Full textIn 2005 a new recommendation was implemented, IAS 36 "Impairment of intangible assets". The Swedish translation of the recommendation is RR 17. The previous treatment of impairment of goodwill was to amortize it over a certain amount of years. In order for a company to make impairment, they had to estimate the decrease in value of goodwill to be permanent. The new recommendation RR 17 on the other hand states that goodwill should be impaired as soon as an indication of impairment loss is revealed. This implies that the new recommendation shows the fair value of goodwill. Our problem description is; how does the impairment procedure of goodwill in companies applying RR 17 look like?
In order to reach the purpose of this study, which is to understand the impairment procedure of goodwill, we used four sub questions; (1) How does goodwill arise? (2) How is goodwill divided between cash generating units? (3) How do stock listed business combinations in accordance with RR 17 estimate whether an impairment loss of goodwill exist or not, in cases where goodwill exist, how is it impaired? (4) How is goodwill revalued and how often?
The study has mainly taken a hermeneutic approach because we strive to understand the impairment procedure of goodwill. We conducted a qualitative study, with semi- structured interviews. Four companies, which operate in somewhat different branches, were chosen in order to get a diversified illustration of different business areas and see if there were any differences between them.
Our central concepts present general accounting principles as well as accounting principles handling impairment of goodwill, which helps the reader to receive a better understanding of the essential concepts concerning the impairment procedure of goodwill. In the analysis we connect our empirical findings with the central concepts in order to discover more dimensions of the impairment procedure of goodwill.
The result from our interviews showed that the companies follow the recommendation RR 17. However we could identify some differences between the companies, which we believe are due to the fact that the companies operate in different business areas and are therefore faced with somewhat diverse risks. Further we could link the differences to be correlated to the mindsets and demands of the companies’ auditors.
Finally we want to make the reader aware of the fact that the recommendation RR 17 has so far only been applied in an economic boom and therefore when we conducted this study the need to impair goodwill was very small.

Full text[HNF1B is an epithelial specific homeobox transcription factor expressed in kidney and frequently mutated in patients who suffer from Congenital Anomalies of the Kidney and the Urinary Tract (CAKUT). HNF1B is a bookmarking factor since it remains tightly bound to mitotic chromatin and plays an essential role in reprogramming gene expression after the typical global chromosome condensation that occurs at mitosis. In order to understand the possible function played by HNF1B I characterized its interacting partners. With a Yeast-2-Hybrid screen here we showed that HNF1B interacts with BTBD2 (BTB Domain Containing 2), a dimeric protein that, in turn, is known to bind to Topoisomerase 1 (TOP1). BTBD2 is localized in the cytoplasm, whereas TOP1 and HNF1B are both nuclear proteins. Interestingly, I showed that the interaction between these three partners occurs specifically at mitosis, when the nuclear envelope breakdown leads to the typical mitotic transient loss of nuclear/cytoplasm compartmentalization. In addition, I have developed and validated a novel non aqueous crosslinking (NAQC) procedure that allows to circumvent the typical artefactual drawbacks of of the use of formaldehyde in water that is normally used in ChIP. With this novel methodology, I showed here that HNF1B very efficiently binds to mitotic chromatin in a sequence specific way. This study discloses a novel mechanistic perspective involving TOP1 and its possible recruitment to specific HNF1B bookmarked sites. This may play an essential role during mitotic exit for a rapid and efficient postmitotic target gene reactivation

Full textThe irradiation of human blood is used to avoid the TA-GVHD (transfusion-associated graft-versus-host-disease), a rare but devastating adverse effect of leukocytes present in blood components for a immunocompetent transfusion recipients. Usually this irradiation practice is performed to a physical elimination of leukocytes. The implementation of the procedures will assure that the properly dose in a range of 25 Gy to 50 Gy will be delivered to the blood in the bag collected in a blood tissue bank. The studies of the procedures in order to establish a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) were developed under the guidelines of the standard ISO 11137 Sterilization of health care products Requirements for validation and routine control Radiation sterilization. In this work, two dosimetric systems were used for dose mapping during the studies of irradiator qualification, loading pattern, irradiation process validation and auditing. The CaSO4:Dy dosimeter presented difficulties concerning to uncertainty on dose measurement, stability, traceability and calibration. The PMMA and Gafchromic dosimetric systems have shown a better performance and were adopted on studies of irradiators qualification that are necessary to implementation of GMP. The irradiation tests have been done in a Gammacell 220 irradiator. The developed procedures can be adapted for different kinds of gamma irradiators, allowing implanting a quality assurance program and a GMP for blood irradiation.

