Full textDet har skett en signifikant ökning av jordbävningar och andra katastrofer i världen. Med rekordstora stormar och naturkatastrofer som förstör i delar av världen måste många människor nu hantera efterverkningar och återuppbyggande, och hemlöshet är en av de faktorer som uppstår och som påverkar människor mest. Det här examensarbetet syftar till att skapa en boendelösning för offer för jordbävning och andra naturkatastrofer och krig. Det hopfällbara hemmets design är ett koncept för krisboende med enkelt montage och installering. Om man betänker den situation som människor hamnar i som blir hemlösa vid en katastrof, kan en design av en snabb och billig boendelösning som krisboende ge enormt mycket. Projektet kan också vara en boendeservice till flyktingar och människor som är hemlösa av andra anledningar än katastrofer. Det tillverkas för en låg kostnad och är möjlig att använda som modul och enkel att sätta upp. Men viktigare än det är att den ger möjlighet att härbergera människor under en längre tid till skillnad från mer temporära lösningar som exempelvis tält. Det hopfällbara hemmet är gjort av hållbart material, den använder grön energi och lyser upp staden. Den är utrustad med vertikala trädgårdar för att användarna ska kunna odla egna grönsaker och den återvinner vatten från regn. Den innehåller basala hopfällbara möbler och rumsavdelare som ger känsla av hemtrevnad och bekvämlighet.

By means of the Pastoral one an Education celebrated in the body and the laugh, visible is unmasked by means of can?onetas and of the licentious gesticulations of the jokers of this idleness. For such, we support ourselves in the phenomenological of Merleau-Ponty, the tradition and transmission of the verbal as it is conceived by Paul Zumthor, as well as in the phenomenology of the memory of the jokers and in the studies of cultural history and the philosophy of the body. The objective research to argue the body and the laugh as learning of the culture, as well as carrying through the production of a cartography of the potiguar pastoral ones, in the direction to argue the elements of the licentious gesticulations for the look and of can?onetas for hearing. The research is of phenomenological nature and when appealing the Phenomenology as an attitude, recognizes our look on the phenomenon, what if we show for while searching citizens and we assume the reduction and the lived world as methodological boarding to think the searched phenomenon. Por meio do Pastoril desvenda-se uma Educa??o celebrada no corpo e no riso, vis?vel por meio das can?onetas e da gestualidade licenciosa dos brincantes desse folguedo. Para tal, apoiamonos na fenomenologia de Merleau-Ponty, na tradi??o e transmiss?o da oralidade como ? concebida por Paul Zumthor, bem como na fenomenologia da mem?ria dos brincantes e nos estudos da hist?ria cultural e da filosofia do corpo. A pesquisa objetiva discutir o corpo e o riso como aprendizagem da cultura, bem como realizar a produ??o de uma cartografia dos pastoris potiguar, no sentido de discutir os elementos da gestualidade licenciosa pelo olhar e das can?onetas pelo ouvir. Full textThe object of this work is the body in the laboratories of the liturgy celebrates Network. The study was conducted through literature research and participant observation. It was investigated whether the methods used in laboratories litírgicos actually ensure the full participation of the person in the liturgy; if the individuals involved acquire a more integrated and full perception of self and other, and how they acquire understanding of the cosmos. It was found that Network takes over the body as an element of capital importance for the completion of the rite, so she has sought, through the liturgy laboratories, working for those involved in liturgical action can be positioned fully in comprising this sense the rediscovery of corporeality. This effort has contributed to a better understanding of the human being in its entirety, where the individual perceives himself interacting with his peers, with the cosmos and with the transcendent.
O objeto deste trabalho é o corpo nos laboratórios de liturgia da Rede Celebra. O estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e observação participante.Foi averiguada se os métodos utilizados nos laboratórios litírgicos realmente garantem a participação plena da pessoa na liturgia; se os indivíduos envolvidos adquirem uma percepção mais integrada e plena de si e do outro, e qual a compreensão que eles adquirem do cosmo. Constatou-se que Rede assume o corpo como elemento de importância capital para a realização do rito, por isso, ela tem procurado, através dos laboratórios de liturgia, trabalhar para que os envolvidos na ação litúrgica possam se posicionar de modo pleno, compreendendo neste sentido a redescoberta da corporeidade. Tal esforço tem contribuído para uma melhor compreensão do ser humano na sua inteireza, onde o indivíduo percebe-se a si mesmo interagindo com o seu semelhante, com o cosmo e com o transcendente.

