Abstract:
The mechanical properties of Ph. Pubescens were an important index to measure quality of bamboo. We research effects of soil available N (AN), available P (AP) and available K (AK) on mechanical properties of Ph. Pubescens in Jiangxi province. The results showed that there was no obvious regular between soil NPK content and mechanical properties of Ph. Pubescens. The anti-bending strength (ABS), anti-extension strength (AES) and anti-shears strength (ASS) of Ph. Pubescens were 148MPa, 98MPa and 15.6MPa, respectively, the maximum shear-force (MSF) was 2.0KN, and the anti-pressure strength (APS) was 59Mpa. The APS of all samples were higher than that of the middle timber. The APS was high why the vascular bundle of Ph. Pubescens arranges rules. The effect of AK on APS was larger than that of AN and AP. The MPF was 10.1 KN, The internal structures of bamboo determined their mechanical properties, so the anatomy of bamboo could also affect the mechanical properties of bamboo.

Abstract:
Introduction The clinical high-risk for psychosis (CHR) is mainly established by the presence of attenuated positive symptoms (APS), but there is evidence of the role of attenuated negative symptoms (ANS) in the development of psychotic spectrum disorders. It is important to establish a link between APS and ANS in patients at CHR in order to improve early detection of psychosis. Objectives Establish the relationship between APS and ANS in depressive patients at CHR. Methods 130 depressive young in-patients at CHR with APS (average age 19.5) and 71 ones with ANS (average age 19.5) were examined. The HDRS scale was used to assess depressive symptoms, the SOPS scale was used to assess APS and ANS, and the SANS scale was used to assess ANS. The results are presented in median values. Results No differences were found between two groups in the severity of depressive symptoms on the HDRS scale and CHR symptoms on the SOPS scale (22 vs 23.5 and 45 vs 43 respectively). Statistically valid differences have been established between the groups in the APS severity on the sub-scale of positive symptoms SOPS: 11 and 7 (p 0.001). No differences in the ANS severity on the sub-scale of negative symptoms were detected (17 and 18.5, p=0.207). There were also no differences in the ANS severity on the SANS scale (40 and 47, p=0.163). Conclusions It has been established that patients at CHR with APS also have ANS, which may have clinical significance for early detection of psychosis. Disclosure No significant relationships.

Abstract:
Para responder a integralidade da atenção, o modelo de organização do SUS escolhido pelo Ministério da Saúde (MS) foi o da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), posteriormente no Brasil, denominada de Atenção Básica à Saúde (ABS). O motivo da denominação ABS foi pela tentativa de se diferenciar dos modelos seletivos internacionais, apostando num modelo de APS como estratégia estruturante do sistema. Desde sua implantação, a ABS acumula períodos de evolução e estagnação, tanto no que se refere à cobertura, quanto ao modelo adotado pelas equipes. Esses movimentos estão intimamente relacionados com a macro política adotada pelo MS para a APS apontada por meio de políticas e programas propostos. Nesse sentido, este artigo teve o objetivo de analisar as principais mudanças contidas na nova Política Nacional de Atenção Básica (PNAB), publicada em 2017, a partir de seu contexto histórico e político. Os resultados demonstraram que a nova PNAB, fruto de um movimento político-ideológico hegemônico, apresenta mudanças importantes quanto à estrutura das equipes, organização do processo de trabalho e financiamento, que fragilizam a consolidação da ABS como proposta abrangente para estruturação do sistema de saúde, dificultando o desenvolvimento da integralidade da atenção; e sugere que é necessário militância e participação social para que a política de saúde de fato responda aos interesses e necessidades da população.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Acupuncture-point stimulation (APS) in postoperative pain control compared with sham/placebo acupuncture or standard treatments (usual care or no treatment). Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included. Meta-analysis results indicated that APS interventions improved VAS scores significantly and also reduced total morphine consumption. No serious APS-related adverse effects (AEs) were reported. There is Level I evidence for the effectiveness of body points plaster therapy and Level II evidence for body points electroacupuncture (EA), body points acupressure, body points APS for abdominal surgery patients, auricular points seed embedding, manual auricular acupuncture, and auricular EA. We obtained Level III evidence for body points APS in patients who underwent cardiac surgery and cesarean section and for auricular-point stimulation in patients who underwent abdominal surgery. There is insufficient evidence to conclude that APS is an effective postoperative pain therapy in surgical patients, although the evidence does support the conclusion that APS can reduce analgesic requirements without AEs. The best level of evidence was not adequate in most subgroups. Some limitations of this study may have affected the results, possibly leading to an overestimation of APS effects.

