IntroductionWe present a case of myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody disease (MOGAD) requiring long-term immunosuppression triggered by a dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccination. Relapsing MOGAD is thus far an unknown complication of COVID-19 vaccination.Case Description: A 58-year-old lady developed headache, nausea, dizziness, facial numbness, ataxia and slurred speech 8 days after the COVID-19 AstraZeneca vaccination. Her imaging showed acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) with a white matter lesion in the left cerebellum and bilateral smaller lesions. Her cerebrospinal fluid showed 38 white cells and elevated protein. She initially responded well to steroids, however relapsed with optic neuritis 7 months later, requiring long-term immunosuppres- sion with mycophenolate mofetil.DiscussionAlthough there have been some case reports of MOGAD following COVID-19 infection, to our knowledge this is only the second reported case of MOGAD following vaccination against COVID-19, and the first such case to require long-term immunosuppression. The other reported case also occurred following the COVID-19 AstraZeneca vaccine, and also presented with ADEM. This is in contrast to reported cases of MOGAD following COVID-19 infection, where adults mostly presented with optic neuritis. We wanted to highlight the possibility of this vaccine-related neurological complication occurring, particularly in the context of potentially frequent ongoing COVID-19 booster vaccinations.

Abstract:

Water demand is increasing, but thus water resources are increasingly threatened due to the increasing use and pollution of the environment, therefore there is a need for long-term strategies regarding water use in order to maintain the sustainability of water resources in Indonesia, especially in the DKI region This study shows the effective steps in the efficient use of the water in the Astra South Jakarta property area, by reengineering the water recycling system, which uses the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The results of this design have been able to increase engine effectiveness from 51.9% to 88.9% and water recycling productivity up 168% (production from 20m 20 to 54m³ per day), so that can reduce PDAM water supply 16.6% (water requirement before the system re design are an average of 4,088.2 m³ per month, after redesigning the system 3,407 m³ per month). The redesign of the system is also able to prepare water reserves that can supply water for the development of Astra properties in the area of around 20m per day. At DKI Profession level, the design of the reengineering can contribute to the DKI Jaya, the water supply of 0.00002% per day and can reduce the utilization of ground water because the water needs in Astra have been fulfilled.

Abstract:

We present a case of peripheral facial palsy developing after the first dose of AZD1222, Astra Zeneca`s COVID-19 vaccine. A 31- year-old female received her first dose of AZD1222 vaccine against COVID-19. Later the same day, she developed swelling around her neck and head. The next day, she woke up with hanging eyelid, hanging mouth and loss of sensibility on the left side of her face- indications of peripheral facial paralysis. She later on developed hyperesthesia on the upper extremities. Before vaccination, the patient was healthy and had no history of neurological disease. She fully recovered from the paresis after 2-3 days. Five months after she received her first and only dose of the vaccine, she still complains of severe hyperesthesia in her upper extremities. There have been several international case reports of Bell´s palsy after COVID-19- vaccination, but Bell´s palsy is not yet a confirmed adverse effect of any COVID-19 vaccine. The aim of this case report is to raise awareness about Bell´s palsy as a possible adverse effect of Astra Zeneca´s COVID-19 vaccine.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya biaya lembur sebesar Rp 4,28 milyar di mesin HPDC selama periode Januari – Oktober 2014 di mana menurut perhitungan PPIC kapasitas produksi mencukupi tanpa adanya lembur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja mesin High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) di PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal apakah sudah mencapai perusahaan kelas dunia sesuai visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dari hasil perhitungan nilai OEE akan dibandingkan dengan standar nilai OEE untuk perusahaan level dunia. Di samping itu juga dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan identifikasi six big losses penyebab terjadinya downtime di proses HPDC. Data penelitian merupakan data Laporan Harian Produksi untuk periode Januari sampai dengan Desember 2014. Dari hasil perhitungan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE di mesin HPDC adalah 61,60% yang berarti PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal belum masuk perusahaan level dunia. Berdasarkan identifikasi six big losses, breakdown mesin menyumbang downtime sebesar 51%, diikuti setup and adjustment sebesar 26%, production rejects sebesar 17%, dan small stops sebesar 6%. Berdasarkan kategori OEE, downtime loss berkontribusi terbesar atas terjadinya downtime mesin yaitu sebesar 77%, diikuti quality loss sebesar 17%, dan speed loss sebesar 6%.

