El presente trabajo se planteó como objetivo aplicar el Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) a la Planificación Estratégica de la Banca Privada, caso Banco del Austro. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se empleó la técnica de la revisión bibliográfica-documental y el estudio de casos. Se concluye el trabajo constatando que el CMI asegura la alineación entre finanzas, mercado, tecnología e innovación, al tiempo que resulta indispensable como estrategia de comunicación, dispositivo de control de gestión y de la estrategia corporativa. Los resultados en los objetivos estratégicos identificados en las perspectivas de aprendizaje y crecimiento permitirían al Banco del Austro promover sus procesos de trabajo internos, lo que, a su vez, ayudaría a la organización a obtener los resultados deseados en las perspectivas de clientes y finanzas. A su vez, los resultados obtenidos en el proceso de control le posibilitarían adquirir una visión general de las desventajas reales en el proceso de implementación estratégica e iniciarían una línea de actividades correctivas. En resumen, el CMI proporcionará a los administradores del Banco del Austro una visión completa de la entidad, incluidas medidas operativas para satisfacer a los clientes, nivel de innovación y actividad para mejorar la organización, así como medidas financieras.AbstractThe present research consisted in the application of the Balance ScoreCard (BSC) to the Strategic Planning of Private Banking, specifically Banco del Austro. The bibliographic-documentary review technique and the case study were used for the development of this work. The work concludes stating that the BSC ensures the alignment between finance, market, technology and innovation, while being essential as a communication strategy, management control device and corporate strategy. The results in the strategic objectives identified in the perspectives of learning and growth would allow the Banco del Austro to promote its internal work processes, which, in turn, would help the organization to obtain the desired results in the perspectives of clients and finances. In turn, the results obtained in the control process would enable them to acquire an overview of the real disadvantages in the strategic implementation process and initiate a line of corrective activities. In summary, the BSC will provide Banco del Austro managers with a complete overview of the entity, including operational measures to satisfy customers, level of innovation and activity to improve the organization, as well as financial measures.

Si bien la reciente literatura ha debatido sobre la importancia de los fundamentos económicos en la percepción de riesgo país de los inversionistas, este trabajo enfatiza que su papel es secundario bajo ciertas circunstancias, y que la naturaleza de dicha percepción es dinámica. Mi demostración introduce el concepto de “relación bancaria” para describir la relación entre la banca internacional y los países prestatarios e ilustro su importancia para explicar la crisis de Baring de 1890.</span></p><p> </p>

En primer lugar, porque los archivos permiten reexaminar la buena o mala experiencia histórica de esas organizaciones y en consecuencia distinguir los factores críticos que permitieron su supervivencia o las condujeron a su liquidación. En segundo, porque permiten describir y explicar las relaciones entre la actividad financiera y el crecimiento económico. Adicionalmente, porque la formación de generaciones mejor capacitadas de banqueros atraviesa por el conocimiento más puntual, más difundido y responsable de la actividad bancaria vista en una perspectiva histórica. En sentido contrario, la realización de nuevas investigaciones sobre el ramo puede dificultarse por malas condiciones o falta de información sobre el desempeño histórico de las organizaciones financieras. Su dispersión, el desinterés de los propios directivos bancarios, y la ausencia de una regulación clara pueden multiplicar los problemas que enfrenta la preservación de la memoria histórica de la banca.</span>

Introdução: O Instituto Nacional de Câncer José Alencar Gomes da Silva promove anualmente, desde 2009, o Curso de Verão Pesquisa em Oncologia, que já conta com sua 10ª edição. O objetivo é promover a integração de estudantes de graduação na área de ciências biológicas e saúde com as linhas de pesquisa do INCA através de conceitos, palestras e práticas utilizadas na pesquisa oncológica da instituição com o intuito de despertar o interesse e inserir o acadêmico na pesquisa científica. Objetivo: relatar a experiência adquirida com a participação no X Curso de Verão Pesquisa em Oncologia. Método: o presente estudo descritivo consiste em um relato de experiência vivenciado durante a participação no X Curso de Verão Pesquisa em Oncologia, ocorrido durante os dias 15 a 26 de janeiro. Resultados: O curso de pesquisa em oncologia constitui-se em um curso teórico-prático, onde após uma breve introdução sobre a temática biologia molecular-celular e aspectos genéticos do câncer (que atuou como um nivelamento), teve início os cursos, onde pelo período matutino havia diariamente apresentação de uma das 7 modalidades de minicurso ofertados e pelo período vespertino as atividades práticas segundo cada minicurso. As aulas eram ministradas pelos coordenadores dos minicursos, que eram pesquisadores do INCA, e as práticas realizadas com os mesmos e com um discente responsável, mestrandos e doutorandos da instituição. Optando pelo curso “Fontes de Dados sobre Epidemiologia do Câncer” obtive conhecimento acerca da extração de informações epidemiológicas em câncer, bem como na interpretação dos resultados utilizando as principais bases de dados disponíveis on-line no Brasil e no mundo. Cada minicurso deveria elaborar um projeto de pesquisa com base no que foi aprendido e discutido, e ao final haveria uma culminância com apresentação dos mesmos para uma banca avaliadora. Conclusão: com a participação foi possível ampliar o conhecimento acerca de pesquisas voltadas para oncologia, sobretudo fontes epidemiológicas, desenvolvendo senso crítico e raciocínio científico, que foi fundamental para agregar valores à minha formação acadêmica e pessoal, tais conhecimentos serão incorporados e difundidos dentro das linhas de pesquisa que atualmente integro.

