Abstract:

A partire dall’analisi di due componimenti poetici di Czesław Miłosz, ossia Ninnananna (1933/1934) e Mondo. Poema ingenuo (1943), il saggio ha come obiettivo quello di indagare il processo di riscoperta da parte dell’autore della funzione mitopoietica della poesia nel periodo della Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Accomunati dalla prospettiva infantile e da un immaginario segnato in maniera più o meno esplicita dalla catastrofe della guerra, i due componimenti sono costruiti per antitesi attraverso un immaginario e una assiologia che attestano una trasformazione radicale nella concezione e nella ricerca poetica.

Abstract:

A partire dalla descrizione di un tabernacolo dedicato alle anime purganti, che figura nel primo capitolo de I promessi sposi, traccio qui alcuni percorsi di lettura purgatoriale del romanzo. Contestualizzerò anzitutto gli eventi nella rinnovata devozione verso le anime in pena della Lombardia borromaica. Ricostruirò quindi i nessi che legano il purgatorio al tema leggendario di Don Giovanni, aprendo così nuove possibilità di lettura di quella figura ironicamente dongiovannea che è don Rodrigo. Infine mostrerò come, in antitesi a Rodrigo, sia Renzo a incarnare l’idea di una pietà verso i morti che ne acquieta e rende propizie le ombre.

Nella recente attenzione per i paesaggi marginalizzati, la realtà dei paesi storici in abbandono costituisce tema di studio. Si tratta di luoghi organicamente fondati su sistemi relazionali, di cui tutelare i valori e migliorare i processi di recupero in atto. Legando la storia dei manufatti alle vicende umane ed evitando forme di musealizzazione e turistificazione, questo contributo, concentrandosi sui contesti della Calabria interna, è indirizzato a una prospettiva di riuso che, dall'anima dei luoghi, tende a un ‘nuovo comunitario', che possa ‘liberamente' riattecchire negli spazi del passato. In antitesi a una urbanistica della frammentazione e della solitudine, con la costruzione di ‘cantieri di vicinato', fra tradizione e innovazione.

Abstract:

Abstrak: Filsafat merupakan sebuah ilmu yang sering kita dengar dan merupakan salah satu ilmu yang paling dasar dalam kehidupan. Filsafat adalah seni bertanya terhadap sesuatu di dalam hidup. Pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh filsafat itu unik karena tujuannya tidak untuk mendapat jawaban tetapi untuk dapat digali lagi pertanyaan lain dari persoalan yang ditanyakan. Pemikiran filsafat beragam salah satunya adalah Filsafat Dialektika yang dicetuskan oleh Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis yang terdiri dari tahapan heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa perstiwa Perang Diponegoro memiliki relevansi dengan filsafat dialektika Hegel. Hal ini tercermin dari adanya unsur tesis, sintesis dan antitesi dalam peristiwa tersebut. Kepentingan yang diterapkan Belanda menimbulkan perlawanan kerajaan. Perlawanan tersebut merupakan respon rakyat terhadap kebijakan yang tidak tepat. Kondisi tersebut disebut tesis. Konflik ini melahirkan pula taktik strategi perlawanan yang kemudian disebut antitesis.Kata Kunci: Filsafat, Dialektika, Hegel, Perang Diponegoro.Abstract: Philosophy is a science that we often hear and is one of the most basic sciences in life. Philosophy is the art of asking questions in life. The question posed by philosophy is unique because the aim is not to get an answer but to be able to explore other questions from the problem being asked. Various philosophical thoughts, one of which is the Dialectical Philosophy which was initiated by Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel. This study uses a historical method consisting of heuristic stages, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of the research show that the events of the Diponegoro War have relevance to Hegel's dialectical philosophy. This is reflected in the existence of thesis, synthesis and antithesis elements in the event. The interests of the Dutch led to royal resistance. The resistance is the people's response to inappropriate policies. This condition is called a thesis. This conflict also gave birth to a strategy of resistance tactics which was later called antithesis. KataKeywords: Philosophy, Dialectics, Hegel, Diponegoro War.