Abstract:
An antimicrobial supramolecular assembly (ASA) is conspicuous in biomedical applications. Among the alternatives to overcome microbial resistance to antibiotics and drugs, ASAs, including antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) and polymers (APs), provide formulations with optimal antimicrobial activity and acceptable toxicity. AMPs and APs have been delivered by a variety of carriers such as nanoparticles, coatings, multilayers, hydrogels, liposomes, nanodisks, lyotropic lipid phases, nanostructured lipid carriers, etc. They have similar mechanisms of action involving adsorption to the cell wall, penetration across the cell membrane, and microbe lysis. APs, however, offer the advantage of cheap synthetic procedures, chemical stability, and improved adsorption (due to multipoint attachment to microbes), as compared to the expensive synthetic routes, poor yield, and subpar in vivo stability seen in AMPs. We review recent advances in polymer−based antimicrobial assemblies involving AMPs and APs.

Abstract:
O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de avaliar os riscos potenciais apresentados pelos incidentes em reatores nucleares de pesquisa. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho, duas bases de dados do Organismo Internacional de Energia Atômica, OIEA, foram usadas, o Incident Report System for Research Reactor e Research Reactor Data Base. Para este tipo de avaliação fez-se uso de Análise Probabilística de Segurança (APS), dentro de um limite de confiança de 90% e, Análise de Probabilidades determinística (APD). Para obtenção dos resultados dos cálculos de probabilidades por APS, utilizou-se a teoria e as equações sugeridas em documento da IAEA TECDOC - 636. O desenvolvimento dos cálculos das probabilidades por APS utilizou-se o Programa Scilab versão 5.1.1, de livre acesso, executável nas plataformas do Windows, Linux. Um programa específico para obter os resultados das probabilidades foi desenvolvido dentro do programa principal Scilab 5.1.1., para duas distribuições Fischer e Chi-quadrado, ambas no limite de confiança de 90%. Fazendo uso das equações de Sordi e do programa Origin 6.0, foram obtidas as doses máximas admissíveis relacionadas às probabilidades que satisfazem os limites de riscos estabelecidos pela Comissão Internacional de Proteção Radiológica, CIPR e, pode-se também obter estas doses máximas graficamente com a figura 1 resultante dos cálculos de probabilidades x doses máximas admissíveis. Verificou-se que a confiabilidade nos resultados das probabilidades está relacionada com a experiência operacional (reator x ano e fração) e, que quanto maior ela for, maior é a confiabilidade no resultado. Finalizando, sugere-se uma lista de futuros trabalhos que complementam este.
This study aims to evaluate the potential risks submitted by the incidents in nuclear research reactors. For its development, two databases of the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, were used, the Incident Report System for Research Reactor and Research Reactor Data Base. For this type of assessment was used the Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA), within a confidence level of 90% and the Deterministic Probability Analysis (DPA). To obtain the results of calculations of probabilities for PSA, were used the theory and equations in the paper IAEA TECDOC - 636. The development of the calculations of probabilities for PSA was used the program Scilab version 5.1.1, free access, executable on Windows and Linux platforms. A specific program to get the results of probability was developed within the main program Scilab 5.1.1., for two distributions Fischer and Chi-square, both with the confidence level of 90%. Using the Sordi equations and Origin 6.0 program, were obtained the maximum admissible doses related to satisfy the risk limits established by the International Commission on Radiological Protection, ICRP, and were also obtained these maximum doses graphically figure1 resulting from the calculations of probabilities x maximum admissible doses. It was found that the reliability of the results of probability is related to the operational experience (reactor x year and fractions) and that the larger it is, greater the confidence in the outcome. Finally, a suggested list of future work to complement this paper was gathered.

Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the use of Advanced Planning System (APSs) in the tactical planning process. In addition, there is a special focus towards process industries. The overall aim is to find out if and how APSs can support the tactical planning processes and add value to the company. A discussion on APSs as such is also presented, as the general definition of APS is unclear. The study is based on three case studies, first a longitudinal case study at a single company, second a in-depth case study at the same company and last a multiple case study at four Scandinavian companies. The case descriptions provide answers to the overall purpose of the thesis, but they also contribute to the general knowledge concerning APSs, as they describe industrial use of these systems. The study reveals several improvements that companies have achieved by implementing APSs and it conclude that APSs can support the tactical planning process. The improvements are seen either as results of process changes needed to implement the APS or the APS itself. Among the improvements, centralizing, automatizing and streamlining of the tactical planning processes are three of the most prominent. But several other improvements are also found, for example improvements concerning the customer service level and inventory levels. Although several successful implementations, it is not uncommon that implementations projects fail, which is why companies need to be careful when deciding to invest in an APS. Factors found to be linked to success concerning APS implementations are discussed, with the APS’s fit to the company’s processes and existing systems along with promotional activities, either by a project champion or the top management, are found to be important.

Los accidentes causan lesiones traumáticas y discapacidades inesperadas. En nuestro país, los accidentes viales, siguen siendo la primera causa de muerte por debajo de los 40 años de edad y la tercera causa para cualquier edad, siendo las dos primeras, las enfermedades cardiovasculares y el cáncer. El manejo y la asistencia del politraumatizado son descritos en orden secuencial con el propósito de clarificar conductas, esto no significa que no se puedan realizar varios actos simultáneamente. Así por ejemplo, mientras se evalúa al paciente desde el punto de vista respiratorio, circulatorio y neurológico, se puede indagar la historia y todos los eventos relacionados al accidente. El enfermero debe saber la sistemática diagnóstica del trauma e integrar sus conocimientos. El personal pre hospitalario y/o quien presta los primeros auxilios, en éste caso los enfermeros de atención primaria de salud (APS), es un componente importante en la historia del paciente, para evitar lesiones, secuelas y la muerte. Los centros de primer nivel de atención deberían tener un protocolo para el manejo de pacientes politraumatizados, lo que permitiría, que cuando se produce un accidente éste sea manejado de igual manera por el personal que se encuentra trabajando en ese momento, si no se cuenta con éste, en ocasiones lleva a la perdida de valiosos minutos, que son claves para la vida del paciente. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si los conocimientos y técnicas que aplican los enfermeros que trabajan en el Área Sanitaria de Tunuyán en atención y o manejo de pacientes politraumatizados guardan relación con los protocolos existentes en emergencia durante el segundo semestre del año 2016.

El presente trabajo busca desarrollar una investigación en torno a las posibilidades técnicas del psicoanálisis en relación al manejo de la transferencia en el diagnostico de Trastorno de Personalidad en el contexto de Atención Primaria de Salud. A partir de la contextualización del trabajo clínico con pacientes diagnosticados con Trastorno de Personalidad en Atención Primaria de Salud, se buscará realizar una lectura desde el psicoanálisis de casos diagnosticados con dicho diagnostico en el contexto de APS, a fin de poder discutir, describir e ilustrar aspectos específicos de la experiencia de trabajo con este tipo de casos. De esta manera, se busca poder caracterizar y describir a estos pacientes, a partir de una lectura que considere elementos teóricos propios de la orientación psicoanalítica y con ello, de las posibilidades y limitaciones técnicas del manejo de la transferencia, en el contexto de un consultorio de atención primaria de salud. Mediante lo recientemente expuesto, se busca generar conocimiento en torno a las posibilidades técnicas que el psicoanálisis puede ofrecer en el contexto de la salud pública, a partir de un diagnóstico que ofrece diversas dificultades para la intervención terapéutica de los profesionales de salud mental que se desempeñan en dicho contexto, dificultades que serán discutidas a lo largo del presente trabajo. Se propone una metodología empírica de tipo cualitativo, basada en la entrevista a un grupo de psicólogos que trabajan desde una orientación psicoanalítica, que a su vez hayan trabajado con pacientes diagnosticados con trastorno de personalidad, ya sea en contextos públicos o privados, a fin de poder pesquisar las dificultades, limitaciones y posibilidades con que se han enfrentado dichos profesionales en su quehacer clínico para con estos pacientes, y con ello poder generar aportes en el contexto de la APS en torno al quehacer clínico a partir de la información recabada. Se plantea una lectura de la problemática clínica propuesta desde categorías conceptuales propuestas por la orientación psicoanalítica en torno a la dirección de la cura, específicamente en torno a los desarrollos propuestos por Freud y Lacan
