputy principals, teachers, and students. The data collection tools used are observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study generally show that these two Institutions have established the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies of the school's culture-based strengthening character education for high school students well in accordance with the principles of strategic management. Specifically: 1) Environmental analysis conducted by the Principal at the two Educational Institutions runs in accordance with strategic management theory and can be used as a first step before formulating and choosing a school culture-based strengthening character education strategy for high school students. 2) The formulation of strengthening character education strategy implemented at these two Educational Institutions is in accordance with the principles of strategic management and government policy. 3) Implementation and implementation of school culture-based strengthening character education Strategy for students at two institutions can be implemented properly in accordance with the principles of strategic management, although in his research researchers found some obstacles, but all of them can be sought solutions. 4) Evaluation related to the School's culture-based strengthening character education strategy for students has been arranged and running well. This can be seen with the articles and rules that have been set by the school related to what students do, their development and activities while in school and outside school. 5) In general, obstacles in implementing the strengthening of school culture-based character education in the two institutions include the limitations of integrated policy tools in realizing character values; shifting ethical values in the life of the nation and state; affected by information technology. 6) Everyone involved in the Education process must know very well the function of national education and teachers must have a commitment in participating in realizing every function of national education. 7) The formation of students of strong character and religious character, an effective, conducive and efficient learning environment, an integrated curriculum between co-curricular, intra-curricular and extra-curricular, and the creation of a good school culture.

What defines the special character of Pirandello's works is the fact that he creates his own literary movement, which draws on the duality of theoretical and practical aspects. His own practice led Pirandello to the creation of a theory (‘humorism') that declares analytical dismantling of reality to be the ultimate goal of literature in order to depict the world as a series of illusions devoid of a unifying central idea. Guided by this postulate, Pirandello was close to deconstruction of the tools he used, namely the novel and the play. His reimagining of the novel was less radical: the revision of this form remained incomplete. His reforms of playwriting principles were more advanced, as Pirandello problematised and rejected traditional oppositions — primarily, the opposition of art to reality. In The Mountain Giants [I giganti della montagna], his final and unfinished play, Pirandello attempted to create a myth about art as a medium between the material and the ideal, but, confined to the rules of ‘humorism', he remained trapped by this contradiction.

Abstract The Polish energy market gained its competitive character in late 1990s. At that time in majority of European countries a new law was enacted (in Poland – in 1987), which enabled the creation of internal energy markets. The Polish Power Exchange has been functioning since the end of 1999. However, from the very onset it has constituted a vital component of under grounding liberalization of electricity market. Since it was created the Polish Power Exchange has served as a market mechanism for setting objective energy market price. Support and control of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority guarantee the security of concluded transactions. The spot energy market was created as the first one and has functioned according to the rule of the double auction. The model of Sadrieh will be used for the description of the auction rules applied to the spot energy trade on the Polish Power Exchange. Furthermore, an algorithm on the basis of which it is possible to forecast transaction prices is presented. The effectiveness of this algorithm will be compared with other traditional methods of forecasting transaction prices.

Economic, cultural, and scientific contacts of countries and their peoples make relevant the topics related to the study of intercultural communication, the relationship of languages and cultures, and the study of linguistic personality. The author presents Cultural Linguistics as coming from the spirit of the language or from certain phenomena associated with the linguistic mentality, as well as studies nationally and culturally specific rules for the organization of language/culture. The main conclusion of the article is that the main purpose of culture is to be a means of spiritual enrichment of the individual. A person plunges into the "world of culture", mastering many languages specific to material and spiritual culture. The national character of culture presupposes the interaction of languages and cultures of different peoples and their mutual enrichment to a holistic "basic foundation" - world culture, the achievement of all humankind. Culture as a creation of the people is the unity of the national (specific) and the general (international).