«La teoria dell’argomentazione rifiuta le antitesi troppo nette: mostra che tra la verità assoluta e la non-verità c’è posto per le verità da sottoporsi a continua revisione mercè la tecnica dell’addurre ragioni pro e contro. Sa che quando gli uomini cessano di credere alle buone ragioni, comincia la violenza».(Bobbio, 2013, prefazione a Perelman & Olbrecht-Tyteca, 1958/2013, XIX) Come afferma Norberto Bobbio nella citazione proposta, «quando gli uomini cessano di credere alle buone ragioni [, purtroppo,] comincia la violenza».Questa frase, riletta anche alla luce del complesso e difficile contesto mondiale attuale, ci ricorda quanto siano importanti quelle competenze trasversali delle quali oggigiorno parlano tutti i programmi scolastici: imparare a comunicare e ad argomentare, a comprendere e accettare il punto di vista degli altri, a saper ascoltare e collaborare, a saper includere le diversità ecc. Sono tanti i valori, i principi, le conoscenze e le abilità che vorremmo trasformare in vere e proprie competenze tramite il nostro lavoro quotidiano, nell’intento di riuscire a formare una società migliore. Può sembrare fuori luogo toccare i concetti proposti da Bobbio all’interno di una rivista che si occupa “solo” di didattica della matematica, ma ciò che ci si auspica è che questa rivista possa rappresentare un piccolissimo tassello verso il confronto, lo scambio, la condivisione di punti di vista e di percorsi didattici che possano formare generazioni sempre più consapevoli e pronte al dialogo e all’ascolto. L'articolo si propone di considerare una questione centrale relativa all'assetto degli ordinamenti contemporanei, ossia la tensione tra il principio democratico ed il governo dell'economia, calando questa tematica generale nell'alveo più specifico del rapporto tra la Banca Centrale Europea e le altre Istituzioni Comunitarie. Si sostiene la tesi che sia illusoria la veste di pretesa neutralità della BCE, laddove quest'ultima, in quanto Autorità che ha come missione fondamentale quella di garantire la stabilità dei prezzi, tende a porsi come un sistema di regolazione a-politica del sistema economico. Detto sistema obbedisce ad una lex mercatoria che si pone in antitesi rispetto alla realizzazione del programma sociale posto dalla Carta, esigendo la rinuncia ad alcuni strumenti decisionali di carattere politico che, nel disegno costituzionale, rispondevano a logiche diverse. In questa ottica la nascita del SEBC segna una nuova fase del costituzionalismo politico, perché la sua introduzione pone come una sorta di metavalore la stabili-tà economica e finanziaria. Ciò implica che non siano previsti limiti positivi alle sue capacità decisionali ad opera - ad esempio - del Parlamento Europeo, in modo tale da circoscrivere la ricaduta delle scelte compiute sulle posizioni soggettive riconosciute alla persona dagli ordinamenti nazionali e dallo stesso sistema europeo. Sulla base di queste premesse, la conclusione dell'articolo non è nel senso di una anacronistica riduzione del ruolo della Banca Europea, bensì nel senso di puntualizzare come la principale sfida del costituzionalismo contemporaneo consista nello sforzo di ricondurre i processi decisionali che coinvolgono il governo europeo della moneta ai meccanismi della responsabilità politica e alle garanzie delle posizioni soggettive della persona

Abstract:

Partendo dal tema centrale dell’incontro, “Violenza e diritti umani: il ruolo delle ONGs e delle OGs nella rielaborazione, da parte dei ricercatori, delle politiche pubbliche sulla lotta contro le aggressioni ai diritti umani”, si vuole affrontare la questione relativa allo sfruttamento del lavoro minorile. Parlare di diritti umani e di dignità dell’uomo, oggi, è sempre di piú un’esigenza pressante. Invero, la dignità dell’uomo è un concetto caratterizzato da assolutezza: ogni uomo, pertanto, in quanto tale, è degno quanto qualsiasi altro uomo, a prescindere dalla razza, dalla nazionalità, dalla religione e dalla condizione sociale. L’accoglimento del concetto secondo il quale i diritti umani e, quindi, la dignità dell’uomo integrano un valore assoluto, fa sí che i medesimi diventino la misura attraverso la quale poter anche valutare la qualità dello sviluppo c.d. «sostenibile». La dignità dell’uomo, dunque, è da ascrivere nell’àmbito dei princípi inderogabili del nostro ordinamento, principio di ordine pubblico costituzionale. Conferma di tale assunto, inoltre, nell’àmbito del Trattato che adotta una Costituzione per l’Europa, si ha dall’art. II-61, articolo di apertura e posto al vertice del catalogo dei diritti fondamentali, secondo il quale «La dignità umana è inviolabile. Essa deve essere rispettata e tutelata». La clausola generale di dignità, dunque, peraltro già presente in molteplici testi normativi sopranazionali ed interni, viene a costituire uno dei princípi cardine del sistema italo-comunitario, un valore normativo di rilevanza sovraordinata, in antitesi al quale si pone, al contrario, una logica economicistica, esclusivamente produttivistica, ispirata al profitto e, quindi, al mercato, affermerebbe il primato del mercato e della produzione anche a costo di violare la dignità dell’uomo e i diritti umani.

