ZusammenfassungNach dem Bekanntwerden der ersten Fälle von Kiefernekrosen unter einer Bisphosphonattherapie fand auch eine bereits zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts besiegte Krankheit in der Fachliteratur Erwähnung. Die Phosphornekrose, auch „phossy jaw” genannt, trat zuerst 1839 auf und betraf ausschließlich Beschäftigte in der Zündholzherstellung. Besonders die Wissenschaftler Geist und von Bibra trugen 1847 zum Verständnis der Erkrankung bei. Seit 1906 ist die Verwendung von weißem Phosphor bei der Zündholzherstellung verboten und die Phosphornekrose gehört seitdem weitgehend der Vergangenheit an.

Abstract:
Following the publication of the history and development of QSAR, it became apparent that a number of matters had not been covered. This addendum is an attempt to rectify that. A very early approach (ca. 60 B.C.) by Lucretius shows that he understood how molecular size and complexity affect liquid viscosity. Comments by Kant (1724-1804) emphasized the necessity of mathematics in science. A claim that the work of von Bibra and Harless in 1847 pre-dated that of Overton and H.H. Meyer is shown not to be correct. K.H. Meyer and Gottlieb-Billroth published in 1920 what is probably the first QSAR equation. Brown, who with his co-author Fraser is credited with the first definitive recognition in 1868-9 that biological activity is a function of molecular structure, is often cited as Crum Brown; in fact, Crum was his second given name. The QSAR work of the Soviet chemist N.V. Lazarev in the 1940s was far ahead of his time, showing numerous correlations of biological activities and physicochemical properties with molecular descriptors. The subject of inverse QSAR is discussed.

Abstract:
Biara Sangkilon is one of the many biaras in the in Padang Lawas archaeological area located in Sangkilon Village, Lubuk Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. In general, the arrangement of biaras in this region has its own characteristics, namely the main building facing the mandapa, with one gate. The problem raised in this paper is how the spatial constellation of Biara Sangkilon is? The writing purpose of this article is to get a description of the space boundaries based on the distinction of spatial functions and their relationships in the Biara Sangkilon Complex. Through descriptive-analytical research it can be seen in fact through the form of structure, distance, findings artifactual, and boundaries, there is a fairly clear division of space between sacred space, and profane at Biara Sangkilon. Biara Sangkilon merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak biara di Kawasan Kepurbakalaan Padang Lawas yang terletak di Desa Sangkilon, Kecamatan Lubuk Barumun, Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Secara umum, susunan biara-biara yang terdapat di kawasan ini memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yaitu bangunan utama berhadapan dengan mandapa, dengan satu pintu gerbang. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat dalam makalah ini adalah bagaimanakah konstelasi keruangan Biara Sangkilon? Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang batas-batas ruang yang didasarkan pada pembedaan fungsi-fungsi ruang beserta relasirelasinya yang terdapat di Kompleks Biara Sangkilon. Melalui penelitian yang bersifat deskriptifanalitis dapat diketahui ternyata melalui bentuk struktur, jarak, temuan artefaktual, dan batasbatas, terdapat pembagian ruang yang cukup jelas antara ruang sakral, dan profan di Biara Sangkilon.

The phase diagram of the pseudobinary sytem Bi2Te3/BiBr3 was investigated by DTA, total pressure measurements and X-ray phase analysis. Only BiTeBr exists as a ternary phase in this system. The compound melts congruently at 526 °C. The heat of formation and standard entropy were calculated from vapor pressure data:ΔH(BiTeBr, f, 298) = (-30,4 ± 1,4) kcal/mol; S°(BiTeBr, f, 298) = (36,2 ± 2,9) cal/K·mol.

Biara sebagai bangunan pewadah kehidupan monastik, memiliki sejarah panjang dan telah berkembang selama 18 abad. Dalam perkembangannya, arsitektur biara memiliki nilai-nilai esensial yang terus dipertahankan, namun di sisi yang lain kompleksitas arsitektur biara terus meningkat karena penyisipan nilai atau injeksi program yang baru didalamnya sebagai upaya untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan konteks. Proyek ini merupakan perancangan biara dengan injeksi kegiatan pariwisata berbasis spiritual didalamnya, dimana intervensi pariwisata menghasilkan aktifitas dan kondisi yang berbeda dan menuntut rancangan biara kontemporer yang sesuai. Sebagai bangunan spiritual dimana fungsionalitas dan pengalaman ruang adalah sama penting, digunakan dua metode yang berintikan pada teori tipe. Pertama untuk fungsionalitas, mengamati evolusi tipe bangunan biara yang dikomparasikan dengan pengamatan perkembangan kehidupan monastik sebagai inti yang membentuk biara sendiri untuk mencari esensi dari biara dan menemukan bagian rancangan yang perlu diubah. Kedua untuk pengalaman ruang, pencarian arke-tipe pemacu persepsi kesakralan dan teritori lingkupan religi melalui pengamatan evolusi tipe bangunan, yang kemudian disusun kembali sesuai dengan teori-teori pembentukan ruang sakral. Diharapkan hasil perancangan dapat menjadi pewadah kegiatan mindfulness yang memudahkan pengunjung mendapatkan relaxation response (Benson, 1993) yang bermanfaat meningkatkan daya fokus, ketenangan dan produktifitas. Bagi kota Jakarta sendiri, memberikan dampak positif secara tidak langsung bagi perkembangan ekonomi kota, dan meningkatkan atraksi lintasan wisata religi di Kecamatan Tamansari dan Kecamatan Gambir, Jakarta.

