Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the design of hydraulic retarder, with emphasis on CFD simulation. The thesis is based on simulation of flow in hydraulic retarder with included transformation of heat. The generation of heat at breaking with hydraulic retarder significantly influences amount of created moment. With use of simulations the anticipated breaking moment emerging on break of a spinning wheel from the design is verified. A group of brake models, in which the hydraulic break belongs to, is introduced in the beginning chapters. This following chapter focuses on design of simulation model that corresponds with the process of breaking. Simple 1D mathematical model for filling the brake with oil using compressed air is introduced.

Abstract:
Cilj rada je bila izrada kvalitetnog zavarenog spoja pancirnog čelika.Zavareni spoj poseduje dobre zatezne karakteristike, kao i visoku energijuudara u metal šavu i ZUT-u, visoku otpornost na propagaciju prsline umetal šavu i ZUT-u. Osnovni materijal ima najveću zateznu čvrstoću,najnižu energiju udara, najmanju žilavost loma i otpornost na propagacijuprsline. Nakon balističkih ispitivanja ustanovljeno je da ZUT i osnovnimaterijal poseduju balističku otpornost, dok metal šava ne zadovoljavastandarde. Ispitivanjem gasne hromatografije ustanovljena je niskakoličina difundovanog i zadržanog vodonika u zoni metal šava. U skladusa tim se zaključuje da su parameteri zavarivanja, kao i dodatni materijalodgovarajuće izabrani. Na osnovu ispitivanja brzine rasta zamorneprsline, određen je preostali vek oklopnih vozila koja se prave odpancirnog čelika.
The aim of this paper was to produce a high-quality welded joint of armored steel.The welded joint has good tensile properties, as well as a high impact energy inthe weld metal and HAZ, and high resistance to crack propagation in the weldmetal and HAZ. The base metal has the highest tensile strength, the lowestimpact energy and the smallest fracture toughness and crack propagationresistance. After ballistic testing, the HAZ and basic metals have been found tohave ballistic resistance, while the weld metal does not meet the standards. Gaschromatography analysis detected a low amount of diffused and retainedhydrogen in the metal seam zone. It may therefore be concluded that the weldingparameters and the additional material have been appropriately selected.Based on the study of the fatigue crack growth rate, the fatigue life of armoredvehicles was predicted.

This thesis deals with the design of the magnetorheological (MR) clutch. The extensive literature research with particular conclusions to each design variant of MR clutches or brakes has been done in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis describes the design of the actual MR clutch based on the results of the analytical calculation of the magnetic circuit. Finally, the experiments verifying the function of the key segments of the clutch, and the whole clutch are summarized in the third part of the thesis.

