Abstract:
The use of information technology can accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals. Research on the use of information technology to reduce poverty, especially in Indonesia, is still very limited. Amid the issue of many conventional retail closings and a decline in people's purchasing power, e-commerce with the help of e-banking can survive in the market. Therefore, research is needed on the opportunity to use these three services from the demand side, namely households as the largest contributor to GDP. In this study using Susenas March 2017 data from BPS and logistic regression methods. The number of samples in this study was 926,218 individuals. The results showed that individuals with working characteristics, young age, owning cell phones, university graduates, using computers, living in Java and urban areas, and having per capita expenditure above the poverty line in urban districts have a greater chance of becoming users of all three services. Although the gap in users of the three services cannot be avoided, policies are needed to provide adequate and equitable infrastructure and increase digital literacy.

Abstract:
In developing countries, where most people have cell phones (even when they don't have reliable electricity or internet service), e-learning and m-learning offer great opportunities for educating a vast populace, particularly in rural communities. This article presents an analysis of primary data from over one thousand secondary school students in Indonesia, the fourth most populated nation in the world, to determine how they are using e-learning and m-learning and how device ownership influences that. The findings from the logistic regression models show that mobile devices are more important than traditional PCs in promoting e-learning, while tablets are better than smartphones for promoting m-learning. Having access to free wi-fi is equally important. Students who prefer m-learning on mobile devices over traditional e-learning activities on PCs tend to be more active and collaborative learners. These findings can help inform policy makers in improving the educational attainment in Indonesia and other developing countries.

Cybercrime can be defined as illegal activities with computer intermediaries that can be carried out through global electronic networks. In computer networks such as the internet, the problem of crime is becoming increasingly complex due to its wide scope. The purpose of this study is to see what strategies are suitable for preventing cybercrime actions via cell phones based on the ITE Law in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is to use routine activity theory. Cohen and Felson's incidence that crime against crime is related to three variables, namely someone who is motivated, the target who is the target, and the absence of protection from the target (absence of a capable guard). The suggestion is that Gojek provides education about awareness in this fraud case. Gojek appeals to users on their social media to be more careful in trusting information. In addition, the government should not only give warnings to its users as a form of vigilance, but the government should be more optimal in giving more effort. Keywords: Cybercrime, ITE Law, Routine Activity Theory

Abstract:
The handling of used cell phones in Indonesia is mostly carried out by informal actors, starting from second-hand market actors. However, the activities of the informal actors often endanger the environment and human health. To reduce the impact, some of the activities should be transferred to formal parties. This requires collaboration of both parties as a form of waste management, which previously has never been established. The objective of this study is to explore the driving factors of collaboration intention of informal actors in handling used cell phones with the formal ones. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to second-hand market actors in five districts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. In this study, three internal driving factors are considered, which are environmental attitude, management commitment, and financial benefits, as well as two external driving factors: government support and competitor pressure. The regression analysis in each region revealed that the most significant driving factors vary across different regions, such as government support in Gunungkidul, management commitment in Bantul, competitive pressure and government support in Kulonprogo, government support, management commitment, and financial benefit in Sleman, as well as environmental attitude and financial benefit in Yogyakarta City. From the structural equation modeling at the provincial level, it was found that financial benefit and government support were the most significant factors influencing the collaboration intentions of all informal actors. Abstract:
The social distancing appeal that the government encourages is not matched by the state's efforts to provide economic security to the community. PSBB will directly or indirectly limit the movement of the community. The teaching and learning process at schools and residents who work will be limited to working or studying at home. This limitation of activities in public spaces will have an impact on people's income, especially those in the middle to lower economy. The implementation of social distancing during the Covid-19 outbreak has increased the risk of violence against women, complicates women's economic conditions, and affirms women's social status as subordinate, or women are in a lower position than men. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the cause of domestic violence during the covid-19 period in Indonesia, what are the prevention efforts against domestic violence during the covid-19 period. Causes of Domestic Violence During the Covid-19 Period, namely the government's appeal to the community 'at home alone', causing a separate polemic for women and children, especially those who experience economic and psychological pressure at home from extraordinary isolation measures, has prompted increasing instances of reports of domestic violence, especially women who are forced to live for months in abusive relationships. causes and consequences of violence and to prevent the occurrence of violence through primary prevention programs, policy intervention and advocacy as well as information programs and supporting initiatives through all mass media TV, social networks, cell phones.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the most unexpected problems, and has had a significant impact on all sectors. Not only the health sector, but also education. The pandemic is forcing all parties to change the pattern and method of education, as well as forcing them to adapt quickly. Various learning process activities are carried out online, but various research results show the weaknesses of this method. Starting from the effectiveness of the learning process, dependence on communication devices (cell phones and laptops), to various legal problems faced by teachers, students, and parents of students. This service program aims to provide reinforcement in terms of protection for teachers and students during the pandemic by involving multi-sectors (Universities-Legal Aid Institutions-Teachers' Union). The partner in this activity is the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) in Mirit District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. The implementation method in this service uses several things, namely: (1) socialization, (2) education, (3) legal assistance, (4) partner networks. Through this service program, it is hoped that in addition to realizing collaboration between institutions: the Faculty of Law UNNES-LBH-PGRI, it is also hoped that this activity can provide encouragement for teachers in increasing the capacity of legal assistance.