Abstract:

Abtract: This paper aims to prove the antithesis of the stereotipe of terrorism in Islam due to the many terrorism groups that use Islamic attributes in their actions by tracing the background of the formation of the stereotipe that Islam is a religion of terrorism and the antithesis of that stereotipe through Q.S. Al-Isra':33 and HR. al-Bukhari: 983. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the type of library research. The results of this study indicate that the stereotipe of Islam as a religion of terrorism actually does not need to be created because Islamic teachings themselves do not recommend committing violence, especially acts of terror, this can be seen in Q.S. al-Isra':33 and HR. Al-Bukhari: 978. However, due to misinterpretation in understanding the meaning of jihad in Islam, this stereotipe emerges. Until finally, the stereotipe has continued until now, exacerbated by the existence of many political interest groups who act in the name of Islam to carry out jihad.Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan antitesis stereotip terorisme pada Islam akibat banyaknya kelompok terorisme yang menggunakan atribut Islam dalam aksinya dengan menelusuri latar belakang terbentuknya stereotip bahwa Islam sebagai agama terorisme dan antitesis stereotip tersebut melalui analisis Q.S. al-Isra’: 17: 33 dan H.R. al-Bukhari: 983. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stereotip Islam sebagai agama terorisme sebenarnya tidak perlu diperbesar sebab Islam sendiri tidak pernah mengajarkan kekerasan, terlebih pertumpahan darah yang berujung pada kematian, terlebih melalui analisis QS. Al-Isra’: 33 dan HR. Al-Bukhari: 978. Namun, akibat misinterpretasi dalam memahami makna jihad dalam Islam, maka muncul stereotip tersebut. Hingga akhirnya stereotip tersebut terus berlanjut hingga sekarang dengan diperparah adanya banyak kelompok kepentingan politik yang mengatasnamakan Islam dengan alasan jihad

Abstract:

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan gaya bahasa yang tergolong figuratif dalam pantun melayu redaksi balai pustaka. Penggunaan gaya bahasa perbandingan tersebut digunakan untuk menimbulkan efek keindahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pendeskripsian gaya bahasa perumpamaan, metafora, personifikasi, antithesis, dan pleonasme dalam pantun melayu redaksi balai pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan stilistika. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari buku pantun melayu redaksi balai pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka di dapatkan data pada gaya bahasa perbandingan yang digunakan dalam pantun melayu redaksi balai pustaka terdapat 34 data. Adapun hasilnya adalah gaya bahasa perumpamaan terdapat 10 data, metafora terdapat 8 data, personifikasi terdapat 8 data, depersonifikasi terdapat 3 data, antitesis terdapat 3 data dan pleonasme terdapat 2 data.

Perkembangan internet memasuki era baru beberapa dekade terakhir, melalui perkembangan media sosial. Karakternya yang luas tanpa batas ruang dan waktu, membuatnya mudah diakses dan memberi pengaruh kepada siapa saja. Di satu sisi, kondisi ini sangat bagus. Namun di sisi lain, perkembangan berita hoax semakin gencar dilakukan orang-orang tak bertanggung jawab. Disinilah peran media massa dengan dasar dan kaidah jurnalismenya, dituntut mengawal arus informasi yang berkembang di masyarakat. Berbagai kaidah jurnalistik, termasuk diantaranya verifikasi, harus bisa menjadi senjata menangkal berita hoax. Agar semangat jurnalisme yang berpegang teguh kepada kebenaran dan berfokus kepada pengembangan masyarakat, bisa tetap terjaga.

