Résumé La présente réflexion vise à montrer la permanence du don dans la gestion des rapports sociaux, bien que ses formes puissent varier considérablement d'une époque à l'autre, comme en témoignent les changements structurels de l'espace public ainsi que les attitudes des bénévoles eux-mêmes depuis les dix dernières années. À cet égard, les cadres sociaux de l'action bénévole et leur bouleversement récent révèlent que les usages de ce phénomène ne s'effectuent pas toujours en dehors de la logique des intérêts notamment ceux inhérents à la reconfiguration de l'État contemporain. Somme toute, partout une même préoccupation s'impose en toile de fond du bénévolat : les appels du coeur ne sont pas toujours compatibles avec les réponses de la raison, voire de la rationalité moderne elle-même.

Since the first case of COVID-19 was found in Indonesia, the government has started to appeal to the public to always keep their distances (social/physical distancing). For the public, this appeal was new and its implementation requires adaptation. This is what encourages us to find out more about people attitudes in implementing this social/ physical distancing appeal. This research was conducted one month after the first case was found and before the Indonesia large-scale social restrictions/PSBB was implemented. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online surveys distributed through social media. The results showed that in general the attitude of the community in implementing social/physical distancing has a high enough value. There are three aspects of attitude that are assessed, namely cognition, affection, and conation. The majority of respondents realized that social/ physical distancing needed to be done to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and had also applied various appeals regarding this matter. Even though the affection component related to the application of appeals to worship at home has a low value compared to other appeals related to social/ physical distancing which have an average value of above 90 percent. The mass media has provided information to the general public, but there are several aspects that require a more persuasive and personal approach. Therefore, increasing public awareness of social/physical distancing calls through community leaders is important.
Abstrak
Sejak ditemukan kasus pertama COVID-19 di Indonesia, pemerintah mulai mengimbau agar masyarakat senantiasa menjaga jarak (social/physical distancing). Bagi masyarakat imbauan ini merupakan hal yang baru dan penerapannya memerlukan adaptasi. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk mengetahui lebih jauh terkait sikap masyarakat dalam penerapan imbauan social/physical distancing. Penelitian ini dilakukan satu bulan sejak kasus pertama ditemukan dan sebelum Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) diberlakukan, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey daring yang disebarkan melalui media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum sikap masyarakat dalam penerapan social/physical distancing memiliki nilai yang cukup tinggi, melalui penilaian aspek sikap yaitu kognisi, afeksi, dan konasi. Mayoritas responden menyadari bahwa social/physical distancing perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dan telah menerapkan berbagai imbauan terkait hal tersebut. Meskipun pada komponen afeksi terkait penerapan imbauan untuk beribadah di rumah memiliki nilai yang rendah dibandingkan dengan imbauan lain terkait social/physical distancing yang memiliki nilai rata-rata di atas 90 persen. Media massa telah memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat umum, namun ada beberapa aspek yang membutuhkan pendekatan lebih persuasif dan personal. Sehingga, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap imbauan social/physical distancing melalui tokoh masyarakat menjadi penting .

Peranan ibu rumah tangga dalam keluarga tidak hanya terpaut pada aktivitas rutin yang menjenuhkan. Emansipasi dan kesetaraan gender menjadikan seorang ibu rumah tangga dapat ikut berperan aktif dalam membantu penguatan ekonomi keluarganya. Aktifitas-aktifitas positif yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan dapat dikerjakan oleh ibu rumah tangga di waktu-waktu senggang mereka. Hal inilah yang terlihat dari Aliansi Perempuan Peduli Lingkungan Sumedang (APPeLS) yang memiliki keterampilan usaha dalam membuat produk olahan pertanian dan perikanan yang memiliki nilai jual yang cukup menjanjikan. Namun demikian, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknik pemasaran dan penjualan menjadi batu sandungan bagi kelompok pemberdayaan perempuan APPeLS dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Era digitalisasi yang terjadi pada zaman ini mempermudah proses-proses pemasaran dan penjualan produk secara online. Penguasaan penggunaan teknologi pemasaran dengan media online menjadi suatu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh kelompok APPeLS. Pembekalan mengenai teknik penjualan melalui media online untuk hasil olahan komoditi pertanian dan perikanan pada kelompok APPeLS, Desa Cikeruh, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sukabumi telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Setidaknya lebih dari 80% indikator capaian keberhasilan telah terpenuhi. Melalui pembekalan ini, antusiasme peserta kelompom APPeLS dalam mengembangkan penjualan dan pemasaran produk penjualannya secara online tumbuh dengan baik. Mereka memiliki harapan yang besar untuk dapat segera mengaplikasikan keterampilan baru yang mereka miliki untuk dapat mengembangkan pemasaran dan penjualan produk olahan perikanan mereka untuk dapat mendatangkan penghasilan outcome yang lebih produktif.

