Abstract:
Il progetto di tesi intrapreso in questi anni si inserisce nel solco dei fecondi studi sul teatro senecano e si concentra in special modo su un dramma: la Phaedra. L'obiettivo dell'analisi messa in atto sulla tragedia è quello di porre in evidenza l'esistenza di un sistema di antitesi costruito su più livelli sia sotto il profilo formale che contenutistico, individuando in questo sistema una delle chiavi di lettura privilegiate del dramma. La complessa impalcatura antitetica sulla quale l'opera si fonda risente in larga misura dei modelli e delle influenze che maggiormente agirono su Seneca nella costruzione e nelal scelta stessa di trattare il dramma di Fedra. Il modello greco dell'Ippolito Coronato e la stessa tradizione del conflitto tragico greco oltre ad offrire a Seneca un punto di partenza per costruire la vicenda, costituiscono altresì un interessante modello per quanto concerne la realizzazione di situazioni contrastive oltre che per l'elaborazione di personaggi, sia di natura divina che umana, completamente antitetici (basti pensare alla significativa opposizione fra Afrodite a Artemide). Sul piano formale, ma non solo, ad influenzare in maniera massiccia l'operazione messa in atto dal Cordovese è sicuramente il modello della Controversia, largamente operante nella Roma del suo tempo. La tradizione del conflitto e l'abitudine a strutturare gli argomenti per antitesi rappresenta in effetti un importante portato della tradizione retorica che riguarda sia il piano dell'inventio che quello della dispositio oltre ad manifestare la sua influenza sull'aspetto più propriamente stilistico sino alle microstrutture delle sententiae antitetiche. Benché la vasta critica senecana non abbia mancato di mettere in luce taluni elementi di antitesi presenti all'interno della Phaedra, la novità dell'analisi svolta consiste nell'inserire questi contrasti all'interno di un vero e propria sistema di antitesi. L'indagine trasversale svolta sulla tragedia ha infatti permesso di delineare una serie di ampli percorsi antitetici relativi ad alcuni temi fondanti del dramma stesso. In maniera originale rispetto a quanto effettuato sinora dalla critica, le antitesi maggiori e, per così dire, costitutive, della Phaedra – l'opposizione fra le divinità di Diana e e Venere, le antitesi spaziali fra aula e silva e fra mare e terra e quella fra vita secondo o contro natura; il conflitto parentale, per citare solo alcuni dei contrasti affrontati – sono state trattate a fondo ed esaminate nel loro andamento nel corso dell'intera tragedia individuando gli sviluppi, i mutamenti, i ribaltamenti che avvengono al loro interno, tenendo sempre conto dei modelli latini più significativi e istituendo, ove ciò sia sia rivelato possibile, un proficuo confronto con il resto della drammaturgia senecana, senza mai trascurare il necessario richiamo al modello euripideo.

Il turismo contribuisce a una vita culturale attiva? Il patrimonio culturale può essere complementare al turismo? L’afflusso turistico rispetta sempre il patrimonio culturale e naturale? L’elaborato si propone di rispondere a queste domande, attraverso l’articolazione dei suoi capitoli, valutando aspetti positivi e negativi del fenomeno turistico sul patrimonio culturale e naturale. Si investigheranno tali tematiche, attraverso le fonti e i dati a disposizione, in situazioni più o meno vicine alla realtà nazionale, analizzando in particolare il fenomeno del turismo culturale -attraverso una ricerca fatta sul campo- nei principali musei nella Provincia autonoma di Trento. Partendo dai concetti più generali di turismo, sostenibilità, cultura, si cercherà di confrontare diversi aspetti di compatibilità (e non) dei beni del patrimonio culturale e naturale con il mondo del turismo. Il percorso di analisi si soffermerà inevitabilmente anche sul brand UNESCO, sulle sue caratteristiche principali, con un focus sul mondo del turismo in relazione ai beni patrimonio dell’umanità e della sua evoluzione, nella storia del XX e XXI secolo.

Il presente elaborato di tesi si focalizza sulla traduzione di due articoli specialistici riguardanti i valori asiatici in contrasto con i principi diffusi nel contesto euro-americano. Più specificatamente, il lavoro consta di tre parti fondamentali. Il primo capitolo presenta un’introduzione al dibattito relativo ai valori asiatici; in esso si espongono le caratteristiche fondamentali di questo sistema valoriale, il modo in cui esso nasce e si diffonde, oltre a effettuarne un’analisi in relazione a un sistema di valori più propriamente occidentale. La seconda parte, che costituisce il fulcro dell’intera tesi, è data dalla traduzione degli articoli specialistici. Nel primo, intitolato “Yazhou jiazhiguan” yu Rujia wenhua de xiandai pingxi “亚洲价值观”与儒家文化的现代评析 (Critica moderna al “sistema dei valori asiatici” e alla cultura della scuola confuciana), si espone la “sorte” dei valori asiatici che sono stati alternativamente criticati o promossi in seguito alla crisi economica asiatica degli anni ’90. Il testo xifang jiazhi tixi ji qi pingjia 西方价值体系及其评价 (Il sistema dei valori occidentali e la sua valutazione) riguarda, invece, un’analisi dell’evoluzione del pensiero etico e filosofico occidentale a partire dall’Antica Grecia. La terza sezione, infine, presenta i commenti traduttologici che fanno riferimento all’opera di traduzione, nei quali si espongono le strategie adottate e le varie tecniche utilizzate per risolvere i problemi traduttivi riscontrati.

Abstract:
La tesi si occupa dei rapporti tra i titolari dei diritti d’autore e le società di gestione collettiva. Il tema è oggi in una fase di riforma a causa dell’introduzione della direttiva UE n. 26 del 2014. L’intervento del legislatore europeo incide fortemente sull’assetto attuale del modello di gestione collettiva presente in molti ordinamenti europei e quindi sul sistema di diritto d’autore. In particolare il modello proposto dalla direttiva abbandona la logica corporativa e associativa con funzioni solidaristiche, che aveva connotato le prime esperienze di gestione collettiva per abbracciare un sistema dedicato ed efficientista atto a perseguire finalità economiche. Il principale indizio di questo cambiamento si rinviene nell’art. 3 della direttiva, in cui si prevede l’introduzione della possibilità di perseguire finalità lucrative per gli organismi di gestione collettiva e che addirittura per le entità di gestione indipendente costituisce un requisito essenziale. Il mutamento del sistema di gestione collettiva incide sulle funzioni a cui è preordinato. Nel sistema tradizionale di gestione collettiva emergeva una funzione di particolare rilevanza nel sistema di diritto d’autore, vale a dire quella di assicurare una remunerazione sufficiente ad autori e artisti, non strettamente determinata dalle sole regole di mercato ma secondo criteri di giustizia distributiva informati da una dimensione solidaristica. Nel nuovo sistema, invece, perdono rilievo proprio le funzioni solidaristiche volte – anche – ad assicurare una remunerazione equa ad autori e artisti. Il rischio che ne discende è quello di pregiudicare le funzioni stesse che sottendono alle regole attributive dei diritti d’autore. E in particolare di intaccare quel meccanismo incentivante alla produzione e divulgazione delle opere culturali che vede nell’equa remunerazione il giusto premio che l’ordinamento riserva a ciascun autore o artista che abbia concretamente contribuito al progresso e allo sviluppo culturale e sociale. Si presenta allora l’esigenza di assicurare anche nel nuovo sistema di gestione collettiva, la funzione in parola. Nell’ordinamento italiano tale funzione trova un addentellato nell’art. 36 Cost. Ciò consente di interpretare l’accordo negoziale intercorrente tra titolare dei diritti e collecting sulla base di un principio di giustizia distributiva. E tale previsione può costituire il fondamento sistematico per giustificare l’estensione di alcuni rimedi previsti dall’ordinamento ai rapporti in esame, come ad esempio, quelli previsti nelle ipotesi di abuso di dipendenza economica.

Lo scrittore istriano Fulvio Tomizza (1935-1999) ha proposto, attraverso i titoli composti nei quarant'anni della sua carriera e afferenti a generi letterari diversi, un'attenta analisi del problema della "conciliazione" nell'ambito dei rapporti intertnici e interculturali con particolare riferimento all'area adriatica e balcanico danubiana. Attraverso l'uso di ossimori, antinomie e paradossi, presenti nei testi a livello formale e contenutistico, lo scrittore ha concretizzato nella struttura narrativa delle proprie produzioni l'evolversi della sua teoresi in merito al problema stesso della "conciliazione". Un'analisi delle diverse tipologie di "figure retoriche della conciliazione degli opposti" offre, pertanto, la possibilità di delineare lo sviluppo delle indagini tomizziane.

