Abstract:
Lisa Bresner (1971-2007) est une artiste polyvalente et prolifique : romancière, traductrice, sinologue, autrice de littérature pour la jeunesse, réalisatrice de courts-métrages et enseignante en histoire de la civilisation chinoise. Bien que sa vie ait été « fulgurante », elle a laissé un riche héritage de plus de trente œuvres – romans, essais, traductions, poésies et livres pour enfants – qui ont construit un pont entre la France et l’Extrême-Orient. Notre recherche explore, à travers trois axes principaux, la manière dont Lisa Bresner a intégré les cultures chinoise et japonaise dans son œuvre littéraire. Tout d’abord, nous analysons sa littérature pour la jeunesse afin de comprendre comment elle a utilisé son imagination et sa passion pour les idéogrammes chinois pour créer un univers poétique et transculturel, accessible et éducatif pour les jeunes lecteurs. Ensuite, nous nous intéressons à ses traductions et à son travail de sinologue, afin de révéler comment elle a su rendre les œuvres classiques chinoises accessibles au public francophone, tout en y apportant sa touche personnelle et créative. Enfin, nous nous penchons sur son univers romanesque, où elle aborde les thèmes de l’identité et de l’altérité à travers des personnages qui incarnent sa propre quête de soi à travers l’autre. Notre étude vise à répondre à une question centrale : comment Lisa Bresner a-t-elle, à travers ses œuvres transculturelles, fusionné ses expériences personnelles et la culture asiatique pour explorer les frontières entre soi et l’autre ? En nous appuyant sur ses œuvres publiées entre 1992 et 2008, ainsi que sur ses manuscrits et correspondances conservés à l’IMEC, nous cherchons à mieux comprendre la manière unique dont elle a contribué à rapprocher les cultures orientale et occidentale
Lisa Bresner (1971-2007) was a multi-talented and prolific artist : novelist, translator, sinologist, children’s book author, short film director, and lecturer on Chinese civilization. Though her life was brief, she left behind a rich body of over thirty works – including novels, essays, translations, poetry, and children's books – that served as a cultural bridge between France and the Far East. This research explores three main aspects of how Lisa Bresner integrated Chinese and Japanese cultures into her literary creations. First, we examine her children’s literature, focusing on how she combined her imagination and love for Chinese ideograms to craft a poetic, transcultural universe that is both accessible and educational for young readers. Next, we explore her translations and works as a sinologist, highlighting how she made classical Chinese texts accessible to French readers while infusing them with her own creative touch. Finally, we delve into her novels, where she addresses themes of identity and otherness through characters that reflect her personal journey of self-discovery, shaped by encounters with different cultures. Our study seeks to answer a key question : How did Lisa Bresner, through her transcultural works, blend her personal experiences with Asian culture to explore the boundaries between self and other ? By drawing on her published works from 1992 to 2008, as well as her manuscripts and letters archived at IMEC, we aim to shed light on the unique way in which she contributed to bridging Eastern and Western cultures

The objective of this research is to analyze the intellectual production of Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira. The two main themes in his work are development and bureaucracy, accompanied, however, by a whole thematic constellation that gravitates around them – media class, nation, political pacts, state, entrepreneur, inflation, among others. Methodologically, it starts from the analytical suggestions of linguistic contextualism and from the research program on Brazilian political thought lineages, taken as assumption that the thought is a mode of political action. Thus, it is described, in the trajectory and work of Bresser-Pereira, the rupture and discontinuity – most visible elements –, but the regularity and resumption too. The main result of research is that the his intellectual production acquires more sense when referred to his performance in the many contexts in which it has moved. Not only factual contexts, but linguistic too. That means, it is his trajectory as actor and author that gives more sense to his work.
