Abstract:

Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases worldwide with an estimated 300 million affected individuals. Grading of asthma based on clinical presentation is going from acute severe asthma over life threatening asthma to near fatal asthma There are only a few diagnostic methods that we can use for patients with severe form of asthma because. This is because of severity of disease which disables them to complete usually used diagnostic tests. Treatment of patients with severe form of asthma is difficult. Today we have precisely defined criteria for hospital admission, so we will not waste time to decide whether patient is of general ward, high dependence unit or intensive care unit. Thanks to latest GINA recommendations we updated about treatment procedures for each patient based on severity of disease. It is extremely important to choose adequate therapy as soon as possible, because we do not have big margin for an error. Therapy should be based on latest GINA recommendation.

Abstract:

The science of Ayurveda has its base in the darshanas. Ayurveda adopts the theories from darshanas with necessary modifications so as to suit its practical utility. Vaada is the methodology of discussion proposed by darshanas. Indian philosophers used vaada to unveil the unknown from known and Ayurveda utilises all the available philosophies according to the context to justify its aim i.e to prevent and cure diseases. Vivartavaada is the theory of causation propounded by Vedantha. Vivartavaada and its concepts being pure philosophical cannot be as such applied in Ayurveda as it is a practical science, but the concepts of avidya, maya, adhyasa, and athma that it upholds is an integral part of Ayurveda as it is a holistic science involving both the body and the mind. This article briefly discusses the concepts postulated in Vivarthavaada and its implications in swastha, rogi and chikitsa.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Introduction: Poor control of asthma can reduce the quality of life of asthma patients. Doing breathing exercises and regular physical exercise can increase asthma control. Exercises that can be done are a combination of Buteyko breathing techniques and walking exercises. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a combination of Buteyko breathing techniques and walking exercises on athma control. Methods: The design of this study was quasi experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The location of the study was in the pulmonary clinic of Regional General Hospital of Sidoarjo Regency and Bangil Regional General Hospital in Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Respondents were selected by randomization by simple random sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 76 respondents. Asthma control were measured using Asthma Control Test. The intervention group was given a combination exercise with Buteyko breathing technique and walking exercise for 8 weeks, 3x per week, 55 minutes every training session. Giving a combination of Buteyko breathing technique and walking exercises using module and video media. Asthma control measurements were carried out 3 times (pre test, week 4, week 8). Data were analyzed using SPSS 22 with GLM-RM (General Linear Model-Repeated Measure) ANOVA. Result: The research results showed a significant difference in the astma control value between before and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of the intervention in the treatment group with p = 0.000(p <0.05). Discussion:The combination of Buteyko breathing techniques and walking exercise increase asthma control through the mechanism of increasing CO2 and producing nitric oxide which has bronchodilation effects and through decreasing inflammatory mediators so that it can reduce asthma symptoms. This exercise can be used as an alternative choice in supporting pharmacological therapy to improve asthma control.

Abstract:

The present study was carried out in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat State. From the ten talukas of Ahmedabad district, four talukas were selected on the basis of maximum number of Farmer Interest Group (FIG’s) functioning under ATMA. Five villages were randomly selected from each taluka. Thus, total 20 villages were selected. Ten respondents were selected from each village. Thus, total 200 respondents were selected randomly from four talukas. A standardized scale to measure the perceived effectiveness of ATMA was developed by using the Normalized Rank Order Method recommended by Guilford (1954). The scale consists of ten indicators namely attitude of beneficiary farmers toward ATMA, benefits derived from ATMA, task functions of ATMA, organization of extension activities, quality training, innovative ideas implementation, performance of FIG, demonstrations and its horizontal spread, technical capability of ATMA personnel and performance of farm school. As far as various indicators of perceived effectiveness of ATMA are concerned majority of ATMA participants had perceived favorable attitude towards ATMA having high benefits derived from ATMA with fair to good perception about task functions of ATMA having excellent perception regarding organized extension activities by ATMA with good perceived quality of training but fair perception about innovative ideas implemented from ATMA and had good perceived performance of FIG with high level of perception about demonstrations and its horizontal spread and were having good perception about technical capabilities of ATMA personnel as well as performance of farm school. Input delivery for demonstration is not timely, farm school activities are inadequate, insufficient out state exposure visit and tight schedule of farming were the major constraints experienced by the ATMA participants in deriving benefits.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the employment problems of pre-service teachers who cannot be appointed. In the research, a descriptive study was conducted by using the case study model, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The research data were obtained through interviews with 10 teachers who were within the borders of Tokat province but were not appointed. Semi-structured interview forms were used to collect data. The answers given by the participants to the interview form were analyzed one by one and turned into a table in the computer environment. The data obtained as a result of the interviews with the participants were analyzed with descriptive data analysis, which is one of the qualitative data analysis techniques. As a result of the research, pre-service teachers stated that they wanted to be appointed both as teachers and from their own branches, and they did not want to work in precarious and night-time working areas. Most of the teachers who are paid teachers mentioned that they are exposed to permanent-paid discrimination and that they are affected psychologically in the working environment. The majority of the teachers who participated in the interview stated that they did not experience any economic anxiety while they were students and that they saw the full support of their families. It has been observed that there are differences in the hopes of being appointed from the prospective teachers, primary school teachers and teachers who graduated from different branches. In addition, it was observed that the unemployment problem negatively affected their emotions, thoughts and psychology in all of the participants. Category: Ankle; Ankle Arthritis Introduction/Purpose: Deficits in ankle joint kinetics following total ankle arthroplasty (TAA) may be attributed to a reduction in the force-generating capacity of ankle joint muscles, but it is also important to consider the alterations to joint structure that may accompany this procedure. One key parameter indicative of joint structure with the potential to be influenced by TAA is the plantarflexion moment arm of the Achilles tendon (ATma). ATma is an indicator of the potential for the tendon force to produce plantarflexion moment that is determined by the three-dimensional line of action of the tendon relative to the ankle joint axis. The purpose of this study was to assess pre-to-post TAA changes in ATma; we hypothesized that pre- and post-TAA moment arms would not be different. Methods: We tested 10 TAA patients (age at surgery: 62.86 +- 9.72 y; height: 1.72 +- 0.08 m; body mass: 97.81 +- 20.89 kg) at pre-operative (˜ 1 mo pre) and post-operative (˜6 mo post) visits. All procedures involving testing of human subjects were approved by the Penn State Hershey Medical Center Institutional Review Board. ATma were measured using a method that combined ultrasound imaging of the tendon with 3D motion tracking of both the ultrasound probe and the ankle joint. The tendon and joint axis were located during trials in which the patients were seated with the knee extended while the ankle joint was voluntarily rotated in the sagittal plane. We also examined sagittal-plane weightbearing radiographs (pre- and post-op) to determine the AP distance from the center of the talar dome to the posterior margin of the calcaneus. Pre- and post-op ATma were compared using a paired t-test and regression. Results: No significant mean differences were found between post-op ATma and pre-op ATma (p = 0.360). Despite this, some patients were found to have large differences between pre- and postoperative ATma. For example, participants 1, 3, and 8 exhibited changes of -54.22%, +64.14% and +123.98% (pre-to-post) respectively (Figure 1). A moderate correlation between pre- and post-op ATma was found (r2 = 0.461, p = 0.031), indicating that only 46.1% of the variance in post-op ATma was explained by pre-op ATma (Figure 1). The normalized AP distance measured from the radiographs did not significantly change on average pre- to post-TAA (p = 0.561), and we found the change in this distance to correlate with the change in ATma (r2 = 0.370, p = 0.062). Conclusion: This is the first investigation of whether TAA alters ATma. Our results supported our hypothesis that pre-operative ATma predicts post-operative ATma. However, our hypothesis is supported only when the mean differences are considered, as there were sizeable differences for individuals. Despite a non-significant average change in ATma following TAA, at the individual level substantial changes in ATma were observed in seven of the 10 patients. Change in ATma was only partly explained by change in the AP position of the talar dome. Change in ATma has potential consequences for function in terms of ankle plantarflexor strength and walking velocity.

