Abstract:
The scientific relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the family, as a unit of modern society, acts as the fundamental basis of the state’s social and legal policy, is one of the criteria for increasing the level of family values in terms of raising children, improving the so-called “parental” institution, and promoting the importance of family life. The fundamental indicator of the socio-legal development of the Russian Federation at the present stage is the guarantee of the safety of children and adolescents. In turn, this is a manifestation of the preventive function of the state in the person of the relevant internal affairs bodies. Understanding the essence of law enforcement preventive activities has an important purpose, since the task of preventing delinquency among adolescents must be systematically effective. Otherwise, it makes no sense to actively work in the search for effective means in the fight against antisocial manifestations. The need to strengthen preventive measures of educational impact is increasing every day. The child must be aware and feel the protection of his constitutional rights and freedoms. Scientific studies have shown the need for legal education of children through the state mechanism of influence, taking into account the characteristics of educational institutions, age qualification and home conditions in which the child is brought up. In this case, the positive dynamics will be observed only by the integrated approach of all state bodies represented by the three branches of government (legislative, executive and judicial), using the experience of the European powers with the subsequent unification of international law.

Abstract:
Bullying is seen as a variant of aggression. Natural interconnections between contents of teenagers’ fears, anxiety and aggression are analyzed. The longitudinal research results are presented, in the framework of which four consecutive measures of anxiety and the following aggressiveness indexes of 70 6th form pupils, and then 7th form ones are compared. It is being clarified, to what extent aggressive behavior risk is related to animosity as a negative notional attitude of an individual. Hostility stably and positively correlates with school, self-esteem, interpersonal and mystical anxiety among teenagers. Social situation of uncertainty, connected to constant transformation of social norms, exerts heavy influence. According to research results, greatly isolated schoolchildren stand out in each class. It is them, who, according to the expert teachers assessment and included to observational results, are victims to aggressors as well as to “onlookers”, who take positions of passive aggressors. Victims are stably overly anxious, possess high level of hostility and are inclined to protective aggression in behavior. Their further transformation into aggressors can be safely assumed. Socializing in tourist march also targets the adolescent and the group. Skills and habits, as well as rules assimilated by adolescents in tourist march, will be effective in any other social sphere. Tourist activities including tourism marches are very attractive, and those who practice them are convinced of their benefits, including socializing. The social, economic and environmental aspects of the young people of the last years impose the necessity to use the pedagogical potential of the tourism marches, for the formation of the collectivism, the mutual assistance and the activity in the group and other social skills necessary for the adolescents. Thus, these aspects give us the possibility to mention that, the tourism marches have an enormous psychological and pedagogical potential for the socialization of adolescents. Abstract:
With the continuous satisfaction of material life, teenagers’ physical health has been generally improved, and all aspects of competition have posed a challenge to teenagers’ mental health. Therefore, both at the family level and at the school level, teenagers’ mental health education has been paid more and more attention. The school cooperative education model came into being, which has had an important impact on the mental health education of teenagers. Family education is the first level of education for teenagers. Parents’ role model, family education concept, and education model all play a key role in the development of children’s mental health. Based on this, this paper will focus on optimizing the home-school cooperation strategy, further clarify the main responsibilities of the school, teachers, and parents in the home-school cooperation education in the strategy, establish and improve the home-school cooperation mechanism based on this, and focus on the cultivation of parents’ mental health education and teachers’ mental health guidance professional skills in this process. Based on the current situation of network home-school mental health coordination and mental health education, this study takes teenagers as the research object, aiming at the common psychological problems in learning, social adaptation, and interpersonal communication, and tries to study the problems of promoting teenagers’ mental health from the perspective of integrity and development. The developed home-school collaboration method is to verify that the network home-school collaboration method is more effective than the traditional home-school collaboration method in promoting the mental health development of primary school students, so as to provide a reference for the theory and practice of home-school collaboration under the network environment to carry out mental health education. According to the corresponding network information intelligent algorithm, this paper constantly adjusts the coordination strategy between family and school and guides teenagers to internalize the corresponding excellent behaviour into their own habits. In the experimental part, the psychological assistance treatment scheme proposed in this paper is verified and analysed. The experimental results show that the psychological assistance treatment program for adolescents proposed in this paper has obvious effects. School education has a special mental health counseling center and special psychological teachers, which can carry out mental health education more scientifically. The unity and cooperation between family education and school education can combine the educational power of parents and schools to fully develop the mental health of teenagers.

