Full textThe Swedish people are making more and more mobile payments, (Riksbanken, 2020), but despite the change in behaviour as a private individual, the situation for Swedishcompanies seems to be different. The Ministry of Trade and Industry (2021) states thatSwedish companies remain in analogue payment processes, a thesis The World PaymentReport (2020) agrees with, while they state that digitized business models around B2Bpayments are predicted to have great development potential. What does it look like in research on mobile payments? In the compilation of Dahlberg etal (2015; 2008), it is feared that the research perspective has been too focused on privateindividuals, which has created a gap between practice and academia. This study aims to shed light on the situation of Swedish micro-entrepreneurs by lookingat how Swedish micro-entrepreneurs use services linked to mobile payments, what theirexpectations are and how the services meet the needs of micro-companies.This was done on the basis of a theoretical framework by Apanasevic et al (2016), whichis well suited as it partly contributes to a new perspective on issues concerning mobilepayments and attaches great importance to the respondents' expectations. Using aninterpretive research method, the study was conducted as a qualitative study in whichseven qualitative, semi-structured interviews were analysed thematically. The study concluded that Swedish micro-entrepreneurs' adoption of mobile paymentservices differs. From managing the entire company's finances through an app to mainlyusing mobile means of payment in situation-adapted events, or not using mobile means ofpayment at all. The study also shows that the expectation when an entrepreneur switchesto a mobile means of payment is to digitize a manual process. If this is done wholeheartedly, the entrepreneurs are satisfied with the mobile service and expectations are met.Integrated systems, especially with accounting, are very positive. As in previous research,a fast, smooth and clear service is perceived positively, and its opposites as negative.Entrepreneur’s reason about internal business opportunities, that the service saves themtime, as time is money. This differs from studies that look at retailers and privatecustomers, where previous studies like Mallat (2007), and Apanasevic et al (2016) ratherfocus on a mobile payment service creating external business opportunities that can attractnew customers or more sales. For future research, case studies on the mobile services mentioned in this study areproposed, in accordance with continuing to broaden the perspective in mobile payments.

Full textWithin the fervor of the social movements of the 1980s, an area, on the Eastside of the city of São Paulo, mostly owned by São Paulo\'s Metropolitan Housing Company (COHAB-SP), became the target of the popular movements struggle to safeguard the natural environment, in large part due to the pressure of the intense urbanization that surrounded it. In 1989, after many manifestations by these movements, a law was approved, creating the Area of the Protection of Nature of the Park and Agricultural Estate of Carmo (APA do Carmo). An APA is a unit of conservation, which has as one of its principle characteristics that of not exacting compulsory seizure of property. Another is that, by establishing zoning, categories are defined for the various usages of each zone, ranging from the least to the most restrictive. This study proposes to give an historical reconstruction of the space that now constitutes this APA in the heart of the Eastern side of the city of São Paulo and was provoked by queries arising from the rationale that has led to a string of large tracts of adjacent land with environmental features that justify the struggle for their preservation, so as not to be overrun by the savage urbanism that surrounds them. The source used, in many aspects, for reconstructing the history of the area in the East Zone, that now holds the APA do Carmo, was the consultation of documents from land registry offices and other public archives. For such three historical boundaries were defined to guide the analysis of the transformation of these spaces. One of them examined the existence of the aldeamento de São Miguel, a type of enforced indigenous village system (part of a project that proposed to reorganize the habitation of the plateau of São Paulo, during the colonial period, based on the use of indigenous labor and put into practice in the context of the structure of property ownership of the time, founded on the system called the Sesmarias). Another boundary investigated a period of almost two hundred years (from 1722 until 1919) in which a large agricultural estate, called Caguaçu, was formed and remained in the hands of a male community of the Carmelite Order, Rio Province, (Provincia Carmelitana Fluminense). Finally, the last boundary focused on the origins of the process of urbanization in the city of São Paulo (between the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century), when property agents, dealing in land for urban development, were able to take full advantage of a complex and nebulous land structure handed down from the colonial period, and exploit mechanisms that left indelible marks on the urbanization of the East Zone of São Paulo

Abstract: The motivation that led us to choose this theme for the elaboration of the project, as proposed, was the concern with the conservation and recovery of water resources, these have been degraded by activities resulting from different uses of land and deforestation. The removal of the ciliary forest from the water courses, leads to its lack of protection and compromises the quality of the water. Human intervention on the environment causes changes in the earth's surface, interfering with natural processes in a continuous and intense manner. This work intends to evaluate the environmental quality of the Ribeirão Vai-e-Vem river basin, with a special focus on the sub-basin constituted by Sete de Setembro Stream, due to the fact that it passes through the urban area of Santo Anastácio and through a stretch of rural areas, which will allow to associate land use and water quality. The software ArcGis10.3 was used to map the land use and coverage to spatialize and quantify information, verifying the intervention in the APPs, as defined by the new Brazilian Forest Code (Federal Law 12.651, dated May 25, 2012) . In order to evaluate the water quality, the following indicators were used: Dissolved Oxygen, Temperature, pH, Electrical Conductivity, Turbidity, Total Suspended Material, Total Phosphorus, Total Dissolved Phosphorus, Orthophosphate and Ammonia, to determine the relationship between land use and water quality in the sub-basin of Córrego Sete de Setembro, one of the tributaries ...

