La réaction de reformage du méthane par le CO2 en gaz de synthèse (H2, CO) a été étudiée sur catalyseurs à base de nickel, cobalt et de terres rares supportés. Les solides catalytiques ont été préparés par imprégnation sèche et caractérisés par absorption atomique et par la diffraction des rayons-X. La production d’hydrogène est remarquablement influencée par la nature de la phase métallique et des supports utilisés. L’ordre décroissent des conversions de CO2 et de CH4 ainsi que la production d’hydrogène des catalyseurs supportés sur silice est : Ru, Ni, Rh, Pt, Co. En revanche, l’activité des catalyseurs supportés sur l’alumine suit la séquence suivante : Rh , Ru, Pt.

<p style="text-align: justify;">L'influence de plusieurs facteurs sur la consommation de l'oxygène et le potentiel d'oxydoréduction a été étudiée. Les facteurs choisis sont: les catalyseurs métalliques d'oxydation (fer et cuivre), les antioxydants (anhydride sulfureux et acide ascorbique), les principaux constituants du vin et les conditions de conservation.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Le fer et le cuivre accélèrent les réactions d'oxydation dans les vins rouges. Le milieu devient rapidement réduit et le potentiel normal du vin (Eov) diminue. Dans les vins blancs, on observe une augmentation du Eov; le milieu devient alors plus oxydable.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">L'anhydride sulfureux (5°2) participe faiblement aux propriétés antioxydantes du vin rouge. En revanche, le vin blanc est correctement protégé des réactions d'oxydation par le S0<sub>2</sub>.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Ces différences de comportement entre les vins rouges et les vins blancs sont probablement dues aux composés phénoliques.</p>

Abstract:
Les effluents aqueux pollués par des matières organiques provenant d'industries chimiques présentent souvent une faible biodégradabilité. Dans certains domaines de concentration (DCO = 0,5 - 15 g/l), le procédé WPO® développé au laboratoire se substitue avantageusement à l'incinération pour traiter ce type d'effluents. La réaction, qui met en œuvre le réactif de Fenton à température élevée, conduit parfois à la formation de quantités importantes d'acides carboxyliques légers. Nous avons donc développé des systèmes catalytiques originaux remplaçant les sels de fer et conduisant à une oxydation totale des acides carboxyliques. Le système le plus efficace constitué de sels de fer, de cuivre et de manganèse permet d'obtenir, en 1 h à 100 °C, l'oxydation totale d'un mélange synthétique de ces acides (COT = 5 g/l) avec 1,5 fois la quantité de peroxyde théoriquement nécessaire à l'oxydation. Le catalyseur précipité et séparé en fin de traitement peut être recyclé et conserve la môme activité. Les unités industrielles permettant d'effectuer le traitement WPO® avec les nouveaux catalyseurs, recyclés ou non, seront similaires à celle déjà réalisée pour le traitement de « points noirs » industriels.

This apparently full-length cDNA of 3.0 kilobases has an open reading frame of 2,466 base pairs and the capacity to encode a protein of 94,000 molecular weight. The cDNA contains regions homologous to the highly conserved tyrosine protein kinase domain of other oncogenes and growth factor receptors but lacks a clear transmembrane region, indicating that it encodes a tyrosine kinase of the nonreceptor type. The deduced amino acid sequence of FER resembles that of c-fes/fps. Our data indicate that the protein product of FER, p94FER, corresponds to a previously reported cellular phosphoprotein, NCP94, detected with a v-fps-specific antipeptide antiserum.

The improvement of the exploitation features of diesel power units oflocomotives is one of the most important aspects solving the problems of saving fuel energy resources (FER) in the rail-freight traffic system. It covers in full the following: the increase of specific fuel economy factors, the optimizaition of load cycles used park oflocomotive diesels and the introduction of informational technologies in operative checking systems and normalizing FER. On the base of modem accounting methods of mathematical simulation on PC the expected reserve of reducing the expenses on the fuel is evaluated for the most frequent type of diesels in Lithuania such us 14Д40Y2 in diesel locomotive M62(2M62). The regulation of units of systems of fuel injection and aeroprovision for the seasonal periods ≪winter-summer≫ and the optimum of their loading accordingly allows to reach fuel economy 1,5–3,0% and 6,5–8,0 %. Rational base of algorithm for automatic checking systems and normalizing FER on enterprises of rail-freight traffic is a method of small incrementations, in combination with the use of databases of the technical characteristics of power units park. Standard draft model similar to accounting-information complex ≪Profil≫ is designed by specialists of Klaipėda university.