Abstract:
The author analyzes the dynamics and structure of foreign trade of Russia and its Far East with member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The Association isn’t a key economic partner of the Russian Federation or Far East, on average, for the period from 2012 to 2021, ASEAN share in the total turnover of the Far East did not exceed 2%, in Russia’s – 3%. The study also showed that both Russian and Far Eastern exports mostly consisted of fuel and ferrous metals. A more diversified exports structure was characteristic at the beginning and middle of the study period for Vietnam and Indonesia. Supplies of high-tech products (airplanes, helicopters, ships, weapons and ammunition, optical devices, etc.) were provided mainly through state military contracts. At the same time, Russian import was more technologically complex than the Far Eastern one, with prevailing of electrical machinery and equipment. In general, imports from ASEAN were dominated by household and office equipment, appliances, cell phones, food products, rubber, ships. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, in 2021 Russia has begun to export vaccines («Sputnik V» and «Sputnik Light»), but this phenomenon is temporary and cannot radically change the commodity structure of supplies. In order to «refine» both Russian and Far Eastern exports, it is necessary to take into account ASEAN states programs for «green» technologies; however, this is a long-term goal

The basic idea is that language-activity, most typically, is a kind of irrational (and purposive) social interaction governed by the principle of co-operation. It describes the violence of maxims in XL advertisements as one of Indonesian cellular phone providers. The aim of the research is to investigate the maxim mostly violated in XL advertisements and the evidences of those violations issued by Excelcomindo. The findings of the research show that the maxim mostly violated by XL cell phone provider. Moreover, the evidence of those violations is the use of uninformative and obscure utterances. It occurs because the cellular phones’ copywriters use indirect comparison. It means, in comparing their products with competitors, they do not directly mention the competitors’ product but they only use implicit utterances to refer to competitors’ products.Key words: Advertisements, principle co-operation, violations

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken Indonesia's macroeconomy. The economic growth experienced a contraction accompanied by an increase in poverty and unemployment. On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic also provides an opportunity for the growth of the digital economy. Digitalization that goes well will increase economic activity due to greater accessibility. However, there has been a decline in income during the pandemic. Therefore, this research aims to learn whether digitalization can improve income levels by understanding the impact of having a cell phone and accessing the internet for economic activities towards revenues. Here, the treatment effect is conducted to estimate the magnitude of that impact and identify the factors determining digitalization (have a cell phone and access the internet for economic activities). This research uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia family life survey fifth wave. The result shows that the income of someone who can digitize is higher than that of non-digitalization participants, indicating the digitalization significantly contributes to increased revenues. Moreover, object perception for having a cell phone and accessing the internet for economic activities supports people's interest in digitalization mainly due to happiness, subjective well-being, and marital status.

Public transportation is still widely used by the community for various reasons. One of the reasons people still use public transportation is to avoid congestion and the impracticality of using private vehicles. Angkot is one of the most popular public transportations, especially the lower middle-class Indonesians. Angkot itself is experiencing challenges where the growth of transportation begins to compete with the sharing mode of transportation (online motorcycle taxis) which is accessed via cell phones to place orders and make payments. This study proposes an application design to facilitate public transportation, especially public transportation, to be even better. The existence of this application can make it easier for passengers to find public transportation according to the destination route and revive the passion of the community to use public transportation. The method used for the development of this application is user-centered design and the method used to evaluate the design is the system usability scale (SUS). The results of the evaluation of the application obtained an increase in the passenger experience when using Angkot transportation, where passengers can more easily find out which Angkot should be used to get to their destination. In addition, this application has a clear tariff setting according to user needs.

Abstract:
The increasing development of information technology, brings developments to the pattern of life of the Indonesian people, especially the pattern of consumption and shipping of goods. Indonesian society is greatly facilitated and spoiled in getting the desired goods and services. This development was caused by the spread of online shopping providers in Indonesia, which can be accessed via smartphones and computers. Indonesia has a very high number of smartphone users, judging from the number of unique audiences at the end of the second quarter, the data obtained from MMX Multi-platform, June 2017. One of the models used in this study is the Profile Matching method, the method can overcome problems ranking by giving weights based on matching two profiles examined on the criteria of each cell phone. The criteria obtained by the user will be the profile value which is then matched with the conformity profile provided by DM. This study uses three decision makers, including economists, IT experts, and the public. To combine the three decisions used the BORDA method approach. The BORDA method is a voting method that can resolve group decision making, wherein its application each decision maker (DM) provides a rating based on the alternative choices available. Furthermore, this research will use the approach of profile matching and BORDA methods in choosing the best marketplace. The results showed that Sophie's marketplace was ranked first.