This dissertation is a theoretical study developed on urbanization processes involving Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) marginal to water bodies. The verification of a constant breach on the principle of inviolability attributed to APP, especially in urban areas, motivated this research. The objective focused on identifying and discussing the factors that influence the processes of urbanization in Permanent Preservation Areas marginal to water bodies. From the literature review, 28 factors of influence could be pointed out and organized into 08 dimensions. The case study conducted in São Carlos-SP, on the Conservation Areas of the Gregory stream, allowed the identification of influencing factors in the four analyzed periods in the history of urbanization of the municipality: 1857-1965, 1965-1979, 1979-1986 and 1986 to 2010. The results obtained in this research enabled the understanding that some permanent preservation areas, present in urban areas have been urbanized for assuming the value of urban land as defended by Villaça (2001). The value added to them is thus, not only restricted to their environmental value, but also to values of location, culture and affection among others related to the local context.

Full textMaster?s research with the scope of looking into the origin and the motivation of conflicts that arise between urban planners and environmentalists when the objective is to regulate and legalize situations of dwellings in irregular settlements that have already been established, being those dwellings located in Areas of Permanent Protection (APPs). These are environmental locations that are especially protected. This normatization is carried out by means of land legalization , the beginnings and evolution of which are hereby also researched. Cases of land legalization of inhabited areas located in APPs of Campinas have also been studied; said legalizations have been sponsored by the local municipal government. The objective of the study was verifying the conditions under which said legalizations were conceived, effected and then evaluated.

Recently, leisure, environmental protection and health awareness have been the most concerned issues. Cycling is also called “green transport” . Cycling is a perfect exercise not only for oneself but also a good activity for the whole family or friends together. Combining health and leisure, also the importance of environmental protection and energy conservation, cycling enjoys its popularity. With the prevalence of smartphones, Apps have gained their popularity. They immerse into people’s lives in a short time and alleviate people’s dependence on desktop computers. Apps satisfy the needs of most people because they provide quick, convenient and multifunctional services. In addition, the government are opening up official data to the public and there are more and more people accessing the information through smartphone App. Therefore, utilizing and uploading open information onto App to offer the public various services is an appealing tendency. This research aims to design an app for users to cycle in a way that suits their aptitude and their interests. Users can choose suitable bike routes according to their physical capabilities, purposes, and intensity to enjoy cycling fun. Concerning the applicability and the accuracy of reference sources, the research adopted the bike routes information in each city and county on the governmental open data platform. (quoted from Let’s Bike!Carefree Tour Biking:Collection of 50 cycle paths in Taiwan) Users can choose adaptive bike routes based on different challenge levels. To make users access information fast and conveniently, the research adopts App Inventor 2 as a development platform and utilize the above-mentioned open data to design an app introducing adaptive bike lanes tour for users. Besides adaptive choices of bike lanes, Papago Biking App provides users with bike routes descriptions, Facebook posts sharing, cycling records and latest weather forecast. Cycling records calculates and keeps personal activity data by using GPS positioning and an energy consumption formula to enhance the interest and motivation in cycling. Connecting to Facebook, users can share their reflections and photos on social networking websites and exchange information with others to increase the pleasure in cycling. Furthermore, linking to Central Weather Bureau, users can immediately retrieve the latest weather information of their destinations. All in all, the research hopes to satisfy users’ different needs by providing the open data and services so they can cycle to their heart’s content.

Changes in the financial environment coupled with technological innovation and financial operating costs, the financial technology will be the trend for financial services is in the future. So how to provide financial technology in line with the needs of the era of mobile services for the current financial industry becomea an important issue. In view of the trend, this study takes the Land Bank of Taiwan as an example, applying IPGA service quality identification model to explore the key factors of the service gaps of the mobile banking APP, hoping to provide Land Bank of Taiwan some reference when implementing digital financial services. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study was based on the Mobile Service Quality Scale, designed by Ya-Yu Chien in 2016, as the fundamental to design the questionnaire. The researcher organized 8 dimensions with 28 question items and designed a questionnaire which is suitable for the mobile banking APP service quality survey for Land Bank of Taiwan. The questionnaires were distributed to those users who have used Land Bank’s mobile banking APP before, and 260 copies of valid questionnaire returned. After collected and organized all retuned copies, this study adopted IPGA to conduct the empirical analysis, and the analytic results discovered that there’re 16 main factor coordinates located at the quadrant of “Concentrate Here” in the IPGA matrix, including the system function dimension’s “mobile banking system can be activated in time and worked normally”, the privacy and security dimension’s “mobile banking has security protection measures” and the compensation dimension’s “if any transaction problem occurred in mobile banking process, I can obtain compensation”, those main factors to be concentrated and improved. In addition, QFD method was used to make feasible improvement solution, and research results showed that experts are commonly considered that “stipulate certain compensation regulations”, “provide the credential security system for block transaction” shall be the feasible solution for improving the mobile banking service quality. As a result, this study’s results can be provided to the Land Bank as a reference to improve its mobile banking service quality.