Keterampilan perhitungan biaya pokok produksi dan harga jual dapat membentuk suatu kepastian mengenai alur keuangan yang ada dalam suatu usaha. Alur keuangan ini penting diketahui sehingga estimasi terhadap keuntungan dapat diketahui dengan akurat. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan kepada Aliansi Perempuan Peduli Lingkungan Sumbedang (APPeLS) Desa Cikeruh, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang. Kelompok APPeLS memiliki keterampilan usaha dalam menghasilkan produk olahan pertanian dan perikanan yang memiliki nilai jual. Setidaknya lebih dari 80% dari indikator capaian keberhasilan telah terpenuhi dengan baik. Anggota kelompok APPeLS telah mengetahui teknik perhitungan biaya produksi dan harga pokok penjualan dengan baik. Dakwah tidak hanya dilakukan menggunakan media komunikasi langsung. Dengan berkembangan zaman kegiatan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media cetak, salah satunya menggunakan komik. Dengan adanya komik yang bertemakan religi tidak hanya untuk menghibur pembacanya melainkan untuk menyampaikan informasi-informasi yang sangat bermanfaat dan sangat mendidik, saat ini untuk menemukan komik yang bertemakan religi sangat gampang ditemukan salah satunya Komik 99 Pesan Nabi karya Vbi_Djenggotten. Dalam komik tersebut terdapat cerita yang ringan agar dapat diteapkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui kategorisasi, sistematika dan himbauan pesan dakwah meliputi pesan akhlak, aqidah serta syari’ah yang terdapat pada komik tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan menggunakan coding, setelah menganalisis penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pesan-pesan dakwah pada Komik 99 Pesan Nabi sebanyak 99 pesan, yang dikategorisasikan menjadi tiga yaitu akhak, aqidah dan syari’ah. Di dalam sistematika pesan mengandung empat bagian yaitu pengantar, pernyataan, argumen, dan kesimpulan. Untuk himbauan pesan mengandung himbauan rasional mengandung 6 pesan, himbauan emosional mengandung 4 pesan, himbauan taut mengandung 51 pesan, himbauan ganjaran mengandung 23 pesan, dan himbauan motivasional mengandung 15 pesan.
Da'wah is not only done using direct communication media. With the development of the era of da'wah activities can be delivered through print media, one of which uses comics. With the existence of religious-themed comics not only to entertain the reader but to convey information that is very useful and very educational, now to find religious-themed comics is easy to find, one of them is the Message of the Prophet 99 by Vbi_Djenggotten. In the comic there are light stories that can be applied to everyday life. Aiming to find out the categorization, systematics and appeals of da'wah messages including moral, aqeedah and syari'ah messages contained in the comic. The method used in this study is to use the content analysis method using coding, after analyzing the research it can be seen that the message of preaching on the 99 Messages of the Prophet's Message as many as 99 messages, which are categorized into three, namely akhak, aqeedah and syari'ah. In systematics the message contains four parts, namely introduction, statement, argument, and conclusion. For appeals to messages containing rational appeal containing 6 messages, emotional appeals containing 4 messages, appeals for links containing 51 messages, reward calls containing 23 messages, and motivational appeals containing 15 messages.