Abstract:
This study explores the use of Social Networking Sites (SNS) as a performance-enhancing method of teaching and learning of English in the classroom via cell phones and mobile devices, as well as its effect on students' motivation to learn. A survey was disseminated to 176 students. The analysis showcases that Instagram is the most useful learning tool that students enjoy, and its use on mobile devices has the potential to become a significant teaching tool in the classroom. Because the most popular social networking sites, such as Instagram, are predominantly accessible via mobile devices, this is the case. Given that students currently utilize social networking sites to boost their learning informally, their acknowledgment of social networking sites as learning tools demonstrates their understanding of the learning potential given by technology.

Methods This was a cross-sectional study conducted with health care workers in Jakarta, Indonesia. The potential subjects were contacted through instant messenger application and/or through conventional short message service or telephone calls from August through November 2020. Results There were 134 subjects. All the subjects had used various health applications to assist with their daily work, including telemedicine (64.2%), guidelines (60.4%), and medical calculators (46.3%). However, 96.3% of the subjects were not aware of the existence of a health application for geriatric assessment. Furthermore, 98.5% of subjects thought that it is important to use ICT to manage geriatric patients, and 94.8% felt that comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) in digital form would help them manage geriatric patients better. Nevertheless, 35.10% of subjects had never applied CGA to their geriatric patients. Conclusions The current health care system has begun to enter a period of using ICT in performing health services for geriatric patients. Nevertheless, only a few Indonesian health care workers were aware of or were using the geriatric mobile application. It is essential to improve the dissemination of geriatric health care and e-health literacy among them to improve the quality of elderly health care.

The development of information and communication technology shows a significant increase. In the development of information technology and technology, personal information consisting of names, e-mails and cell phone numbers is very valuable data because there is economic value obtained in the business world, but technology can also be very dangerous if its use is not restricted, such as in the case of not protecting personal data, while privacy of personal data is important because it involves a person's dignity and freedom of expression, but data is not protected because in Indonesia there is no obligation in positive law which specifically regulates and provides sanctions for violations. This study aims to discuss the regulation in the perspective of comparative law in Europe, America, Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan. This study uses normative legal research using asttutory approach and comparative approach that examines and analyses legal sources. This study discovers that the regulation of personal data protection in Indonesia has not been fully and thoroughly regulated compared to the regulations in several other countries, that there is a need for legal harmonization of personal data protection that is mature and deep

Abstract:
This article charts the dynamics and trajectory of citizen media activism in West Papua’s fight for freedom which has progressed from not even registering in news rooms around the world to influencing sub-regional and regional bodies. Citizen media has played an essential role in this transformation. In 1998, when the Indonesian military massacred more than 100 unarmed West Papuans in Biak Island, it took weeks and months to get the news out. Back then West Papua was a military operations area (Daerah Operasi Militer). Few journalists were willing to risk travelling into the country to get the story out. In January 2016 West Papua remains an occupied colony. The Indonesian government still tries to curtail open access to West Papua for foreign journalists but courageous young people armed with cell phones are finding ways to bypass the government’s failed attempt at an informational blockade and it is making a difference. West Papuans are now members of the Melanesian Spearhead Group and the Pacific Island Forum is starting to take notice of the Pacific’s longest running self-determination and decolonisation struggle.

Abstract:
The internet is a new world where humans interact, without limitation of distance and time. In the real world, as legal subjects, everyone must have a clear identity, proof of identification, so that the state can recognize it and the law can be upheld against it, as well as the law can protect their rights. Social media which is currently developing, allows everyone to appear and interact in cyberspace either by showing their true identity, or by using fake identities, or even interacting without identity (annonymous). Easily each person can create more than one e-mail account, which can be used to create more than one social media account. Although the creation of e-mail and social media accounts is through the cell phone number verification stage, this does not solve the problem because anyone can easily have multiple cellphone numbers. A person in cyber world can be an anonymous subject and take various actions that harm others, including stalking others. Stalking, done by the person behind an anonymous account is an annoying action, has not been regulated clearly in Indonesian. This paper is the result of a normative juridical study. Result of this research is: criminal law regulation system in Indonesia regulated cyberstalking as long as the action consist of delivery of illegal contents such as threats, obscene content and insults. Further regulation is still needed, especially regarding law enforcement mechanisms for perpetrators that are difficult to reach due to the use of the anonymous account.

