Abstract:

Christian anti-Jewish polemics have a long and rich history, stretching all the way back to the early stages of the new faith community. Anti-Jewish treatises dot the history of Christian literature from the third century onward. By contrast, Jews seem to have been much less concerned with combatting Christianity. It has been widely noted that the earliest Jewish compositions devoted to anti-Christian polemics stem from the twelfth century. While the twelfth-century provenance of the earliest Jewish anti-Christian tracts has long been recognized, little attention has been focused on the significance of this dating. The fact that sometime toward the end of the twelfth century, perhaps in the 1160s or 1170s, two anti-Christian works, the forerunners of a substantial body of Jewish anti-Christian polemical-apologetic works, were composed almost simultaneously begs interpetation. What changes gave rise to a new Jewish sensitivity, to a need to present Jewish readers with formulation and rebuttal of Christian claims? The answer clearly lies in the enhanced agressiveness of western Christendom toward the Jews, as well as other non-Christians, a development that has been recognized and discussed extensively in modern scholarly literature. In the face of an increasingly aggressive Christendom, Jewish intellectual and spiritual leadership had to reassure the Jewish flock of the rectitude of the Jewish vision and the nullity of the Christian faith. This is precisely what the first two anti-Christian treatises, the Milhamot ha-Shem of Jacob ben Reuven and the Sefer ha-Berit of Joseph Kimhi, undertook to achieve. Given the pioneering nature of these works, it is striking that insufficient scholarly attention has been accorded to these two efforts. They surely have much to tell both of perceived Christian thrusts and of meaningful Jewish rebuttal of these challenges.

Abstract:

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui dampak pemupukan urea dan biourin terhadap produktivitas rumput Panicum maximum cv.Trichoglume. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan delapan perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang enam kali. Perlakuan tersebut yaitu: Do (0 kg urea/ha); D1 (75 kg urea/ha); D2 (50 kg urea/ha); D3 (25 kg urea/ha); D4 (7.500 l biourin/ha); D5 (75 kg urea/ha+7.500 l biourin/ha); D6 (50 kg urea/ha+7.500 l biourin/ha); dan D7 (25 kg urea/ha+7.500 l biourin/ha). Variabel yang diamati meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah cabang, jumlah daun, luas daun per pot, berat kering daun, berat kering batang, berat kering total hijauan, berat kering akar, nisbah berat kering daun dengan berat kering batang, dan nisbah berat kering total hijauan dengan berat kering akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kombinasi antara urea dan biourin pada rumput Panicum maximum cv. Trichoglume memberikan pertumbuhan lebih baik dibandingkan hanya dipupuk dengan salah satu jenis pupuk tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemupukan kombinasi antara urea dan biourin dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan rumput Panicum maximum cv. Trichoglume, hasil terbaik pada dosis 75 kg urea/ha+7.500 l biourin/ha.

Abstract:

Jagung merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman serealia yang sangat penting di dunia dan banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kalimantan Barat. Produktivitas jagung di Kalimantan Barat tahun 2018 hanya mencapai 3,76 ton/ha, lebih rendah dari produktivitas tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai 3,98 ton/ha. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas jagung dapat dilakukan dengan usaha intensifikasi meliputi perbaikan kualitas tanah/lahan dengan pupuk kandang ayam serta pemupukan NPK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis interaksi pupuk kandang ayam dan NPK yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung pulut pada lahan gambut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di jl. Parit Demang gg. Nurhidayat Pontianak (22 September – 10 Desember 2021). Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan sembilan taraf perlakuan kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam dan NPK. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali, setiap ulangan terdiri dari enam tanaman sampel. Kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam (ton/ha) dan NPK (kg/ha) yang diberikan yaitu a1p1 = 10 ton/ha Pukan ayam + 150 kg/ha NPK; a1p2 = 10 ton/ha pukan ayam + 200 kg/ha NPK; a1p3 = 10 ton/ha pukan ayam + 250 kg/ha NPK; a2p1 = 15 ton/ha pukan ayam + 150 kg/ha NPK; a2p2 = 15 ton/ha pukan ayam + 200 kg/ha NPK; a2p3 = 15 ton/ha pukan ayam + 250 kg/ha NPK; a3p1 = 20 ton/ha pukan ayam + 150 kg/ha NPK ; a3p2 = 20 ton/ha pukan ayam + 200 kg/ha NPK ; a3p3 = 20 ton/ha pukan ayam + 250 kg/ha NPK. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, luas daun, diameter batang, volume akar, berat kering tanaman, berat tongkol berklobot, berat tongkol tanpa klobot, berat tongkol tanpa klobot per petak, berat tongkol tanpa klobot per petak, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol, dan berat 100 biji per petak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 15 ton/ha dan NPK 200 kg/ha merupakan dosis yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung pulut pada lahan gambut. Abstract:

