Abstract:
A higiénés üzenetek átadásába továbbá érdemes bevonni a vallási vezetőket, akik az érintett vallás rituáléin keresztül is felhívhatják a figyelmet a személyes higiénia fontosságára.

Abstract:
Mining high utility itemsets is one of the most important research issues in data mining owing to its ability to consider nonbinary frequency values of items in transactions and different profit values for each item. Although a number of relevant approaches have been proposed in recent years, they incur the problem of producing a large number of candidate itemsets for high utility itemsets. In this paper, the authors propose an efficient algorithm, namely BAHUI (Bitmap-based Algorithm for High Utility Itemsets), for mining high utility itemsets with bitmap database representation. In BAHUI, bitmap is used vertically and horizontally. On the one hand, BAHUI exploits a divide-and-conquer approach to visit itemset lattice by using bitmap vertically. On the other hand, BAHUI horizontally uses bitmap to calculate the real utilities of candidates. Using bitmap compression scheme, BAHUI reduces the memory usage and makes use of the efficient bitwise operation. Furthermore, BAHUI only records candidate high utility itemsets with maximal length, and inherits the pruning and searching strategies from maximal itemset mining problem. Extensive experimental results show that the BAHUI algorithm is both efficient and scalable.

Abstract:
Scrutinizing the literature of a modern religious movement this article argues that postcolonial theory can effectively be brought to the analysis of religions and religious writing. The case study focuses on the way in which colonialism impacted the Bahai faith in a specific and formative way, causing its leadership to present aspects of the faith’s development by employing the codes of Western Orientalism. Drawing on nineteenth and early twentieth-century European orientalist texts composed either about their own faith, or the Islamic society out of which it grew, the article demonstrates how these led Bahais “themselves [to]… adopt [..] an essentially Orientalist vision of their own community and of Iranian society”. Edward Said’s Orientalism throws light on an enduring situation in which mutual othering has crossed from culture and religion into politics, however since the late 1990s critics have demonstrated that Orientalism can function in more varied ways than Said allowed. Finally, the possibility is discussed as to whether there can be such a thing as a postcolonial Bahai scholar.

Abstract:
This volume, which succeeds in being both brilliant and riddled with weaknesses, appears at a time when the lines between proper academic study of the Bahai movement on the one hand and faith-based scholarship on the other are being blurred and even derided. To make my own position clear, I am deeply committed to a strictly academic approach to the study of religion and thus find myself alienated by apologetics dressed up as academic studies. I am in particular profoundly worried by increasing attempts by orthodox Bahais to seize the academic high ground through organizations such as the Association of Bahai Studies, the Bahai Chair at the University of Maryland, Landegg International University, and, most recently, the Bahai-funded Chair at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, while resorting to the use of excommunication against Bahai scholars who take unorthodox positions. The Bahais, like the Unification Church in the 1980s, are using their financial muscle to set the academic agenda relating to their faith.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The Bahai Faith originated in 19th century Iran. Since the early days of its inception and up until today, in Iran the followers of the faith have been subject to persecution, carried out under different pretexts. A study of polemical anti-Bahai writings demonstrates that the accusations against Bahais evolved and in fact changed over time. The portrayal of the Bahais as “enemies” was reshaped and adapted time and again to current needs and ideological agendas. Anti-Bahaism, it is argued in this paper, is part of the contemporary political discourse and mirrors the different stages of political developments in Iran over the past one and a half centuries. Anti-Bahai polemics, while in general wholly unreliable as a source for Bahai doctrine and history, serve as a vivid example for mechanisms employed in the “othering” of minority groups and the preparation for their physical persecution.