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a produção intelectual de Luiz Carlos Bresser- Pereira. Os dois grandes temas presentes em sua obra são desenvolvimento e burocracia, acompanhados, porém, por toda uma constelação temática que gravita em torno deles – classe média, nação, pactos políticos, Estado, empresários, inflação entre outros. Metodologicamente, parte-se das sugestões analíticas do contextualismo linguístico e do programa de pesquisas sobre linhagens do pensamento político brasileiro, adotando-se o pressuposto de que o pensamento é uma modalidade de ação política. Assim, trata-se de descrever, na trajetória e obra de Bresser-Pereira, as rupturas e descontinuidades – elementos mais visíveis –, assim como também as regularidades e retomadas. O resultado principal da pesquisa é o de que sua produção intelectual ganha mais sentido quando remetida a sua atuação nos diversos contextos pelos quais transitou. Contextos esses não apenas factuais, mas também linguísticos. Ou seja, é sua trajetória como ator e autor que confere sentido à obra.

Abstract:
Although positioning has been one of the main target study areas in mobile communication in the last decade, it still receives strong attention in recent years focusing more on the indoor users. Nowadays, a wide range of different methods are available to estimate the position of the target user under certain circumstances. One of these methods is Uplink Time Difference of Arrival (UTDoA), which has been defined in 3GPP Release 11 for Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, and is the focus of this master thesis. In Uplink based positioning, to estimate the position of a User Equipment (UE), the UE only needs to generate and transmit the reference signal and the main computational effort of time estimation, is moved from the UE towards the network side. This might be one advantage compared to Observed Time Difference of Arrival (OTDoA), while further performance properties of UTDoA in LTE are investigated in the course of this master thesis. In parallel with the 3GPP Study Item on Indoor Positioning which mainly was based on downlink OTDoA, this thesis studies on the potential use of UTDoA in LTE under the same type of agreed deployment scenarios and simulation parameters. For time estimation based on the Sounding Reference Signals (SRSs), the uplink channel has been modeled and simulated. Finally, the position estimation of the UE is derived by multilateration techniques using the time/distance estimations of the received SRS at each eNodeB. The metrics of positioning results are based on Cumulative Distribution Functions (CDF) of horizontal and vertical positioning error. The study shows that reasonable horizontal position accuracy can be achieved, while a number of pico cells are added to the network to enhance the macro-only scenario. However, this positive effect could not be observed in vertical position estimation. A further investigated aspect is the influence by other active UEs considered as interference. The outcome shows, that the accuracy is strongly and negatively affected by introducing interference. A final observation focuses on the SRS bandwidth and that for bandwidths below 10 MHz additional degradations in performance are seen.
Trots att positionering har varit ett av huvudmålen för forskning inom mobil kommunikation under det senaste decenniet, får det fortfarande mycket uppmärksamhet och under de senaste åren har forskningen fokuserats mer på inomhusanvändare. Idag finns en mängd olika metoder för att estimera positionen för en specifik användare under vissa omständigheter. En av dessa metoder är Uplink Time Difference of Arrival (UTDoA) som har definierats i 3GPP Release 11 för Long Term Evolution (LTE)-nätverk och är fokus för detta examensarbete. I positionering baserad på upplänken, vilken används för att skatta positionen för en User Equipment (UE), behöver UE:n bara generera och sända en referenssignal och den huvudsakliga beräkningskraften för tidsestimeringen flyttas från UE:n till nätsidan. Detta kan vara en fördel jämfört med Observed Time Difference of Arrival (OTDoA), detta examensarbete undersöker ytterligare prestandaegenskaper hos UTDoA i LTE. Parallellt med 3GPP:s studie för inomhuspositionering, som huvudsakligen baseras på nerlänk OTDoA, studerar denna avhandling den potentiella användningen av UTDoA i LTE med samma typ av överenskomna scenarier och simuleringsparametrar. För tidsuppskattning baserad på Sounding Reference Signals (SRSs) har kanalen upplänkmodellerats och simulerats. Slutligen är positionsestimeringen av UE:n härledd genom multilaterationstekniker med hjälp av tids- och distansestimeringar av de mottagna SRS vid varje eNodeB. De mått som används för positioneringsresultat baseras på kumulativ fördelningsfunktion av det horisontella och vertikala positioneringsfelet. Studien visar att en rimlig noggrannhet kann uppnås i den horisontella dimensionen då ett antal pico-celler adderas till nätverket för att förbättra makroscenariot. Denna positiva effekt kunde emellertid inte observeras i den vertikala positionsestimeringen. En ytterligare undersökt aspekt är påverkan av andra aktiva UEs, som betraktas som interferens. Resultaten visar att noggrannheten är starkt negativt påverkad då störningar i form av interferens införs. En slutlig observation fokuserar på bandbredden av SRS och det visar på försämringar i prestanda för bandbredder under 10 MHz.