Abstract:
In the context of physical activity and sport, perfectionism and the regular practice of physical activity are related to psychological well-being and the regulation of psychological resources necessary for adaptation to effort and satisfaction. At the same time, the most active students are also those who show greater appetites for physical education classes. The goal of this work was to identify the influence of perfectionist beliefs and the regularity of the practice of physical exercise on psychological well-being. The participants were adolescents (n = 436) aged between 14 and 19 years (M = 16.80, SD = .77). They were administered the Multidimensional Perfection Scale, the Psychological Wellbeing Scale, the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQv2), and a sociodemographic questionnaire. The results showed, under a non-random and transversal design, that the participants gave important value to physical exercise because they feel both active and vigorous. Regarding perfectionism, the functional aspects of perfectionism (expectations of achievement and organization) correlated positively, while the dysfunctional aspects (fear of committing errors and external expectations) did so negatively with the importance given to physical exercise performed by adolescents; this in turn positively predicted psychological well-being. In this way, the hypothesized model contemplated the relevance of the included variables and reflected the mediation of the degree of importance given to the practice of physical exercise on perfectionist beliefs and psychological well-being. Currently, most physical activity practice proposals for adolescents focus on federated and structured environments for competition, and those that deal with recreational and health-oriented sports are far less common. Hence, "the perfect way of doing sports" for a teenager should be accompanied by cognitive schemes aimed at strengthening psychological resources that allow the regulation of beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.

Abstract:
Purpose of the study: Bullying is considered as a form of aggression. As opposed to accidental quarrel or fight, bullying is intentional aggressive behaviour demonstrated regularly. Aggressive actions that teenagers below the age of criminal responsibility take at school cause a public outcry. At the same time, developmental psychologists point out problems of self-esteem and forming self-concept typical of modern 5th and 6th graders. We analyze the relationship between the content of teenagers’ fears, anxiety and aggressiveness. Methodology: The methodological basis of the research lies both in the concepts of the Buss-Perry psychology of aggression and the psychology of anxiety by А. M. Prikhozhan. Anxiety scale for schoolchildren aged 10—12. Buss-Perry method BPAQ. Perfectionism questionnaire – the Russian version of the АРS-R scale. Principal Findings: We identified highly isolated students in each class. According to the data of participant observation and teachers’ expert evaluations, they become victims of aggressors as well as those of “observers” who take the position of passive aggressors. The “outcasts” are usually overanxious, demonstrate a high level of hostility and tend to be aggressive in their behaviour. There are good reasons to suppose that they’ll turn into aggressors in the future. Applications of this study: We developed, tested and implemented a psychological support programme for adolescents and preadolescents. The psychological support programme is aimed at working with both victims and aggressors. Similarly essential is the work with “observers” who take the position of passive aggressors. Novelty of this study: According to the results of the research, all members of a social group participate in bullying to different extents. Fears of bullies are related to confirmation of their relatively high status in the social group. Concerns of victims are connected with the financial position of their families.

Abstract:
(1) Background: Teenagers (in particular, females) suffering from eating disorders report being not satisfied with their physical aspect and they often perceive their body image in a wrong way; they report an excessive use of websites, defined as PRO-ANA and PRO-MIA, that promote an ideal of thinness, providing advice and suggestions about how to obtain super slim bodies. (2) Aim: The aim of this review is to explore the psychological impact of pro-ana and pro-mia websites on female teenagers. (3) Methods: We have carried out a systematic review of the literature on PubMed. The search terms that have been used are: “Pro” AND “Ana” OR “Blogging” AND “Mia”. Initially, 161 publications were identified, but in total, in compliance with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 studies have been analyzed. (4) Results: The recent scientific literature has identified a growing number of Pro Ana and Pro Mia blogs which play an important role in the etiology of anorexia and bulimia, above all in female teenagers. The feelings of discomfort and dissatisfaction with their physical aspect, therefore, reduce their self-esteem. (5) Conclusion: These websites encourage anorexic and bulimic behaviors, in particular in female teenagers. Attention to healthy eating guidelines and policies during adolescence, focused on correcting eating behavioral aspects, is very important to prevent severe forms of psychopathology with more vulnerability in the perception of body image, social desirability, and negative emotional feedback.