Abstract:
U našoj zemlji je malo objavljenih istraživanja iz oblasti kako brzinske izdržljivosti kod devojčica, tako i eksperimentalnih tretmana koji bi doveli do povećanja ove motoričke sposobnosti. U samoj atletici ova tema nije dovoljno istraživana s’ obzirom da je veoma puno prisutna u praksi. Osnovni cilj studije bio je da se utvrdi efekat eksperimentalnog tretmana na brzinsku izdržljivost devojčica.Uzorak ispitanika ovog istraživanja činilo je 100 devojčica, uzrasta između 13 i 15 godina iz  Novog Sada, koje su uključene u trenažni proces u sportskim klubovima. Uzorak ispitanika je bio podeljen na eksperimentalnu grupu, koju je činilo 50 devojčica i koja je realizovala eksperimentalni plan i program i kontrolnu grupu, sa takođe, 50 devojčica, koja je realizovala treninge po programu Evropske atletske federacije “Kid’s athletics”, u trajanju od 15 nedelja. Testirane su razlike u antropološkim karakteristikama i u motoričkim sposobnostima, koje su se ogledale u efikasnosti primenjenog eksperimentalnog tretmana grupa.U istraživanju je primenjeno 18 varijabli: 6 antropometrijskih, 10 motoričkih i 2 varijable za procenu specifičnih motoričkih sposobnosti. Razlike u antropološkim karakteristikama, motoričkim sposobnostima i brzinskoj izdržljivosti između eksperimentalne i kontrolne grupe analizirane su multivarijatnom analizom varijanse, univarijatnom analizom varijanse i diskriminativnom analizom, dok su sami efekti eksperimentalnog tretmana utvrđeni na osnovu multivarijatne analize kovarijanse.Program rada eksperimentalne i kontrolne grupe realizovan je u okviru redovnih treninga u sportskim klubovima. Trenažni plan i program je sprovođen tri puna nedeljno, za obe testirane grupe. Eksperimentalna grupa je realizovala trenažne jedinice po modelovanom eksperimentalnom tretmanu, koji je sačinjen u skladu sa osnovnim principima trenažnog procesa i periodizacijom istog, i na osnovu bogatog višegodišnjeg iskustva autora i adekvatne literature najboljih svetskih autora aktuelne oblasti. Kontrolna grupa je realizovala trenažne jedinice po programu Evropske atletske federacije “Kid’s athletics”.Dobijeni rezutati u pogledu antropometrijskih karakteristika ukazuju da je primenjeni eksperimentalni tretman uticao na postojanje statistički značajnih razlika u sistemu pojedinih primenjenih antropometrijskih varijabli. U prostoru motoričkih sposobnosti takođe su utvrđene statistički značajne razlike između grupa nakon primenjenih različitih tretmana.Kada su u pitanju specifične motoričke sposobnosti, odnosno varijable za procenu brzinske izdržljivosti devojčica, analiza kovarijanse je takođe ukazala na statističku značajnost razlika u sistemu primenjenih varijabli. Eksperimentalna grupa je statistički značajno napredovala u obe varijable kojima je testirana brzinska izdržljivost devojčica.Osnovni cilj studije bio je da se utvrdi efekat eksperimentalnog tretmana na brzinsku izdržljivost devojčica, a rezultati univarijantne analize kovarijanse i multivarijatne analize kovarijanse su potvrdili statistički značajnu razliku u korist eksperimentalne grupe.Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata može se zaključiti da je predloženi eksperimentalni tretman u eksperimentalnoj grupi doprineo značajnim razlikama u brzinskoj izdržljivosti. Rezultati koji su dobijeni u finalnom merenju i upoređivanjem motoričkih sposobnosti između eksperimentalne i kontrolne grupe, potvrdili su dosadašnja naučna i teorijska znanja, da prostor specifične izdržljivosti u brzini egzistira kao posebna sposobnost na koju se adekvatnim tretmanom može pozitivno uticati i doći do napretka koji je statistički značajan. Značaj ove studije je u direktnoj i neposrednoj primeni, ovog tretmana, gde se bolji rezultati postižu usmeravanjem tretmana na ciljane distance koje su po strukturi i vremenskom trajanju slične onim koje su testirane kao kriterijske varijable.
There is little published research in our country in girls’ speed endurance and experimental treatments which would  increase this motor ability. This issue is not sufficiently investigated in the athletics, despite the fact that it is very much present in practice. The main objective of the study was to determine the effect of experimental treatment on girls’ speed endurance.The sample of this study consisted of 100 girls, aged between 13 and 15 years old, from Novi Sad, who are involved in the training process in sports clubs. The sample was divided into an experimental group, which consisted of 50 girls and implemented experimental plan and program and the control group with 50 girls as well, which  conducted trainings according to the program of the European Association of Athletics Federations' “Kid's athletics”, in a  15 weeks period. The differences in the anthropological characteristics and motor skills were tested, which were reflected in the efficiency of the applied experimental treatment of the groups.18 variables were  applied in the study: 6 anthropometric, 10 motor variables and 2 motor variables for assessment of specific motor abilities. Differences in anthropological characteristics, motor skills and speed endurance between the experimental and control groups were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance, univariate analysis of variance and discriminant analysis, while the actual effects of the experimental treatment were determined on the basis of multivariate analysis of covariance.The working program of the experimental and control groups was carried out in the framework of regular training in sports clubs. The training plan and program was executed three times per week, for both tested groups. The experimental group has implemented the training units by modeled experimental treatment, which is made in accordance with the basic principles of the training process and its periodization, and based on author's extensive experience and adequate literature of the world's best authors of the current field. The control group  implemented the training units of the program of the European Athletics Federation "Kid's athletics."The obtained results of anthropometric characteristics indicate that the applied experimental treatment influenced the existence of statistically significant differences in the system of individual anthropometric variables which were applied. Statistically significant differences were determined between groups in the area of motor abilities, after applaying different treatments.As to the specific motor skills, variables for evaluation of girls' speed endurance, covariance analysis also indicated statistically significant differences in the system of applied variables. The experimental group significantly progressed in both variables by which  girls' speed endurance had been tested.The main objective of the study was to determine the effect of experimental treatment on girls' speed endurance, and the results of the univariate analysis of covariance and multivariate analysis of covariance confirmed a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the proposed experimental treatment in an experimental group contributed to the significant differences in the speed endurance. The final measuring results obtained by comparison of  motor abilities between the experimental and control group, confirmed the recent scientific and theoretical knowledge that specific endurance space in speed exists as a special skill on which the appropriate treatment can positively influence and the statistically significant progress can be reached. The significance of this study is in a direct and immediate application of this treatment, where better results are achieved by focusing the treatment on the target distances which are similar by the structure and duration to those that have been tested as a criterion variable.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a universal muzzle device for the assault rifle. The device is designed to produce Selective Laser Melting. The main objective is the elimination negative effects of gunshot. The paper explores possibilities of using porous structures for this type of equipment. The influence of individual types of porous structures on the flow of gases is monitored. The universal muzzle device itself is optimized using CFD analyzes. The device was made using SLM technology and experimentally verified. His impact on the impact, gun lift, noise and flame elimination was investigated.