Abstract:

The essay analyses the name of a pagan God of the Ancient Rus Stribog, who was mentioned in “The Russian Primary Chronicle” and “The Tale of the Igor’s Campaign” and its connection with the ancient Greek mythology. The article suggests that an old-Russian god Stribog is similar to the ancient Greek god Astray, the father of the famous gods of winds, Boreas — the god of cold northern wind, Zephyr — the god of warm western wind, Anemoi — the god of hot southern wind and Eurus — the god of unstable eastern or south-eastern wind, who are often associated with the winds they symbolize in Russian poetry. The similarity of Stribog and Astray lays not only in their origins, but in the common root str-. The article concludes that because god Astray is not only the farther of the gods of the winds, but also the father of Venus and other stars, it is arguable that Stribog is both the grandfather of the winds and the Slavic god of the night sky.

The teachings of astha brata leadership inherited from our ancestors are contained in old texts and are often presented in wayang shows, in this millennial era less and less known and unknown to the next generation of the nation's children. So it is very feared that the heritage of local wisdom values will be lost in the motherland. The purpose of this paper is to examine, express and actualize the concept of astha brata leadership in order to keep it alive, develop and be applied in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, on the basis of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. In this study, a comparative approach is taken about Astha Brata's leadership through the Ramayana, Serat Ajipamasa, and the wayang story of Wahyu Makutharama. The method applied is content analysis, which includes the analysis of differences in content and personification in Astha Brata leadership. The results of the discussion, the task of a leader is to serve others, serve the people/people or others. The leadership of astha brata in the Ramayana was given/taught by Prabu Rama to Raden Bharata (his younger brother) and to Gunawan Wibisana (Ravana's younger brother); that a leader holds to 8 (astha = eight) brata (character / character, action) eight gods. In Serat Ajipamasa, the leadership of Astha Brata was taught by Prabu Ajipamasa (Kusumawicitra) to Sang Gandakusuma and Jayasusena, that a good leader adheres to the 8 (eight) contents of the world.

AbstractPhotometric observations of GQ Mus performed between 1992 and 2011 are reported. We find that the total amplitude of the orbital modulation of its brightness decreased from ~ 0.9 mag in 1992 to ~ 0.2 mag in 2010, becoming comparable to the amplitude of chaotic flickering on a time scale of several minutes. Optical spectra obtained in 2001 and 2012 indicate continuing activity of GQ Mus. The spectra show broad emission lines of He II and H I typical for magnetic cataclysmic variables. The nova was found to be an UV-bright object in 2001 and 2012. We also show that the orbital period of GQ Mus has been constant between 1989 and 2010–2011.

COVID-19 vaccination is an effective method for reducing COVID-19 infection rates. Several clinical publications, however, have linked the use of this vaccination to a variety of untoward events.Here we present the case of an 18-year-old adult who developed tetraplegia or quadriplegia, a day after taking the first dose of his Astra-Zeneca COVID-19 Vaccine, despite the absence of any other known triggers or predisposing factors. This finding suggests a link between the Astra-Zeneca COVID-19 vaccine and quadriplegia/Acute transverse myelitis.Adults who experience any sort of paresthesia or minor weakness in their limbs after receiving COVD-19 vaccine should seek medical attention right away, and health care providers should be on the lookout for indicators of paralysis.Sufficient evidence is needed to better understand the potential link between COVID-19 immunizations and quadriplegia, and if one is found, the risk must be weighed against the millions of people who have been safely vaccinated, as well as the known morbidity and death associated with COVID-19 infection.As vaccines become more widely available, its critical that all potential adverse reactions be reported so that we can keep an eye out for relatively uncommon but potentially dangerous side effects that were not found in vaccine studies.