Resumo: O estudo que ora apresentamos objetiva colocar em relevo a importância do emprego da idéia de autoridade pÚblica na análise sobre o tema da governabilidade no Brasil. Para tanto, iremos nos servir da proposta de reforma do aparelho do Estado de 1995, ou como preferimos nomeá-Ia "a proposta Bresser de reforma do Estado," por ter sido ela elaborada sob a liderança e coordenação do ex-ministro da Administração Federal e Reforma do Estado, Luiz Carlos Bresser Pereira.Trata-se de tema bastante atual. A julgar pela quantidade de notícias veiculadas diariamente pela mídia brasileira sobre a suposta "ausência da autoridade pública" em algumas regiões do país, parece-nos imensamente importante toda e qualquer investigação acadêmica que venha contribuir para um debate mais qualificado. Nosso propósito, porém, guarda alguma especificidade. Buscamos indicar que na análise sobre a temática da governabilidade deve ser considerada a qualidade da autoridade ou ordem pública do Estado em questão. No nosso caso, partimos da hipótese de que o processo incompleto de institucionalização do Estado nacional no Brasil produziu uma autoridade pública precária. Determinações históricas e políticas, internas e externas, configuraram um padrão de Estado que encontra-se permanentemente em situação de dificuldade para aplacar conflitos e dissensões em seu interior. O resultado - aquele que tentamos apontar de modo específico - é a erosão e o esgarçamento gradual de regras e princípios básicos de convivência. Sustentamos em nosso estudo que tal fenômeno não discrimina condição ou setores sociais, perpassando a sociedade brasileira de ponta a ponta. A utilização da reforma do aparelho do Estado elaborada em 1995, justifica-se pelo tratamento dado ao problema da (in) governabilidade como sendo, ao cabo, a incapacidade financeira e administrativa da "máquina" do Estado brasileiro em fazer cumprir suas determinações. A proposta de 1995 orienta-se, igualmente, pela idéia de governabilidade enquanto maior ou menor grau de inépcia no gerenciamento e estruturação ótima do Estado, o que faria com que os governos em questão apresentassem condições reduzidas (no caso de inépcia em alto grau) de legitimar-se, intermediar interesses e governar efetivamente. O expediente de tratamento endógeno da governabilidade, a saber: via aparelhagem estatal, é relativamente comum; a maior parte dos analistas insiste nesse caminho. Daí a opção que fizemos pelo estudo desse recente projeto. Propomos diferentemente a inclusão da idéia de autoridade pública para a análise do tema da governabilidade no intuito de enriquecer as discussões acerca desta Última. Assim, entendemos que o estudo da aparelhagem estatal brasileira não deve ignorar o imperativo de pensá-Ia na perspectiva de sua "operacionalização democrática". Significa enfrentar o desafio político de "dotar o Estado de instituições que se articulem com a coletividade e lhe dêem expressão adequada (em suas dimensões sociais e territoriais)". Abstract: The study we present here looks forward to higllligllt tlle importance of the use of tlle idea of public autllority in the analysis of governance in Brazil. In order to do so we will employ 1995 proposal for the reform of the State apparatus or, as we rather refer to it, "Bresser's proposal for the reform of the State", since it was elaborated and coordinated by the former secretary for Federal Administration and Reform of tlle State, Luiz Carlos Bresser Pereira. It is a very current thell1e. Judging by tlle amount of news, daily spread by Brazilian media, about the supposed "absence of public authority" in some regions of the country, ali and every acadell1ic investigation which may contribute to a better qualified debate seems hugely important in our view. Our intent, however, is quite specific. We try to point out that, in the analysis of the governance thell1e, the quality of public order and authority of tlle State in question IllUSt be taken into consideration. ln our case, we started from the hypothesis that the national State incoll1plete process of institutionalization in Brazil has produced poor public authority. Historical and political, internal and extelllal determinations have establislled a State pattern that remains in permanent difficulty to placate its conflicts and disagreelllents. The outcoll1e - the