The Centro Virtual Cervantes (http://cvc.cervantes.es) is the Internet-based branch of the Instituto Cervantes, the official Spanish institution commissioned to disseminate the use and study of Spanish language and culture around the world.Since its creation in December 1997, the CVC has rapidly become one of the most important reference sites devoted to Spanish language and culture on the WWW, having reached an average of over 100,000 visitors a month. This increasing number of visitors is primarily due to the great variety of resources available at the CVC website, which attract both professionals and the public in general. These include announcements of cultural events under Actos Culturales, the four discussion forums, each of which focuses on a specific topic, and the language classroom, Aula de Lengua, designed for both teachers and learners of Spanish.The CVC front page enables direct access to the entire contents which are well structured, and organised in a very user-friendly manner. The central part is dedicated to current cultural events and is therefore constantly up-dated. The sections included are listed on the left and right hand side of the main menu page.

Natal, capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte, annually receives two million tourists, mainly from the sun and beach segment. Its historic centre was classified by Iphan as a Brazilian cultural heri‑ tage in 2010. In this article, we seek to identify the potential and weaknesses of cultural tourism, starting from the historic centre of Natal. To this end, we carried out a case study, from the Tourism Centre, which is located in the aforementioned historic centre. In this context, semi-structured interviews were applied to businessmen, tourism secretaries - municipal and state - and tourists. We conclude that, despite some advances, the historic centre remains in a secondary position in political and economic options. In addition, the triangulation of Natal's culture, tourism and public policies allows the identification of positive and negative skills that make it possible to characterize the current situation of cultural tourism in the city

This paper presents a case of collaboration between different types of public services and the private sector for the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture. This collaboration is achieved by means of a centre established and developed by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Centro de Iniciativas Emprendedoras (the Centre for Entrepreneurial Initiatives, CIADE). Since its creation CIADE has, because of a lack of university-allocated financial resources, been collaborating with a wide range of organizations in accordance with the Triple Helix model, including three levels of public administration (national, regional and local), several private businesses and different corporate civic bodies (mostly corporate foundations). CIADE's principal, distinctive attributes, with regard to the Triple Helix, are collaboration, self-financing, project management and a horizontal hierarchical structure which allows rapid accommodation of and adaptation to the changing circumstances of its environment.

Following mainly the surveys carried out by the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (2006-2017), we will analyze how Spaniards perceive the cultural diversity resulting from immigration (is it positive? To what extent?). As we shall see, the Spanish public opinion generally considers that migrants enrich culture, although with some limitations that correct the usual more positive views. This is probably due to the use of a superficial concept of culture (and, therefore, cultural diversity) that focuses on non-problematic items as music, food and the like.

This study attempts to establish a significant relationship between the prevailing organizational culture and the dominant work values of faculty members in three higher education institutions in Bulacan, Philippines—Centro Escolar University, La Consolacion University Philippines, and Baliuag University—in the first semester of academic year 2015-2016 with the view of crafting an enhancement program on organizational culture. Respondents answered questions on the organizational culture and their dominant work values and how these two factors interact. Findings show a strong organizational culture pervading the three institutions and the faculty putting a high premium on achievement, continuous learning in the work place, leadership of their superiors and being able to help others in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. The study recommends motivating the faculty to pursue post-graduate degrees in their area of specialization and for the institutions to conduct seminar-workshops on professed work values and prevailing organizational culture towards creating a work culture that fosters achievement, continuous learning, and supportive relationships among administrators, faculty and non-teaching personnel.

During the realization of the “Polvo de Gallina Negra” exhibition (2022) at the Centro Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo (CNAC), the Archiva project - Masterpieces of Feminist Art in Chile, also known as Archiva Chilena, emerged. Proposed by the artist Mónica Mayer and curators Julia Antivilo and María Laura Rosa, Archiva Chilena documented 68 works by 57 Chilean artists, creating an archive of feminist “masterpieces”. The objective of this article is to reflect on the practices of representation and feminist visual culture that emerge from this archive, in order to understand how this action enhances the emergence of a Virtual Feminist Museum within CNAC. Through the analysis of Archiva, we will reflect on how it introduces new epistemic possibilities that challenge gender and power relations within art institutions.

