Abstract:
The Pygopodidae comprise an enigmatic group of legless lizards endemic to the Australo-Papuan region. Here we present the first complete mitochondrial genome for a member of this family, Aprasia parapulchella, from Australia. The mitochondrial genome of A. parapulchella is 16 528 base pairs long and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes and the control region, conforming to the typical vertebrate gene order. The overall mitochondrial nucleotide composition is 31.7% A, 24.5% T, 30.5% C and 13.2% G. This corresponds to a total A+T content of 56.3%, which is similar to that of other squamate lizard genomes.

Questo lavoro propone un nuovo strumento psicometrico per diagnosticare l'aprassia ideomotoria. A partire da modelli cognitivi che assumono l'esistenza di due processi cognitivi per l'imitazione di gesti, distinti funzionalmente e anatomicamente (una via semantica per l'imitazione dei gesti conosciuti e una via diretta per la riproduzione di gesti nuovi), il test mira a identificare deficit selettivi in base al contenuto (gesti conosciuti vs gesti nuovi) e al segmento dell'arto superiore che esegue il movimento (distale vs prossimale). Diagnosticare in modo adeguato il disturbo aprassico ideomotorio e infatti una condizione necessaria per programmare l'iter riabilitativo dei pazienti con lesioni cerebrovascolari.

Here, I review phylogenetic studies of the lizard family Pygopodidae, a group of 47 extant species that diversified in Australia and New Guinea. The goal of this study was to examine published phylogenetic and phylogenomic hypotheses on pygopodids to identify the strengths and weaknesses in our understanding of their phylogeny. Many parts of the pygopodid family tree are well established by multiple independent tree inferences including: (1) all multispecies genera (i.e., Aprasia, Delma, Lialis, Pletholax, and Pygopus) are monophyletic groups; (2) the root of the pygopodid tree is located along the branch leading to the Delma clade, thus showing that Delma is the sister group to all other pygopodid genera; (3) the Aprasia repens group, Delma tincta group, and several other groups of closely related species are demonstrated to be monophyletic entities; and (4) the monotypic Paradelma orientalis is the sister lineage to the Pygopus clade. Based on accumulated phylogenetic evidence, two taxonomic recommendations are given: Paradelma merits generic status rather than being subsumed into Pygopus as some earlier studies had suggested, and the monotypic Aclys concinna should be recognized as a member of Delma (following current practice) until future studies clarify its placement inside or outside the Delma clade. One chronic problem with phylogenetic studies of pygopodids, which has limited the explanatory power of many tree hypotheses, concerns the undersampling of known species. Although the continual addition of newly described species, especially over the past two decades, has been a major reason for these taxon sampling gaps, deficits in species sampling for ingroups and/or outgroups in several studies of pygopodid species complexes has confounded the testing of some ingroup monophyly hypotheses. Ancient hybridization between non-sister lineages may also be confounding attempts to recover the relationships among pygopodids using molecular data. Indeed, such a phenomenon can explain at least five cases of mito-nuclear discordance and conflicts among trees based on nuclear DNA datasets. Another problem has been the lack of consensus on the relationships among most pygopodid genera, an issue that may stem from rapid diversification of these lineages early in the group’s history. Despite current weaknesses in our understanding of pygopodid phylogeny, enough evidence exists to clarify many major and minor structural parts of their family tree. Accordingly, a composite tree for the Pygopodidae was able to be synthesized. This novel tree hypothesis contains all recognized pygopodid species and reveals that about half of the clades are corroborated by multiple independent tree hypotheses, while the remaining clades have less empirical support.