Abstract:
This article was prepared for teachers working with children and teenagers. It presents views concerning psychology of education in order to contribute to a long and animated discussion about education and its development paths. The psychological reference in education is a rarity at present, which may be due to abundant and very broad European curricula, which in turn, results in teachers concentrating on instilling the knowledge, but forgetting about educating children. The paper discusses the aspects of shaping the entrepreneurial attitudes at school, but also on a number of other factors that can affect education of young people. Studying psychological aspects of teenagers’ education allows for specifying how this crucial issue should be handled. The presented conclusions should further enliven discussions on the entrepreneurship at school by introducing a point of view of psychologist who understands educating mechanism differently than a teacher. However, the problems presented in this article cannot be resolved only through a discussion. Certain actions by authorities are required in addition to a change in teachers’ mentality who when teaching entrepreneurship should enforce it by their own entrepreneurial attitude. A prime conclusion, which can be drawn after reading this article, explicitly determines entrepreneurship not as a field of knowledge, but personality trait, which knows how to use certain information.

Abstract:
Teenagers are people who are very consumptive in using their pocket money. A teenager's financial expenditure is influenced by the teenager's own desire to spend it. One of the causes is the influence of peers and the lifestyle they live. Managing finances since adolescence is an important thing to do, but there are still many teenagers who have not been able to manage their finances properly. This can happen because of the psychological aspects of teenagers who are just growing up and influences from outside themselves. The purpose of this financial management socialization activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of youth in managing personal finances effectively. The methods used in community service activities are mediation, socialization and training on the use of applications. The result of this activity is an increase in adolescent knowledge regarding how to manage finances. There is also an increase in knowledge related to data in investing in adolescents.

Compared with their forerunners, the modern teenagers experience adolescence and solve age problems in different way, and face other social risks. The representations of situations of social and psychological adjustment and maladjustment also differ in some aspects. The article discusses the factors which influence the adolescence in modern conditions: spread of the Internet, lack of public demand for a certain desired life trajectory of a growing teenager, high social tension and uncertainty, changes in the structure and essence of the family concept; blurred teenagers identity in the context of variety of identification options. These factors affect the development of the resources available to teenagers and their use of them, which social risks they are exposed to, and what forms of deviant behavior they show. Such changes in the social environment of adolescent development and, as a consequence, in the experiencing adolescence, allow to check and revise the existing representations of the teen age problems.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of overcoming the risks of digital socialization in the context of the ideas of adolescents and teachers about the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment. The relevance of addressing the topic is due to the need to develop a regional model for the prevention of bullying, which requires the study of deficits and resources in the professional position of teaching staff. The purpose of the article is to show the possibilities of professional reflection to reduce the contradiction between the significance of bullying problems for teenagers and the unpreparedness of pedagogical teams to effectively respond to this problem. The article contains the results of empirical studies – data from the annual socio-psychological testing of adolescents in the Saratov region (90,422 students), exploring problems that reduce the psychological stability of youth – aggressive manifestations in the teenage environment as well as an analysis of teachers’ ideas about the causes, participants and prevention of bullying and cyberbullying (125 people). The article focuses on actually available and desirable strategies for teachers to respond to aggression in the teenage environment. The conclusions indicate that the collective moderation of the problem allows us to identify the components of the school’s anti-bullying strategy, the study defines the need for including response skills in the bullying situation in continuing education programs for teachers.