Pada praktiknya, seringkali usaha yang dilakukan tersebut hanya pemborosan, karna tidak menyentuh akar permasalahan yang sesungguhnya. Hal ini disebabkan karna tidak mendapatkan dengan jelas akar permasalahan yang terjadi dan faktor – faktor penyebabnya. Solusi yang dibuat untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan dengan jelas, adalah Sebuah Dashboard yang dapat menampilkan indikator kinerja mesin yang jelas, dengan memanfaatkan metode OEE. OEE merupakan sebuah best practice untuk memantau dan meningkatkan efektivitas proses manufaktur. Hasil Validasi menunjukan bahwa Dashboard yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan informasi tentang kondisi dan kinerja mesin saat ini sesuai dengan metrik OEE beserta Availability, Performance, dan Quality. Abstract:

On 1 January 2011, a new regulation on EC Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) rules of origin came into force, ending a reform process that was initiated by the Commission Green Paper of 2003 on the future of rules of origin in preferential trade arrangements. The new EC GSP rules of origin herald a new era and set a benchmark for other preference-giving countries: they are far more liberal than the previous ones with the notable exception of fishery products and processed agricultural food. The Regulation also introduces as of 2017 a new administration of rules of origin whereby origin declarations are made upon registered exporters designation of the certifying authorities. The aim of this article is twofold. The first is to analyse the EC reform to assess the major changes from previous rules of origin; the second aim is to briefly analyse the foundation, evidence, and studies that have underpinned such reform. It discusses the methodology used by the EC Commission and developed by the author in previous UNCTAD papers in setting a given rule of origin. The article concludes with a comparative table of old and new product-specific rules of origin outlining the major changes in key industrial sectors such as agri-food products, clothing, machineries, and electronics.

Pada praktiknya, seringkali usaha yang dilakukan tersebut hanya pemborosan, karna tidak menyentuh akar permasalahan yang sesungguhnya. Hal ini disebabkan karna tidak mendapatkan dengan jelas akar permasalahan yang terjadi dan faktor – faktor penyebabnya. Solusi yang dibuat untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan dengan jelas, adalah Sebuah Dashboard yang dapat menampilkan indikator kinerja mesin yang jelas, dengan memanfaatkan metode OEE. OEE merupakan sebuah best practice untuk memantau dan meningkatkan efektivitas proses manufaktur. Hasil Validasi menunjukan bahwa Dashboard yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan informasi tentang kondisi dan kinerja mesin saat ini sesuai dengan metrik OEE beserta Availability, Performance, dan Quality. Informasi tersebut digunakan sebagai output untuk dibandingkan dengan World Class OEE guna menyimpulkan efektivitas kinerja sebuah mesin. Selain itu, Dashboard dapat menyajikan laporan produksi.

In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Kar9p, one player in spindle alignment, guides the bud-ward spindle pole by linking astral microtubule plus ends to Myo2p-based transport along actin cables generated by the formins Bni1p and Bnr1p and the polarity determinant Bud6p. Initially, Kar9p labels both poles but progressively singles out the bud-ward pole. Here, we show that this polarization requires cell polarity determinants, actin cables, and microtubules. Indeed, in a bud6Δ bni1Δ mutant or upon direct depolymerization of actin cables Kar9p symmetry increased. Furthermore, symmetry was selectively induced by myo2 alleles, preventing Kar9p binding to the Myo2p cargo domain. Kar9p polarity was rebuilt after transient disruption of microtubules, dependent on cell polarity and actin cables. Symmetry breaking also occurred after transient depolymerization of actin cables, with Kar9p increasing at the spindle pole engaging in repeated cycles of Kar9p-mediated transport. Kar9p returning to the spindle pole on shrinking astral microtubules may contribute toward this bias. Thus, Myo2p transport along actin cables may support a feedback loop by which delivery of astral microtubule plus ends sustains Kar9p polarized recruitment to the bud-ward spindle pole. Our findings also explain the link between Kar9p polarity and the choice setting aside the old spindle pole for daughter-bound fate.

She had a wide local excision and axillary clearance. As she is a case of low risk early stage luminal A breast cancer; she was not given chemotherapy, instead she had a course of external irradiation and was put on Tamoxifen (Astra Zeneca, 20 mg daily), and was advised not to get pregnant during this treatment,but she got pregnant and delivered normally a healthy infant, although Tamoxifen is potentially teratogenic.

The background of this research refers to many companies that cannot identify about the system effect and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values, and cannot implement the right system continuously. So that, this research is to investigate some factors that influence the OEE values. The objective of this research were to investigate the effects of preventive maintenance to OEE and to decide whether of availability, performance, quality that most contribute to OEE values at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The design of this research applies case study to examine all hypothesis in this study. The methods used in this study was simple and multiple regression between independent variables and dependent variable. Data analysis used in this research were collected from preventive maintenance activity data and machining crank case production data. There were 91 average data of preventive maintenance activity and usable for analyzed by simple regression and 578 average data of machining crank case production completed and usable for analyzed by multiple regression. The result of research indicated that the first, preventive maintenance has no significant impact to OEE values. The second, availability give more contribution to OEE values than performance and quality.