Full textEste trabalho teve como objetivo incentivar a implantaÃÃo de tÃcnicas de gerenciamento e procedimentos de boas prÃticas de laboratÃrio junto a Rede Brasileira de LaboratÃrios - REBLAS a partir da avaliaÃÃo de diagnÃstico situacional, a qual foi realizada atravÃs da aplicaÃÃo de questionÃrios em laboratÃrios de instituiÃÃes pÃblicas de ensino superior e pesquisa na Ãrea da saÃde em quatro capitais brasileiras. Metodologia: A pesquisa de campo foi realizada atravÃs de visitas em laboratÃrios de instituiÃÃes de ensino superior e pesquisa para diagnosticar a situaÃÃo dos mesmos por meio de entrevistas com aplicaÃÃo de questionÃrios. O tamanho da amostra foi estabelecido em cinqÃenta (50) pesquisadores, distribuÃdos em instituiÃÃes de ensino e pesquisa de quatro (04) capitais brasileiras. Em cada instituiÃÃo foram selecionados laboratÃrios e identificados os pesquisadores responsÃveis para serem entrevistados. Em seguida foi elaborado um diagnÃstico situacional dos laboratÃrios atravÃs dos quais foram comparados modelos de boas prÃticas de laboratÃrio previamente existentes na literatura com aqueles dos laboratÃrios entrevistados, os quais foram avaliados e conduzidos sob sigilo absoluto, de modo a manter a integridade dos laboratÃrios e instituiÃÃes em questÃo. Resultados: atravÃs do diagnÃstico situacional dos laboratÃrios foram desenvolvidos modelos de procedimentos de boas prÃticas de laboratÃrio e garantia da qualidade (procedimentos operacionais padrÃo e formulÃrios), os quais poderÃo ser implantados e implementados em laboratÃrios de instituiÃÃes pÃblicas de ensino superior e pesquisa existente no Brasil. ConclusÃo: As concepÃÃes teÃricas que fundamentaram a dissertaÃÃo foram analisadas e comparadas com as pesquisas teÃricas e de campo e viabilizaram a escolha e elaboraÃÃo de tÃcnicas de gerenciamento e procedimentos padronizados em funÃÃo do diagnÃstico situacional dos laboratÃrios entrevistados. Isso poderà refletir na comunidade cientÃfica uma confiabilidade em decorrÃncia da implantaÃÃo de procedimentos e tÃcnicas padronizadas e no futuro permitirà que os laboratÃrios possam ser credenciados na - REBLAS, conferindo seguranÃa aos pesquisadores, bem como, reprodutibilidade dos resultados.
To make possible the implantation of management techniques and good practice of laboratory on the Brazilian Net of Laboratories - REBLAS from an evaluation of diagnosis, for the application of questionnaires in laboratories of public institutions of superior education and health research, in four Brazilian capitals. Methodology: The research was carried through visits in laboratories of institutions of superior education and health research, to diagnosis the situation of them by interviews with application of questionnaires. The size of the sample was in fifty (50) researchers, distributed in institutions of education and research of four (04) Brazilian capitals. In each institution had been selected a laboratories and identified the responsible researchers to be interviewed. After that, a diagnosis of the situation of the laboratories was elaborated, and been compared with previously existing models of good practice of laboratory in literature, which had been evaluated and lead under absolute secrecy, in order to keep the integrity of the laboratories and institutions in question. Results: through the diagnosis of the laboratories were developed models of good practice of laboratory and quality warranty (operational procedures standard and forms), which could be implanted and be implemented in laboratories of institutions of existing health education and research in Brazil. Conclusion: The theoretical conceptions that had based the study had been analyzed and compared with the theoretical research and on field and had made possible the choice and elaboration of management techniques and standardized procedures in function of the diagnosis of the interviewed laboratories. This will be able to reflect trust in the scientific community through the implantation of procedures and standardized techniques and in the future those laboratories may be credential in the REBLAS, conferring security to the researchers, as well as, credibility of the results.

