Abstract:
ABSTRACT Fibroadenoma of axillary breast tissue presents as a palpable mass, cyclic pain in the axilla, and with asthetic concerns. Axillary breast tissue can occur anywhere along the primitive embryonic milk lines, extending from the axilla to the groin, and can present unilaterally or bilaterally. The reported incidence of axillary breast tissue is 0.4%–6% in females. We had two cases of fibroadenoma in the axilla that were diagnosed on rapid on-site evaluation and later confirmed by routine cytology stains in young females. We report the cases for their rarity and high degree of clinical suspicion in the young reproductive age group female. We also emphasize the utility of ROSE in cytopathology.

Abstract:
Interest in the restoration of landscapes native to the Intermountain West is growing as the value of these arid ecosystems is increasingly recognized. Many landscapes within the Intermountain region have been impacted by grazing, development, recreation, and other human-caused disturbances. The complex relationships within the native plant communities of these arid landscapes need to be well-understood biologically, while considering their aesthetic contribution, if restoration efforts are to succeed. Although the use of ecologically appropriate native species is increasing in popularity, there is discontinuity between aesthetics and meaningful ecological contributions. A series of studies was designed to aid in the restoration of a site located at the Utah Botanical Center in Kaysville, Utah. The restoration site is situated along the I- 15 corridor which interfaces urban development. The high visibility and educational purpose of the site requires that aesthetic as well as ecological concerns are addressed in the restoration of the native plant community. Specifically, the establishment of Intermountain grassland species was assessed using a variety of methods to test establishment rates as well as the potential value to the system of biologically fixed nitrogen provided by native legumes early within the establishment period.

Abstract:
Spinozism and aesthetics. These two major elements of German historiography do not seem to be made to meet. On the one hand, we have the tormented reception of Spinozism, from the first diffusion of the texts during Spinoza's lifetime to the controversies that have turned it into a disparate thought, shaped by the gaps that have been sought to be filled by refutations and attacks against its alleged followers. In eighteenth-century Germany, Spinozism was for the most part a factitious construction, nourished by criticism rather than by reading the texts. Moreover, Spinoza was mainly concerned with Metaphysics and Theology. On the other hand, a new science emerges as a result of the contestation of the idea of the Beautiful and the will to rehabilitate sensibility by means of taste and sensitive knowledge. We will focus on the part of Aesthetics close to Anthropology and Psychology that emerges at that time. It is here that we locate the point of convergence between Spinozism and Aesthetics. Indeed, although Spinoza did not do Aesthetics, he was at considerable length interested in a kind of Anthropology that we find in the Ethics, especially in Book III, central both to his book and to his thought, but also in Book IV. Thus, based on the premise of an encounter between Aesthetics and Spinozism, our work explores the "aesthetic reception" of Spinoza's philosophy. It is not, of course, a question of minimising the part played by traditionally established authors in the birth of Aesthetics, but of acknowledging the place of Spinozism among them. The question that motivates this work is therefore the following: in what way is German Aesthetics, alongside Metaphysics and Theology, haunted by Spinozism? We will answer by relying on "signs" to identify the "presences" of Spinozism in German rationalist Aesthetics. It is not a question of claiming that Spinozism has shaped this Aesthetics in the same way as Wolffism, or that it has oriented the debates on sensibility in the same way as the Sensualists. We will go through the German eighteenth century in search of Spinozist signs in the works of Tschirnhaus, Leibniz, Wolff, Sulzer, Mendelssohn and Lessing. In the end, the assumptions we will develop in the course of this work will, we hope, allow us to reconsider the reception of Spinoza's philosophy in eighteenth-century Germany, by acknowledging its place in the birth of Aesthetics

Abstract:
Study aim is to assess the degree of neuropsychiatric adaptation of healthcare workers under COVID‑19 pandemic. Working conditions assessment, occupational risk self-assessment were carried out in four Moscow’ healthcare institutions in 2022, as well adaptive potential according to the questionnaire of neuropsychiatric maladjustment (NPMQ). 68 healthcare workers were divided into 3 groups: 1 — working in «red zone», having had coronavirus (22 people), 2 — not working in «red zone», having had coronavirus (24 people); 3 — not working in «red zone», without coronavirus (22 people). Health care workers working conditions during pandemic corresponds to 3.3 harmful class. Risk of overwork, stress, damage to nervous system 66% of respondents noted as leading risk factor, 16% — the risk of COVID‑19. The average values of NPMQ parameters fell within of norm limits with tendency in group 1 to asthenization (60.2 T-points) and depression (65.1 T-points), and in group 2 — to depression (62.0 T-points) and mental discomfort (63.5 T-points). Asthenic manifestations norm exceeding were noted in 1/3 of groups 1 and 2, depression — in 41.7% of group 1 staff, and mental discomfort — in 46.1% of group 2 staff. The revealed trends of asthenia, depression and mental discomfort manifestation may be associated, first, with high work intensity during pandemic and partly with recurrent coronavirus disease risk.

Abstract:
Background: COVID-19 is a disease that affects the nervous system as proven by the presence of symptoms such as headache, nausea, dizziness, myalgia, anosmia and ageusia - and can cause numerous neurological complications. These complications include Guillain-Barré Syndrome, an autoimmune polyneuropathy usually caused by a previous infectious process. Its main clinical manifestation is asthenia in the limbs, in an ascending form. Objectives: Review studies that suggest relation between COVID-19 infection and Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Methods: A systematic review was carried out in April of 2021 of studies published in the scientific database PubMed. The key words used were: “GuillainBarré syndrome” and “COVID-19”. 345 articles were found, of which 12 were selected and 5 were used for review. Results: The reviewed articles demonstrated an association between cases of Guillain-Barré Syndrome after infection by the COVID-19 virus. The symptoms are asthenia and paresis of the members in an ascending way. The onset of neurological symptoms related to Guillain-Barré Syndrome was about 1 to 4 weeks after the diagnosis of COVID-19. Conclusions: The reviewed articles suggest an association between GuillainBarré Syndrome and COVID-19. It is expected that there will be an increase in the number of Guillain-Barré cases compared to years before the pandemic. In patients with active infection, as well as in those post-COVID, attention should be paid to any manifestation of asthenia that may suggest GuillainBarré syndrome. Further studies are needed to understand the effects of COVID-19 infection on the nervous system and which relate to the development of Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Abstract:
Abstract. After suffering COVID-19, long-term multisystem symptoms often develop without signs of organ damage or dysfunction. The authors carried out a clinical and functional examination of persons (48 people) who underwent COVID-19 and who work in unfavorable occupational and industrial conditions. The results of the work showed that post-viral fatigue syndrome in unfavorable working conditions is accompanied by an increase in respiratory disorders, decreased exercise tolerance, neuromuscular disorders, arthralgias, hypersensitive reactions to industrial aerosols and biologically active substances (BAS). Post-COVID asthenic syndrome contributed to the termination of work in 3 patients. In order to prevent the loss of able-bodied personnel, it was proposed to revise the terms of outpatient treatment of post-COVID patients with subsequent medical rehabilitation of persons of "risk occupations".