Abstract:
3-isobutyl-2-methoxypyrazine (IBMP) is a grape-derived aroma compound responsible for the bell pepper character of wine. It is still unclear whether this molecule is always negatively perceived by consumers. The objective of this study was to establish a consumer rejection threshold (CRT) for IBMP in French white and red wines from the Gaillac area made from Sauvignon and Fer respectively.The best estimate thresholds (BET) were determined by carrying out three-alternative forced choice (3-AFC) tests: 5.5 ng/L for Sauvignon and 16.8 ng/L for Fer. For the estimation of the CRT, consumers (n = 48) received pairs of samples consisting of a base wine and a base wine spiked with an ascending concentration of IBMP. They were asked to indicate which sample they preferred, and the CRT was calculated as the concentration for which the spiked sample was significantly rejected. CRTs were determined at 50 ng/L and 30 ng/L for Sauvignon and Fer respectively.Our findings indicate that IBMP is more acceptable in white wine than in red wine. As IBMP concentrations reported in the literature for Sauvignon and Fer are generally below CRT concentrations, IBMP appears to be neutrally perceived by consumers at usual concentrations in wines from Gaillac made from these two cultivars.Our findings tend to contradict the belief in the wine industry that consumers systematically reject ‘vegetative’ styles of wines, and do not encourage local winegrowers and winemakers to necessarily implement viticultural or enological practices to minimise IBMP concentrations in wine.

Abstract:
Human emotions involve basic and compound facial expressions. However, current research on facial expression recognition (FER) mainly focuses on basic expressions, and thus fails to address the diversity of human emotions in practical scenarios. Meanwhile, existing work on compound FER relies heavily on abundant labeled compound expression training data, which are often laboriously collected under the professional instruction of psychology. In this paper, we study compound FER in the cross-domain few-shot learning setting, where only a few images of novel classes from the target domain are required as a reference. In particular, we aim to identify unseen compound expressions with the model trained on easily accessible basic expression datasets. To alleviate the problem of limited base classes in our FER task, we propose a novel Emotion Guided Similarity Network (EGS-Net), consisting of an emotion branch and a similarity branch, based on a two-stage learning framework. Specifically, in the first stage, the similarity branch is jointly trained with the emotion branch in a multi-task fashion. With the regularization of the emotion branch, we prevent the similarity branch from overfitting to sampled base classes that are highly overlapped across different episodes. In the second stage, the emotion branch and the similarity branch play a “two-student game” to alternately learn from each other, thereby further improving the inference ability of the similarity branch on unseen compound expressions. Experimental results on both in-the-lab and in-the-wild compound expression datasets demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method against several state-of-the-art methods.

Dans un essai effectué sur cinq dromadaires recevant une ration de base couvrant leurs besoins d'entretien, une complémentation minérale à base de sulfates de cuivre, zinc, manganèse et cobalt, d'iodure et de sélénite a été distribuée pendant trois mois, après trois semaines d'adaptation. Après arrêt de la complémentation, les animaux ont été suivis pendant trois autres mois. Des prélèvements de sang, de fèces et de foie par biopsie ont été régulièrement effectués pour doser le cuivre et le zinc. Le fer et le manganèse ont été analysés dans les fèces et les rations seulement. Au cours des trois phases de l'essai, la cuprémie moyenne était de 44, 63 et 57 g/100 ml et la zincémie de 35, 36 et 42 g/100 ml. La complémentation minérale a donc augmenté les concentrations en cuivre au niveau plasmatique et hépatique, mais n'a pas modifié les teneurs en zinc. La concentration fécale de cuivre, zinc et manganèse a augmenté pendant la phase de complémentation, mais le taux d'absorption a globalement diminué de 15 à 20 %, sauf celui du zinc qui est resté stable. La concentration du fer fécal a augmenté pendant la phase de complémentation en dépit de l'absence d'apport ferrique, indiquant une interaction négative entre minéraux mineurs et fer. L'ensemble des résultats permet de considérer les besoins du dromadaire en éléments-traces comme étant plus faibles que pour les autres ruminants.

