Graphic design is an art with a specific purpose; it is a process of describing a business or product with art. In this process, color, graphics and text play a very important role. They are like three actors to undertake the projects, how to coordinate the relationship among them, to balance the roles, the designers should think in detail, should pursue. Anyway they have a long way to go on the road of graphic design. Design is planning on purpose, graphic design is one of the forms planned to be taken ,in the graphic design you should use visual elements to spread your ideas and plans , use color, text and image to spread the information to the audience so that people, through these visual elements, can understand your ideas and plans. Emphasis on the application of visual elements in graphic design, the combination of visual elements and design ideas, and these two methods will achieve the perfection of ideas to attract the viewer's eye, and to announce the achievement of broad objectives.

Abstract:
Abstract Parking shortages are a regular occurrence in the urban Central Business District (CBD). In most Indian cities, the demand for parking outnumbers the supply. Managing parking demand is a critical aspect of transportation planning, particularly in metropolitan areas. Due to a shortage of off-street parking options in the CBD, tourists are compelled to park on the street, causing unnecessary congestion. The goals of this paper are to review existing research, identify key parameters, and provide models for forecasting on-street parking demand. To predict on-street parking demand in metropolitan CBDs with public transit (PT) service, a cost parameter (CF) model is developed. Some surveys, such as in-out surveys, license plate surveys, questionnaire surveys, video graphic survey methods, and so on, are likely to be utilized to collect data for the suggested model.

Abstract:
Purpose – Using the numerical situation analysis (NSA) technique in the development of corporate strategy provides senior managers with a suitable methodology for the creation of alternative strategic options. Subsequently, it may be used to evaluate those options for possible selection and implementation by the company concerned. In addition, the technique provides a graphic temporal point description of an organisation's strategic situation. Consequently, the aim of this paper is to outline the technique of NSA via a hypothetical example and thereby illustrate its use in practice. Design/methodology/approach – By using a paradigm approach, the paper indicates the correct application of the NSA technique as a means of defining and evaluating alternative strategic options within a manufacturing company. As proposed, the methodology also permits several graphic illustrations of the strategic situation to be drawn, along with a scheme for monitoring the effectiveness of an adopted strategy. Findings – The evolution of the suggested NSA technique and its application to the formulation of strategic options for a manufacturing company are outlined in the paper. In practice, its application in four differing industries has resulted in some caveats regarding its use, and to some provisional conclusions being drawn in respect of its usefulness to senior management. These are recorded in the concluding section of the paper. Research limitations/implications – The design, development and application of NSA proposed in this paper together with the experience of its implementation and use, in practice, highlight a potentially useful extension to existing methods of strategy formulation. The methodology offers senior management a technique, whereby alternative strategic options may be defined and evaluated for possible adoption along with diagrammatic illustrations of an organisation's strategic situation. In addition, the approach allows a selected strategy to be monitored over time for effectiveness, thus providing an early warning mechanism in respect of strategic inutility. Originality/value – The paper contributes to the existing knowledge based on strategy development, evaluation and selection. It also provides a mechanism for monitoring a selected strategy for effectiveness over time and a structured framework for senior management to undertake the strategic planning process. It may when used in practice achieve an improved level of strategic understanding on the part of senior management and thereby stimulate improved corporate performance.

