Abstract:
Abstract. The article examines the main aspects of social (non-financial) reporting formation in Ukraine and in developed countries. It was found that the formation of social reporting began in the late ХХth century by companies which took responsibility for the consequences of their activities. The normative legal provision in the countries of the European Union is investigated. It is substantiated that the regulatory framework of social reporting in Ukraine needs to be improved. The positive dynamics in relation to the total number of GRI reports in the world and in Ukraine is given. It was found that there is no single approach to the definition and description of social reporting. The world and national experience has formed different interpretations of social reporting. It has been established that although social reporting in accordance with certain standards is spreading around the companies in Ukraine, but national enterprises still pay less attention to interaction with stakeholders, anti-corruption activities, transparent business and business ethics as it is necessary. The availability of social reporting among the largest landowners of Ukraine is analyzed. The analysis was conducted on the basis of information posted on the websites of enterprises, it was found that only a small part of them generates social reports. The stages of formation of integrated reporting at the agraian enterprises of Ukraine are offered. It is substantiated that the Ukrainian enterprises should go through the first and second stages of the nonfinancial reporting formation to the 3rd decisive stage which means the formation of the integrated reporting. It is proved that in order to involve business structures in the formation of non-financial reporting in Ukraine in accordance with the UNO Global Compact Sustainable Development Goals, it is necessary to unite efforts between agrarian business, public authorities and the community (active participants with social issues) for strategic business in the context of holism and balancing on the basis of solving social problems, increasing the level of the population welfare and achieving a social effect. Abstract:
The notion of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is still stirring debate over how it should be interpreted, what models of CSR dominate in business practice, and consequences of enterprises’ engagement into socially responsible actions. While business practice demonstrates that companies voluntarily include social and environmental issues into their activities and into their relations with stakeholders, it is hard to determine what intentions motivate them to do so. This paper analyses selected aspects of discussions focused on the notion of CSR and identifies controversies over the standardisation of ethical and social business activities.

Abstract:
Social enterprises are considered to be at the heart of inclusive growth due to their emphasis on people and social cohesion that help effect social and economic transformation. In the Tenth Malaysia Plan (2011–2015), two out of ten objectives are on achieving inclusive growth. In this context, this article explores the ecosystem for social enterprises in Malaysia, raising the following research questions: (a) what are the attributes (features) of business incubators (BIs) and intermediaries (IMs) operating in the social enterprise sector in Malaysia? (b) What are the perceptions of BIs and IMs on various aspects of the social enterprise ecosystem in Malaysia? (c) What is the role of BIs and other IMs in fostering social entrepreneurship (SE) in Malaysia in general and meeting the inclusive growth objective of the country in particular? This study employs the qualitative approach and primary data gathered through interviews of six BIs and IMs and twenty social enterprises. This study found that the current social enterprise ecosystem is weak and still emerging and has yet to take a concrete shape. The absence of legal status for social enterprise is the single most important obstacle in unlocking the potential growth of social enterprise sector. This study suggests that the government initiates policy measures to give legal status to social enterprises in the country, in order to develop the ecosystem and facilitate a greater participation of the private sector.

This study aims to identify aspects in external and internal factors that influence the development of MSMEs in Magelang Regency. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires and surveys addressed to 100 respondents registered at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises with the result that only the social and economic aspects of external factors are proven to have a positive effect because most MSME actors are in areas with conditions the economy of the community is quite good and is in the area of tourism potential so that social and economic aspects can increase sales and encourage business development. While on internal factors, only one aspect that has a positive effect is the capital aspect because most business actors when running their businesses tend to use their own capital rather than doing loans because they avoid various risks. Meanwhile, other aspects in external and internal factors do not have a positive effect because in general business actors have not yet managed their businesses by involving institutions and have not managed their businesses properly.