Abstract:
The purposes of the morphometrics of seagrass Thalassia hemprichii study (based on samples taken from the coast of Bahoi Village, Likupang Barat Sub-district, North MInahasa District) were as follow: (1) to know the environmental conditions (temperature, salinity, pH, substrate) on the coastal area of Bahoi Village, (2) to describe the morphometrics of seagrass T. hemprichii, and (3) to compare the morphometric of seagrass Thalassia hemprichii based on sampling stations. Data were collected using a survey method, to sample the seagrass T. hemprichii in three locations. As many as 30 individuals at each study location, were then measured using a digital caliper. The results of the measurement analyzed statistically show that the value was not significantly different. There is no significant difference in the size of the seagrass growth due to environmental conditions or environmental parameters that exist at these 3 stations and supposedly are still within the safe limits for seagrass growth. This evidence was gained based on the results of the ANOVA test (one way ANOVA) which was not significantly different.Keyword : Morphometrics; Thalassia hemprichii; Seagrass; Bahoi Village; Coast ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui morfometrik Lamun Thalassia hemprichii berdasarkan sampel yang diambil di Pesisir Pantai Desa Bahoi Kecamatan Likupang Barat. yaitu : (1) Mengetahui kondisi lingkungan perairan lamun (suhu, salinitas, pH, substrat) di Pesisir Pantai Desa Bahoi, (2) Mendeskripsikan morfometrik dari lamun Thalassia hemprichii, (3) Membandingkan morfometrik lamun Thalassia hemprichii berdasarkan stasiun pengambilan sampel. Abstract:
Salt from Bahi wetlands is allegedly containing high concentrations of heavy metals since the wetlands are in the proximity of the prospective uranium mining sites. This means Bahi salt could be an important route through which salt consumers are exposed to high concentrations of heavy metals. This study has analysed 50 salt samples of Bahi salt in order to determine the concentrations of both heavy metals and essential elements using the Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (EDXRF). Analytical results show that apart from Na and Cl, Bahi salt is composed of several elements including heavy metals such as Cr, Cd, Pb, Th and U. The salt also contains essential elements such as Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn and Br. The mean concentrations of Cr, Cd, Pb, Th and U ranged from 20 - 25μg/g, 3.8 – 8.85 μg/g, 2.29 – 5.8 μg/g, 6.22 – 15.8 μg/g and 6.5 – 9.12 μg/g respectively. All these toxic elements were in higher concentrations than the recommended maximum tolerable limits (MTL). Meanwhile the daily intake rate of essential elements due consumption of Bahi salt leads to the hazard index (HI) greater than 1 for children. This implies that unless purified, Bahi salt may be unsafe for children. Thus, both salt producers and responsible authorities at Bahi wetlands should collaborate to introduce suitable production methods ensuring effective salt purification before it reaches its consumers.

Abstract:
The aims of this study were to develop and validate an instrument to quantitatively assess the handedness of basketballers in basketball tasks (Basketball Handedness Inventory, BaHI) and to compare it with their handedness in daily activities by the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory (EHI). The participants were 111 basketballers and 40 controls. All subjects completed the EHI and only basketballers filled in the BaHI. To validate the BaHI, a voluntary subsample of basketballers repeated the BaHI. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses supported a two-factor model. Our results show that: (i) Handedness score (R) in daily actions did not differ between basketball players (R by EHI = 69.3 ± 44.6) and the control group (R by EHI = 64.5 ± 58.6); (ii) basketballers more frequently favored performing certain sport tasks with the left hand or mixed hands (as highlighted by R by BaHI = 50.1 ± 47.1), although their choice was primarily the right hand in everyday gestures; and (iii) this preference was especially true for athletes at the highest levels of performance (R by BaHI of A1 league = 38.6 ± 58.3) and for those playing in selected roles (point guard’s R = 29.4 ± 67.4). Our findings suggest that professional training induces handedness changes in basketball tasks. The BaHI provides a valid and reliable measure of the skilled hand in basketball. This will allow coaches to assess mastery of the ball according to the hand used by the athlete in the different tasks and roles.