one we try to point out in an specific Illanner - is the gradual erosion and disintegration of coexistence basic rules and principies. We sustain ín our study that such phenomena does not discrill1inate social condition or sectors, going throughout Brazilian society froll1 one end to the other. The reform of the State apparatus application, elaborated in 1995, can be justified by the treatment. given to the (non)governal1ce ll1atter as being, at the end, the Brazilian State "ll1achine" financial and administrative inability to fulfill its determinations. Tlle 1995 proposal is guided, equally , by the governal1ce idea as higher or lower degree of ineptitude in the State good management and structure, which would make the govemments in question present reduced conditions (in case of high ineptitude degree) to legitimate itself, negotiate interests, and actually governo Governal1ce endogenous treatment expedient, to know: through the State apparatus, is relatively cOll1ll1on; most analysts insist on this way. Then our option of the recent project. We otherwise propose the inclusion of public authority idea to the governal1ce theme analysis in order to enrich the discussion about that one. Therefore, we understand that the study of the Brazilian State apparatus IllUSt not ignore the urge of thinking it from tlle perspective of its "democratic management". It means facing tlle political challenge of "endowing the State with institutions which interact with the totality of individuais and give it proper expression (in its social and territorial dimensions)". We believe it to be the expedient which may contribute to the governal1ce levei increase in Brazil. Analyses ofthe State pattern and public authority produced along time and history lead to this objective and suit it

Face au constat de stabilisation de l'emploi rural, malgré la concentration relative des postes dans des secteurs d'activité en déclin, nous recherchons des éléments d'explication du coté du fonctionnement local du marché du travail. La principale orientation soumet les ajustements concurrentiels à l'environnement économique et social des communautés rurales. Le cadre d'analyse est utilisé pour conduire une approche monographique sur la zone d'emploi de la Bresse bourguignonne. L'exploitation d'enquêtes directes permet de montrer que les mécanismes qui régissent l'échange en travail comportent une dimension territoriale qui contribue à structurer le marché dans l'espace. L'hétérogénéité du travail est, pour partie, le fait des conditions locales d'acquisition et de valorisation des compétences, sujettes aux pratiques paternalistes des employeurs. Cette hétérogénéité limite la transférabilité du travail et produit des discontinuités spatiales qui "segmentent" le marché
Faced with the recent stabilization in rural employment, although the jobs are relatively more concentrated in activities on the wane, we look for reasons which depend on the local labor market. The main assumption considers that the competitive adjustments are influenced by the social and economic environment of the rural community. The rural labor market is a market with specific occupational and geographical boundaries, and with rules affecting entry, movement within, and exit. Our own data show that both workers comportments and employers policies affect those dimensions and processes. The most characteristic feature depends on paternalistic practices which set up skill gaps between occupation and non competing groups between market areas

Abstract:
Neste trabalho consideramos um sistema de Bresse semilinear com dissipação do tipo friccional atuando em todas as três equações. Investigamos a existência de solução local e global. Na primeira parte obtemos o decaimento exponencial da solução. Na segunda parte obtemos dois tipos de decaimento uma polinomial e outra exponencial dependendo da não linearidade considerado no termo de dissipação.
In thiswork, we consider a dissipative semilinear Bresse systemwith frictional damping acting on all three equations. We investigated the existence of local and global solution. In the first part, we obtain exponential decay of solution. In the second part, we obtain two types of decay rates, namely, polynomial and exponential stability, depending on the nonlinearity considered in the frictional damping term.