Práce se zabývá problematikou měření momentu u velmi vysokootáčkových strojů. Z důvodů vysokých rychlostí jsou tradiční metody měření momentu nepoužitelné, z tohoto důvodu je nutno vyvinout novou bezkontaktní metodu. Pro měření je zvolena metoda zatěžování vířivou brzdou, pro kterou je proveden analytický výpočet jejích vlastností pomocí Maxwellových rovnic a je vytvořen model vířivé brzdy v programu FEMM a Ansys/Maxwell 2D. Na závěr jsou výsledky simulací a výpočtů porovnány s měřením na prototypech brzdy.

Циљ истраживања је да се утврде ефекти 8 недеља изоинерцијалног тренинга на доминантне моторичке способности кошаркаша. Испитаници, 36 кошаркаша јуниорског узраста (17.58±0.50 година) су подељени у 3 групе: прву експерименталну (ЕСС; n=12) која је вежбала тренинге снаге на изоинерцијалном тренажеру, другу експерименталну (CON; n=12) која је вежбала традиционални изодинамички тренинг снаге са слободним теговима, и контролну групу (KON; n=12) која није вежбала тренинге снаге. Током есперименталног програма ЕСС и CON групе су имале укупно по 12 тренинга снаге са истоветним бројем серија и понављања. На крају четврте недеље код обе експерименталне групе спроведен је тест постактивацијске потенцијације (ПАП) како би се утврдили акутни ефекти различитих метода тренинга у 4 временске тачке: 2, 4, 8 и 15 минута након вежби са оптерећењем. Резултати су показали да постоји статистички значајна разлика као последица примене различитих метода тренинга снаге у трајању од 8 недеља при чему је изоинерцијални тренинг довео до значајно бољих резултата у варијаблама скокова SJ, CMJ, VJ и у скоку са леве ноге CMJLN, затим у тесту спринта 5 m  и тестовима агилности Т тест и 505 са окретом око десне ноге. Нису утврђене статистички значајне разлике у тестовима изометријске снаге, скока са десне ноге CMJDN, трчања 20 m и тесту агилности 505 са окретом око леве ноге. У тесту ПАП ефеката није било статистички значајне разлике у резултатима као последице различитих метода вежбања. При томе, СОN група је имала значајно побољшање у тесту скока VJ док је код ЕСС групе значајан ефекат у варијаблама скока VJ и Т тест агилности. Није било значајних ефеката ПАП у тестовима трчања 5 и 20 метара. Добијени резултати указују да изоинерцијални тренинг у трајању од 8 недеља доводи до бољих резултата у развоју експлозивне снаге, брзине и агилности младих кошаркаша у поређењу са традиционалним изодинамичким тренингом, али не и у ПАП ефектима. У складу с тим, тренери и кондициони тренери би требали да у раду са младим спортистима користе и ову методу тренинга снаге.