Full textBien que les stratégies de gestion du risque et de l'incertitude soient de plus en plus reconnues comme une dimension critique de l’aménagement des ressources naturelles, leur mise en œuvre reste encore à développer. Cependant la gravité du risque, les dommages potentiels qui y sont associés ainsi que sa probabilité d’occurrence demeurent souvent méconnus. Cette étude analyse différentes stratégies de gestion des risques utilisées dans la planification de l’aménagement forestier. Nous avons évalué des stratégies qui pouvaient protéger le niveau de récolte face aux risques de feu. Un modèle d'optimisation et de simulation a été conçu pour évaluer l'impact du risque de feu sur les calculs de possibilité forestière dans un contexte d’aménagement écosystémique de la zone boréale de la province de Québec au Canada. Nous avons comparé deux stratégies de mitigation des impacts. La stratégie dans laquelle les coûts d’une prime d'assurance sont pris en compte s’est révélée relativement meilleure que celle consistant à une mise en réserve de bois (chapitre I). Nous avons également évalué une stratégie menant à l’exclusion des peuplements les plus vulnérables au feu en raison de leur faible taux de croissance (chapitre II). Cette stratégie s’est également révélée meilleure que celle visant la mise en réserve de bois. Finalement, nous avons évalué le potentiel que présente la coupe partielle comme stratégie visant à réduire le temps d’exposition au risque. Combinée la mise en réserve de bois (fond de réserve), la coupe partielle s’avère un outil des plus utile (chapitre III). L’étude révèle qu’une stratégie ciblée telle que l’exclusion des peuplements vulnérables ou l’augmentation de la proportion des coupes partielles performe mieux qu’une stratégie non ciblée telle que le fond de réserve. Bien que nous ayons abordé différentes stratégies d’aménagement forestier dans cette thèse, des points importants restent encore à éclaircir, en particulier la tolérance au risque et le contexte dans lequel il se développe.
Although, management strategies dealing with risk and uncertainty have become a critical issue over the past several years, solutions are still to be developed. However, how can one judge the severity of risk when the potential damage and its probability are unknown? This study develops a framework for analyzing risk management strategies in forest management planning. We delineated how these management strategies could address the risk to protect timber harvest against disruptions. We tested optimization and simulation model to estimate the impact of risk associated with fire in timber supply calculations in an ecosystem context in boreal zone of the province of Quebec, Canada. Since paying, an insurance premium appeared to produce better results than partitioning buffer stock, (chapter I). The rating of wood volume available to harvest as a function of its vulnerability to fire can be used to reduce the impacts of fire on timber supply (chapter II). This idea was extended to test the adaptability of partial cutting coupled with buffer stock and accounting for the uncertainty induced by fire and projected climate scenarios (chapter III). As there are different levels of risk and different levels of tolerance to risk, the study results have shown that the process of risk evaluation itself needs to be accepted in its degree of uncertainties and its severity. As far as the insurance is concerned, it looks like a good strategy, but find an insurance company that is interested enough to believe there are enough potential customers to pay the premiums to make a profit could be required. The results also reveal that a targeted strategy such as excluding vulnerable stands from timber supply or adaptation of silvicultural treatment such as partial cutting may greatly interesting when facing risk scenario. Although, we covered different forest management strategies in this thesis, important issues still need to be considered in order to improve the knowledge associated with risk of fire; especially the context in which it develops.

O objetivo desse trabalho foi desenvolver e avaliar estratégias de ensino baseadas em arte, tais como o cinema e o teatro, para lecionar Boas Práticas de Fabricação aos alunos de graduação tecnológica em Química para a construção de roteiros aplicativos. Como meio de veiculação inicial foi utilizado um blog. Para embasar a discussão, procurou-se correlacionar as práticas pedagógicas propostas com Teoria da Aprendizagem Significativa (TAS), com a teoria da Arte-educação (Mídia-educação para o uso do cinema de animação) e a teoria do Teatro- educação, com a abordagem de teatro pedagógico (drama como método de ensino). O estudo lançou mão de questionários e relatos escritos como instrumentos de coleta de dados analisados à luz do referencial do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). Os resultados apontaram que os alunos que experimentaram as estratégias de ensino propostas apresentaram mais facilidade em compreender os conteúdos abordados do que aqueles que assistiram somente aulas convencionais. Os dois grupos de alunos observados e os professores que postaram comentários no blog concordaram que essas práticas pedagógicas têm um potencial ―aproximador‖ e ―faciltador‖.
