Abstract:
Cloud Computing is emerging as one of the high performance and integrity aware area in the distributed and grid based computing environment. Enormous computing and technology based services are delivered and disseminated throughout the globe using cloud implementations because of increasing usage of technology products. As these products and devices are quite costly to purchase, cloud computing gives the option to hire the computing infrastructure with per usage base. As cloud computing is escalating by number of services, there are lots of issues regarding vulnerability and integrity in the data centers from where these cloud services are disseminated. This research manuscript presents and implements a unique and effectual approach for security of data centers using dynamic approach for encryption during communication and accessing the cloud services. The results in the projected novel approach are effective in terms of cost, complexity and overall performance. The projected novel approach is using nature inspired approach River formation dynamics Metaheuristic Approach for the enhancement of results and performance. Abstract:
The global center is a newly proposed graph concept. For a graph G = (V(G), E(G)), a set S ⊆ V(G) is a global distribution center if every vertex v ∈ V(G)\S is adjacent to a vertex u ∈ S with |N[u] ∩ S| ≥ |N[v] ∩ (V(G)\S)|, where N(v) = {u ∈ V(G)|uv ∈ E(G)} and N[v] = N(v) ∪ {v}. The global distribution center number of a graph G is the minimum cardinality of a global distribution center of G. In this paper, we investigate the global distribution center number for special families of graphs. Furthermore, we develop a polynomial time heuristic algorithm to find the set of the global distribution center for general graphs.

Abstract:
Global engineers must be taught to consider the historical and present causes of persistent poverty and systematic barriers to prosperity. Such training will better inform the choices engineers make and help move the engineering sector away from a product and community-level focus towards working to address the root causes of poverty. A framing for Global Engineering has recently been proposed by the Mortenson Center in Global Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, building on over 15 years of curricular efforts. Global Engineering, as taught by the Mortenson Center, positions the field as a complement to Global Health and Development Economics while further embracing a historically contextualized and anti-colonial training.

According to the problem of the optimization of cylinder linear motor, inspired by force balance relationship of the gravity center of a sand table,a new method of optimization algorithm is provided based on the adjacent relation between the global optimal and function center of gravity. In order to find the global optimum, introduction of filling control factors, through the function space center of gravity move, constructing a narrow range of neighborhood to make function center of gravity value gradually approximate optimal value. With the goal that the cylinder linear motor output thrust as large as possible, and at the time starting current as small as possible, using the center of gravity neighborhood estimation algorithm for the optimization.Test results show that the proposed algorithm is a kind of effective parameters optimization method.

Abstract:
Abstract The bifurcation behavior of a conceptual heat–salt oscillator model is analyzed by means of numerical continuation methods. A global (homoclinic) bifurcation acts as an organizing center for the dynamics of the simplified convective model. It originates from a codimension-2 bifurcation in an extended parameter space. Comparison with earlier work by Cessi shows that the intriguing stochastic thermohaline excitability can be understood from the bifurcation structure of the model. It is argued that global bifurcations may play a crucial role in determining long-term variability of the thermohaline circulation.

Abstract:
Background: Globally, tobacco can be attributed to more than 7 million deaths each year. To address this potentially avoidable mortality, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has engaged its Global Academic Program´s (GAP) sister institutions (SI) by conducting an inaugural tobacco control assessment survey. A similar survey was done with our University of Texas academic and health science center affiliates that led to improved adoption of tobacco control policies as well as prevention and cessation services on all campuses. The baseline data collected will serve as a mechanism to develop a tobacco prevention and control strategy within a global cancer center network. Aim: To assess SI laws and policies regarding tobacco use, existing screening and cessation services. Strategy/Tactics: Qualtrics was used to administer a 27-item survey to our GAP SI from April-October 2017. Survey questions focused on key areas of tobacco prevention and control: policy, tobacco use screening, and cessation services. A survey link was emailed to 34 institutions in 23 countries. Program/Policy process: Survey GAP SI to determine current tobacco prevention and control measures being implemented. Convene GAP SI in May 2018 to share tobacco control best practices across the network and identify resources and supports to strengthen tobacco control efforts at each institution. Build collaborations aimed at progressive actions in tobacco control policies, educational programs and cessation services culturally appropriate to the needs and resources of the GAP network. Outcomes: Of the 34 GAP SI, 26 responded to the survey (76% response rate). Key findings among the 26 responding institutions: policy - 96% are located in cities with laws regulating the sale and/or use of tobacco products by minors and 77% of the cities have laws regulating the use of tobacco in the workplace; 42% of the campuses have designated smoking areas; tobacco use screening - 65% screen for and document patients´ tobacco status, however only 27% screen “all the time”; cessation services - 19% offer telephone counseling as a cessation service; 38% offer cessation services to the community; 46% offer cessation services to employees. What was learned: The baseline assessment identified areas of institutional needs: cessation services and campus policies. Further discussion with the SI will help engage them in further efforts to address gaps in tobacco control. Collectively, we aim to develop action steps to collaborate and enhance existing services by creating a global platform in which tobacco control best practices and resources can be shared.

Over the next 20 years a rapid rise will be happen in global demand for steel, copper and aluminum, China will be the first biggest resource requirements country. This paper analyzes the global demand of steel, copper and aluminum, showing that global resource consumption center transfer according to the industrial centers, at present, China is the world's resources consumption center, steel, copper and aluminium consumption accounted for more than 40% of the world. Global demand for steel, copper and aluminum over the next 20 years will be rapid growth, accumulative total demand is 2 times of the past 20 years, but there may be a temporary slowdown in 3 - 5 years period. Over the next 20 years the first big country, China is one of the resource requirements of asean and India will become the main driver of demand growth.