Full textThe present study focuses on the commitment/agreement term of conduct settlement signed before the Labor Public Prosecution Office (Prosecuting Counsel). It is important to stress that the mass conflicts brought new drapery to the Brazilian legal system in order to establish and inscribe the precept of the collective protection/injunction. So, the effectiveness of the metaindividual rights got stronger through the mediation of the extrajudicial and judicial forms of solution of the collective conflicts, everything in favor of the social rights guaranty, social peace and full employment. The collectivization of the interests implied reduction of the individual labor conflicts, coverage of the interests of group, category or class, better compliance of the social values of work, reconciling, therefore, the fundamental and basic principles of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The basis of the labor metaindividual rights structures itself in the fundamental human rights and, in this context, there should be the minimum clauses to be stipulated in the conduct settlement as a form of tutelage against the damages to diffuse and collective interests in the sphere of the working relationship. The defense of the legal system/order, the democratic regime and of the unavailable social and individual rights was given to the Labor Parquet as an agent organ and consecrated by the 1988 Constitution, dissociating, effectively, from the eminently function of giving an option (intervening Organ) prevailing until then. The structure of the commitment/agreement term of conduct settlement, as well as its form of celebration, legal nature, object, limit of the clauses, collective wounded feelings, hypotheses of relaxation of the stipulated fine, territorial jurisdiction for signature, noncompliance of the settlement/adjustment, besides other polemic aspects allusive to the theme are object of the present essay. Not less important is the approach of the investigative proceeding and of the civil investigation, instruments commonly used in the performance of the investigation Power consecrated by the section 127 of the Federal Brazilian Constitution to the Institution of the Parquet in defense of the legal system/order, of the democratic regime and of the unavailable social and individual rights.

Full textThe promotion of health among pregnant women, which can be accomplished by furnishing information about the gestational process, physical and emotional changes specific to pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum, is essential to prenatal care. An educational booklet with trustworthy and significant advice could represent an important contribution to prenatal awareness training. The general objective of this study, therefore, was to produce such a booklet: systematizing its content, selecting illustrations, organizing its composition, verifying information with experts, and testing the adequacy of its language and illustrations in collaboration with the target audience. The content systematization was based on the suggestions raised by a group of expectant mothers prior to the beginning of the present project. The content of the booklet was developed through a review of scientific literature. The composition of the booklet, i.e., the formatting of illustrations, color, design, organizational structure and the sequence of information, was accomplished with the help of communications professionals. A preliminary version of the booklet was submitted to a process of validation by both experts and pregnant women. One group of eight professionals, including obstetricians, nurses midwives, a health promotional nurse, a physical education professor and nursing auxiliaries, evaluated the information, language, illustrations, and the general format of the booklet, giving helpful suggestions. The revised version was delivered to nine expectant mothers participating in prenatal care at a public health service center, who were asked to read through the booklet and point out any difficult words, phrases, expressions or illustrations and give suggestions for substitutes. This step continued until no new objections to content could be found, and this final version was reformatted and printed. The process of developing this booklet by means of a collective, participatory dialog, a process widely recommended for health promotion strategies, was both constructive and enriching, and the authors suggest its use in similar enterprises

Millions of young people around the world are increasingly engaging on digital platforms in learning computer programming to create and share interactive projects, and connect with others online. Not surprisingly, this has also led to a growing interest in designing tools and methods that can automatically assess children's progress in computational learning by analyzing the data being generated by their participation. Many of these approaches are looking at children's data with a narrow lens, often using it to generate dashboards that are primarily designed for educators, and focus exclusively on evaluating specific computational concepts in children's projects. In this thesis, I design and offer an alternative approach - one that utilizes children's data for empowering children themselves to celebrate, discover, and reflect on the full range of their contributions as members of a creative community. I introduce Scratch Memories, a new web-based visualization system I developed to enable children to reflect on their creative journey with Scratch, the world's largest online programming community for children. The system dynamically generates personalized visualizations highlighting a child's key moments, diverse creations, and collaborative experiences with others since the time they first joined the community. I share my own creative journey and the iterative development process behind this work. Based on observations and semi-structured interviews, I describe how the system not only sparked children to reflect on their personal trajectories, but also to feel inspired to make new memories. I conclude by describing future work through what I call my explorable explorations - a set of new in-progress tools and ideas that I hope can inspire others to create positive reflective experiences with data that celebrate, rather than evaluate, children's creative selves.