La historia del café en Veracruz ha forjado una cultura en los habitantes de la Faja de Oro, generaciones de familias cafeticultoras y jornaleras sostienen el cultivo llegado a México desde finales del siglo XVIII. El equipo de Cultura del proyecto de FORDECYT, Café In Red, se propuso conocer y compartir la vida de esas familias para que, a través de la vista, la voz y el oído, sin olvidar los aromas y sabores que vuelcan las pasiones del café, sepamos quiénes son los rostros de la cafeticultura de hoy. Las políticas sociales difícilmente incorporan el arte en la socialización del conocimiento, y para Café in Red ha sido un reto integrar la cultura en el proyecto del Fondo Institucional de Fomento Regional para el Desarrollo Científico, Tecnológico y de Innovación. Pretendemos integrar arte e investigación social en el trabajo comunitario a través de una mirada crítica ante uno mismo y frente a los demás, observado los rostros de los cafetaleros, mujeres y niños atentos ante una representación teatral o mirando las fotografías expuestas en las paredes de un salón social o leyendo las fichas que complementan la información. The Culture team of the FORDECYT project, Café In Red, set out to know and share the lives of these families so that through sight, voice and hearing, without forgetting the aromas and flavors that turn the passionate feelings of coffee, we know who the faces of today's coffee culture are. Social policies hardly incorporate art in the socialization of knowledge, and for Café in Red it has been a challenge to integrate culture into the project of the Institutional Fund for Regional Development for the Innovation, Technological and Scientific Development. We intend to integrate art and social research into community work through a critical look before oneself and others, observing the faces of coffee growers, women and children attentive to a theatrical performance or looking at the photographs exposed on the walls of a social lounge or reading the cards that complement the information. Nel 1506 esce a Venezia, presso lo stampatore Liechtenstein, la Biblij Cžeská w Benátkach tisšten (Bibbia ceca stampata a Venezia). La Bibbia di Venezia (come è comunemente indicata) è in ceco ed è commissionata da tre cittadini praghesi. Il lavoro intende indagare la Bibbia ceca del 1506 come un “oggetto” curioso che, in qualche modo, unisce a inizio del XVI secolo due realtà culturali molto distanti tra loro: quella di Venezia, centro nevralgico della stampa europea e in particolare di quella umanista, e quella di Praga, centro dell’utraquismo. Tale indagine si soffermerà su tre aspetti: la situazione della stampa ceca a inizio Cinquecento, cui verrà dedicato maggiore spazio; i motivi alla base della Bibbia come testo da stampare; infine, le criticità della scelta di Venezia. Conclude il lavoro una breve riflessione sul lascito della Bibbia di Venezia, un ibrido di due culture del libro, nella storia della stampa ceca.

I centri provinciali per l'istruzione degli adulti si configurano come laboratori formativi e connettori socioculturali, in virtù dell'eterogeneità dell'utenza che intercettano, orientati al conseguimento di titoli di studio e alla certificazione di competenze, in primis di natura linguistica. In tali contesti, le pratiche arti-stico-espressive possono rappresentare una fattiva possibilità di riflessione e interpretazione della società contemporanea e della realtà, in grado di incenti-vare processi inclusivi tra culture differenti. Il contributo presenta una ricerca svolta presso un centro provinciale di istru-zione degli adulti, volta a indagare se la pratica teatrale possa contribuire alla promozione di una sensibilità interculturale, forme di incontro tra culture me-diante la creazione di un linguaggio espressivo condiviso, aumentando altresì le interazioni comunicative.

A partir da série de dados históricos de precipitações pluviométricas proveniente de 15 anos de coleta, foram avaliados os seguintes cenários: três capacidades de armazenamento de água pelo solo – CAD (20 mm; 40 mm; e 60 mm) e doze épocas de semeaduras (01/01; 01/02; 01/03; 01/04; 01/05; 01/06; 01/07; 01/08; 01/09; 01/10; 01/11; 01/12).Os rendimentos relativos da cultura da melancia foram estimados a partir das combinações entre CAD e épocas de semeadura levando em consideração o fator de resposta da cultura ao déficit hídrico (Ky). Os custos totais de produção da melancia foram simulados através da soma do custo de implantação da cultura e do consumo de energia elétrica (kWh) do sistema de irrigação necessário para reposição das lâminas brutas. Os resultados indicaram que as maiores receitas foram encontradas no 1º trimestre, sendo que janeiro na CAD de 20 mm a área que obteve receitas acima de R$ 4000,00 ha-1 está localizada na região norte do estado e corresponde a 0,54% do território piauiense. Na CAD de 40 mm, esta área aumentou pra 1,70% do território no centro-norte e norte do estado e na CAD de 60 mm, 6,80% do território distribuídas entre as regiões norte, centro-norte e sudeste do estado. No mês de fevereiro as receitas líquidas acima de R$ 4000,00 ha-1 representaram 7,77% do Estado (regiões centro-norte e norte), na CAD de 20 mm. Esse valor aumentou para, 12,18% na CAD de 40 mm (regiões centro-norte, norte e sudoeste) e 17,23% na CAD de 60 mm (regiões centro-norte, norte e sudoeste). Em março essa área foi de 5,06%, na CAD de 20 mm (regiões centro-norte e norte) e triplicou na CAD de 60 mm com um total de 15,62% (centro-norte e norte). A época de semeadura 1° de fevereiro foi a que obteve as maiores receitas líquidas, assim como, as maiores áreas com as maiores receitas em todas as CAD’s, com destaque para a CAD de 60 mm que obteve um percentual de 17,23% (do território piauiense) superando os meses de janeiro (6,80%) e março (15,62%), na mesma CAD. A utilização da irrigação no cultivo de melancia mostrou-se viável em todo o Estado do Piauí, para todas as combinações de épocas de semeadura e CAD. Based on historical records of rainfall, obtained from the Northeast Development Superintendence (SUDENE) and the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET), collected in 165 localities, the water balance of the culture was simulated in daily scale and gross irrigation levels were determined through spreadsheets with a computational routine in the basic visual programming language (Macros) linked to Microsoft Excel 2010 spreadsheet, through the Monte Carlo method. The reference evapotranspiration (ETo) was estimated in daily scale according to the methodology proposed by Thornthwaite (1948). The relative yields of watermelon crop were estimated based on crop combinations, location, available water capacity in the soil and sowing dates taking into account the crop response factor to the culture water deficit (Ky). The total costs of watermelon production were simulated by adding the cost of the culture implantation and electricity consumption (kWh) of the irrigation system required to replace gross irrigation levels. After the simulation of yields and total production costs, the net revenue of the culture was determined for all locations and sowing dates. Spring 5.2.7 software was used to spatialize, through thematic maps, the net revenues. Based on the analysis of the thematic maps, it was concluded that: the sowing date February 1 was the one with the higher net income, as well as the areas with largest revenues. The use of irrigation in watermelon cultivation proved to be feasible in the entire state of Piauí, for all combinations of sowing dates, CAD and planting site. The net revenue varied throughout the state of Piauí depending on sowing time, CAD and place of cultivation. Keywords: Citrullus lanatus; spatial; net revenue; Monte Carlo.

