Abstract:
This work aimed to use abietic acid (AA), as a widely available natural product, as a precursor for the synthesis of two new amphiphilic ionic liquids (AILs) and apply them as effective demulsifiers for water-in-crude oil (W/O) emulsions. AA was esterified using tetraethylene glycol (TEG) in the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid (PTSA) as a catalyst obtaining the corresponding ester (AATG). AATG was reacted with 1-vinylimidazole (VIM) throughout the Diels–Alder reaction, forming the corresponding adduct (ATI). Following this, ATI was quaternized using alkyl iodides, ethyl iodide (EI), and hexyl iodide (HI) to obtain the corresponding AILs, ATEI-IL, and ATHI-IL, respectively. The chemical structure, surface activity, thermal stability, and relative solubility number (RSN) were investigated using different techniques. The efficiency of ATEI-IL and ATHI-IL to demulsify W/O emulsions in different crude oil: brine volumetric ratios were evaluated. ATEI-IL and ATHI-IL achieved promising results as demulsifiers. Their demulsification efficiency increased as the brine ratios decreased where their efficiency reached 100% at the crude oil: brine ratio (90:10), even at low concentrations.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Drug withdrawal in a psychiatric patient is the cessation of a treatment process before completing the recommended treatment. Kawala Atei Mental Hospital of Central Kalimantan Province has a visit rate with the incidence of patients dropping out of treatment above 50%, from 2019 to June it is known that the number of patients dropping out of treatment there are 172 patients out of 256 patients who visited. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing dropouts for outpatient psychiatric patients at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in 2019.This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. This study was conducted at the Kalei Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in November to December 2019. The population in this study was all families who have family members who experience mental illnesses dropping out of treatment as many as 256 people . The research sample of 78 people using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square formula and logistic regression. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence the incidence of outpatient treatment for outpatient psychiatric patients at the Kalei Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in 2019 are economic ability (p = 0.024), distance (p = 0,000), perception (p = 0.012 ), trust (p = 0.001). Based on the results of the study it is suggested that this study can be used as a source of information related to factors that influence the incidence of treatment dropouts for psychiatric patients at the Mental Hospital.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the home visite services of people with mental disorders in Kalawa Atei General Hospital in Central Kalimantan Province. Given the implementation of the program for people with mental disorders to access health services whose handling is different from other health services. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the complexity and dynamics of handling people with mental disorders. The primary data in this study were sourced from several informants, namely Home Visite Officers from Kalawa Atei General Hospital, Social Service and Povinsi / Regency Health Service, local Puskesmas, and Family of Ganguan Mental Panderita. Meanwhile, Secondary Sources in this study include the Implementation of Home Visite Regulation, Home Visite Service Profile, Home Visite Patient Ratio and other related documents. The results of the study show the conclusions of the study that the implementation of home visite services organized by the Central Kalimantan Atei Central Hospital along with other cross sectors has been running quite well. This is seen in terms of the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided in providing home visite services for ODGJs that have been prepared and are maximally sought. Home visite services are in accordance with SOPs, competencies and disciplines of each service officer. Home visite services provide guarantees to each patient with a special schedule by officers to come to the regions to provide these services. In this case, home visite services in terms of empathy by service personnel are good enough. Considering that home viste activities are shown to severely mentally ill patients, who cannot access Kalawa Atei General Hospital for various reasons, such as financial incapacity, no family support, family ignorance, and the existence of savings. However, there are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Home Visite Service at Atawa Kalawa Hospital, namely: 1) equipment completeness, 2) field conditions, 3) communication.

Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of blade trailing edge (TE) profile modification of the suction side on the internal flow and hydraulic performance in a low-specific speed centrifugal pump are investigated through particle image velocimetry (PIV) analysis. Three impellers with different blade trailing edge profiles named original trailing edge (OTE), arc trailing edge 1 (ATE1), and arc trailing edge 2 (ATE2) are designed for PIV experiments. Results show that blade trailing edge modification of the suction side can significantly change the flow pattern, affecting the hydraulic performance of the model pumps. There is a definite counterclockwise backflow vortex near the suction side of OTE at deep-low flow rate, resulting in a decrease in the uniformity of the flow field at the outlet and the hydraulic performance. ATE1 with a reasonable larger blade outlet angle has the best flow field, and the head and efficiency are increased by about 1.2% and 8%, respectively under the same working condition. The hydraulic performance of ATE2 with the blade outlet angle of 59° is better than that of OTE under low flow rate, but it is less than that of OTE under high flow rate due to the streamline deviation generated on the pressure side. Meanwhile, the energy conversion abilities of the modified model pumps are evaluated by slip factor and the deviation degree of the nominalized local Euler head distribution (NLEHD). Since there is no definite counterclockwise backflow vortex at the outlet after modification, the slip factor of ATEs increases and the energy conversion ability is enhanced. Moreover, the jet-wake phenomenon of ATEs is weakened, and the local Euler head (LEH) increases near the outlet, decreasing the deviation degree of the NLEHD to obtain better energy conversion ability.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the field of University Pedagogy and specifically the relationship between theory (learning theories university teachers adopt) and practice (actual teaching) in Higher Education Institutions. To this end, we conducted a mixed methodology research (triangulation) by implicating both the students and the university teachers of post graduate programs of the former Alexander Technological Educational Institute–ATEI-of Thessaloniki (current International Hellenic University-IHU). The data collection methods were:7 semi-structured interviews with the teaching staff, student questionnaires (n=98) and non-participatory observation. Results show that teachers’ views about learning and teaching are consistent mostly with person-centered humanistic learning theories and cognitive constructivism. Learning is viewed as a dynamic process revolving around students and their needs. Their student-centered approach and the theories they embrace are consistent with their teaching practice to a satisfactory degree (role, climate, teacher-student relationship, objectives, connection to reality). However, an issue detected is the relatively limited use of the most active teaching techniques.

Il lavoro di tesi affronta il tema della libertà religiosa collettiva, con particolare riguardo alla posizione che oggi occupano all’interno del panorama nazionale ed europeo i soggetti atei, per via dei profili di ambiguità che caratterizzano il loro inquadramento giuridico. Manca infatti, all’interno della nostra Carta Costituzionale, un esplicito riferimento alla non credenza ed all’ateismo, in linea con l’assenza di qualsiasi riferimento al profilo negativo della libertà religiosa. Se infatti quest’ultimo non si riconosce espressamente, la sua esistenza è divenuta ormai innegabile per via della diffusione non soltanto di tutta una serie di nuovi fenomeni religiosi (ben lontani dalle religioni tradizionali di maggioranza), quanto soprattutto per via dell’emersione di nuove esigenze collettive, volte al riconoscimento della libertà di non credere o di credere. La parte centrale del lavoro è focalizzata sull’analisi dell’ormai celebre vicenda giudiziaria dell’Associazione degli Atei