Abstract:

This article examines persistent deathly and suicidal thought images across Karl Marx’s oeuvre and argues that capitalism has transformed our preoccupations about subjection into anxieties about our being itself. One form such anxieties take has been suicidality, and I argue that our modern tendency toward suicidality has cometo name both a way of avowing the violent conditions of our estranged life under capitalism and a way of affirming the possibility of imagining new forms of social reproduction.

Abstract:

Nei testi di Chiara Lubich si trovano figure letterarie della famiglia dell’antitesi, il paradosso, l’ossimoro, tra cui l’espressione “Gesù Abbandonato”, cioè l’immagine di Gesù che in croce grida l’abbandono del Padre. In questo articolo si intende aproffondire la forza concettuale di questo sintagma, che consideriamo l’ossimoro per eccellenza della Lubich. Si inizia con una serie di precisazioni terminologiche, prendendo i dizionari di riferimento delle lingue di uso dell’autrice: catalano, spagnolo, italiano. Si prosegue con l’analisi del sintagma “Gesù Abbandonato” e il suo carattere ossimorico, d’accordo con le definizioni viste precedentemente. Per continuare l’approfondimente si inserisce un testo di Chiara Lubich in cui sembra che lei, per sviscerare il senso dell’ossimoro “Gesù Abbandonato”, ricorra al linguaggio antitetico in una carrellata di tante nuove contrapposizioni. Questo brano corrisponde ai capoversi 594-596 del Paradiso’49, corpus di scritti della Lubich, ancora inedito come tale insieme. Il brano preso in considerazzione è stato pubblicato però in diverse occasioni e per questo articolo si prende il seguente riferimento bibligrafico: C. Lubich, Gesù abbandonato, a cura di Hubertus Blaumeiser, Città Nuova, Roma 2016, pp 55-56. Dopo questa analisi, due conclusioni si possono cogliere dalle idee descritte dalla Lubich nel brano: Gesù Abbandonato è tutto, quindi ci stano dentro tutte le opposizioni dualistiche; Gesù Abbandonato non è mai uguale: è una tale cosa ed anche la contraria ed anche un’altra diversa, coinvolgendo le sfumature di mezzo, superando in questo modo anche gli antagonismi a due. L’articolo prosegue azzardando di esporre che la comprensione di questo ossimoro per eccelenza offre anche una chiave di lettura per interpretare le vicende del mondo odierno, così pieno di contrasti. In questo senso si fa dei riferimenti –tra l’altro– ai discorsi delle Lectio magistralis per le lauree h.c. a Chiara Lubich in teologia a Manila e in filosofia a Città del Messico, in cui si riferisce a Gesù Abbandonato come “il Dio del nostro tempo”, “il Dio di oggi”. Contestualizzando l’articolo al momento storico che si vive nel 2020, a causa dell’emergenza mondiale del COVID-19, se ne fa riferimento, stabilendo una connessione tra le antitesi del testo della Lubich e quanto viviamo ancora oggi per via della pandemia. Per concludere, dopo tutta l’esposizione, ci si domanda se questo “ossimoro per eccellenza” può contribuire in qualche modo a risanare tutte le ferite que attanagliano l’umanità odierna, e per darne una risposta si prende un testo della Lubich in cui, stabilendo un’identificazione tra Gesù Abbandonato e “ogni fratello sofferente”, getta ponti di luce e speranza tra gli opposti più scottanti.

From the beginning until now, religion has always been a paradoxical term. Religion has become an ambiguous term because it has both thesis and antithesis that are closely inherent. The thesis is that religion is positive strength striving for virtue, salvation, prosperity, happiness, and peace in the reality of human society globally and locally. On the other hand, religion also appears as negative force to be the antithesis of the religion itself. Problems rise on the religion lie not in the thesis but in the antithesis because thesis and antithesis are always accompanying the dynamics of religion in society reality. So that, it needs a "third way" as a tool to harmonize, align, and reconcile the contradiction. Research used qualitative method with critical hermeneutic approach intended to evaluate the antithesis of religion and show constructive side towards a better future. Based on the results and discussion, there is one thing called synthesis of religion. The synthesis area of religion should be an element that continues to be explored and optimized in order to create peace in the contemporary world and in the future. It takes an appreciation of positivistic religion so religion really becomes a force to liberate human beings from various negative phenomena which discolour the realm of religion.