Abstract:
Introduction. Today’s increased competition and deepening process of globalization have raised the issue of information provision of managers at all levels of management, particularly accurate and timely information on financial and economic performance of enterprises. For making effective managerial decisions, managers do not only need financial information, but also non-financial information that is found in managerial accounting reports. Therefore, this is an up-to-date issue, which should be further considered. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to examine types of the reporting format of managerial accounting in foreign and national economic studies and to concentrate on managerial accounting reporting by main business processes in trading enterprises. Methods. The methods used for exploring issues relevant to preparing managerial accounting reports are based on general and specific approaches to examining economic processes, phenomena and facts, particularly those that are relative to budgetary performance of purchasing departments, transportation, storing an selling in trading enterprises. The key methods applied include the following: the monographic and graphic methods; the method of grouping and comparison of indicators; analysis of the dynamics and structure of expenses; modeling and budgeting of expenses of main processes in trading enterprises; planning steps for improving managerial reporting. Results. Budgetary performance plays an important role in managerial accounting. Therefore, separate reports by the main business processes in trading enterprises are supposed to be prepared, namely on purchasing, transportation, storing and selling. The organizational structure of trading enterprises, types and total sales volumes, and other specific features of the trading industry have a significant impact on centres of responsibility, and therefore, on types and structure of managerial accounting reporting. The process of preparing reports on budgetary performance involves determining items of expenditure specific for each department of a trading enterprise and its activity. Discussion. Further research efforts should be aimed at improving managerial accounting reports with respect to budgetary performance, particularly at developing a ‘Consolidated Record of Financial Results from Selling Goods by Direct-Cost System’. The authors argue that the format of consolidated record of financial results from selling goods can be applicable to other systems. Such a consolidated record can serve as a basis for preparing ‘The Trading Company Performance Report”. This practice should be introduced in trading enterprises in line with specific characteristics of their financial and economic activities.

Abstract:
The article deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of planning innovative processes, which are carried out mainly with the help of linear (or tape) Gantt charts and network methods. Linear graphs, as a rule, reflect the process of creation and development of new technology (SNT) in a time scale by its main stages or stages. At the same time, where possible, parallel-serial or parallel execution of works (stages) is provided. Linear graphs are characterized by the following disadvantages: conventionality in defining general terms of development; impossibility of establishing the importance of each of the works to achieve the final goal; difficulties in making corrections in connection with forced downtimes and postponements for separate related works; impossibility of multivariate forecasting; difficulties with the automation of planning and accounting work. These shortcomings are largely eliminated by the use of network planning and management (NMP) systems. This system is a complex of graphic and calculation methods, organizational measures and control methods that provide modeling, analysis and dynamic restructuring of the execution plan of complex projects. SPU is one of the methods of the cybernetic approach to the management of complex dynamic systems with the aim of ensuring the determined optimal indicators, for example, the minimum time for completing the entire set of works or the minimum cost of development. Realization of NTP achievements in the creation, production and operation of new equipment increases its efficiency and competitiveness in comparison with the used equipment. On the other hand, the continuity of NTP and the acceleration of its pace shorten the period of effectiveness of specific models of equipment and reduce their total economic effect, and accordingly, their competitiveness during the period of use. This reveals the relationship between the economic efficiency of new technology and its moral wear. This form of influence of NTP on the economic efficiency of new technology makes the time factor one of the most important. A loss in time can reduce to zero the effectiveness of the most advanced technical means at the time of development. For an earlier entry into the market, it is especially important to shorten the period of creation and mastery of production of a new model and the period of mastery of its design release.

Abstract:
Purpose. Scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and practical approaches to the production structure and business processes of the feed center. Methods. Monographic, dialectical, abstractlogical, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, correlation-regression analysis, graphic display. Results. The state of the livestock industry in Ukraine has been investigated. Trends in the development of the feed market have been analyzed. The dependence of the gross production of livestock products on the amount of feed used in dairy cattle breeding was established. It was determined that in small-scale agricultural production, low productivity of animals is observed due to nutritionally unbalanced rations, shortage of feed additives, lack of green fodder. The necessity of creating feed centers within united territorial communities aimed at providing small producers with balanced feeds, and scientific and educational centers formation has been substantiated. The production structure of the innovative feed center is suggested. The use of a process approach in creating a feed center is reasoned. Business processes of the feed center are described, the main of which are: hay, silage and straw procurement; compound feeds and herbal flour production to meet the individual demands of agricultural producers. The requirements for the ration formation in the feed center are defined. Conclusions. The feed center will ensure the demand of agricultural producers of the united territorial community for highly nutritious balanced feeds, taking into account the needs of individual breeds and types of farm animals, and will also contribute to the popularization of innovative technologies through educational and extention system; to the development of small-scale animal husbandry productions; stabilization and growth of employment of rural population, thus the growth of income; social and professional adaptation of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, etc.