Abstract:
The thesis concerns translation issues in Lithuanian translations of English rhetorical figures (anaphora and antithesis) in political speeches delivered by different politicians. Seven political speeches in English and their Lithuanian translations were analyzed from the perspective of translation strategies and translation problems. The study uses terms for translation strategies developed by Devies’ in order to comment on Lithuanian translations of English political speeches. In order to carry out the analysis of the chosen political speeches comparative as well as contrastive analysis were chosen. Firs, the original extract and its translation were compared taking into consideration the issues of translation strategies that have been used in the process of translating. Second, the original extract and its translation were contrasted in order to notice how and why some aspects in the translation have been changed. The main goal of the present paper is to see the differences and similarities of the two languages when dealing with political rhetoric. Moreover, it is extremely important to examine persuasive tools that are used most frequently in political rhetoric both in English and in Lithuanian. The hypothesis of the paper is the following: as the two languages structurally are very different, translations of rhetorical figures in English political texts will contain many structural and stylistic deviations. Šis baigiamasis darbas yra susijęs su vertimo aspektais, kai retorinės figūros (anafora ir antitezė), skirtingų politikų panaudotos angliškose politinėse kalbose, verčiamos į lietuvių kalbą. Atkreipiant dėmesį į vertimo strategijas ir vertimo problemas buvo išanalizuotos septynios angliškos politinės kalbos ir jų lietuviski vertimai. Siekiant aptarti lietuviškus angliškų politinių kalbų vertimus darbe vartojami Davies vertimo strategijų terminai. Siekiant atlikti politinių kalbų analizę buvo pasirinkti lyginamasis ir kontrastinis analizės būdai. Pirmiausia, buvo lyginama originalo ištrauka su jos lietuvišku atitikmeniu, atsižvelgiant į vertimo strategijas, kurios buvo panaudotos vertimo metu. Antra, originalo ištrauka ir jos lietuviška atitikmuo buvo supriešpriešinami tam, kad būtų įmanoma įžvelgti kaip ir kodėl tam tikri aspektai vertimo metu buvo pakeisti. Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas yra įžvelgti dviejų kalbų panašumus ir skirtumus būtent politinėje retorikoje. Taip pat labai svarbu išanalizuoti įtikinėjimo priemones, kurios dažniausiai naudojamos tiek anglų tiek lietuvių politinėje retorikoje. Disertacijos hipotezė yra tokia: kadangi nagrinėjamos kalbos struktūriškai yra labai skirtingos, retorinių figūrų vertimas iš angliškų politinių kalbų į lietuviškas bus su stipriais struktūriniais ir stilistiniais nukrypimais. This thesis is divided into three distinct yet related parts. The first consists of observations and reflections on some of New York City's many war memorials, ranging from one commemorating the Revolutionary War to one dedicated this past year for the Korean War. What becomes evident within the wide range of memorials, is the degree to which they can be used to gauge the political sentiment and aspirations of previous epochs. In the second section I examine the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum of Patriotism, as a case study of how a contemporary memorial functions within and propagates a particular ideological agenda. This "living" memorial/museum works as a reminder of past threats to nationhood, and of the necessity to retain the state military apparatus to prevent future aggressions. The third section is a design for a war memorial to be located on the Hudson River coast in New York City. The project explores the possibilities for a future memorial, a memorial of resistance. It is intended to create an experience in antithesis to the sentiments of valor, patriotism and militarism glorified in the case study.

Abstract:
In the field of alternative journalism, my work seeks to build empathy and combat inequalities of representation within a specified community of viewer-participants. Through MA thesis work, I built flexible, minimalist design systems that succeeded by receding—by eliminating expressive elements and pushing contributor content (visual and literary work in a variety of styles) to the foreground. In response to the highly technological, reductive mindset that had come to dominate my creative life, I engaged in exploratory exercises that were antithetical to this prior work. Through expressive engagement with analog materials, I isolated the skill of making and responding to a range of personal marks that were free of the constraints associated with developing marketing materials or periodicals for a general audience. Slowed into a more contemplative mindset, I explored abstraction, symbolism and personal history in works that engaged on different levels, and became more open to discovering images through the process. I found that at the heart of my work—from clean, legible layouts for books and magazines to the most abstract, personal or expressive wall-hanging pieces—is a desire to connect, to bring about preferred (clearer, deeper) states of information transfer by fusing content, form, and viewer participation into moments of contemplative engagement. Whether in pictures, objects, publications, or the user interfaces and platforms of the future that are yet unknown, this understanding will help me respond to changing media environments with work that connects and resonates.

Abstract:
This study investigates ant hi theses in the Book of Ma 1 a chi on the level of syntax, style and content with the purpose of identifying them and of determining their influence on the message of each pericope in the book. For the purpose of this investigation, an antithesis is defined as follows: when at least two issues and/or elements and/or concepts and/or persons and/or groups of persons are contrasted with each other on the level of syntax, style and content, an antithesis is formed. Relevant literature on the Book of Malachi yields sporadic and incidental references to contrasts and antitheses which are featured throughout the book. As far as can be ascertained, the occurence of antitheses has not yet been investigated systematically and thoroughly. A text-immanent investigation of the Book of Malachi has been made on the basis of the following steps with the purpose of identifying antitheses in a well founded manner. The different pericopes in the book have been demarcated by means of certain syntactical criteria whereupon the text of the book was subjected to a text-criti ca 1 investigation. A number of text critical alterations were made. A structural analysis of the different pericopes in the book has been done, the Gattung of each pericope determined and in relevant cases an investigation made of issues concerning tradition criticism and redaction critisicm. On the basis thereof the antitheses occurring in the different pericopes of the book have been identified. The message of each peri cope has a 1 so been determined in the 1 i ght of the identified antitheses. At a syntactical level the occurrence of antitheses in the Book of Ma 1 a chi is confirmed by anti thet i ca 1 word coup 1 es (such as love:hate; blessing:curse; good:evil), the occurrence of the antithetical waw, change of pronouns etc. Stylistically the book yields.. a surprising number of chiasmi, a chiasmus being a stylistic technique which tends to emphasise opposites. The Gattung of all the pericopes in the book (with the exception of the last) has been identified as a Disputationswort. The background of the Gattung potrays a dispute or discussion between two parties. The author has thus used this particular Gattung to convey his message by means of antitheses. Tradition materia 1 found in the book a 1 so serves to support the antithetical structuring of pericopes in the book. In some cases where redactional additions to the book have been identified, the occurrence of antitheses as a prominant phenomenon in the Book of Malachi has been confirmed. The function of the antitheses in the book is mainly that of emphasis. Although there is no developing train of thought in the sequence of the various pericopes in the book, a cohesion nevertheless exits which binds it together as a unity. On the 1 eve 1 of syntax, style and content the occurrence of an antithetical contraposition of persons, issues and concepts as a typical and prominent feature of the Book of Malachi, is confirmed.
Hierdie studie ondersoek antiteses in die boek Maleagi met die doel om die antiteses op sintaktiese, stilistiese en inhoudelike vlak te identifiseer en om die invloed van die antiteses op die boodskap van elke perikoop in die boek, te bepaal. Vir die doel van hierdie ondersoek word ~ antitese soos volg omskryf: wanneer minstens twee sake en/of elemente en/of begrippe en/of persone en/of groepe van persone teenoor mekaar gestel word op sintaktiese en/of stilistiese en/of inhoudelike vlak in ~ perikoop of perikope in die boek Maleagi, is dit ~ antitese. In die relevante 1 iteratuur wat handel oor die boek Maleagi word daar terloopse en sporadiese verwysings gevind na, wat genoem word, teenstell ings, kontraste en antiteses wat deurlopend in die boek voorkom. Sover vasgestel kon word, is die _voorkoms van antiteses in die boek nag nie sistematies en volledig o~dersoek nie. Aan die hand van die volgende stappe is 'n teksimmanente ondersoek gedoen na die boek Maleagi met die doe1 om die antiteses verantwoord te i dentifi seer: Met behu1 p van bepaa 1 de si ntakti ese kriteri a is die verskillende perikope van mekaar afgebaken waarna die teks van die boek Ma 1 eagi tekskri ties ondersoek is en enke 1 e tekskriti ese wysigings aangebring is. 'n Struktuurana1ise van die opbou van die verskil1ende perikope in die boek is gedoen, die Gattung van e1ke perikoop is bepaa1 en in re1evante gevalle is 'n tradisiekritiese en ~ redaksiekritiese ondersoek oak gedoen. Hieruit is die antiteses wat in die verskil1ende perikope van die boek voorkom geidentifiseer en aangetoon. Die boodskap van elke perikoop in die lig van die geidentifiseerde antiteses is ook bepaal. Op sintaktiese vlak word die voorkoms van antiteses in die boek Maleagi bevestig deur antitetiese woordpare (liefde:haat; seen:vloek; goed:kwaad), die voorkoms van die antitetiese waw, persoonswisseling ens. Stilisties gesproke lewer die boek onder andere~ opvallende aantal chiasmes op. 'n Chiasme is 'n stilistiese tegniek wat neig om teenoorgestelde pole te beklemtoon. Die Gattung van al die perikope in die boek (met die uitsondering van die laaste perikoop) is geidentifiseer as die Gattung van die Di sputati onswort. Die Gattung het 'n di spuut of di skussi e tussen twee partye as agtergrond. Die Gattung van die boek staan dus in diens van die outeur om deur middel van antiteses sy boodskap tuis te bring. Tradisiemateriaal wat in die boek aangetref word, dien ook die antitetiese opbou van perikope in die boek. In enkele gevalle waar redaksionele byvoegings tot die boek geidentifiseer is, het dit die voorkoms van antiteses as prominente verskynsel in die boek Maleagi bevestig. Die funksie van antiteses in die boek is hoofsaaklik die van beklemtoning. Alhoewel daar geen ontwikkelende gedagtelyn in die opeenvolging van die verskillende perikope in die boek is nie, is daar tog~ kohesie tussen die verskillende perikope wat die boek saam bind tot 'n eenheid. Op sintaktiese, stilistiese en inhoudelike vlak word die voorkoms van 'n antitetiese teenoormekaarstelling van persone, sake en begrippe as tipiese en prominente kenmerk van die boek Maleagi, bevestig.