Abstract:
Abstract Increased levels of BCR/ABL expression in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) cells is associated with disease progression from chronic phase (CP) to blast crisis (BC), and resistance to imatinib mesylate (IM) treatment. However, it is not clear if these associations directly result from elevated BCR/ABL expression levels or reflect coincidental occurrence of additional abnormalities. Here we used an experimental model of human CML based on ectopic expression of the BCR/ABL gene in human CD34+ cells to directly investigate the role of increased BCR/ABL expression levels in determining the phenotype of transformed hematopoietic cells and their IM response. CD34+ cells were transduced with retroviral vectors expressing BCR/ABL and GFP. Cells with low and high levels of GFP and BCR/ABL expression (BAlo and BAhi) were selected by flow cytometry. We confirmed increased expression of BCR/ABL in GFP high cells by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. The average BCR/ABL expression levels in BAlo cells (0.51 ± 0.19, n=3) were consistent with those observed in CD34+ cells from CML CP (0.36 ± 0.11, n=4) and accelerated phase (AP) patients (0.62 ± 0.08, n=3), and in BAhi (0.95 ± 0.09, n=3) cells with those observed in CML BC patients (0.98 ± 0.09, n=3). BAhi cells demonstrated significantly higher expansion after growth factor (GF) culture compared with BAlo cells (expansion of control cells: 14.3 ± 3.7, BAlo: 33.7 ± 9.3 and BAhi: 65.4 ± 16.4, n=4). Increased expansion was related to both increased cell division and reduced apoptosis. The proliferation rate of BAhi cells, measured by labeling cells with the fluorescent dye SNARF-1, was significantly increased compared with BAlo cells (proliferation index for controls: 5.3 ± 1.0, BAlo: 24.3 ± 8.1, and BAhi: 41.8 ± 11.9, n=4). BAhi cells demonstrated increased resistance to apoptosis upon GF deprivation, (28 ± 6.7%, n=5) compared with BAlo (45 ± 8%, n=5) or control cells (56 ± 9.3%, n=5). Interestingly, increased BCR/ABL expression levels in human hematopoietic cells was associated with enhanced IM sensitivity rather than with IM resistance (IC50 for BAhi = 0.025 μM; BAlo = 0.2 μM), related to both increased inhibition of proliferation (% inhibition of 55 ± 4.3% for BAhi, vs. 35.5 ± 4.4% for BAlo cells with 0.1 μM IM, n=4) as well as increased induction of apoptosis (% increase in apoptosis with 0.1μM IM for BAhi 26.4 ± 4% vs. BAlo 8.4 ± 3 %, n=5). We did not observe a significant difference in phosphorylation of AKT and MAPK between BAhi and BAlo cells, but did observe significantly increased STAT5 phosphorylation in BAhi CD34+ cells compared to BAlo cells (pSTAT5:STAT5 for BAlo = 0.41 ± 0.21, BAhi = 1.01 ± 0.1). Furthermore, electromobility shift assays (EMSA) confirmed increased STAT5 promoter activity in BAhi cells compare to BAlo cells. In conclusion, increased levels of BCR/ABL expression in human CD34+ cells results in increased expansion in hematopoietic cell numbers related to enhanced proliferation and increased resistance to apoptosis. However expression of high levels of BCR/ABL was associated with enhanced rather than reduced sensitivity to IM. These observations suggest that BCR/ABL overexpression may contribute to disease progression in CML but may not play a direct role in IM resistance in cells overexpressing BCR/ABL. Our results suggest a role of increased STAT5 activity in abnormal growth of BCR/ABL overexpressing cells.

Abstract:
On Friday, July 18, 1924, Robert W. Imbrie, United States Consul in Tehran— and personal friend and special agent of Allen W. Dulles, Chief of the State Department's Near Eastern Affairs Division—was brutally killed. Imbrie was beaten to death by a mob led by members of the Muslim clergy and including many members of the Iranian Army. In the weeks preceding July 18, there had been several outbreaks of anti-Bahai violence. Imbrie and Melvin Seymour had gone that morning to investigate a miraculous watering place in central Tehran that figured in the anti-Bahai excitement. According to contemporary accounts, a Bahai had been struck blind after drinking from the source when he refused to make an offering in the name of the Shi'i saints; his sight miraculously had been restored after he had repented and made the donation.

Abstract:
The importance of a good hearing function to preserve memory and cognitive abilities has been shown in the adult population, but studies on the pediatric population are currently lacking. This study aims at evaluating the effects of a bone-anchored hearing implant (BAHI) on speech perception, speech processing, and memory abilities in children with single side deafness (SSD). We enrolled n = 25 children with SSD and assessed them prior to BAHI implantation, and at 1-month and 3-month follow-ups after BAHI implantation using tests of perception in silence and perception in phonemic confusion, dictation in silence and noise, and working memory and short-term memory function in conditions of silence and noise. We also enrolled and evaluated n = 15 children with normal hearing. We found a statistically significant difference in performance between healthy children and children with SSD before BAHI implantation in the scores of all tests. After 3 months from BAHI implantation, the performance of children with SSD was comparable to that of healthy subjects as assessed by tests of speech perception, working memory, and short-term memory function in silence condition, while differences persisted in the scores of the dictation test (both in silence and noise conditions) and of the working memory function test in noise condition. Our data suggest that in children with SSD BAHI improves speech perception and memory. Speech rehabilitation may be necessary to further improve speech processing.