Abstract:
The introduction of digital technologies into the national economy is intended to accelerate the implementation of exchanges that take place at all stages of manufacturing a particular type of product (service), starting with its production and ending with the sale to the end consumer, which can significantly increase the efficiency of performing tasks while saving time. When studying a number of scientific sources, the authors found that structured and unstructured data sets, as well as a set of approaches, methods and tools for collecting, storing, transferring and transforming them into a certain result (numerical, graphic, etc.) belong to the category Big data, which is one of the key digital technologies. Thus, it has been determined that a certain amount of information, as well as the methods of its processing with the help of software products directly on the computer (construction of economic and mathematical models, graphs, etc.) are a digital object. Profit is a key goal of the functioning of a commercial organization, and forecast plays a significant role both at the stage of initial business planning and in the framework of current activities, which enables the head to make management decisions in a timely manner and adjust the vector of his development. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to develop a digital model that makes it possible to predict the financial results of the activities of economic entities in the region. The authors proposed a digital predictive and analytical model for the functioning of agricultural organizations in the Saratov region, aimed at studying production and financial indicators in dynamics over 10 years, which is based on the method of constructing a polynomial trend line of the second degree and the equations of factors affecting profit (cost, price of a unit sold products, marketability level). The paper presents two versions of the forecast results, the first of which assumes the possibility of maintaining production volumes in the future, and the second takes into account potential changes in this indicator in future periods. In the framework of the study, standard formulas for the equation of the polynomial trend line of the second degree were used, while the role of the variable is played by the analysis period in conjunction with the forecast step. The results of the study are reflected both as a whole for agricultural organizations of the Saratov region, and on the example of individual economic entities of the region: “ZAO PZ Trudovoe”, “OOO Nashe Delo” (Marks district); “OOO Leto 2002”, “OOO Vozrozhdenie- 1” (Tatishchevo district).

Abstract:
The article assesses the innovative potential of the Sverdlovsk region using the following indicators: the number of personnel engaged in research and development and having an academic degree; research and development costs; the use of objects of intellectual property; the number of technologies developed and patents issued; innovative activity of business entities; volume of innovative products; the activity of technopark structures, etc. The analysis was carried out in dynamics using graphic methods. It was revealed that the Sverdlovsk region, being a large industrial region, has a higher innovative potential among other entities of the Ural Federal District, and it belongs to the medium-strong innovative territories of Russia. Nevertheless, some problems were identified: insufficient increase in the remuneration of personnel involved in innovative activities, insufficient increase in the cost of purchasing equipment, which is 6-7 times less than the tax burden on innovative organizations; decrease in the share of economic entities implementing innovations. In the investigated constituent entity of the Russian Federation, a number of normative legal acts have been adopted concerning the development of innovative activity, and strategic planning documents (strategy, concept, state program) have been developed, in which directions for increasing the innovation potential of the region are enshrined, in particular, financial and other support, stimulating demand for innovative products, infrastructure development, including technology parks. As foreign experience shows, in innovation, it is important to coordinate the interests of all factors (government, business, science, education, civil society). Therefore, the article proposes to use more actively the mechanism of the “triple helix”, enshrined at the legislative level. A number of measures are also proposed to increase the innovative potential of the country in general and of the Sverdlovsk region in particular.

The active economic transformations, caused by the global financial crisis, prompted many business entities to reconsider their positions in planning the indicators of various spheres of their activities (from production to management) both in the current and strategic perspective, focusing not only on personal achievements and world experience, but also actual trends within a particular type of activity. Accordingly, the effectiveness of detection and analysis of current trends inherent in a particular sphere of the economy depends on the efficiency of the economic entities functioning located there. The study of the innovation management issue was conducted on the example of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2010-2016. At the same time, probabilistic forecasts for 2017-2018 were compiled. The following methods were used for the research: analytical, graphic, economic-mathematical and abstract-logical. As a result of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: in the period from 2012 to 2016, the activity of the economic entities of the Russian Federation increased substantially (by more than 35%) in the aspect of modernizing their management processes; the actual tendencies of innovation management at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012-2016 were: increased emphasis on the introduction of managerial innovations with a minimum payback period (no more than one year); activation of the development of original managerial innovations by involving the human resources of agro-industrial enterprises; implementation of the developed managerial innovations only with the involvement of professional consultants. In the resultant part of the study, in order to improve the efficiency of innovation management, it was suggested to approach the issue of studying the above-mentioned trends more comprehensively and plan its activities taking into account the nature of their progress, as well as the impact of a complex of factors of the external and internal environment.