É noto come la letteratura siciliana postunitaria esprima una relazione conflittuale con le istituzioni statali che appaiono sovraimposte e distanti dalla realtà locale; ne deriva una risentita diffidenza verso apparati giudiziari spesso inadatti a gestire la diversità dell’universo isolano, con sue proprie regole e codici comportamentali. L'applicazione di norme giuridiche continentali individua negativamente tale diversitá, in accordo ad un processo di orientalizzazione della realtá siciliana che segue alla fase unitaria. La tematica, centrale in Verga, si trasforma con le opere di Pirandello in antitesi fra la Legge e i suoi apparati, intesi come forme statiche e rigide, e la fluidità e mutevolezza dell’esistenza, che il diritto pretende di irreggimentare; la coscienza individuale non è invece mai riconducibile ad una norma uguale per tutti. Un motivo sviluppato ampiamente dalla novella pirandelliana Il dovere del medico del 1902, ma già trattato nel racconto di Ugo Fleres (1857–1939) Peccato veniale del 1891, che il presente articolo si propone di analizzare. Ancora legato ad un “discorso di classe”, ma al tempo stesso in qualche modo antesignano del relativismo pirandelliano, appare il lavoro giovanile di Nino Martoglio (1870–1921), I civitoti in pretura del 1893. Il dibattito processuale, bloccato da fraintendimenti linguistici fra parlanti in dialetto e in lingua, individua come difficoltà primaria nell’esercizio della legge l’incomunicabilità a livello di codice comunicativo fra i popolani catanesi e i magistrati che provengono da ‘nfora regnu. Si consideri inoltre che il pubblico del processo, attivo con commenti e risa, “si supponi ‘ntra la platea”; la rottura dell’illusione scenica rende i fruitori dello spettacolo parte attiva di un procedimento giudiziario comico, quindi per esigenze di copione dileggiato e sconfessato. Si intende infine prendere in analisi il romanzo fleresiano “Giustizia” (1909), ambientato nel paese siciliano di Riva: il titolo risulta antifrastico, considerando che l’opera racconta tortuose vicende di errori giudiziari intorno all’omicidio di una baronessa, per il quale magistrati inetti trovano diversi capri espiatori; il vero colpevole rivela invece il suo delitto solo in confessione, facendo collidere giustizia umana e divina. Il processo continuamente riformulato non si vede mai in scena, ma il romanzo è punteggiato da dibattiti informali di ambito giuridico, agiti in luoghi atipici, quali la farmacia o i salotti del paese; il lontano evento processuale, deviato dalle sue autentiche funzioni, diventa occasione di sfoggio e promozione sociale dei Rivesi. L’unico personaggio realmente giudicato proprio chi non può difendersi: la defunta baronessa, la cui reputazione viene distrutta nel corso dell’inchiesta. L’immagine letteraria primonovecentesca di una giustizia caotica, inefficace, inesistente, che “resta confinata in un oltre” (Borsellino, 1997), riflette la visione problematica di un’esistenza priva di valori di riferimento, ma agisce anche come efficace strumento ermeneutico per evidenziare l’interno dinamismo di una realtà prismatica, che si ricrea incessantemente dall’incrocio e dallo scontro delle opposte verità.