In their autobiographical works, respectively, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl and I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, the authors place their marginalized black female self in the center of their own experience and revisit their past memories. By doing so, they narrate stories that transcend their own and voice the double jeopardized black women whose testimonies were excluded from official History and suffocated by the literary canon.

The path of Pipipã affirmation is expressed through multiple choices such as: internal organization, indigenous schools (differentiated education), aricuri resumption with its spiritual and “diacritical” meaning, construction of the Saint Expedite's Chapel and organization of children's baptism in aricuri. This research sought to interpret the meaning of these aspects in the perspective of the “way back”, the affirmation of the identity of the Pipipã indigenous people (município de Floresta, Sertão de Pernambuco). A participant research was carried out as an instrument of data collection and construction of “intercultural dialogue”, having theoretical foundations and reflections on Anthropology and History, which became important tools to analyze the Pipipã people's project. Children's baptism celebration in aricuri context is a kind of meeting point of two intentionalities: that of Pipipã on his “way back”, and that of the Vatican Council II in his desire to reform the Liturgy in the perspective of individuals participation with different socio-cultural expressions.
O caminho de afirmação Pipipã expressa-se por meio de múltiplas formas: organização interna, escolas indígenas (educação diferenciada), retomada do “Aricuri” com seu significado espiritual e “diacrítico”, construção da Capela de Santo Expedito e organização do batismo das crianças no Aricuri. A pesquisa aqui apresentada procurou interpretar o significado desses aspectos na perspectiva da “viagem de volta”, a afirmação da identidade do povo indígena Pipipã, município de Floresta, Sertão de Pernambuco. Realizou-se uma pesquisa participante, como instrumento de coleta de dados e construção de um “diálogo intercultural”, tendo como fundamentos teóricos reflexões da Antropologia e da História, que se tornam instrumentos importantes para analisar o projeto do povo Pipipã. A celebração do batismo de crianças no contexto do “aricuri” é uma espécie de ponto de encontro de duas intencionalidades: a de Pipipã em seu caminho de volta e a do Concílio Vaticano II em seu desejo de reforma da Liturgia na perspectiva da participação dos indivíduos com diferentes expressões socioculturais.

In regard to the exegetic methodology, this study is conducted using a synchronic perspect;s narrative, one perceives the importance of the so-called exodus project as a search for a fair society with no poor, an inclusive and compassionate society. Certainly, the last supper condensates al;s gospel, Jesus death is interpreted from a prophetic perspective of the practice of justice;
O presente estudo tem por objetivo demonstrar as dimensões sociais da ceia de Jesus, segundo o evangelho de Mc 14,22-25. Quanto à metodologia exegética, a pesquisa é conduzida por meio da perspectiva sincrônica. O estudo literário desta perícope leva a situá-la no contexto das refeições de Jesus, das partilhas prodigiosas dos pães, podendo-se chegar a considerar a última ceia a culminância destas. Transparece assim, na narrativa de Mc, a importância do chamado projeto do êxodo enquanto busca da construção de uma sociedade justa e sem pobres, inclusiva e solidária. Certamente, esta ceia condensa toda a comensalidade de Jesus, que, por um lado, subverte os valores do sistema social da Palestina do século I sob o domínio dos romanos, baseados na busca da honra, do prestígio e do status... Por outro, o agir comensal de Jesus parece ser contestação às normas da pureza ritual das lideranças religiosas judaicas de Jerusalém, como também crítica à concepção expiatória dos sacrifícios apresentados no templo. A ceia de Jesus é antecipação do banquete escatológico, do qual participarão todos, segundo a fidelidade ao projeto do Reino de Deus. Sua morte, conforme o evangelho de Marcos, é interpretada na perspectiva profética da prática da justiça.

