Abstract:
AbstractRecently, Bondarko constructed a DG category of motives, whose homotopy category is equivalent to Voevodsky's category of effective geometric motives, assuming resolution of singularities. Soon after, Levine extended this idea to construct a DG category whose homotopy category is equivalent to the full subcategory of motives over a base-scheme S generated by the motives of smooth projective S-schemes, assuming that S is itself smooth over a perfect field. In both constructions, the tensor structure requires ℚ-coefficients. In this article, it is shown how to provide a tensor structure on the homotopy category mentioned above, when S is semi-local and essentially smooth over a field of characteristic zero. This is done by defining a pseudo-tensor structure on the DG category of motives constructed by Levine, which induces a tensor structure on its homotopy category.

Abstract:
The aim of the work is to pose the problem of studying family values in the focus of category and structure. Research objectives: to consider the classification of the category "family values", to reveal the classification of the structure of family values. The object of the study is family values, the subject of the study is the category, structure of family values. The article discusses approaches, the category of "family values", the structure of family values. The author reveals the categories of "family", "modern or non-family values", "traditional family values", focuses on the component basis of family values. The methodological basis of the research consists of the principles and categories of dialectics, methods of analysis and synthesis, system-structural analysis of social systems. Main conclusions: 1. The category of "family values" is studied by researchers within the framework of intra-family, family-extra-family, personal-family constructs. 2. The structure of family values is represented by three systems with one-term, two-term, three-term bases. The most common is a structure consisting of a single-member classification of the family by family elements (matrimony / parenthood, kinship). The author's main contribution to the research of the topic is to identify approaches to the classification of "family values" and the structure of family values, the components of these systems are revealed. The scope of application of the research results is an addition to the existing scientific knowledge in this field of research, inclusion in the programs of special courses of universities in the areas of socio–cultural dynamics, family studies.

Abstract:
At the present stage of transformational change, the problems of activating the economic partnership and cooperation based on the creation of network structures are extremely important. These issues are actualized especially in the context of the rapid development of the digital economy and smart specialization. Given this, the purpose of this study is the theoretical generalization and systematization of existing scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «network structure»; substantiation of the authors’ own approach to defining the content of this economic category. As a result of the carried out study, it is determined that the concept of «network structure» be identified with such definitions as: organization, interaction, association, management structure, form of management, coordination, cooperation, alliance, structured set, integration, corporate structure, relations, coalition. Using a systematic approach and the classification method, the interpretation of the term of «network structure», proposed by various scientific schools, is conventionally systematized as to the following groups: entrepreneurial network; business structure; open structures; new organizational form of joint activity; collective interaction; organizational type; model of economic relations; complex of business units (network partners); element of the network economy, et cetera. The article provides the authors’ own approach to defining the category of «network structure» as a specific form of organization of collective efforts, which is based on the voluntary interaction of its participants on the basis of combining their interests, resources, competencies, and capabilities. It is proposed to consider the network structure as an economic category from three positions, such as: a network form of partnership; an effective model of stakeholder interaction in the context of global transformations; a model of partnerships between market participants in the organization of logistics processes.

Abstract:
The impact of background category information on the creation of social cliques: The role of need for cognitive closure and decisiveness This article focuses on the role of need for cognitive closure in the process of mental model creation about social relations (i.e. social cliques). We assumed that high (vs. low) need for closure participants tend to rely on background category information when forming social cliques. We predicted that this tendency to employ categorical information as a mental aid, used in order to form social cliques, would be efficient in simple task structures (where category information overlaps with the mental model structure) but would lead to increased error rates in complex task structures (where category information is inconsistent with the model structure). The results confirmed our predictions, showing especially strong effects for the decisiveness component of need for closure. The importance of individual differences in need for closure and decisiveness in social reasoning is discussed.

AbstractIn this article we further the study of non-commutative motives, initiated in [12, 43]. Our main result is the construction of a symmetric monoidal structure on the localizing motivator Motlocdg of dg categories. As an application, we obtain : (1) a computation of the spectra of morphisms in Motlocdg in terms of non-connective algebraic K-theory; (2) a fully-faithful embedding of Kontsevich's category KMMk of non-commutative mixed motives into the base category Motlocdg(e) of the localizing motivator; (3) a simple construction of the Chern character maps from non-connective algebraic K-theory to negative and periodic cyclic homology; (4) a precise connection between Toën's secondary K-theory and the Grothendieck ring of KMMk; (5) a description of the Euler characteristic in KMMk in terms of Hochschild homology.