Agnostici Razionalisti Italiani (UAAR), avviata per il riconoscimento di un generale diritto all’accesso all’intesa ex art. 8, comma 3, della Costituzione, anche in assenza dell’elemento confessionale, e conclusasi dinnanzi alla Corte Costituzionale con sentenza 52/2016. Partendo dal disconoscimento ad opera della Consulta dell’esistenza di una pretesa di avvio alle trattative per l’intesa, passando per l’inquadramento della funzione dello strumento intesa ex art. 8, comma 3 Cost. e per l’attribuzione al Consiglio dei Ministri circa l’opportunità di stipulare intesa con lo Stato, si è arrivati ad affermare l’esistenza di un generale diritto all’eguale libertà per le confessioni religiose, anche in attesa di intesa. Il lavoro ha poi cercato di inquadrare la questione alla luce dell’art. 9 della CEDU, anche in vista della prossima pronuncia che la Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo dovrà rendere sul ricorso presentato dall’UAAR. Attraverso una disamina della giurisprudenza convenzionale e dottrinale sul punto, nonché degli ipotetici riflessi indiretti che sulla stessa potrebbero derivare dal diritto comunitario e dall’art. 17 TFUE, il lavoro è giunto alla conclusione che verosimilmente l’esito del ricorso sarà difficilmente favorevole all’associazione atea, in quanto difficilmente si prevede un deciso cambio di rotta nella direzione di un innalzamento qualitativo del grado di tutela della libertà religiosa. Il lavoro non si è limitato ad analizzare la questione de iure condito, ma ha anche analizzato la recente bozza del progetto di legge proposta della Fondazione Astrid per regolamentare l’intero fenomeno religioso in Italia, basato sulla volontà di sviluppare il principio di laicità in maniera più condivisa ed armonica con il sistema pattizio, attraverso il respingimento della tendenza a relegare la religiosità all’interno della generale ed asettica categoria del “no profit”, nonché di riaffermare il principio di distinzione degli ordini, ritenuto essenziale per il rafforzamento delle democrazie contemporanee. Abstract:
In this study we found that tumour cells can be radiosensitised by targeting the DNA damage response kinases, ATM and ATR. Furthermore, we highlight that Wee1 inhibitors, which are already under the clinical trials need to be further investigated in combination with radiation in the context of tumour hypoxia. In addition, we observed that induction of autophagy using STF-62247 can lead to radiosensitisation of VHL deficient RCC cells. Our studies with the rapamycin analogue temsirolimus, already in the clinic for the treatment of various cancers, can be a potential candidate as a radiosensitiser for RCC cells. Overall, these finding led us to investigate further whether autophagy inducing compounds, which are either in clinic or in clinical trials, can effect the response to radiation. From a panel of candidate drugs which are known to induce autophagy we identified an aminopeptidase inhibitor, CHR-2797. CHR-2797 induces autophagy in the oesophageal cancer cell lines FLO-1 and OE21. Although, our results with CHR-2797 demonstrate it as a potential radiosensitiser, the mechanism of its radiosensitisation needs to be established. Our results from CHR-2797-induced radiosensitisation, further led us to investigate if other aminopeptidase inhibitors have a role in radiosensitisation. Therefore, we selectively screened candidate aminopeptidase inhibitors and identified some promising effects on radiosensitivity.

Magíster en Análisis Sistémico Aplicado a la Sociedad