ABSTRACTThere are some marine sanctuaries (DPL) which are managed together by its societies in North Minahasa regency. From 19 villages with DPL, we conducted surveys using point intercept transect in 14 villages both inside and outside DPL in the subdistrict West Likupang and East Likupang, North Minahasa. Result showed that live coral cover was in general in moderate to excellent conditions both inside and outside DPL. Reef fish recorded in the study areas consisted of 267 reef fish species which categorized into 40 families. Bahoi village had the highest abundance and biomass within the DPL due to a very good condition of coral reef ecosystemn (>75% coral cover) both inside and outside DPL. Biomass of reef fish outside DPL of Bahoi was small but its abundance was the highest. This conditions indicated that the size of reef fish outside of Bahoi DPL was small and this gave a positive perspective to supply fishes into the outside region of Bahoi DPL. Overall, marine sanctuary in North Minahasa contained reef fish community structure in good condition, moderate diversity, relatively labile of evenness index, and low dominance. Grouping by similarity, reef fish species were generally similar in all locations. The separation of DPL locations produced some different fishes group due to its different location, oceanographic conditions, and characters. Abstract:
This article, written by JPT Technology Editor Chris Carpenter, contains highlights of paper SPE 201417, “Reservoir Characterization and Geostatistical Model of the Cretaceous and Cambrian-Ordovician Reservoir Intervals, Meghil Field, Sirte Basin, Libya,” by Mohamed Masoud, Sirte Oil Company; W. Scott Meddaugh, SPE, Midwestern State University; and Masud Eljaroshi Masud, Sirte Oil Company, prepared for the 2020 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition, originally scheduled to be held in Denver, Colorado, 5–7 October. The paper has not been peer reviewed. The study outlined in the complete paper focuses on developing models of the Upper Cretaceous Waha carbonate and Bahi sandstone reservoirs and the Cambrian-Ordovician Gargaf sandstone reservoir in the Meghil field, Sirte Basin, Libya. The objective of this study is to develop a representative geostatistically based 3D model that preserves geological elements and eliminates uncertainty of reservoir properties and volumetric estimates. This study demonstrates the potential for significant additional hydrocarbon production from the Meghil field and the effect of heterogeneity on well placement and spacing. Introduction The reservoir of interest consists of three stratigraphic layers of different ages: the Waha and Bahi Formations and the Gargaf Group intersecting the Meghil field. The Waha reservoir is a porous limestone that forms a single reservoir with underlying Upper Cretaceous Bahi sandstone and Cambro-Ordovician Gargaf Group quartzitic sandstone. The Waha provides excel-lent reservoir characteristics. The Bahi has fair to good reservoir characteristics, while the Gargaf Group has very poor reservoir quality. The Waha and Bahi contain significant amounts of hydrocarbons. The Bahi is composed of erratically distributed detritus from the eroded Gargaf Group. The characteristic of the Gargaf sediments is quartzitic sandstones indurate to a quartzite with low reservoir quality.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the proselytising strategy of the Bahá’i community in the Perm Territory that reflects the situation with this religious group in the Russian Federation as a whole. Bahá’i s are seen as one of the new religious projects of the end of the last century, claiming a wide coverage of believers and being unable to fulfill the task. The main research question is to identify obstacles for effective proselytising activities of new religious movements as features of the religious groups. The aim of the work is to identify effective mechanisms for recruiting neophytes in the urban environment, which involves channels for transmitting teachings, main factors of the proselytic potential of religion, the connection between doctrine, cult practice and the success of the missionary activity. The article presents the first experience of a sociological analysis of the regional Bahá’i community as a new religious movement in the post-Soviet space. The study is built on a set of included observations, results from a survey of church members, a series of semi-structured interviews, an analysis of sacred literature and information from social networks. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the spread of the Bahá’i faith in the country and the social characteristics of the neophytes. The main types of religious and near-religious activities of the community and ways of attracting new followers are analysed. The reasons and factors of the curtailment of activity and decline of the community, as well as the chosen development tactics at the present stage, are identified. The Bahá’i community is treated as uncompetitive in the religious space of the region and country. This is determined by the high value of the individual qualities of the followers, a low degree of external attractiveness, and poor adaptation to the religious needs of the population. The analysis of the community allows us to establish the place of new religious movements in the social and cultural space and the prospects for their development as local communities.