A serial experimental fishing using skipjack pole and line had been carried out for 14 days from July to October 2007 in Banda Sea. The aim was to obtain the most productive colour of imitation bait to catch skipjack. The research tested three colours of imitation bait those were red, silver and green. Result showed that the silver colour of imitation bait caught more skipjack than those two other colours. Its hook rate was 0.67 fish/minute, followed by red and green with hook rate of 0,58 fish/minute and 0.47 fish/minute. Key Words: Imitation Bait, Life Bait, Pole and Line, Skipjack.

Abstract Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare disease of controversial origin recently recognized as a neoplasm deriving from plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). Nevertheless, it remains an orphan tumor with obscure biology and dismal prognosis. In this study, we aimed to: 1) molecularly define the cellular counterpart of BPDCN and its relationship with other leukemias; 2) identify genes and cellular programs deregulated in the tumor; and 3) delineate novel potential therapeutic targets. To address these issues we collected and studied by gene expression profile (GEP) 27 BPDCN cases as well as 8 samples of non neoplastic pDCs. Further, a panel of samples including, myeloid precursors (MPs, N=4), lymphoid precursors (LPs, N=9), acute myeloid leukemias (AMLs, N=132), and acute lymphoblastic leukemias (ALLs, N=155) was analyzed. Validation was performed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) on tissue-microarrays, while functional experiments were carried out by using the CAL-1 cell line (derived from a BPDCN case). First, we recognized the cellular derivation of BPDCN, which proved to originate from the myeloid lineage and in particular from resting pDCs. Second, by comparing the GEP of BPDCN and resting pDCs, we identified genes and cellular programs deregulated in the tumor. Following, based on an integrated bio-informatic approach, including four different tools, we uncovered the aberrant activation of the NF-kB pathway that was confirmed in independent assays. Interestingly, among other molecules, we identified BCL2 and IRF4, two well known NFkB targets, as aberrantly upregulated in neoplastic samples and confirmed this observation by IHC. We then tested whether NFkB inhibition could represent a potential therapeutic strategy in this setting. We treated BPDCN cells ex vivowith either the proteasome inhibitor bortezomib or the selective IKKB inhibitor BMS-345541 and found them to be effective in inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis at relatively low dosage. By contrast, BPDCN cells turned out to be virtually insensitive to cytarabine, one of the most used drug in this condition. GEP and immunocytochemistry were then successfully used to prove that cell death was accompanied by NFkB shut-off. In conclusion, we identified a molecular signature representative of the transcriptional abnormalities of BPDCN and developed a cellular model proposing the first molecular targeted therapeutic approach in the setting of this currently incurable disease. Based on survei result by puskesmas at 2016 from target 380 househifery obtained 201 housewifery do clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) , and based on data obtained by public health departement (DKK) puskesmas Gulai Bancah 50,8% was doing PHBS. Purpose : the ain for this study is to known the relationship between attitude and motivation with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in region of puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggi City 2018. Design of this study is descriptif correlation with approach of cross sectinal with 94 study sample predefined. The study used questionnaire for get information by respondent. The result of this study showed family than have good attitude (63,8%), higt motivation(69,1%) and good PHBS (60,6%. There was a relationship between attitude (P=0,002) OR= 4.442 and motivation (P=0,001) OR 4.961 with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) of housewifery in region puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggy City 2018.based on the result can be on the line that more than half housewifery have good attitude, and high motivation, and more than half housewifery have a good PHBS. The result showed that attitude and motivation have relationship wiith application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS). Suggest for health department can increase an effort health promotion ofapplication PHBS, so that can improve degree of community helathy.