En el entendido de que a mayor vulnerabilidad socioeconómica se necesitan mayores recursos para generar resultados educativos, el año 2008 se promulga la Ley de Subvención Escolar Preferencial (SEP), que otorga una subvención adicional a los establecimientos según su cantidad y concentración de alumnos vulnerables, bajo el compromiso de que mejoren sus resultados educativos. Esta ley institucionaliza la Asistencia Técnica Educativa (ATE) como una estrategia clave para el mejoramiento educativo. Pese a la gran cantidad de servicios contratados y recursos públicos invertidos, no existe evidencia sustantiva del éxito de iniciativas similares anteriores a nivel nacional. Por el contrario, existen antecedentes nacionales e internacionales de la dificultad de generar cambios sostenibles en las escuelas a partir de este tipo de estrategias. Una de las dificultades es la resistencia de las escuelas hacia la intervención. Por este motivo se decidió indagar en los factores asociados a la generación de resistencia de las escuelas hacia la ATE en el contexto de la ley SEP. Se utilizó un enfoque metodológico de tipo mixto que, por medio de un estudio de casos colectivo, comparó la experiencia de dos grupos de escuelas, uno con y otro sin resistencia hacia la ATE. El principal hallazgo es que la dinámica de resistencia no depende sólo ni principalmente del desempeño de la ATE. La resistencia es un resultado de una superposición de factores que, en tanto marcos contextuales, actúan como mecanismos selectivos del procesamiento del “mundo ATE” construido desde las escuelas. En esta superposición de factores, la política educativa juega un rol central al constituirse como un marco contextual determinante en este proceso

Defendemos que sustentar crises nos territ?rios existenciais de vida ? uma condi??o para a efetiva??o da Aten??o Psicossocial e, no limite, para a sustentabilidade da pr?pria Reforma. Nesta dire??o, a ferramenta do apoio matricial se revela uma apoiadora territorial, intercessora e potente na constru??o de uma Aten??o Psicossocial ? crise. Reconhecidos como grandes desafios pelo Minist?rio da Sa?de, avan?ar estas frentes se materializa para os trabalhadores em seus of?cios micropol?ticos. A nossa pesquisa se coloca como um investimento na dire??o de potencializ?-las e teve como objetivo conhecer a operacionaliza??o da aten??o ? crise e do apoio matricial em um CAPS II, na perspectiva dos seus trabalhadores, bem como analisar tais pr?ticas frente aos princ?pios e prop?sitos da Estrat?gia Aten??o Psicossocial. Inspirados na pesquisa-interven??o e no ide?rio pol?tico-social da An?lise Institucional, ofertamos um espa?o de reflex?o e troca, atrav?s de entrevistas de implica??o, possibilitando que os trabalhadores se lan?assem em an?lise das pr?ticas na perspectiva da Eaps. Fizemos consulta documental ao Projeto T?cnico do CAPS e uma etapa de restitui??o, organizada em formato de oficina e rodas de conversa. L?gicas institucionais competem no Servi?o. Operando pela l?gica do risco, dificuldades em sustentar situa??es de crises mais intensas foram identificadas, de modo que o hospital psiqui?trico termina sendo utilizado como um recurso de interna??o, principalmente diante de casos em que o elemento da agressividade se faz contundente, e quando os suportes do SAMU, dos CAPS III e dos Leitos de Aten??o Integral n?o respondem a contento. Indicam-se fragilidades de ordem macro e micro interferindo no suporte da rede. As a??es do matriciamento, mesmo identificadas como um potente recurso intercessor no cuidado ? crise, apareceram enfraquecidas, apontando pouca porosidade na rela??o Servi?o com o territ?rio. Marcadas pela l?gica do atendimento domiciliar, sem operar prioritariamente como dispositivo de troca de saberes, v?-se pontos de captura na l?gica da assist?ncia, com produ??o de ambulatoriza??o do CAPS, pr?ticas assistencialistas e de ?apaga-fogo?. Efeitos das a??es de cuidado nos usu?rios s?o identificados pelos trabalhadores sem as repercuss?es desejadas no horizonte de expans?o da vida e a Eaps, ainda que desponte como um norteador, n?o ? vista como pr?tica efetivada. Apesar de os resultados sinalizarem que a aten??o ? crise e as a??es do matriciamento s?o desenvolvidas sem conex?o tenaz com os prop?sitos da Eaps, casos exitosos s?o indicados tendo como principais fios condutores a tessitura micropol?tica da intersetorialidade das a??es, dos v?nculos potentes e da participa??o do usu?rio em seu processo de cuidado, indicando for?as insurgentes que tencionam por deslocamentos de l?gicas tradicionais.