Pesquisa teórica, de cunho filosófico-educacional, discute o projeto pedagógico do professor Carlos Roberto Petrovich (1936-2005) e suas possíveis ressonâncias com o riso e a arte bufa de François Rabelais, estudado por Mikhail Bakhtin. Petrovich foi aluno da primeira turma da Escola de Teatro da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), e tornou-se depois professor. Nos anos imediatamente anteriores à sua morte, foi suspenso Ogan de Ogum, Terreiro Ilê Axé Opô Afonjá, Salvador-Bahia. Como não há registro sistematizado das suas experiências, este trabalho converteu-se numa tentativa de preservar a memória daquele que defendeu vigorosamente os povos silenciados. Pensar o homem e o mundo na perspectiva de Petrovich ensejou, necessariamente, o trânsito pela educação, pela cultura, pela arte e pela religião afrobrasileira. A preferência por resgatar a intensidade da sua vida através de personagens que representou no teatro e no cinema, trabalhos nos quais atuou como diretor e como arte-educador, todos de grande relevância para compreender sua verve poético-dramática e suas idéias de educação, resultou num texto que incorpora livremente figuras de estilo e adota o sentido do mosaico como premissa para construção do seu perfil biográfico. Sustenta, assim, a existência de um projeto petrovichiano, como percurso formativo guiado pelo imperativo de "ser o que se é", lema de Píndaro. Esta pesquisa apoiou-se no método alegórico e na filosofia da história de Walter Benjamin, tomando a vida de Petrovich como ruína e ressignificando-a a partir das narrativas daqueles que com ele conviveram. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas abertas, gravadas, além de falas do próprio Petrovich. O projeto pedagógico deste professor instiga ao resgate da historicidade, da ambivalência, da corporeidade, da quebra de hierarquias, características do riso rabelaisiano, promovendo a restauração do educar a partir de uma estética que incorpora a arte, a filosofia, a literatura e a mitologia como possibilida- des de libertação do sujeito para empreender sua viagem na direção de "ser o que é".

El trabajo que aqu? se presenta tuvo como objetivo investigar una instituci?n escolar en la ciudad de Macau / RN. Esta instituci?n, que fue innovadora en su contexto social y pedag?gico, fue pesquisada a la luz de los par?metros de la historia cultural. Una escuela que fue creada en el siglo XX, en el a?o de 1923, cuando el pa?s a?n viv?a la efervescencia de la implantaci?n del nuevo ordenamiento pol?tico - la Rep?blica. Elegimos como objeto de estudio las fiestas escolares, que tuvo lugar en esta instituci?n durante el periodo 1949-1962, procurando aclarar c?mo ocurr?a la realizaci?n de estas fiestas y c?mo fueron fundamentales para el funcionamiento de las relaciones pol?ticas, sociales y culturales en el ?mbito escolar. El an?lisis y la interpretaci?n de las fuentes documentales escolares, los documentos de otras instituciones, las entrevistas abiertas, la informaci?n oral, la legislaci?n de la educaci?n y de las escuelas, los peri?dicos y documentos oficiales de la ?poca relacionados con la tem?tica y que formaron el corpus documental, se basaron por obras de Souza (1998), Juli? (2001), Castro (1997), Kossoy (2001) Saviani (2005), Escolano (1992) y Carvalho (1990). Por tratarse de una instituci?n de ense?anza, el an?lisis central es la cultura escolar y la historia de la educaci?n brasile?a es el campo de la investigaci?n, haciendo una relaci?n de las fiestas escolares. En el relato, se reconstituyen las festividades c?vicas, solemnes y recreativas, adem?s de los elementos de formaci?n que se evidencian en el discurso de la educaci?n moderna. Para ello, buscamos entender que, en las pr?cticas cotidianas de la escuela, hab?a un m?todo de actuaci?n que segu?a las directrices del Departamento de Educaci?n. Estas directrices eran dadas por medio de las normas y decretos editados y se adentraban en el discurso en torno de las iniciativas emprendidas para difundir las nuevas pr?cticas pedag?gicas, y dentro de ellas, en el momento apropiado, los profesores dedicaban un tiempo de sus clases para explicar acerca de los d?as festivos y sus organizaciones. Estas constataciones fueron certificadas por la documentaci?n listada y por las entrevistas abiertas, y nos se?al? para el modelo escolar propugnado por el Grupo Escolar Duque de Caxias, que era fruto del nuevo orden republicano