The objective of the paper is to identify the boundaries of hydrogeologic structures in which natural mineral waters occur, using two examples: old mineral water (Sijarinska Banja) and young mineral water (Selters Banja). The research addresses the distance from recharge zones, depth of occurrence, and points of discharge. Apart from the three spatial dimensions, the study also includes the time dimension - water age. The following parameters are examined: geologichydrogeologic conditions in the places of occurrence of mineral water, connection between mineral water and permeable fault zones, distance of surface water divides, previously-defined maximum possible depths of occurrence, possible flow rates, and the determined age. If the flow followed a straight line, the maximum distance of the recharge zone would be up to 7 m for the young and up to 11 km for the old mineral water. However, it is obvious that this is never the case in fractured systems, given that water travels much longer distances from the point of entry to the point of drainage from aquifers. Assessment of geologic-hydrogeologic and hydrodynamic conditions, relative to the determined age of the mineral water, leads to the conclusion that the distance between the recharge and drainage zones can be less than 5 km. The paper shows that insight into the depth of infiltration into permeable fault zones can also be gained by studying the depth of circulation relative to known hydrodynamic zones. The inference is that the largest amount of groundwater is restored in the hydrodynamic zone of slow groundwater renewal, which is below a depth of 1.5 km at Sijarinska Banja and below 1.3 km at Selters Banja.

Elemental concentrations in fish otoliths (earstones) can reconstruct environmental histories of fish if predictable relationships between the environment and elemental incorporation are established. We assessed whether fresh water occupancy of black bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri) can be inferred from otolith barium concentrations (Ba was standardized to calcium (Ca) and expressed as a ratio, Ba:Ca). Otolith Ba:Ca of fish was correlated with ambient Ba:Ca. Using the natural relationships of increasing ambient and otolith Ba:Ca with decreasing salinity, fish from fresh- and salt-water environments were distinguishable. Fish caught in fresh water had approximately double the otolith Ba:Ca of those from salt-water estuaries, for both summer and winter collections. Fish with otolith Ba:Ca ≤5 µmol·mol1 were classified as resident in salt water, and those with ≥6 µmol·mol1 as resident in fresh water. Transects of Ba:Ca across fish otoliths classified fish to fresh- or salt-water environments. Fish were identified as having migratory patterns typical of residents, migrants with irregular patterns of diadromy, or migrants with cyclic patterns of anadromomy. Multiple migratory behaviours occurred in fish from the same estuary, indicating far more complex migratory behaviours than were previously known. The application of otolith Ba:Ca to infer freshwater occupancy of fish has rarely been studied, yet may provide more accurate classifications of estuarine environments than strontium (Sr) isotopes and otolith Sr:Ca.

ABSTRACTThis article attempts to establish a quantitative revision of issuing banks created in Andalusia in the middle of nineteenth century founded as a result of liberal banking laws in 1856, comparing with those of similar dimension in other Spanish provinces. Possible causes of their soon extinction are discussed, like the financial worldwide crisis in the 1860s, the monopoly issue granted to the Bank of Spain in 1874 and the specific circumstances of regional banking. The article tries also to evaluate the performance of Bank of Spain branches, since 1875 until 1914, in those Andalusian places where issue banks were independent before and in relation to the fluctuations of the regional economy in that period.

Conocido como el Banco Nacional de Amortización de Moneda de Cobre, esta institución fue creada el 17 de enero de 1837 específicamente para amortizar la emisión de moneda fiduciaria de cobre que había proliferado en el circulante debido a una copiosa acuñación y que el gobierno de Bustamante la asumió como una deuda pública que se incrementaba cada vez más a raíz de la proliferación en el mercado de moneda falsa. Yugoslavia is being late with forming of European Union law experts. As we arc not the leading country in the international business relationships, we aproach to new rules of EU by empirical way. I believe that young lawyers should be tought that this branch of law already exists, that it lives by it's own life, that it depends upon movements of European business, that the contents of those rules is being made at European level and that other countries are unable to avoid their aplication with their boundaries and interpretations, because every boundary of such kind presents selfdisconection from taking part in European business trade. It is certain that some business subjects and national countries can impact on creation and changing of existing standards, but they also have to respect standards that are in use. It is the condition for taking a part in European business trade cooperation and to that condition a special attention must be payed in our country, which is being emphasized every day by our law and business practise as unavoidable need of our business development.

During the past few months, the world has been battling an unexpected and invisible threat. It has challenged all aspects of life in dealing with economic, humanitarian, and social consequences. At the moment, the economic impacts of the corona crisis are still a puzzle, but the fact is that the largest crisis in the recent history caused by a pandemic will lead to a global recession. In times of crisis, a policy-mix strategy is necessary and implies the inclusion of respective Central Banks in providing adequate measures of monetary policy for economic and financial recovery. The aim of this paper is to identify and analyse measures taken by respective Central Banks in order to mitigate the damage caused by the virus crisis and help national economies in recovery. Reactivation of non-standard measures applied in the previous financial crisis shows that the standard instruments and targets of such institutions are insufficient in emergency circumstance. The comparative analysis conducted will show how Central Banks of the largest economies and the region responded to the corona virus challenge, with particular reference to the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The results show that Central Banks opted for unconventional monetary policy measures reflected in quantitative easing, zero interest rates, and swap lines in order to alleviate the negative effects of the emerging crisis. Exceptional measures will be needed to ensure recovery in response to the coronavirus and the rapid deterioration of the global economy. The specificity of the monetary arrangement in Bosnia and Herzegovina has once again proved to be a constraint in the implementation of economic policy measures in extraordinary circumstances.