Background: Primary prevention of oral health problems need to be carried by applying the habit of plaque control to the children. Plaque control can be done naturally by chewing solid and fibrous food, such as apples. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the plaque index before and after chewing Manalagi and Fuji apples. Methods: This study is an experimental research which used Pre-Post Test Control Group Design on children aged 9 to 10 years old. The sampling technique was using simple random sampling on 32 children and divided into 2 groups. Group 1 was chewing 100 grams of Fuji apples as the control group and group 2 was chewing 100 grams of Manalagi apples as the tested group. Results: The result from Paired Sample T-test shows that there was a significant difference of mean plaque index before and after chewing Fuji apples and Manalagi apples (p<0,05). The result from Independent Sample T-test shows that there was a significant difference of mean plaque index value between the group who was chewing Manalagi apples and group who was chewing Fuji apples (p<0,05). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that both of chewing Fuji apples and Manalagi apples are effective in reducing plaque accumulation, where chewing Manalagi apples shows higher efficacy in reducing plaque accumulation compared with chewing Fuji apples.

The aim of this study is to find the impact of rebranding andrational appeals on brand loyalty development while using brand image as mediator in IndosatOoredoo. The sample consist of 100 respondent as Indosat Ooredoo consumer who live inSemarang. Through a structured questionnaire data were collected and with the help of SPSS,analysis was made.The results reveal that rational appeals and rebranding has significanteffects on brand image. Rebranding has no impact on brand loyalty, while Indosat Ooredoo’srational appeals and brand image has significant effect on building consumer’s brand loyalty.In the other side, rational appeals has directly impact on brand loyalty, while rebranding hasundirect impact on loyalty throuh brand image as mediator.Keywords: rebranding, rational appeals, brand image, brand loyalty

Consumption of tobacco use is very high, no exception in Indonesia. Therefore, the government through the Ministry of Health decreed the regulation of health warning in the each cigarette package. The regulation includes the Pictorial Health Warning (PHW) and Health Information Message (HIM) which aims to reduce interest smoke. The purpose of this article is to examine more deeply about how an information process that occurs in health warnings on cigarette packaging can be conveyed to the smokers to reduce smoking. In explaining the process, The Author uses the concept of Attention and Message Processing, Elaborative Processing, Cognitive Response Theory, Fear Appeals and Fear Arousal. The result shows that on health warnings indicate that there is coherence between external stimuli (fear appeal) which described by Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) with cognitive meaning by smokers, so that can evoke fear in their self to quite smoking. Fuji apples (Malus Domestika) are fruits that contain a lot of antioxidants. Besides the fruit flesh, the apple also contains pectin. Fuji apples are red and have a yellow line. The size of apples can affect the selling price of apples, the determination of the size of apples can be seen from the size of the diameter, measuring the diameter of apples is usually done visually by comparing apples. Based on these problems, a research is needed to develop a system to determine the diameter of fuji apples by using image processing techniques to find the diameter. This measurement process uses the matlab application and tests with the sobel edge detection method and image processing to see the more visible edges of the lines. The results showed that the developed system was able to obtain images and identify the diameter of fuji apples

