Abstract:
Participation in society requires not only literary and mathematical basic education but also basic digital literacy (COULDRY & HEPP, 2016; BMBF & KMK, 2016). Current research indicates that low literary and low digital competences are linked (Wolf & Koppel, 2017; BUDDEBERG, 2019). 6.2 million adults with low literality live in Germany (GROTLÜSCHEN et al., 2019). These people may be able to write and understand words or simple sentences when reading, but neither longer sentences nor coherent texts. However, this results in a considerable risk of exclusion from participation in various areas of life (work, finance, housing, informed decision) (BUDDEBERG, 2019). Due to technological developments, people with a low level of digital literacy are systematically (partially) excluded from participation in society in most parts of the world. This leads to the question of what it is that defines digital literacy in order not to be excluded from society because of low digital literacy. In this article we discuss what digital literacy is - including the concept of competence - and what elements basic digital literacy encompasses.

Abstract:
The idea of human rights is based on the premise that all people are free, have inherent dignity and value, and attitude towards them requires justice and equality. This is important for promoting peaceful coexistence between people and societies. An integral and important part of modern human rights is the concept of religious freedom. Since everything in the world is becoming more and more interconnected, and meetings of various religions and worldviews are becoming more and more important, the principles of religious freedom are challenged. In my report, I will: 1) consider the principle of religious freedom: what it means, where it came from and what some of the most important modern documents on religious freedom and 2) agree with a few thoughts and comments. My starting point is that modern human rights include many religions and state neutrality in relation to religious and non-religious attitudes. I contend that these two elements, along with the right to change religion, are the most challenging.

Abstract:
Sponsorship represents very important source of finances for many sports organizations. The aim of the article is to analyze structural elements of sponsorship contract and to propose a proper definition of a sponsorship contract, while leaning on the many sources of comparative law. The review of foreign legislation shows that not one country has yet legally enacted the sponsorship contract. Some legislation regulate sponsorship in an indirect way using common rules of contractual law or some elements of other contracts, which are already well known and regulated by legal systems. In determining the validity of the arguments cited by the individual authors in the literature our aim is to come to some conclusions which have been summarized in following parts of this article. It seems that the Code of sponsorship of the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) gives the real foundation which can be useful for different sport organizations. Following the ICC International Code on Sponsorship, the definition of a sponsorship agreement “is any commercial agreement by which a sponsor, for the mutual benefit of the sponsor and a sponsored party, contractually provides financing or other support in order to establish an association between the sponsor’s image, brands or products and a sponsorship property in return for the rights to promote this association and/or for the granting of certain agreed direct or indirect benefits.” Brand of the sponsor, identification with the property of the sponsored subject, commercial agreement, right to promote and mutual benefit are the vital components of a sponsorship contract which are contained in the ICC definition. We also believe that in the future, this definition could lead to the right definition for a possible codification of a sponsorship contract on the national level. At the same time it is important to mention the special characteristic of the specific value of the sponsored subject contained in a sponsorship contract. From the angle of the sponsor this value can be compared with a special and characteristic element of the sponsored subject which brings to the sponsor a very precious value /”pretium affectionis”/ and is consequently extremely important in a rational economic decision of a sponsor to sign a sponsorship contract. Taking into account that all these elements represent the “causa” of a sponsorship contract the position of the sponsor could be defined as the tendency to identify with the value of the sponsored party, with the aim to further manifest itself by promoting these links, both of which lead to the goal of a sponsor to raise or improve its image in public or in a society. The essential challenge of the sponsor is to manage to change the opportunity into the advantage given in the contract relationship. Opportunities should be taken from the challenges which are given to the sponsor and this represents the original motive of the sponsor to sign a sponsorship contract.

Abstract:
Although a large number of research evidence speak out in favor of cooperative learning, its effectiveness in teaching does not depend only on teacher?s and students? enthusiasm and willingness to work in such a manner. Creating cooperative situations in learning demands a serious preparation and engagement on the part of teacher who is structuring various aspects of work in the classroom. Although there exist a large number of models and techniques of cooperative learning, which vary in the way in which students work together, in the structure of learning tasks as well as in the degree to which cooperative efforts of students are coupled with competition among groups, some elements should be present in the structure of conditions irrespective of the type of group work in question. Potential effects of cooperation are not likely to emerge unless teachers apply five basic elements of cooperative structure: 1. structuring of the learning task and students? positive interdependence, 2. individual responsibility, 3. upgrading of "face to face" interaction, 4. training of students? social skills, and 5. evaluation of group processes. The paper discusses various strategies for establishing the mentioned elements and concrete examples for teaching practice are provided, which should be of assistance to teachers for as much successful cooperative learning application as possible in work with children.

Abstract:
The paper considers the principle of independence in the activities of the bar as one of the fundamental organizational principles. Advocacy that is not given an adequate level of independence cannot live up to reasonable expectations of their performance. The relevance of the topic is that, only through the approval and proper observance of this principle, it is possible for the bar to properly exercise its powers. Particular attention is paid to the main elements of the principle of independence as meaningful components that allow a comprehensive study and determine the essence of this principle. The purpose of the work is to single out and fill in the content of individual components of the principle of independence. The principle of independence of the bar has been widely enshrined in national and international regulations. But, this necessity is due to the fact that the legislation interprets the principle of independence quite sharply and its components are considered only in the context of other provisions. In results, we propose to identify such basic elements as 1) independence from public authorities, local governments and the judiciary; 2) from their own interests; 3) availability of procedural guarantees; 4) the existence of legal secrecy; 5) independence from the client; 6) independence from business partners; 7) guarantees of lawyer's security and prosecution of persons violating the lawyer's independence; 8) functioning of bar self-government bodies. Proper adherence to the principle of independence of the bar is possible only under the condition of simultaneous regulation and proper functioning of all these components. This principle is decisive due to the public non-governmental nature of the Bar and its independence as a voluntary professional non-governmental association.

The present paper will follow the second approach and will endeavor to clarify that there exist some fundamental entrepreneurial motives, characteristics and functions that have remained the same, at least from the time of ancient Greece until the present epoch. On such grounds, an entrepreneurial theory may be developed with ingredients that are non-destructible with the passage of time and in terms of changing economic conditions, and thus may be used as a universally accepted model of entrepreneurship.