Abstract:
A new tradition in the use of chatting communication technology with mobile phone (cell phone) is more lively with the use of stickers. Stickers are used as a means to increase the emotion expressions of communication users. Current mobile phone technology, along with the development of high specifications (for visual depiction), is adequate to display complex visual. This prompts a new tradition that accepts even to be a new behavior in modern communication methods. Looking at this phenomenon, it is not impossible for an artist to open up the work area (creative economy) and the creation of new business areas in the visual characters of Indonesian culture. This study used the chatting phenomenon with stickers to introduce the culture of the puppet characters with contemporary approach for young people around the world. The method carried out included the depiction of classification of facial expression emotions and collaboration with the approach of some common sticker visualizations. The result was then put into the classification of semiotic theory combining with simplified visual approach to obtain the appropriate visual characterstics of the puppet. Research also involved visual craft of the purwa puppet as visual character basis for character deformation of the contemporary puppet. Thus, the application of visual stickers can be used by users for communication functions.

Abstract:
Determinants of Fisher’s Efficiency in Indonesia: A Stochastic Frontier AnalysisIndonesian government has been recently fought against illegal fishing in the territory. Reduction in illegal fishing means a significant reduction in competition among foreign and domestic fishers. This study suggests that domestic fishers must be able to increase their fish capture as the competition with foreign fishers decreased. This study aims to identify technical efficiency level as well as to identify the determinants of inefficiency among fishers across Indonesia. This study utilizes a production function including fishers’ efforts and capital as input. A stochastic frontier analysis is used to examine the inefficiency determinants on fish production among one hundred and fifty six fishers across Indonesia. The result indicated that fish production depended significantly on the number of crew and expected type of boat. This study claims that cell phone is a significant determinant to reduce inefficiency, ship ownership and the value of fishing gear respectively. These finding implies that coordination among fishers, boat ownership and fishing gear are necessary for the fishers’ efficiency.

Abstract:
The use of social media in Indonesia has increased very rapidly in 2018 compared to the previous year. This makes a lot of social media made by the children of the nation appear, one of which is Paziim. Socializing on the internet is very easy to leak personal data. There are three aspects that can be utilized on online social networks (OSN) in the disclosure of private data to the public, namely the strength of the relationship (strong or weak), the type of relationship and the characteristics of one's habits. Mobile forensics is needed to analyze digital evidence on social media applications installed on Android smartphones. Indonesia through the National Standardization Agency (BSN) also issued standards related to digital forensics. Standards which are derived from ISO / IEC regulate Security Techniques - Guidelines for the Identification, Collection, Acquisition and Preservation of Digital Evidence. This standardization is known as SNI ISO / IEC 27037: 2014. From the results of cell phone forensic analysis on the Paziim application, the results found the username, coordinates, device models, and operators used by users in SQLite Web_Data and OneSignal.xml files

Abstract:
In recent years, the Islamic financial sector has become one of the most vital sectors in the Islamic economic system in Indonesia. Therefore, more attention needs to be paid to the measurement of Islamic financial inclusion and its and policy making, especially in facing the digitalization of economy, because the digitalization can be a momentum that provides opportunities as well as threats to Islamic finance. This study attempts to measure Islamic financial inclusion at the provincial level in Indonesia through the dimensions of accessibility, availability and utilization and analyzes the impact of digitalization on Islamic financial inclusion. Measurements are made using the Sarma Index, while the analysis of the impact of digitalization on Islamic financial inclusion employs the fixed effect model on the balanced panel data. The measurement results show that developed provinces tend to have higher levels of Islamic financial inclusion compared to developing provinces. Furthermore, provinces with a Muslim majority have a higher level of Islamic financial inclusion compared to provinces with a Muslim minority populations. In the panel data analysis, it was found that internet penetration has a negative and significant effect on Islamic financial inclusion, which shows that the majority of people in Indonesia still use the internet to access entertainment content and that internet use has not been optimized to access financial services. Nevertheless, the presence of the Islamic fintech platforms has a significant positive effect on Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia. The variable level of cell phone usage has no significant effect on the level of Islamic financial inclusion and the average length of schooling has a significant negative effect on Islamic financial inclusion.

Abstract:
The agricultural sector is one of the most important economic sectors for Indonesia. However, agriculture itself is accompanied by a number of problems, one of which is pests that attack crops and cause crop failure. The use of robotics in agriculture can now overcome the limited capacity of farmers to monitor large land areas. Using an RC robot that can be controlled automatically via a cell phone monitor screen, human work is greatly facilitated. Artificial intelligence is implanted into a robot to improve the performance of an agricultural robot. This paper discusses designing a pest spraying robot with Neural Network applications for effective and efficient control inputs. The feasibility of the proposed method is proven by simulation conducted in Neuroph Studio and MobotSim. The simulation results show that neural network applications can effectively manage mobile robot movements with an error value of less than 0.1 to avoid the obstacles they encounter to reach the target.