Abstract:
Topicality. Today, the transport system, especially the water transport of Ukraine, is in a state of turbulence in the business environment, therefore the development of the transport market and the dynamics of the military influence of maritime transport are subject to significant fluctuations. In modern conditions, when analyzing the work of shipping companies along with the desire to maximize current financial indicators of operation, issues related to the long-term planning of the fleet of shipping companies, taking into account the trends of changes in the state of the freight market and the dynamics of the military influence on the economy of Ukraine, are also important. Aim and tasks. The purpose of this work is to develop a system model of the efficiency indicators of the shipping company's vessels used in sea tramp transportation, taking into account the changing trends of the freight market in international and national aspects. Tasks, the work, to substantiate the model for evaluating the efficiency of the use of sea vessels, which allows making the optimal choice of a vessel for chartering the fleet of a shipping company, taking into account the dynamics of military influence and changes in freight rates. Materials and methods. This study is based on the analysis of the distribution of the freight market in relation to the formation of cargo flows for the global shipping security system. Methods are applied: graphic method, statistical analysis, economic analysis, system analysis on the example of chartering the fleet of shipping companies. Research results. The authors of the study conducted an analysis of the distribution of the international market of freight rates, taking into account various constituent parameters. Values of freight rates and fuel prices for vessels, equipment and others are subject to random fluctuations. Of practical interest is the development of the model proposed by the authors for the development of projects for the chartering and operation of vessels to possible random fluctuations in the business environment. Therefore, there is a need to review the approaches used to regulate transport and the need to develop a comprehensive model for evaluating the performance indicators of the chartering of sea vessels by shipping companies in terms of strategic goals of transport safety. The proposed sequence of substantiation of critical values of freight rates is universal when evaluating the development of shipping companies through chartering, replenishment of shipowners' vessel. Conclusions. So, for a shipping company, the income is formed on the basis of freight rates, therefore, cash receipts from replenishment of the fleet are based on critical freight rates (flight charter). It should be noted that fleet chartering is most often focused on its own commercial operation (with the possible participation of companies engaged in the commercial management of ships). Thus, the system model of fleet chartering is, on the one hand, one of the options for implementing the shipping company's development strategies, and on the other hand, it is a replacement of old vessels to ensure the maintenance of existing market positions.