Hasil tangkapan tuna di Laut Banda meliputi cakalang, madidihang dan tuna mata besar. Sumberdaya tuna di Laut Banda diduga masih merupakan sub stok sumberdaya tuna di perairan Pasifik Tengah dan Barat. Hasil kajian stok tuna oleh Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC) pada 2012 melaporkan bahwa stok cakalang dan madidihang tidak mengalami overfishing dan overfished, sedangkan tuna mata besar telah mengalami overfishing dan overfished. Hasil penelitian Pusat Penelitian Pengelolaan Perikanan dan Konservasi Sumber Daya Ikan (P4KSI) pada 2012 menunjukkan madidihang dan tuna mata besar tertangkap pukat cincin, huhate serta kombinasi pancing ulur permukaan dan pancing tonda pada stadium yuwana, dengan indikasi nilai Lc<Lm. Jumlah yuwana madidihang dan tuna mata besar yang tertangkap pukat cincin masing-masing mencapai sekitar 7,9 ton (26%) dan 1,5 ton (5%) dari rerata total hasil tangkapan sekitar 30,29 ton/kapal/trip. Jumlah yuwana madidihang dan tuna mata besar yang tertangkap huhate sekitar 0,71 ton (15%) dan 0,23 ton (5%) dari rerata total tangkapan sekitar 4,79 ton/kapal /trip. Jumlah yuwana madidihang dan tuna mata besar yang tertangkap pancing ulurpancing tonda sekitar 17% dan 2% dari rerata total tangkapan sebesar 0,31 ton/kapal/trip. Saat ini hasil tangkapan tuna yang berasal dari pukat cincin tidak dikehendaki pasar ekspor, mereka lebih memilih tuna hasil tangkapan huhate ataupun jenis pancing lainnya. Oleh karena itu salah satu kebijakan pengelolaan perikanan tuna di Laut Banda adalah tidak mengembangkan alat tangkap pukat cincin, adapun huhate, pancing ulur-pancing tonda masih tetap dapat dioperasikan.</p><p> </p><p>Banda sea is one of potential tuna fishing grounds among others in Indonesia. Various fishing gear types were operatedin this fishing ground such as pole & line (PL), tuna long line (LL), hand line (HL) and troll line (TR). Skipjack (SKJ), yellowfin tuna (YFT) and bigeye tuna (BET) are main species caught in Banda sea and currently assumed as one stock in the Western Central Pacific Ocean (WCPO). Recent stock assessment done by WCPFC in 2012 reported that BET is in overfishing state (F>Fmsy) while YFT and SKJ are not in overfishing or overfished state. It was also reported by RCFMC that the size of catch of those species by various fishing gear indicating that value of Lc<Lm or in other word that catches are in juvenile stage. The juvenile YFT and BET caught by purse seine were considerably high for 7.9 t (26 %) and 1.5 t (5%) of the total catch 30.29 ton/vessel/trip. YFT and BET caught by pole and line are only 0.71 t (15%) and 0.23 t (5%) of the total catch 4.79 ton/vessel/trip. YFT and BET caught by hand line and troll line were only 17% and 2% of total catch 0.31 ton/vessel/trip. Considering the high pressure of purse seine to juvenile of tuna resource and market preference, so that to the best fishing practice for resource sustainability it is suggestted for tuna management in Banda sea should be not to develop and increase the effort for purse seine and may shift to pole line, hand line and/or troll line are still openated.</p>