The law governing criminal acts of corruption is Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption. Corruption crime regulated by Law Number 31 of 1999 consists of various forms / types. In writing this thesis, the author conducts research on corruption cases as referred to in decision Number 3 / TIPIKOR / 2016 / PT PDG and Number 9 / TIPIKOR / 2017 / PT PDG. From the results of the study, the first conclusion was obtained that the consideration of the appellate level judges in applying the elements of Article 2 and Article 3, that in Decision Number 3 / TIPIKOR / 2016 / PT PDG, was the legal judgment of the First Level Judge in its decision that could be approved and corroborated by the Level Judge Appeals, except in the case of conviction for the Defendant, according to the Judge of the Level of Appeals the imposed criminal sentence needs to be aggravated and there are still incriminating matters for the Defendant that have not been considered by the First Level Judge. Criminal application by the Court of Appeal Court is to improve the decision of the First Level Court which imprisonment for 2 (two) years and 6 (six) months and improvement of imprisonment for 3 (three) years and a fine of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty) million rupiahs) subsidair criminal confinement for 2 (two) months. The Appellate Court Judges disagree with the decision of the First Level Court regarding the Acts of the Defendants in violation of Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption. Based on the results of the examination of legal facts in the trial and the consideration of the Panel of Appellate Judges with the Primair indictment proved and fulfilled all elements of Article 2 paragraph (1) Juncto Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Law Number 31 of 1999. The application of the criminal sentence dropped to Defendants II and IV for 4 years and fined Rp. 200,000,000.00 (two hundred million rupiah).

Snack bars are light meals in a form of bar. This snack bar product needs development that can fulfill balanced nutrient, by utilizing the potential of local food namely soybeans and apples. This study was conducted to analyze the concentration effect of soy flour and the addition of apples to fat and carbohydrate levels in the snack bar. The study used a randomized block design with three treatments and nine replications. The treatments in this study were F1 (40 gr soy flour: 60 gr dried apples), F2 (50 gr soy flour: 50 gr dried apples) and F3 (60 gr soy flour: 40 gr dried apples). Fat level in this study was obtained by using the Weibull method, whereas for carbohydrate level using the By Difference method. Data obtained were statistically analyzed using two way ANOVA and DMRT at a 95% reliability level. The results showed that there was a significant effect (p <0,05) of soy flour concentration and the addition of apples to fat and carbohydrate levels in the snack bar. The higher the concentration of soy flour, the higher the fat level in the snack bar. The highest fat level was found in F3. The higher the addition of apples, the higher the carbohydrate level in the snack bar. The highest carbohydrate level was found in F1.Snack bar merupakan makanan ringan berbentuk batangan. Produk snack bar ini perlu pengembangan yang dapat memenuhi gizi seimbang, dengan memanfaatkan potensi pangan lokal yaitu kacang kedelai dan apel. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi tepung kedelai dan penambahan apel terhadap kadar lemak dan kadar karbohidrat pada snack bar. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga perlakuan dan sembilan kali ulangan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu F1 (tepung kedelai 40 gr : apel kering 60 gr), F2 (tepung kedelai 50 gr : apel kering 50 gr) dan F3 (tepung kedelai 60 gr : apel kering 40 gr). Kadar lemak pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Weibull, sedangkan untuk kadar karbohidrat menggunakan metode By Difference. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan two way anova dan DMRT pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan (p < 0,05) konsentrasi tepung kedelai dan penambahan apel terhadap kadar lemak dan kadar karbohidrat pada snack bar. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi tepung kedelai maka semakin tinggi kadar lemak pada snack bar. Kadar lemak tertinggi terdapat pada F3. Semakin tinggi penambahan apel maka semakin tinggi kadar karbohidrat pada snack bar. Kadar karbohidrat tertinggi terdapat pada F1.

Strategi pesan dengan menggunakan daya tarik pesan masih belum berhasil untuk meningkatkan awareness publik. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis kekuatan dan tantangan penggunaan message appeals dalam strategi pesan Kampanye “Awas KBGO!”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada organisasi nirlaba SAFEnet dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampanye “Awas KBGO!” menggunakan strategi pesan message appeals (daya tarik pesan) yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu reasoning appeals (daya tarik alasan) dan emotional appeals (daya tarik emosional). Emotional appeals yang digunakan menimbulkan dua perasaan yaitu perasaan positif dan perasaan negatif. Penggunaan pesan kampanye yang menimbulkan perasaan negatif berupa fear appeals lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan pesan positif. Kekuatan pesan kampanye terletak pada penggunaan data dan fakta, sedangkan fear appeals justru menjadi tantangan karena menimbulkan perasaan tidak nyaman bagi target audiens. Substansi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa rekomendasi kebijakan baru kepada SAFEnet untuk memperbanyak pesan kampanye yang memanusiakan (humanize) dengan narasi positif dan teknik storytelling.