Abstract:
Due to increasing globalization and competition, businesses have been forced to spend more time and money on taking measures aimed at economic security. Accounting, economic analysis, and audit play a significant role in the management of economic security expenditures since they make the management system more effective, reliable and sound. Therefore, this issue is currently of particular interest and needs to be interpreted. The purpose of the article is to examine the current state, challenges and future directions of improving accounting, economic analysis and audit in management of economic security expenditures. The methodology used for studying the issues relevant to economic security includes general and specific research methods enabling the description of economic processes, economic phenomena and facts, namely, those involving prime records, the registers of synthetic and analytical accounting, reports on economic security expenditures, carrying out analytical procedures, and auditing. The authors use monographic and graphic methods, methods of grouping and comparison of indicators, analysis of the dynamics and structure of expenditures, factor analysis, modelling and budgeting expenses on economic safety of enterprises, planning measures for the significant improvement of accounting, economic analysis and audit in enterprises. The authors claim that the term ‘accounting’ will exist until significant changes affect the objectives and contents of accounting. Although the Ukrainian word ‘бухгалтерський (book-keeping)’ is derived from the German word ‘Buch’ that means ‘book’, it is still in use today. In the era of technological development, outdated paper books (accounting information carriers) are being replaced by electronic books which have become widespread. The article offers to improve accounting policies and procedures relevant to measures aimed at economic security by separating information on synthetic account 92 “Administrative expenses” into nine sub-accounts: 921 “General corporate expenses”; 922 “Expenses on business trips and maintenance of management”; 923 “Expenses on non-current tangible assets for general economic purposes”; 924 “Remuneration for advisory, information, audit and other services”; 925 “Communication and Internet costs”; 926 “Litigation settlement costs”; 927 “Taxes, fees (obligatory payments, licenses)”; 928 “Payment for services provided by commercial banks”; 929 “General-purpose expenses”. The following analytical accounts of the second, lower order should be opened to analytical account 9291 “Expenses on the economic safety of the enterprise”: 92911 “Costs of internal security service”; 92912 “Costs of data and commercial secrets protection”; 92913 “Costs of receiving, storing and transmitting technical and economic information”; 92914 “Costs of recruiting staff specialized in economic security”. The authors believe that in order to cover expenses on maintaining economic security it is advisable to reserve sources of funds on synthetic account 47 “Provision of future costs and payments” by using sub-account 471 “Provision of other costs and payments” and analytical accounts to it: 4711 “Technical facilities for economic security”; 4712 “Use, maintenance and repair of facilities for maintaining economic security”; 4713 “Personnel support for economic security”. An audit of economic security expenditures is proposed to be carried out in relation to budgets for such expenditures, articles and elements, effectiveness and duration of economic security expenditures, etc. It is also necessary to analyze whether the dynamics and structure of costs are proportional to the budget for economic security of the enterprise. Furthermore, it is important to identify the main positive and negative factors that significantly affect such expenditures. Identifying factors like these allows experts to take certain measures that will partially or completely eliminate negative effects on economic security expenditures of the enterprise. Further research projects in accounting, economic analysis, audit, and analytical support for managing economic security expenditures of the enterprise should be based on the current national and foreign methodology and organization of accounting, economic analysis, and audit, analytical support of the operating activity of large and medium enterprises. Further studies should widely apply methods of operational and strategic planning, modelling cost-management systems, etc.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to describe how the graphic organizer the Business Model Canvas can be used as a platform for business information literacy instruction. Design/methodology/approach – This paper is a case study of the application of the Business Model Canvas in business information literacy instruction in an academic setting. Findings – Entrepreneurship students can struggle to differentiate between the purposes of databases and to integrate research findings into the planning of their business. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) provides a common framework for entrepreneurship students to understand the different purposes of the many information sources available and imposes the iterative process of making and testing assumptions against research. Research limitations/implications – The findings discussed here are used in business and entrepreneurship classes, and thus far this process has been used with that group in mind. This case study also discusses relatively new processes; the teaching described has not yet been rigorously assessed. Practical implications – This process gives students practice integrating library resources into their work and understanding the use of specific resources. This model for instruction could be applied to business information literacy in entrepreneurship classes and courses in other disciplines which also incorporate project planning. Social implications – This process has the potential to improve the opportunity assessment process for student entrepreneurs and to enrich information-seeking practices for entrepreneurs. Originality/value – Little has been written about the use of graphic organizers to differentiate between information resources. This research helps address this gap, while also helping to further explore how entrepreneurship students can best use library resources while developing their business plans.

This study provides a technique to be used for planning tendon paths in thumb reconstruction surgery. All mathematical modeling computations are performed on a VAX 11/750 host computer and the graphic manipulation is carried out by the Evans & Sutherland PS390 color display system. The results of the simulation are stored in a log file, including the rotation angles of the joints and the location of the pulley and the insertion points as a record of the tendon transfer design for a specific hand. The methods are based on the modeling of two separate types of tendon paths that consist of straight line segments and curved segments that follow bone contours. The method further assumes that the path of the tendon will always evolve to a planar curve. By integrating this technique with an existing kinematic model of the hand derived from CT-scans, a clinically relevant method has been developed.

The gaming industry has been a profitable area. But recently given the saturation of the market where there are more than 100,000 games on steam, each game must under go careful planning prior to its release. The planning often involves making sales predictions given various features of the game. Our model incorporates a graphical neural network in making binary classification using data provided by the Steampower APl. There exists prior methods such as deep factorization machine, random forest, and graph convolutional network in targeting similar issues but none of them have been used to analyze game popularity. Referring to Tab GNN, we first implemented a multiplex graph embedding using the features obtained from Steam power then applied GCN conv to enhance the learning of graphical embedding. These embeddings were then fed into a 3-layer-DNN to make binary predictions. Experiments with other baseline models were conducted showing that our model is possible in making relatively more accurate results in predicting game popularity.

