Abstract:
The paper has analyzed the contemporary standards that all democracies have embraced. A special emphasis has been placed on international conventions and rules, as well as the laws to protect the rights of all members of a modern social community. It is its duty to look after all its members and eliminate any form of discrimination, and even a threat of it. The European Concept for Accessibility promotes a new social model, designed to change entirely the attitude to the handicapped. The Concept offers a completely new approach, viewing the community as a whole. This integrated approach stretches to the needs of the community and the needs of each and every member of it, making no difference between individual groups within the population. Instead, it creates the environment to satisfy the needs of each individual member and, by extension, the community at large. The role of architecture is to recognize the needs of a community and take the lead in reshaping the standards to create a new environment accessible to all its members. This will give architecture a fundamental dimension, and make it the integrative factor to blend the community together.

Ada beberapa tahapan sebelum melakukan proses analisis data dan analitik, salah satunya adalah data preprocessing. Salah satu kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh BAPELITBANG adalah tahapan data preprocessing, karena data tersebar di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dengan berbagai macam format. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dimulai dari merancang arsitektur data. Framework yang digunakan untuk merancang arsitektur adalah The Open Group Arcitecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) Fase C, yaitu Arsitektur Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari Perancangan adalah cetak biru (Blueprint) yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam mengimplementasikan dan sebagai basis ke tahapan selanjutnya, yaitu data cleansing, data filter / enrich, classification, data analytics, modelling prediction, data delivery, dan data visualization.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan kepada pelaku bisnis tour and travel akan manfaat pengembangan arsitektur bisnis dalam usaha kepariwisataan agar perusahaan dapat berperan serta memajukan pembangunan nasional khususnya dalam usaha kepariwisataan. Enterprise arcitecture planning menurut Spewak ini pemodelan sistemnya menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan menggunakan software bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL untuk penanganan database. Hasil dari program perancangan ini adalah berupa aplikasi berbasis web yang menyediakan informasi mengenai destinasi wisata, rute perjalanan wisata yang dapat ditempuh, serta fasilitas transportasi dan akomodasi yang tersedia. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu website kepariwisataan yang dapat dimanfaatkan juga oleh pemandu wisata. Penyediaan informasi kepariwisataan berbasis web selain akan memudahkan wisatawan dalam mengenal dan merencanakan perjalanan wisata, juga menunjang pengembangan database sektor kepariwisataan di Indonesia. Diharapkan wisatawan dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi Maps API juga Global Position System untuk memperoleh informasi kepariwisataan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract:
Based on the research of humanitarian specifics of architectural form and architectural objects, three aspects are defined, from the position of which the CM system is adjusted the concept of the architectural object as megaobject (interconnected system of object and the physical environment) and how metaobject (conditioning facility, cultural space). The first aspect - the role of the binary opposition, meaning that in the architectural form of the object and system identification, or in a non-obvious, presented meanings that oppose each other, but do not displace each other. The second aspect - the presence of external environment (URBO landscape and cultural space). The presence of the environment, the environment has a formal aesthetic and ethical justification. As a result, the environment may become a challenge no less important than the object. The third aspect - the fundamental metavalue of architectural object, the method adopted in the composite as a basis. It relates to the interaction between the city and the house - two metavaluesi, covering almost all the layers and subsystems which appear in the process of interaction between the author and architectural form. This fundamental aspect is defined in the article as a universal binary formula House-City. The binary formula House- City determines the methodological structure and content of the genesis of the CM process carried out in phases as a gradual transition from the experience of abstract form to the project.

Abstract:
In this study certain educational institutions such as madrassahs, kulliyes and mosques that contributed to environment in terms of education in the Ottoman period (middle of the fifteenth century-beginning of the nineteenth century)are researched with regards to educational system, curriculum, mudarrises, students and training. The functions and effects of the madrassahs at that time as well as their reflection in our time are dealt with. In this context, some educational institutions included by certain Anatolian madrassahs such as darulkurra, darulhadith, sahnıseman and schools, which are currently existed and not, have been taken in examination. Incorporating madrassahs, which are public instutions in the Ottoman period, in the state organisation has been started with the Fatih madrassahs that were established by Fatih (Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror) and structuring of madrassah order was quickened after the conquest. In time, the cities such as İstanbul (capital city), Edirne, Bursa, İznik, Trabzon, Konya and Diyarbakır have had the most madrassahs. The large majority of madrassahs of Sinan the Architect have been built in Anatolia and in other cities of the Empire. The first Ottoman madrassah was established in İznik and has become widespread in time. In consequence of being institutions in which training was giving according to the curriculum and ratification of mudarris and having distinctive architectural characteristics in their cubicles, porches, classes, iwans and şadırvans gave rise to them having a respectable position in the society. It is commented that the madrassahs that are the symbol of classical Ottoman arcitecture have been retrograded later on. In the scope of madrassahs located in the Antalya region the importance and contribution of them, which have been improved as the reflection of the social changes and have been opened to changes with their internal/external dynamics, and their capability of being met the requirements of society have been examined and explained descriptively together with their contributions to educational mantality in our time.