The authors analyze such aspects as behavioral disorders of teenagers with intellectual incapacity, heightened victimization as predisposition of teenagers with intellectual incapacity to becoming a victim of crime, or personal traits of teenagers of this category determining victim behavior. The novelty of the conducted research consists in identification of personal factors of victim behavior of teenagers with intellectual incapacity, expressed by combination of personal traits determining the behavioral type of a victim. The dominant personal factors include emotional, volitional, and behavioral. As a result of regression and correlation analysis, the author determines the direct close interrelation between the emotional and behavioral factors; direct moderate connection between volitional and behavioral factors; and reversed moderate connection between emotional and volitional factors. The acquired data allowed determining personal traits of the active and passive victims. An active victim is characterized with high level of frustration, impulsiveness and low level of self-control. A passive victim is characterized with high level of anxiety, insecurity and helplessness that form low self-esteem. Among the teenagers with intellectual incapacity such traits exceed the boundaries more often than among neurotypical age mates, which substantiates the presence of risk factors affecting their psychological security and lead to disorientation in social environment.

Abstract:
AbstractOne of the psychological responses to audiovisual fictions that has been receiving more attention recently is appreciation, defined as a reflexive eudaimonic gratification obtained from a meaningful entertainment mode. Appreciation is the perception that the media experience has a profound meaning, has taught or revealed something. This study seeks to advance on the understanding of appreciation by youngsters. It translates and adapts the Oliver and Bartsch’s questionnaire for teenagers of three European countries. A total of 213 Italians, 55 Spaniards and 42 Germans watched a drama film and immediately afterwards answered the questionnaire. The results of confirmatory factor analysis suggest the existence of four first-order factors for each country. The multi-group analysis shows the questionnaire is not invariant across groups. Thus, the concept of appreciation in its current formulation is not universal. Instead, it seems to be dependent on the cultural aspects of the audience. This article discusses the implications of such results for the understanding of appreciation and of teenagers’ media responses. It also reports mean comparisons for the invariant parameters.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the discovery of the problem of diagnosing psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities in younger teenagers in a recreational institution. The author argues that the wellness period in children's recreational facilities is the most favourable period for the development of creativity in younger adolescents, as they get new experiences in a new environment, they become more independent and active communication allows them to reveal their personality fully. It is during the holidays that the number of regulations decreases, and more conditions are created to stimulate the creative development of the child. In the article are presented the views of different scientists on the definition of the concepts of "barrier", "psychological barrier", "creative abilities", examined the types of psychological barriers in creative activity. Accordingly, it has been found that sufficient material has been accumulated in psychology to study psychological barriers to creative activity, reflecting various aspects of this topic, but the problem of diagnosing these barriers in adolescence has not been fully addressed. Therefore, as part of the study developed a questionnaire diagnosed with psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities of younger adolescents, taking into account the conditions of children in the recreational facility. Thus, it was found that the younger adolescents are dominated by a moderate degree of expressiveness of psychological barriers, the most pronounced is "self-doubt", "limited opportunities", "no interest", "uncertainty of self-interest", "fear of making a mistake", "fear of the difficulty." It has also been found that younger teenagers have such personality traits as obstacles to self-expression and the use of non-standard solutions as timidity, anxiety, and self-doubt. These traits are the conditions for the emergence of psychological barriers in the situation of involving children in creative activities in order to develop their creative abilities.

Determination of the correction of dental and maxillary apparatus anomalies was performed by calculating the relevant part of the ICON index, calculating the evaluation of the results. The quality of life of adolescents was assessed using the OHIP-14 quality of life questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed after consolidation of results using the application package Statistica 10.0 (StatSoft, Inc., USA) and Microsoft Office Excel 2010. Results and discussion. Many studies in the field of psychology have determined that self-esteem is a core characteristic of the individual and together with the level of claims is a regulator of human activity and significantly affects its development. The result of self-esteem depends on how a person evaluates his/her success in joint activities where he/she is a member. This is especially true for teenagers and adolescence. The most important aspect of impaired quality of life in patients of this subgroup were problems of psychological and social nature, issues of external attractiveness, which prevailed even over the physical aspects of the impact, which is quite typical of adolescence. In patients with moderate orthodontic treatment there was a statistically significant improvement on the scales of psychological discomfort (from 6.4±0.6 points to 3.96±0.6 points; p <0.05), psychological disability (from 6.5±0.5 points to 2.18±0.5 points; p <0.05) and social disability (from 5.4±0.5 points to 3.36±0.5 points; p <0.05). Patients in this group after solving problems related to the aesthetics of the smile, as well as discomfort during communication, felt greater psychological comfort, relief in interaction with others and peers. There was a noteworthy shift of accentuation in such patients from problems with appearance to study and active social life. Among patients with severe orthodontic treatment, the most pronounced dynamics was observed on all scales of dental quality of life: on the scale of masticatory dysfunction (from 5.7±1.0 points to 3.12±1.0 points; p <0.05), physical pain (from 7.5±0.7 points to 2.01±0.7 * points; p <0.05), psychological discomfort (from 7.9±0.6 points to 3.48±0.6 points; p <0.05) physical disability (from 7.7±0.5 points to 3.20±0.5 points; p <0.05), psychological disability (from 7.5±0.4 points to 3.41±0.5 points; p <0.05). Conclusion. According to the study results, the success of orthodontic treatment (indicators of severity and effectiveness of orthodontic treatment according to the ISO index) directly correlated with the level of quality of life (r = 0.62; p <0.05)