Sampling using total sampling techniques. Independent variables was munching apples and guava red while dependent variable was debris index,Results: from paired T test showed the results of p = 0.000, mean p 0.05, while the independent T test showed the results of p = 0,001, meaning p Value of 0.05. This study aims to find out 1) the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3); 2) obstacles in implementation (K3); and 3) efforts that can be made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of K3 in the laboratory department of Physics UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques include, interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were students, lecturers, and the Head of the Laboratory, by determining samples using snowball sampling techniques. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results of the study: 1) occupational safety and health in the Physics study program laboratory have been carried out, but conditions are still found where the K3 indicators do not meet the requirements and need to be improved. 2) Obstacle to the implementation of K3 from human factors, namely; there are still users who do not comply with the rules and SOP. Then seen from environmental factors, namely; handling old damaged equipment, inadequate K3 facilities and infrastructure, improper electrical arrangement, and some laboratories without ventilation. Efforts made by the Physics study program laboratory manager to overcome obstacles in the implementation of K3, namely; make alternative replacements for damaged equipment with their own assemblies, borrow cleaning equipment to cleaners to clean the laboratory, make writings on K3 appeals posted on the walls as K3 signs, electrical plugs on the floor covered with black plaster and given signs, made artificial ventilation and added a blower, gave an appeal at the beginning of each practicum meeting (briefing practicum) and supervision by assistants and laboratory assistants during the practicum, and put up posters of appeals about the use of tools in accordance with the SOP posted on the laboratory wall.

À partir de la notion de transfert d’un bien ou d’un service, composante élémentaire aussi bien du don que de l’échange, il procède à la déconstruction de certains de ces discours, à commencer par le premier d’entre eux: l’Essai sur le don de Marcel Mauss (1923). Cette méthode, en ne permettant pas d’envisager en bloc la triade « don – réception – contre-don », ne fait plus cas d’une obligation de rendre que M. Mauss avait mise en valeur, privant le don de sa raison constitutive d’un lien social. Ce terrain argumentaire ainsi dégagé permet à F. Athané de proposer une nouvelle interprétation de la place qu’occupe malgré tout le don dans nos schémas mentaux et nos comportements sociaux. Elle renvoie à la nature universalisant le don comme manifestation de l’altruisme parental. Mais, si un pont est ainsi jeté entre nature et culture – le don serait la forme culturelle de cet altruisme parental naturel –, il n’est pas fait appel aux travaux de la sociobiologie, autrefois critiquée par les auteurs aux analyses ici récusées. The theory used in this research is International Trade Theory and Global Value Chain Theory. The results of this study are guavas and apples in Indonesia during the pandemic are still exported in the form of fresh fruit. The absence of the implementation of GVC in the two fruits does not have a significant impact on the Indonesian economy

One of the well-known functional drinks using tea is kombucha tea. Kombucha tea is a traditional drink fermented from a solution of tea and sugar using a kombucha microbial starter called SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bactery and Yeast), which contains bacteria and yeast (acetobacter xylinum, several types of yeast, such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae) which is fermented for 14 days in room temperature. Other ingredients that can be used as innovations in making kombucha tea are poor green apples and red beets. Malang green apples have a sweet and refreshing taste, but the health benefits of apples are also unquestionable. In addition to the poor green apple, an ingredient that can be used as an innovation in adding flavor and color to kombucha is red beet. Red beet or better known as beetroot is a tuber plant that belongs to the Amaranthaceae-Chenopodiaceae family, this makes beetroot a family with radish and other root vegetables. This study aims to determine the preference level of 15 panelists through organoleptic test. The assessment indicators in this study are sweetness, acidity, bitternes, aroma and colour. Based on the results of organoleptic tests on kombucha tea by adding Malang green apples and red beets, that of the five assessment indicators of kombucha tea namely sweetness, acidity, bitterness, aroma, and color obtained results that really liked kombucha tea by adding Malang green apples and red beets.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross sectional karena data diambil hanya dalam kurun waktu dan periode yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan pada individu pengguna media sosial aktif dan mengikuti suatu merek di sosial media minimal 6 bulan terakhir dan diperoleh 224 responden. Karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan perbulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner online. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability samping dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara attention grabbing details, celebrity endorsement, creative characteristics, emotional appeals terhadap purchase intention.