Abstract:
Software art refers to the production of software as art rather than the use of software to produce art. This thesis situates software arts practice in relation to a dialectical materialist tradition that focusses attention on the site of production and the contradictions within the relations of production. By making reference to post-Marxist theories, it is argued that antagonisms associated with traditional forms of labour have been extended to include the labour of machines and software. Therefore any analysis of the labour involved in making art must recognise the ways in which labour has become more immaterial, collective and communicative. In the case of software art, both the programmer and program can be seen to work, and produce artwork as software. Software art thereby holds the potential to make apparent the contradictions within the relations of production, as well as the potential to be programmed to act in a disruptive manner. That software art demonstrates emergent properties is substantiated by referring to both systems theory and dialectics, that share a common interest in dynamic processes and transformative agency. Consequently, the term 'software praxis' is proposed to characterise the combination of creative and critical activity embodied in transformative action. It is the assertion of this thesis that software art praxis can offer new critical forms of arts practice by embodying contradictions in the interplay between code and action. Contradiction is also embodied in the form this PhD submission takes: it is both a thesis in itself and, like software, ready to express its dialectical potential once executed. This thesis takes the conventional form of academic writing and a program script written in Perl. It collapses form and content by presenting a thesis _about_ software art that is simultaneously an example _of_ software art. Both the text and the program script can be interpreted and acted upon. The PhD submission includes references to a number of essays written during the registration period, and those that relate closely to the main argument are attached. Also included is documentation of three collaborative projects: the exhibition _Generator_, the publication _Notes Towards the Complete Works of Shakespeare_, and The UK Museum of Ordure's _Audio Library_ installation. These projects are represented by print-outs of web pages and video documentation on DVD. Although referred to in the text, the projects do not illustrate the thesis but embody its argument. Similarly, the text is not a linked narrative to these projects but an example of software art practice in itself. In form and content, the thesis expresses a dialectics of software art.

This exploration is framed around 3 near-future scenarios where the world has been transformed by environmental disasters. Basically our immunological bubble has been broken. For years, we have tried to control our environment by creating a separate homeostatic interior. And In the process of trying to achieve physical comfort, not only have we standardized our sensorial conditions into a homogenous experience, we have also destroyed the larger environment. While most of us knew that this bubble was going to burst at some point, none of us were prepared... Now in the post bubble world, we have slowly come to the realization that the answer is not to create bigger or better bubbles. Instead, we need to develop a second skin. Operating at the body scale, this series of prosthetics teaches us how to reintegrate our senses with the environment. They restore our natural ability to interact with air, water, and heat in a world post hermetic seals. Rather than simply protecting us in another mini bubble, they function as a layer of mediation between us and our environment.

Dans les sciences, meta(-) sert a construire des neologismes signifiant ce qui depasse ou bien ce qui englobe. Les metaheuristiques ont souvent ete presentees comme heuristiques utilisant d'autres heuristiques. Ce cadre trop general cree des confusions et ne permet pas d'etablir des limites claires aux domaines d'etude. Initialement, il y avait peu de methodes pouvant etre considerees comme metaheuristiques (principalement le recuit simule et la recherche tabou), puis sont apparues tres rapidement de nombreuses methodes se reclamant de ce vocable. Certaines sont tout a fait des metaheuristiques, d'autres sont au plus des techniques de recherche locale. Il nous semble alors qu'il devient necessaire de restreindre, c'est-a-dire definir plus formellement, ce que represente le terme metaheuristique. L'objectif de cette these est d'apporter des connaissances afin de contributer a l'elaboration d'une theorie, fondation de l'aide a la comprehension et a la prediction.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses primarily on W. H. Auden’s last book-length poem, The Age of Anxiety, as well as several of Auden’s shorter poems extending throughout the modern, anxiety-ridden age. My second chapter argues that Auden blurs the distinctions between mythology and history and asserts that history is truly more subjective than seemingly objective, while my third chapter discusses Auden’s liminality between psychoanalysis and theology. After Auden’s conversion to the Anglican faith in 1939, Auden transitions from a Freudian to a more Jungian discourse, since Jung’s psychoanalyses incorporate theology, while Freud’s theories use psychoanalysis to determine religion’s implausibility. This thesis maintains that Auden presents readers with various antitheses throughout his canon as a way to challenge us to decipher beyond a binate understanding of larger, existential ideas and suggest, instead, that these ideas’ significance reside in liminality rather than in opposition.

The aim of this thesis is to address the issue of the broader geopolitical architecture of Eurasia using as a case study the Russian-Turkish diachronic relations which are being examined through an original and fresh geopolitical/geocultural theoretical framework introduced also in the pages of this research. The introduction presents a brief overview of the aims, issues and questions that this study expects to achieve, approach and bring up for discussion. This research is divided into three parts and each part contains two chapters. Part I deals with the general theoretical framework within which this study is going to be delivered. Chapter 1 critically assesses the existing theoretical geopolitical debate and aims to designate the reasons for the urgent need for the articulation of a new theoretical perspective. Chapter 2 introduces an original approach in the geopolitical theory under the label of the ‘Integrated Geopolitical/Geocultural Theory of the Median Space’. The suggested model makes two major propositions. First that there is a diachronic ‘Median Space’ identity in a specific geographical space which was never disappeared in the midst of the eternal ‘East’-‘West’ competition and is surviving even today. Second, within the Median Space region there is a specific ‘pattern’ on the implementation of International Relations which also remained unchanged throughout the centuries since all the regional and extra-regional actors are operating, consciously or unconsciously, according to its precepts. Having presented this newly introduced framework Part II and Part III of the research are trying through textual and empirical analysis, respectively to provide the necessary evidence that strengthen the abovementioned new geopolitical model. Part II through a historical-sociological-anthropological perspective tries to prove the first proposition about the viability of a Median Space mentality. Thus, as a case-study, it examines the diachronic geocultural and geopolitical identity of Russia and Turkey in chapters 3 and 4, respectively. Part III by engaging International Relations macroscopic and microscopic analysis through chapters 5 and 6, respectively aims to address the second proposition about the specific pattern that is being followed by all actors interacting in the Median Space. Chapter 5, in a macroscopic way examines the suggested pattern through a historical scrutiny of the relations between the spaces that nowadays is being characterized as Turkey and Russia. Chapter 6, in a microscopic way, depicts the contemporary developments of the region and tries to extract the evidence that could support the second Median Space proposition. Initially this chapter examines the ‘energy’ component through an analysis of the contemporary ‘energy game’ and then it approaches the ‘security’ component by moving from a micro-level to a macro-level International Relations analysis starting from the Caucasus area and expanding through the Black Sea-Straits-Aegean system to the whole Median Space region. Conclusion recapitulates the findings of this research.