This study had as objective to develop and evaluate pedagogical practices based on art such as cinema and theater, to teach Good Manufacturing Practices in technological graduate to prepare application guides. One blog was used as a first media for this propose. To improve this comprehension, the Meaningful Learning Theory, the art-education Theory (Media-education to use of the animation film) and education-theater, with the approach of pedagogical theater (drama as a teach method) was used here as bibliographic reference. The research made use of questionnaires and written reports as tools for data collection. The Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) was used for this analysis. The results appointed that students whom experimented this propose have more facility to understand the contents than the other that only received classic classes. All students and the teacher whose post comments in blog agree to consider these pedagogical practices may approximate and facilitate the content comprehension.

Resumo: A linguagem dos quadrinhos está cada vez mais presente no meio escolar e o uso deste recurso como auxiliar na prática pedagógica é uma realidade para educadores de diversas áreas. Por ser uma linguagem próxima à realidade dos alunos e ser repleta de significados para eles, a presença dos quadrinhos em sala de aula permite que os formalismos do livro didático sejam superados por novas formas de olhar Ciências. O presente estudo tem como objetivo caracterizar práticas e estratégias de ensino e avaliação relevantes na aprendizagem de conteúdos curriculares procedimentais preconizados para a Educação Científica nas séries iniciais, mediante a utilização de histórias em quadrinhos publicadas comercialmente e que possuem em seus enredos temáticas pertinentes aos conteúdos de Ciências Naturais propostos para a quarta série do ensino fundamental. A pesquisa e análise de dados foi realizada a luz da metodologia de Pesquisa Qualitativa. Os resultados obtidos demonstram a importância da intervenção docente através do planejamento de estratégias de ensino e avaliação que permitam o uso do material de forma adequada bem como o desenvolvimento de procedimentos relevantes para o aluno a partir do estudo com quadrinhos no Ensino de Ciências.
Abstract: The language of comics is each more present in the half pertaining to school and the use of this resource as to assist in the pedagogical practices it is a reality for educators of diverse areas. For being a language next to the reality to the students and being full of meanings for them, the presence of the comics in classroom allows that the formalisms of the didactic book are surpassed by new forms of looking at Science. The present study it has as objective to characterize practical and strategies of excellent education and evaluation in the learning of procedural curricular contents praised for the Scientific Education in the initial series, by means of the use of comic books published commercially and that they possess in its pertinent thematic plot to the considered contents of natural science for the fourth series of basic education. The research and analyzes of data was carried through the light of the Qualitative Research. The gotten results demonstrate to the importance of the teaching intervention through the planning of strategies and evaluations that allow the use of the material of form adjusted as well as the development of excellent procedures for the student from the study with comics in the Science Education.

Full textMed utgångspunkt i vårt intresse för barnlitteratur beslöt vi att genomföra en kvalitativ fallstudie med syftet att öka förståelsen av elevernas litteraturval till deras individuella läsning. Undersökningen genomfördes med intervjuer och observationer i en årskurs 2-3 på en landsbygdsskola. Studien visar att eleverna i första hand väljer att läsa bokserier till den individuella läsningen i skolan och på fritiden samt att de får tips av kompisarna, läraren, bibliotekarien, familjemedlemmar samt media. De flesta är målmedvetna i sina val, andra vet inte vilken bok de vill läsa. Bokens innehåll ska vara spännande, roligt och läskigt och några väljer böcker på grund av att de vill lära sig något. Elevernas intressen speglar ofta deras litteraturval. Läraren är aktiv i sin vägledning och menar att eleverna bör läsa böcker där texten inte är för svår eller för lätt men ändå utmanar elevernas läsförmåga. Läraren anser att det är viktigare att eleverna läser än vad de läser samt viktigt att stimulera elevernas intresse för litteratur och läsning. Eleverna uppfattar lärarens intentioner om att välja lagom svåra böcker, dock upplever de inte klassläraren som aktiv vägledare. Slutsatserna av vårt resultat visar att det är betydelsefullt om läraren känner till vad som styr och påverkar elevernas val och att läraren är lyhörd för att på bästa sätt kunna vägleda dem till passande litteratur. Det är också positivt om utbudet är stort, dock måste även utbudet vara varierat så att alla elever ges möjlighet att finna litteratur som matchar deras intressen och behov. Vidare är det viktigt att läraren motiverar sina elever till att se meningsfullheten med läsning. Som lärare kan det vara betydelsefullt om man kan erbjuda eleverna andra alternativ till läsning än den litteratur som finns tillgänglig i biblioteket med tanke på målen i svenska för årskurs 3 som delvis handlar om att eleverna skall kunna läsa olika sorters texter, inte bara skönlitterära. Studien pekar även på att det som lärare är viktigt att ha en tillåtande attityd och uppmuntra det sociala samspelet mellan eleverna. Samtidigt kan det vara svårt att avgöra om eleverna i det sociala samspelet diskuterar litteratur eller om en grupp elever pratar om annat, slutsatsen blir även därför att det är av största vikt att läraren är lyhörd inför sina elever. Som läraren bör man synliggöra alla sina intentioner för eleverna, det är till exempel positivt om man är tydlig med att eleverna kan ställa frågor och få hjälp i sina litteraturval.