Abstract:
Adolescence is a stage of life that begins, according to specialists, around the age 13-14 and can extend even until 20 years old. The end of adolescence marks the beginning of maturity and the transition to adulthood. This period is characterised by a series of obstacles, whereby psychological and behavioural imbalances are often identified. For teenagers, showing off, being different and impressing their friend groups are common. As a result, alcohol use is one of the many options adolescents may choose to reach such "performance." Many of them are nonchalant regarding alcohol use and consider drinking a temporary phase with no consequences. Others have deeper knowledge about drinking, but don’t apply them. In this paper, I will highlight some aspects on perception and behaviour in adolescents regarding alcohol use, which were analysed based on an interview applied to teenagers in several high schools in Suceava County. I will also detail the strategies and possibilities of prevention to reduce this phenomenon among adolescents.

Background. The relationship between teenager girls with idiopathic scoliosis and their mothers may be a source of mental strain during complex restorative treatment.Aim of the study. To assess the mother-daughter relationship of adolescent girls with severe idiopathic scoliosis.Materials and methods. The experimental group consisted of 30 women with teenager daughters diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis of the 4th degree. The control group included 30 women with teenager daughters with no orthopedic pathology. The questionnaire “Diagnostic of parental relationship” (Varga and Stolin) and the methodology “Teenagers on their parents” (Schafer, Mateychik, and Rzhichan) were used as research methods. Results and discussion. General and specific characteristics of the mother-daughter relationship in families of adolescent girls with idiopathic scoliosis and families of healthy girls were identified. Mothers of girls with idiopathic scoliosis and mothers of girls with o orthopedic disorder demonstrated a pronounced positive attitude to their daughters. Mothers of daughters with idiopathic scoliosis, in contrast to mothers of healthy daughters, were more likely to actively cooperate with their daughters in various aspects of life, including treatment. We investigated the mother-daughter relationship and how to assess this relationship with adolescent girls. Emotionally, non-judgmental acceptance of a daughter with severe idiopathic scoliosis is perceived by the daughter as the mother's desire for an emotionally close and trusting relationship. The attitude of the mother regarding an ill daughter as a failure will be perceived as hostility manifested as strict control by the mother. The mother's attitude to a healthy daughter manifesting as overprotection is perceived by adolescent girls as an authoritarian attitude by the mother. Conclusion: General and specific characteristics of the mother-daughter relationship in families of adolescent girls with idiopathic scoliosis and families of healthy adolescent girls were revealed. In the context of complex surgical treatment, preventive measures are necessary to address psychological difficulties in adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issue of psychological characteristics of one-parent families. The family, in which a child is brought by one parent, now is becoming an important independent object of socio-psychological research. According to authors’ opinion, the subject of importance is not only the specifics of individual psychologi- cal characteristics of single-parent families, but also the interaction of these impor- tant characteristics. The authors chose the following socio-psychological variables for investigation: the mother’s perception of psychological well-being of her child, the nature of her coping strategies and style of upbringing. The authors revealed a variety of social and psychological characteristics of single-parent families. Thus, the parent strategy of positive reformulation of problems is involved as a way to see the positive aspects of the situation in the family and the relationship with the child on case of the lack of consistency in style of education and lack of inhibitions; and active coping strategies — with a focus on promotion rather than punishment in the child's behavior regulation. Abstract:
The present research featured the psychological characteristics of the young people who migrated from Transcaucasia and Central Asia. These two groups proved to share such aspects as nepotism and patriarchy, but the specifics of victim behavior were different. The psychodiagnostics tools included O. O. Andronnikova’s methodology for victim behavior propensity and M. A. Odintsova’s questionnaire of role victimization. The study sample consisted of 122 teenagers from families that came to Russia from Transcaucasia (60 people) and Central Asia (62 people). All the respondents studied in schools of the KhantyMansi Autonomous Okrug (Yugra). Teenagers from Transcaucasia were more prone to aggressive, self-destructive, and selfharming behavior, while those from Central Asia were more prone to uncritical and realized type of victim behavior. Teenagers from Transcaucasia assumed the play role of a victim, while students from Central Asia assumed the social role of the victim. The victim profile of teenage migrants from Transcaucasia was characterized by a direct relationship between the propensity to realize the victim play role and active victim behavior; a direct relationship between the propensity to realize the victim play role and aggressive type of victimization the inverse relationship between social victimization role and passive type of victim behavior. Teenagers from Central Asia demonstrated the statistical significance of the relationship between the social role of the victim and the passive type of victimization. In addition, the study revealed an inverse relationship between the social role of the victim and the propensity for an active type of victim behavior.