This research has as main subject the study of the workmanship Grande Sertão: veredas, representative of the Brazilian Modernism and Neomodernism, written for mining author Guimarães Rosa, whose objective is, particularly, the analysis of three feminine figures that are part of this romance, under the point of view of the Analysis of the Speech. In this work, the Analysis of the Speech intends to contribute so that some aspects are observed, what it is of interest for the Literature and the Analysis of the Speech. The workmanship presents twenty women and great it is the importance of the feminine figures for Rosa, however, three of them all constitute the fulcrum of the course of the plot of the romance, for this reason, Diadorim, Otacília and Nhorinhá are the personages chosen for analysis of the speech elements that impersonate them. The proposal theoretical is to demonstrate to the origins and trends of the Analysis of Speech (AD) and, for this, some authors as Maingueneau, Orlandi and Foucault are cited by being representative of current proposals of analysis that place the AD ones as science to interdisciplinary. The dialogism and the polyphony, according to Bakhtin, are concepts presented and analysed in the parts selected for the composition of the corpus. This complete procedure the biggest question of this research that is to demonstrate as the antithesis, the dialogism and the polyphony are resources of great prominence for the Speech Formation of the studied feminine figures.
Esta pesquisa tem como principal o estudo da obra Grande Sertão: veredas, representante do Modernismo e Neomodernismo brasileiros, escrita pelo autor mineiro Guimarães Rosa , cujo objetivo é, particularmente, a análise de três figuras femininas que fazem parte deste romance, sob o ponto de vista da Análise do Discurso. Neste trabalho, a Análise do Discurso pretende contribuir para que alguns aspectos sejam observados, o que é de interesse para a Literatura e para a Análise do Discurso. A obra apresenta vinte mulheres e grande é a importância das figuras femininas para Rosa, porém, três delas constituem o fulcro do andamento do enredo de todo o romance, por esta razão, Diadorim, Otacília e Nhorinhá são as personagens escolhidas para análise dos elementos discursivos que as personificam. A proposta teórica é a de demonstrar as origens e tendências da Análise do Discurso( AD) e, para isso, alguns autores como Maingueneau, Orlandi e Foucault são citados para serem representantes de propostas atuais de análises que colocam a AD como ciência interdisciplinar. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se na osnovu praćenja titra antitela klase G kod prasadi i tovljenika utvrdi uticaj vakcinacije na visinu titra antitela specifičnih za PCV2, kao i da se utvrdi uticaj vakcinacije na proizvodne osobine svinja.Mere imunoprofilakse, koje se ipak smatraju nezamenljivim u kontroli ove bolesti kod nas do sada nisu bile deo kontrole, nasuprot velikom broju vakcinisanih krmača i prasadi u svetu. Iz tog razloga, kao i činjenica da u našoj zemlji nisu preduzimana ozbiljnija istraživanja, rezultati ispitivanja efikasnosti Ingelvac@ CircoFLEX vakcine proizvođača Boehringer Ingelheim, Ingelheim/Rhein, Germany, mogli bi predstavljati solidnu osnovu za eventualno uključivanje pomenute vakcine u tehnologiju preveniranja cirkovirusnih infekcija u našim zapatima svinja.Ogled je urađen na 900 prasadi podeljenih u 3 grupe po 300 prasadi. Prva grupa (A) vakcinisana je 15. dana života, druga (B) 21. dana , dok je treća grupa (C) bila kontrolna. Određivanje visine titra antitela specifičnih za PCV2 utvrđeno je indirektnom ELISA metodom.Na sam dan vakcinacije sva prasad su pokazala prisustvo antitela specifičnih za PCV2. Najveći titar antitela konstatovan je 7 dana nakon vakcinacije u grupi B i iznosio je 9,63, u grupi A 8,59, a u grupi C 7.33. Najniže prosečne vrednosti tira antitela kod vakcinisanih grupa utvrđene su 35. dana a najviše 90.dana nakon vakcinacije. U kontrolnoj grupi od momenta početka ogleda prosečan titar opada kontinuirano do 60. dana, nakon čega titar antitela speifičnih za PCV2 ima tendenciju rasta. Vakcinisana prasad imala su signifikanto veći prosečni dnevni prirast (+54g/dan kod A grupe i + 60g/dan kod Bgrupe), niži mortalitet (- 1.67% kod A grupe i - 2.67% kod B grupe) i niži procenat škartova ( A grupa -5.67% i B grupa -6%). u odnosu na kontrolnu grupu.Daleko bolji rezultati dobijeni su kod prasadi iz grupe B, pa bi vakcinacija prasadi 21. dana života imala nesumnjivu prednost u odnosu na vakcinaciju 15. dana života, sa napomenom da je 15. dana života daleko veći uticaj maternalnih antitela na stvaranje i na razvoj sopstvenog imunološkog odgovora prasadi nakon vakcinacije.U našim ispitivanjima konstatovani su povoljni efekti u svim fazama ogleda, te stoga primenjena vakcina zaslužuje da bude deo svakog zdravstvenog programa koji se primenjuje u proizvodnji kvalitetnih i zdravih svinja.
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of vaccination on the amount of antibody titers specific for PCV2, and to determine the effect of vaccination on characteristics of pig production, based on the observed class G antibody titers in piglets and fattener pigs.Immunoprophylaxis measures, that are still considered indispensable in this disease prevention have not been part of the control in our country, as opposed to a large number of vaccinated sows and piglets in the world. For this reason and the fact that significant researches are not undertaken in our country, the results of Ingelvac@ CircoFLEX vaccine efficiency testing of manufacturer Boehringer Ingelheim, Ingelheim/Rhein, Germany, could constitute a solid basis for the eventual inclusion of this vaccine in prevent tecnology of circovirus infections in our swine herds.The experiment was conducted on 900 piglets divided into 3 groups of 300 piglets. The first group (A) was vaccinated at 15 days old, the second (B) at 21 days old while the third group (C) was the control group. Determining the antibody titers specific for PCV2 was performed by an indirect ELISA method.On the day of vaccination, all pigs showed the presence of antibodies specific for PCV2. The highest antibody titer was found 7 days after vaccination in group B and was 9.63; in group A it was 8.59, while in group C the value was 7.33. The lowest values of antibody titers in vaccinated groups were found on 35th day and the highest on 90th day after vaccination. In the control group, from the moment the trial started, the average titer decreased continuously until the 60th day, after which the antibody titer specific for PCV2 tended to rise. Vaccinated piglets had significantly greater average daily weight gain (+54 g/day in group A; +60 g/day in group B), lower mortality (-1.67% in group A; -2.67% in group B) and a lower percentage of rejects (-5.67% group A; -6% group B) compared to the control group.Group B piglets attained the best results, so the vaccination of piglets at 21 days old would have an advantage compared to vaccination at 15 days old, although we note that at 15 days old, there is a far greater influence of maternal antibodies on the creation and development of immune responses in the piglets after vaccination.In our examinations the favorable effects at all stages of the experiment are ascertained, therefore applied vaccine deserves to be part of any health program which is applied in the production of high-quality and healthy pigs.

Hans Jonas (1903-1993) foi um filósofo judeu-alemão que sob os auspícios de Martin Heidegger desenvolveu uma leitura existencialista do fenômeno do gnosticismo, visto por ele como uma religião dualista cujos contornos antecedem e influenciam o Cristianismo Primitivo. Esta leitura tem ecos ainda hoje na reconstrução histórica do gnosticismo, ainda que alguns autores modernos como Michael Williams (1996) e Karen King (2001) tenham feito duras críticas. Na presente dissertação, verificamos que a análise de Jonas é permeada por conceitos antitéticos na formulação do problema gnóstico. São eles: oriente e ocidente, mito e misticismo, mitologia e filosofia, conhecimento e fé, princípio gnóstico e princípio de responsabilidade. Os conceitos antitéticos são limitativos, pois são assimétricos, isto é, a contraparte que pretendem definir é inferiorizada. (KOSELLECK, 2006) Embora Jonas tenha se voltado ao problema do organismo como ontologia após a experiência traumática da Segunda Guerra Mundial, o princípio gnóstico foi a pedra de toque para a formulação de outro princípio em seu período de maturidade: o princípio responsabilidade. Portanto, concordamos com Wadelstein (2000) quando afirma que a franca hostilidade ao princípio gnóstico do Jonas filósofo da natureza e da responsabilidade não permitiu que sua leitura do gnosticismo avançasse, não obstante a possibilidade de contato com os novos documentos de Nag Hammadi.
Hans Jonas (1903-1993) was a German-Jew philosopher who developed an existentialist view to the gnostic phenomena under the scope and orientation of Martin Heidegger, which is a dualistic religion which boundaries had preceded and influenced the Early Christians. Such understanding has yet today played an important role on the historical reconstruction of Gnosticism, even though it has gathered heavy criticism from current scholars such as Michael Williams (1996) and Karen King (2001). In this dissertation is verified that Jonas‘analysis over Gnosticism is trespassed by non-ethical concepts in the basis to the development of the Gnostic construct. So they are: East and West; Myth and Mysticism; Mythology and Philosophy, Faith and Knowledge, Gnostic Principle and Responsibility Principle. Such non-ethical concepts are restrictive itselves since they are asymmetrical, namely, the counterpart they are supposed to define is diminished by them (KOSELLECK, 2006). Although Hans Jonas had turned to face the problem of the self as an ontological one, after World War II, it was the Gnostic Principle the linking point to the construction of his other Principle on his later days: the Responsibility Principle. So that, in accordance to Wadelstein (2000), it was due to the plain hostility towards Jonas’ construct on Gnostic Principle that prevented his understanding over gnosticism from advancing further, despite the possible conection of his ideas with the new-found Nag Hammadi papers.