Atma Prasangsa merupakan proses perjalanan roh atau jiwa dari semasa seseorang masih hidup hingga mencapai moksa. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, penata menghubungkan arti dari Atma Prasangsa tersebut dengan pengalaman pribadi penata yang kehilangan seorang kakek yang bernama I Wayan Ngarda. Melihat fenomena tersebut, penata mengangkat Atma Prasangsa untuk dijadikan sebuah judul komposisi karawitan dalam bentuk tabuh kreasi. Karena keterbatasan alat dan pendukung dari pihak mitra yang diakibatkan kerena even Pesta Kesenian Bali, maka penata memutuskan untuk melakukan peminjaman gamelan Angklung sebagai media ungkap dalam garapan ini di Banjar Kayutulang Canggu. Karya Atma Prasangsa ini bertujuan sebagai penghormatan untuk almarhum dari kakek penata sendiri. Gamelan Angklung tergolong gamelan yang berlaras selendro empat nada. Garapan ini menggunakan struktur bagian-bagian dan diputuskan menggunakan lima bagian. Adapun penonjolan yang penata buat untuk memfokuskan ide penata kedalam garapan yaitu pada bagian dua dan bagian keempat yang dimana bagian tersebut menggambarkan kesedihan dan mengikhlaskan kepergian dari kakek penata sendiri. Durasi dari keseluruhan garapan ini berkisar 12 menit. Semoga dengan adanya garapan ini masyarakat bisa mengikuti pembaharuan dalam seni karawitan khususnya pada gamelan Angklung.

Abstrak-Mythomania merupakan kecenderungan berbohong di mana penderitanya sering tidak sadar ketika sedang berbohong dan menceritakan khayalan yang ada di dalam kepalanya kepada orang lain. Pemahaman mengenai bentuk kepribadian mythomania masih jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat umum menjadi latar belakang penulisan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepribadian dan penyebab mythomania yang dialami tokoh Atha. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini akan digunakan pendekatan psikologi-sastra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Take Off My Shoes yang ditulis oleh Nay Sharaya (2015). Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca-catat. Analisis data terbagi menjadi tiga bagian; mendeskripsikan penyebab gejala mythomania pada tokoh Atha, gejala-gejala yang dialami tokoh Atha, dan akibat mythomania yang terjadi pada tokoh Atha. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sebagai berikut. Pertama, kepribadian mythomania yang dialami tokoh Atha adalah bentuk kepribadian yang muncul secara batiniah akibat dari proses realitas kehidupan yang tidak dapat diterimanya. Kedua, kondisi sosial di sekitar tokoh Atha menjadi faktor pendukung ia menjadi terobsesi warna merah dan mythomaniac.

Mnoge činjenice usvoje se već u srednjoj školi, a studenti kemije ili fizike zapravo malo mare kako se to točno gibaju elektroni u atomu ili odakle atomima masa. Doista, kako to da atomi uopće postoje, koji su preduvjeti postojanja atoma onakvih kakvi jesu? U članku je dan pregled osnovnih spoznaja o atomu danas, povijest modela atoma u proteklih stotinjak godina kao i nekih još neodgovorenih pitanja.

Perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta telah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pengunjung. Kemajuan teknologi juga dimanfaatkan oleh staf perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta untuk proses monotoring dan evaluasi. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin mengukur kualitas layanan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui kualitas layanan teknologi informasi pada perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta melalui pemberian level dari level 0 hingga level 5. Penulis melakukan proses pengukuran kualitas layanan teknologi informasi mengunakan framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3. Hal ini dikarenakan framework ITIL memiliki manfaat dan kelebihan dalam melakukan proses pengukuran tingkat kualitas layanan teknologi informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner. Berdasarkan pengukuran tingkat kualitas layanan teknologi informasi menggunakan framework ITIL V3, layanan teknologi informasi pada perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta masuk pada level 3 yaitu, prosedur dan instruksi pekerjaan telah distandarisasikan dan didokumentasikan.