Kemudian, penelitian dilakukan lebih intensif sebagai upaya pemugaran dan pelestarian objek kepurbakalaan di kawasan ini. Hasilnya memperlihatkan pengenalan akan masa pendirian dan penggunaannya, latar belakang keagamaan yang melatarbelakangi pembangunannya, serta kaitannya dengan aktivitas perdagangan yang memanfaatkan aliran sungai yang bermuara ke Selat Malaka.

AbstractFour distinctive morphological types can be found among living Globocassidulina in surface sediments of Admiralty Bay (King George Island, South Shetland Islands). The molecular analysis of the SSU and ITS rDNA indicates that they are monospecific and belong to Globocassidulina biora, except for minute forms from deeper than 200 m water depth which probably represent G. subglobosa. The morphological types of G. biora that show doubled or branched apertures, varied test size and shape as well as colour of cytoplasm, represent populations at different stages of ontogenetic development. However, the variability among large G. biora from the same locations is difficult to comprehend. It seems probable that G. biora is the only recent, large, shallow water Globocassidulina represented throughout the Antarctica, while G. crassa is typical for the Magellan region.

O presente artigo nasceu de uma colaboração da UFRN com o Projeto BITRA- BITRA. Bibliografia de Interpretação e Tradução(Universidade de Alicante - ES), na qual, diante da falta de dados sobre a produção acadêmica brasileira referente à tradução, procuramos dar nossa contribuição. Assim, nosso objetivo principal é traçar um panorama crítico dos Estudos da Tradução e Interpretação (ETI) no Brasil a partir de um levantamento das teses realizadas e defendidas nas Instituições de Ensino Superior brasileiras: federais, estaduais e privadas que puderam ser encontradas primeiramente no BITRA e nos repositórios institucionais, no IBICT e no repositório de teses e dissertações da CAPES. O levantamento foi feito seguindo as bases de dados referenciadas acima e a ficha de catalogação de dados do BITRA que será exposta no artigo e de acordo com as diretrizes bibliométricas. Como resultado deste processo de coleta conseguimos catalogar 374 teses de doutorado sobre ETI defendidas no Brasil, que constituirão nosso principal corpusde análise.

Pantai Tanjung Bira merupakan salah satu wisata bahari yang terletak di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari, Kabupaten Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Pantai Tanjung Bira terus mengalami peningkatan selama lima tahun terakhir dengan laju pertumbuhan tertinggi yaitu pada tahun 2018 sebesar 27,58%. Kondisi tersebut di satu sisi dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerah, namun di sisi lain juga dapat memengaruhi kondisi lingkungan seperti meningkatnya jumlah timbulan sampah yang ada di kawasan wisata tersebut, baik sampah organik maupun anorganik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengidentifikasi potensi timbulan sampah yang dihasilkan kawasan wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira; dan 2) Mengestimasi nilai ekonomi sampah di kawasan wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan market price. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi timbulan sampah dari kegiatan wisata di kawasan wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira sebesar 16.908,86 kg/tahun dimana mayoritas dihasilkan oleh wisatawan. Jenis sampah yang dihasilkan didominasi oleh sampah plastik baik yang bersumber dari wisatawan maupun pelaku usaha. Total nilai ekonomi sampah kawasan wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira yaitu Rp 20.298.215/tahun berasal dari sampah anorganik tidak diolah 97,60%, potensi plastik cacah 1,75%, dan potensi kompos 0,64%.

The toxicity on normal human fetal lung fibroblast cells (MRC-5) was also evaluated. Moreover, the complexes 1–5 and free heterocyclic thioamide ligands were studied upon the catalytic peroxidation of the linoleic acid by the enzyme lipoxygenase (LOX).

Nicolaenko [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="b27">27</xref>] in the case of hard spheres, then generalized to hard and Maxwellian potentials by R. Ellis and M. Pinsky [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="b13">13</xref>], and S. Ukai proved the existence of a spectral gap for large frequencies [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="b33">33</xref>]. The aim of this paper is to extend to the spaces <inline-formula><tex-math id="M3">\begin{document}$ L^2\left( {\mathbb R}^d, (1+|v|)^{k}\right) $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula> the spectral studies from [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="b13">13</xref>,<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="b33">33</xref>]. More precisely, we look at the Fourier transform in the space variable of the inhomogeneous operator and consider the dual Fourier variable as a fixed parameter. We then perform a precise study of this operator for small frequencies (by seeing it as a perturbation of the homogeneous one) and also for large frequencies from spectral and semigroup point of views. Sumber belajar merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dan memfasilitasi siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji potensi Pulau Bira Besar sebagai sumber belajar Animalia submateri Invertebrata di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif eksploratif. Pengambilan data Invertebrata dilakukan dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hewan dari kelompok Invertebrata ditemukan di wilayah Pulau Bira Besar, di antaranya : Porifera (13 spesies), Mollusca (11 spesies), Echinodermata (8 spesies), dan beberapa spesies karang. Hewan-hewan yang ditemukan mewakili empat filum pada Invertebrata dan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar Animalia submateri Invertebrata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Bira Besar berpotensi dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar untuk siswa SMA.

Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Occupational Therapy have been collaborating over recent years to develop an optimal healthcare programme for patients with Post Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS). This case is an example of PICS symptomatology and focuses on the collaboration between Physiotherapy and Dietetics. What is PICS? Owing to healthcare improvements, more and more patients are surviving stays in an ICU, and recovery during and after that stay has been receiving more attention [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref1">1</xref>, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref2">2</xref>]. Approximately 30% of the patients admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) have persistent symptoms including muscle weakness, reduced walking ability, fatigue, concentration deficits, memory problems, malnutrition, sleep and mood disorders sometimes even years after discharge [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref3">3</xref>-<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref8">8</xref>]. Since 2012, this combination of physical, cognitive and psychiatric manifestations and reduced quality of life after staying in an ICU has been recognised as Post Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS) [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref9">9</xref>]. The impact of PICS is often not limited to the patient as it may also impact the mental status of the patient’s immediate family. This is known as PICS-Family (PICS-F) [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref10">10</xref>-<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref12">12</xref>]. Treatment of PICS: Approximately 80% of PICS patients have first-line physiotherapy. Physiotherapists and GPs are often the only first-line healthcare professionals involved in the recovery process of these patients [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref13">13</xref>, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref14">14</xref>]. Both patients and healthcare professionals report a number of difficulties, e.g. limited transmural continuity in healthcare, coordination of multidisciplinary activities, supportive treatment guidelines and specific knowledge of pathology, treatment and prognosis. Patients report that they are not adequately supported when resuming their professional activities and that medical and allied healthcare treatments do not fully meet their needs at that time [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref15">15</xref>-<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref18">18</xref>]. The REACH project: In order to improve the situation, the REACH project (REhabilitation After Critical illness and Hospital discharge) was started in Amsterdam. Within REACH, a Community of Practice – consisting of professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians), those who live or have lived with the condition and researchers – has developed a transmural rehab programme. A special attribute of this programme is the integration of the concept of “positive health”. The case in this article describes the treatment of a PICS patient treated within the REACH network.

ABSTRACT The identification of optimal genotypes that result in improved production of recombinant metabolites remains an engineering conundrum. In the present work, various strategies to reengineer central metabolism in Escherichia coli were explored for robust synthesis of flavanones, the common precursors of plant flavonoid secondary metabolites. Augmentation of the intracellular malonyl coenzyme A (malonyl-CoA) pool through the coordinated overexpression of four acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) subunits from Photorhabdus luminescens (PlACC) under a constitutive promoter resulted in an increase in flavanone production up to 576%. Exploration of macromolecule complexes to optimize metabolic efficiency demonstrated that auxiliary expression of PlACC with biotin ligase from the same species (BirA Pl ) further elevated flavanone synthesis up to 1,166%. However, the coexpression of PlACC with Escherichia coli BirA (BirA Ec ) caused a marked decrease in flavanone production. Activity improvement was reconstituted with the coexpression of PlACC with a chimeric BirA consisting of the N terminus of BirA Ec and the C terminus of BirA Pl . In another approach, high levels of flavanone synthesis were achieved through the amplification of acetate assimilation pathways combined with the overexpression of ACC. Overall, the metabolic engineering of central metabolic pathways described in the present work increased the production of pinocembrin, naringenin, and eriodictyol in 36 h up to 1,379%, 183%, and 373%, respectively, over production with the strains expressing only the flavonoid pathway, which corresponded to 429 mg/liter, 119 mg/liter, and 52 mg/liter, respectively.

The research is based on quantitative research with non-probability purposive sampling as the sampling technique and the data will be analysed using SEM Structural Equation Model with Smart PLS 3.0 as analysis tool.The research is using 5 dimensions of Service Quality, which are Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance as the independent variable and its impact toward Brand Loyalty as dependent variable and also measuring the Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The result show that all the hypotheses are accepted and some managerial implications needs to be done for management of Pizza E-Birra to improve their Service Quality which leads to their customer satisfaction overall for the dining experience hence will increase the level of brand loyalty among its patronage in the future ultimately. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 dimensi dari Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) yaitu : Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Assurance, serta faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer’s Satisfaction) sebagai variabel mediasi, semuanya akan diteliti secara simultan untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel bebas dan mediasi tersebut dalam mempengaruhi Loyalitas Merek (Brand Loyalty) pada restoran Pizza E Birra. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesa yang diajukan didukung, artinya Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas Merek, Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan yang terakhir Kualitas layanan berpengaruh pada loyalitas merek dengan mediasi kepuasan, dengan beberapa masukan kepada management Pizza E-Birra , untuk lebih memperbaiki tingkat kualitas layanan, yang berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan yang akhirnya akan mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas merek atas restoran Pizza E-Birra.
