Abstract:
During the selection of crops aimed at creating high-fiber varieties, it is important to determine the patterns of fiber formation at the molecular level and the genotype specificity of cellulose synthesis processes, to study the efficiency of the genes responsible for cellulose synthesis at various stages of plant ontogenesis. The aim of the work was to study the expression of flax cellulose synthase genes. The objects of the study were 8 samples of flax (genus Linum), differing in fiber content: 7 cultivarеs of Linum usitatissimum L., of which 5 cultivarеs of fiber flax, 2 cultivarеs of oilseed flax, as well as one sample of large-flowered flax (L. grandiflorum Desf.). The studied cultivar were grown in a growth chamber. Samples of plant material were taken on the 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th and 50th day after germination. RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis were carried out. RNA sequences of CesA1, CesA4, CesA6, CesA7 were obtained and gene-specific primers for PCR were developed. Gene expression was determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, and reaction products were separated by size using a 1.2% agarose gel. Based on the data obtained, the presence of phase- and genotype-specificity in the process of expression of cellulose synthases of the CesA family in the flax stem was established. Cellulose synthases of the primary cell wall of flax (CesA1, CesA6) show a dynamic increase in expression up to the «herringbone» stage, and then the expression gradually decreases towards the onset of rapid growth phase, while cellulose synthases of the secondary cell wall (CESA4, CESA7) are characterized by a constant increase in expression from the first days of the development of seedlings to the phase of rapid growth.

En el rio Cesar, departamento del Cesar, en el sector norte de Guacoche-Guacochito desde hace aproximadamente 10 años se está explotando artesanalmente de manera incontrolada, sin planificación y si estandarización materiales de construcción (material de arrastre) destinado a obras urbanísticas en la ciudad de Valledupar-Cesar permitiendo de esa manera el deterioro ambiental y geotécnico de las riveras de los ríos mencionados. Este estudio tiene como objetivo caracterizar los aspectos más relevantes de la explotación artesanal en el lecho del río Cesar en el sector norte de Guacoche-Guacochito en el departamento del Cesar. Se recopiló la información existente sobre la zona de interés mediante estudios geológicos, hidrológicos, monografías, Informe geológico preliminar de la cuenca del río Cesar, Atlas ambiental del Departamento del Cesar entre otros. Se emplea el método de minería a cielo abierto de avance sobre las playas y depósitos de material dentro del río, Conclusiones: la cual el material se extrae en áreas que ya han sido recargadas por los aportes en la creciente del río en épocas de sequía, el mecanismo es que al llegar la época de verano se forman las terrazas, la cual se le da entrada a volquetas con capacidades de 6m3 y palas manuales.

Lançando mão dos recursos da teoria política, Cesar lembra os momentos em que os golpes à democracia instauraram o fascismo por vias liberais, sentenciando: “a política não pode mais se nutrir de nada parecido com o liberalismo. Nada”. Tendo como mote o golpe-impeachment de 2016, Cesar questiona o lugar do institucionalismo no pensamento político, evidenciando os mecanismos da relação entre golpe de estado e legalidade e, ainda, golpe de estado e governo representativo. Abstract:
Abstract An overview is given of 50-year Cabauw observations and research on the structure and dynamics of the atmospheric boundary layer. It is shown that over time this research site with its 200-m meteorological tower has grown into an atmospheric observatory with a comprehensive observational program encompassing almost all aspects of the atmospheric column including its boundary conditions. This is accomplished by the Cabauw Experimental Site for Atmospheric Research (CESAR) a consortium of research institutes. CESAR plays an important role in the educational programs of the CESAR universities. The current boundary-layer observational program is described in detail, and other parts of the CESAR observational program discussed more briefly. Due to an open data policy the CESAR datasets are used by researchers all over the world. Examples are given of the use of the long time series for model evaluation, satellite validation, and process studies. The role of tall towers is discussed in relation to the development of more and better ground-based remote sensing techniques. CESAR is now incorporated into the Ruisdael observatory, the large-scale atmospheric research infrastructure in the Netherlands. With Ruisdael the embedding of the Dutch atmospheric community in national policy landscape, and in the European atmospheric research infrastructures is assured for the coming decade.