Objetivo: Analisar a percepção de profissionais de enfermagem de um centro cirúrgico em um hospital privado acerca das dimensões da cultura de segurança do paciente. Método: Estudo descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa, realizado em uma instituição hospitalar privada e acreditada, com 37 profissionais de enfermagem do centro cirúrgico, utilizando o instrumento Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture para coleta de dados. Resultados: Identificou-se a dimensão “Aprendizado organizacional e melhoria contínua” (77,4%) como área forte na instituição. Encontraram-se quatro áreas frágeis, referentes às dimensões: “Trabalho em equipe dentro das unidades” (47,4%), “Abertura da comunicação” (45,8%), “Resposta não punitiva aos erros” (29,2%) e “Adequação de pessoal” (42%). Conclusão: Há a necessidade de se implementar mudanças que requeiram esforços de toda a organização hospitalar nos níveis estratégico, administrativo e operacional, principalmente para incentivar a atenção dos profissionais na condução das ações que fortaleçam a cultura não punitiva, e estudar o dimensionamento de profissionais para o atendimento do paciente no perioperatório.

Se analizan dos obras recientes que forman parte del incipiente “urbanismo de la madera”: el Centro Cultural Arauco, de la oficina Elton Léniz (2016), y la Biblioteca de Constitución, de Sebastián Irarrázaval (2015). Más allá de sus valores específicos, ambos proyectos son pioneros en la construcción de una cultura material que resignifica la madera. Mientras el Centro Cultural Arauco busca definir su lenguaje a través de dicho material, la Biblioteca de Constitución construye una espacialidad propia a partir de una estructura de madera montada sobre muros cortafuegos o deslindes de hormigón. Reconociendo el “espíritu del lugar”, ambos proyectos contribuyen a consolidar la madera como un proyecto estratégico territorial.

Two recent works that form part of the incipient “Wood urbanism” have been analysed: Centro Cultural Arauco, by the Elton Léniz office (2016), and Biblioteca de Constitución, by Sebastián Irarrázaval (2015). Beyond their specific value, both projects are pioneers in the construction of a material culture that gives a new meaning to wood. While the cultural centre in Arauco aims at defining its language through this material, the library in Constitución builds its own spatiality from a timber structure mounted on firewalls or concrete demarcations. Recognizing the “spirit of the place”, both projects contribute to the consolidation of wood as a strategic territorial project.

The role of La Modelo as a place of cultural creation is highlighted, including some relevant episodes of its history related to the Spanish counterculture and popular culture in the 60s to 80s, as well as today. Research is based on social project “Cultural prescription”, organized by public cultural institution “Mokytojų namai” (Eng. Teacher’s House) in Vilnius and dedicated to Outpatient Clinic “Centro poliklinika” (Vilnius) patients, who were suffering from chronic disease to improve their QoL. The aim of the paper is to explore the possibilities of innovative social measures to increase social cultural engagement of patients, to contribute to their well-being, and to present the approach of health care practitioners towards the expediency and usefulness of inter-sectorial cooperation for the patients’ social welfare.