Abstract. ACC Career website is a website from PT. Astra Credit Companies which aims for work applications. The website has been around for a long time but has never been updated. Recently, ACC has been revamping the website. Before the new website is launched, a usability evaluation is carried out using the heuristic evaluation and WEBUSE methods which aims to determine the website usability assessment for both the old and the new user interface. Usability is said to be good if users find it easy, happy and satisfied using the system. The heuristic evaluation method brings out problems in the system and recommendations for improvement from the evaluator. The Web Usability Evaluation Tool brings out usability levels based on the assessment of the questionnaire respondents. From the old website, the evaluator found 48 problems and the usability level obtained from the respondents' answers were Good for all categories. This study aims to analyze the MOOD system, clause structures, as well as the polarity and modality of the Old Javanese language in an Asta Kosali Text (AKT). The data in this study were taken from the Asta Kosali text stored at the Cultural Office of Bali Province. The theory employed in this study is the theory of functional systemic linguistics, especially in the sub-theory of clause as an exchange of meaning, put forward by Halliday, Halliday and Matthiessen. The results of the study showed that the types of MOOD used in the AKT were the indicative-declarative and the imperative ones. In the indicative-declarative clause structure, the elements that must be present are Subj^Finite, or Subj^Polar/Predicator, while in the imperative clause structure, the element that must be present is the Predicator. The polarity of the Old Javanese language in AKT can be identified by affixing the words tan, nora, and haywa.

The notion of natural “occult” is usually viewed by modern scholars as a tautological way of dealing with phenomena for which there was no current explanation. Consider how Molière mocks scholastic medicine in the “Intermède” ofLe malade imaginairewhen he gives the Bachelierus a silly answer to the question of why opium makes one sleep: “quia est in eo virtus dormitiva / Cujus est natura / Sensus assoupire.” Opium makes one sleep because it has a sleep-inducing power; its nature is to make “the senses drowsy.” The words of Molière's Bachelierus are strikingly similar to what Augustine writes in theCity of God(21, 7) concerning natural things that are endowed with extraordinary properties: “So for the other cases, irksome to rehearse, in which an unusual power seems to be present contrary to nature, yet no other explanation is given except to say such is their nature. No doubt their explanation is short, and still it answers enough.” Obviously, however, the very meaning of Augustine's statement is just the opposite of Molière's. In Augustine's view, the answer is “short,” because the real and only cause is God himself; nature is only an illusory cause. For Molière, the Bachelierus's answer is inane, because it seems to give a scientific explanation but in fact says nothing and certainly does not look for the true natural causes. But between Augustine and Molière there was scholastic science, in which thevirtus occultawas not a mere tautological statement but a real explanation based on a coherent conception of nature.

We report a case of anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated encephalomyelitis following vector-based vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 that mimicked bacterial meningomyelitis upon initial presentation. A 43-year-old woman who had received a first dose of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (Vaxzevria; Astra Zeneca, UK Limited) 9 days earlier presented with subacute sensorimotor paraparesis, urinary retention, headache, meningism, and fever. Clinical findings and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) features were highly suggestive of bacterial infection; however, despite receiving broad anti-infective treatment alongside with high-dose glucocorticoids, symptoms deteriorated. Imaging findings and the detection of immunoglobulin G against MOG substantiated diagnosis of an anti-MOG associated disorder. Treatment with high-dose intravenous (IV) methylprednisolone and plasma exchange resulted in substantial clinical improvement, which sustained under monthly regimen of IV Tocilizumab at 3-month follow-up. Awareness of this post-vaccinal presentation of a rare autoimmune disorder is important to not miss potential treatment options.

AbstractPrototypes of borehole-wall imager instruments were developed and tested at a desert riverbed in Morocco and at a lake’s salty flat in the Atacama desert, to support the drilling activity of ExoMars rover. The onsite recorded borehole images contain information on the context that are lost during the sample acquisition. Benefits of the borehole-wall imaging is the easier maximal energy estimation of a fluvial flow, the detailed information on sedimentation and layering, especially the former existence of liquid water and its temporal changes, including paleo-flow direction estimation from grain imbrication direction. Benefits of laboratory analysis of the acquired samples are the better identification of mineral types, determination of the level of maturity of granular sediment, and identification of the smallest, wet weathered grains. Based on the lessons learned during the comparison of field and laboratory results, we demonstrate that recording the borehole-wall with optical instrument during/after drilling on Mars supports the paleo-environment reconstruction with such data that would otherwise be lost during the sample acquisition. Because of the lack of plate tectonism and the low geothermal gradient on Mars, even Ga old sediments provide observable features that are especially important for targeting Mars sample return and later crewed Mars missions.