Leggyakrabban a Saccharomyces cerevisiae elleni antitesteket (ASCA) és az atípusos perinukleáris antineutrophil citoplazmatikus antitestet (atípusos P-ANCA) vizsgálták, de egyre több adat áll rendelkezésre az újabban felfedezett, különféle mikrobiális antigének ellen termelődő antitestekről is. Ilyenek például a külső membrán porin C-ellenes antitest (anti OmpC), Pseudomonas fluorescens ellenes antitest (anti-I2), valamint a glikánellenes antitestek (anti-laminaribioside carbohydrate antitest [ALCA]), anti-chitobioside carbohydrate antitest [ACCA]), anti-mannobioside carbohydrate antitest [AMCA]). Az anti-CBir1 (flagellin elleni antitest) az első olyan bakteriális antigén, mely állatmodellben colitist indukál, és IBD-betegekben is kóros immunválasz mutatható ki vele szemben. Az IBD jelenlegi diagnosztikus algoritmusában a különféle antitestek meghatározása mérsékelt szenzitivitásuk miatt kevés jelentőséggel bír. Újabban a szerológiai markereknek a betegség fenotípusával és lefolyásával való kapcsolata került az érdeklődés középpontjába. Egyre több adat támasztja alá, hogy Crohn-betegségben az egyes mikrobiális antigénekkel szemben termelődő antitestek számának, illetőleg azok titerének növekedése egyértelműen összefügg a szövődményes, agresszívebb betegséglefolyással. Felmerül annak a lehetősége is, hogy amennyiben a szerológiai válasz alapján sikerül homogén alcsoportok létrehozása, a terápia is tervezhetőbb lesz, illetőleg az IBD patomechanizmusának megértéséhez is közelebb kerülünk. További prospektív klinikai tanulmányok szükségesek azonban a szerológiai vizsgálatok valódi klinikai jelentőségének meghatározásához.

Az elmúlt évek kutatási eredményei bizonyították, hogy a B-lymphocyták döntő szerepet játszanak a sclerosis multiplex (SM) patogenezisében. A betegség folyamatának jobb megértése a B-sejteket célzó antitest-terápiák kifejlesztését eredményezte, amelyek potenciális gyógyszerek lehetnek mind a relapszusos, mind a progresszív SM formáiban. A B-sejt-depletiós terápiák ezért mindinkább előtérbe kerülnek, és meghatározóak a betegség progressziójának csökkentésében. Az első B-sejt-depletáló, anti-CD20 monoklonális antitest a rituximab volt, amit sclerosis multiplexben is vizsgáltak, és a kedvező eredményeket követően újabb gyógyszerek kerültek kifejlesztésre, hasonló támadásponttal. 2017-ben az FDA, 2018-ban az EMA is engedélyezte egy másik anti-CD20 monoklonális antitest, az ocrelizumab relapszáló-remittáló sclerosis multiplex (RRSM) és primer progresszív sclerosis multiplex (PPSM) terápiájában történő bevezetését. Ez különösen jelentős előrelépés volt a PPSM kezelésében, hiszen ez volt az első gyógyszer, ami bizonyítottan csökkentette a progressziót PPSM-ben. A B-sejt-depletiós terápia új szereplőjeként nemrégiben lépett színre az ofatumumab, ami egy teljesen humán anti-CD20 monoklonális antitest. A gyógyszer alkalmazását 2021 márciusában az EMA is engedélyezte a sclerosis multiplex relapszáló formáiban (RSM). Abstract:

Recent scholarship further substantiates the observation that Cornelius Van Til depends on Herman Bavinck for his own constructive efforts. This observation creates a stimulus for comparative studies on the two theologians. In this essay I offer one such comparison by tracing an antithesis-synthesis strategy present in both Bavinck and Van Til. Though they share a motivation from the doctrine of common grace, the two theologians apply the strategy in distinct (though related) ways: Bavinck applies it for theological construction in a manner symbiotic with his organic ontology, while Van Til develops it into a self-consciously transcendental mode of reasoning and apologetics. This observation gives us insights as to why both theologians have been received (and misinterpreted) in similar ways, and that Van Til, though deeply dependent and influenced by Bavinck, developed Bavinck’s synthetic tendencies in ways that Bavinck did not do.

Mathematical thinking can be characterized as thinking intended to solve problems using mathematical knowledge, skills, and techniques. This thinking is often convergent, and the problems being solved may not be mathematical ones, even though mathemat ical knowledge is useful in their solutions. Abstract This paper investigates the working of antithesis in Shakespeare’s most famous soliloquy “To be, or not to be” and its three Ukrainian translations. In cognitive poetics, antithesis is often viewed as a verbal variety of conceptual oxymoron. However, this paper argues for distinguishing antithesis from conceptual oxymoron based on consideration of the different processes at work behind their creation and reading. Significantly, in antithesis the emergent meaning retains the dichotomy of two input spaces rather than creating a new one, as happens in conceptual oxymoron. In this context, we consider antithesis in English-Ukrainian translations against the backdrop of Kaluża’s (1984) reflection on asymmetry and irreversibility in antithesis. As will be seen, renditions into Ukrainian change the perception of the original antithesis prompted by structural and semantic changes in the translations.