Bengkuang mengandung isoflavon, dan flavonoid sedangkan apel manalagi mengandung cathechin, tannin, dan quercetin yang dapat menghambat aktivitas enzim glucosyltransferase (GTFs) sehingga menghambat pembentukan plak gigi.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas mengunyah buah bengkuang dan buah apel manalagi terhadap penurunan indeks plak.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan pre-test and post-test comparative two group design. Sampel sebanyak 58 siswa usia 10-12 tahun di SD Negeri 2 Dauh Puri, secara acak dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok mengunyah buah bengkuang dan kelompok mengunyah buah apel manalagi. Indeks plak diukur dengan indeks plak Turesky-Gillmore-Glickman modification of Quigley-Hein.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengunyah buah bengkuang dan apel manalagi efektif dalam menurunkan indeks plak. Analisis independent sample t-test menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbandingan efektivitas yang signifikan antara kelompok mengunyah buah bengkuang dan kelompok mengunyah buah apel manalagi dalam menurunkan indeks plak (p>0,05).
Simpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbandingan efektivitas yang bermakna antara kelompok mengunyah buah bengkuang dan mengunyah buah apel manalagi.
Background: Dental caries is one of the dental health problems caused by the low hygiene of the oral cavity which facilitates the occurrence of dental plaque accumulation. The prevention that can be done is by chewing fibrous foods such as yam fruit and manalagi apples. Yam fruit contains isoflavon and flavonoids, while manalagi apples contain cathechin, tannin, and quercetin which can inhibit the activity of glucosyltransferase (GTFs) which inhibit dental plaque formation.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of chewing yam fruit and manalagi apples against decreasing plaque index.
Method: This study was an experimental research with pre-test and post-test comparative two group design. The sample were 58 students aged 10-12 years at SD Negeri 2 Dauh Puri and randomly divided into two groups, namely the group chewing yam fruit and the group chewing manalagi apples. The plaque index was measured by plaque index from Turesky-Gillmore-Glickman modification of Quigley-Hein.
Result: The result showed that chewing yam fruit and manalagi apples was effective in reducing the plaque index. Independent sample t-test analysis showed that there was no significant comparison of effectiveness between chewing yam fruit and manalagi apples in reducing the plaque index (p>0,005).
Conclution: The conclusion of this study was that there was no significant comparison of effectiveness between the group chewing yam fruit and manalagi apples.

Green Deli Rose Apples (Syzygium samarangense) has several beneficial properties in terms of usability, cultivation, health, and economy. The intensive development of green deli rose apples plants is needed given increasing demand, needs, and has bright prospects. One of the efforts to develop green deli rose apples plants is through handling plant propagation. Propagation of green deli rose apples can be done in two ways, namely generative and vegetative. Generative propagation requires a relatively long time, while vegetative propagation have difficult to growth in rooted. Shoot-cuttings is one of the vegetative propagation that has been chosen because it is easier to root than the old parts of the plant. The use of plant growth regulators (PGR) is needed to stimulate green deli rose apples shoot-cuttings rooting. Alternative PGR is giving shallot extract and coconut water as a substitute for synthetic auxin which has a relatively expensive price. The purpose of this study was to determine the combination of the effect of the concentration shallot extract and coconut water, as well as to find out the concentration of shallot extracts and coconut water which was most influential on the growth of shoot-cutting of green deli rose apples. The extract shallot concentration used is control, 0,5%, 1,0%, and 1,5%. The coconut water concentration used is control, 20%, 30% and 40%. Data obtained next analyzed and tested using DMRT α 5%. The result showed te best treatment combination for concentration shallot extract of 0,5% and coconut water of 20%.