The National Policy on Mental Health is characterized as a territorial - political community , and it has the Psychoso cial Care Strategy (Eaps) as guideline for the proposal and the development of their actions. In its design, CAPS is idealized to be a strategic equipment within the Psychoso cial Care Network/RAPS. Matricial support and at tention to the crisis constitute strategic areas of action of CAPS in its replacement mission , and as it is g uided by the scope of deinstitutionalization, those are essential to the success of these services. We argue that sustain crises in existential territories of life is a condition for the effectiveness of psychosocial care and, ultimately, to the sustainability of its Reform. In this direction, the matricial support tool reveals a territorial supporter, intercessory and powerful in building a psychosocial care to the crisis. Recognized as one of the major challenges by the Brazilian Ministry of Health, forward these fronts materializes for workers in their mi cropolitical crafts. Our research arises as an investment toward empower them , and aimed to understand the operationalization of attention to the crisis and matricial support in a CAPS II, in the view of its workers . Besides, it aims to examine such practi ces forward the principles and purposes of Psychosocial Care Strategy. Inspired by the research - intervention and by the political and social ideas of Institutiona l Analysis, we offer a space for reflection and exchange, by implicational interviews , enablin g workers to launch them in analysis of practices in the EAPs view. We have done a documentary consulting CAPS Technical Project, and a return stage to the institution, by organizing workshop and conversation groups with CAPS workers. The results have show n that there are institutional logics in competition on that service. When operating the logic risk, some difficulties in sustaining most intense crisis situations were identified, the psychiatric hospital internment is used as a facility, particularly in view of some cases, in which the aggressiveness of the person in crises becomes aggressive, and when the brackets SAMU, the CAPS III and Comprehensive Care Beds do not respond satisfactorily to their users requests. Order weaknesses were indicated in this thesis as macropolitical and micropolitical interfering in network support. The matricial actions were identified as a powerful intercessor resource in crisis care appeared weakened, and indicates little porosity in the relationship between the Service and the territory where it takes place. Noticed by the logic of home care, without operate primarily as a knowledge exchange device, we saw capture points in the logic of assistance with ambulatoriza tion production of CAPS, welfare practices and "ext empore " . T he E APs , although it emerge s as a guiding, it is not seen to workers as effective practice. On the one hand, the results signaled that the attention to the crisis and the matricial actions are developed without tenacious connection with the purposes of EA Ps, on the other hand, successful cases were indicated with the main leads to conducting wire of intersectoral actions to the powerful bonds and to the participation of user in their care process es , indicating insurgent forces tha t intend by traditional lo gic .

La tesi affronta i problemi interpretativi derivanti dall’esegesi dell’art. 19 della legge processuale tributaria (D. Lgs. n. 546/1992), alla luce delle attuali esigenze di tutela del contribuente. Invero tale disposizione, come ampiamente noto, individua l’elenco tassativo degli atti autonomamente impugnabili dinanzi al giudice tributario prevedendo, altresì, il sistema della tutela differita per gli atti lesivi non contemplati nel suddetto elenco. Il principio della tassatività degli atti impugnabili ha subito evidenti ridimensionamenti, e talvolta è stato addirittura negato, da un diffuso orientamento giurisprudenziale e dottrinale, sulla base di diverse argomentazioni. Innanzitutto, mediante il riferimento all’art. 2 del D. Lgs. n. 546/1992, modificato dall'art. 12, comma 2, della Legge n. 448/2001, che rende attualmente la giurisdizione tributaria una giurisdizione a carattere generale, con competenza in tutti i casi in cui si controverta su uno specifico rapporto tributario o su sanzioni inflitte da uffici erariali. In secondo luogo, in ragione della circostanza che l’elenco degli atti impugnabili in via autonoma è stato redatto in tempi oramai risalenti, sulla base di una concezione di giurisdizione speciale, nonché con riferimento soltanto ai tributi a quell’epoca esistenti. Infine, ritenendo che la tassatività, di cui all’art. 19, debba essere rivisitata in quanto l’elencazione, allo stato attuale, potrebbe risultare in contrasto con gli articoli 24 e 113 della Costituzione, nonché con le corrispondenti norme sovranazionali (in specie art. 6 CEDU ed art. 47 Carta di Nizza- Strasburgo). La ricerca – dopo aver approfondito le cennate problematiche che, prima facie, potrebbero indurre l’interprete a prospettare l’estensione dell’elenco tassativo degli atti autonomamente impugnabili ogni qual volta siano sussistenti le esigenze di tutela del contribuente derivanti dalla manifestazione della pretesa erariale – ha consentito di pervenire a conclusioni maggiormente ponderate. In particolare, si ritiene che l’elenco degli atti autonomamente impugnabili sia interpretabile in senso estensivo solo allorquando sia notificato al contribuente un atto che, pur presentando un diverso nomen iuris rispetto agli atti nominati, presenti le medesime caratteristiche e ne condivida i caratteri fisionomici - strutturali, le finalità e gli effetti. In ogni caso, è comunque auspicabile una riforma legislativa che, in accoglimento delle istanze di tutela del contribuente, operi una modifica dell’art. 19 ovvero introduca, nella materia tributaria, la cd. tutela ante – causam, ossia precedente all’instaurazione del giudizio. In subordine, si potrebbe prospettare la questione di incostituzionalità della disposizione per violazione degli artt. 24 e 113 Cost., nonché dell’art. 117 Cost. in relazione all’art. 6 della CEDU.