The starting point for this thesis is our interest in children´s literature. Therefore we decided to work with a qualitative case study with the purpose to increase the understanding of pupils' choice of literature in their individual reading. The research is based on interviews with and observations of pupils in grades 2 and 3 in a countryside school environment. The research shows that the pupils' preferences are bookseries for their individual reading in school and leisure time. The pupils get suggestions for choosing books from their friends, teacher, librarian, family members and the media. Most pupils are decisive in their choices and others do not know what book to read. The content of a book should be exciting, fun and scary. Some choose a book because they want to learn something. The interest of a pupil often mirrors their choice of literature. The teacher plays an active role and thinks that students ought to read books where the text is neither too difficult nor too easy but still challenges the pupils' ability to read. Primarily the teacher thinks that it is more important that pupils are reading then what they read. Further, it should stimulate the pupils' interest in literature and reading. The pupils are aware of the teachers intentions in choosing books on a challenging level, but they don´t see the class teacher as an active guide. The conclusions of our research show that it is important that the teacher knows what determines and affects pupils choice and that the teacher is attuned so the teacher can guide them to the appropriate literature. It is positive if the range is large, however, the supply must also be varied so that all pupils have the opportunity to find literature that match their interests and needs. Moreover, it is important that the teacher motivates their pupils so they find reading meaningful. As a teacher, it may be important if you can offer the pupils other alternatives than the literature available in the library in view of the grade 3 objectives in Swedish who partly contains if the pupils can read different kinds of texts, not just literary. The study also points at that as a teacher it is important to have a permissive attitude and encourage the social interactions between students. While it may be difficult to determine whether pupils in the social interaction are discussing literature or if a group of pupils talking about other things, the conclusion is also because it essential that the teacher is responsive to their pupils. As a teacher you should point out all your intentions for the pupils, it is, for example, positive if the teacher had made clear that the pupils can ask questions and get help in their selection in literature.

Full textUp to November 26th, 2002, the Municipal Food Standards, or else Municipal Decree NR 25544 as of March 14th, 1988, was the legislation applicable to food inspection in retail establishments. On that date, São Paulo state law number 10083, as of September 23, 1998 became effective and functioning as a temporary legislation applicable to municipal food inspection services, up to the enactment of the Sanitary Standards of the Municipality of São Paulo in the year 2004. Municipal Law Number 13725, or Sanitary Standards of the Municipality of São Paulo, was enacted on January 9th, 2004, applicable to all health-related services and products, including manufacturing and distribution of food and water for human consumption. Comparing the 1998 and 2004 Standards enabled an identification of the changes occurred at hygiene vigilance, food inspection regarding legislation and administrative procedures particulars, as applicable to retail establishments within the Municipality of São Paulo. It was possible to conclude that the sanitary, hygiene Standards of the Municipality of São Paulo comprise a complete legislation, continuously updated, including a legal provision for using a combination of modern technical regulations, especially those concerning food manufacturing and distribution, emphasizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Full textThe rule of law that regulates the offsetting credits process constitutionally qualified, which results from the non-cumulative tax principle related to the tax on goods and services (ICMS), is certainly one of the topics most analyzed by Brazilian doctrine. However, the guidance adopted by most researchers and doctrinaires in virtually all the work presented so far was based on identifying the legal nature of the aforementioned offsetting process and on its systematic operation. This paper is based on the approach of another topic on the subject: the presentation of a precise (and necessary) distinction between the concepts of "right to credit" (credit book), and the phenomenology of the offsetting credits process due to the application of procedural rules that govern the non-cumulative system. This paper evidences that there is no necessary connection between those concepts, even though they are closely related. This essay demonstrates that it is possible to identify the credit book without being necessary to assume the supposed standard that guides the offsetting of these credits. In this sense, we conclude that, regardless of whether this is a necessary element for the maintenance of the ICMS in the format in which this tax is governed by the Constitution nowadays (non-cumulative, as a rule), one cannot include the non-cumulative principle in the criteria that compose the matrix rule for levying the ICMS tax. The reason for that is because the legal standard that governs the offsetting engine seeks for fiscal neutrality, and it contains an independent procedural rule itself separated from the charge of the ICMS tax. The distinction between the concepts of credit book and procedural rule is important as we establish the logical-semantic elements that compose the matrix rule of the legal standard for offsetting credits that arise from the non-cumulative system. Identified such criteria, we believe that it will favor the work of the agents that deal with this legal standard