(2001), Castro (1997), Kossoy (2001) Saviani (2005), Escolano (1992) e Carvalho (1990). Por se tratar de uma institui??o de ensino, a an?lise central ? cultura escolar e a hist?ria da educa??o brasileira ? o campo de investiga??o, elencando as festas escolares. Na narrativa, reconstituem-se os eventos festivos nas categorias c?vicas, solenes e recreativas, al?m de elementos de forma??o que se evidenciam no discurso da educa??o moderna. Para isso, buscamos compreender que, nas pr?ticas cotidianas da escola, havia um m?todo de atua??o que seguia as orienta??es do Departamento de Educa??o. Tais orienta??es eram dadas atrav?s das normas e decretos editados e adentravam-se nos discursos em torno das iniciativas empreendidas para difundir as novas pr?ticas pedag?gicas, e dentro delas, nos momentos adequados, as professoras dedicavam um tempo das suas aulas para explanar sobre as datas festivas e suas organiza??es. Full textA randomized, double-blind, parallel design clinical trial, was conducted at "Centro Espírita Nosso Lar Casas André Luiz" to evaluate the effect of a dentifrice containing Triclosan and Fluoride in the reduction of plaque and gingivitis. Fifty five volunteers were randomly allocated in the following groups: test (n=28, Colgate Total) and control (n=27, conventional dentifrice containing fluor). The independent Pharmacy "Fómula e Ação" distributed the dentifrices according to the allocated group and was responsible for the allocation concealment. The sealer code breakers for the dentifrices were kept until the end of the study. Participants were enrolled in the study if they met the following inclusion criteria: minimum of 20 natural teeth and age between 15 and 45 years. Exclusion criteria were advanced periodontal disease and history of hipersensitivity following triclosan usage. Volunteers were not allowed to use any other product for plaque control during the study. Subjects were examined bu a calibrated invetigator, at baseline, three and six months. The clinical scoring procedure used to assess plaque formation was the Turesky (1970) modification of the Quigley-Hein (1962) index plaque scoring index. The clinical scoring procedure used to assess gingivitis was the interdental bleeding index of Caton and Polson (1985). There was a significant reduction in plaque index (p<0,001) at three and six months in both groups, but there were no differences between them. In the test group there was a significant reduction in interdental bleeding at three months (p<0,001), but there was no difference between the third and sixth month (p=0,07). The control group showed significant reduction in the bleeding index at three and six months (p<0,001), but no differences were found between the groups. No adverse effects were observed during the entire study. The autor concluded that the dentifrice containing triclosan and fluoride did not promote any additional effect on plaque and gingivitis reduction.

This thesis had as research object the various cultural manifestations in the Festa de Sant?Ana in the twentieth century, between the years 1920-1987. Noteworthy among these cultural manifestations the Festa de Largo, which occurred in the area outside the religious temple, composing some of the steps of the celebration of Senhora Sant?Ana, who is the patroness of the city of Feira Santana. These manifestations of popular and profane character, as the Bando Anunciador, the Lavagem da Igreja, and the Levagem, which were aggregators spaces of a myriad of religious and political expressions, producing diverse cultural practices. Another objective of the analysis was to understand the representations, appropriations and cultural practices undertaken by the participants in the festivities, as well as understand the shock of representations present in the celebrations, resulting from the opposition of the ways the party was experienced by participants ahead to how the festival were idealized by the Catholic Church.
Esta disserta??o teve como objeto de pesquisa as diversas manifesta??es culturais presente na Festa de Sant?Ana no s?culo XX, entre os anos de 1920 a 1987. Destacam-se entre estas manifesta??es culturais as chamadas Festas de Largo, que ocorriam na ?rea externa do templo religioso, compondo algumas das etapas da celebra??o a Senhora Sant?Ana, padroeira da cidade de Feira Santana. Estas manifesta??es de car?ter popular e profano, como o Bando anunciador, a Lavagem da Igreja e a Levagem, eram espa?os agregadores de uma mir?ade de express?es pol?ticas e religiosas, produtoras de diversas pr?ticas culturais. Tamb?m foi objetivo da an?lise compreender as representa??es, apropria??es e pr?ticas culturais realizadas pelos participantes dentro dos festejos, al?m de entender os choques de representa??es presentes nas celebra??es, advindos da oposi??o das formas como a festa era vivenciada pelos seus participantes frente ao modo como os festejos eram idealizados pela Igreja Cat?lica.