Purpose of the study: The present study mainly argues the limitations of normative ethics and analyzes the anthropocentrism in Kim Stanley Robinson’s 2312 based on the actions or duties of the characters.
Methodology: The article used normative ethics as a methodology. Normative ethics is the study of ethical actions that has certain rules and regulations about how we ought to do and decide. So, this study has chosen a normative ethic that consists of three ethical theories Utilitarian approach, Kantian ethics and Virtue ethics to judge duties that are right and wrong.
Main Findings: As a result, normative ethics compact with a one-dimensional approach. All three ethics deal with its own specific code of ethics. Utilitarianism has focused on good outcomes. Kantian ethics has paid attention to good rules with duty. Virtue ethics focused on the good people but all three theories have a strong common objective of focusing on only human beings (sentient entities) and omit other entities (plants and animals). So all normative ethics have certain limitations and do their duties without thinking about consequences and situations. In conclusion, this code of normative ethics has provoked as anthropocentric. In addition that Swan’s actions and the rational behavior made her miserably failed in Mercury through the construction of the biome and creation of quantum computers. So this cause, in the end, the space people want to move from space to earth to rebuild the biome.
Applications of this study: The prudent study analyses the normative ethics in a detailed manner under the Utilitarian approach, Kantian ethics and Virtue ethics. These philosophical domains can be benefitted for researchers to practice and implement during the research process in Humanities and Social Sciences especially.
Novelty/Originality of this study: The study analyzed the anthropocentric attitude of the character Swan in 2312 based on her actions or duties through the code of normative ethics (Utilitarianism, Kantian ethics and Virtue ethics).

This applied research aims to determine the condition of the souvenir merchant product booth at the Sangiran Museum, then analyze and synthesize, then do a new booth redesign that is in accordance to the demands of function, ergonomics, culture and image of Sangiran Museum tourism object. The design of the new booth was made so that it could function properly to support the display of the typical Sangiran products sold. In the end, it was hoped that there would be additional transactions so as to increase the sales turnover of souvenir merchants in Sangiran Museum area. The design is made based on the rules of function, safe and comfortable ergonomically, and has a distinctive character according to the tourist destinations in Sangiran Museum.The object of applied design research is the product stand for souvenir merchants in SangiranMuseu. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative dataor can be called a multiple research strategy. Quantitative data here means using numerical data which is the result of measurement in the field, then compared to the references, resource persons and analyzed based on the researcher interpretation. There is no carving more deeply rooted in us than the carving of justice. It is generally assumed that nature is the source of justice which gets manifested in the law of human beings. Justice is conceived as natural law. It is understood as a moral instinct common to all men or as a divine dictate written on their hearts. It was thus a vague character and a great difficulty in its realization of the concrete rules of conduct. Disputes often arose as to the actual content of this natural law. Nevertheless, the recognition of the existence of such a law is not at all an area of dispute. Natural law is a powerful influence in maintaining the ideals of justice in the form of moral commandments of life. Natural law is a synonym of moral law. It refers to the principles of right or wrong. Natural justice is an ethical-legal concept that is based on the natural feeling of the human being. Rules of natural justice have developed with the growth of civilization. It is not the creation of the Constitution or mankind. It originated along with human history. To protect himself against the excess of organized power, man has always appealed to someone who is not been created by him and such someone could only be God and His laws, Divine law or Natural law, to which all temporal laws must and actions must conform. It is a great principle of humanization which informs law and procedures with fairness and impartiality.

Common mathematical models of complex systems are not flexible, their creation is very resource-demanding and they are hard to work with. The numerous problems can arise during the process of building a mathematical model for complex systems. An area of knowledge, facts, and information could be structured badly or not structured at all. Part of the data might be missing or vice versa – we might have too much data available, which makes it difficult to find the necessary information. Therefore building a formal mathematical model, studying its dynamic for the relevant area of knowledge becomes a very hard or even almost impossible task. And that is why the new methods for such task are in much demand, namely, the methods of building descriptive mathematical models. The descriptive mathematical model serves as not a strict and formal model but a qualitative one. Such a qualitative model gives us a possibility to describe the character of the system, behavior of its internal components, and approximate rules of its dynamics. The qualitative model gives us a chance to deny the propositions, which do not fit the model directly at the first stage.