Abstract:
This paper focuses on the dynamic capabilities theory and foresight theory in whole to the problem of the human capital in education and its management. The main channel for building up dynamic abilities and foresight competencies of educational enterprises and specialists, as well as the focus of foresight research in modern science and management practice is working with human resources, with the human capital of firms, communities, and countries. This work also includes work with social and cultural capital, focused on improving the culture of relationships in communities, including the culture of the state, society and business. The orientation of the world social development to increase the innovation component in the economic, social and spiritual spheres of society and in its education, led to the recognition of human capital as a leading and decisive factor in the socio-economic development of systems of various scales and levels. Scientists notes that in modern conditions of globalization of markets and transnationalization of economic relations, as well as a significant level of intellectualization of modern business processes, human capital and education in business and in other spheres is a decisive factor in the compe-titiveness of national economy on the different levels. This moment is especially noticeable in the studies of the dynamic abilities of educational enterprises and the management of educational enterprises. This moment is also especially noticeable in foresight studies and other reconstructions of the past, present and future development of organizations. Dynamic capabilities are required if the firm is to sustain itself as markets and technologies change, although some firms will be stronger than others in performing some or all of these tasks. Foresight is a system of methods of transformation of priorities in the sphere of economy and production, social and cultural development, and in education. Human resource management in education is an important part of the problem of the dynamic abilities of educational enterprises. The management of selection, training, retraining and personnel development, the formation and enrichment of technologies for managing professional and career development are naturally part of a dynamically and steadily developing enterprise. Foresight of the development of the educational enterprise as a leading aspect includes a general assessment of the professional and career potential of the organization’s employees, as well as the dynamic abilities of the organization’s manager (his ability and willingness to diversify activities, training and retraining, etc.) and other specialists. The purpose of the study – analysis of foresight competence as a component of dynamic capabilities (competences) of the educational enterprises and specialists of educational enterprises in context of the human capital problems. Foresight involves the use and transformation meta-technology ("routines") of enterprise and innovation in the field of production and relations of production. It is aimed at the allocation and use of markers of change – weak and strong signals of future and probable changes. Active and accurate identification of these markers changes in education, including application and modification of routine or meta-technology of enterprise management, not only allows to predict "unpredictable", but also to intervene in the process flow, correcting them with the least expenditure of forces, material, mental and spiritual resources. In addition, it allows you to influence the markets themselves and the surrounding enterprise reality in general. Thanks to the foresight competence and ability, the specialist in education and his company productively adapt to changes in environment (market and society), but also participate in changing it.

Abstract:
The digital transformation of business models is a process which helps traditional business solutions reach new functionalities through innovative technologies. Digital transformation is now crucial to the development of the rail transport sector. The main rail market entities are railway undertakings, infrastructure managers, entities in charge of maintenance, or certification bodies. Digitalization creates new opportunities to shape the business ecosystem in the rail transport sector. The aim of the research is to identify and indicate key social perspectives related to the development of digital business models functioning in railway enterprises. Technological aspects and relational determinants related to the strong mutual cooperation required between railway undertakings and infrastructure managers have particular significance in this context. In this approach, the digitalization of processes is important. The approach also reveals a significant process of business model socialization, which is conceptualized and operationalized through the evolution of social factors based on digital transformation.

Abstract:
Under conditions of growing competitive pressure, a role of universities in the development of innovations at both national and regional levels increases. At the same time, there is a shift from the dominant cooperative ties between the state and the enterprises in an industrial society to the ties between the state and enterprises and universities in the knowledge society. This work performed characterization of Germany by the level of innovative development. 4 types of Regional Innovation Systems were identified: innovation core, strong business- innovators, clusters with high level of governmental support, innovation periphery. Further, the territory was investigated for the formation of the research and educational function of universities and 5 types of regions with different types of universities (leading, high, medium, underdeveloped and backward) were identified. An analysis of the laws governing university participation in innovation processes has shown that their innovation activity is formed under the influence of both the regional innovation environment and institutional factors. In the western part of the country, the nature of research activity of universities is driven mainly by their intensity of cooperation with businesses while in the eastern part it is determined by the level of state support for R & D.