Textual data forms a popular form of communication; however, textual data is complex in nature as it is produced by humans. Given the huge amount of textual data currently available, it is essential to be able to mine this data automatically. Recent text mining efforts are making extensive use of knowledge bases, and this thesis pursues a similar effort. We however make use of Wikipedia to solve complex text mining tasks and current approaches do not make effective use of the category-article structure within Wikipedia. Particularly, we solve the problem of determining various topical threads in a document together with contextualization of social media content to disambiguate its various aspects. Experimental evaluations demonstrate the superiroty of our proposed methods when compared with state-of-the-art.

Abstract:
This article examines cases that illustrate the relation of information structure to truth-conditional semantics, grammatical form, and assertoric force. Before discussing the interaction between information structure and (non-)at-issue meaning, it considers the nature of information and what constitutes information. It then looks at two aspects of the common ground, common ground (CG) content and CG management, as well as the criteria of category membership. The article also explores the varying degrees of at-issueness, the role of rhetorical opposition andbutclauses, as well as the variable strength of at-issue content. The landscape of non-at-issue meaning is presented, and the distinction between conventional implicature and assertorically inert entailments is highlighted using a range of distributional diagnostics. The article concludes by analysing the relation between structural focus and exhaustivity using the semantic and pragmatic approaches.

Abstract:
What philosophy governs the European common market today? This chapter examines this question by exploring the doctrinal structure of Article 34 since Cassis de Dijon. It will be argued that after Cassis, the substantive structure of the European market could no longer be presented as a ‘new legal order of international law’. For the principle of mutual recognition ‘breaks’ the backbone of the international model, as each State loses a part of its (internal) sovereignty over its own (internal) market. This loss of sovereignty was first established for national rules relating to product requirements; but the question whether this federal solution equally applied to ‘selling arrangements’ has preoccupied the Court ever since. With Keck, the Court acknowledged the existence of different tests for different categories of measures. How do these three jurisprudential lines interrelate? Two theoretical approaches are discussed: the (old) category approach and a (new) unitary approach.

The main types of mathematical structuralism that have been proposed and developed to the point of permitting systematic and instructive comparison are four: structuralism based on model theory, carried out formally in set theory (e.g., first- or second-order Zermelo–Fraenkel set theory), referred to as STS (for set-theoretic structuralism); the approach of philosophers such as Shapiro and Resnik of taking structures to be sui generis universals, patterns, or structures in an ante rem sense (explained in this article), referred to as SGS (for sui generis structuralism); an approach based on category and topos theory, proposed as an alternative to set theory as an overarching mathematical framework, referred to as CTS (for category-theoretic structuralism); and a kind of eliminative, quasi-nominalist structuralism employing modal logic, referred to as MS (for modal-structuralism). This article takes these up in turn, guided by few questions, with the aim of understanding their relative merits and the choices they present.

Work and employment relations vary not only according to individual strategic choices by managers, and actions and responses by employees, but also by the social and economic context. Development is a complex and multifaceted process of structural transformation, including economic and social changes. While a common distinction is often drawn between nations who have attained a degree of socio-economic development characterized by certain levels of income, productivity, investment, formal employment, technological deployment and a range of human capital indicators, the latter category is an extremely broad one in itself. It may encompass ‘emerging market’ nations such as Brazil and South Africa, and nations where economic activity centres around the production of unprocessed or semi-processed primary commodities, with only limited downstream industrial development. This article primarily focuses on this second category, although some attention is also devoted to the case of ‘emerging markets’.

Abstract:
Cyberbullying is the online fight between individuals or groups, and it can be viewed like harassment, rumor, denigration, exclusion, etc. Social networks are the main source of cyberbullying as various types of users interact with each other through text, audio, video, and images. One set of users uses the social media for the benefit of the whole society and the other set of users uses the social media for destructive purpose in the form of spreading rumors, harassment or to threaten others, etc., which is also called anomalous behavior. This article worked to detect the anomalous patterns using an exponential function and then proceeds to find the category of cyberbullying to which user belongs using subtractive clustering and fuzzy c-means clustering. The identification of category helps to find the extent to which these messages are harmful and based on which the culprit is apprehended or entrapped. State-of-the-art studies are focused on the detection of cyberbullying but this article captured different categories of cyberbullying.