Pour faire face à l’incertitude de la pandémie de la Covid-19, de nombreuses organisations ont dû faire preuve d’agilité. Les proximités institutionnelle, organisationnelle, sociale et cognitive constituent la base de cette agilité. Nous étudions plus particulièrement l’agilité développée lors du 1 er confinement en 2020 par un Service départemental d’incendie et de secours (SDIS) du centre de la France. Ce SDIS est parvenu à rester proche des habitants du territoire défendu et de ses sapeurs-pompiers malgré le contexte. Notre étude basée sur l’interview de personnels du SDIS au niveau de l’État-major et d’un Centre d’intervention et de secours (CIS) l’illustre. Nos résultats montrent que cette agilité émerge grâce à l’imbrication des proximités et leurs influences mutuelles qui sont les catalyseurs de capacités agiles face à l’incertitude et aux risques de la situation.

Abstract:
Emotion recognition has attracted major attention in numerous fields because of its relevant applications in the contemporary world: marketing, psychology, surveillance, and entertainment are some examples. It is possible to recognize an emotion through several ways; however, this paper focuses on facial expressions, presenting a systematic review on the matter. In addition, 112 papers published in ACM, IEEE, BASE and Springer between January 2006 and April 2019 regarding this topic were extensively reviewed. Their most used methods and algorithms will be firstly introduced and summarized for a better understanding, such as face detection, smoothing, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Local Binary Patterns (LBP), Optical Flow (OF), Gabor filters, among others. This review identified a clear difficulty in translating the high facial expression recognition (FER) accuracy in controlled environments to uncontrolled and pose-variant environments. The future efforts in the FER field should be put into multimodal systems that are robust enough to face the adversities of real world scenarios. A thorough analysis on the research done on FER in Computer Vision based on the selected papers is presented. This review aims to not only become a reference for future research on emotion recognition, but also to provide an overview of the work done in this topic for potential readers.

Abstract:
Due to their important activity and selectivity, nickel catalysts are often used to realize the methanation reaction; however, the usual process based on these catalysts is not fitted for the present economic situation. To raise their stability, three catalysts with similar nickel content but calcinated at different temperatures have been studied for the reaction of methanation. The results obtained show that the catalyst calcinated at the highest temperature (973 K) shows the greatest promise because a great part of its activity and of its stability is preserved even when the reaction conditions are extreme (temperature of 773 K).

Abstract:
Abstract. Influence of air temperature on the consumption of fuel and energy resources (FER) on train traction is due to a number of physical laws. The extent of this effect is specified in the Rules for Traction Settlement (RTS). At the same time, when rationing FER consumption for train traction, a specialized methodical base is used, which involves a different approach to accounting for the effect of temperature on FER consumption for train traction. At the same time in different documents of this base, the effects of low temperature on the absolute and specific consumption of fuel and energy resources on train traction are taken into account in a different way, which is due to the lack of consensus among specialists on the way this factor is taken into account. Specialists of JSC “VNIIZhT” carried out an analysis of a significant amount of driver’s routes data, results of which showed that the dependence of the specific flow rate on temperature, on the basis of which the corresponding influence coefficient is determined, needs to be periodically updated. In addition, when technically standardizing the consumption of fuel and energy resources (for the locomotive crew work site), the temperature effect coefficients need to be calculated for a specific work area and direction of motion on it, while using the average network coefficient values will lead to errors. When calculating additional flow of fuel and energy from the effect of temperature for electric multiple units (EMU), the equations of regression dependencies should be used, obtained by statistical processing of data on temperature changes and specific consumption of fuel and energy resources for EMU and determined for each series of EMU when working on a particular suburban area.