Kelompok tani/pedagang ikan Mina Santosa merupakan poktan/kokdakan yang mengalami pasang surut baik dalam manajemen maupun produksinya. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan kegiatan akademik dengan bobot 3 SKS. melalui tema Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPM) mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan selama 384,5 > 380 Jam Kerja Efektif Mahasiswa (JKEM). Tujuan program KKN PPM memberi kesempatan pada mahasiswa untuk belajar membantu dan memecahkan permasalahan masyarakat. Bagi mitra, mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah secara ekonomi, dan bagi Perguruan Tinggi mampu mengimplementasikan ilmu dan jaringan keilmuan untuk membantu masyarakat menggunakan metode Partisipatory Rural Aprasial (PRA) kegiatan belajar dan bekerja bersama kelompok sasaran secara bertahap melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Program utama kegiatan KKN PPM meliputi 1). Tata kelola organisasi, 2). Budidaya ikan air tawar; 3). Olahan berbasis ikan, dan 4). Sosial budaya.. Mahasiswa mendapatkan pembimbingan oleh Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan dan narasumber keahlian yang dibutuhkan sesuai program kerja. Hasil KKN PPM antara lain perubahan perilaku masyarakat dalam berwirausaha, tata kelola kelompok tani dan pedagang ikan lebih tertata, budidaya ikan menerapkan sistem ecogreen, pemanfaatan ikan, dan limbah ikan (waste product) untuk berbagai olahan, serta dinamisnya kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat dalam kelompok tani/pedagang ikan. This study aims to 1) indentify and analiyze the arrangement of copyright forms as objects of the foundationary guarantee; 2) to find out and analyze the copyright execution arrangements of the debt breaks promises/defaults. As for the formulation of problems that will be studied regarding 1) what form of copyright can be used as an object of the dictionary guarantee; 2) how do the copyright execution arrangements of the debt defaut/breaks his promise. The research method used is a normal judicial research type. The result show that 1) the foundational guarantee of copyright has not been specifically regulated how it’s implementation and the current regulations are only limited to being the norm in law without any implementing regulations until now, because law 42 of 1999 only regulates fiduciary with the guarantee of a tangible movable object. 2) copyright as an object of fiduciary guarantee raises legal problems in the future when the debitor is in default, execution will be difficult because copyright is an intangible object and there is no appraisal institution that interprets the value of copyright. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaturan bentuk hak cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaturan eksekusi hak cipta apabila debitur ingkar janji/ wanprestasi. Adapun perumusan masalah yang akan dikaji mengenai 1) bagaimana bentuk hak cipta yang dapat dijadikan sebagai objek jaminan fidusia; 2) bagaimana pengaturan eksekusi hak cipta apabila debitur wanprestasi/ingkar janji. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) pengaturan Jaminan fidusia terhadap hak cipta belum diatur secara khusus bagaimana pelaksanaanya dan peraturan yang ada saat ini hanya sebatas menjadi norma dalam undang-undang tanpa ada pengaturan pelaksana sampai sekarang, karena undang-undang 42 Tahun 1999 hanya mengatur tentang fidusia dengan jaminan benda bergerak yang berwujud 2) hak cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia menimbulkan problematika hukum kedepannya manakala debitur cidera janji/wanprestasi, eksekusi akan sulit dilakukan karena hak cipta termasuk benda yang tidak berwujud dan belum ada lembaga aprasial yang menafsirkan nilai dari hak cipta. Kabupaten Parigi Moutong merupakan salah satu wilayah penghasil beras yang cukup besar di Sulawesi Tengah yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber pertumbuhan baru produksi beras Nasional di Indonesia. Pemerintah Daerah menetapkan wilayah ini, sebagai daerah penyangga beras terbesar di Sulawesi Tengah. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1. Mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan dan tingkat penerapan inovasi teknologi pertanian di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dan 2. Menetapkan arahan dan alternatif teknologi yang potensial untuk pengembangan lahan di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua tahap yaitu tahap 1 Desk study dan 2. Penelitian Lapangan. Desk study dilakukan dengan cara penelusuran pustaka dan diskusi dengan stake holders lainnya. Untuk Penelitian lapangan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan melakukan pengamatan kondisi sosial ekonomi dan budaya serta pengamatan tingkat penerapan inovasi teknologi melalui pendekatan Partisifatif Rural Aprasial atau Pengenalan Desa Secara Partisifatif (PRA). Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan yaitu dari bulan Juni hingga bulan Juli 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi perluasan areal persawahan dan peningkatan luas tanam karena didukung oleh iklim dan irigasi yang cukup baik. Tingkat penerapan teknologi masih cukup rendah terutama penggunaan varietas unggul, benih unggul dan bermutu serta pemupukan. The achievement level of self-sufficiency and food security, particularly in rice production should be supported by natural resources and the application of technology innovation. Parigi Moutong Regency is one of the largest rice producer areas in Central Sulawesi, which is expected to be a new growth source area of national rice production in Indonesia. Local government has set this region as the largest rice buffer zone in Central Sulawesi. The aim of this study was to: 1) Identify the problems and the application level of agricultural technology innovation in Parigi Moutong Regency and 2) Setting the direction and potential of alternative technologies for the development of rice land area in the Regency of Parigi Moutong. This research had two steps, namely : 1) desk study and 2) field research. Field research method was done using a survey method of observing socio-economic and cultural conditions as well as the observation of the level of technology innovation through Participative Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach or partisipative village introduction. The research was conducted from June to July 2014. The result shows that there is a potential for expansion and improvement of rice cultivation acreage because it is supported by the suitable climate condition and well-managed irrigation facilities. However, the level of technology application is still relatively low, especially in the use of improved varieties, improved and quality seed and also proper fertilization.