This article deals with the life and work of Vasyl Barka. He is one of the most prominent writers of the 20th century and one of the brightest representatives of Ukrainian emigration. The artist spent most of his life outside Ukraine. Nowadays he is returning to his native land in his poems. Deservedly, he gains appreciation and becomes the subject of research interest. Life conditions made him create a special world model, which the writer had created in his writings. This research analyzes the facts of his life in order to explain the original poetic micro– and macrocosm of the writer, it focuses on such aspects of his creativity, which underlie the philosophical design of the writer’s own picture of the world. The author tries to understand the basis of the writer’s life philosophy. Emphasis is laid on the fact that his hard, and sometimes even dramatic life totally fits into the context of our difficult times. It is believed that faith in God has always lived in the soul of the writer. But tough rejection of religion by the communist system, aggressive destruction of everything related to faith and church, encouraged the artist to look for the depths of this phenomena. Searching for the truth, Vasyl Barka is convinced that the deepest human’s tragedy lays in their sinful separation from God. The article says that Barka’s dream of an ideal world coincides with Skovoroda’s theory. However, the artist not only dreamt of such a world, but he became his representative himself. This view is confirmed by the last period of his life. Constant philosophical reflections about the sense of life have resulted in the change of the world outlook and the complete adoption of Christian ideology. With the help of his writings, Vasyl Barka tries to purify our spirituality from all the stinging and hypocritical things which were done by the Pharisees from science and arts and their books. In search for harmony, Barka creates poetry of original style which requires the reader’s physical and spiritual attention. The study showed that the poetic palette of the artist had been influenced by various style schools and directions. Such an alloy of styles largely explains the difficulty of perceiving of Vasyl Barka’s poems. Therefore, Barca’s poetry is on the verge of the general literary process. So, in future, Vasyl Bark’s extraordinary and rich creativity is worth investigating. Besides, it is worth analyzing from the point of view of national, religious and Christian principles.

Study on the length-weight relationships and condition factors of oyster (Crassostrea gigas) has been done in Tibang and Ulee Lheue estuary areas, Banda Aceh for 4 months starting from July to October 2017. The objective of the study was to observe the condition of oysters in Banda Aceh City. The sampling method used line transect, where each sampling location is divided into 3 stations. Length-weight relationship analysis was performed using Linear Allometric Model (LAM). The result of the analysis of Length-weight relationship in Tibang and Ulee Lheue waters of Banda Aceh City shows the average value of 1.92 and 1.97 (negative allometric). The K value shows at Tibang location (5.07) higher than Ulee Lheue (4.98). Based on the mean value Wr indicates that Ulee Lheue (103.92) has a higher value than Tibang (102.60). The conclusion of K and Wr values shows that the environment in the research location is still stable, so it can be concluded that Tibang and Ulee Lheue waters can still support the life of oysters.Penelitian tentang hubungan panjang berat dan faktor kondisi tiram (Crassostrea gigas) telah dilakukan di kawasan estuari Tibang dan Ulee Lheue, Kota Banda Aceh selama 4 bulan dimulai dari Juli hingga Oktober 2017. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat kondisi tiram di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan transek garis, dimana pada setiap lokasi sampling dibagi atas 3 stasiun. Analisis hubungan panjang berat dilakukan menggunakan Linear Allometric Model (LAM). Hasil analisis hubungan panjang berat di perairan Tibang dan Ulee Lheue Kota Banda Aceh menunjukkan nilai b rerata 1,92 dan 1,97 (alometrik negatif). Adapun nilai K menunjukkan rerata pada lokasi Tibang (5,07) lebih tinggi berbanding Ulee Lheue (4,98). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata Wr menunjukkan bahwa perairan Ulee Lheue (103,92) memiliki nilai lebih tingi bebanding perairan Tibang (102,60). Adapun kesimpulan nilai K dan Wr menunjukkan keadaan lingkungan pada lokasi penelitian masih dalam keadaan stabil, sehingga dapat disimpulkan perairan Tibang dan Ulee Lheue masih dapat mendukung kehidupan tiram.

The congregation of Banda Suli (Read: Jemaat GPM Banda Suli) is one of the members of the Protestant Church in the Moluccas (GPM). The members of Jemaat GPM Banda Suli have initially displaced members of the congregations in the Banda Islands due to the 1999 conflict. Accustomed to living with extensive land ownership with Banda identity as Banda people, then settling in small, limited land with identity as a Banda people in the land of Suli need the right meaning to be able to improve the welfare of life. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques and literature studies. The results of the study found that by experiencing God's presence in the land they inhabited, both on the island of Banda and in the land of Suli, they had the spirit and were motivated to continue working and trying to improve the existence of their lives. The land of Suli Banda is also understood as the Holy ground for God.