Abstract:
Polymers are macromolecules with a very high molecular weight that are formed as a result of one or more small molecules bonding to each other, typically by covalent bonds. The concept of macromolecules consisting of many repeating units are published in the article titled “Uber Polymerization,” which was first published in 1920 by Hermann Staudinger. The idea of polymers, which have been in our lives for a long time, has thus become an important field of study. Polymers are commonly used in tissue engineering because of their properties such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. In addition, polymers have a wide range of applications in tissue regeneration, drug delivery, and wound healing. Polymers have varying structural properties based on their backbone structure, molecular weight, and crystallinity. For this cause, a great deal of study in the medicine has been based on this category of materials. This work focuses on the importance of polymers in the medicine, 3D printed polymer composites and Fourier transform infrared, and Raman spectroscopic investigations of polymeric structures.

Abstract:
The article clarifies the essence and structure of the innovative potential of the enterprise. Modern approaches to the definition of the category "innovation potential" are analyzed. It is established that the innovation potential as a set of innovative resources, the implementation of which leads to the improvement and optimization of production, makes it possible to create and implement innovations in order to achieve strategic competitive advantages of the enterprise. It was found that the innovation potential organically connects the main potential of the enterprise for innovative development. It is determined that under the conditions of effective realization of all main components of innovation potential the enterprise strengthens its position on the market and achieves sustainable development. The levels of innovation potential of the enterprise are considered, which allow to determine the ability of the enterprise to introduce new technologies into the economic turnover while providing for the financial needs of the current production and economic activity. It is proved that the analysis of innovation potential by components provides an opportunity to develop procedures for assessing its sufficiency for the development, production and promotion of specific innovations.

Semantic analysis is the process of extracting meaning of the sentence, from a given language. From the perspective of computer processing, challenge lies in making computer understand the meaning of the given sentence. Understandability depends upon the grammar, syntactic and semantic representation of the language and methods employed for extracting these parameters. Semantics interpretation methods of natural language varies from language to language, as grammatical structure and morphological representation of one language may be different from another. One ancient Indian language, Sanskrit, has its own unique way of embedding syntactic information within words of relevance in a sentence. Sanskrit grammar is defined in 4000 rules by PaninI reveals the mechanism of adding suffixes to words according to its use in sentence. Through this article, a method of extracting meaningful information through suffixes and classifying the word into a defined semantic category is presented. The subject of the article is the topos of Rome as one of the key elements which determines the method of creating a realistic and mythological image of Mikałaj Husoŭski, the poet from the 16th century and the main character of the novel Times of the Plague by Uladzimir Arlou. The action of the piece takes place in 16th century Rome, and is strongly attached to individual Roman locations. The category of space is presented in the physical, mythological and symbolic dimensions. Urban space has a complex structure and is marked by a specific chronotope, as it becomes a place of collision and accumulation of various social, historical and cultural phenomena. It has the ability to record history and all kind of traumas, and becomes a symbol of changeability, passing, as well as preserving memory. Additionaly, in his novel Uladzimir Arlou creates the “Husouski myth” as a part of a new general Belarusian historical and literary narrative, based on Christian values and Western European cultural tradition. This myth becomes a form of communication between generations of Belarusians.

