Abstract:
Článek se zaměřuje na ekonomické projevy gentrifikace a ověřuje hypotézu existence těchto projevů ve dvou brněnských lokalitách. Popisovaný výzkum se zabývá vývojem realizovaných cen rodinných domů v bývalé nouzové a dělnické kolonii. Tyto kolonie v městě Brně vznikaly ve 20. a 30. letech 20. století a některé se zachovaly dodnes.

Abstract:
Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou zásobování pitnou vodou v malých obcích. Představeny jsou hlavní výsledky ze dvou dotazníkových šetření. První dotazníkové šetření bylo zacíleno na starostky a starosty malých obcí a byly zde specifikovány otázky týkající se problematiky zásobování pitnou vodou. Druhá dotazníková kampaň byla zaměřena na obyvatele ČR starší 15 let. Zde byly otázky směřovány ke zjištění nejdůležitějších faktorů ovlivňujících výběr obce či města, ve které by chtěl dotazovaný bydlet. Sběr dat byl realizován na jaře roku 2020. Abstract:
Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou zásobování pitnou vodou v malých obcích. Představeny jsou hlavní výsledky ze dvou dotazníkových šetření. Abstract:
Cílem naší studie byla analýza pohybových aktivit a dalších činností čtyřicátníků, tedy osob ve věku 40-49 let, které realizují ve svém běžném životě. Dále jsme zjišťovali i tělesnou zdatnost této věkové kategorie. Pro dosažení našeho záměru jsme použili upravený „Dotazník ke zjištění pohybových aktivit a wellness aktivit čtyřicátníků“ sestavený speciálně k této příležitosti. Dotazování se zúčastnilo 75 žen a stejný počet mužů ve věku 40-49 let. Šetření probíhalo v roce 2020, těsně před nástupem koronavirové epidemie. Pro zpracování výsledků dotazování jsme použili statistický program Excel. P

This diploma thesis describes elementary factors affecting real estate rental market. The thesis includes a market research in two different localities in the city of Brno. The result of the research determines a usual rent amount. The collected data is separated by the number of rooms 1+1/kk, 2+1/kk a 3+1/kk and bigger (number of room + the kitchen or a kitchenette) and plot into a map. The usual rent amount defines three levels on each of the groups. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the research results.

The analytical part is followed by an urban study, which offers a solution to the reurbanization of the site. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of an urban study in the area of Old Brno. The proposal builds on the transport solution for the Mendel Square competition, ie the creation of a new street by extending Hybešova Street to Mendel Square. The study complements existing buildings to create traditional blocks, supplemented with solitaires, while maintaining the patency of the area. It also includes an architectural study of selected four apartment buildings.