Abstract:
The article is based on the materials of foreign sources and discusses the current trends in the relationship of adolescents and their parents. The following problems are discussed: influence of upbringing styles and parental attitudes on various aspects of psychological development of adolescents; contribution of relationships with parents and peers into social and personality development in adolescence; peculiarities of teenagers’ attachments to parents; child-parent conflicts. The recent studies of family education and its influence on psychological development confirm the positive role of authoritative parenting style, the negative impact of rigid parenting style on adolescent aggression and so on. It is shown that excessive parental control does not contribute to the development of self-esteem and increases self-criticism in adolescent girls. In relatively new researches devoted to "technoference" the negative impact of technical means (phone, gadgets) on interaction between parents and children is shown. The article stresses the importance of attachment to parents in adolescence; the role of the quality of attachment in formation of autonomy; capacity to solve problems and cope with difficulties associated with Internet addiction; aggression and school performance. The article also presents studies of positive and negative aspects of the impact of conflict with parents on the personality development of adolescents, gender differences in behavior during the conflict between mother and father, the contribution of marital conflicts to psychological development in adolescence.

Abstract:
The article analyzes foreign data on the characteristics of the psychological profile of the digital generation and counter-actions of employers, as representatives of previous generations, in order to understand and develop a common language in contacts. The authors consider this multi-level interconnectedness in a space-time structure that combines the educational system and the labour market. For the first time, it is proposed to apply the term of the forward request to the interpretation of the work of this design on the principle of feedback. The material proposed for discussion is differentiated into blocks: a general idea of the psychological portrait of teenagers and youth of the generation; forwarding requests to the educational system from employers and professionals (in the sought-after areas of professional sports, business, tourism, medical and social services); resources to shape the competencies of the generation Z; certain aspects of the topic. The article reveals a number of topical points (assistant ego, prenosological diagnostics, status assessment tools). In conclusion, it is intended to recognize the need to "refine" personal socio-psychological deficits in order to alleviate the difficulties of integrating young people into the workforce.