Abstract:
The article deals with the considerations and category of space, which are connected with the theme of dream in the story Cloakroom Attendant by Jelena Dolgopiat. There is a classic contrast between the city (alien, dangerous and unfit for life) and the village, ensuring peace and security, in this work. The protagonist of the story leads a lonely, half-sleepy existence, lives as if she is out of time. When unexpectedly she becomes the heiress of a cloakroom attendant, other people’s dreams enter her life and open up new dimensions of existence for her. The line between waking and dreaming becomes blurred. The events in the protagonist’s life turn out to be part of dreams of the people she does not know. The past, present and future intertwine into one substance, which is characteristic of a dream and is reflected in the structure of the piece. In the story both the space and dreams are “mapped”, which is to tame them and subordinate them to man. However, while the space put on the map becomes “familiar” and friendly to the protagonist, the issue of dreams is more complicated and it is not known whose dreams are in each of the presented events.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the organizational and economic principles of functioning of agro-industrial enterprises, explores the possibilities of increasing their competitiveness. In particular, it is noted that the category of “organizational and economic mechanism” is the most important part of the economic system, including in the ag ricultural sector. The essence, content and adjustment of the organizational and economic mechanism is determined by many scientists and researchers, the focus is on industrial relations and economic laws. It is important to understand the levers of organizational and economic mechanism (economic and organizational). Economic factors include: the mechanism of market pricing; levers for investing and lending bonds, financing; selffinancing of investments; accumulation and investment of capital, state regulation and state support. Organizational factors include: structural levers; organizational and technical levers; levers of management organization; corporate planning and information levers. Using the levers of self-sufficiency, the peculiarities of the activities of agar enterprises in the domestic and foreign food markets are manifested to obtain the most attractive effect with minimal costs. An important component of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises is the maintenance of competitive conditions as a stimulus for the rational functioning of enterprises and organizations. Pure competition is an incentive for society to minimize costs and maximize profits, as well as adhere to marginal productivity. Competition is best manifested in terms of economic dynamics. Competition increases supply, improves product quality, improves service and availability, and reduces production costs. The article analyzes the views of economists on the category of “competitiveness”, provides indicators of competitiveness (price, market and quality indicators), the structure of the mechanism for improving the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, proposed methods for assessing the competitiveness of enterprises and effective management of enterprise competitiveness. It is noted that the competitiveness of production in the agro-industrial sector depends on resource supply, infrastructure development, the level of development of labor resources, the external environment, which is based on state policy on its development and more. To increase the competitiveness of enterprises should have competitive advantages: to improve their activities and increase their efficiency, to influence the market environment, to ensure the maximum possible result for each unit of labor, material and financial resources spent. Therefore, for the effective functioning of agro-industrial enterprises, increasing their competitiveness, it is necessary to apply a complex and effective organizational and economic management system. The main directions of increasing the competitiveness of agar enterprises are effective marketing policy, improving quality, service, maintenance, reducing production costs and production costs with maximum benefit in the future, as well as involvement in the production of new technologies, complex mechanization and automation, rational use of means of production and resources involved, etc. The use of these factors will ensure further growth and increase the efficiency of production of agricultural enterprises.

The manifestation of the peasant theme is first considered in the entries of notebooks and diaries of the indicated period. Then, in this key, the novels about Russian bogatyrs, from the times of Peter I, “The Decembrists”, “One Hundred Years”, “Toiling and Burdened” are analyzed. Excerpts from the diaries of D.D. Kozlov and A.R. Bocharov, the most significant for understanding the artist’s creativity and worldview, are given in the “Appendix”. On a broad biographical and artistic basis, it is concluded that the diaries of D.D. Kozlov and A.R. Bocharov influenced Tolstoy’s understanding and artistic expression of the peasant theme. Features of the author’s awareness of the concept of “people” reveals the complex of aspects: the dynamics of the development of the category of nationality in the poetics, aesthetics, historiosophy of Tolstoy, principles of the formation of peasant images, the issue of their prototypes. In the artist’s legacy, the people act as the engine of history, as the creator, carrier and guardian of language and culture.

Abstract:
Nowadays, we can observe various changes in family structure, which lead to the need to change the traditional understanding of the family. These changes can be explained by the prevalence of the globalization process in society, which have affected almost all spheres of life, including the family institute. Within the article, based on the analysis of statistical data and literature, the current trends of changes in family structure and related challenges will be described. When analysing changes in family structure, it is necessary to focus on both - structural and qualitative changes, which were reflected in the composition of families, trends in marriage registration, as well as in relationships between family members. The most characteristic changes show increase of such families with children where cohabiting partners are living together without registering the marriage as well as decreasing amount of nuclear families and increasing amount of single-parent families. This trend leads to other qualitative changes in family structure - several challenges of social policy because single-parent families often face different problems related to effective functioning of the family. For example, single-parent families with children are more often at risk of poverty than nuclear families, as well as face various types of problems in meeting the needs of the family. Social policy planners, when designing support for families with children, should take into account the specifics of single-parent families and provide them support according to the needs of these families, without waiting when families will fall into the social risk category.