Abstract:
Tapia syndrome is a rare complication after surgery, with ipsilateral paralysis of vocal cord and tongue due to extracranial involvement of recurrent laryngeal and hypoglossal nerves. Tapia’s case report is extremely interesting for both the rarity of the reported cases and for the importance of an early rehabilitation. In a previous work, we reported a case of Tapia syndrome after cardiac surgery for aortic aneurysm, and the protocol of logopedic rehabilitation adopted. In the postoperative period, he developed severe dyspnea and dysphagia that required a tracheostomy and a logopedic rehabilitation therapy that led to a fast and efficient swallowing without aspiration after 47 sessions (less than 4 months). The progressive recovery of the function suggests aprassic nerve damage. However, the logopedic therapy is recommended to limit the possibility of permanent functional deficits and quickly recover swallowing and phonation.

Abstract:
Synopsis Pygopodids are elongate, functionally limbless geckos found throughout Australia. The clade presents low taxonomic diversity (∼45 spp.), but a variety of cranial morphologies, habitat use, and locomotor abilities that vary between and within genera. In order to assess potential relationships between cranial morphology and ecology, computed tomography scans of 29 species were used for 3D geometric morphometric analysis. A combination of 24 static landmarks and 20 sliding semi-landmarks were subjected to Generalized Procrustes Alignment. Disparity in cranial shape was visualized through Principal Component Analysis, and a multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used to test for an association between shape, habitat, and diet. A subset of 27 species with well-resolved phylogenetic relationships was used to generate a phylomorphospace and conduct phylogeny-corrected MANOVA. Similar analyses were done solely on Aprasia taxa to explore species-level variation. Most of the variation across pygopodids was described by principal component (PC) 1(54%: cranial roof width, parabasisphenoid, and occipital length), PC2 (12%: snout elongation and braincase width), and PC3 (6%: elongation and shape of the palate and rostrum). Without phylogenetic correction, both habitat and diet were significant influencers of variation in cranial morphology. However, in the phylogeny-corrected MANOVA, habitat remained weakly significant, but not diet, which can be explained by generic-level differences in ecology rather than among species. Our results demonstrate that at higher levels, phylogeny has a strong effect on morphology, but that influence may be due to small sample size when comparing genera. However, because some closely related taxa occupy distant regions of morphospace, diverging diets, and use of fossorial habitats may contribute to variation seen in these geckos.