ABSTRAK
Jambu air madu deli hijau (MDH) (Syzygium samarangense) memiliki beberapa sifat yang menguntungkan baik dari segi kegunaan, budidaya, kesehatan, maupun ekonomi. Pengembangan tanaman secara intensif diperlukan mengingat permintaan dan kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat, serta memiliki prospek yang cerah. Salah satu usaha pengembangan tanaman yaitu melalui penanganan perbanyakan tanaman. Perbanyakan dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu generatif dan vegetatif. Perbanyakan secara generatif membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama, sedangkan perbanyakan vegetatif memiliki kendala sulit membentuk perakaran. Stek pucuk merupakan salah satu perbanyakan vegetatif yang banyak dipilih karena lebih mudah berakar dibandingkan bagian tanaman tua. Penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) diperlukan untuk merangsang perakaran stek pucuk jambu air MDH. Alternatif ZPT yaitu pemberian ekstrak bawang merah dan air kelapa sebagai pengganti auksin sintetis yang memiliki harga relatif mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dan air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk jambu air MDH, serta mengetahui konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dan air kelapa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk jambu air MDH. Konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah yang digunakan antara lain kontrol, 0,5%, 1% dan 1,5%. Konsentrasi air kelapa yang digunakan antara lain kontrol, 20%, 30%, dan 40%. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan DMRT α 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi perlakuan terbaik untuk konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dan air kelapa adalah konsentrasi 0,5% dan air kelapa 20%.

Abstract The Belgian Constitution guaranteed political liberty, exemplified by the mandatory competence of the jury for judging political and press offences. However, the constitution did not literally mention quasi-delicts. In 1861, liberal statesman Charles Rogier was insulted by the ultramontanist Catholic newspaper Le Journal de Bruxelles. He sued the newspaper’s printer under tort law, and obtained a considerable amount of damages, bypassing the jury. Progressive radical lawyer Lucien Jottrand, former member of the Constituent Assembly, argued at length that the constitution exclusively reserved competence for both civil and criminal liability to the jury. The Brussels Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation rejected this reasoning and insisted on the superior natural law-origins of tort law. Yet, this decision created a risk of private censorship, well documented in the press and in private archives on the legal battle around the Journal de Bruxelles.

La stratégie informative s’adosse à un travail d’objectivisation faisant appel à une « expertise traditionnelle » en santé, celle des professionnels de la santé et des scientifiques. Quant à la stratégie incitative, elle s’appuie sur un travail de subjectivisation mobilisant une forme particulière de « non-expertise », celle d’un profane qui sait comment procéder pour faire juste.

Peserta didik saat ini diharapkan terlibat dalam segala aspek dunia pendidikan termasuk perkembangan teknologi, karena itu peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran materi PJOK berbasis aplikasi APPEL serta melihat efektifitas kerja dari aplikasi tersebut. penelitian ini termasuk dalam pegembangan yang mengacu pada jenis R&D dan dikembangkan dengan model Borg & Gall, teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi produk dan angket G-Form, Analisis data dengan penilaian skala likert dan perhitungan t-test, sedangkan subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 30 peserta didik yang diujikan pada skala kecil dan 100 peserta didik pada uji lapangan. Penelitian ini mengandalkan validasi ahli isi/materi, yang menilai materi pembelajaran rata-rata “layak” (80%), dan ahli media pembelajaran, yang menilai materi pembelajaran rata-rata “sangat layak” (94%). Hasil temuan uji coba lapangan skala kecil menunjukkan nilai kelayakan sebesar 87% dalam kategori “sangat layak”, sedangkan uji coba lapangan menunjukkan nilai kelayakan sebesar 92% dalam kategori “sangat layak”, dan nilai kemanjuran hasil belajar. adalah sig. 0.000. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan variasi pada suatu faktor dengan variasi pada faktor lain. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan pada anggota membership restoran KFC di Cirebon, wawancara dengan pihak terkait mengenai KFC dan studi kepustakaan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah atmosfir restoran KFC. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Membership KFC Cirebon yang berjumlah 420 orang. Dengan teknik sampling acak sederhana dan menggunakan pecahan 0.1 didapatkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 84 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y yaitu Atmosfir restoran yang meliputi Sight appeal,scent appeal,sound appeal, touch appeal dengan keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara atmosfir restoran dengan keputusan pembelian pada anggota membership Restoran Kentucky Fried Chicken di Cirebon.