Full text
Abstract:
Across the world’s rangelands, livelihoods of millions of people are dependent on customary and commercial use of wildlife. Many Australian Aboriginal communities also aspire towards developing natural resource-based enterprises but there is a unique combination of historical, legislative and cultural factors that make this process complex. Typically, government support for Indigenous enterprise development has focussed largely on development of ‘social enterprise’, with subsidies coming from various government community development programs. This has resulted in some increase in participation and employment, but often inadequate attention to economic aspects of enterprise development leading to low levels of business success. This paper will examine historical, legislative and institutional dimensions in business development in Aboriginal communities. It does this through a case study of business enterprise development of the Kakadu Plum products by the Indigenous people of the Thamarrurr Region of the Northern Territory, Australia, using a participant observation research method. We found that attention on important economic criteria was subsumed by a focus on social enterprise priorities during the development of this natural resource-based enterprise. This resulted in a very slow transition of the ‘social enterprise’ to the ‘financial enterprise’, due largely to fragmented business decisions and inefficient value chains. We call for a refocus of natural resource-based enterprise development programs in remote Australian Aboriginal townships to incorporate greater emphasis on business acumen within the complex social, cultural and political fabric.

Abstract:
In recent years, the role of digital enterprises in the global economy has been growing. The issue of assessing their impact on social aspects is noticeable. The aim of the article is to show social impact as a key factor in the development of digital business models. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used and the criteria for social impact assessments based on heuristic methods allowed for the components of business models that relate to social impact to be ranked, and subsequently for socially oriented enterprises functioning in the digital economy to be ranked. The companies selected for the research are understood by the authors as digital business models, the concept of which is embedded in a pro-social management intention. Purposive sampling, which in this situation was considered to be the most effective in terms of the objective of the paper, was applied. The literature review, analyses and heuristic research have demonstrated that the social factor in modern applications is a driver of value creation and is conducive to social profit. The ranking of the criteria responsible for shaping the social impact of digital business models showed that the most important ones are value proposition (pro-social), social profit and economic profit. This means a strong relationship between social and economic aspects.

There is substantial research in the area of Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DoI) and its application to Information Systems (IS) research within organisations. However, in recognition of the conceptual limitations of DoI, researchers have called for the incorporation of aspects of Social Network Theory (SNT) into DoI frameworks. The findings of this research suggest that an understanding of the conceptual basis of innovation is a major driver of successful innovation adoption.

With the development of globalization, countries encourage non-profit organizations or general enterprises to use the business model beyond profit, pay attention to social value and solve social or environmental problems synchronously. Social design is to solve social problems, promote innovation in the field of social reform, and solve all kinds of problems derived from social development. However, many social enterprises show enthusiasm for the society but ignore the importance of the management, which will be difficult to reach the goal of sustainable development. This paper serves as a reference for social enterprises to build a sustainable management model from the aspects of social design, systems thinking and value proposition of business model through a case study. The enterprises can not only achieve a sustainable development by relying on government subsidies or the implementation of government plans, but also solve social problems by improving the social environment.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship is one of the driving forces behind the development of the national economy. The effect of entrepreneurship in the economic dimension is a business entity, most often a small or medium enterprise. The SME sector plays a significant role in every national economy. Traditionally, people perceived entrepreneurship as a factor measured by the earned profit. Increasing it was the primary goal of enterprises operating on the market. The operating conditions and competitiveness level have meant that enterprises beside economic goals also pursue social and environmental goals. Entrepreneurship is perceived as a determinant of social and ecological development, thus referred to as sustainable entrepreneurship. This article aims to identify and evaluate attitudes towards sustainable entrepreneurship among Polish enterprises. We compare the obtained results with their self-assessment and distinguish different approaches to business activity. The cluster analysis of survey results shows that the Polish SME sector can be divided into five separate groups characterized by a different approach and level of implementation of sustainable development. We also concluded that the Polish enterprises are more focused on social than environmental aspects.

