Full textThis work show us a link with popular and erudite culture in the poem‟s compilation Hora Aberta (2003) de Gilberto Mendonça Teles. Saci and Camonge make part of popular culture. The artist uses these personages to create a new vision from his book Saciologia Goiana (1982). Saci is from Brazilian folklore and Camongo is from cordel literature and they were used to hide an image of a literary critic, the same Teles. Camões represents the erudite, he makes a dialogue between Europe and Brazil. Goiás and images of this region help us to understand the dichotomy erudite/popular.

Full textWe present the case study, carried out in 2015, on the desertion of young people from Puente Piedra district (Lima) who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Employment Program (now Jóvenes Productivos) of the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment, which at the end of their training period, they were inserted into the company Textiles Camones to perform as machinists. With ages between 18 and 29, with a predominance of female participation, they meet a demanding workday, the result of production requirements in the "maquila" business model implemented by the company. The main findings of the investigation were; In the first place, we report a mismatch between the training profile and the profile required by the company. Second, we found slow and poor process used in the Program. Another finding is the expectations of young millennials workers, who are stimulated not only by higher remuneration, but also by the recognition of the company as a place of lifelong learning. We note that the insertion of these young people is the result of the processes of targeting and training. After three months, they renounce to the obtained position, despite the fact that they have possibilities of working in the textile confection market. The causes that forced the desertion, were due to the lack of clarity in the information received in the induction process, they not -achievemen of other benefits such as night studies, a deficit between their salary expectations achieved and those committed by the company, indispensable conditions to feel welcomed by an alternative of attractive and competitive labor training. In the first chapter the introduction is presented, the second contains the detail of the methodological design, the third chapter will deal with the theoretical framework on which the present research is based, the background of the training model found in other countries, as well as a thorough analysis of the authors about the Program and its subsystems. Chapters V, VI and VII will show the results obtained, which provide strong answers to the proposed objectives. This research belongs to the field of Social Management for focusing on the problem of strengthening basic skills for work, in search of integration mechanisms between young people and the formal Peruvian labor market. In order to avoid youth labor desertion in the company, we propose corrective, objective and efficient measures to be implemented by the Program

Full textNine years after 1968, Italia is going again through one year of agitation. For a few months, the peninsula is crossed over by a social, political and cultural movement, extremely vigorous and offensive, that was named "movement of ’77". This irreverent contestation is going to change with the passing months : the demonstrations become bloody and the movement of ’77 turns to more radicalism. But it will be soon forgotten when Italia, on the 16th of March 1978, day of the kidnapping of Aldo Moro, will rush into the heart of what were called the "Years of Lead". Thus, the italian historiography rarely mentions this year of mobilisation, and only a few italian novelists were inspired by the insurrectionary movement of 1977. We will draw the literary reasons that led those novelists to take over the "movement of ’77", in order to understand the paradoxical exploration of that year which was on one side forgotten by the history of literature, and on the other side used to illustrate the values, the failures and the victory of a whole generation. How did the writers picture that movement? How did they confront its stakes, its drifts, and what it represents? What are the narrative solutions they have found to express it? How do their texts answer to the "myths", these dominating and reducing conceptions that the italian society, traumatised by this period of its history, have brought to the contestating youth? We will follow the diachrony of the literary perceptions of that event, from 1979 to 2007, through the works of Bruno Arpaia, Nanni Balestrini, Ferdinando Camon, Enrico Palandri, Paolo Pozzi and Luca Rastello

A systematic research on the camoid-follower mechanisms is proposed in this study. By using B-spline surface interpolation, discrete motion constraints of followers are synthesized to be complete and continuous motion functions. The corresponding camoid profiles are derived as analytical equations by applying the concept of theory of envelopes. From the analytical camoid profiles, the pressure angles can be also obtained. Besides, the cutter paths needed in machining process are determined from the camoid profile. An NC milling machine is used to cut camoids to show the feasibility. The surface roughness produced after the machining is also analyzed. A mathematical model for estimating the surface roughness, including the chordal deviation and scallop height, is established. By basing on the results obtained in this study, a desigh and machining for camoid-follower mechanisms can be executed in practical applications.