This article develops a reading of Don DeLillo’s novel Cosmopolis that differentiates between two thematic and poetological axes running through the text. On the one hand, Cosmopolis explores the future-fixation of the risk regime of finance capitalism; on the other, it stages scenes of insecurity that physically threaten the protagonist and his world. Insecurity, the article argues, is a condition that throughout the text increasingly gains in appeal because it promises to offer an alternative to a world of managed risk. The concern with security emphasizes finitude and mortality, thus enabling a turn to existential matters that the virtual abstractions of finance have seemingly made inaccessible. While proposing an opposition between a logic of risk based on virtuality and a logic of (in)security based on authenticity, DeLillo’s novel also suggests that it is impossible to break out of the logic of risk management pervading late modernity. The appeal of (in)security articulated in Cosmopolis rather lies in the promise to existentially revitalize life within the confines of financialized capitalism.

Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) contains saponin compounds that work to stimulate insulin secretion from ?-pancreatic cells and manalagi apples (Malus sylvestris Mill.) contain pectin which functions to delay the emptying of food in the stomach, bind fatty acids and reduce macronutrient absorption which can cause decreased blood glucose levels. This study aims to prove that medical nutrition with active ingredients of noni and manalagi apples has effectiveness in reducing blood glucose levels, prove that doses of medical nutrition with active ingredients of noni and manalagi apple are effective for lowering blood glucose levels and prove a decrease in blood glucose levels 30 minutes after treatment. The research method used is quasi-experimental with the measurement of blood glucose levels pre-test and post-test using human test subjects. The research ethics protocol has been obtained with No. 71/KEPK FFUNMUL/EC/EXE/08/2021 from KEPK FF UNMUL. The results showed that the administration of medical nutrition with a dose of 126 g of noni and 200 g of manalagi apple and a dose of 63 g of noni and 100 g of manalagi apple was effective in reducing blood glucose levels, with an average decrease in blood glucose levels of 9,60 ± 7,47 mg/dL and 6,40 ± 3,91 mg/dL. It can be concluded that the most effective dose to reduce blood glucose levels is medical nutrition with a dose of 126 g of noni and 200 g of manalagi apples.

Various efforts were done to improve quality, including training in making and creating apples, packaging and marketing. Apple producers don't know the technology and benefits of packaging, including branding and marketing. The main obstacle complained by participants is the packaging design as their business identity. Apem Sewu has their own peculiarities, and one thing that needs to be done is to convey the advantages and uniqueness of the apem to the consumers. Packaging according to its function can be a means of communicating the hopes of producers. Il est néanmoins violemment exposé aux discours vides, aux mots-clés, écartant l’essentiel de la souffrance humaine : son sens. On the fiscal correction column, a taxpayer usually put all temporary and permanent differences in order to produce fiscal report as regulated by tax law of provision. This is not over yet. Once, a tax audit find irregularities within taxpayer books of accounts, the Director General of Taxes may issue a Tax Underpayment Assessment, an Additional Tax Underpayment Assessment, a Tax Overpayment Assessment, or a Nil Tax Assessment. A Taxpayer may file an objection with the Director of Taxes. There are only two decisions : rejection or acceptance. A taxpayer may only lodge an appeal with tax court after an Objection Decision has been issued by the Director General of Taxes.