Besides, Aceh is implementing Islamic Sharia, including the economy, which is fair for people to choose Islamic Life Insurance. The goal of this research is to disclose the following; 1. What are the factors that affecting Banda Aceh citizen to choose Islamic Life Insurance? 2. How is the perspective of Banda Aceh citizen toward Islamic Life Insurance? 3. How is the the effect and correlation between their perspective with the process of choosing Islamic Life Insurance? The research is done through a questionnaire as primary data with Likert scale 1-5, the ability of research tools is measuredd by Cronbach Alpha 0.6 and the method of the research is quantitative method with multiple linear regression and correlation of computer software, SPSS version 21.0. The outcome of the research suggest that the independent variable, product and religiousness, significantly affecting the process of choosing Islamic Life Insurance. However, other variable such as price, place, and promotion are not significantly affecting the process of choosing Islamic Life Insurance in Banda Aceh. Thus, the people perspective toward the product and religiousness are the main factors. Furthermore, the the data suggested the the correlation between perspective with the process of choosing Islamic Life Insurance as 77.4 percent.Keywords: product, price, place, promotion, and religiousness AbstrakPertumbuhan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah di Banda Aceh berjalan secara lambat, padahal keberadaannya sudah sejak tahun 1995. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah berikut ini: Pertama, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Banda Aceh dalam pemilihan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah? Kedua, bagaimana persepsi masyarakat Banda Aceh terhadap asuransi jiwa syariah? dan ketiga, bagaimana pengaruh dan hubungan antara persepsi dengan pemilihan asuransi jiwa syariah? Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner sebagai data primer dengan skala likert 1-5, keandalan alat ukur penelitian diuji dengan Cronbach Alpha 0,6 dan metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan korelasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas hanya produk, dan religiusitas yang signifikan mempengaruhi masyarakat sedangkan harga, lokasi dan promosi tidak signifikan berpengaruh dalam keputusan pemilihan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah di Banda Aceh. Jadi persepsi masyarakat tentang produk dan religiusitas adalah yang utama, hal ini dapat dilihat pengaruh dan hubungan antara persepsi dengan pemilihan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah sebesar 77,4 persen.Kata Kunci: produk, harga, loksi, promosi, dan religiusitas.

This paper uses text studies using a hermeneutic paradigm to interpret the character of Hasan have thought. The results of the study show that Al-Ikhwan al-Muslimin was formed as a medium of the struggle of Hasan al-Banna with his friends in launching da’wah messages. Hasan al-Banna’s concept and movement is the spirit of jihad secured to all aspects of life on the basis of faith.

Radicalism is one of the notions that can damage the social order in society, especially when it comes to religion. This study aims to find out specifically about the understanding of Islamic religious leaders in Banda Aceh City about the teachings and movements of religious radicalism, the factors that influence the development of religious radicalism, and the response of Islamic religious leaders in Banda Aceh City in responding to the development of religious radicalism today. This study uses a qualitative approach and the research method is descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the teachings and movements of radicalism are understood by Islamic religious leaders in Banda Aceh City as an understanding that will change the politics of Muslim and social communities through violence, this perspective is contrary to Islamic values and cannot be tolerated, because the characteristics of This movement tends to blame the other party. Attitudes like blasphemy, loud-speaking style, imposing will on others, like to blame and disbelieve in others. Factors causing radicalism include the lack of understanding about Islam and the country. Politically, certain politicians use religion as a tool to promote themselves to gain power. In addition, this research states that there is incitement and bribery to the community to commit violence for a fee. The Islamic religious leaders of Banda Aceh City responded strongly to the teachings and movements of radicalism by showing an attitude of rejection of the existence of the movement because it was considered contrary to the teachings of religion and the state. This movement can harm other people and damage good relations in the life of the nation, religion, and state.AbstrakRadikalisme merupakan paham yang dapat menggoyahkan tatanan sosial dalam masyarakat terutama jika berkaitan dengan agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara khusus tentang pemahaman tokoh agama Islam Kota Banda Aceh tentang ajaran dan gerakan radikalisme agama, faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan radikalisme agama dan respon tokoh agama Islam Kota Banda Aceh dalam menyikapi berkembangnya radikalisme agama dewasa ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ajaran dan gerakan radikalisme dipahami oleh tokoh agama Islam Kota Banda Aceh sebagai suatu paham yang ingin mengadakan suatu perubahan baik secara politik maupun sosial melalui jalan kekerasan, dan ini bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Hal ini tidak dapat ditoleril, karena ciri gerakannya bersifat merugikan pihak lain seperti suka menghujat, gaya bicara yang keras, memaksakan kehendak pada orang lain, suka menyalahkan dan mengkafirkan orang. Faktor penyebab terjadinya radikalisme antara lain minimnya pemahaman mengenai agamanya maupun tentang negaranya. Pada faktor politik oleh para politikus tertentu, memakai agama sebagai benteng untuk mempromosikan dirinya demi kepentingan kekuasaan, adanya hasutan dan penyogokan kepada golongan awam dengan cara dibayar. Para tokoh agama Islam Kota Banda Aceh merespon keras ajaran dan gerakan radikalisme yakni dengan menunjukkan sikap penolakan keberadaan gerakan tersebut karena dianggap bertentangan dengan ajaran agama dan negara. Gerakan ini dapat merugikan orang lain serta merusak hubungan baik kehidupan berbangsa, agama dan negara.