Introduction. The growing relationship between economic, environmental and social aspects of companies’ activities, which corresponds to the concept of sustainable development, has become today's characteristic. Administration of the implementation of environmental measures within the framework of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an important task for modern management. Purpose. The article aims to develop theoretical bases on the environmental aspects of CSR in market conditions, to carry out the analysis of their implementation in the practice of domestic groups of enterprises and to improve the practical recommendations for improving the environmental component of CSR. Results. It has been substantiated that the concept of ecological responsibility is inextricably linked with the concept of CSR. It has been proved that a large business represented by big enterprises integrated into combinations of national origin or international corporate groups is the main subject of environmental initiatives in Ukraine. The state, problems and advantages of the development of CSR environmental aspects in Ukraine have been analysed. The range of assessment tools used by Ukrainian business entities to track the effectiveness of environmentally responsible CSR measures has been described. Measures to increase the effectiveness of environmentally responsible CSR practices for enterprises and their combinations have been proposed. They include the integration of environmental values into the mission and vision of companies, the formation of a managers’ team for the implementation of environmental projects, the environmental audits conduction, the priority of those projects where ecological effect is combined with business interests, the introduction of innovative forms of CSR, the implementation of vertical and horizontal environmental investments within the framework of business combinations.

Abstract:
The concept of enterprise image and social responsibility has been studied. It has been proved that in the global civilized business environment, it is necessary to rely on moral and social aspects to achieve competitive advantages and consumer loyalty. It has been identified that the formation of a sustainable image of an enterprise is the readiness of the company to be responsible to society, namely, to care for the environment, the health of consumers, and for observing their consumer and civil rights. It has been found out that the creation of the company's image is also influenced by environmental responsibility of the enterprise. The experience in implementation of social and environmental responsibility at the enterprises of the European Union has been analyzed. The concept of the company's image is improved due to the scientific justification for the need to introduce social and environmental components as weighty factors affecting the corporate strategy. This will make it possible to increase the competitiveness and image of the enterprise, to form a high level of loyalty to the enterprise's products in a consumer’s mind.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) related activities in small to medium sized construction enterprises within Australia. Reasons behind the implementation level are also evaluated. Design/methodology/approach – Quantitative and qualitative company level data from 28 Australian small to medium sized construction enterprises were collected using an in-depth questionnaire. Levels of CSR implementation in three aspects, namely, environmental, social and ethical, were measured. Each aspect was broken down into sub-areas and implementation scores were aggregated and normalised. Awareness level and concern for economic aspect, the two hypothesised reasons for level of implementation, were also measured. Non-parametric correlation analyses were used to examine the hypotheses. Findings – The findings suggest small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) incorporate some aspects of CSR into their business activities even though they do not refer to the practices as CSR, as none of them have a formal CSR policy in place. Most SMEs in the construction industry implement ethical and economic aspect of CSR; however implementation across environmental and social issues is limited. Non-parametric correlation analyses show that higher awareness of CSR issues leads to higher levels of implementation and that concern about economic aspect is not a reason why CSR is not implemented into business practices. Research limitations/implications – Everett Rogers’ diffusion paradigm can also be applied to CSR implementation, but more research works are required to theoretically and empirically examine the relationships between CSR implementation and economic aspect. Originality/value – It is apparent that there is a significant gap in the research regarding Australian SMEs and sustainability issues as the majority of the literature is focused upon large organisations even though the approaches taken by SMEs towards CSR are very different to those of large corporations. The SME business sector is a significant sector in terms of its environmental, economic and social impacts. Hence recognition of this sector is growing and is now becoming the focus of an agenda to promote the implementation of CSR practices in SMEs. This paper aims to provide useful and detailed information to add to what is currently an underdeveloped body of knowledge in this area.