Abstract:
CESAR stands in French for “simplified depletion applied to reprocessing”. The current version is now number 5.3 as it started 30 years ago from a long lasting cooperation with ORANO, co-owner of the code with CEA. This computer code can characterize several types of nuclear fuel assemblies, from the most regular PWR power plants to the most unexpected gas cooled and graphite moderated old timer research facility. Each type of fuel can also include numerous ranges of compositions like UOX, MOX, LEU or HEU. Such versatility comes from a broad catalog of cross section libraries, each corresponding to a specific reactor and fuel matrix design. CESAR goes beyond fuel characterization and can also provide an evaluation of structural materials activation. The cross-sections libraries are generated using the most refined assembly or core level transport code calculation schemes (CEA APOLLO2 or ERANOS), based on the European JEFF3.1.1 nuclear data base. Each new CESAR self shielded cross section library benefits all most recent CEA recommendations as for deterministic physics options. Resulting cross sections are organized as a function of burn up and initial fuel enrichment which allows to condensate this costly process into a series of Legendre polynomials. The final outcome is a fast, accurate and compact CESAR cross section library. Each library is fully validated, against a stochastic transport code (CEA TRIPOLI 4) if needed and against a reference depletion code (CEA DARWIN). Using CESAR does not require any of the neutron physics expertise implemented into cross section libraries generation. It is based on top quality nuclear data (JEFF3.1.1 for ∼400 isotopes) and includes up to date Bateman equation solving algorithms. However, defining a CESAR computation case can be very straightforward. Most results are only 3 steps away from any beginner's ambition: Initial composition, in core depletion and pool decay scenario. On top of a simple utilization architecture, CESAR includes a portable Graphical User Interface which can be broadly deployed in R&D or industrial facilities. Aging facilities currently face decommissioning and dismantling issues. This way to the end of the nuclear fuel cycle requires a careful assessment of source terms in the fuel, core structures and all parts of a facility that must be disposed of with “industrial nuclear” constraints. In that perspective, several CESAR cross section libraries were constructed for early CEA Research and Testing Reactors (RTR’s). The aim of this paper is to describe how CESAR operates and how it can be used to help these facilities care for waste disposal, nuclear materials transport or basic safety cases. The test case will be based on the PHEBUS Facility located at CEA − Cadarache.

Abstract:
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito la implementación del plan estratégico desarrollado para el Departamento del Cesar. Por medio de la ejecución de las estrategias retenidas, se lograrán los objetivos de largo plazo establecidos a 2027, y se alcanzará la situación futura deseada basada en tres pilares fundamentales: capital humano con calidad de vida, educación e instituciones gubernamentales eficientes y transparente, y como resultado, la disminución de la pobreza (esto último a través del desarrollo de los sectores minero, agroindustrial, turístico y pecuario). Dicho plan estratégico ha sido desarrollado con base en el Modelo Secuencial del Proceso Estratégico creado por D’Alessio (2015). Se inició con el análisis de la situación actual del Departamento del Cesar, para posteriormente establecer la situación futura deseada, a partir de la cual se identificaron las fortalezas y debilidades del departamento, y las amenazas y oportunidades del entorno. Posteriormente se establecieron las estrategias efectivas a seguir, con el fin de lograr su desarrollo competitivo y medioambientalmente sostenible. Este proceso estratégico iterativo, retroalimentado e interactivo, es lo que permite que se puedan revisar constantemente las distintas etapas del plan, haciendo ajustes en la medida que se requiera. La investigación realizada demuestra que a pesar de que el Cesar presenta muchas oportunidades de mejora, cuenta con el potencial para lograr ser un Departamento competitivo en los campos económico y social a nivel nacional. Implementando el presente plan estratégico, el Departamento del Cesar será uno de los departamentos más productivos, eficientes y sostenibles de Colombia, y un referente internacional de competitividad y gestión
The purpose of this paper is to implement the Strategic Plan developed for the Department of Cesar. Through the execution of retained strategies, the long-term objectives established by 2027 will be achieved, and the desired future situation will be reached based on three fundamental pillars: sustained economic development, reduction of unemployment and as a result the reduction of poverty; throughout the development of the mining, agroindustrial, tourism and livestock sectors. This Strategic Plan has been developed based on the Sequential Model of the Strategic Process created by D'Alessio (2015). It began with the analysis of the current situation of the Department of Cesar, to subsequently establish the desired future situation, from which the strengths and weaknesses of the department, the threats and opportunities of the environment were identified. Afterwards, the effective strategies to be followed were established to achieve their competitive and environmentally sustainable development. This Strategic Process is iterative, feedback and interactive, which allows to constantly review the different stages of the plan, making adjustments as required. Research shows that although Cesar presents many opportunities for improvement, it has the potential to become a competitive department in the economic and social fields at a national level. Implementing this strategic plan, the Department will be one of the most productive, efficient and sustainable departments in Colombia, and an international benchmark for competitiveness and management