Many theoretical and methodological efforts have been made to extend the disciplinary field of architecture and urbanism from the urban in the traditional sense to the larger territorial scales of contemporary urbanisation. This paperdiscusses the ways of studying the dispersed and polymorphic urban form that still needs to be understood. The discourse is developed around the situated learning model adequate for understanding the planetary urbanisation theory and the dispersed city. The learning model is applied inside the Urbanisation in the Western Balkan Countries course at the master's studies in Architecture and Urbanism (University of Banja Luka). The situated learning model engages students in the research of real-life context, culture and situation, and therefore, connects the theories of large-scale urbanisation with the inquiry about familiar space. Furthermore, the learning approach advocates an inquiry-based strategy to learning about urbanisation and a dispersed urban form in theoretical courses. The course employs the techniques typically taught in design studios, such as mapping, collage imagery and three-dimensional modelling. The paper could contribute to the considerations on the education of architects as professionals that will deal with the growing scales of contemporary urbanisation, specifically in the Western Balkan countries..

This study aimed to investigate the cultural symbols and determine the local wisdom of Pinto Aceh descendants in Peunayong, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. In addition, the object of Pinto Aceh Motif and its local wisdom might not be forgotten and should be considered to enrich the horizon of knowledge. This study is descriptive qualitative and its empirical data was obtained from Simpang Lima Monument in Peunayong, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This study was held in November 2019 up to December 2019 and the comprehensive data was gathered from informants who explained the meanings and values of cultural symbols, interpreted the hidden meanings, and determined the social relationships associated with the existing cultural symbols. The samples were selected from those who were knowledgeable in Pinto Aceh.One of the motives of the musical arrangement in the form of nature is Pinto Aceh motif. There are three local wisdoms that are based on Pinto Aceh's meaning, i.e. social integration, adherence to rules, and unity. Motif Pucok Paku 2 means Social Integration, Straight line motive means adherence to rules, and Curved line Motif means unity.The whole points of local wisdom in Pinto Aceh Motifs are highly needed to maintain the balance of life not only for the Aceh people but also for all the people respectively interconnected in the society, in which people should have a responsibility towards their surroundings. There are three local wisdom that is based on Pinto Aceh's meaning: social integration, adherence to rules, and unity.

Success in xenotransplantation relies on engineering of the pig genome to express human transgenes, such as CD55/CD39, that can control coagulation and inflammation to prolong the graft survival of a 1,3-galactosyltransferase depleted (Gal-/-) pig organs in nonhuman primates and then able to bypass the hyperacute rejection. The aim of our work was to produce Gal-/- piglets overexpressing CD55/CD39. In experiment (Exp.) 1 exploiting 2 ubiquitous expression vectors (pCAGGS-CD55 and pCAGGS-CD39), we transfected immortalized porcine kidney cells (PK15) with CD55 and CD39 using Nucleofector (Amaxa Biosystems, Cologne, Germany) and selected 5 cell colonies each (PK15-CD55 and PK15-CD39) that were expanded and analyzed by RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western blot (WB). The monoclonal antibodies IA10 for hCD55 and BU61 for hCD39 were used. Transgenic transcription was confirmed by Northern blot (NB) using digoxigenin-labeled probes. In Exp. 2, a neonatal pig Gal-/- fibroblast line was co-transfected by Nucleofector using 2 ubiquitous expression vectors (hEF-CD55 and pCAGGS-CD39) for the expression of CD55 and CD39. Colonies were analyzed by RT-PCR and IHC only, because of the limited number of cells available. Cells from one colony with a high level of CD55/CD39 expression according to IHC were used for nuclear transfer into enucleated oocytes. Day 5 compact morula/blastocyst (n = 144) were transplanted in 2 synchronized sows. Porcine aortic endothelial cells (PAEC) and fibroblasts derived from 2 stillborn piglets were analysed with IHC, NB, and WB. The expression level of transgenes from both experiments was compared with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), using IA10, BRIC110, IH4, 2G2, and MEM-118 antibodies for hCD55 and TU66 for hCD39. In Exp. 1, RT-PCR showed CD55 mRNA expression in 3 out of 5 (2, 15, 24) PK15-CD55 colonies. A high level of CD55 expression was confirmed only in colony 24 by IHC, NB, WB, and FACS. Low expression level in colony 2 revealed by FACS was not detected by IHC, indicating that FACS analysis is more accurate to quantify the level of expression. All PK15-CD39 colonies were positive according to RT-PCR and IHC. Only one colony PK15-CD39 was further analyzed by NB and WB and confirmed positive. In Exp. 2, IHC, NB, WB, and FACS analyses of fibroblasts and PAEC derived from both cloned piglets confirmed the high level of CD39 expression detected by IHC in donor cells used for nuclear transfer. However, strong CD55 expression detected by IHC was not confirmed by NB analyses and, by FACS, was lower than in HUVEC cells. In conclusion, we produced cloned CD55-CD39 transgenic Gal-/- piglets with a high level of CD39 expression but the expression level of CD55 was lower than in HUVEC cells. We found that although IHC is the method of choice in preliminary screening, it is not sufficiently quantitative when only a few cells for each clone are available. Thus, IHC needs to be complemented with additional methods (e.g. WB, FACS, real-time RT-PCR) to obtain complete evaluation of the expression pattern of transgenes before nuclear transfer experiments. Aspek biologi yang diteliti meliputi hubungan panjang bobot, perbandingan jenis kelamin, ukuran pertama kali matang gonad, dan tingkat kematangan gonad pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2OO2. Dan hasil analisis hubungan panjang bobot diketahui bahwa pola pertumbuhan tuna mata besar di perairan Laut Banda bersifat allometrik negatif. Perbandingan jenis kelamin jantan dan betina adalah 1,96:1, berdasarkan pada hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa rasio ikan jantan dan betina pada periode penelitian ini tidak seimbang di mana jumlah jantan 2 kali betina. lkan betina matang gonad pada ukuran lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan ikan jantan. Pemijahan tuna mata besar di perairan Laut Banda terjadi pada bulan Desember.