Throughout the twentieth century, the relationship between representation and abstraction has been regarded predominantly in terms of opposition. One of the prominent early twentieth-century defenders of this approach is Wilhelm Worringer (1881-1965), who introduces representation and abstraction as antithetic modes of art-making in Abstraction and Empathy. A Contribution to the Psychology of Style (1908). However, while he distinguishes between abstraction and representation on theoretical grounds, Worringer also observes that, in the history of art, these modes of art-making coexist. The current thesis examines Worringer’s approach to the writing of art history and theory, inquiring into his perspective on the personal responses of viewers and artists to the world, and the manifestations of these responses in art. Abstraction and Empathy addresses issues of empathy, form, and will, in aesthetics and art-making; it discusses and extends the writings of Theodor Lipps, Immanuel Kant, Arthur Schopenhauer, and Alois Riegl. At the beginning of the twentieth century, Worringer’s book attracted much attention: like its sequel, Form in Gothic (1910), it was often associated with the rise to prominence of Expressionism in Germany. Later in the twentieth century, Worringer’s thought came under the scrutiny of Rudolf Arnheim, who criticized Worringer’s emphasis on abstract-representational opposition. Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari praised Worringer’s approach to antithesis, yet questioned the terms Worringer proposed as opposites. For Arnheim, Deleuze and Guattari, alternatives to the antithesis between abstraction and representation became visible. Indeed, in Worringer’s time, artists such as Adolf Hildebrand, Ferdinand Hodler, Paul Cézanne, Claude Monet and Wassily Kandinsky underscored the common grounds between representation and abstraction. Exploring Worringer’s Abstraction and Empathy and Form in Gothic, as well as the words and works of Hildebrand, Hodler, Cézanne, Monet and Kandinsky, this thesis aims to highlight abstract-representational interplay as observable in early twentieth-century writing and art-making.

The subject of this thesis is Emile Zola’s novel Thérèse Raquin (1867). The principal aim is to examine lexical repetitions and their importance for semantic networks. The thesis studies the use of the noun cou and certain of its co-occurrences, as well as the use of colours and their derivatives. Employing the methods of Greimas and Rastier, the study is based upon two analyses, one narratological and the other thematic, an approach which allows us not only to study the importance of lexical repetitions, but also to study another aspect of the writing, Zola’s various sources of inspiration. This approach aids in showing the stylistic profile of the novel from a new perspective. Our second aim concerns the Swedish translations of the text. The degree of equivalence of lexical repetitions and their transmission has been studied in three versions (Wilson, 1884, Bjurman, 1911, and Bouleau, 1953). Our analysis draws on Berman’s and Heldner’s ideas about the critical evaluation of translated literary texts. The results of this thesis show that Zola, in Thérèse Raquin, uses lexical repetitions to create a stylistic effect that not only draws inspiration from literary and artistic sources, but that is also inspired by real events of the time. These stylistic properties, such as the system of colour leitmotivs, must be conveyed in a translation that is to be considered faithful to the original. The findings of this study suggest that there is a dependency between two of the examined versions and that it would be desirable to produce a new Swedish translation of the novel, equivalent to Zola’s text.
Le roman Thérèse Raquin (1867) d’Émile Zola est l’objet d’étude de la présente thèse. Le premier but est d’y examiner des répétitions lexicales et leur importance pour des réseaux sémantiques. Nous y étudions l’emploi du nom cou et certaines de ses co-occurrences, ainsi que des couleurs et leurs dérivés présents. Suivant des méthodes de Greimas et Rastier, l’étude s’effectue au moyen de deux analyses, l’une narratologique, l’autre thématique, ce qui nous permet non seulement d’examiner l’importance des répétitions lexicales, mais aussi d’étudier un aspect supplémentaire de l’écriture, les diverses sources d’inspiration de Zola. Cette approche contribue à montrer, dans une perspective nouvelle, le profil stylistique du roman. Notre deuxième but concerne des traductions suédoises du texte. Dans trois versions (Wilson, 1884, Bjurman, 1911, et Bouleau, 1953), est évalué le degré d’équivalence des répétitions lexicales et la transmission des répétitions lexicales examinées. Pour notre analyse, nous nous servons des idées de Berman et de Heldner, qui traitent le sujet d’évaluation critique de textes littéraires traduits.  Les résultats de la présente thèse montrent que Zola, dans Thérèse Raquin, utilise les répétitions lexicales pour créer un effet de style qui puise son inspiration non seulement dans des sources littéraires et artistiques, mais aussi dans des événements de la réalité de son époque. Ces propriétés stylistiques, comme la systématique des leitmotivs des couleurs, doivent être rendues dans une traduction censée être fidèle à l’original. Les analyses de notre étude évoquent qu’il y a une dépendance entre deux des versions examinées et qu’il est souhaitable de produire une nouvelle traduction suédoise du roman, équivalente au texte de Zola.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to assess the cogency of Francis Schaeffer‘s apologetic in light of John Frame‘s triperspectival epistemology, giving special attention to the existential perspective evident throughout Schaeffer‘s trilogy. The study achieves this aim by employing the instrumental case study method to meet five specific objectives. First, the study determines the extent to which Schaeffer‘s existential perspective is recognized within the apologetic literature that critically engages with his ideas. Based on these sources, the study determines that this perspective is recognized in Schaeffer‘s work but not as an integral component within a broader perspectival approach to apologetics. Second, the study discovers the ways in which Frame‘s triperspectivalism may be used in analyzing apologetic systems to reveal their strengths, weaknesses and cogency. By giving attention to Frame‘s system as a meta-apologetic, it is evident that this tool is applicable to Schaeffer and to other apologists. This establishes Frame‘s perspectivalism as an appropriate theoretical model to use in an instrumental case study on apologetics. Third, the study analyzes the ways in which Frame‘s triperspectivalism is reflected in Schaeffer‘s trilogy, highlighting the existential perspective. Meeting this objective establishes the central theoretical argument of the study, showing that Frame‘s epistemology reveals the underlying cogency of Schaeffer‘s apologetic credibly (?) and does so most profoundly with respect to the existential perspective. Fourth, the study compares Schaeffer‘s existential perspective with that of E.J. Carnell and secular existentialism, which both apologists confronted. On the basis of Carnell‘s critique of existentialism and his existential apologetic of personal rectitude, credible support is offered for Schaeffer‘s engagement with this philosophical movement and his own existential perspective. Fifth, support is offered for the current relevance of Schaeffer‘s apologetic of personal rectitude by showing how the postmodern situation he anticipated is best addressed using the apologetic tools he offers.

The ultimate aim of this thesis is to contribute to the development of the concept of repulsion in soft power studies. This is achieved through the operational aim, which is to understand the concept of repulsion by exploring how a feeling of repulsion can be engendered in a state or region by the actions or inactions of the agent. As the antithesis of attraction, I argue that repulsion can be elicited in the subject (state or region) through the culture, values or policies of the agent. Australia’s much maligned climate change response and how it has been received in the Pacific islands was selected as a case study. It was concluded through the application of a repulsion framework that Australia’s response to climate change has likely elicited a feeling of repulsion in the Pacific islands. Through the development of a bespoke repulsion framework, in conjunction with an appropriate methodology that supports the identification of repulsion engendered in a subject by an agent, this study contributes to the advancement of repulsion as a cogent concept in soft power studies.

COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR
Este trabalho buscou identificar os efeitos de narrativas dicotomizadas para a história da educação de surdos, tendo como campo de investigação o Instituto Nacional de Educação de Surdos. Apresento uma análise de como o Instituto vem sendo narrado pela produção bibliográfica que se consolidou no campo da educação de surdos, a partir dos anos noventa. A década de 1950, por exemplo, é apresentada, por esses autores, no âmbito estrito do debate linguístico – entre os defensores do ensino através da língua de sinais e os defensores do ensino através da língua oral – de modo antitético e em defesa do ensino através dos sinais. Este percurso de narrativa crítica vem assumindo uma perspectiva de história-tribunal numa lógica de opressores (ouvintes/oralistas) versus oprimidos (surdos/gestualistas). Alguns pioneiros da educação de surdos, dentre eles o francês Jean-Marie Gaspard Itard (1755-1838), são apresentados hoje como anacrônicos em seus tempos por não corresponderem às idéias desse corpo teórico. Considero que a centralidade que essas críticas vêm assumindo opera inúmeros apagamentos e compromete a percepção das interações do campo com o da educação geral. Para a investigação, foram utilizadas fontes de natureza documental e iconográfica além de entrevistas. A compreensão dos processos de memória e história se apoiou, principalmente, em Halbwachs (2006), Le Goff (2003) e Duby (1993) . O estudo apontou que não foi a educação de surdos que não dialogou com a educação regular ou com as políticas nacionais. O que não tem havido é pesquisa sobre esses diálogos.
This work tried to identify the effects of dichotomized narratives to the history of deaf education, having as the field of investigation the National Institute for Deaf Education (Instituto Nacional para Educação de Surdos: INES). An analysis of how the Institute has been narrated in the bibliographic production about deaf education since the nineties is carried out and in it there is an opposition between those who maintain the teaching through the Brazilian sign language and those who defend the oral language, in an antithetic way and with a clear defense of the teaching through the sign language. This route of such a critical narrative has assumed a court-history perspective, in an oppressor logic (listeners/oralists) versus oppressed (deaf/gesture adapters). Some pioneers on deaf education, such as the French Jean-Marie Gaspard Itard (1755-1838), are considered anachronic in their times for not corresponding to such nowadays theoretical formulations. I consider that the centrality that these critics have reached causes innumerable invisibilities that affect the perception of the interactions between the field of deaf education and of general education. For this investigation, besides official documents, interviews and letters have been used as research resources. The comprehension about the processes was based on Halbwachs (2006), Le Goff (2003) and Duby (1993). The present study pointed out that it wasn’t the deaf education which hasn’t dealt with the regular education or national politics. We lack research about these dialogues.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate how Bahamas, a magazine belonging to the antideutsche current in German left-wing politics, acted during a two year period between the summer 2001 and 2003. When explaining the anti-deutsche phenomena and the editors’ politics it is common to take the currents own history-writing as a fact, thus presenting the development of the current as a reaction to outside factors and impulses outside. In this thesis it is stressed that the editors are far from only passively reacting, rather the opposite is true. I claim that the editors have a fixed ideology that they strive to implant in to certain parts of the radical left. This thesis hypothesizes that the editors do this through something that I call ideological intervention. Ideological intervention differs from the common approach, which I call influence, in that it’s focused, timed and directed to achieve as much result as possible. To test the hypothesis, the thesis strives to answer the following questions: When do the editors choose to intervene? Who are they trying to appeal to with these interventions? Who is the target of the editors’ critic and how is it formulated? How is the interventions formulated, is there a pattern?, A jargon? What do they say and what do they not say? The analysis shows that the editors choose to intervene when they think the situation will be as favourable as possible for the intervention. In specific terms this means that they choose to intervene in the context of events that already in themselves bring about attention and discussion. In this way the editors assure that their controversial interventions have the best possibility to spark a controversy and a heated discussion. The interventions are directed to a small segment of the radical left. This segmentmainly identifies itself as anti-fascist and it is interested in theory. They also have some, or a lot of resentment towards the rest of the radical left. The critic the editors formulate mainly directed against the radical left. This implies that the editors are trying to create a rending in the ideological environment that the radical left constitutes. Other phenomena’s that editors direct major critic against is Germany, Nazis and Islam. This critic is, with some exceptions when it comes to Islam, always a critic that appears in relation to the critic of the radical left. In other words, the editors use these phenomena’s to criticize the radical left for its claimed similarities with, and relation to, these phenomena. Things that the editors claim that these phenomena have in common, and that are considered to be negative include collectivism, strive towards equality and anti-global thinking. The texts are written in a unique jargon consisting of a highly academic and philosophic language, often mixed with irrelevant non intellectual arguments based for example on the proposed antagonist mental abilities and personal hygiene. I claim that the jargon is meant to create feelings of exclusiveness among its readers, and thus make them more responsive to the ideology put forward by the editors. In conclusion the analysis supports my hypothesis.

UVOD:  Citopenija je jedna od glavnih  karakteristika mnogih hematoloških bolesti. U  rutinskoj transfuziološkoj upotrebi su metode  detekcije prisustva antitela u serumu ili na  eritrocitima bolesnika. Primena direktnog testa utroška antihumanog globulina predstavlja  efikasan način da se stekne kompletan uvid u imunološka zbivanja na svim krvnim lozama, prati dinamika razvoja antitela i toka bolesti. MATERIJAL I METODE: Svim pacijentima su se iz uzoraka periferne  krvi vršile sledeće analize krvi: 1) direktni antiglobulinski test mikrometodom  aglutinacije u gel karticama (LISS)/ Coombs ID. Dobijeni rezultat aglutinacije mikrometodom na gelu moţe biti negativan ili pozitivan i 2) direktni test utroška antihumanog globulina metodom aglutinacije u epruveti. Očitavanje se vršilo određivanjem razlike u titru antihumanog globuli na i očitavanjem postojeće reakcije aglutinacije dobijene u uzorcima pacijenta u odnosu na rezultate reakcije aglutinacije dobijene sa uzorcima zdrave kontrolne osobe. Test se smatra o pozitivnim ukoliko se dobijala razlika u titru AHG - a za bar dva razređen ja sa pacijentovim ćelijama u odnosu na ćelije zdrave kontrolne osobe. Statistička značajnost  je analizirana t - testom, Spirmanovim  koeficijentom korelacije REZULTATI: Analizirano je 100 pacijenata sa dijagnozom anemije, leukopenije,  limfoproliferativnih bolesti,  trombocitopenije, trombotične trombocitopenijske purpure, idiopatske trombocitopenične purpure, mijelodisplastičnog sindroma, miastenije gravis i sistemskog eritematoznog lupusa pre i nakon primljene terapije. Direktni antiglobulinski test je biopozitivan u 20% slučajeva dok je direktni test utroška antihumanog globulina bio u 51%, odnosno za 31% više. Nakon primljene terapije direktni antiglobulinski test je ostao pozitivan u 18% slučajeva a direktni test utroška antihumanog globulina u 46% što je za 28% više. Utvrđivanjem povezanosti između citopenije i stepena utroška antihumanog globulina dokazano je da svi praćeni parametri utiču na stepen utroška AHG-a: hemoglobin (β=-0,579, p=0,000), hematokrit (β=-0,568, p=0,000), eritrociti (β=-0,519, p=0,000), trombociti (β=-0,617, p=0,000) i leukociti(β=-0,119, p=0,237). Takođe je dokazano da što su vrednosti posmatranih parametara veće, razlika u titru direktnog testa utroška antihumanog globulina je manja što bi išlo u prilog boljoj prognozi posmatranog oboljenja. ZAKLJUČAK: Direktni test utroška antihumanog globulina je značajno osetljiviji test u odnosu na direktni antihumani globulinski test. Postoji pozitivna korelacija između citopenije i stepena konzumacije antihumanog globulina. Smanjenje titra antitela direktnog testa utroška antihumanog globulina je jedan od pokazatelja bolje prognoze bolesti.
INTRODUCTION: Cytopenia is one of the main characteristics of many hematologic diseases. In routine use are methods of detecting the presence of antibodies in the serum or on red blood cells of patients. The application of direct consumption test of antihuman globulin is an efficient way to gain complete insight into the immunological events at all bloodlines, monitor the dynamics of the development of antibodies and disease progression. MATERIALS AND METHODS: All patients samples were tested for: 1) direct antiglobulin test by micro agglutination method in the gel card (LISS) / Coombs ID. The result obtained by micro agglutination gel can be negative or positive, 2) direct consumption test of antihuman globulin in a test tube. Interpretation is performed by determining differences in titer of antihuman globulin by reading existing reactions of agglutination in samples of the patient and compare it to the results obtained with the samples of the healthy control persons. The test is considered positive if the difference in titres obtained AHG differs for at least two dilutions of a patient's cells compared to cells of healthy control persons. Statistical significance was analyzed by t-test, Spearman correlation coefficient. RESULTS: A total of 100 patients diagnosed withanemia, leukopenia, lymphoproliferative disease, thrombocytopenia, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, myelodysplastic syndrome, myasthenia gravis and systemic lupus erythematosus were analyzed before and after receiving treatment. Direct antiglobulin test was positive in 20% cases, while the direct consumption test of anti-human globulin was 51%, that is the difference of 31%. After treatment direct antiglobulin test remainedpositive in 18% of cases and direct consumption test of antihuman globulin was in 46%, which is 28% higher. Determining the relationship between the degree of cytopenia and consumption of anti-human globulin showed that all monitored parameters affect the level of consumption: hemoglobin (β = -0.579, p = 0.000), hematocrit (β = -0.568, p = 0.000), erythrocytes (β = -0.519 , p = 0.000), platelets (β = -0.617, p = 0.000) and leukocytes (β = -0.119, p = 0.237). It was also proved that if the values of observed parameters are higher, difference in titer of direct consumption test of antihuman globulin is lower, which can indicate better prognosis of disease. CONCLUSION: Direct consumption test of antihuman globulin was significantly more  sensitive test than the direct anti-human globulin test. There is a positive correlation between the degree of cytopenia and consumption of anti-human globulin. Decrease in antibody titer in direct consumption test of antihuman globulinis an indicator of a better prognosis of the disease.