The idea of modernization influenced a reconciliation between advocates of the revolutionary state and its conservative opponents in 1940s Leóón, Guanajuato. Proponents of the Revolution demonstrated the transforming power of the state by advocating projects that expressed modernity. PRM supporters instituted an extensive program of construction that stripped the city of its local orientation, religious iconography, and of its status as the symbolic capital of Catholic Mexico. The eventual endorsement of the modernization ideal by conservatives allowed an ideological, economic, political, and cultural reconciliation between themselves and the PRM that contributed to the longevity of the postrevolutionary government. En Leóón Guanajuato, la modernizacióón jugóó un importante papel en la reconciliacióón entre los defensores del estado revolucionario y los de la oposicióón conservadora. Los partidarios de la Revolucióón sustentaron la capacidad transformativa del Estado mediante proyectos de infraestructura que dejaban claro la modernidad revolucionaria. Adherentes del PRM pusieron en marcha una séérie de obras púúblicas que transformaron una ciudad, que otrora, habíía fungido como el centro del catolicismo mexicano. Igualmente, estos proyectos obfuscaron la iconografíía religosa de la ciudad y cambiaron su orientacióón regional. Al apoyar y sancionar la obra modernizadora de la Revolucióón hicierion posible una reconciliacióón ideolóógica, econóómica, políítica, y cultural entre las facciones opuestas, hecho que conllevo a la longevidad del réégimen posrevolucionario.

El artículo utiliza más de treinta entrevistas de historia oral a personas que dirigían sound systems o fueron su público. Estas fueron recopiladas por el proyecto Sound System Culture iniciado por el Let’s Go Yorkshire, entidad que se interesa sobre aspectos del patrimonio cultural oculto o no documentado por la historia convencional. This study focuses on the ways in which the results of a composer's compositional and research activity are preserved, remaining current and practically building the bridge between the past and the future, connecting with past and future generations, with reference to the composer Luigi Dallapiccola, to his entire and rich activity, as well as to the Centro Studi Dallapiccola institution, in the city of Florence, Italy, where he worked for more than 40 years. The choice of the theme is due to the fact that in the same city I benefited from an Erasmus mobility, where I had the opportunity to make contact with the sounds and scores of the Istrian composer, during conferences, lessons, concerts and recitals. The introduction, as well as the second sub-chapter of the text, deals with the theme of the own Model and the Other`s Model, emphasizing as essential directions to follow: education, values, principles and traditions. I then led the content to the Model of the Other, namely the exposition of the ways in which the promotion of the composer's creation and musicological activity took place, by involving the 4 distinct and essential elements of the cultural-artistic environment: material culture, cultural infrastructure, non-material culture, technology and research; in short, the involvement of the institutions, the support of the Ministry of Culture, responsibility towards the legacy offered by the predecessors, respect towards creation. Then, in order to have a clearer picture, I detailed the attributes of each of the components of the artistic environment. I reported on the activity of Centro Studi Dallapiccola in the 4th chapter (3rd subchapter), where I highlighted the key moments, important in the expansion of events and the formation of connections with new institutions, up to the creation of a particularly well-organized infrastructure. Finally, the content is intended to be a suggestion towards taking some elements that fit Iași cultural space and applying them, with reference to the music of those Iași and/or Romanian creators.

Implementing autonomy in language learning and teaching in most institutional contexts is still, even after decades of research and practice, a challenge for teachers and learners. Facing these challenges may be easier, if this is done not in isolation, but rather as part of a learning and teaching community. My experience at the Centre for Independent Language Learning (CILL) at the Language Centre of the Freie Universität Berlin is that the first step towards implementing autonomy is encouraging it while building a community of practice. For teachers, a community of practice means the opportunity to discuss their understanding of autonomy, to share and reflect experiences, to develop common strategies both for teaching and for addressing the administration, if need be. An even better opportunity to build a learning culture based on autonomy is to support teachers and learners to exchange their perspectives and cooperate towards a common understanding of (more) autonomous teaching and learning. One of the aims of the CILL is to create opportunities for such an exchange, involving student assistants and teachers to reflect on the provision of the CILL and to help to further develop it.

Twenty four strains of the entomopathogenic fungi (Hyphomycetes) Beauveria bassiana, Metarrhizium anisopliae, Nomuraea rileyi, Paecilomyces farinosus, P. fumosoroseus and P. lilacinus, maintained in the culture collection of Embrapa-Centro Nacional de Pesquisa de Recursos Genéticos e Biotecnologia (Cenargen) and preserved by lyophilization and in liquid nitrogen, had their conidial viability assessed. Germination rates of 16- to 84-month-old cultures stored in liquid nitrogen decreased, on average, less than 13.3%. For 29- to 49-month-old cultures preserved by lyophilization, the viability loss ranged, on average, from 28.6 to 94.5%. The results demonstrated the efficiency of the tested methods, especially liquid nitrogen, in preserving the viability of entomopathogenic fungi.