Abstract:

Training is one of the important tools of human resource development. Knowledgeable well trained people and effective institutions are critical for achieving growth in any of the sectors, more so in the field of agriculture as it is the threshold point where in the economy the entire farming community is dependent. To help farmers face these challenges, the extension system should be strengthened. The Extension Education Institute (EEI), Anand is one of the premier institutes for training of extension personnel in India. This institute caters the training needs of Western Zone States. A regional workshop was organized to assess the training needs of ATMA personnel in Gujarat. For assessment of their training needs, a model questionnaire was prepared incorporating all the possible issues to be addressed for assessing the training needs of the ATMA personnel. The results showed that majority of the respondents were belong to young age group, general category and having education more than graduation. Cent per cent of the ATMA personnel has attended up to 3 days training programme; 75.00 per cent of the ATMA personnels are contractual basis and had medium level of service experience. Further, the data revealed that among the 48 training titles the "training programme on Promotion of Organic Farming for Sustainable Agriculture" ranked first with a weightage mean score of 2.95, followed by "Training Programme on Good Agricultural and Allied Practices of Doubling Farmers Income" ranked second with a mean score of 2.92, and "Water Conservation Techniques to Improve Water use Efficiency" ranked third with the mean score value of 2.89.

Vedanta philosophy, as the foundation of Hindu philosophy, has talked much about the existence and role of Atma in life in depth, and Atma’s relationship to Paramatma as the unity of the worldly living beings and the absolute, Brahma. This notion deals with the idea that Atma is immortal and unchanged, but it undergoes transformation from body to body. The western Christian philosophy also has the notion of Atma with the name "the soul," but Christian philosophy gives the message of the changeability of the soul. Being brought up in Christian culture and tradition, Emerson focuses on the soul's spirituality in his writings and develops the theory of transcendentalism, but as influenced by Vedantic philosophy, his concept of the soul departs from pure Christian tradition and gets linked with the Vedantic concept of Atma and Paramatma. This study examines how Vedanta metaphysics and Emersonian transcendentalism share common ground in the perception of Atma and Paramatma, and finds the connection between Vedantic metaphysical notion of the soul as Atma and Paramatma and American transcendental view of the soul and the Over-soul proposed in Emerson’s writings. This study is significant to make a meaningful connection between the Eastern Vedic viewpoints with the Western viewpoints in the mode of philosophical understanding.

Montaj hattı dengeleme problemi belirli işlem sürelerine sahip olan işlerin, öncelik ilişkileri göz önünde bulundurularak, çeşitli amaçları eniyileyecek şekilde iş istasyonlarına atanmasıdır. Bilimsel yazında montaj hattı dengeleme problemini çözebilmek amacıyla birtakım varsayımlarda bulunulmuştur. Bunlardan bir tanesi, hat dengelenirken işçilerin özdeş olduğu ve bir işin işlem süresinin işçiden işçiye değişmeyip sabit kaldığı varsayımıdır. Ancak gerçek hayat montaj hatlarında çalışan işçilerin özdeş olduğunu varsaymak mantıklı bir yaklaşım değildir, çünkü her bir işçinin kendine has bilgi birikimi, fiziksel kapasitesi, beceri düzeyi gibi özellikleri vardır. Dolayısıyla, aynı işi farklı işçilerin işleme süreleri eşit olmamaktadır. Gerçek hayat uygulamalarıyla bilimsel yazın arasındaki bu kopukluğu gidermek amacıyla montaj hattı dengeleme ve işgücü atama problemi sunulmuştur. Montaj hattı dengeleme ve işgücü atama problemi, aynı anda hem işlerin işçilere, hem de işçilerin istasyonlara atandığı bir çifte atama problemidir. Bu çalışmada, endüstriyel buzdolabı üretimi yapan bir firmaya ait montaj hattında dengeleme ve işgücü atama çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, tamsayılı bir doğrusal matematiksel model önerilmiş ve Lingo çözücüsü yardımıyla çözülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar, hattın çevrim süresinin 4784sn’den 2725sn’ye düşürüldüğünü ve aynı zamanda hattın etkinliğinin de %66’dan %94’e yükseldiği göstermiştir. Burada önemli olan nokta ise, bu iyileştirmelerin hiçbir ekstra maliyet ortaya çıkarmadan sağlanmış olmasıdır.

Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah melakukan penyuluhan dan praktik kewirausahaan terhadap pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Atma Yudha. Evaluasi dan monitoring kegiatan dilakukan berdasarkan table evaluasi yang telah disepakati sebelumnya yang secara umum menilai keaktifan peserta kegaitan sejak penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Seluruh kegiatan mulai dari sosialisasi sampai pembuatan laporan membutuhkan waktu selama 8 bulan. Target khusus kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berwirausaha pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Atma Yudha yang sebelumnya masih lemah dari sisi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan menjadi meningkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan wirausaha minimal 50%. Abstract This paper presents the first attempt to apply the compressible nonhydrostatic Active Tracer High-Resolution Atmospheric Model–Fluidity (ATHAM-Fluidity) solver to a series of idealized atmospheric test cases. ATHAM-Fluidity uses a hybrid finite-element discretization where pressure is solved on a continuous second-order grid while momentum and scalars are computed on a first-order discontinuous grid (also known as ). ATHAM-Fluidity operates on two- and three-dimensional unstructured meshes, using triangular or tetrahedral elements, respectively, with the possibility to employ an anisotropic mesh optimization algorithm for automatic grid refinement and coarsening during run time. The solver is evaluated using two-dimensional-only dry idealized test cases covering a wide range of atmospheric applications. The first three cases, representative of atmospheric convection, reveal the ability of ATHAM-Fluidity to accurately simulate the evolution of large-scale flow features in neutral atmospheres at rest. Grid convergence without adaptivity as well as the performances of the Hermite–Weighted Essentially Nonoscillatory (Hermite-WENO) slope limiter are discussed. These cases are also used to test the grid optimization algorithm implemented in ATHAM-Fluidity. Adaptivity can result in up to a sixfold decrease in computational time and a fivefold decrease in total element number for the same finest resolution. However, substantial discrepancies are found between the uniform and adapted grid results, thus suggesting the necessity to improve the reliability of the approach. In the last three cases, corresponding to atmospheric gravity waves with and without orography, the model ability to capture the amplitude and propagation of weak stationary waves is demonstrated. This work constitutes the first step toward the development of a new comprehensive limited area atmospheric model.

Bu çalışmada 2000 yılından sonra eğitim kurumlarına yönetici seçmede kullanılan yönetici atama/görevlendirme yönetmeliklerinde yer alan kriter ve yöntemlerin karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde analizi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinde doküman analizi türünde bir araştırmadır. 2000 yılından sonra ilki 2003 yılında çıkarılan yönetici atama yönetmelikleri sonraki 17 senede 11’i yeni yönetmelik 14’ü ise bu yönetmeliklerde yapılan değişiklikler olmak üzere toplam 25 kez değişikliğe uğradıktan sonra 2021 yılında son şeklini almıştır. Bu nedenle araştırmamızda analiz edilen dokümanlar, ifade edilen dönemde çıkarılan yönetici atama yönetmelikleridir. İlgili yönetmeliklere Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı mevzuat sistemi ve Resmi Gazete’nin internet sayfası üzerinden ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler metin içerisinde tablolar ve şekiller yardımıyla görselleştirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Yönetmeliklerde eğitim kurumu yöneticisi seçiminde kullanılan yöntemler analiz edildiğinde; yönetici değerlendirme formu, yazılı sınav ve sözlü mülakatın yöntem olarak kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Yönetmeliklerde yapılan değişikliklerin, atamada kullanılan yöntemlerden birinin öne çıkması veya atama puanı üzerindeki ağırlıklarının değiştirilmesi şeklinde olduğu görülmektedir. Bu yönüyle çıkarılan yönetmelikler, bunca değişikliğe rağmen birbirinin tekrarından ibarettir. Ayrıca bu süre zarfında çıkarılan yönetmeliklerin hiçbirinde eğitim kurumlarına yönetici olarak atanmak için lisansüstü eğitim görmüş olmak da bir ön şart olarak yer almamaktadır. Bu durum, eğitim kurumu yöneticiliğinin uzmanlaşma isteyen bir meslek yerine, belirli yıl şartını sağlayan öğretmenlere verilen ikinci bir görev olarak görülmeye devam ettiğinin kanıtı niteliğindedir.