Abstract:
Le présent travail participe à une étude de la consommation des productions agricoles et alimentaires locales dans le contexte français actuel de forte valorisation et d'engouement pour les produits dits de terroir. Il propose de mieux comprendre le statut accordé par les "consommateurs-connaisseurs" à ces aliments, en prenant comme fil d'Ariane les consommateurs de la Bresse de l'Ain (Rhône-Alpes). La thèse cherche à montrer comment l'attention du consommateur vis-à-vis de ce qu'il mange est d'autant plus soutenue, et l'aliment d'autant plus appréciable, que la proximité physique et mentale avec le produit et son système de production est grande. L'approche ethnographique met alors en évidence en quoi la consommation de cette catégorie d'aliments suppose la maîtrise d'un certain nombre de savoirs et savoir-faire, tant en terme de mode de consommation que de préparations culinaires ou d'identification du produit, connaissances qui donnent sens à l'acte d'incorporation. Elle s'attache aux pratiques et représentations autour de ces aliments, en les resituant au sein de l'ensemble du système alimentaire local et en privilégiant leur caractère dynamique. Relevant avant tout de l'intimité domestique, les productions locales peuvent néanmoins être extériorisées : les processus de mise en exposition supposent des procédures de sélection qui construisent un décalage entre alimentation privée et alimentation publique, entre "dire" et "faire". Mais en Bresse, ces processus ne prennent que rarement la forme de patrimonialisation
The present work takes part in a study concerning the consumption of local agricultural products and foodstuffs in a context of strong valorisation and fancy for these products in France. It proposes to better understand the status granted to this food by the "consumers-connoisseurs" taking the consumers from Bresse (Ain - Rhône-Alpes) as a Aradne's thread. This doctoral thesis tries to show how the attention of the consumer towards what he's eating is all the more sustained and the food all the more appreciable since the mental and physical proximity with the product and its production system is great. Therefore, the ethnographic approach underlines that consuming this sort of foodstuffs needs a certain number of knowledges and know-hows, in term of way of consumption and in cooking or product's identification. This knowledges give sense to the act of incorporation. It will deal with the practices and representation regarding these foodstuffs, by setting them within the whole local food system by favouring their dynamic aspects. The local production can be sometimes exteriorised: the processes of exhibition suppose some selection processes which create a gap between private food and public food, between "saying" and "doing". But in the Bresse area, those processes scarcely take the shape of heritage creation process

In this work we examined the existence, uniqueness and asymptotic behavior of solution for the dissipative Bresse systems. Moreover, we show some results on the optimality to the polinomial rate of decay. The formulation makes use of operators defined on Hilbert spaces and using the semigroup theory of operators we demonstrated the existence and uniqueness of the solution. For the analysis of asymptotic properties, we use results obtained by A. Borichev and Y. Tomilov [1] and Prüss [12]. The optimality is proved using a result by Fatori and Rivera [13].

O funcionamento da ETARI da Bresfor é, atualmente, uma das maiores preocu-pações da empresa, já que o seu incorreto funcionamento se traduz em desper-dício e despesas acrescidas. O presente relatório de estágio teve como principal foco o estudo e proposta de melhoria do funcionamento desta ETARI. O estágio teve a duração de 4 meses e ocorreu no período de setembro de 2015 a janeiro de 2016. Durante este período, fez-se um estudo pormenorizado da ETARI e do seu funcionamento atual. Foi analisado o modelo de tratamento im-plementado, “Modified Ludzack-Ettinger”, bem como os efluentes tratados. Foi também realizado um estudo da atual instrumentação da ETARI e dos parâme-tros de controlo a serem considerados. Por último, com base em toda a informa-ção obtida, foi elaborada uma proposta de automatização da ETARI. Para além das tarefas que visavam atingir o objetivo do trabalho de estágio, , foram ainda desenvolvidos trabalhos adicionais, que se traduziram em benefici-ações ao funcionamento da ETARI e dos impactes ambientais do processo de produção nomeadamente, foi realizado um estudo do ciclo de água da empresa e apresentada uma proposta de otimização do mesmo. A redução do consumo e desperdício de água na empresa significará uma redução da carga de efluente a ser tratado. Finalmente, foi também feito um levantamento/identificação das fugas difusas de formaldeído baseado no protocolo EPA 21 “Determination of Volatile Organic Compound Leaks”. Este foi um estudo inovador na Bresfor, de grande importân-cia, não só ao nível ambiental mas também ao económico. Este permitirá facilitar a manutenção dos equipamentos, reduzir as emissões atmosféricas de formal-deído e também reduzir o desperdício de produto, minimizando assim a conta-minação do efluente a ser tratado na ETARI.