Kubis bunga merupakan tanaman pertanian yang tergolong familia Cruciferae, berasal dari daerah sub tropis, memproduksi bunga serta merupakan sayuran yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat termasuk di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi dosis pupuk kandang ayam, kapur dan NPK yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga dengan sistem budidaya jenuh air di lahan pasang surut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan pasang surut yang berada di Golden River Camp, Desa Kalimas, Kec. Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian berlangsung selama 6 bulan mulai dari Maret – Agustus 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam, kapur dolomit dan NPK dengan 6 kombinasi dan 4 ulangan. Jumlah tanaman terdapat 15 tanaman perbedengan terdiri dari 4 sampel pengamatan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu: A = pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 1 ton/ha + NPK 450 kg/ha, B = pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 1 ton/ha + NPK 300 kg/ha, C = pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 2 ton/ha + NPK 300 kg/ha, D = pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 2 ton/ha + NPK 450 kg/ha, E = pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 1 ton/ha + NPK 450 kg/ha, F = pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 1 ton/ha + NPK 600 kg/ha. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian meliputi: jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), berat segar tanaman (g), berat kering tanaman (g), berat segar krop (g) dan diameter krop (cm). Hasil pengamatan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam, kapur dan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga dengan sistem budidaya jenuh air di lahan pasang surut berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun 6 MST, berat segar tanaman dan berat kering tanaman, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah daun 2 MST, 4 MST, luas daun, berat segar krop dan diameter krop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha + kapur dolomit 1 ton/ha + NPK 300 kg/ha merupakan dosis terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kubis bunga dengan sistem budidaya jenuh air di lahan pasang surut, sedangkan untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman menunjukkan berpengaruh tidak nyata tetapi hasilnya cenderung tinggi.

Abstract:

Penggunaan tanah gambut sebagai media tanam dihadapkan masalah yaitu pH rendah dan kurang tersedianya unsur hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan unsur hara dengan pemberian kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan NPK. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan kombinasi dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan NPK yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman gambas pada media gambut. Penelitian dimulai dari tanggal 11 Mei sampai 24 Juli 2022 dan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 pelakuan kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan NPK diulang 4 kali sehingga jumlah seluruhnya yaitu 100 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu r1 = Pupuk kotoran ayam 10 ton/ha + NPK 300 kg/ha, r2 = Pupuk kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha + NPK 250 kg/ha, r3 = Pupuk kotoran ayam 20 ton/ha + NPK 200 kg/ha, r4 = Pupuk kotoran ayam 25 ton/ha + NPK 150 kg/ha, r5 = Pupuk kotoran ayam 30 ton/ha + NPK 100 kg/ha. Variabel yang diamati adalah volume akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah buah pertanaman, diameter buah, panjang buah, berat perbuah dan berat buah pertanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam dan pupuk NPK memberikan hasil sama terhadap jumlah buah/pertanaman, diameter buah, panjang buah dan berat buah perbuah tanaman gambas. Pemberian kombinasi pupuk kotoran ayam 25 ton/ha + NPK 150 kg/ha dapat mengurangi pupuk NPK sebesar 50 kg/ha pada berat buah pertanaman gambas.

Abstract:

Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil rumput gajah (Pennisetumpurpureum cv. Taiwan) yang diberi pupuk kascing dengan dosis berbeda. Percobaan dilakukan di RumahKaca, Stasiun Penelitian Sesetan, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Udayana. Percobaan berlangsung selama8 minggu, menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan enam ulangan sehinggaterdapat 30 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dosis pupuk kascing yang terdiri atas 0 t ha-1, 5 t ha-1, 10 t ha-1, 15 t ha-1, dan 20 t ha-1. Variabel yang diamati yaitu variabel pertumbuhan, hasil dankarakteristik tumbuh. Variabel pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada dosis 20 t ha-1. Jumlah daundan anakan menunjukkan berbeda tidak nyata. Variabel hasil pada pemberian pupuk kascing meningkatkan secara nyata berat kering daun, batang, akar dan total hijauan dan tertinggi pada dosis 20 t ha-1tumbuh tidak berbeda nyata pada nisbah berat kering daun dengan berat kering batang dan nisbah berat kering total hijauan dengan berat kering akar. Luas daun per pot tertinggi pada dosis 20 t ha-1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Taiwan) yang diberi pupuk kascing pada dosis 20 t ha-1 memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: pertumbuhan, hasil, rumput gajah, pupuk kascing

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh abu sekam padi dan kompos limbah baglog jamur tiram terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman tomat servo serta memperoleh dosis terbaik untuk aplikasi pada tanah gambut. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah abu sekam padi dengan 4 taraf: A0 (0 ton/ha), A1 (5 ton/ha), dan A2 (7,5 ton/ha), A3 (10 ton/ha). Faktor kedua adalah kompos substrat jamur bekas dengan 4 taraf: K0 (0 ton/ha), K1 (15 ton/ha), K2 (20 ton/ha), dan K3 (25 ton/ha). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat segar tanaman, berat kering tanaman, jumlah buah pertanaman, berat buah tanaman, dan diameter buah. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (uji F) dengan taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan A2K1 berpengaruh terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, berat segar tanaman, jumlah buah yang ditanam, berat buah tanaman dan diameter buah dibandingkan dengan A0K0.