Abstract The ‘Child’ is a value-laden concept in rural Punjabi society with foremost pronatal values. The woman is primarily responsible for childbearing. Fertility is valued for the social value of the child that raises the status of the woman as woman-being and a mother. It is believed that the child removes the curse of childlessness and sets a woman from social demotion. Infertility or other related issues that cause congruent child mortality are serious and often perceived as Athra, an “evil sickness” to be cured by religious healing. This ethnographic study investigates perceptions of rural Punjabi women about the socially valued child and the fears attached to Athra. This study was conducted in a village in southern Punjab. The study explores the social value of the child, the status of the mother, the ‘unexplained’ nature of Athra, and its contagious effects.

The Wayang Gedog performance at the Atma Wedana ceremony in Pekraman Beringkit Village plays the play Bima Swarga which tells the story of Bima's journey full of obstacles in order to save Atma from his parents (Dewi Madri and Pandu). the implementation of the Pitra Yadnya ceremony is carried out in groups (mass), in this Wayang Gedog performance also facilities such as offerings and equipment are used to support the course of the performance. The stages carried out by Mangku Dalang in the Wayang Gedog performance are, performing prayers at Mangku Dalang's house to be protected during the performance, eating a meal, matur piuning which aims to ask permission to perform the performance, performing a performance which is divided into three acts, and making Tirta Sudamala on end of the show. The implementation of this ceremony aims to increase Pitara's status to Pitara God. The data collection methods used in this study were the observation method, the library method, the interview method and the documentation method. The analytical strategy used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed (1) the form of the Wayang Gedog performance, (2) the function of the Wayang Gedog performance, (3) the values of Hindu religious education in the Wayang Gedog performance. The value of Hindu religious education contained in the Wayang Gedog performance at the Atma Wedana ceremony, namely: 1). Tattwa education, Tattwa education contained is about the nature of God's omnipotence as creator, preserver and fuse (Tri Kona) which is symbolized in Mangku Dalang. 2) Moral Education, the moral education contained is teaching to be able to be respectful towards parents, which can be done by doing and saying things that do not hurt parents' hearts. 3) Ceremonial education, the ceremonial education contained is to provide an understanding of the virtues of carrying out the Atma Wedana ceremony, so that in carrying out the ceremony, it can be done seriously as an effort to help the Atma from the ancestors so that later they can occupy a better place.

In India, the public extension system is the major actor involved in disseminating information to farm families. Institutions like Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) and Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVK), have their roots in every corner of the country and are playing a major role in disseminating the cutting-edge technologies to rural families. e-Extension is an internet-based learning environment delivering scientific information on a 24*7*365 basis. For effective dissemination of ICT enabled extension services to the farmers, it is the need of the hour to know the attitude of personnel towards e-extension. The present study was undertaken nine districts located in the jurisdiction of Anand Agricultural University. A total of 199 personnel of ATMA and KVK of central Gujarat in which 155 ATMA personnel and 44 KVK personnel. Majority of ATMA personnel had a neutral to favourable attitude towards e-extension where as in KVK personnel half (50.00 per cent) of the respondents had a favourable attitude towards e-extension.