Abstract:
In recent years, attention has been increasingly paid to social-, environmental-, and ecology-related issues in the areas of diverse business operations. The concept of sustainable development of enterprises is an attempt to integrate a diverse set of requirements for the development of companies in the long-term future. The concept, which is set in a contradictory context of economic, social, and environmental aspects, is an attempt to balance fundamentally divergent requirements and aspirations. Sustainable enterprise development can be a source of competitiveness, provided the opportunities related to it are identified and implemented in a proper way. The research objective of this study is to diagnose the relationship between the company’s orientation towards the implementation of sustainability assumptions, the degree of implementation of the objectives of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, as well as the creation of value in a sustainable enterprise. The survey was conducted on a sample of 165 FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector enterprises. The results indicate the existence of a positive correlation between the variables analysed in the surveyed enterprises. Entrepreneurs guided by sustainable development pursue economic and non-economic values and have a more comprehensive set of appropriate measures necessary to create value in a sustainable enterprise, which consists of achieving economic, ecological, and social goals.

Abstract:
The research explores key factors impacting enterprise operational sustainability and the ability to transcend adversity during different stages of a crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The current study draws from the Theory of Crisis Management Teams, the Stakeholder Theory, and the Distributed Cognition Theory to build an “Enterprise Effectiveness and Sustainability Model during Pandemic.” Existing theoretical background joint with contemporary success case studies helped to identify the essential aspects and strategies enterprises should employ to survive and thrive during crisis and post-crisis. We have conceptualized an innovative approach to COVID-19 from the perspective of organizational characteristics, operations, digital transformation, and financial planning. The findings suggest that enterprises having distributed leadership, workforce and adaptive culture sustain business operations during a pandemic. Furthermore, resilient enterprises allow for more informed and decentralized decision-making. Prosperous organizations leverage Internet and Communication Technology (ICT) and integrate Intranet, social media, and online communication platforms into their daily business routines, as this helps to establish trust and build bonds with employees, stakeholders, and customers during and post-crisis. Finally, balancing between the stockpiling of resources and resiliency is crucial in anticipation of a crisis. Therefore, we conclude that enterprises with financial contingency plans sustain their business operations during a pandemic.

Abstract:
The evaluation of social enterprises has been criticized for not being able to reflect the positive social aspects of the company through the financial evaluation. SROI (Social Return on Investment) is a social concept applied to the measurement of economic return on investment that aims to measure the social added value of social enterprises and reflect them in their performance. It is necessary to research for the provision of support and management for sustainable social enterprises, and to prepare a method for evaluating social enterprise by applying SROI. The Delphi 1st and 2nd surveys for the development of evaluation model for social enterprises using SROI were conducted by 50 social enterprise CEOs and experts. To produce the results of this study, the SPSS 20.0, AMOS 24 and Expert Choice 11 programs were used and the pairwise comparison analysis method was performed to analyze importance and priority. The results of the Delphi and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis showed that employment was the most important factor in social enterprises with the highest share of newly hired personnel. Employment-type social enterprises have the highest priority in terms of employment, income (income increase for vulnerable workers), and community contribution (affordable of social services), while the social service type was in order of employment, community contribution, and income (income increase for the vulnerable workers). On the other hand, the mixed type was employment (newly hired personnel), income (income increase of vulnerable workers), employment (social work participants’ switch to similar work after contract expiration), and community contribution (affordable of social services). This study makes efforts to form social capital by raising the public’s awareness of social value with efficient management through various evaluations of social enterprises and the emergence of various social enterprises. This study also emphasizes the need to better understand social enterprises as a multi-scholar and multi-dimensional organization that includes a multi-faced mechanism of social, economic, and environmental community development, away from understanding social enterprises as a specific business model.