A membranosus glomerulopathia (MGP) a felnőttkori nephrosisszindróma leggyakoribb oka. Megjelenhet primer, autoimmun betegség formájában vagy kialakulhat másodlagos betegségként malignus tumorok, autoimmun betegségek, infekciók, nemkívánatos gyógyszermellékhatás következtében. Közleményünkben két esetet szeretnénk bemutatni. Első betegünk beszűkült veseműködéssel, 34 hónapja fennálló nephrosisszindrómával került nefrológiai ambulanciánkra. A vesebiopszia MGP-t igazolt, amelyet fokális extrakapilláris proliferáció (félholdképződés) kísért. A magas szérum-antifoszfolipáz-A2-receptor- (PLA2R-) antitesttiter és a markáns glomeruláris PLA2R-antigén-ellenes immunhisztokémiai reakció, valamint a másodlagos MGP-t okozó állapotok hiánya alapján primer MGP-ként diagnosztizáltuk. A félholdképződés nagyon ritka MGP-ben. A félholdképződést a tartós bazálmembrán-károsodás következményének tartjuk a negatív lupusszerológia, negatív antineutrofilcitoplazma-antitest és a bazálmembrán-antitestre jellemző lineáris glomeruláris IgG immunfluoreszcencia hiánya alapján. A beteg vesefunkciója metilprednizolon-ciklofoszfamid kezelés mellett javult, proteinuriája nem nephroticus tartományba csökkent. Második MGP-s betegünk anti-PLA2R- és anti-thrombospondin type-1 domain containing 7A (THSD7A-) antitest-negatív volt, a glomerulusokban sem volt PLA2R-antigén, illetve THSD7A-ellenes immunhisztokémiai reakció. Másodlagos MGP-t tartottunk valószínűnek, azonban részletes kivizsgálással sem találtunk szekunder MGP-t okozó betegséget, ezért primer MGP-t diagnosztizáltunk. Metilprednizolon- és ciklosporin A-kezeléssel a nephrosis teljes remisszióba került. Anti-PLA2R-antitest és/vagy glomeruláris PLA2R-antigén-pozitivitás esetén primer MGP valószínű, de másodlagos MGP sem zárható ki, míg anti-PLA2R- és anti-THSD7A-antitest, illetve glomeruláris PLA2R- és THSD7A-antigén-negativitás esetén másodlagos MGP a valószínű, és csak a lehetséges okok kizárását követően diagnosztizálhatunk primer MGP-t.

Abstract:

Phyllantus niruri L., yang merupakan tanaman liar, memiliki aplikasi yang luas dalam pengobatan tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi aktivitas antitusif, ekspektoran, serta gambaran mekanisme antitusif herba meniran. Hewan uji marmut jantan sebanyak 36 ekor dibagi menjadi 9 kelompok masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 4 ekor marmut. Aktivitas antitusif ekstrak etanol dan fraksi polar-semi polar dinilai dengan prosentase supresi batuk menggunakan asam sitrat 7,5% sebagai penginduksi selama 5 hari. Aktivitas ekspektoran dievaluasi dengan melihat konsentrasi phenol red pada trakea marmut pada hari ke 7. Gambaran mekanisme dievaluasi dengan melihat perbandingan pemberian ekstrak herba meniran tunggal dengan kombinasi ekstrak herba meniran dan kodein gambaran secara sentral pada reseptor opiod dan glibenklamide secara periferal pada ATP sensitive K+ channel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ekstrak etanol dan fraksi polar-semi polar dapat meningkatkan supresi batuk dan memberikan supresi sekresi mukus dalam evaluasi ekspektoran. Fraksi polar-semi polar 160 mg/kgBB menunjukkan nilai antitusif paling efektif 63,57%. Frasi polar-semi polar 80 mg/kgBB menunjukkan penurunan sekresi phenol red sebesar 56,91%. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa meniran dapat digunakan sebagai antitusif dan supresi sekresi mukus. Herba meniran tidak memberikan gambaran mekanisme antitusif pada reseptor opiod atau ATP sensitive K+ channel. Aktivitas antitusif herba meniran mungkin dimodulasi saraf sistemik atau perifer lainnya.