Estudo descritivo, transversal, abordagem quantitativa, com objetivo de avaliar a percepção da equipe multiprofissional acerca da cultura de segurança do paciente no centro de terapia intensiva adulto de um Hospital Universitário Federal. A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir da aplicação de dois instrumentos: o questionário de caracterização e a versão brasileira do "Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture". Participaram 45 pessoas correspondendo 73% da amostra. As dimensões de maiores médias de respostas positivas foram: Expectativas e ações da supervisão/chefia para a promoção da segurança do paciente; Abertura para comunicação e Trabalho em Equipe. Quatro dimensões receberam avaliação negativa com porcentagem acima de 50%: Resposta não punitiva ao erro; Apoio da gestão hospitalar para a segurança do paciente; Quadro de funcionários e Percepção Geral da Segurança do Paciente. A cultura de segurança do paciente não se encontra adequadamente implantada neste cenário, no entanto, constatou-se dimensões com potencialidades de transformação.

This article results from an investigation carried out from the current technological condition in which virtuality is carried out in the university; so that students and teachers can have opportunities for interaction. The objective is: to lead the training process of the students / teachers that stimulates the development of digital competences and the promotion of a university culture from this learning modality. It was decided to work with two analysis units, students and teachers. In the presentation, an online learning implementation strategy is generated as a result, which is structured by three dimensions with their corresponding stages, which allows the precision of actions, organizes, guides and evaluates the educational practice so that they learn by doing teachers and students. The strategy was submitted to the criteria of 10 experts. In the case of teacher training, they need to experience this process as part of their professional development. Achieving digital skills involves a change of thinking; that in the university it acquires a particular connotation, because its professors already have a basic knowledge of virtuality.

Se ha realizado un estudio de diseñocorrelacional con 51 trabajadores de salud familiar y comunitaria del Centrode Salud Aparicio Pomares de Huánuco, durante el periodo 2018. Se empleóun cuestionario sobre cultura de seguridad del paciente en atención primariadel Medical Ofce Survey on Patient Safety Culture (MOSPS) elaborado porla Agencia de Calidad del Sistema Nacional de Salud de España y una escalade vinculación laboral de Schaufeli y Bakker. En el análisis inferencial seutilizó la Prueba de correlaciones de r de Pearson. Resultados. El 62,7 % (32trabajadores de la salud) presentaron vinculación laboral muy alto y 86,3 % (44trabajadores de la salud) tuvieron cultura de seguridad del paciente de nivelmedio. Por otro lado, la vinculación laboral se relaciona signifcativamentecon la cultura de seguridad del paciente, con p ≤ 0,008. Y, también la culturade seguridad del paciente se relaciona signifcativamente con la vinculaciónlaboral en la dimensión vigor (p ≤ 0,022), dedicación (p ≤ 0,013) y absorción(p ≤ 0,012). Conclusiones. We analyze the cultural and environmental dimensions of foraging the wild edible fruit cachichín (Oecopetalum mexicanum) in the Sierra de Misantla in central Veracruz, Mexico, including gathering practices, social organization, subsistence, commerce, and consumption. Gathering cachichín brings together generations and genders in practices that provide amusement, as well as resources for economic income and personal consumption. Socialization during the gathering of cachichín renews and strengthens family bonds, friendships, and a sense of belonging. Se describen las prácticas de recolección, la organización social, la subsistencia, el comercio y el consumo. Las prácticas de recolección del cachichín proporcionan diversión y reúnen diferentes generaciones de hombres y mujeres; el fruto es para consumo personal y su venta genera ingresos económicos. La socialización durante la recolección de cachichín renueva y fortalece los lazos familiares, de amistad y sentido de pertenencia. Este estudio proporciona información valiosa para el manejo, uso y conservación de los recursos forestales no maderables con raíces bioculturales.

L’articolo tratta delle comunità di italiani che si sono formate in diversi paesi dell’Europa centro orientale a partire dal medioevo e dall’età moderna, prestando particolare attenzione a quelle che si sono consolidate nel periodo tra la fine del XIX secolo e la prima metà del XX secolo. Nate spesso in alternativa alle mete tradizionali d’oltreoceano e dell’Europa settentrionale, nel corso del tempo queste comunità hanno conosciuto storie diverse, alcune hanno scelto di tornare in Italia, altre invece sono rimaste, assimilandosi o preservando la propria identità socio-culturale e diventando minoranze etniche. Il periodo del socialismo reale ha rappresentato per molti italiani un periodo di isolamento e di perdita della propria identità. Con la caduta del muro di Berlino, le vicende di queste comunità di “italiani dimenticati” si sono intrecciate ai flussi migratori dei cosiddetti global migrant dei nostri giorni. L’articolo approfondisce quindi caso-studio dell’emigrazione degli italiani in Romania nell’Ottocento, che ha avuto un forte impatto sull’economia e sulla cultura dei due paesi. All’epoca i lavoratori italiani erano richiesti per le loro abilità in vari settori e questo ha creato legami culturali e sociali tra i due paesi la cui eco si riverbera sull’attuale immigrazione romena in Italia.
The socio-cultural identity of Italian communities in Central and Eastern Europe. An introduction
The article deals with the Italian communities that were formed in various countries of Central and Eastern Europe starting from the Middle Ages and the modern age, paying particular attention to those that consolidated between the late 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. Often born as an alternative to the traditional overseas and northern European destinations, over time these communities have known different destinies, with some choosing to return to Italy, while others have remained, assimilating or preserving their own socio-cultural identity and becoming ethnic minorities. The period of real socialism represented for many Italians a time of isolation and loss of their own identity. With the fall of the Berlin Wall, the events of these communities of “forgotten Italians” intertwined with the migratory flows of the so-called “global migrants” of our day. The article then explores the case study of the emigration of Italians to Romania in the 19th century, which had a strong impact on the economy and culture of the two countries. At the time, Italian workers were in demand for their skills in various sectors, creating cultural and social ties between the two countries whose echoes are reflected in the current Romanian immigration to Italy.