Abstract:

The research on the assessment of nutritional composition of fresh Atama (Heinsia crinta) leaves and it’s associated pathogens was carried out. Atama leaves were purchased from Mile 3 Market, Port Harcourt, Nigeria and analysed in the Laboratory of the Department Plant Science and Biotechnology, Rivers State University, washed and sent to the Department of Food Science and Technology for assessment of the Nutrient quality.The results of the Proximate analysis of fresh Atama leaf revealed that the leaf is rich in 26.4±0.1 of moisture, 4.3±0.1 of ash, 15.2±0.1 of lipid, 15.4±0.1 of fibre, 18.4±0.2 for protein and carbohydrate for 20.07±0.2. Mineral assessment revealed the presence of calcium, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus. However, calcium was (300mg/300mg), iron (50mg/50mg), magnesium (156mg/156mg), phosphorus (149mg/149mg), potassium, sodium (52mg/53mg). Determination of vitamin revealed only the presence of vitamin A,C, and Thaimime. Phytochemical screening showed the availability of carotenoid, polyphenol, flavonoid, lignan, while anti nutrient, showed glycoside, oxalate but no values for saponin. Three fungal organisms (saccharomyces cerevisiae, candida sp and Mucor spp) were isolated to be responsible for the spoilage of Heinsia crinita. However saccharomyces cerevisiae sp had an incidence of 20% and candida spp with an incidence of 20% and Mucor spp had an incidence of 60% respectively. Consumption of Atama leaf is advised as they supply adequate energy and minerals for metabolic processes needed in maintenance of life, although it still prone to fungi spoilage.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kedudukan para pihak dalam Perjanjian Pengangkutan Bahan Bakar Minyak antara PT. Karya Atma Manunggal dan PT. Pelni, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tanggung jawab para pihak dalam Perjanjian Pengangkutan Bahan Bakar Minyak antara PT. Karya Atma Manunggal dan PT. Pelni ketika terjadi wanprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris dengan mengkaji data sekunder dan didukung oleh data wawancara dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kedudukan Para Pihak Perjanjian pengangkutan antara PT. Karya Atma Manunggal dengan PT. Pelni dituangkan dalam bentuk perjanjian tertulis yang berlaku sebagai Undang-Undang bagi Pihak-Pihak yang membuatnya sehingga para pihak mengetahui kedudukan hukumnya masing-masing dalam melakukan hak dan kewajiban, dan apabila terjadi wanprestasi oleh para pihak harus bertanggungjawab sesuai kesepakatan dengan mengacu pada Pasal 1243 KUHPerdata. This research aims to determine and analyze the position of the parties in the Oil Fuel Transportation Agreement between PT. Karya Atma Manunggal and PT. Pelni, and to find out and analyze the responsibilities of the parties in the Oil Fuel Transportation Agreement between PT. Karya Atma Manunggal and PT. Pelni when a default occurs. This research uses empirical research methods by examining secondary data and is supported by interview data using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that the position of the parties to the transportation agreement between PT. Karya Atma Manunggal with PT. Pelni is stated in the form of a written agreement which is valid as law for the parties who make it so that the parties know their respective legal positions in carrying out their rights and obligations, and if there is a default by the parties they must be held responsible according to the agreement with reference to Article 1243 of the Civil Code..

Abstract:

U kemiji i nastavi kemije rabe se veličine pikometar i Avogadrov broj. Nastavnici lakoćom izgovore ili napišu, a učenici napamet nauče i reproduciraju te veličine, bez predodžbe o tomu koliko je 10−12 ili 1023. U ovom je radu pokazano kako vlastitom aktivnošću, u ovom slučaju rješavanjem jednostavnih problemskih zadataka iz područja strukturne kemije, učenici mogu samostalno doći do spoznaja o veličini atoma i usporediti ih s veličinama poznatih makro objekata. Time bi se spriječilo učenje napamet o veličinama čestica fundamentalno važnih u području nastave prirodnih znanosti. U ovo digitalno doba uz “nastavu na daljinu” i digitalizirane udžbenike suvremena škola ne treba tiskane udžbenike i “razrede”, već laboratorije i radionice te sportske dvorane i sportske terene gdje će učenici znanja, vještine i sposobnosti stjecati vlastitom aktivnošću.
