Full textAs a result of globalization and intensification of competition for order flow, market performance and more precisely its liquidity has become a key criteria for exchanges worldwide. Hence, a liquid market will attract and save more traders making market activity and thus its liquidity grow. Such consideration underline the importance of measuring effectively market liquidity. In this area, the classical measures frequently used in literature are based on limitative acceptation of market liquidity since this concept encompasses many transactional properties of markets and the main common liquidity measures are one-property indicators. This study aims precisely, in a first time, to develop an alternative liquidity measure with respect to its multi-factors nature, i. E. , multidimensional liquidity ratio (RPL), and to show, in a second time, the pertinence of the multidimensional approach in measuring the effective market liquidity in the case of Paris Bourse securities market. The study shows that even the classical measures examined, in one hand, and the RPL, in other hand, gives similar results in classifying the liquidity level of the examined shares, the analysis of the liquidity shift on 25 September 2000, corresponding to the suppression of trading on the monthly settlement basis (RM), involves interesting results. More precisely, the shares that were traded on the RM have seen their liquidity, measured either by the RPL or the classical indicators, decrease during the mentioned trading day. However, our measure shows, in contradiction with the classical indicators, that liquidity of shares traded on a spot basis has increased. The examination of main liquidity properties as defined in the literature gives some evidence that back up the tendency of liquidity measured by the RPL during this trading day. Other results related to the liquidity of the Paris Bourse securities market and the link between liquidity and other market key properties are discussed

Full textTransversal study of "non functional literacy" based on an investigation by 71 french-speaking individuals (16-25years cld). The determinant role of "verbo-cognitive activity" has been mainly organized. This activity is the result of a psychic and generative movment of appropriation which renforces the spontaneous link with the language of every speaking individual : verbal thought is a psychological system of controled manipulation of language and of the elaboration of written and read messagen. Partially confirmed realtion between attitude toward language, "semantic dynamism" and assertiveness permit to refer written performances to individuation process and to consider that access to symbolic activity through language is a prier necessity for the apprenticeship of later written language. (accentuated modality oflanguage as foundemental "writing"). A detailed statistic work allows to offer a typology of three forms of illitteracy : psychopathologic, functional, and cultural (incompatibility between "school culture" and "psycho-cognitive patterns"). Illiteracy is a both individual and social symptom of failure of culture-individual relationship

Full textThe problematic of this doctoral thesis concerns the question of childrens north africans migrants schooling in france. But this one must be analysed according to pluridimensional perspective. So, two decisives times of the educationnal system was explored : at one first time, this research concerns the primary grade in order to study some problems schooling trough some indicators as : cognitive style of reflection-impulsivity (principaly the tempo style and the decisional one) status of reading and mathematic (the relationship between the reflectionimpulsivity and the status in reading and mathematic), and the practice of frensh and arabic language in the north african family. The second time of this thesis concerns the north africans girls migrants and there one's studies success. Effectively, maghrebans girls seem having more successefull results schooling than boys. Why? this problematic is very important in the migration context. The indicators was : parents representation of scool, the first experience girls schooling that witch has been lived, the experience of c. P witch was has been lived the studies success's factors, and the cultural identity as one determinant of success

Full textFollowing international awareness through United Nations World Conferences on Women, marked by the turn of the Beijing Conference in 1995, the issue of intimate partnership violence against women in the European Union and its eradication arises as a complex and current challenge to the society. This European awakening takes place more specifically starting from the end of the Nineties and concerns all European bodies in particular through the works of the EU, the Council of Europe (all EU countries being members of the Council of Europe) and the European Women Lobby. One of the most important tools implemented at the European Union level in 1997, the program Daphne, clearly gives a report on a multi-field approach from the European point of view. The whole of this work requires, to begin with, a thorough study of the width of the phenomenon, its perimeter and its major causes related to gender violence in order to allow a critical analysis of the implemented European and national policies against intimate partnership violence. This approach will allow us, through a sociopolitical dimension, to reflect upon the importance of multi-field measures and the possibility and the relevance of a European harmonization of the policies and legislations to fight efficiently against this huge plague

Full textThanks to a literary review we can highlight social, economic, cultural, psychiatric, epidemiological, psychodynamic and intergenerational factors connected to the committing childmurder. However these factors are considered separately and are widespread in the population without leading to infanticide and that's why they can't be considered as risk factors inducing its perpretation. This survey aims at proposing a multidimensional pattern of causality of these child murders.First, we developed a qualitative methodology but, subsequently a comparative approach seemed absolutely necessary. We compared the factors and the process at stake considering the perpretation of child murder with another psychopathological subgroup composed of women emprisoned for sexual assaults on their children and with a reference group. This comparative approach lies within the scope of inductive processes, starting from the elements spotted among the test population. The clinical analyses revealed some of the factors at stake in the carrying out of child murder but they can't be considered as risk factors or factors leading to murder for themselves. The comparative studies let us sketch a multidimensional causality pattern involved in child murdering: clinical charts comparing populations at risk and protected populations can be consulted at the end of this survey

Full textThe aim of this work is to support the interest to combine and articulate two approaches in the fîeld of child and adolescent psychopathology: one belonging to neurology and neurosciences, the other one to psychoanalysis. Those two approaches are parallel and « complementaristic ». The fîrst experiment setting studies the development of a cohort of 23 babies with early epilepsy (West syndrome, WS), according to six axes: medical, developmental, psychopathology, attachment, psychodynamic, interactions. The babies are followed up from 9 to 30 months. Control subjects are 13 well being babies and 22 babies with orality disorders. The main results are: an impaired development among 2/3 of patients; Pervasive developmental disorders (FDD) among 1/3 of patients, which can be detected at 9 months; Insecure attachment A type (avoidant) among more than half patients, which does not depend on development; a delayed symbolization process among delayed children, but a modifîed symbolization process among children with FDD; mother-child interactions different from controls. The second design concerns psychotherapy process and effects (on inner world, and cognition) of a patient with neurological disorders (visual agnosia, prosopagnosia). The results support a multidimensional approach. They confirm the hypothesis of complex interaction between neurobiological and environmental factors, in the appearance of psychopathological troubles in infants with WS. We propose complex and integrative models of links between those different levels. One of them is a neuropsychoanalytical « complementaristic » model according to the « double reading ». This model allows to conceive synergistic therapeutic interventions