En este documento se analiza de qué forma un museo de arte contemporáneo puede generar cambios positivos en el barrio donde se localiza, más aún si ese vecindario se ubica en una zona periférica de la ciudad que ha pasado por un proceso de degradación urbana. Veremos el caso de un museo como elemento rehabilitador de infraestructura y un espacio de estímulo para la creación y producción de cultura. El museo le da una nueva vida a una edificación abandonada que anteriormente estaba destinada a la producción industrial. Los amplios espacios de manufactura, hoy en día abandonados, son ideales para instalar obras de arte contemporáneo.

AbstractThe Fondazione Prada in Milan, Italy, is a paradigm and an example of modern patronage. This document analyzes how a museum of contemporary art can generate positive changes in the neighborhood where it is located, especially if that neighborhood is located in a peripheral area of thecity that has gone through a process of urban degradation. We will consider the case of a museum as an infrastructure rehabilitation element and a stimulus space for the creation and production of culture. The museum gives a new life to an abandoned building that was previously destined forindustrial production. The large manufacturing spaces, now abandoned, are ideal for installing works of contemporary art.

The Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (CSC), founded in Rome in 1935, has come to signify Italian cinema education in acting, directing, photography, set design, costume design, screenwriting, sound production, editing, production and film animation (since 1983). The CSC has historically admitted a significant number of international students (more than 13 per cent) in the past 85 years. This collaborative article introduces the first comprehensive list of international students in three CSC disciplines: directing, photography and set design. It begins with historical and artistic perspectives addressing the ideal of diversity, the internationalization of culture and the sociopolitical context of studying cinema in Rome. This article also includes graphs and statistics that give a clear sense of the broad geographical representation of foreigners who studied at the CSC. A comprehensive list of their names, nationalities, specializations and year of their degrees is organized in two formats: one by geography and one by chronology. The aim of this article is also to set new research goals so as to broaden our understanding of whether and how the CSC’s Italian cinematic education impacted world cinema.

The Unified Educational Centers (CEUs) are urban equipmentsaimed at expanding the social insertion of segregated communities in society, by offering education, culture, sport, leisure and vocational courses. The objective of this work was the understanding of how the architecture, together with urban interventions of socioeconomic and educational content can mitigate the problems of areas with social vulnerability, acting as territory trainer and social promoter, so that the design of a CEU structure in the Housing Set Jardim João Domingos Netto in Presidente Prudente. The present work uses the methodology based on qualitative research, through researches and bibliographical revisions. The work addresses issues of public educational programs aimed at the social promotion of communities where inserted, architectural references, justification and analysis of site for implementation and development of the project.

1 ABSTRACT
Water deficit is one of the main problems in the development of coffee culture. To obtain better productivity and quality, the practice of irrigation is adopted by producers worldwide. However, when this practice is not managed properly, cultivated plants may have different responses. Thus, this experiment aimed to evaluate the yield of conilon coffee under irrigated conditions, irrigated with a deficit of 50% of the culture evapotranspiration and non-irrigated. The experiment was conducted in a 3 x 13 split plot scheme, with the irrigation management factor at 3 levels and the clone factor at 13 levels. The data obtained were subjected to analysis of variance and when significant compared using tests of means. Analyzing the effect of the irrigation management factor, it is possible to observe that there was no statistical difference between the levels irrigated with 50% of ETc and non-irrigated. At the level irrigated with 100% ETc, and the best value of yield was observed. The values closest to the average of the variety were obtained by clones V1, V5, V8, V9, V11, V12 and V13.

RENDIMENTO DO CAFEEIRO CONILON SOB DIFERENTES MANEJOS DE IRRIGAÇÃO

O déficit hídrico é um dos principais problemas no desenvolvimento do cafeeiro. Para obter melhor produtividade e qualidade, a prática da irrigação é adotada por produtores em todo mundo. Entretanto, quando esta prática não é manejada de forma adequada as plantas cultivadas podem apresentar diferentes respostas. Com isso, objetivou-se nesse experimento a avaliação do rendimento do cafeeiro conilon em condições irrigadas, irrigadas com déficit de 50% da evapotranspiração da cultura e sem irrigação. O experimento foi conduzido em esquema de parcelas subdivididas 3 x 13, com o fator manejo da irrigação em 3 níveis e o fator clone em 13 níveis. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos a análise de variância e quando significativos comparados utilizando testes de médias. Analisando o efeito do fator manejo da irrigação é possível observar que não ocorreu diferença estatística entre os níveis irrigado com 50% da ETc e sem irrigação. No nível irrigado com 100% da ETc foi observado o melhor valor de rendimento. Os valores mais próximos da média da variedade foram obtidos pelos clones V1, V5, V8, V9, V11, V12 e V13.