Abstract:
Purpose Taking China as a research context, the purpose of this paper is to delineate how social and business tensions manifest in Chinese nascent social enterprises and to disentangle the strategies that they adopt to manage the business-social dual goals to achieve organizational viability. Design/methodology/approach A qualitative multiple-case study is used to collect and analyze data. Empirical data are drawn from in-depth semi-structured interviews with Chinese social entrepreneurs, ethnographic observation of social enterprises as well as secondary sources. Findings Depending on personal motivations and resource availability, social entrepreneurs’ perceptions toward pursuit of dual goals range from integration to differentiation in the short term, despite consensus on the concurrent development in the long term. The leverage of resources, image management, continuous innovation and need-based services are viable approaches that Chinese social enterprises adopt to manage the dual goals in order to create both social and economic value. Research limitations/implications This paper reveals understanding of the concrete tensions experienced among Chinese nascent social enterprises in pursuing business and social goals and how they manage to integrate the synergistic aspects of social and business goals to achieve survival and growth. Based primarily on qualitative case study method, the research findings are context specific and may not be ideal for generalization. Practical implications The authors reveal strategies by which synergistic benefits between dual goals may be achieved. Innovation (e.g. in resource utilization, in service format and content) and differentiation (e.g. in organization positioning) would be beneficial in enhancing the competitiveness of social enterprises. To enhance organizations’ credibility, quality of products and service should be monitored and organizational transparency needs to be enhanced. Social implications It is suggested that the government specifies legal forms and legitimates interests of social enterprises, formulates preferential policies to stimulate the development of social enterprises, and develops a set of qualification authentication system to regulate this emerging sector. Originality/value The study examines the manifestation of business and social tensions and presents dual-goal management strategies from a non-western perspective. As an original contribution to the field of social entrepreneurship, the study responds to calls for in-depth analysis of conflicting objectives and tension management in social enterprises.

Abstract:
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) includes not only a variety of theories but also a number of controversial and difficult approaches. It has become an essential element of the business world over the last two decades. As a result, cooperation between business and society has strengthened. Earlier, enterprises were mostly concerned with economic results of their activities; today, on the contrary, enterprises have to consider ethical, moral, ecological and social consequences of their work. CSR and maintaining high ethical standards are not optional but compulsory for all enterprises. There exists a certain influence of a private sector on workforce, consumers, society, environment, business opponents, investors, stockholders and other interest groups. This article is devoted to methodological approaches for determining the influence of stakeholders on the functioning of enterprises and ensuring the level of corporate social responsibility. Based on our research, key stakeholders groups were identified for corporate social responsibility for individual enterprises and organizations, as well as their impact on shaping various aspects of corporate social responsibility for these groups. The research was based on the use of a stakeholder the matrix, which is used to display and identify key stakeholders in corporate social responsibility and to determine the levels of corporate social responsibility for specific groups. The process of globalization has intensified, competition has grown all over the world. The tendency of companies to be socially responsible and gaining competitive advantage is becoming an important factor for corporate social responsibility practices. Today there is a strong link between strategic management and CSR. Consequently, the concept of CSR becomes a part of the strategy of each modern company. CSR acts as the main principle of the company's activities, which is applied on a permanent basis in relations with the interested parties. At the moment, it should be associated with the system of strategic and corporate governance, which includes nonfinancial risk management, social investment, and stakeholder relations. Without such a strategic management tool as CSR, it will be difficult for business to stay ahead of the business and form a complete business model that is fully responsive to challenges of time. The purpose of the article is to study the methodological approaches for assessing corporate social responsibility and provide recommendations for their improvement. In the field of the study was also the impact of the strategy of corporate social policy on the activities of enterprises, as well as determining the factors and ways to increase the efficiency of the enterprise through the introduction of an integrated management system, taking into account CSR. CSR may turn into one of the most efficient instruments for practical realization of the stakeholder theory. Stakeholders provide organizations with necessary resources for achieving their business goals, influence corporate activity and productivity of enterprises. As a result of their relationships with these organizations, the stakeholders win or lose.

Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the issues of providing the sustainable development of the enterprises in current conditions. The definition of sustainable development in this context is given. The author's definition of sustainable development of the business entity is given, strategic goals (strategies) of sustainable development of the enterprise in economic, social and ecological spheres are formulated, the basic principles of sustainable development strategy of the enterprise are given, theoretical and practical aspects of sustainable development management are considered, in particular, the main subsystems and tools for management's influence of the management system to provide the sustainable development of the enterprise are identified. It is noted that the sustainable development of the enterprise is influenced by a set of both favorable and unfavorable external and internal factors. Such institutional factors as regulatory, tax and (until recently) monetary policy of the state, the law enforcement system activity, and the lack of judicial proceedings have gained particularly negative impact on business activity in Ukraine. Accordingly, its own model of management based on sustainable development in current business sector in Ukraine has not yet formed. This is also due to the lack of market strategic thinking of the management of the vast majority of enterprises in the conditions of increased uncertainty and instability of the external economic environment in our country. Simultaneously, both the economy in general, and individual enterprises in the short term can be competitive only if they operate on the basis of the sustainable development concept, which requires effective interaction of environmental factors with key internal subsystems of enterprises.