The actual functioning model of Bresfor’s wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) is one of the biggest concerns of the company, since its malfunctioning leads to waste and added expenses for the company. This internship report had as main focus the analysis and proposal to improve the performance of the WWTP. This internship had the duration of 4 months and occurred in the period from September 2015 until January 2016. During this period, a detailed analysis of the WWTP was conducted. The implemented treatment model was studied, Modified Ludzack-Ettinger, as well as the effluents to be treated. The instrumentation and control parameters were also studied. Finally, based on all the obtained infor-mation, an automatization model was proposed. Furthermore, two additional studies were conducted, that reveled to be beneficial to the WWTP functioning. The company’s water usage mapping was studied and an optimization plan was proposed. The reduction of water consume will lead to a decrease in effluent to be treated. Finally, the identification and quantification of diffuse emissions was conducted, based on EPA 21 protocol “Determination of Volatile Organic Compound Leaks”. This was an innovative study in Bresfor, of great importance, not only at the en-vironmental level but also for the company. It will ease the maintenance of equip-ment, allow the decrease of atmospheric emissions of volatile organic com-pounds (formaldehyde) and also decrease the product waste while minimizing the contamination of the effluent to be treated by the WWTP.

The nonlinearity is present in the vertical motion equation and the dissipative mechanism is given by a thermal dissipation acting on the shear equation. Neste trabalho estudaremos o comportamento assintótico de sistemas dissipativos com aplicações à modelagem de materiais elásticos. Mais especificamente, estuda-se a existência, unicidade e comportamento assintótico de dois sistemas tipo-Bresse, um com dissipação dada pelo atrito e outro com efeitos dissipativos na fronteira. O Objetivo é estabelecer condições que assegurem a estabilidade exponencial e a polinomial do semigrupo associado. Para isso, usaremos a abordagem da teoria de semigrupos de operadores lineares de classe Co, propriedades do conjunto resolvente e do operador resolvente do gerador infinitesimal de um Co-semigrupo e técnicas multiplicativas.
In this paper we study the asymptotic behavior of dissipative systems with applications to modeling of elastic materials. More specifically, it is studied existence, uniqueness and asymptotic behavior of two type-Bresse systems, with dissipation given by friction and one with dissipative effects at the border. The goal is establish conditions that ensure the exponential stability and polynomial the semigroup associated. For this, we will use the approach of semigroup theory operators linear class Co , resolvent set property and resolving operator infinitesimal generator of a Co -semigrupo and technical multiplicative.

En el presente estudio se obtiene la existencia, unicidad de solución y el decaimiento exponencial y polinomial de la energía asociada al Sistema de Bresse Amortiguados por dos realimentaciones localmente distribuidas. Utilizaremos la teoría de semigrupos y del resolvente de un generador infinitesimal para analizar la existencia y unicidad de la solución, además cuando las velocidades de onda sean iguales se demostrará la estabilidad exponencial y si son distintas no será exponencialmente estable, pero será polinomialmente estable.