Abstract:
Purpose. The purpose of our work is to investigate the presence of tourist infrastructure elements to ensure a comfortable stay of tourists in tourist destinations, which can become a driver of the development of local communities, especially in rural areas; investigation of financial support for tourism development by local governments. A derivative task of our study is to identify challenges and prospects of tourism infrastructure in tourist destinations after the pandemic. Methodology / approach. The theoretical basis of the study is the fundamental principles of economics and the scientific research of Ukrainian and foreign scientists. For the analysis, we used data from the official web resources of local governments of Ukrainian local communities with tourist potential, information from the Booking.com and the Internet about tourist facilities and events in local communities. During the research we used the following methods: analytical (to select tourist destinations for analysis, their grouping and analysis of their tourist infrastructure); comparison (to compare the tourist infrastructure in the local communities that were the object of our study); synthesis (to conclude the general state of tourist infrastructure in tourist destinations and prospects for its development in the future), graphic (for visualization of study results). Results. The study highlights five elements of tourist infrastructure of the most popular tourist destinations in Ukraine: travel services, transportation services, accommodation services for temporary residence, catering services, services for the organization of recreation and entertainment. We analysed the state of functioning of the tourist infrastructure in the tourist destinations of Ukraine before the introduction of lockdown. The results of the analysis showed that only four out of five elements of the tourist infrastructure were at the proper level. We described the challenges of the tourism industry, which had arisen as a result of the epidemic. In conclusion, we considered the prospects for the attitude and development of tourist infrastructure in the local communities of Ukraine after the pandemic. Originality / scientific novelty. During the study for the first time, we selected the most popular tourist destinations in Ukraine which in 2019 received the highest revenues from tourist tax as an indicator of the official stay of tourists, we grouped them according to their dominant type of tourism and researched their tourist infrastructure. We compared the revenues from the tourist tax with the expenditures of local communities for the development of tourism and found that local communities received much more money from the tourist tax than they had spent on the development and promotion of tourism. Practical value / implications. We show the characteristic features of the development of the tourism sector in the post-quarantine period, which can be used by local governments and businesses of tourist destinations when planning the development of tourist infrastructure.

In the educational and project activities, an important area is the formation of competencies associated with the planning, monitoring and adjustment of the work plan. An effective means of structuring a project implementation plan is to use technology for modeling business processes. Using the notation of functional modeling IDEF0, a description is given of the tasks that must be solved during the project. This makes it possible to allocate the necessary resources and the results obtained at each stage of the work, as well as present a holistic picture of all activities in the relationship of all stages. Each task, business process can be considered as an independent project with its own characteristics. It is possible to use the decomposition of business processes, which is also present in the IDEF0 notation. In educational and project activities, this approach is applied for the first time. It allows students to make the planning process simpler and more understandable by structuring the project work plan and visualizing it in the form of graphic diagrams. The variety of software and Internet services that allow you to create IDEF0 diagrams is an additional argument in favor of using the proposed methodology in educational and project activities.

