This diploma thesis is engaged in the analysis of a safety mechanism, which is a part of a truck trailer. This mechanism provides a safe and firm connection of a container to the trailer. Primarily abroll containers according to German standard DIN 30 722 are being transported. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the current traffic condition and the accident rate in the Czech Republic. Legislative requirements for safety elements of trailer technology for road transportation are further defined. They are followed by a recherche of industrial solutions for securing mechanisms. Consequently calculations to obtain necessary securing force were performed. An analysis of the mechanism kinematics was carried out then. A structural check of selected mechanism elements was carried out following the kinematics check. Further, an optimalization of a transom design was carried out followed by another structural check. The structural checks were carried out using both the analytical method and the finite element method. In conclusion design documentation was elaborated. This diploma thesis was elaborated in cooperation with the SVAN Chrudim s.r.o.

This final thesis is focused on technological project Hotel Chopin in Bratislava. The technological project deals with the planning of the entire construction and focuses on the design of the site equipment, time plan of the building development and the detailed time plan of the building structure. Further focuses on the construction cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. It prepares the technological prescription for cast-in place reinforced structures, inspection and test plan and the plan of safety risks and measures. Part of the project is also the construction budget and the mechanical assembly plan.

Cílem této práce je vývoj dvoukanálového kontroléru krokových motorů. V rámci práce je popsán jak vývoj elektroniky, tak vývoj příslušného software. Elektronika kontrolŕu je založena na mikrokontroléru STM32F405 a driverů krokových motorů vyráběných firmou Trinamic. Pro komunikaci s nadřazenými systémy je implementován protokol CANOpen a sběrnice I\textsuperscript{2}C a USB. Elektronika byla navržena v software KiCAD and využívá čtyřvrstvého plošného spoje a moderních výrobních technologií. Co se týká software, byl vyvinut jak firmware pro mikrokontrolér, tak software pro ovládání kontroléru. Obě části software využívají programovacího jazyka Rust, který se zaměřuje na bezpečnost práce s pamětí, rychlost a zero-cost abstrakce. Sekundárním cílem této práce je ukázat, jak lze tento programovací jazyk s výhodou použít pro programování nízkoúrovňového embedded software. Firmware kontroléru implementuje nezávislé řízení pohybu obou os kontroléru a to jak v rychlostním, tak v pozičním režimu a zároveň implementuje bezpečnostní funkce pro případy selhání komunikace. Výsledný kontrolér by měl být použit v rámcí výzkumné skupiny Robotiky a Umělé Inteligence a studenty na Ústavu Automatizace FEKT VUT.

The building is designed as a brick system with concrete ceilings on the upper floors. The lower 3 floors are designed as parking garage and a remaining six floors are designed as apartments. The project deals with the entire construction of buildings from technological processes, time and financial plan to safety during construction.

This diploma thesis is focused on container safety mechanism which is a part of truck trailers. It designs pneumatic – mechanical safety mechanism suitable for safe transport of container with driving drum which are produced according to German standard DIN 30 722. It concerns containers with total weight of 22 tons. The first part of this thesis is focused on evaluation of possible load by common operating conditions. The technique of mechanism design is introdiced in several developing stages from original solution to final version. The final version processes all force and kinetic aspects. Selected parts of safety mechanism are controlled from solidity perspective. Some calculations and analysis were processed both by convention method and method of final elements on PC. Thesis was created in close cooperation with company SVAN Chrudim, s.r.o.

The aim of this diploma thesis is design of configuration and balancing of crankshaft which is determined for four-cylinder gasoline engine. The thesis investigates kinematics, dynamics and possible ways of balancing the inertial forces and moments of the rotating and sliding parts of the central crank mechanism. Subsequently, the 3D CAD model is designed according to the presented drawing. It is transformed into a spare torsion system, from which the calculations of its own and forced torsional vibrations are based. The proposed 3D CAD model is then spatially transmitted in the FEA software Ansys Workbench and modified (boundary conditions, etc.) in the FEA software Ansys Mechanical APDL so that it can be calculated according to the selected LSA method. From the selected results of the LSA method, the crankshaft safety factor against fatigue damage is calculated.

