Abstract:
E-Government consists of a strategic instrument for re-formulating the organization and the operation of Public Administrations, acting as a catalyst of trends and changes. It not only represents a resource that allows economic and operational advantages to be obtained, but is also an instrument that is capable of modifying the pre-existing operational mechanisms of the organization, guaranteeing a fast adaptation to continuous changes in the external environment. The use of e-Government not only facilitates the internal activities of the Public Administration, but also has the advantage of facilitating the relationship between different administrations, as well as the interaction with citizens and with businesses. The impact that e-Government can have is that of a better Public Administration, in that it allows public policies to be optimized, the quality of services to be raised, the involvement of the citizens to be widened, and other specific fundamental activities to be improved. The present work intends to illustrate the comprehensive framework of the public administration system in Italy and of the main tendencies in progress, paying particular attention to the development of new management logic, considering e-Government not only as a merely technological phenomenon, but also analyzing it in its full meaning with regards to the process of change and modernization of the public administration.

Abstract:
Abstract In the last decades, entrepreneurship in all of its complexity, as a basis for sustainable development, has become a major concern for a variety of socio-economic agents: legislative systems, production systems represented by entrepreneurs from all economic sectors, and education and research systems. As a result, numerous fields of studies which aim to develop an entrepreneurial spirit among youth and to prepare students for entrepreneurship have been introduced in the educational curricula starting with high school. One of the missions of the Faculty of Business Administration in foreign languages (FABIZ) from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies is to ensure that students gain the competencies and abilities necessary for being able to open a business and become interested in a career as entrepreneurs. However, discussions with the students from FABIZ showed that only a small percentage of students are planning or have already become entrepreneurs (approximately 5% which, for some researchers such as Fayolle and Filion (2016) is considered an optimal figure). This study aims to explore the degree to which FABIZ students, with a focus on the French section, are entrepreneurs or, at least, are interested to become entrepreneurs in the near future and to analyse their fields of interests, hopes and fears, i.e. their perception of their own career.

The author’s aim is to introduce the principles on which public entities can simplify the process of resolving economic disputes and the role of the court in the mediation process. The question should be posed as to how economic conflicts can be resolved out of court? Does the public economic administration (units of the public finance sector, in particular local and regional authorities) always have to address claims based on a lawsuit filed before a court or are there alternative solutions that do not violate the principles described in the Act of 17 December 2004 on Liability for Breach of Public Finance Discipline (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 104)? The article answers this question in the affirmative, indicating that it is permissible by law to carry out extrajudicial mediation which does not, in its essence, contravene the principles described by the provisions of the Act of 17 November 1964 - the Code of Civil Procedure or the Act of 17 December 2004 - the Code of Civil Procedure. Code of Civil Procedure or the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law which consequently leads to time savings and tangible financial benefits in the budget of the local government.

Abstract:
Hyperlocal organizations provide purchasers with merchandise delivery and utility administrations. Merchandise delivery includes staple goods, food, prescriptions, and personal needs, while utility administrations include plumbing, home cleaning, yard care, electrical, and drainage. Each of these services and products is provided by an organization of individuals from businesses or neighborhoods. Hyperlocal administration stages enable eateries, lodging, discount food outlets, organic products or vegetables, fish, and meat, and other retailers to attract and manage customers effectively without worrying about shipment. Simple web connectivity and the proliferation of cell phones have significantly increased interest in hyperlocal administrations. Occupied way of life accelerates the growth of the online food and staples ordering market, which in turn accelerates the growth of hyperlocal services in the emerging online market.