Ispitanici, 36 košarkaša juniorskog uzrasta (17.58±0.50 godina) su podeljeni u 3 grupe: prvu eksperimentalnu (ESS; n=12) koja je vežbala treninge snage na izoinercijalnom trenažeru, drugu eksperimentalnu (CON; n=12) koja je vežbala tradicionalni izodinamički trening snage sa slobodnim tegovima, i kontrolnu grupu (KON; n=12) koja nije vežbala treninge snage. Tokom esperimentalnog programa ESS i CON grupe su imale ukupno po 12 treninga snage sa istovetnim brojem serija i ponavljanja. Na kraju četvrte nedelje kod obe eksperimentalne grupe sproveden je test postaktivacijske potencijacije (PAP) kako bi se utvrdili akutni efekti različitih metoda treninga u 4 vremenske tačke: 2, 4, 8 i 15 minuta nakon vežbi sa opterećenjem. Rezultati su pokazali da postoji statistički značajna razlika kao posledica primene različitih metoda treninga snage u trajanju od 8 nedelja pri čemu je izoinercijalni trening doveo do značajno boljih rezultata u varijablama skokova SJ, CMJ, VJ i u skoku sa leve noge CMJLN, zatim u testu sprinta 5 m  i testovima agilnosti T test i 505 sa okretom oko desne noge. Nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike u testovima izometrijske snage, skoka sa desne noge CMJDN, trčanja 20 m i testu agilnosti 505 sa okretom oko leve noge. U testu PAP efekata nije bilo statistički značajne razlike u rezultatima kao posledice različitih metoda vežbanja. Pri tome, SON grupa je imala značajno poboljšanje u testu skoka VJ dok je kod ESS grupe značajan efekat u varijablama skoka VJ i T test agilnosti. Nije bilo značajnih efekata PAP u testovima trčanja 5 i 20 metara. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da izoinercijalni trening u trajanju od 8 nedelja dovodi do boljih rezultata u razvoju eksplozivne snage, brzine i agilnosti mladih košarkaša u poređenju sa tradicionalnim izodinamičkim treningom, ali ne i u PAP efektima. U skladu s tim, treneri i kondicioni treneri bi trebali da u radu sa mladim sportistima koriste i ovu metodu treninga snage.
The aim of this research is to determine the effects of an 8-week isoinertial training on dominant motor abilities of basketball players. Examinees, i.e. 36 junior basketball players, (17.58±0.50 years) are divided into 3 groups: the first experimental group (ECC; n=12) which took strength training exercises on isoinertial training device, the second experimental (CON; n=12) which took traditional isodynamic strength training with free weights, and a control group (CON; n=12) which did not take any strength training exercises. During the experimental program, the ECC and CON groups had 12 strength training sessions in total including the same number of series and repetitions. At the end of the fourth week, both experimental groups were tested for post-activational potentiation (PAP) in order to determine acute effects of different training methods in 4 time points: 2, 4, 8 and 15 minutes after loading exercises. The findings indicate that there is a statistically significant difference as a result of the application of different strength training methods lasting for 8 weeks, since the isoinertial training brought about significantly better results in the variables of jumps SJ, CMJ, VJ and jump off the left foot CMJLN, as well as in the 5m sprint test and agility tests (T-test and 505 test with turn on the right leg). No statistically significat differences were found in tests of: isometric strength, jump off the right foot CMJDN, 20m run and 505 agility test with the turn on the left leg. Also, there were no statistically significant differences as a result of different exercise methods in the PAP test. In that process, CON group had significant improvement in VJ jump test, whereas in ECC group a significant effect was found in the variables of VJ and agility T-test. The 5m and 20m run tests showed no significant PAP effects either. In comparison with the traditional isodynamic training, the findings indicate that isoinertial training lasting for 8 weeks gives rise to better results in the development of explosive strength, speed and agility of young basketball players. Accordingly, coaches and trainers should use this method of strength training in work with young athletes.