In this thesis we study models of plane beams governed by Timoshenko s hypothesis and models of curved beams governed by Bresse s hypothesis in the presence of dissipative mechanism, which act partially on the rotation function in the transverse section or on the transverse displacement ones. We realize an analytic study of these models and we show they are exponentially stable, if and only if, the velocities of wave propagations are equal. Such result is more interesting on the point of mathematical view whereas in the practice the velocities of wave propagations are never equal. We study in the general case the polynomial stability property and we show the dissipative systems are stable and, in these situations, the decay rate can be improved according to the regularity of the initial data. In the specific cases of the models of curved beams, the differential factor is in the mathematical techniques we use, which they are much more sophisticated. Finally we realize a numerical study of the dissipative models using semi-discrete and totally discrete models in finite differences, purposing to avoid the problem of shear locking and to we confirm the theoretical results developed here.
Neste trabalho estudamos modelos de vigas planas governados pelas hipóteses de Timoshenko e modelos de vigas curvas governados pelas hipóteses de Bresse, na presença de mecanismos dissipativos atuando parcialmente, quer sobre a função de rotação na seção transversal ou sobre a função de deslocamento transversal. Desenvolvemos um estudo analítico desses modelos e mostramos que eles são exponencialmente estáveis se, e somente se, as velocidades de propagações de ondas são iguais. Este resultado é interessante do ponto de vista matemático, visto que na prática as velocidades de propagações de ondas nunca são iguais. No caso geral, estudamos a propriedade de estabilidade polinomial e mostramos que os sistemas dissipativos são polinomialmente estáveis, com taxas de decaimento que podem ser melhoradas de acordo com a regularidade dos dados iniciais. Nos casos específficos dos modelos de vigas curvas, o fator diferencial reside nas técnicas matemáticas que aplicamos, as quais são muito mais sofisticadas. Finalmente realizamos um estudo numérico dos modelos dissipativos usando modelos semidiscretos e totalmente discretos em diferenças finitas, com a preocupação de se evitar o problema de trancamento no cortante e para comprovarmos os resultados teóricos desenvolvidos nesta tese.

La thèse porte essentiellement sur la stabilisation indirecte de certains systèmes d’équations couplées moyennant un seul contrôle agissant localement à l’intérieur ou sur le bord du domaine. La nature du système ainsi couplé dépend du couplage des équations et du type de l’amortissement, et ceci donne divers résultats de stabilisation (exponentielle ou polynômiale) des systèmes étudiés. D’abord, dans le cas de la stabilisation d’un système de Bresse formé de trois équations d’ondes couplées, un amortissement local de type chaleur est appliqué à une seule équation. Par une méthode fréquentielle combinée avec une méthode de multiplicateurs par morceau la décroissance exponentielle de l’énergie du système est établie sous la condition d’égalité de vitesses de propagation des ondes. Dans le cas contraire, une décroissance polynomiale est assurée. Ensuite, un système de deux équations d’ondes couplées sous l’effet d’un seul amortissement frontière appliqué à une seule équation est considéré. Dans ce cas, la stabilité du système est influencée par la nature algébrique du terme de couplage ainsi que par la nature arithmétique du quotient de vitesses de propagation des ondes. Par conséquence, différents résultats de stabilité exponentielle ou polynomiale sont établis. Une étude spectrale conduit à l’optimalité des résultats obtenus. Finalement, dans le cas de la stabilisation d’un système de deux équations d’ondes couplées, un amortissement localement distribué de type Kelvin-Voight est appliqué à une seule équation. D’abord, d’après un théorème de Hormander, un résultat d’unicité est montré et par conséquent la stabilité forte du système est assurée. Ensuite, une décroissance polynomiale de l’énergie du système est établie