Currently, a growing number of women in their 30s and 40s in South Korea are voluntarily choosing single life to achieve self-realization and focus on their lives. We want to take note of this phenomenon and take an in-depth the lives of voluntary single life beings they are experiencing by using hermeneutic phenomenological study method of Van Manen. The results of this study are as follows. First, 30-40s voluntary single women have experienced desire of self-realization through their single life. Second, they were satisfied with their lives based on the concept of having free choices, stable social support and they social-economic base. Third, they have experienced a low awareness of single life in society and many people. Last, they were preparing for their future lives for their physical health, finances, and role as parents’ provider. This study provides a better understanding of the lives of 30-40s voluntary single women.

Introduction. La carence martiale touche les groupes des populations à risque (femmes enceintes et enfants en bas âge) aussi bien dans les pays développés que ceux en développement. En Algérie l’ampleur du problème n’est pas bien connue, car les études sont rares et les outils d’évaluation, des indicateurs biochimiques peu fiables. Objectifs. Déterminer la prévalence de la carence martiale chez l’enfant de zéro à cinq ans dans la ville de Batna, étudier ses répercussions sur le développement physique et psychomoteur de l’enfant et évaluer le traitement l et les mesures de prévention adéquates. Matériels et méthodes. Sur un échantillon de 354 enfants de zéro à cinq ans, dans la ville de Batna, nous avons mesuré la ferritine sérique, l’hémoglobine, les récepteurs de la transferrine, nous avons analysé les signes cliniques de la carence et évalué la croissance et le développement psychomoteur des enfants. Les enfants carencés ont reçu un traitement à base de fer. Des contrôles ont été effectués à la fin du traitement martial. Résultats. La prévalence de la carence martiale est variable en fonction de la tranche d’âge, elle est de 41% chez le nouveau-né dont 25%sont en état de carence avancée (anémie par carence martiale) de 1à 6mois elle est de 40,5% chez le nourrisson de 7à12mois elle est de 51,9% ; Chez l’enfant de 13-60mois elle est de 42,3% et 29,3% sont en carence sévère (anémie par carence martiale). Les facteurs de risque retrouvés sont : la non supplémentation durant la grossesse, la mauvaise diversification alimentaire des nourrissons, le faible apport en fer alimentaire, chez les enfants carencés nous avons observé des anomalies du développement psychomoteur et de l’IMC. Conclusion. La carence martiale est fréquente chez les enfants de 0 à 5 ans à Batna. La supplémentation en fer des femmes enceintes, la bonne diversification alimentaire, un régime alimentaire équilibré et riche en fer permettraient de prévenir cette carence.

Abstract:
External public debt and foreign exchange reserve (FER) are performing a crucial role in the growth and development of countries. To examine the short-run and long-run dynamics among external public debt (EPD) and FER in Ethiopia, the study used 39 years data (1981 to 2019) from National bank of Ethiopia (NBE) and World Bank data sets. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model with error correction model (ECM) was employed after checking the possible assumptions of economic series. The results of ADF test statistics confirms our economic series are stationary with a mixture of level form and first difference form. Bounds co-integration test suggests the existence of co-integration among the variables. According to the descriptive method of data analysis, on average, in Ethiopia the trend for service sector indicated that an ever improvement of the sector throughout the periods and supplementing the notion of change from agriculture base to service sector. On the other hand, according to ARDL model in the short -run on average trade tariff rate, share of manufacturing sector from the GDP, and lagged value of EPD itself predicts the EPD significantly at least at less than 10% level of significance . Moreover, the ECM revealed that in the long-run, financial development indicator, debt service payment, and average trade tariff rate were predicting the stock of FER for Ethiopian economy. Finally, the concerned body, the government of Ethiopia, should limit or reduce the amount of external debt (ED) inflows, and recheck the budget sources for financing different projects especially manufacturing industries rather than highly basing on external sources in the form of EPD, among others.