This thesis is dealing with measuring the deceleration of lorries when they are braked by the engine. The weight of the vehicles given is bigger than 12 tons. The thesis can be divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there are special presumptions to manage the given problem successfully. The stress is on the construction of lorries and on driving resistances which influence the process of deceleration a lot. The thesis also analyses the technical solution of each possibilities of braking and also the function of the gearbox. In the practical part the method of measuring is described. The measurement devices are also given through which the measurements were realized. The main part of this work is made by measured values of each lorries and the interpretation of measured values itself. The final evaluation of measured data are mentioned at the end of the thesis.

The project of Master’s thesis elaborated within engineering studies of branch 23-03-T002 proposes a technology of production of disk brake piston made of low-carbon steel EN C10E. Supposed production amount is 300 000 pieces per year. With knowledge of literary study on the theme of cold steel bulk forming, three variants of production technique were proposed. The chosen one, for which the technological and energy computations were accomplished, consists of two basic forming operations. For manufacture realization was selected three-stage automatic forming machine TPD 630 (manufacturer Šmeral Brno) with nominal forming output of 6 300 kN. As a material of extruding punch, tool-steel EN X100CrMoV5-1was chosen. For extruding dies was selected high speed steel HS 6-5-2 and its shrink ring is made of high quality steel 60WCrV8. Optimalization of tool properties was performed with specialized PC software.

The present Master´s thesis deals with the concept of press drive of Blanking press LKDS 800 used for blanking in automatic blanking line. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the individual arrangements of press drives and servo press drives and to the description of main components. The second part of this thesis deals with the structural design of the drive. Based on the computation of the crank mechanism, several design solutions were suggested. From these solutions, the option with the lowest drive height is selected. This option, offers the computation of the main drive, flywheel, spur gearing and clutch/brake combination. This computation is followed by computations of individual construction nodes, which include a design and dimensioning of the individual joggles, shafts and bearings. The drawing of the press and clutch shaft assemblies with a list of items are also included.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the proposal of solution of three-axial winding machine for winding technology of rotary profile. Winding materials are continual springs of carbon, aramid or glass fibre impregnated by resin. The main construction change of the machine compared to commercial available solutions is the use of linear motor as a frame element instead of roller screws or toothed chain. Linear motors have higher dynamics of the movement and they can reach higher speed compared to other solutions, which guarantee increase of the machine productivity. The main importance is put not only on the functionality but also on the low price of this solution. The 3D model of the mechanism is created in the program Inventor 2009.

The master thesis deals with the influence of a local change of temperature due to advection from disc brake to axial velocity field close to the rotating wheel of a car. The second goal is to set parameters applicable to various wheel discs and study of the influence of these parameters to aerodynamical properties of car and thermodynamical properties of the disc brake. The thesis is numerically executed in StarCCM+. The first part focuses on theoretical background about the numerical solution and current status of research. There are described disc parameters, geometry input and solver settings in the second part. The final part deals with a comparison of velocity fields for isothermal and thermodynamical model and evaluates the influence of parameters to velocity field, aerodynamical drag and thermodynamical performance of the brake.