Cette thèse est consacrée à l'étude de la stabilité et de la contrôlabilité de quelques systèmes localement couplés.D'abord, nous avons ètudié la stabilisation d’un système de deux équations d'ondes couplées par les termes des vitesses avec un seul amortissement localisé et sous des conditions géométriques appropriées. Pour le cas où les ondes se propageant à la même vitesse, nous avons établi un taux de décroissance exponentielle de l'énergie. Cependant, dans le cas physique naturel où les ondes ne se propagent pas à la même vitesse, nous avons montré que notre système n'est pas uniformément stable et nous avons établi le taux de décroissance polynomial optimal de l'énergie.Après, nous avons traité la contrôlabilité exacte d'un système des équations d’ondes localement couplées. L'outil principal est un résultat de A. Haraux par lequel l'inégalité d'observabilité est équivalente à la stabilité exponentielle. Plus précisément, nous avons fourni une analyse complète de la stabilité exponentielle du système dans deux espaces d'Hilbert différents et sous des conditions géométriques convenables. Ensuite, en utilisant la mèthode HUM, nous avons prouvé que le système est exactement contrôlable. Cependant, lorsque les ondes ne sont soumises qu’à un ou deux amortissements et que, dans les conditions aux bords sont de type Dirichlet-Neumann-Neumann, nous avons démontré que le système n’est pas uniformément stable. This thesis is devoted to study the stabilization and exact controllability of some locally coupled systems. First, we studied the stabilization of a system of two wave equations coupled by velocities with only one localized damping and under appropriate geometric conditions. For the case involved waves propagating at the same speed, we established the exponential energy decay rate. However, the natural physical case also entails waves that do not propagate with equal speed, in such a case, we showed that our system is not uniformly stable and we established an optimal polynomial energy decay rate.Second, we investigated the exact controllability of locally coupled wave equations. The main tool is a result of A. Haraux by which the observability inequality is equivalent to the exponential stability of the system. More precisely, we provided a complete stability analysis of the system in two different Hilbert spaces and under appropriate geometric conditions. Then, using the HUM method, we proved that the system is exactly controllable. Later, we performed numerical experiments to valid our obtained theoretical results.Last, we analyzed the stability of a Bresse system with local Kelvin-Voight damping with fully Dirichlet or Dirichlet- Neumann-Neumann boundary conditions. Here we trait several cases.In the case of three local damping, according to their properties (smoothness), we established an exponential or a polynomial energy decay rate. However, when the waves are only subjected to one or two damping and under Dirichlet-Neumann-Neumann boundary conditions, we demonstrated that the Bresse system is not uniformly stable. In this case, we established a polynomial energy decay rate.In this thesis, the frequency domain approach and the multiplier technique were used

Abstract:
La carte géologique de Lons-le-Saunier occupe une position particulière, à cheval sur les domaines jurassien et bressan. L'étude des formation plio-quaternaires bressanes, rattachées au Complexe des Marnes de Bresse a permis de mettre en évidence au sein d'un milieu sédimentaire stable de type plaine d'inondation où se déposent des matériaux de nature argilo-silteuse, la succession de trois horizons grossiers représentatifs d'épisodes sédimentaires d'énergie décroissante Graviers de Desnes, Sables du bois de Ban et Sables de Petit-Relans. Cette évolution exprime la baisse de sédimentation qui s'achévera avec l'arrêt des apports alpins. Le faisceau lédonien s'organise en compartiments étroits séparés par des accidents subméridiens. Les structures plissées rares sont représentées par des anticlinaux étroits montrant une orientation NNE-SSW oblique par rapport à la direction principale de la structuration. L'analyse des sondages profonds montre que les accidents sumbéridiens doivent être interprétés comme un système de failles inverses délimitant des panneaux chevauchants vers l'Ouest. Cette structure est l'aboutissement d'une tectonique polyphasée. Une phase distensive «oligocène» se traduit par une compartimentation selon des directions subméridiennes de l'ensemble socle-couverture. Une phase miocène de compression provoque, par l'intermédiaire des niveaux ductiles du Trias, le décollement de la couverture qui vient recouvrir la bordre occidentale du Jura externe où l'érosion à atteint par endroits les terrains primaires et vient chevaucher le tertiaire Bressan. Ce polyphasage permet d'expliquer le rejet apparent normal de certains accidents inverses et la présence au front de la nappe d'un compartiment de jurassique supérieur. L'orientation et la disposition particulière des anticlinaux par rapport aux accidents principaux peut résulter de plissements ébaucher précocement lors d'une première phase de structuration identique à celle mise en évidence dans la haute-chaîne et dans le Jura externe plus au nord.