This research is based on library research which is intended to examine the fiqh renewal of Gamal al-Banna. He is one of Hasan al-Banna’s brothers. In this research, there will be some questions. First, how the fiqh view of Gamal al-Banna is, second, how the social and political biography that surrounds Gamal al-Banna’s life is, and third, how its relevance with the fiqh developments in Indonesia is. This study is using qualitative research method of content analysis and historical approach, in which the content analysis is to read the books and data associated with the idea of Gamal al-Banna, while the historical approach is to read how the scope and biographies in the Gamal al-Banna environment are. The results of this study are first, Gamal al-Banna has fiqh renewal which is more moderate than his brother Hasan Al-Banna, second, the biography of Gamal al-Banna is identified and third, the relevance of Gamal al-Banna’s fiqh renewal to the development of fiqh renewal in Indonesia is found.

AbstractHasan al-Bana is a charismatic figure who is loved by his followers. The way he leads his congregation is like a Sufi sheikh leading his tarekat, in his movement al-Bana is very concerned about the function of each component of his organization. In politics, al-Bana provides several discussions and all of them are based on the correct understanding of Islam as a complete and comprehensive way of life. The discussions are: 1) Urubah (Arabism), 2) Wathaniyah (Patriotism), 3) Qauniyah (Nationalism), 4) Alamiyah (Internationalism). In the activities of political movements, there are three main steps that must be passed: the Ta'rif stage (Introduction/stages), Takwin (Formation), and Tanfiz (Implementation). The stages mentioned above show the systematic steps of a movement in achieving its goals. The influence of Hasan al-Bana's thought on the emergence of political parties in Indonesia is in terms of Islamism (his thoughts on Syumuliatul Islam/universal Islam), Patriotism (love of the homeland), and Nationalism (the next generation who must follow in the footsteps of their predecessors. Este artigo tem o intuído de apresentar uma analise sobre a tecnologia que emprega a comunicação de dados que utiliza a rede elétrica como meio de transmissão chamada de Power Line Communication (PLC). Esta tecnologia é utilizada desde 1920 por muitas companhias de energia elétrica para efetuar telemedição e telecomando de equipamentos em subestações. Atualmente com novas técnicas de modulação e barateamento de sistemas de telecomunicações, se torna possível a aplicação em massa desta tecnologia para ser implantada em sistemas de telemetria, automação e até mesmo disponibilizar o acesso a internet banda larga para usuários finais. Portando, este artigo irá abordar algumas aplicações da tecnologia PLC no Brasil, alguns aspectos regulatórios sobre esta nova tecnologia e destaca o projeto em desenvolvimento na pré-incubadora do SENAI-Florianópolis.

The precipitation in Belem region is mainly due the large atmospheric systems such as ITCZ and mesoscale systems like the Instability Lines. Beside these systems, there are convective systems forced locally which also promote precipitation in this region. This paper studies a convective system, observed for first time during the campaign of the RAIN project, which is called Micro Instability Line Fluvial (MLF) because its formation is associated with river breeze circulation. The GOES 12 satellite data, radar band X, anemometer, rain gauges, disdrometer, and NCEP reanalyzes were used to study this MLF. High-resolution numerical simulation with the BRAMS model was made for this MLF, using two grids with horizontal resolution of 3 km and 1 km. The simulation results showed that the MLF was formed by river breeze from the Marajo Bay, causing precipitation since the early stages in Belem area until this MLF was on the west bank of the Marajo bay. During its propagation westward, this MLF had increased its intensity, which was maximum over the Bay of Marajo, where there is intense transportation of cargo and passengers, and shipwrecks are the most frequent type of accidents.