Abstract:
As advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing become widely available, it is of interest to investigate the potential advantages that arise when designing periodic metamaterials to achieve a specific desired behavior or physical property. Designing the fine scale detailed geometry of periodic metamaterials to achieve a specified behavior falls under the category of notoriously intractable inverse problems. To simplify solving the inverse problem, most relevant works represent metamaterials as periodic single unit cell structures repeated in regular lattices. Such representation simplifies modeling and simulation task but at the cost of possibly limiting the range of physical behaviors that can be achieved through the use of more than one unit cell structures. This article outlines a quasi-periodic representation that utilizes more than a single unit cell to generate periodic metamaterials. Additionally, a hierarchical optimization scheme to optimize the generating function for a quasi-periodic structure using the genetic algorithm (GA) and a barrier function interior point method is also sketched to solve the inverse problem. To demonstrate the utility of the proposed hierarchical optimization framework to solve quasi-periodic metamaterial inverse problem, a problem in which the objective is to minimize the total strain in the structure while subjected to weight and the total-size constraint is considered. We detail the overall computational approach in which geometric representation, optimization algorithms, and finite element analysis are coupled and report preliminary numerical experiments.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the manifestation of coping-resources of educators. The teaching profession belongs to the category of professions especially vulnerable to stress, since the teacher has to solve various professional tasks in the absence of time and information, constant open contact with people, which entails considerable emotional energy. The professional activity of a modern teacher requires constant and maximum mobilization of their personal resources. Maintaining or enhancing a person's stress resistance is associated with finding and using resources well enough to help the educator overcome the negative effects of stressful situations. The article reveals such characteristics of personality and social environment that facilitate or make possible adaptation to life stresses, promotes the development of a means of overcoming it, and increases stress resistance. These personal structures help a person cope with threatening circumstances and facilitate adaptation. The author analyzes the scientific and psychological approaches to understand personal resources, determinants of the choice of coping-strategies, and the influence of the characteristics of professional activity on the behavior of the individual. Questions about structure, functions, and types of coping behavior are raised. According to the majority of modern researchers, the generalized classification of the methods of mastering stressful circumstances is analyzed: coping aimed at evaluation; problem-oriented coping; coping aimed at emotions. Also presented were the most up-to-date and most modern models of coping resources, which can be viewed from different angles to look at the choice of coping-resources by the personality of the teacher, taking into account the conditions of his professional activity. The organization and methods of conducted research of the features of manifestation of coping-resources in teachers are described. The presented quantitative and qualitative results are disclosed according to the stages of the study. In particular, the analysis of teacher’s coping-strategies depending on the level of emotional burnout, ways of overcoming difficult life situations, as well as the methods of coping-behavior of the respondents. Relationships between teachers' coping-resources and emotional and mental stress as well as the monotony of professional activities are also identified. Adaptive and non-adaptive coping behaviors are differentiated in terms of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral coping strategies are analyzed separately. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and empirical research, the author substantiates the relevant conclusions and recommendations for school educators on the effective use of their own coping resources.

Abstract:
The article deals with the content of economic growth as an economic category through determining its type, indicators and factors. It proposed grading factors based on the various existing theoretical approaches. With all the variety of growth factors and options for sorting the basic separation occurs in the direct and indirect factors, internal and external, intensive and extensive, the factors of supply, demand and distribution, controlled and uncontrolled factors, factors of economic and non-economic, interchangeable and supplemented growth factors. The author points out the main trends and features of economic growth, determining the pace and quality of economic growth in Russia at the present stage of development. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of knowledge, which allows to study economic phenomena and processes in their constant interaction and development. Sources of data in the study is an analytical and statistical materials the IMF, the World Bank and the Federal State Statistics Service. Formulate a set of restrictions for sustainable economic growth in Russia, due to the influence of various kinds of factors. As highlighted in its basic elements: the raw structure of Russian exports, weak competitiveness of downstream industries, the economic sanctions imposed in 2014 by the Western countries, reducing the purchasing power of the ruble against the reserve currencies. The results may help to improve the efficiency of stimulating the development and maintenance of high economic growth in the implementation of measures of state regulation both in Russia and in other countries.