Abstract:
In this paper a comparative analysis of the competitiveness and performance of business-service companies in two peripheral regions, Nova Scotia and Scotland, is presented. Several dimensions of performance are investigated for four industries: market research, management consultancy, advertising, and graphic design. Value added per person is one third higher in Scotland compared with Nova Scotia, and Nova Scotian offices derive a much higher proportion of their turnover from government and public-sector contracts. In general, however, a very consistent picture emerges of the relative position of business services in the two regions. Possible demand-side and supply-side causes of such differences are reviewed and potential policy responses considered.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the methods of urban environment design of the XXI centuries by artistic and graphic means. The process of their inclusion in the urban environment was gradual. It began with painting, graphics, sculpture, arts and crafts and monumental arts. A new wave of artistic and graphic means in the urban environment began to develop intensively in the late nineteenth - early twentieth century. It was due to social and cultural processes in specific cities and countries. The use of various techniques in design began to be introduced from this period. In particular, such as: ready-made, found objects, assemblage, carving, lettering, perforation and others. Currently, there is a problem of perfection of such decisions with the intensification of the processes of participation in them not only professionals but also ordinary citizens. Artistic and graphic elements adjust the urban space to a certain thematic (content) atmosphere. They become a reflection of certain trends in art, but already in the urban space, like works of fine art in the interior. The most common among them are the following: surrealism; conceptuality; contextual game; visual illusion (optical illusion), irony, self-irony, wit, humor; metaphor (metaphorical poetics). Works of art give a wide range of possibilities for their application in architectural and urban planning. In practice, new artistic methods were developed along with the already known ways of designing the visual image of the elements. As a result of the analysis of a number of domestic and foreign cities the methods of design of the architectural environment based on active use of the invented art and graphic means are revealed. Among them are deliberate exaggeration of the image (scale, hyperbolization) and change the traditional shape and size of artistic elements, increase contrast, copying and repetition of the real landscapes, imitation of perspective images, and enrichment of the urban space with architectural details, creation of the provocation. The variety of artistic methods requires their correct application in the urban environment. It is necessary in order for them to perform their assigned role properly. The realization of creative artistic ideas in the urban spaces of the XXI century is due to the introduction of new engineering and creative forms, innovative technologies; introduction of significant supergraphic and font compositions, new techniques of evening lighting and color; tolerance in the use of graphic arts in historical spaces.

Abstract:
As a visual teaching tool, a Graphic Organiser aids students by constructing and displaying a graphic of the text’s structure, improving students’ sustainable development in English reading comprehension. However, few studies have investigated sustainable development in English reading comprehension using Graphic Organisers, although they might play a critical role in this. Thus, by adopting the methods of quasi-experimentation, observation and interview, this paper aims to address the following two questions from the perspectives of Schema Theory and Dual Coding Theory: (1) What is the effect of Graphic Organisers implemented in English reading on English as a foreign language (EFL) learners’ sustainable development in English reading comprehension? Is it positive? (2) How do Graphic Organisers affect various groups of EFL learners’ sustainable development in English reading comprehension? One hundred students in an EFL school were chosen as research participants for this experiment, and the whole treatment lasted for three months. The results revealed that the application of Graphic Organisers improved EFL learners’ sustainable development in English reading comprehension overall. In addition, Graphic Organisers benefited EFL learners with a medium reading ability most in their sustainable development of English reading comprehension; Graphic Organisers also made a certain difference for students with low and high reading abilities.

Abstract:
Assessment of competitiveness is an objective need of every business entity seeking to maintain or improve their own competitive position and make informed management decisions. The authors propose to classify the diversity of methods of assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise through three main approaches: graphic, factor and value. In order to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each of the approaches described by the authors, the content of the main methods used in the study was analyzed. It is concluded that there is no universal tool for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise, which is due to, on the one hand, the limited reliability and low estimates obtained by using matrix and product methods, and on the other hand, the complexity and cost of the estimates using existing multivariate models.

Abstract:
The article presents the methodical recommendations on planning the reengineering procedure of industrial enterprises. The industrial enterprise reengineering is defined as an effective management tool to overcome the inertia that arises in the process of managing industrial enterprises, to optimize the management system and to rebuild ineffective business processes. It has been stated that reengineering makes it possible for any economic system to function successfully, to adapt to changing environmental conditions, to increase manageability and to achieve goals in the shortest possible time and with the least expenditure of resources. The planning stage is the key in the development of a reengineering project for an industrial enterprise. The tasks of planning the reengineering procedure, the stages of implementation and their content are determined. In the context of the description of the first two stages, the criteria are given for determining the stage of the crisis, at which the industrial enterprise currently is, and the typology of business process reengineering, according to three classification criteria: depending on the extent of transformations, on the size of the industrial enterprise, on the initiator. The third stage contains recommendations for choosing a reengineering technique depending on the stage of the crisis and the type of reengineering. A classification of the reengineering methods recommended for use in carrying out radical (crisis) reengineering and reengineering of development has been developed. Recommendations are given on the formation of a system of targets for an industrial enterprise reengineering project. It is advisable to use the system of balanced indicators (Balanced Scorecard) and the system of target indicators KPI as effective tools for creating a system of targets. Both of these approaches are elements of targeted management or management by goals, and make it possible to evaluate the economic, resource and functional effectiveness of a reengineering project