Abstract:
The authors ground the necessity to clarify the terminological and phenomenological specifics of the terms: “self-fulfillment”, “personal development”, “self-development”. The attention is drawn to the formal usage of these terms in the pedagogical science and the ambiguous interpretations by different scientific schools of psychology. The research of the manifestation of self-fulfillment and personal development is performed based on a selection of 126 teenagers, engaging the “Personal growth” scales from the methods of psychological well-being by C. Ryff, the “Personal growth” scales from the methods of “Life aspirations” by E.Deci, R.Ryan, as well as the author’s method of directivity to self-fulfillment and method to reveal the significance by V.Y, Kotlyakov. For the first time the authors’ questionnaire to measure the self-development in different life spheres is employed. The analysis of the empirical results allows to make a grounded statement that the contemporary teenagers have a prevailing egocentric directivity of self-fulfillment and reveals as well the importance of the interest to the moral aspects of being and the interiorized values of personal growth for the harmonious self-fulfillment of the teenager.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to an urgent problem of modern society – the phenomenon of self-harming behavior among teenagers. Understanding the nature of the emergence of self-damaging behavior acts, the factors that are the catalyst for these actions, is beyond doubt, since awareness of this issue will help the psychologist to identify the target constructs for further practical work. The main aspects of the concept of self-harming behavior, the causes and factors of occurrence were analyzed. The psychological characteristics of adolescence and the crisis of growing up were explained as one of the main factors in the development of self-harming behavior. It was determined that the psychological characteristics of adolescence together with external factors complicate the process of forming adaptive strategies with the environment. Self-injurious behavior is the result of the adolescent's search for interaction with his own «I», and, as a result, difficulties arise in the formation of a subjective position and adequate ideas about himself. Among teenagers who commit acts of self-damaging behavior, the mechanisms for the occurrence of these actions have been determined, namely, there are observed violations of emotional regulation, as well as high level of internal conflict, which is accompanied by a heightened sense of guilt. Analisis of the questionnaire was based on the results of 3 groups of children were identified: the first – with the up-to-date experience of self-harming behavior, the second – with a penchant to self-harming behavior and the third – not inclined to self-harm. Thus, the distribution will help the psychologist to select the most effectively corrective program and provide psychological assistance with such requests. A comparative analysis was made between the choice of the method of self-harm and the tendency to such behavior. It was determined that somatic acts of self-harm are characteristic all groups of adolescents and are perceived by them as a bad habit. It was found that the leading reasons for committing acts of self-harm for all groups of adolescents is desire to calm dawn, to pull oneself together, to cope with emotions. It was detected that such indicators complicate the formation of adequate ideas of self perception and become a threat in the formation of the subjective position, and have a destructive effect on the planning of teenager`s own life activity.

Abstract:
The children and adolescents of today’s generation are growing up in a media-saturated world. Digital media use has become the most common sedentary leisure time activity among children and adolescents. In the past decade, the development of mobile and digital technologies has taken place at such a rapid rate that researchers have had difficulties reporting evidence within limited timeframes. Growing evidence indicates that screen media usage by teenagers and pre-adolescents has deleterious ramifications on mental wellbeing. In addition to the benefits of screen media for exposure to a wide range of information and quick communication, the use of screen media has been correlated with adverse physical, psychological and social health consequences. This study focuses on the increasing use of screen media and their consequences on the various aspects of mental health of adolescents and preadolescents.

Abstract:
Introduction. In Russia, as in the world as a whole, the problem of orphanhood is quite acute. One of its aspects is finding teenagers in the system of primary and secondary prevention of orphanhood. The concentration on this particular age period is explained by the peculiarities of age, which turn out to be an additional factor in the activation of psychological trauma received by adolescents in childhood. Obstacles to the formation of a harmonious socialized personality of teenager orphans are not effectively addressed by the state, primarily due to the lack of an integrated approach. Materials and methods. The main research method is problem analysis, which made it possible to assess the nature of the problem, its causes and find a possible solution in accordance with the set goal. Within the framework of this method, a cause-and-effect method was used, which included such processes as an analysis of theoretical sources, legislative base, state statistics data, the nature of the functioning of the system for preventing orphanhood, as well as a comparative analysis of the situation in the prevention of orphanhood in Russia and abroad. Results and discussion. Children in the prevention system experience deprivation of maternal-child relationships. It leads to aggression, self-doubt, lack of trust in adults, and other characteristics. The situation is aggravated in critical teen age. As a result, a personality develops with emotional, personality, behavioral disorders and socialization problems. Psychocorrectional work becomes critically important, that at the moment does not solve the problem. New technologies are not considered, although the accumulated scientific knowledge makes it possible to do this, including using group methods, in particular, theatrical activities. The range of advantages that this approach gives, first of all, filling the life of teenagers with meaning, allows solving a number of problems in the educational process. At the same time, the activation of the volunteer movement with the support of the state could speed up the solution of this problem.