Once in contact with contemporary poetry, we can think of its multiple practice in which form and diction, the most diverse ones resist to critical reception that are tied to established literary standards. The literary work of Ana Cristina Cesar can be included in this particular context. Controversial in its essence, her work keeps oscillating and drifting from stable matters. Therefore, the aim of this study is to read it by the bias of hesitation, between poetry and prose, center and edge, biography and fiction, memory and forgetfulness, in order to find out what is hidden underneath it, and whether it means simulation or dissimulation. The essay is elected then, in the wake of Adorno (2003), as the academic style of dissertation. It is a belief that the essay is analogous to the poetry studied, for it is placed among absurdities since it neither starts from a very beginning nor converges at a final ending.
No contato com as poéticas contemporâneas, pensa-se sua prática múltipla, em que forma e dicção as mais diversas resistem à recepção crítica presa a padrões pré-estabelecidos. Nesse particular, insere-se a produção literária de Ana Cristina Cesar (1952-1983) que, controversa já na essência, soçobra oscilando e à deriva do estável. Dessa maneira, este estudo propõe lê-la pelo viés da hesitação entre poesia e prosa, centro e margem, biográfico e ficcional, memória e esquecimento a fim de se entrever o que sob ele se esconde, escapa, simula ou dissimula. Para isso, elege-se o ensaio, na esteira de Adorno (2003), como estilo acadêmico de escrita da dissertação, acreditando ser ele análogo à poética estudada na medida em que ocupa um lugar entre os despropósitos, sem partir de um princípio primeiro ou convergir para um fim último.