A norma jurídica que disciplina o processo de compensação constitucionalmente qualificado e decorrente da aplicação do princípio da nãocumulatividade relacionado ao imposto sobre a circulação de mercadorias e serviços (ICMS) é, por certo, um dos temas sobre os quais mais se dedicou a doutrina tributária pátria. Convém registrar, contudo, que a temática que orientou praticamente todos os trabalhos até o momento apresentados pautou-se em identificar a natureza jurídica bem como a sistemática de operacionalização do citado processo compensatório. O presente trabalho, por sua vez, encontra-se fundado em uma abordagem que se alça à pretensão de analisar outra temática sobre o assunto: a apresentação de uma divisão precisa (e necessária) entre os conceitos de direito ao crédito (crédito escritural) e a fenomenologia do processo de compensação decorrente da incidência da norma procedimental que disciplina a não-cumulatividade. Buscaremos assim demonstrar o fato de que, embora intimamente relacionados, inexiste uma vinculação necessária entre estes conceitos, sendo possível identificarmos o crédito escritural sem que se faça necessário cogitar da incidência pressuposta da norma que orienta a compensação destes créditos. Neste sentido, e para tanto, concluiremos que, inobstante tratar-se de um elemento necessário para a manutenção do ICMS no formato em que hoje este tributo encontra-se disciplinado no Texto Constitucional (sob a forma, via de regra, nãocumulativa), não se pode apontar a não-cumulatividade como um dos critérios que compõe a regra-matriz de incidência deste tributo. Isto porque, a norma jurídica que disciplina este mecanismo de busca pela neutralidade fiscal, encerra uma norma procedimental independente da incidência do imposto por ora tratado. Desta feita, a separação entre os conceitos de crédito escritural e norma de procedimento se faz importante na medida em que apresentaremos a formulação lógicosemântica dos elementos que compõe a regra matriz de incidência da norma jurídica que disciplina o processo de compensação decorrente da não-cumulatividade. Identificados tais critérios, acreditamos que estaremos por facilitar o trabalho do aplicador desta norma jurídica

Writer described a way of reading picture books with children and allowed them to ask questions and allow disussion in the middle of story, telling this helps them improve their ideas. The next step was to let them try to create and develop stories by themselves. Through reading picture books after three months, writer took down the record for all procedures , day by day, and the writer compared the difference between before and after reading to children with their speaking, drawing, reading by themselves. This thesis included five chapters. First chapter is a foreword, divided into four sections the first section, the writer researched background and motive, the second section, propose and question, the third section, writer explained the subject. In the fourth section, writer researched range and limited. Second chapter, documents researched & explaination divided into three sections. The first section, the important of reading in earlier childhood, documents proved it has poritive affect for children growth. The second section, discussing children picture books and books affect on children. The third section, about children’s own story telling how to affected their growth procedures. Third chapter, described procedure & action and divided into tree section. The first section is research procedure from beginning to end. The second section, observer and observed, described observer and observed relation, describes observer displine attitude observed child’s family (children families) leaning condition and interests. The third section, describes young children behavior before being read with parents. Fourth chapter, the children tell the stories, from the picture books. The three months procedures is following: first section, let young children know about the picture books, second section, let children produce picture and tell their stories, the third section, young children through imitation from the reading. Fifth chapter : Summed up all the development and procedures described by the writer. Result of research: At first: Though reading together, case by case to describe growing up procedure. The second: Though reading together, children’s stories get more complex. The third: Though reading together, made them learn to create different stories. The fourth: Though reading together, increased artistic sence. The fifth: Though reading together, get better relationship with children. The sixth: Though reading together, transferred culture and knowledge. The seventh: Though reading together, increased instrest of reading. The eighth: Though reading together, stored up imagination. The nineth: Though reading together, increased living experiences. The tenth: Though reading together, brought the fun of playing.