In an industry, the maintenance department plays a very important role in ensuring the smooth production process. The method of machine maintenance with preventive maintenance is a strategy that can be used to repair existing machines. This is related to proper and regular maintenance can improve engine performance and reduce the level of engine damage which will increase the continuity of production activities. In the die casting division of PT Astra Honda Motor in the observation on the die casting machine 07 there were 45 times damage to the ladle component and 11 times the damage to the auto spray component. These two components are critical components of the 07 die casting machine. After testing the compatibility index and the good compatibility of the damage time data and repair time data to obtain distribution data distribution patterns, obtain the tablespoon component MTTF assessment results of 107,833 hours and auto spray components amounting to 314,226 hours. Whereas the MTTR value of the spoon component is 0.385 hours and the auto spray component is 0.766 hours. The next step is to look for critical component replacement time intervals with the age replacement model, to further review whether it is related to increased reliability, decrease in total downtime, and cost savings before preventive maintenance is carried out and after preventive maintenance is carried out.

Health-related quality of life (HRQOL) is an important indicator of how a patient perceives hi/her own physical and mental status. Evaluating this dimension in old age patients which are institutionalized for neurocognitive disorders is useful from several perspectives: (1) determination of an initial value for HRQOL parameters could help the case manager in structuring an individualized therapeutic intervention, adapted for psychological, somatic or psychosocial needs of each patient; (2) monitoring the evolution of HRQOL dimensions could help in improving through feedback the quality of therapeutic intervention(s), especially if the case manager is permanently in contact with the patient, as is usually the case of institutionalized subjects; (3) correlation between HRQOL and other important variables, like therapeutic adherence, regression of comorbidities, daily functioning etc. could modulate the therapeutic intervention. We suggest a plan for HRQOL evaluation in institutionalized patients diagnosed with neurocognitive disorder, consisting in monthly scoring of SF-36 or EuroQoL questionnaire, corroborated with MMSE and ADAS-Cog scoring. Psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to the needs identified through HRQOL periodic evaluations could be useful in this population, for example a perceived isolation could be compensated by increasing the rhythm of social interaction by group therapy under the direction of a counsellor, a reduced self-efficacy could be compensated by activation techniques, music or art-therapy, while dissatisfaction with own memory capacities could be mitigated using reminiscence therapy. 6040 Background: The use of accelerated partial breast irradiation using brachytherapy (APBI-b) for patients with invasive cancer is increasing but data for ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) cases are limited. The American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) guidelines suggest that APBI-b should be used only on a "cautionary" or "on trial" basis for women with DCIS. The purpose of this study was to examine utilization trends and correlates of APBI-b use for patients with DCIS. Methods: A total of 70,043 postlumpectomy patients from the National Cancer Database diagnosed with DCIS between 2002 and 2007 were studied. Chi-square tests and logistic regression models were used to determine trends and factors related to APBI-b use. Results: The use of APBI-b increased from 0.7% in 2002 to 10.0% in 2007 (p<0.001). Independent predictors APBI-b use were age, race, insurance status, comorbidity index, facility type, and facility location. Older patients were more likely to use APBI-b; relative to patients 30-39 years old, the OR for patients 80-89 years old was 5.9 (95% CI: 3.7-9.6). APBI-b use was higher in whites (4.9%), compared to blacks (4.4%), Hispanics (2.8%), and Asian pacific islanders (1.5%; p<0.001). Compared to noninsured, Medicare (OR=2.1, 95% CI: 1.3-3.3) and managed care patients (OR=2.0, 95% CI: 1.3-3.2) were more likely to undergo APBI-b. 2.3% of community cancer programs, 5.7% of comprehensive community programs and 4.1% of academic/research programs utilized APBI-b for treating DCIS (p<0.001). The use of APBI-b varied significantly by facility location; the West and South regions of the country were more likely to use APBI-b (OR=14, 95% CI: 10.1-19.6) than the Northeast region. 91% of the APBI-b patients fit the ASTRO "cautionary" guideline and 9% of patients fit the ASTRO "on trial" guidelines. In 2002, 4% of ABPI-b patients fit the "on trial" guidelines which increased to 8.6% in 2007 (p<0.001). Conclusions: The use of APBI-b for DCIS increased from 2002-2007. APBI-b use varies by socioeconomic and facility factors with age being the most significant factor. Future studies are needed to determine the indications for APBI-b in patients with DCIS.