The thesis deals with the structural design of a steel connecting rod for the aircraft engine Walter Mikron III, which is currently still manufactured and developed by company PARMA-TECHNIK, s.r.o. The proposed connecting rod would replace the current duralumin connecting rod. The work also contains a strength analysis of the designed component, in which it was aimed to verify the stress on the connecting rod, based on which the fatigue safety factor was performed. This is crucial for dynamically stressed parts of internal combustion engines. Furthermore, was investigated the effect of the change of the connecting rod on the torsional vibration of the crank mechanism. For this purpose, was built a discrete torsion model. The output of the whole work is the drawing documentation of the new connecting rod, meeting the requirements for application in an aircraft engine.

Police cooperation is an important part of EU's internal security, but its pursuance differs in each member state. This master thesis focuses on the coordination of police cooperation from the Czech Republic's point of view. The objective is to interpret the coordination mechanism in the Czech Republic and to analyse its level of centralization and the method of management. For this purpose, theories of liberal intergovernmental approach and institutionalism are engaged. The partial objective is to examine the influence of Europeanization on the coordination mechanism. Analysis is carried out on a systemic level, connecting the national and European coordination levels. The coordination mechanism of European police cooperation in the Czech Republic proved to be quite centralized with some decentralized elements and hierarchical management structure. The Europeanization affects the police cooperation in all its dimensions, with downloading, uploading and crossloading.

This thesis deals with the construction process of the apartment house Ponavia Park located in Brno. The thesis solves the individual realization phases of the main building phase. Building site equipment is designed for the projected construction process in three different variations. A technical report is also included in the building site. Critical points within the transport of materials and machines are also verified. A financial plan for the whole building is made as an summarizing time schedule for the apartment building. The sources for the financial plan are the figures taken from the Czech building objects classifications (JKSO). The summarizing time schedule is made in MS Projekt software and it’s designed as a Gantt diagram. A design of the main building machines and mechanisms was also made for the projected construction process. All of the machines were assessed for their respective required function on the building site. Also included in this thesis is a construction method for the reinforced concrete structures. The construction method deals with the realization process of waterproof concrete, reinforcement binding, formwork of the vertical and horizontal structures and also the process of concrete curing. The construction method is followed up by quality control and test plans for reinforced concrete structures, and a construction site safety plan that is made in the form of predicted main safety risks at the building site. For the noise load on the surrounding buildings a noise study is made. The study examines the intensity of noise in the protected outdoor space. This study was made in the Hluk+ software. The thesis also includes an item budget for the apartment house that was made in Build Power S software.

The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.

Individual points outline the project, which are dealt with in this thesis can be divided into subcategories, depending on the type of information provided. The first category can include items such as a technical report to the STP, which describes the basic information about the objects constructed building including the construction situation, location of the site including links to transport and technical infrastructure and rough timetable for the construction of all buildings. The second category can include no specific calculation and optimization outputs such as itemized budget polyfunctional house SO-07.03, drawing of the site including all buildings proposed site and their economic evaluation, sizing of utilities for supplying water and electricity construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms including determining the time of deployment, technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic roof structure, including financial balance sheets prepared by the deployment of slab formwork. GEMMOTHERAPY AND ITS USE IN PRACTISE Student: Škodová Adriana Tutor: PharmDr. Jitka Pokladníková, Ph.D. Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: Gemmotherapy or budding medicine is an herbal healing method, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages and folk healing. It uses germ-shaped parts of plants (especially buds) for the production of liqueur glycerin macerates, which are proven to contain larger quantities of some important substances with healing properties than adult parts of plants. Objectives: The aim of this work was to summarize basic information about gemmotherapy from available literature; to summarize the description of the traditional use of selected plants and gemmotherapeutics prepared therefrom; to provide a summary of studies based on evidence-based literature, especially with regard to content and confirmatory medicinal properties, adverse effects, drug interactions and contraindications. Methods: General information about gemmotherapy was mainly drawn from books available in the Czech language. Data collection took place from October 2016 to August 2017, and researches based on literature were mainly based on the electronic databases PubMed, Web of Science, Wiley Online Library,...