At present, China’s economic development has made unprecedented progress, but it is also facing a severe situation, and the environmental carrying capacity has almost reached its limit. For this reason, the government vigorously promotes the construction of ecological civilization and advocates green development, circular development, and low-carbon development. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems between the development of corporate GDP and green protection and analyze the impact of green business development policies on China’s corporate GDP. In order to further clarify the impact of green development on social development of Chinese enterprises, this paper investigates the economic and environmental aspects of green transformation enterprises nationwide. The research results show that China’s green enterprise development has achieved remarkable development achievements. Abstract:
Some aspects of the implementation of social responsibility principles in conflict management at the enterprise are considered in this paper. Any activity involving human interaction is followed by high probability of conflict. The implementation of social responsibility principles affects the interests of a large number of participants – related parties or stakeholders, who, in turn, have their own needs, goals, values and expectations. Certainly, this causes various differences, which over time can escalate into conflicts. One of the primary internal stakeholders of the company is its staff, as the quality and efficiency of the company is influenced not only by the efforts of individual employees, but the overall productivity of the whole team. Social and labor relations between the employer and staff, as well as employees themselves, should be focused on the creation of conditions for human activity and interaction in such a way as to minimize the possibility of various contradictions, conflicts and their destructive development. The means of management, particularly the prevention and resolution of conflicts within the enterprise are the introduction of elements of internal social business responsibility. Its priority areas include: human resources development (advanced training; professional retraining; internships; on-the-job training; the possibility of gaining the second higher education; in-house training, etc.); formation of safe and comfortable working conditions; ensuring the stability of wage payments; additional medical and social insurance of employees; providing financial assistance to employees in critical or emergency situations. At present, modern enterprises, implementing the principles of social responsibility, transform it into social benefit, at the same time receiving a number of positive effects, including improvement of business reputation and image; employee productivity increase; sales growth and customer loyalty; increase of the enterprise investment attractiveness; stimulation of consumer confidence and, first of all, prevention and overcoming of conflicts in the team.

Abstract:
The article covers the problems of study of reputation as a fundamental factor of capital formation in modern conditions of activity of an enterprise. Following methods were used for the implementation of the research: system-structural and terminological analysis in order to systematize the conceptual apparatus of capitalization; scientific generalization – in the systematization of the diverse interpretations of «capitalization»; the cause-and-effect relationships to determine the reputation as a fundamental factor of capital investment in the enterprise and to provide details to the mechanisms that ensure capitalization growth in terms of reputation. The paper provides scientific arguments regarding the characterization of reputation as a linking element of intellectual and social capital that affects the quality and results of the capitalization processes. The article sets out specific mechanisms that ensure capitalization growth in terms of reputation and categorizes them as follows: securing (facilitating) the access to capital; reducing costs, primarily transaction and management ones, as a result of a company’s organizational and managerial innovations that simplify communication; increasing the productivity of assets; the effect of reducing competition in the market segments where the products of the enterprise are positioned; the effect of increasing competition among investors for the opportunity to invest in this enterprise; sustainable development with the reputation that is purposefully formed; the effect of «longevity» or life-cycle extension. The correlation between the results of capitalization and the reputation of the company in the context of the creation of Schumpeterian and reputational rent is proved. The feasibility of using the rate of return on invested (operating) capital as a formal measure of reputation in the context of capital formation at the enterprise is emphasized. Author’s position regarding the reasonably of management focus on quality business processes (the formation of trust as result of effective business processes) and the impact on the values of stakeholders (building trust as proof of relationship/identity of the company’s values and its corporate audiences), which are the powerful concepts in the growth of capitalization of the enterprises, is explained.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this article is to analyze the dissemination of social reports among entrepreneurs in order to determine the number of reporting organizations and examples in which Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) areas enterprises report. We analyze the dissemination of social reports among entrepreneurs in Poland and determine the number of reporting organizations and examples in which CSR companies report. This work is a guide for entrepreneurs in Poland to build strategies and activities for transparency and communicating good practice. One of the research goals was to identify and evaluate communication activities with stakeholders in terms of responsible activities, social and environmental. The data analysis comes from a detailed literature review and the Responsible Business Forum (FOB) Reports database for 2008–2019 in Poland. The results of the survey show that many entrepreneurs in Poland, representing small, medium-sized (SME), and even large enterprises underestimate the importance of socially responsible activities. Entrepreneurs communicate with stakeholders to a limited extent and are not informed about good practices. The vast majority of the surveyed enterprises, especially large ones, prepare social reports, which result from obligation: requirements of Directive 2014/95/EU. The SME sector shows a lack of knowledge and uses individual marketing communication tools to a limited extent, limiting itself to advertising activities (very few companies prepare social reports). The article is a practical tip for enterprises showing the impact of business on changes towards sustainable development. Originality/value lies in the fact that the article presents selected research results on various aspects related to social reporting and communicating social and environmental activities to stakeholders.