La pr?sente th?se est une approche critique de la production litt?raire de l ?crivain carioca Ana Cristina Cesar. Aussi bien dans la po?sie que dans son oeuvre critique, Ana Cristina Cesar a mis en ?vidence la question de l ?criture comme le principal dil?me de son projet comme ?crivain. En face d autant de registres, soit en forme de po?mes, texte critique ou lettres, la question de l ?criture est, dans l ensemble de son oeuvre, formul?e ? partir d une interp?n?tration entre la litt?rature et la vie. Consid?rant le probl?me de l ?criture comme partie d un projet de l ?tre ?crivain pour Ana Cristina Cesar, nous affirmons que l int?r?t de notre recherche se dirige vers l analyse des mani?res selon lesquelles ce probl?me parcourt son ?criture et d?vient une question m?talinguistique dans sa cr?ation. Nous partons de la r?flexion sur l ?criture dans son oeuvre pour relever la question principale de notre proposition de travail avec son texte: Qu est-ce que c est, apr?s tout, ?crire pour Ana Cristina Cesar et comment cela se formule-t-il dans la production des r?les qu elle exerce en tant que po?te, critique et professeur? A presente tese consiste numa abordagem cr?tica acerca da produ??o liter?ria da escritora carioca Ana Cristina Cesar. Tanto na poesia quanto na obra cr?tica, Ana Cristina Cesar evidenciou a quest?o do escrever como o principal dilema do seu projeto como escritora. Diante de tantos registros, seja em forma de poema, texto cr?tico ou carta, a quest?o do escrever ?, no conjunto de sua obra, formulada a partir de uma interpenetra??o entre a literatura e a vida. Considerado o problema do escrever como parte de um projeto do ser escritora para Ana Cristina Cesar, afirmamos que o nosso interesse de pesquisa se pauta em analisar os modos como esse problema percorre sua escrita e torna-se uma quest?o metalingu?stica dentro da sua cria??o. Resumo: Este trabalho consiste na investigação de procedimentos de escrita em dois poetas brasileiros contemporâneos, Ana Cristina Cesar e Marcos Siscar, tendo como ponto de partida conceitual a filosofia da imanência de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari. Ao invés de um ¿estudo de caso¿, o objetivo é a reflexão acerca da leitura de poesia contemporânea a partir, principalmente, do conceito de sentido enquanto acontecimento, tal como é formulado desde as obras de Deleuze Logique du sens e Différence et répétition. Nesta direção, as poesias de Ana C. e Siscar são tomadas como ressonâncias brasileiras atuais para se pensar o funcionamento de poéticas que sugeririam, ou possibilitariam, uma leitura imanente do plano de composição do poema
Abstract: The present thesis is an investigation of writing¿s procedures in two contemporaries brazilian poets, Ana Cristina Cesar and Marcos Siscar, having as conceptual starting the Gilles Deleuze¿s and Félix Guattari¿s philosophy of imanence. Instead of a ¿study of case¿, the objective is the reflexion concerning the contemporary poetry reading, starting from the concept of the sense as event, as it is formuled by Deleuze since his works Logique du sens and Différence et répétition. This dissertation deals with relations between the piano musical instrument associated with european culture and difficul mobility and samba musical genre associated with low classes and a certain image of african-brazilian culture. Throughout the twentieth century, through the performance of pianeiros, the practice of the piano in samba established itself as a tradition that Cesar Camargo Mariano would to fall heir. The first two chapters stand out periods in which the piano works significantly in the history of samba: 1) from the late nineteenth century until the 1930s with musical genres that originated the samba through the pianeiros; 2) and in the 1960s, in formation of trio (bass, piano and drums), with the instrumental repertoire of bossa nova and samba-jazz. The third chapter consists of the analysis of three musical pieces recorded by Cesar Camargo Mariano in the album Solo Brasileiro (Polygram, 1994): Cristal, Samambaia and Minha Mágoa, which aims to recognize characteristic features of the tradition of pianeiros the musical text, as well as identify stylistic features of samba for solo piano by Cesar Camargo Mariano
Esta dissertação trata de relações entre o piano instrumento musical associado à cultura européia e de difícil mobilidade e o samba gênero musical associado às classes populares e a uma certa imagem da cultura afro-brasileira. Ao longo do século XX, através da atuação dos pianeiros, a prática do piano no samba se consolida como uma tradição da qual Cesar Camargo Mariano seria herdeiro. Nos dois primeiros capítulos, destacam-se períodos em que o piano atua de modo significativo na história do samba: 1) do final do século XIX até a década de 1930 com os gêneros musicais que originaram o samba, através dos pianeiros; 2) e na década de 1960, principalmente na formação de trio (baixo, piano e bateria), com o repertório instrumental de bossa-nova ou samba-jazz. O terceiro capítulo consiste na análise musical de três peças gravadas por Cesar Camargo Mariano no disco Solo Brasileiro (Polygram, 1994): Cristal, Samambia e Minha Mágoa, que tem como objetivo reconhecer elementos característicos da tradição dos pianeiros no texto musical, bem como identificar traços estilísticos do samba para piano solo de Cesar Camargo Mariano

AbstractThis paper presents an approach for synthesizing provably correct control envelopes for hybrid systems. Control envelopes characterize families of safe controllers and are used to monitor untrusted controllers at runtime. Our algorithm fills in the blanks of a hybrid system’s sketch specifying the desired shape of the control envelope, the possible control actions, and the system’s differential equations. In order to maximize the flexibility of the control envelope, the synthesized conditions saying which control action can be chosen when should be as permissive as possible while establishing a desired safety condition from the available assumptions, which are augmented if needed. An implicit, optimal solution to this synthesis problem is characterized using hybrid systems game theory, from which explicit solutions can be derived via symbolic execution and sound, systematic game refinements. Optimality can be recovered in the face of approximation via a dual game characterization. The resulting algorithm, Control Envelope Synthesis via Angelic Refinements (CESAR), is demonstrated in a range of safe control envelope synthesis examples with different control challenges.