Cilj ovog rada je bio de se utvrdi uticaj brzog vazdušnog hlađenja polutki (na –31°C do cca 4 sata, a zatim na 2 do 4°C do 8, odnosno do 24 sata post mortem), vremena otkoštavanja post mortem (8 i 24 sata post mortem), nakon brzog hlađenja, i postupka salamurenja (bez ili sa vakuumom) proizvedenog svinjskog mesa (M. semimembranosus) na kvalitet i bezbednost kuvane šunke (konzervi od mesa u komadima), odnosno postavljen je zadatak razvoja novog proizvodnog procesa kuvane šunke koji će počivati na značajnoj racionalizaciji tehnološkog postupka, a čime bi se ostvarila i određena ekonomska dobit, uz postizanje vrhunskog kvaliteta proizvoda.Da bi ovako postavljeni zadatak dao očekivane rezultate najpre je ispitan uticaj brzog hlađenja polutki i vremena otkoštavanja post mortem, nakon brzog hlađenja, na tehnološki, nutritivni i senzorni kvalitet i bezbednost svinjskog mesa (M. semimembranosus), namenjenog proizvodnji ovog proizvoda. Analizom dobijenih rezultata zaključeno je da se brzim hlađenjem može obezbediti otkoštavanje polutki 8 sati post mortem, sa internom temperaturom manjom od 7°C, uz značajno smanjenje troškova rada, kala hlađenja i udela mesa (M. semimembranosus) blede boje, odnosno zaključeno je da su brzo hlađeni mišići već do 8 sati post mortem prevedeni u stanje podesno za salamurenje, čime je dobijena sirovina potrebnih svojstava za izradu kuvane šunke.Od ovako proizvedenog mesa (M. semimembranosus), nezavisno od postupka salamurenja (sa ili bez vakuuma), može se proizvesti kuvana šunka vrhunskog kvaliteta, što potvrđuju rezultati ispitivanja kvaliteta kuvanih šunki proizvedenih od ove sirovine, pri čemu treba istaći da su utvrđene izvesne razlike kod pojedinih faktora kvaliteta kuvanih šunki prvenstveno rezultat faktora proizvodnje (na primer, operacije salamurenja), odnosno još uvek nestandardnog postupka proizvodnje ovih proizvoda (na primer, neujednačeno ubrizgavanje salamure). Dodatnim izmenama u tehnologiji salamurenja proizvedena je kvalitetna konzerva od mesa u komadima od ostataka mesa buta, uključujući i izdvojeno meso slabijeg kvaliteta (M. semimembranosus), i na taj način je samo još dodatno potvrđeno da je moguće značajno racionalizovati proizvodnju kuvane šunke uz valorizaciju celokupne muskulature buta.
The aim of the work was to determine the effect of rapid chilling of carcasses (at -31°C up to cca.4 hours, and at 2 to 4°C til 8 i.e. 24 hours post mortem), time of deboning post mortem (8 and 24hours post mortem), after rapid chilling, and way of curing (with and without vacuum) of processedpork (M. semimembranosus) on quality and safety of cooked ham i.e. a task was set to develop a newprocess of cooked ham production based on significant rationalization of the technological procedure,enabling a certain economic profit, and achieving first class product quality.The effect of rapid chilling of carcasses and time of deboning post mortem, after rapid chilling, ontechnological, nutritive and sensory quality and safety of pork (M. semimembranosus) intended for theproduction of cooked ham was investigated. The analysis of obtained results showed that deboning ofcarcasses is possible up to 8 hours post mortem due to rapid chilling, achieving internal temperatureslower than 7°C, with significantly lower working co sts, weight loss and share of pale meat (M.semimembranosus), i.e. the conclusion is that rapid chilled muscles 8 hours post mortem were in stateconvenient for curing, obtaining the raw material of required characteristics for cooked hamproduction.First class quality cooked ham can be produced from pork (M. semimembranosus) obtained inthis way, irrespective of curing process (with or without vacuum), as supported by the results of qualityinvestigation of the obtained final product. Some differences found between certain quality factors ofcooked ham are the result of processing factors (curing processes, for example), i.e. of still nonstandardproduction way of this product (for example, uneven injecting of brine). Certain changes ofcuring technology enabled the production of quality cooked ham from rest ham meat and theseparated lower quality meat (M. semimembranosus). These results additionally confirm the possibilityof significant rationalization of cooked ham production i.e. possible valorization of the whole amount ofham meat.

