Abstract:
Penelitian ini membahas implementasi visi dan misi Perpustakaan Kementerian “Artha” dalam moto perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan visi dan misi Kementerian “Artha” pada moto Perpustakaan Kementerian Artha. Identifikasi penerapan moto ini akan dilihat dari koleksi perpustakaan, layanan yang diberikan, dan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Perpustakaan Kementerian “Artha”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kecenderungan bahwa perpustakaan Kementerian “Artha” hanya mengimplementasikan misi nomor 5 (lima) Kementerian Artha yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan diri pegawai. Hal ini merupakan suatu strategi awal perpustakaan untuk menunjukkan kebetradaannya sebelum mereka mampu memenuhi 4 (empat) misi lainnya agar perpustakaan dapat bertahan di lingkungan Kementerian Artha.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera dalam pemberdayaan UMKM. Penelitian ini berlokasi di KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera Jln. Raya Sumberrejo-Bojonegoro (depan pasar sumberrejo) No. 247. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti yang terlibat langsung dengan KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera dan nasabah usaha mikro kecil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera dalam pemberdayaan UMKM di Sumberrejo sudah maksimal, hal ini dibuktikan dengan dibukanya lapangan pekerjaan di berbagai sektor untuk menyerap tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat kecil atau kurang mampu. Namun ada problematika yang harus dihadapi oleh KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera di antaranya dari pihak eksternal dan pihak internal. Meskipun demikian, KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera tetap memiliki strategi-strategi khusus dalam menghadapi problematika tersebut. Dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan dan mempermudah pelayanan pembiayaan di KSPPS Mandiri Artha Sejahtera maka UMKM dapat dikembangkan.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di P4S Artha Tani Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara Jawa Tengah dari bulan April sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui Profil Petani Padi Binaan P4S Artha Tani Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. 2) Mengetahui Profil Penyuluh Pertanian Swadaya di P4S Artha Tani Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. 3) Mengetahui Pengaruh Intensifikasi dan Diversifikasi Terhadap Produksi Padi Petani Binaan P4S Artha Tani di Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. 4) Mengetahui Peran Penyuluh Pertanian Swadaya Pada P4S Artha Tani Terhadap Produksi Padi (Oryza sativa L.) di Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode yang digunakan adalah field research. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan sensus. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 45 petani padi dan 4 penyuluh pertanian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa profil petani padi binaan P4S Artha Tani berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berusia lebih dari 35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir SD, pengalaman bertani 11-20 tahun, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 2-4 orang, luas lahan lebih dari 1 ha, dan produksi padi 1.000-5.000 kg. Profil penyuluh pertanian swadaya di P4S Artha Tani berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berusia 45-67 tahun, pendidikan terakhir SMP-Perguruan Tinggi, pengalaman menjadi penyuluh pertanian selama 7 tahun, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga 3-5 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa intensifikasi memberikan pengaruh tinggi dan diversifikasi memberikan pengaruh sedang terhadap produksi padi petani binaan P4S Artha Tani. Peran penyuluh pertanian swadaya pada P4S Artha Tani dalam kategori baik terhadap produksi padi (Oryza sativa L.) di Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Upah Insentif, Pelatihan dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Artha Guna Sejahtera Ponorogo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Artha Guna Sejahtera Ponorogo yang berjumlah 35 Karyawan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi yakni 35 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji regresi variabel a) variabel upah insentif memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Artha Guna Sejahtera Ponorogo. b). variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Artha Guna Sejahtera Ponorogo. c). Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur. Dalam penelitian ini objeknya adalah karyawan tetap maupun kontrak PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur pada bidang operasional yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampe yang diambil adalah 50 sampel. Analisa sata menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin pada PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur telah berjalan sangat baik. Hal ini terlihat berdasarkan hasil jawaban dari responden sebanyak 50 orang, dengan jumlah rata-rata sebesar 3,82. Motivasi pada PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur telah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat berdasarkan hasil jawaban dari responden sebanyak 50 orang, dengan jumlah rata-rata sebesar 3,02. Kinerja pegawai pada PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat berdasarkan jawaban dari responden sebanyak 50 orang, dengan jumlah rata-rata 3,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu koefisien korelasi yaitu sebesar 0,797, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan penulis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan motivasi memiliki tingkat kekuatan hubungan yang kuat terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan motivasi berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur.

Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat, pemanfaatan jaringan internet meningkat pesat juga. Sehingga kejahatan dalam pemalsuan maupun penyadapan data tidak dapat dipungkiri. Salah satu dokumen penting yang sering dilakukan modifikasi atau pemalsuan adalah ijazah. Ditambah dengan permasalah yang dimana dalam setiap pengecekan ijazah membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh sebab itu, SMA Swasta Bina Arha membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat menjamin keamanan keaslian ijazah sehingga menghindari terjadinya duplikat maupun modifikasi ijazah. Dan supaya setiap instansi yang akan melakukan pengecekkan keaslian ijazah tidak perlu menunggu waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan infromasi yang di mau. Sistem pengamanan yang diterapkan ialah penerapan digital siganture menggunakan metode RSA. Sehingga dalam melakukan validasi ijazah waktu yang diperlukan akan lebih efektif dan efesien.Hasil program yang dibuat menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dengan berbasis web dapat menimalisir modifikasi atau pemalsuan ijazah SMA Swasta Bina Artha. Selain itu juga memudahkan setiap instansi dalam menadapatkan infromasi ijazah dengan melakukan validasi ijazah SMA Swasta Bina Artha dalam penerapan digital signature menunggunakan metode RSA.

What are the obstacles and solutions for the TKI Artha Mulya Sharia Cooperative in improving the economy of retired TKI through creative economic activities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method based on scientific objects. And the research instruments used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has become popular and close to the community. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has several strategies to help improve the economy of its members and the wider community, namely borrowing business capital, creating business groups, holding business training, supplying raw goods, marketing production results, helping with paperwork. permission, while the strategy for the TKI Artha Mulya Sharia Cooperative in improving the economy of retired TKI through creative economic activities is to create a creative economic business in the form of a snack making business with the name "Snack Bu Ernie and KKBM Bintang Mulya". Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus dapat mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dan pada dasarnya PT. Artha Retailindo menyadari pentingnya SDM sebagai aset perusahaan. PT. Artha Retailindo juga menyadari bahwa pemberian kompensasi yang tidak sesuai akan mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan karyawan sehingga sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan menurun dan menyebabkan kinerja yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak maksimal dan dampaknya banyak karyawan yang mengundurkan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap etos kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan obesrvasi. Responden adalah semua PT. Karyawan Artha Retailindo dengan sampel adalah 125 responden. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisa model dan uji hipotesis dengan membandingkan t statistik dengan t tabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan anatara kompensasi terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, kemudian adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo. Sedangkan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui etos kerja tidak menimbulkan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih sadar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak, dan sesuaidengan hukum yang berlaku sehingga etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan oleh para karyawan PT. Metastasis in head and neck cancer patients is responsible for over 50% of deaths. There are currently no tools to identify patients at risk of developing metastasis. Circulating tumour cells (CTC) represent a transient cancer cell population in the blood. In this study, the researcher has developed CTC isolation methodologies and used novel culture formulations to expand patient derived CTCs for therapy testing. Furthermore, the researcher identified biomarkers present on CTCs which could select patients for immunotherapies, a current unmet need. This work sets the foundation for a personalized medicine approach to treating head and neck cancer patients.

Abstract:
Deliberate self-harm (DSH) is a significant social problem facing young Māori (the indigenous people of New Zealand) today. Whānau, a concept meaning family and including extended family, is an essential factor in the well-being of Māori. Little is known about family members‟ reactions to a child‟s DSH or their needs following DSH, especially with Māori. Some research with non-Māori suggests that both the impact of DSH and consequent needs of family members may be considerable, yet often neglected. This study examined the impact of their children‟s DSH on Māori whānau, beliefs about the motives for the young person‟s DSH, and needs following the event. The whānau of ten young people, aged 10-18 years, presenting to a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service following DSH were interviewed about the impact of the DSH, perceived motives for DSH and their needs. Five Māori clinicians were also interviewed about these topics. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis. Seven themes were identified from whānau ideas regarding motives for DSH: to communicate distress and seek help, to punish someone, to get relief from a distressing emotional state, due to the influence of others, as a response to feeling overwhelmed by difficult circumstances, to die, and the cultural influence of matakite. Clinicians presented similar motives; however, they did not mention matakite and included DSH being precipitated by social isolation. When discussing impacts of DSH, whānau reported that DSH had affected the entire whānau as well as having an effect on parents; including an emotional impact, an impact on parenting, and the concept of mental health was described as being difficult for parents to come to terms with. On the other hand, participants reported improvement in relationships within their whānau following DSH. Whānau also reported that DSH had resulted in practical difficulties. Themes derived from clinicians were similar; however, they did not discuss the effect of DSH on relationships. Whānau and clinicians both reported the need for greater levels of support and information. Implications are presented for the delivery of mental health services for young Māori and their families.