O pedido de registro da Literatura de Cordel como patrimônio imaterial do Brasil, requerido pela Academia Brasileira de Literatura de Cordel ao Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional-IPHAN, inscreve-se no ato final da chamada “cadeia patrimonial” e, quando titulado, será reconhecido um patrimônio cultural vivo – expressão da voz, memória e corpo de seus narradores; uma arte popular brasileira e símbolo de uma cultura do Nordeste que fez do processo migratório a peleja entre o oral e o escrito na conquista do território nacional. Mas, antes, é do processo de construção dos sentidos de patrimônio cultural imaterial e do longo caminho da patrimonialização do Cordel que este artigo trata. Considerando a natureza e a trajetória da Literatura de Cordel, objetivamos pontuar alguns marcos conceituais e institucionais que nos possibilitem perceber os deslocamentos de sentidos que a noção de cultura popular ganhou ao longo das trajetórias das políticas públicas de preservação indo do folclore ao patrimônio imaterial. Viviamo un cambiamento d’epoca che sta radicalmente trasformando sia l’identità dell’Occidente sia ponendo nuove e radicali sfide al cristianesimo chiamato ad inculturarsi di nuovo in una realtà che da esso si sta progressivamente allontanando. L’articolo in una prima parte ricostruisce alcuni tratti salienti della postmodernità e dell’esperienza religiosa postmoderna per poi soffermarsi su alcune questioni decisive per l’annuncio credibile del vangelo. Preso atto dell’inadeguatezza di alcune rappresentazioni trasmesse di Dio, della Chiesa, e della fede, l’articolo cerca di valorizzare alcune istanze della sensibilità contem-poranea. Soprattutto insiste sulla necessità di rimettere al centro la domanda di senso e su-perare la crisi della ragione per ritrovare per ricostruire l’alleanza tra fede e ragione ricono-scendo nel logos lo strumento per annunciare il vangelo e dialogare con le culture.

In particular, the analysis focuses on five key issues that run through the entire exchange: 1) the testimonies of the two intellectuals during some important historical events of the second Twentieth Century, such as the crisis of ‘56, Vietnam War and Maoist China; 2) some significant comments and positions taken in the literary field; 3) the singular poetic compositions in a satirical-epigrammatic style that the two exchanged; 4) work as translators and mediators of German culture (focusing on Bertolt Brecht); 5) the uninterrupted dialogue, through De Martino’s writings, around the theme of death and the possibility of Marxism to address it in a systematic way.

Nas últimas décadas, tem havido um crescimento expressivo do número de atrações turístico-culturais, dentre as quais atrações principais, centros de interpretação patrimonial e trilhas e roteiros patrimoniais. Objetiva-se apresentar, discutir e exemplificar diversas maneiras de criar, formatar, gerir e promover atrações turístico-culturais, isoladamente ou em conjunto, de modo a tornar a oferta turístico-cultural de uma cidade, região ou país mais atrativa para determinados públicos-alvo. O presente artigo aborda o seguinte: a) a criação de uma nova e original atração turístico-cultural; b) o pacote de atrações e outros elementos turísticos e de lazer; c) o desenvolvimento de trilhas e roteiros patrimoniais; d) eventos – destinos turísticos; e) centro de interpretação patrimonial; e f) eventos – atração turístico-cultural. Enquanto no exterior há o fenômeno do encerramento de atrações turístico-culturais, em virtude de um crescimento acelerado superior ao da demanda, tem ocorrido no Brasil, por parte do poder público e da iniciativa privada, um desinteresse em abrir centros de interpretação patrimonial e desenvolver trilhas e roteiros patrimoniais, dentre outras atrações, mesmo em nossas principais cidades patrimoniais. A “importação” de novos modelos e tipos de atrações turístico-culturais seria algo inovador para o mercado de turismo cultural no Brasil, mesmo que alguns desses já estejam sendo implantados no exterior, desde pelo menos os anos 1980.