Subject of this diploma thesis is break wheel optimalization analysis. Break wheels are used in mountain bike downhill races in extreme conditions. It is the first product of this type of an emergent company that was made by the use of intuitive approach. The reason for optimalization is improper behavior of existing solution that occurred during testing. This optimalization consists of finding and analyzing existing characteristics, deciding which factors influence this improper behavior, suggesting new solution and verification of this solution. Break wheel characteristics were detected in an experiment. For realization and evaluation of this experiment, a method named Design of experiments, was selected. This method is used for elaboration of results coming from the Regression analysis. It is possible to effectively achieve the result data by using this procedure. The experiment was oriented to gain data of temperature behavior of break wheel during real load. Mathematical model was adapted on the basis of this data and finally, the calculation was made by the use of Final element method by ANSYS WORKBENCH. Calculations were also coordinated through Design of calculation, and were oriented on temperature deformation and stress. Solution achieved by the Final element method, was evaluated by the Regression analysis and served as a proposition for a new break wheel construction.

Doktorska disertacija razmatra primenu savremenih aditivnih proizvodnih tehnologija u postupku preciznog livenja ortopedskih implantata i njihov uticaj na skraćenje vremena i smanjenje troškova izrade topljivih modela. Konvencionalni postupak preciznog livenja ortopedskih implantata zahteva značajno vreme i troškove za izradu kalupa za topljive modele. U disertaciji je razvijena metoda za „brzo precizno livenje“ kojom se eliminiše potreba za izradom kalupa za topljive modele ortopedskih implantata. Potrebno je utvrditi da li se pomoću predložene metode „brzog preciznog livenja“ koja predstavlja integraciju aditivnih proizvodnih tehnologija i reverznog inženjerstva sa konvencionalnim preciznim livenjem, može dati značajniji doprinos daljem razvoju u oblasti izrade prilagođenih ortopedskih implantata.
The doctoral thesis discusses the application of modern additive manufacturing technologies in investment casting of orthopaedic implants and their impact on time and cost savings in meltable wax models development. The conventional procedure of investment casting of orthopaedic implants demands considerable time and costs when developing moulds for meltable wax models. The thesis shows a method of “rapid investment casting” developed to avoid the making the moulds for meltable wax models of orthopaedic implants. It is necessary to establish whether the proposed method of “rapid investment casting”, which integrates additive manufacturing technologies and reverse engineering with conventional investment casting, may give a significant contribution to further development of manufacturing of customized orthopaedic implants

Abstract:
The design of the excavator follows requirements of machines for demolition work. The excavator is equipped with an innovative type of under carriage, which not only increases mobility over the demolition sites but also the visibility from the driver’s cabin. The components of the excavator, that improve the demolition work, are special types of tracks, suspensions and articulated steering. Tracks can change their shape to increase the stability and also to adapt to the diff erent types of ground. The suspensions with tracks are able to adapt to the terrain thereby they lighten the asperity. Suspension can also tilt or even raise the excavator and thereby increase the angle of visibility from the cabin. This function is necessary mainly when taking down higher constructions. Articulated steering is a new function that has never been used for excavators. This steering was chosen due to fl exible movement over demolition sites. The main aim of the project is to create a new design of the excavator, but more importantly to distinguish the excavator from the excavators already on the market, with regards to its esthetics and under carriage innovation.