Abstract:
The article considers the content of the concept of “criminological situation” in the criminological aspect, determines its structure. The differentiation of the concept of “criminological situation” with related concepts used in the special literature is given. The concept of criminological situation is proposed, taking into account its division into the main constituent elements, the mechanism of interaction between phenomena and the result of this interaction is shown. The main features of a criminological situation are determined, these features are defined by common regular connections and dependencies between the phenomena of social development and crime at the levels of the development of the social environment, the formation of the system of social relations, the state and development of social processes management. Considering a criminological situation as a dynamic category, the authors determined the affecting criminogenic, anti-criminogenic or functional factors. It is concluded that their in-depth study and analysis create favorable conditions for generating organizational-tactical decisions, taking into account the real possibilities of society and the state in combating crime, determining the main directions, strategies. Innovative methods for studying, analyzing and assessing a criminological situation, as well as the ways, forms of combating crime are considered. A critical judgment is made about why some developments and recommendations proposed by specialists, despite the high scientific-technical level, do not bring the desired effect in practice. It is concluded that a criminological situation acts as a social reality, an objectively given phenomenon, and therefore its assessment should be the same for all institutions of the state and society.

Abstract:
Through the specific case study of Cà dell'Arcoveggio I will treat the issue of drug addiction as a cause of social marginalization, and will discuss which strategies have been put into place to remove the inhabitants from this categorization. In the first section of the article I will briefly explain some of the characteristics of the subjects treated that contribute to their placement in the category of marginality. Then I will describe the underlying philosophy and methodology of the Cà dell'Arcoveggio educational intervention. In the third section I will deal with the practices put in place in order to establish a relationship between the physical structure and the surrounding district and between the subjects and residents of the neighborhood. In the final section I will present how some crucial changes have radically decreased the experimental nature of the project.

Abstract:
At present, the oven has become a popular electrical product for home life, and its appearance design is based on a minimalist style, pursuing the purity of appearance and streamlining of functions. However, different users have different perceptions of the simplicity and ease of use of the oven design, which may lead to differences in aesthetic preferences and design requirements, which in turn may lead to varying degrees of use obstacles and poor experience. How to grasp the "degree" of Minimalist Design to meet the differentiated needs of more users? It is the main problem of oven design at this stage. However, the method researches of related Minimalist Design are mostly theoretical reference and lack practical guiding significance. Therefore, this article will focus on the concept of Minimalist Design, combined with multi-level demand theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process, to explore the differences in users’ aesthetic preferences for minimalist oven design, construct a multi-level structural model of user needs, obtain the importance of user needs, and summarize differentiated minimalist oven designs methods. First, hot-selling ovens were selected as the research objects; compared the relative simplicity difference of each two products , a difference matrix was obtained; Multi-Dimensional Scaling Analysis, Cluster Analysis, and K-means Clustering were applied, the simplicity of ovens was classified and each category Typical products were obtained as simple prototypes; questionnaire surveys and statistical tests were used, the characteristics of the user groups of each prototype were obtained; based on the concept of Minimalist Design, user interviews and other methods were applied, the simplicity of users on three levels of stable performance, smooth interaction, and minimalist appearance Design demand factors were obtained; finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied, a hierarchical model of simple design factors were constructed, the weight of needs of each user group was obtained, and the differentiated design methods were summarized. As a result, a total of 12 hot-selling ovens were selected; a total of 3 minimalist prototypes ABC were obtained, The user group of prototype A is dominated by young women in higher education, prototype B is dominated by middle-aged women in secondary education, and prototype C is dominated by the elderly; a multi-level structure model of user needs was constructed, and The weight of the needs of the 3 user groups were obtained; based on the importance of the needs of each group, the targeted minimalist oven design methods were proposed. Therefore, the method which is based on the theory of multi-level needs and applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process, to construct a multi-level structure model of user needs can clarify the characteristics and design needs of different user groups, and improve the effectiveness and practical significance of the Minimalist Design of the oven. This method can provide a reference for enterprises and designers.