Due to advanced technology, the government has been empowered to collecting, processing and using variety of personal information about individuals. It exposes personal information to high risk of being used illegally and restraint on people’s control on self-information. By controlling personal information, the government is capable of managing and monitoring people improperly. At last, it might cause the collapse of the democracy. . In Japanese Law, the right to informational self-determination is protected not only by Article 709, Civil Law, but also by Article 13 of the Constitution of Japan. However, the Residential Basic Book Network System allocated Resident Registration Numbers to every individual and built a network system for managing people. Although it is criticized for eroding the right to informational self-determination, it is approved constitutional by the Supreme Court of Japan. Furthermore, the government enacted the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure, allocated Personal Numbers to every individual, and allowed all government agency and partial private organization to use the number for exchange people’s personal information by a new network system. Although the Government considered and improved the shortcomings criticized by the Supreme Court’s judgment in the past, expect to reach the thoroughly protection of right to informational self-determination by a system with privacy impact assessment, independent oversight agency and higher punishment, the “Act of Numbers” still makes personal information being much more exchanged, matched and used. Without an important legislative purpose, the “Act of Numbers” exposes people’s personal information to unprecedented risks and enables the Government to implement singular control on people. As the result, the “Act of Numbers” doesn’t meet the protection of respect to individual and personal autonomy which praised by Article 13 of Constitution of Japan. In the mean time in Taiwan, although there is not a network system for all government agency to exchange personal information, the use of National ID Card Number is being used much more extensively than Japan’s personal number. Furthermore, it is still planed by the Government to force each citizen to hold national ID card with IC chip built-in, which integrated different administrative affairs. While a large numbers of personal information is recorded on the National ID Card Number, Taiwan still lack of the relevant legal norms on the exchanging of personal information among government agency. Drawing on legal experiences of Japanese law, the priority in Taiwan should be enacting detailed legal norms to rule the relevant government agencies conduct, enhance the transparency of how government agency collect, process and use personal information. To go a step further, I suggest it is necessary to set up independent supervisory authority, privacy impact assessments and a system for the citizen to inspect the flow and use of self-information. . In a democratic country, the government should not allocate numbers to the citizen, nor build a network system for the government agency to manage people without particular and major purpose. If the number is allocated, the affair using the number should be limited strictly and clearly. Furthermore, there should be independent supervisory authority, privacy impact assessments and a system for the citizen to inspect the flow and use of self-information. Finally, no matter how the system designed, the improper management and monitoring by the Government should always be considered while the pursuit of convenience, social welfare, and government services.

Full textABSTRACT - This paper aims to focus on the study of Patient Safety and good practices in the Consent of performing of Computed Tomography exams. Nowadays, the Informed Consent document’s sign has become a banal act, without the deserved attention that health entities, Radiology Technicians and Doctors should grant, considering the multiple and complicated adverse events that could occur on the CT scan with contrast medium day; on the other hand, frequently the patient is not prepared nor properly informed about their effects and how to deal with them. The need of competent information for a full elucidation of the patient, in order to implement its autonomy, and perception of the facts, appears essential; but, for this, it is urgent to overcome professional practice barriers to from health entities, Radiology Technicians and Doctors, as well as several social aspects, like the language, the age, the individual vulnerability among others. In this context, the presentation of the Informed Consent good practice is of major importance for the development of this dissertation. To corroborate these ideas in development, data was collected, through an interview and an inquiry to the actors involved in this process, including namely patients, physicians and radiology technicians, and the obtained results were analyzed considering the theoretical principles of the study.