It is a curiosity of modern scholarship that the only general work on antebellum Southern Romanticism is Rollin G. Osterweis'Romanticism and Nationalism in the Old South, which has been in print since 1949, is still read, and still –if only for want of a competitor –used. Yet much has changed in understanding of the social and intellectual history of the Old South, and even more of the phenomenon of Romanticism. These changes, natural enough over the span of two intellectual generations, have made many of that book's presumptions questionable; so a second look at the problem seems worthwhile, to clear the ground and to indicate fresh directions. For Osterweis wrote within the assumptions of the 1940s about the nature and shortcomings of Romanticism. He was guided by Irving Babbitt, who scorned Romanticism as a puling and exaggerated passion instigated by Rousseau, a disaster for rational men: at best silly, as with the jousts of antebellum Virginia; at worst dangerous, as with the secession convention of South Carolina. But Osterweis was Babbitt with a difference. While Babbitt and, more weightily, Ernst Cassirer had thought that Romanticism had led the world astray and it was still astray, with Hitler the avatar of Hegel as chilling evidence, Osterweis cheerily regarded Romanticism as a movement that had expired with the nineteenth century, a fossil safe to mock. To this perspective, largely adopted from Jacques Barzun'sRomanticism and the Modern Ego(1943), Osterweis added the view of Arthur Lovejoy, who had insisted that Romanticism, while possessing a core notion of diversity and flux, should most safely be regarded as multiple: there were Romanticisms, not a Romanticism.

Sustainable tourism development, its rules and management practices can be applied to all forms of tourism, including mass tourism and different types of it in all directions. Important achievements have been made in this field in our country. The principles of sustainability in tourism development should take into account environmental, economic and socio-cultural aspects, and an appropriate balance should be created between these three factors to ensure long-term sustainability. Economic, environmental and social goals in the policy implemented by the state will play the key role to the success of tourism activities. The principles of sustainability are more relevant to the ecological, economic and socio-cultural environment in the tourism field. The balance between these three important features must be well established to provide long-term sustainability. In Astara, one of the most prosperous regions of Azerbaijan, one part of the region is covered by Talish mountains, and the other part is lowland. Tourists are attracted by the Talish Mountains, local residents' lifestyle, culture, traditions, clothing, as well as the beautiful scenery of this region. More than 400 historical monuments have been preserved in the region. Most of them are in mountain villages. In Kapichi village of the region, there are a caravanserai from the 7th century, a necropolis from the 3rd-1st centuries B.C., the debris of an old castle, a tomb, and statues from the bronze and stone ages. Coins and stone tools found in the region are stored in the City Museum of Local History. Lankaran has all conditions for a successful tourism business. Tourists are also attracted by Caspian Sea and its beach areas. Lankaran is a coastal recreation area on the Caspian coastco whose healing beaches covered by black sand. There are "Istisu" sanatoriums and magical hot springs in Haftoni village of Lankaran. It is very interesting for tourists who are interested in ecotourism and sightseeing. The beaches themselves are not ine the open areas and surrounded by trees provided pleasant shade on hot days.

Abstract:

Jan Chryzostom Pasek’s seventeenth-century Pamiętniki [Diaries] has to be regarded an important manuscript for Polish Romanticism. The significance of this text can only be rivalled by Macpherson’s songs of Ossian, the Dvůr Králové Manuscript, or the Poetic Edda, which is attested by a considerable number of editions of this Old-Polish ‘epic work’. The first printing of a substantial part of the text appeared in 1821 in Warsaw in the Astrea magazine. This publication contributed to the complex phenomenon of the Romantic turning point. Pasek’s Pamiętniki should be counted as the third beginning of Polish Romanticism, after Adam Mickiewicz’s Ballady i romanse (first volume of Mickiewicz’s Poezyje) and Antoni Malczewski’s Maria.