Abstract:
Cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) is associated with fluid overload. We hypothesized that fluid gain during CPB could be reduced by substituting parts of a crystalloid prime with 7.2% hypertonic saline and 6% poly(O-2-hydroxyethyl) starch solution (HyperHaes®). 14 animals were randomized to a control group (Group C) or to Group H. CPB-prime in Group C was Ringer’s solution. In group H, 4 ml/kg of Ringer’s solution was replaced by the hypertonic saline / hydroxyethyl starch solution. After 60 min stabilization, CPB was initiated and continued for 120 min. All animals were allowed drifting of normal temperature (39.0°C) to about 35.0°C. Fluid was added to the CPB circuit as needed to maintain a 300-ml level in the venous reservoir. Blood chemistry, hemodynamic parameters, fluid balance, plasma volume, fluid extravasation rate (FER), tissue water content and acid-base parameters were measured/calculated. Total fluid need during 120 min CPB was reduced by 60% when hypertonic saline/hydroxyethyl starch solution was added to the CPB prime (p<0.01). The reduction was related to a lowered FER. The effect was most pronounced during the first 30 min on CPB, with 0.6 (0.43) (Group H) compared with 1.5 (0.40) ml/kg/min (Group C) (p<0.01). Hemodynamics and laboratory parameters were similar in both groups. Serum concentrations of sodium and chloride increased to maximum levels of 148 (1.5) and 112 (1.6) mmol/l in Group H. To conclude: addition of 7.2% hypertonic saline and 6% poly(O-2-hydroxyethyl) starch solution to crystalloid CPB prime reduces fluid needs and FER during tepid CPB.

L'application réalisée sur un pilote de laboratoire a permis d'optimiser les principales étapes du traitement, c'est-à-dire l'addition d'une base forte, la précipitation et la filtration des hydroxydes ferriques qui se forment à la suite de la neutralisation de l'acide carbonique.