Abstract:
This research was motivated by the existence of a policy regarding the establishment of village-owned enterprises regulated in the Banyumas District Regulation No. 6 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises. However, the policy cannot run optimally where many villages do not have village-owned enterprises. So that one of the efforts made by the government is to establish a joint village-owned business entity (BUMADes). The purpose of this study aims to analyze and learn how the program implementation of joint village-owned enterprises in Banyumas Regency. To achieve the research aims, the research method used in this study was a qualitative method. This study found that the performance of the implementation of joint village-owned enterprises in Banyumas Regency, in general, has not run optimally. This is indicated by two aspects. First, the community and the government have not fully understood the implementation of joint village-owned enterprises. Second, similarities in the vision and mission of the two parties are more directed towards empowerment efforts so that the BUMADes implementation of the joint village-owned business enterprises program has not yet become a profit-oriented business unit (commercial institution). In fact, it is more directed at social units that has the aim for community empowerment (social institutions).

In addition, they developed skills in reflection and self-awareness, communication, empathy and the generation of new ideas. Research limitations/implications – The study is limited in that it focused on only one cohort of students, undergraduates. The authors cannot claim that the findings are generalisable to other students or contexts. Practical implications – Students are better able to understand the needs and values of social enterprises. Abstract:
This paper evaluates the legal status of the Russian federal government as a corporate governance participant using the example of large sectorial companies. The state commonly regulates economic processes and focuses on pursuing the public interest. It also acts as a guarantor of social responsibility, and this affects decision-making processes in state-owned corporations. In Russia, the federal government has always played an essential role in the business activities of enterprises. Many companies are known to be state-owned or have close links to the state authorities and policymakers. This raises an academic debate concerning the development of market competition, state participation, and business environment. We propose approaches to understanding the participation of the state and unitary enterprises in corporate governance in Russia. By employing secondary data analysis as well as examining the Russian legislation in corporate law, we attempt to determine the legal and social status of the federal government in managing large corporations. This study addresses the issues of the duality of the legal status of the government in corporate governance and its impact on managerial decision-making.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs contribute to domestic economic growth. However, in the course of business, MSMEs still have obstacles. From the standpoint of internal, namely aspects of non-financial capacity such as management, personnel, marketing, and production, as well as financial aspects such as access to sources of financing, profitability management, and profit growth. External factors, namely political, economic, social, technological, and health situations, have an impact on the stability of business performance. Advances in technology, supported by infrastructure and ease of regulation, have encouraged the growth and development of digital-based businesses. This business coaching method focused on the activities at XYZ's Crackers Business, an Indonesian MSME. The purpose of this business coaching activity is to develop marketing channels for XYZ businesses. Data was collected through interviews, observations and surveys.