La technologie de fabrication actuelle permet l’intégration d’un système multiprocesseur complexe sur une seule pièce de silicium (MPSoC pour Multiprocessor System-on-Chip). Une façon de maîtriser la complexité croissante de ces systèmes est d’augmenter le niveau d’abstraction et d’aborder la conception au niveau système. Cependant, l’augmentation du niveau d’abstraction peut engendrer un fossé entre les concepts au niveau système et ceux utilisés pour l’implémentation de l’architecture Matériel/Logiciel du MPSoC. L’objectif de cette thèse est de combler le gap entre les deux niveaux d’abstractions utilisés en proposant une passerelle efficace entre les outils d’aide au développement d’algorithmes (Matlab\Simulink) et les outils de conception des architectures (ROSES et macro-Cell builder). Ceci est accompli : - En définissant un modèle intermédiaire transactionnel dans l’environnement Simulink. Ce modèle intermédiaire combine l’algorithme et l’architecture. Il permet la définition précoce de la plateforme d’implémentation et établit une continuité entre le modèle fonctionnel et le modèle architectural. - En automatisant le passage entre le niveau système et le niveau architectural, dans le but d’accélérer la procédure de la conception des MPSoCs et de réduire la quantité des erreurs provoquées par le travail manuel dans un environnement unifié. La pertinence de ce travail a été évaluée par son application à la conception du décodeur MP3 présenté dans ce mémoire
The current fabrication technology allows the integration of a complex multiprocessor system on one silicon part (MPSoC for Multiprocessor System-one-Chip). A way to control the increasing complexity of these systems is to increase the abstraction level and to adopt the system level design. However, the increase of the abstraction level can make a huge gap between the system level concepts and those used for the hardware/software architecture implementation of MPSoC. The objective of this thesis is to fill the gap between the two abstractions levels by proposing an efficient bridge between the algorithms development aid tools (Matlab\Simulink) and the architectures design tools (ROSES and macro-Cell builder). This is accomplished: - By defining a transactional model in the Simulink environment. This intermediate model combines algorithm and architecture. It allows the early definition of the implementation platform and establishes continuity between the functional model and the architectural model. - By automating the passage between the system level and the architectural level, to accelerate the MPSoCs design procedure and to reduce the errors quantity caused by manual design in a unified environment. The relevance of this work was evaluated by its application to the MP3 decoder design presented in this memory

Abstract:
The Internet of Things (IoT) represents a networking paradigm where entities are viewed as objects that are identifiable, traceable and connected. This view requires the integration and interoperability of numerous wireless standards. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are two dominant technologies that jointly constitute a class of hybrid/integrated IoT architectures known as RFID-Sensor Networks (RSNs). Data delivery across such integrated architectures faces challenges in terms of cost-efficiency, scalability and connectivity, among many others. Moreover, IoT-driven solutions are required to address constraints on node mobility, delay-tolerance and resource management, and may have to adhere to an economic model in order to establish incentive-based schemes. Most available RSN solutions are tailored for a single-application and fail to address the aforementioned IoT constraints. To the best of our knowledge, a detailed framework that comprehensively addresses such constraints does not exist. We investigate this promising research direction by proposing a novel framework that incorporates an RSN integrated architecture to improve delivery over heterogeneous topologies. Our framework provides data delivery solutions that adhere to delivery and connectivity considerations of integrated RSN architectures in IoT. Moreover, our data delivery solutions incorporate pricing policies for incentive public sensing applications over the proposed architecture. We show, by theoretical analysis and simulations, that our framework outperforms rival RSN integration approaches, as well as other wireless Ad-hoc data delivery schemes in realizing IoT performance requirements.

Routing architecture is a very important task in FPGA. In this thesis, we first propose a rearrangeable binary tree switching network (BTSNU) for the hierarchical interconnection. The main component of this BTSNU consists of many switch blocks and crossbars. With the same size and the same number of switches as our BTSNU, a clique-based BTSNC switching network is shown not rearrangeable. We derive that a rearrangeable one-sided switching network with switches proportional to N×ln(N) is most suitable to interconnect N terminals. Besides, this polygonal switching network has been successfully applied to the design of routing architecture.