Однако использование препаратов железа имеет ряд недостатков и ограничений, связанных как с проявлением токсичности, так и с недостаточным терапевтическим эффектом. На сегодняшний день актуальной задачей является и точная оценка феррокинетики для установления эффективности и достаточности терапии, что не всегда может быть обеспечено применяющимися в настоящее время лабораторными методами оценки дефицита железа. Изучение и анализ участия регуляторных белков в процессах феррокинетики на фоне приема препаратов железа может быть актуальным для создания дифференцированного подхода к оценке эффективности терапии и обеспеченности организма железом.Цель. Изучение метаболизма железа на фоне специфической терапии для оценки эффектив ной транспортной концентрации и обеспеченности организма железом.Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ клинико-лабораторных данных 30 пациентов с ЖДА в возрасте от 7 до 16 лет (медиана возраста 14,5 года) и 30 практически здоровых детей (медиана возраста 11,6 года) контрольной группы. Содержание ферритина в сыворотке крови определяли методом твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа с использованием стандартизированных наборов Orgentec Diagnostika GmbH (Германия), трансферрина в сыворотке крови –иммунотурбодиметрическим методом с помощью коммерческих наборов BioSystems (Испания) на автоматическом анализаторе Dialab Autolyzer (Австрия). Концентрацию эндогенного лактоферрина (ЛФ) в сыворотке крови определяли методом иммуноферментного анализа с помощью коммерческих тест-систем для количественного определения ЛФ человека в биологических жидкостях (Elabscience) на универсальном анализаторе VICTOR2TM (Perkin Elmer, США). Статистические расчеты проводились в статистическом пакете R, версия 3.4.Результаты и обсуждение. При дефиците железа повышается концентрация в сыворотке крови трансферрина (ТФ) и ЛФ как промежуточного звена передачи железа в клетки, что объ ясняется высокой потребностью в данном биоэлементе и готовностью организма его принимать. На фоне ферротерапии уровень ТФ в сыворотке крови снижается по мере повышения концентрации Hb и слабо связан с приростом ферритина (СФ). В то же время установлена статистически значимая связь повышения СФ в процессе ферротерапии и уровня эндогенного ЛФ. Для анализа связи уровня эндогенного ЛФ как эффективной транспортной концентрации железа со степенью увеличения депонированного железа применен индекс FeR (соотношение концентрации Hb и уровня СФ) и показано его значительное отличие у пациентов с ЖДА от группы контроля. Закономерность изменения индекса FeR на фоне ферротерапии связана в первую очередь со скоростью прироста СФ, что указывает на возможность использования показателя FeR с целью оценки резервного фонда железа в организме. Определено распределение индекса FeR в группе контроля и проведено изучение связи индекса FeR после трехнедельной ферротерапии с концентрацией гемоглобина и параметрами феррокинетики на момент постановки диагноза. В результате подтверждена сильная связь снижения индекса FeR с уровнем эндогенного ЛФ. На основании многофакторного анализа с использованием линейной регрессионной модели предложена модель прогнозирования ферротерапии с применением индекса FeR.Заключение. Высокий уровень эндогенного ЛФ у пациентов с ЖДА обеспечивает активное поступление железа в клетку и может служить показателем эффективной транспортной формы железа. Разработана формула расчета индекса FeR и предложена модель прогнозирования ферротерапии на основании оценки эффективной транспортной формы железа и обеспеченности организма железом. Introduction. The goal of the therapy of IDA is not only the elimination of clinically significant iron deficiency, but also the restoration of its depot in the body. However, the use of iron drugs has a number of disadvantages and limitations associated with both the manifestation of toxicity and insufficient therapeutic effect. Today, there is an urgent task to accurately assess ferrokinetics to reveal the effectiveness and sufficiency of therapy, which cannot always be provided by currently used laboratory methods for assessment of iron deficiency. The study and analysis of the participation of regulatory protein in the processes of ferrokinetics while taking iron drugs may be relevant to create a differentiated approach to assessing the effectiveness of therapy and iron supply to the body.The purpose of this work is to study iron metabolism during specific therapy to assess the effective transport concentration and supply of iron to the body.Materials and methods. The analysis of clinical and laboratory data of 30 patients with IDA at the age from 7 to 16 years (median of age – 14.5 years) and 30 healthy children (median of age – 11.6 years) of the control group was carried out. The Ferritin concentrations were determined on the DIALAB AUTOLYZER automatic analyzer (Austria) with the help of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using standardized kits Orgentec Diagnostika GmbH (Germany). The Lactoferrin concentrationswere determined with the help of enzyme immunoassay using commercial test systems for the quantitative determination of human LF in biological fluids (Elabscience) on the universal VICTOR2TM analyzer (Perkin Elmer, USA). Statistical calculations were performed in statistical package R, version 3.4.Results and discussion. The level of transferrin and lactoferrin in the blood serum increases with iron deficiency being an intermediate link of iron transfer into the cell. This takes place due to the high need for iron and willingness of the body to take it. On the background of treatment with iron drugs, the level of transferrin in the blood serum decreases as hemoglobin increases, and it is weakly associated with the growth of ferritin. At the same time, there is a statistically significant relationship between the increase of ferritin during treatment and the level of endogenous lactoferrin. To analyze the relationship between the level of lactoferrin as an effective transport concentration of iron with the degree of increase in deposited iron, the FeR index (the ratio of hemoglobin to ferritin level) was used, and its significant difference in patients with IDA from the control group was shown. The pattern of changes of the FeR index during treatment with iron drugs is associated, first of all, with the rate of growth of ferritin, which indicates the possibility of using the FeR index to assess the iron depot in the body. We determined the distribution of the FeR index in the control group and studied the relationship of the FeR index after a three-week treatment with iron drugs with hemoglobin concentration and ferrokinetic parameters at the time of diagnosis. As a result, a strong relationship between the decrease of the FeR index and the level of lactoferrin in blood serum was confirmed. On the base of multivariate analysis using a linear regression model, the model for predicting ferrotherapy using the FeR index was proposed.Conclusion. The high level of lactoferrin in the blood serum in patients with IDA provides an active supply of iron to the cells and can be the indicator of the effective transport form of iron. We developed a formula for calculating the FeR index and proposed the model for predicting ferrotherapy based on the assessment of the effective transport form of iron and the iron supply to the body.