Il est d'usage de parler d’un « Pasolini frioulan », jouant, à notre avis, sur l'ambiguïté de cette expression selon le sens que l’on veut attribuer au terme «frioulan» : substantif, entendu comme langue, ou bien adjectif. Ou encore, les deux à la fois, puisque l'opération recherchée par Pasolini était justement de fusionner en quelque sorte ces deux valeurs en une seule réalité culturelle.En essayant de se plonger avec prudence dans l’intimité de l’auteur nous avons organisé notre travail autour de trois axes qui correspondent respectivement au frioulan, à la poétique et au théâtre. Nous avons suivi un chemin qui trace une ligne directrice de l'expérience frioulane qui commence avec Poesie a Casarsa, en passant par ledit « journal inédit » et s’achève avec le drame théâtral « I turcs tal Friul ».L'approche analytique des trois phénomènes explique comment le timp furlan de Pasolini n’est pas une exclusivité biographique ou poétique (La meglio gioventù), mais une réalité riche et complexe dans laquelle les concepts de langue, d'identité et d'autonomie sont liés au Frioul. En ce qui concerne Pasolini et son séjour au Frioul nous ne pouvons parler d’une immersion totale dans l’ « Eden » frioulan, mais plutôt d’un jeu culturel très intéressant entre italianité et « frioulanité », qui nous permet de placer où bon nous semble les frontières pasoliniennes dans l'identité frioulane
When approaching the so called “Pasolini friulano” [Friulian Pasolini], the specialists usually play on the ambiguity of the italian term “friulano”: Friulian as a noun, i.e. the language, or as an adjective, i.e. relating to the region? In our opinion the term covers both of them, because the intended purpose of Pasolini was precisely to merge somehow these two values into an unique cultural reality.Exploring carefully the author’s personal word more through the analysis of his literary works than his biographical data, this research focuses mainly on the Friulian language, the poetry, and the theatre. Having Poesie a Casarsa as starting point, it discusses also the so called Diario Inedito and the drama I Turcs tal Friul, with the aim to establish useful guidelines for a better understanding of the Friulian experience of Pasolini. The analytical approach of these three literary works proves that the timp furlan [friulian time] is not just a poetic or biographical fact (La meglio gioventù): it covers actually a very rich and complex reality, in which the idea of Friuli is strictly connected to the concepts of language, identity and political autonomy. During his stay in Friuli, Pasolini has not experienced a full-immersion in a Friulian Eden. Rather, he played a very interesting cultural game with the ideas of being Italian and/or Friulian. In this context, it is not possible to mark out clearly the Friulian identity of Pasolini and for this reason its boundaries can be shifted at leisure

Gippius, la présente thèse tâche de démontrer que le mythe de l’androgyne sous-tend la poésie de cet auteur et permet de la lire comme une première mise en action d’un projet utopique d’humanité transfigurée. La thèse procède des points de convergence entre les thèmes propres aux réflexions utopiques (personne, amour et société) et les principales situations discursives de la poésie lyrique. Aussi se structure-t-elle en trois parties qui progressent de l’androgynie comme principe constitutif de la personne idéale (étudiée à travers le JE du sujet lyrique) vers la conception de l’amour androgyne (qui établit la relation entre le JE du sujet lyrique et le TU de l’allocutaire) et, enfin, vers la dimension collective de l’androgynie (avec le NOUS comme reflet d’une divino-humanité androgyne) Se penchant sur l’emploi que Gippius fait de l’antithèse, cette étude tente de saisir la démarche créatrice du poète-symboliste qui partirait d’une recherche quasi obsessionnelle des opposés pour aboutir à la synthèse universelle et se traduirait à travers le champ sémantique de l’union et de la fusion, à travers la place stratégique en fin de texte des mots et des séquences qui expriment cette sémantique et, surtout, à travers l'emploi de l’oxymore et du paradoxisme, tous deux relevant de la coincidentia oppositorum dont le mythe de l’androgyne est une des manifestations.C’est à un véritable acte démiurgique que l’on assimilerait l’écriture de Gippius au fil de laquelle, grâce à la fluidité des genres et des incarnations des principes masculin et féminin l’androgynie devient le principe fondateur de l’univers poétique tout entier
By systematically analysing the poetry of Zinaida Gippius, this thesis attempts to show that the myth of the androgyne underlies the poet’s work, letting it be read as the initial stage of implementation of a utopian scheme of transfigured humanity. The thesis proceeds from the points of convergence of the themes characteristic of utopian thinking (person, love and society) and the principal discursive situations found inlyric poetry. It is ordered in three parts, progressing from the androgynous as a constitutive principle of the ideal human being (examined through the lyric subject I) to the conception of androgynous love (establishing the relationship between the lyric I and the YOU addressed), and finally to the collective dimension of theandrogynous (where the WE is the reflection of an androgynous humanity-divine).Considering the use Gippius makes of antithesis, this study attempts to grasp the symbolist poet’s creative process, which appears to spring from an almost obsessive search for opposites, and to lead to universal synthesis, as translated through the semantic field of union and fusion, through the strategic positioning at theend of the text of the words and sequences that express this semantic field, and especially through the use ofthe oxymoron and the paradox, both being part of the coincidentia oppositorum of which the myth of the androgyne is one manifestation.The writing of Gippius can be likened to a veritable demiurgic act via which, thanks to the fluidity of the genders and the incarnations of the two fundamental principles – the masculine and feminine – the androgynous becomes the founding principle of the whole poetic universe

Dijabetesna retinopatija je među vodećim uzročnicima stečenog slepila, kako u razvijenim zemljama, tako i zemljama u razvoju. Dijabetesna retinopatija je jedna odnajčešćih komplikacija Dijabetes Mellitus-a. U sklopu dijabetesne retinopatije jedan od najranijih razloga koji dovodi do pada vidne oštrine je dijabetični makularni edem (DME). Pad vidne oštrine kod pacijenata sa dijabetesom narušava njihov kvalitet života i umanjuje radnu sposobnost. Dosadašnji oblik lečenja laserfotokoaguacijom makule, nije dao zadovoljavajuće rezultate. U novije vreme sve više je zastupljeno farmakološko lečenje edema koje podrazumeva intrvitrealnu aplikaciju lekova iz grupe inhibitora vaskularnog endotelnog faktora rasta (VEGF inhibitori), koji dovodi do stabilizacije zidova krvnih sudova. Cilj ove studije je da se ispita efikasnost lečenja DME uz pomoć intravitrealno aplikovanih lekova iz grupe inhibitora vaskularnog endotelnog faktora rasta u odnosu na konvencionalno do sada priznato lečenje laserfotokogulacijom makule. Efikasnost lečenja je procenjivana na dva načina: anatomski, na osnovu smanjenja centralne makularne debljine izražene u μm, merene metodom optičke koherentne tomografije, i funkcionalno, na osnovu poboljšanja vidne oštrine koja je izražavana u log MAR jedinicama. U ovoj prospektivnoj, randomiziranoj kliničkoj studiji sa minimumom praćenja od 6 meseci, u eksperimentalnoj grupi tretiran je 51 pacijent,odnosno 84 oka aplikacijom bevacizumaba (anti VEGF agens) u dozi od 1,25 mg, sa ili bez dodatnog laser tretmana. Uz prosečno 2,46 inekcije postignuta je prosečna redukcija centralne makularne debljine od 139,15 μm.  Dobijene vrednosti su nakon svake aplikovane doze su značajno bolje u odnosu na početnu. Edemi sa većom centralnom makularnom debljinom su zahtevali tretman sa većim brojem inekcija. Kod većih edema je postignuta i veća redukcija centralne makularne debljine. U odnosu na vidnu oštrinu u eksperimentalnoj grupi postignuto je poboljšanje od 0,135 log MAR jedinica. Efekat lasera kao samostalne terapije u kontrolnoj grupi (50 pacijenata, 92 oka) nije bioznačajan ni u pogledu smanjenja centralne makularne debljine kao ni na osnovu poboljšnja vidne oštrine. Tretman bevacizumabom samostalno ili u kombinaciji sa laserom je efikasniji u tretmanu DME u odnosu na konvencionalni tretman laserfotokoaguacijom koji potvrđeno dovodi do stabilizacije stanja. Značaj ove studije je potvrda efikasnosti i bezbednosti jednog novog oblika lečenja koji samostalno ili u kombinaciji sa laser tretmanom predstavlja novi protokol lečenja dijabetičnog makularnog edema.
Diabetic retinopathy is among the leading causes of acquired blindness in developed countries, as well as in developing countries. Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most frequent Diabetes Mellitus complications. Within diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema (DME) is one of the earliest causes of the loss of visual acuity. Impaired vision causes decline in life quality in diabetic patients and it decreases theirworking ability. Up to this date, laser photocoagulation treatment has not givensatisfactory results. Recently, new promising treatment forms have emerged, including the intravitreal application of vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF inhibitors), which lead to stabilization of the vessel wall. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of DME treatment consisting of intravitreal  VEGF inhibitor application alone or as a part of combined treatment (intravitreal VEGF inhibitor plus laser photocoagulation) compared with conventional laser treatment alone. The effect of treatment was evaluated according to morphological parameters by measuring central macular thickness (CMT) in μm with optical coherence tomography, and according to functional parameter by visual acuity in log MAR scale. In this prospective randomized clinical trial, with minimum follow up of 6 months, in experimental group 51 patient, or 84 eyes were treated with bevacizumab (VEGF inhibitor) in 1.25 mg dosage, alone or in combination with laser. The mean reduction in was 139.15 μm, which was achieved with 2.46 doses on average. The difference between the final and initial CMT values after each dos age was tatistically significant.Edemas with high central macular thickness required high number of intravitealaplicatons and the reduction was higher. In our study, mean visual acuity improved significantly in 0.135 log MAR. In control group (50 patient, 92 eyes) treated with laserphotocolagulation alone, the effect on visual acuity and central acular thickness was not statistically significant. The treatment with bevacizumab alone or in combinedtreatment is more effective in treating DME than conventional macular laser treatment alone, from both - anatomical and functional perspective. The importance of this study is confirmation of the efficacy and safety of a new form of treatment and the introduction of a new protocol for the treatment of diabetic macular edema.