The discipleship of the young American Laura Clifford Barney to ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in the early 1900s resulted in a flow of spiritual teachings from East to West. After several years of intense engagement with her teacher in Palestine, Barney sought to disseminate in her Western homelands what she had learned. Her private and public writings demonstrate how she employed ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s teachings in her efforts to influence social discourse by promoting the Bahá’í Faith in Europe and the United States. Examining these teachings and Barney’s applications thereof in her rhetoric allows us to witness how a transnationalchannel of theological knowledge developed.

The paper aims to introduce some newly discovered data on Kalmyk-Kuban relations. Materials. The work focuses on materials from the National Archive of Kalmykia to have collected unique documents of correspondence between Kalmyk princes and South Russian authorities, as well as secret eyewitness reports on Kalmyk-Kuban contacts. Results. The article provides a detailed historical review of Kalmyk-Kuban relations as of 1727. Conclusions. In 1726–1727, Bahti Giray — after a number of misfortunes — joined another struggle for power in Kuban with the military aid of the Kalmyks. Kalmyk leaders were eager to seize the opportunity for minimizing any threats from Kuban rather than for regaining control over Yedisan and Jamboiluk Nogais. So, those were common military and political interests that brought Bahti Giray and Kalmyk chieftains together. Meanwhile, the Russian Government was worried enough by the tense situation in the Russian-Turkish frontier and sought for various means to neutralize the rebellious sultan — from political murder to proclamation of a protectorate, the latter having been welcomed by both the sultan himself and most Kalmyk princes that took an active part in the negotiation process. However, Colonel V. Beklemishev who was acting as Russia’s chief representative throughout the negotiations did fear the two parties may have initiated a political imitation but had no efficient levers to influence the situation and cancel the forthcoming Kuban campaign.

Abstract:
This research is conducted in the coastal waters of Bahoi Village, West Likupang Sub-district, North Minahasa District with the aims to know the types of sea-related environmental factors in the research site and know the community structure of the sea cucumber including the density, Index of diversity, dominance index, and distribution patterns. Data collection was done by using the line transect method, and sampling technique by using quadrat. The results of the study found 5 species of sea cucumber i.e. Holothuria atra, Holothuria scabra, Bohadschia marmorata, Actinopyga echinites, and Bohadschia vitiensis. The individual density of all species is 0.12 ind/m2, and the diversity index (H ') 0.950. The value of the similarity index/compatibility obtained is e = 0.918. The result of the calculated dominance index of sea cucumber species is 1.0 and the pattern of spreading species of sea cucumber in the research site shows a random spread pattern because the value of dispersion index (I) approaches 1 (one). Keywords: community; Sea cucumber; Bahoi; Dominance; Diversity. Nilai indeks kemerataan/keserasian diperoleh nilai indeks e = 0,918. nilai indeks dominasi spesies teripang diperoleh 1,0 dan pola penyebaran spesies teripang dilokasi penelitian menunjukkan pola sebaran acak (random) dikarenakan nilai indeks dispersi (I) mendekati 1 (satu).Kata Kunci : Komunitas; Teripang; Perairan Bahoi; Dominasi; Keanekaragaman

Abstract:
The pearl oyster Pinctada margaritifera (Linnaeus, 1758) or black lip pearl oyster is a marinebivalves with important economic value. This Indo-Pacific species is found in abundance in the waters of North Sulawesi, but cultivation activities have not been optimized. Growth information is important for aquaculture activities because it is a useful indicator to determine the health of pearl oysters and environmental suitability (Moussa, 2013). The purpose of this study was to determine the growth pattern of P. margaritifera pearl shells in the waters of North Sulawesi. Species P. margaritifera were collected at a depth of 2-20 m in the waters of North Minahasa Bahoi, Arakan waters South Minahasa and Talengen waters Sangihe Islands, North Sulawesi Province. The morphometric parameters observed included shell length (PC), shell height (TC), shell thickness (tC), and total weight (BT). The relationship between length, height, shell thickness and total weight was analyzed by regression equation. Morphometric measurements of P. margaritifera showed average shell length (PC) of 95.26 mm (Arakan waters), 81.15 mm (Talengen waters) and 70.19 mm (Bahoi waters). The growth pattern of P. margaritifera in the waters of Bahoi, Arakan and Talengen, North Sulawesi Province was allometric negative. This means that the increase in length, height and thickness of the shell is faster than the total weight.