Abstract:
The present study explores the potential imbalance problem of the Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) system at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) campus, Eindhoven. This ATES is one of the largest European aquifer thermal energy storage systems, and has a seasonal imbalance problem. Reasons for this issue may be the high cooling demand from laboratories, office buildings and the direct ATES cooling system. Annually, cooling towers use on average 250 MWh electricity for the removal of about 5 GWh of excess heat from the ATES to the surroundings. In addition, the TU/e uses a large amount of natural gas for heating purposes and especially for peak supplies. Recovering the surplus heat of the ATES, a CO2 Trans-critical Heat Pump (HP) system to cover particularly peak demands and total heating demand is proposed, modeled and optimized. The model is validated using data from International Energy Agency. Based on simulation results, 708294 nm3 of natural gas are saved where two different scenarios were considered for the ATES efficiency, cost saving and green house gas reduction. In scenario I, the COP of the ATES increased up to 50% by which K€ 303.3 energy cost and 1288.5 ton CO2 are saved annually. On the other hand, it will be shown that the ATES COP in Scenario II will improve up to 20%. In addition, the proposed energy recovery system results in a 606 ton CO2 -reduction and K€152.7 energy cost saving for the university each year.

Algoritmos para análise formal de conceitos são amplamente estudados para extrair padrões de inteligência computacional e descoberta de conhecimento. No entanto, eles exigem processamento de alto desempenho devido às suas caracterı́sticas combinatórias. Neste trabalho, foi projetada e avaliada uma arquitetura heterogênea de CPU+FPGA para acelerar a extração de conceitos em grandes conjuntos de dados. Os resultados encontrados mostram um speedup de até 3,95x com até 120,63x mais operações por Watt em relação a uma versão executada em CPU. Em comparação com o software In-Close2-BDD, essa arquitetura é mais rápida (e.g. 4,06x) para vários conjuntos de dados, processando até 1 milhão de objetos.

The T55-L-712 turboshaft engine, used in the U.S. Army CH-47D Chinook helicopter, has been simulated using version 3.0 of the Advanced Turbine Engine Simulation Technique (ATEST) and version 1.0 of the Aerodynamic Turbine Engine Code (ATEC). The models simulate transient and dynamic engine operation from idle to maximum power and run on an IBM-compatible personal computer. ATEST is a modular one-dimensional component-level transient turbine engine simulation. The simulation is tailored to a specific engine using engine-specific component maps and an engine-specific supervisory subroutine that defines component interrelationships. ATEC is a one-dimensional, time-dependent, dynamic turbine engine simulation. ATEC simulates the operation of a gas turbine by solving the one-dimensional, time dependent Euler equations with turbomachinery source terms. The simulation uses elemental control volumes at the sub-component level (e.g. compressor stage). The paper discusses how limited information from a variety of sources was adapted for use in the T55 simulations and how commonality between the models allowed reuse of the same material. The first application of a new turbine engine model, ATEC, to a specific engine is also discussed. Calibration and operational verification of the simulations will be discussed, along with the status of the simulations.