Alex Cohen per l'Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità nell'ambito del programma Nations for Mental Health.L'autore offre in modo conciso ma puntuale una panoramica sulla condizione della salute mentale delle popolazioni indigene nel mondo.Come l'autore, chi scrive non è mosso dalla mera curiosità per gli inquieta limina delle alterità esotiche bensì dalla consapevolezza che anche nel nostro Paese sia necessario promuovere programmi interculturali di ricerca e di formazione, nonché realizzare servizi di salute pubblica e di salute mentale culturalmente sensibili.Sono ancora pochi i colleghi italiani che hanno intrapreso questo faticoso percorso (tra loro desidero ricordare il dr. Roberto Beneduce con il Centro Frantz Fanon a Torino) ed è pertanto necessario intensificare i momenti di incontro e di verifica delle nostre attività.L'approccio con persone provenienti da altre culture che chiedono assistenza ai servizi di salute mentale è sempre una circostanza problematica per l'avvio di un buon ascolto, di una eventuale presa in carico e di una adeguata relazione terapeutica.Sui fruitori dei servizi, sul loro mental health seeking behavior e sulle ragioni delle loro scelte sappiamo ancora poco; ancor meno conosciamo sull'interazione fra operatori e utenti immigrati ed in particolare sulle difficoltà che gli operatori sperimentano nel corso di questa interazione e che sono alla base di una forte richiesta di formazione.

Se analiza Trocitos de carbón (1923), de Carlos Gagini, una de las primeras muestras de un nacionalismo inclusivo que tiene en cuenta las provincias periféricas de Guanacaste, Puntarenas y Limón. Al mismo tiempo, el texto materializa los remanentes de un racismo excluidor y excluyente de los elementos hasta ese momento considerados extranjeros o inmigrantes como son los negros limonenses, los cuales son aceptados únicamente si se asimilan al centro cultural hegemónico vallecentrista.Trocitos de carbón (1923), by Carlos Gagini, is analyzed as one of the first cases of an inclusive nationalism that takes into account the provinces of Guanacaste, Puntarenas and Limón. At the same time, the text materializes the remnants of a discriminatory racism of those elements considered then as foreigners or immigrants, such as black people from Limón, accepted only if they assimilate the hegemonic culture of the central valley.

Método: pesquisa quantitativa, descritiva e transversal, a ser desenvolvida no centro cirúrgico de um hospital porte IV do noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A coleta de dados se dará em dois momentos, antes e após a implantação do checklist de cirurgia segura com as equipes. O instrumento de coleta de dados utilizado será o “Questionário de Atitudes de Segurança versão Centro Cirúrgico”, a ser aplicado antes da ação educacional e sessenta dias após a implantação do checklist de cirurgia segura. Method: a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study to be carried out in the surgical center of a hospital of IV in the northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection will take place in two moments, before and after the implantation of the safe surgery checklist with the teams. The data collection instrument used will be the "Attitude Questionnaire Safety Surgical Center Version", to be applied before the educational action and sixty days after the implantation of the safe surgery checklist. Expected results: knowledge production in the area of surgical patient safety, with more research on this subject, allied to different methodological approaches, with a view to obtaining more scientific evidence, besides the increase of the quality of patient care in the perioperative period based on implantation of the Safe Surgery Checklist, especially in Nursing, to ensure qualified and safe surgical care. Método: investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva y transversal, a ser desarrollada en el centro quirúrgico de un hospital porte IV del noroeste del Estado de Rio Grande do Sul. La recolección de datos se dará en dos momentos, antes y después de la implantación del checklist de cirugía segura con los equipos. El instrumento de recolección de datos utilizado será el "Cuestionario de Actitudes de Seguridad versión Centro Quirúrgico", a aplicar antes de la acción educativa y sesenta días después de la implantación del checklist de cirugía segura. Resultados esperados: producción de conocimiento en el área de seguridad del paciente quirúrgico, con más investigaciones sobre esta temática, aliadas a diferentes abordajes metodológicos, con vistas a la obtención de más evidencias científicas, además de la ampliación de la calidad de la asistencia al paciente en el perioperatorio, basada en la implantación de la Lista de Verificación de Cirugía Segura, principalmente en la Enfermería, para garantizar una asistencia quirúrgica calificada y segura. Enquanto a visão modernizadora do poder público aplicada ao Rio de Janeiro do início do século 20 implicava remover do Centro da cidade aquilo que da paisagem física e urbana se relacionasse ao colonial, ao negro e ao pobre, um grupo de artistas e articuladores provocava uma revolução cultural importante para a história da cultura no país. Heitor dos Prazeres foi um protagonista naquela cena, além de ocupar destaque no campo das artes visuais. A partir do autorretrato do pintor, vamos navegar por suas múltiplas identidades, desvelando suas estratégias disruptivas e seu enraizamento na cultura da diáspora afro-atlântica. Abstract While the public authorities’ modernizing view towards Rio de Janeiro in the early 1900s involved removal from the city center of the colonial, black and poor aspects in relation to the physical and urban landscape, a group of artists and articulators caused a major cultural revolution for the history of the culture in Brazil. At that time Heitor dos Prazeres was a central figure, is well as playing a leading role in the field of visual arts. From the artist’s self-portrait we navigate through his multiple identities, unveiling his disruptive strategies and his deep roots in the culture of the Afro-Atlantic diaspora.