The present master thesis deals with the technologies for gas liquefaction focused on helium. The first part of the thesis contains a description of the history of liquefaction, production and usage of liquid helium, as well as the principles of liquefaction and cooling cycles. In the following part of the thesis is a detailed model of the liquefaction cycle for which radial-axial turbine wheels were designed. The last part of the thesis contains financial analysis of the suitability of using the expander with eddy current brake and the expander with an electric generator.

U okviru doktorske disertacije izvedena su eksperimentalna istraživanja osnovnih hidrodinamičkih i maseno-prenosnih karakteristika airlift reaktora sa spoljnom recirkulacijom sa ugrađenom višekanalnom cevnom membranom u silaznu cev (ALSRM). ALSRM je radio na dva načina rada: bez mehurova u silaznoj cevi (način rada A) i sa mehurovima u silaznoj cevi (način rada B) u zavisnosti od nivoa tečnosti u gasnom separatoru. Ispitivani su uticaji prividne brzine gasa, površinskih osobina tečne faze, tipa distributora gasa i prisustva mehurova gasa u silaznoj cevi na sadržaj gasa, brzinu tečnosti u silaznoj cevi i zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase u tečnoj fazi u ALSRM. Rezultati su poređeni sa vrednostima dobijenim u istom reaktoru ali bez membrane (ALSR). Sadržaj gasa u uzlaznoj i silaznoj cevi određivan je pomoću piezometarskih cevi merenjem hidrostatičkog pritiska na dnu i vrhu uzlazne i silazne cevi. Brzina tečnosti merena je pomoću konduktometrijskih elektroda dok je zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase dobijen primenom dinamičke metode merenjem promene koncentracije kiseonika u vremenu optičkom elektrodom. Eksperimentalni rezultati pokazuju da sadržaj gasa, brzina tečnosti i zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase zavise od prividne brzine gasa, vrste alkohola i tipa distributora gasa kod oba reaktora. Višekanalna cevna membrana u silaznoj cevi uzrokovala je povećanje ukupnog koeficijenta trenja za 90% i time dovela do smanjenja brzine tečnosti u silaznoj cevi do 50%. Smanjena brzina tečnosti u silaznoj cevi povećala je sadržaj gasa do 16%. Predložene neuronske mreže i empirijske korelacije odlično predviđaju vrednosti za sadržaj gasa, brzinu tečnosti i zapreminski koeficijent prenosa mase.
An objective of this study was to investigate the hydrodynamics and the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient of an external-loop airlift membrane reactor (ELAMR). The ELAMR was operated in two modes: without (mode A), and with bubbles in the downcomer (mode B), depending on the liquid level in the gas separator. The influence of superficial gas velocity, gas distributor’s geometry and various diluted alcohol solutions on hydrodynamics and gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient of the ELAMR was studied. Results are commented with respect to the external loop airlift reactor of the same geometry but without membrane in the downcomer (ELAR). The gas holdup values in the riser and the downcomer were obtained by measuring the pressures at the bottom and the top of the riser and downcomer using piezometric tubes. The liquid velocity in the downcomer was determined by the tracer response method by two conductivity probes in the downcomer. The volumetric mass transfer coefficient was obtained by using the dynamic oxygenation method by dissolved oxygen probe. According to experimental results gas holdup, liquid velocity and gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient depend on superficial gas velocity, type of alcohol solution and gas distributor for both reactors. Due to the presence of the multichannel membrane in the downcomer, the overall hydrodynamic resistance increased up to 90%, the liquid velocity in the downcomer decreased up to 50%, while the gas holdup in the riser of the ELAMR increased maximally by 16%. The values of the gas holdup, the liquid velocity and the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient predicted by the application of empirical power law correlations and feed forward back propagation neural network (ANN) are in very good agreement with experimental values.