Abstract:

The following thesis comprises a systematic, synchronic study of the term בְּרִית (berîṯ, covenant) in the book of Daniel, the Damascus Document, the Community Rule (Serekhha- Yaḥad), the Hymn Scroll (Hodayot) and the War Scroll (Milḥamah). The basic text used for Daniel is the BHS, and for the Dead Sea Scrolls the Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Library, supplemented by other editions. Apart from an introduction (chapter 1), the work is divided into two sections. The second chapter begins with a discussion of some introductory matters, such as the dating and purpose of the book of Daniel. The remainder of the chapter comprises two subsections, consisting firstly of an exegesis of Daniel 9 and secondly an exposition of Daniel 10-12 with particular reference to covenant terminology. The prayer in Daniel 9 is given much space since it is replete with covenant language, though the word בְּרִית only occurs at Daniel 9:4. The main focus of the second subsection is the vision report in Daniel 11, with particular emphasis on Daniel 11:20-45 where the word בְּרִית occurs. The third chapter contains four subsections, each giving an exegesis of those parts of the Damascus Document, Community Rule, Hymn Scroll and War Scroll where the term בְּרִית occurs. Each subsection is preceded by a brief introduction to the scroll concerned, looking at such issues as the provenance and dating of the scroll without going into too much detail, and followed by a conclusion, summarising the findings in each section. While such issues as the nature of the community represented by each scroll are mentioned where appropriate, they do not form a major emphasis in this study. Throughout, particular prominence is given to specific terminology used in order to determine the authors’ theological emphases. A few terms that are related to ,בְּרִית ‘covenant’, such as חֶסֶד (ḥeseḏ ‘mercy, lovingkindness’), אָהָב (’āhāḇ; [covenant] love), אָלָה (’ālāh; ‘curse, oath’), are also included in this study at the relevant places. The conclusion (chapter 4) draws together the findings of all sections and seeks to compare the terminology used in Daniel with that of the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Abstract:

Untuk menekan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman jagung terutama tinggi tanaman agar tanaman tidak mudah rebah, yakni dengan aplikasi paclobutrazol. Selain itu, peningkatan produksi jagung manis juga dapat dilakukan dengan pengelolaan polen guna menjamin ketersediaan polen dan keberhasilan penyerbukan dengan pemberian unsur boron (Lordkaew et al., 2011). Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan milik PT. Wira Agro Nusantara Sejahtera yang terletak di desa Jl. Pepaya, Lamong, Pare, Kediri selama 4 bulan mulai dari bulan Oktober 2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok secara faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah waktu aplikasi paclobutrazol (W) terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu W1 : 30 HST dan W2 : 40 HST. factor ke dua adalah dosis pupuk boron (B) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu B0 : 0 kg/ ha, B1 : 10 kg/ ha, dan B2 : 15 kg/ ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu aplikasi paclobutrazol tidak berpengaruh terhadap hampir seluruh parameter, kecuali tinggi tanaman dan berat 1000 butir. Sedangkan dosis boron menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap seluruh parameter produksi, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap daya kecambah dan kecepatan tumbuh benih jagung manis. Interaksi antara waktu aplikasi paclobutrazol dan dosis boron tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada seluruh parameter, kecuali parameter berat 1000 butir. Tanaman jagung manis yang diberi boron sebanyak 15 kg / ha memiliki umur berbunga paling cepat (52,29 hari setelah tanam dan bobot serbuk sari yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang tidak diberi boron. Dosis boron sebanyak 15 kg / ha memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol, bobot tongkol, bobot benih per tongkol, jumlah benih per tongkol, bobot 1000 butir, dan produksi benih jagung manis per hektar. Walaupun tidak bebeda nyata dengan pemberian dosis 10 kg/ha.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan asam humat terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis serta mengetahui kelayakan usahatani budidaya tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian dilaksanakan dilahan percobaan kampus Politeknik Negeri Jember pada bulan Juni-September 2019 dengan ketinggian tempat 89 mdpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan praeksperimen melalui pendekatan static group comparison dengan analisis t test dan analisis usahatani. Parameter yang diamati yaitu: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter tongkol, panjang tongkol, berat tongkol, tingkat kemanisan dan total berat tongkol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelakuan asam humat dengan dosis 20 kg/ha berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 28 HST, 35 HST, dan 42 HST, jumlah daun 14 HST, 35 HST dan 42 HST, berat tongkol dan panjang tongkol. Aplikasi asam humat juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter diameter tongkol dan tingkat kemanisan serta menghasilkan produksi jagung manis sebesar 15 ton/ha dengan nilai R/C Ratio 1,46. Untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis yang lebih optimal disarankan melakukan budidaya jagung manis dengan dosis asam humat yang lebih tinggi