Uvod: Reumatoidni artritis (RA) je bolest koja dovodi do ireverzibilnog oštećenja zglobova usled čega je neophodno pri postavljanju dijagnoze započeti lečenje. TNF-alfa inhibitori predstavljaju revolucionarno otkriće u lečenju RA, pri čemu su najčešće korišćeni Etanercept i Adalimumab. Oni nisu efikasni kod svih pacijenata kod kojih se primene, a mehanizmi gubitka odgovora nisu jasni. Cilj rada je odrediti uticaj Etanercepta i Adalimumaba na aktivnost bolesti (merenjem DAS28 SE i DAS28 CRP skora) i funkcionalni status pacijenata (merenjem HAQ-DI upitnika), broj bolnih i otečnih zglobova pre i tokom godinu dana primene ovih lekova, kao i utvrditi povezanost koncentracije Etanercepta i Adalimumaba u krvi sa vrednostima DAS28 SE u momentu odreĎivanja koncentracije leka. Praćena je i učestalost neželjenih efekata kod pacijenata lečenih sa ova dva leka. Ispitan je i uticaj primene Metotreksata na nivoe lekova u krvi, kao i doza Metotreksata pre i 6 meseci nakon uvoĎenja Etanercepta ili Adalimumaba. Metode: Studija je sprovedena u Specijalnoj bolnici za reumatske bolesti i Klinici za nefrologiju i kliničku imunologiju, Kliničkog centra Vojvodine u Novom Sadu i obuhvatila je 88 pacijenata kod kojih je postavljena dijagnoza RA, od kojih je 49 bilo lečeno Etanerceptom, a 39 Adalimumabom. Analizirana je medicinska dokumentacija, a nakon početka primene TNF-alfa inhibitora svim ispitanicima je u toku godinu dana svaka tri meseca raĎena kontrola koja je podrazumevala anamnezu i fizički pregled, analizu biohemijskih nalaza krvi, merena je aktivnost bolesti merenjem indeksa aktivnosti bolesti DAS28 SE i DAS28 CRP i raĎena procena funkcionalnog statusa tako što je pacijent popunjavao HAQ-DI upitnik. Rezultati: Aktivnost RA merena DAS28 SE i DAS28 CRP indeksima, funkcionalni status meren HAQ-DI upitnikom, broj bolnih i otečenih zglobova i vrednosti reaktanata akutne faze značajno su veći pre početka terapije Etanerceptom i Adalimumabom i smanjuje se tokom prvih 6 meseci lečenja ovim lekovima i potom se taj efekat terapije održava do kraja perioda praćenja. Nema statistički značajne razlike u poreĎenju Etanercepta i Adalimumaba u odnosu na učestalost neželjenih dejstava. Doza Metotreksata je statistički značajno manja 6 meseci nakon upotrebe biološkog leka Etanercept i Adalimumab. Pacijenti lečeni Metotreksatom uz Adalimumab imali su statistički značajno veće nivoe leka, nego oni koji ga nisu koristili. Zaključak: TNF-alfa inhibitori ne dovode do zaustavljanja bolesti kod svih pacijenata kod kojih se primene. Mehanizam gubitka odgovora na terapiju TNF-alfa inhibitorima nije jasan. Kako bi se donela najbolja odluka za pacijenta, neophodno je odrediti nivo leka u krvi, kao i nivo antitela na lek prilikom svake promene stanja pacijenta. Za sada nema dovoljno studija koje ukazuju da li postoji veza izmeĎu ekspresije TNF-alfa gena i nivoa TNF-alfa u krvi, te da li bi se merenjem TNF-alfa u krvi mogla korigovati terapija i doza TNF-alfa inhibitora što će verovatno biti predmet budućih istraživanja.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a disease that leads to irreversible joint damage, which makes necessary to start treatment when the diagnosis is set. TNF-alpha inhibitors represent a revolutionary discovery in the treatment of RA, and the most commonly used are Etanercept and Adalimumab. They are not effective in all patients, and the mechanisms of loss of response are not clear. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Etanercept and Adalimumab on disease activity (by measuring DAS28 SE and DAS28 CRP score) and the functional status of patients (by measuring the HAQ-DI questionnaire), the number of painful and swollen joints before and during the first year of administration of these drugs. Also, it was determined a correlation between the concentration of Etanercept and Adalimumab in blood and the values of DAS28 SE at the moment of drug concentration measurement. The incidence of adverse effects in patients treated with these two drugs was also observed. It was examined the effect of Methotrexate on drug levels in the blood as well as the dose of Methotrexate before and 6 months after the introduction of Etanercept or Adalimumab. Methods: The study was conducted at the Special Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases and the Clinic of Nephrology and Clinical Immunology, Clinical Center of Vojvodina in Novi Sad. It included 88 patients with RA, 49 were treated with Etanercept and 39 with Adalimumab. Medical documentation was analyzed, and during the first year of TNF-alpha inhibitor administration, every three months were done anamnesis and physical examination, analysis of blood biochemical findings, measurements of the disease activity with DAS28 SE and DAS28 CRP score and a functional status assessment with the HAQ-DI questionnaire. Results: Disease activity measured by DAS28 SE and DAS28 CRP scores, functional status measured with HAQ-DI questionnaire, number of painful and swollen joints and acute phase reactant values are significantly higher before Etanercept and Adalimumab therapy and decreased during the first 6 months of treatment with these drugs and then this effect of therapy is maintained until the end of the monitoring period. There is no statistically significant difference in the comparison of Etanercept and Adalimumab with respect to the frequency of adverse events. The dose of Methotrexate was statistically significantly lower for 6 months after the use of Etanercept and Adalimumab. Patients treated with Methotrexate and Adalimumab had statistically significantly higher drug levels than those who did not use it. Conclusion: TNF-alpha inhibitors are not effective in all patients who used them. The mechanism of loss of response to TNF-alpha inhibitors is not clear. In order to make the best decision for the patient, it is necessary to determine the drug level in the blood as well as the level of antibodies to the drug in each change in the patient's condition. For now, there are not enough studies to indicate whether there is a link between expression of the TNF-alpha gene and the level of TNF-alpha in the blood, and whether the measurement of the TNF-alpha in blood could be used for therapy correction and change of dose of TNF-alpha inhibitor, which is likely to be the subject of the future research.

This thesis discusses an experiment in contemporary German Protestant theology to interpret the meaning of salvific death of Jesus Christ through category of expiation, respectively expiation sacrifice of post-exile Old Testament Priest-Theology, which was examined of biblical and systematic theologians connected with the Theological faculty in Tübingen, which responded to criticism of cultic ideas in Christology in 20th century. In the first chapter I reflect the latest debate on the Cross of Christ in Germany, where the traditional concepts such as sacrifice, reconciliation and expiation (German "Sühne") are sharply criticized. In the second chapter, I also reflect the current debate about Christ's cross in the Czech theological discussion, which aroused over the book of Jakub Trojan, and I find that some of his opponents used Tübingen antithesis. In the third chapter I reflect, in which systematic-theological coordinates interpretation of the redemptive significance of Jesus' death is traditionally introduced, in relation with three historical models soteriologické Gustaf Auléna (Latin, classical, liberal). Antithesis in rhetoric achieves balance, harmony and rhythm. Unfortunately, it is often confused with "symmetry" and the interest in the echoing and contrasting visual design of antithesis is often lost. In view of which, this research makes an attempt to explore the forms and contents of antithesis in literary rhetoric through studies on the basis and characteristics of the vast applications in literature based on the associated definitions and classifications, identify the connections between antithesis in rhetoric and visual designs, and clarify the differences between antithesis and symmetry. In the studies, theories of several scholars, including Saussure’s semiotics and double articulation theories, Denmarkian scholar Louis Hjelmslev’s glossematics and Roland Barthes’s signification, were devised for semiotic interpretation; through which, we derived a translation model for visual antithesis. Through further case study, we outputted four forms of expression, including reverted single image, dissected single image, parallel double image and embedded double image, which are then linked to three forms of content, right pairing, reversed pairing and streamed pairing, to produce 12 representations of visual antithesis. The final images are then used for the design of apparel for couples.

Abstract:
The now taken-for-granted notion that data lead to information, which leads to knowledge, which in turn leads to wisdom was first specified in detail by R. L. Ackoff in 1988. The Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom hierarchy is based on filtration, reduction, and transformation. Besides being causal and hierarchical, the scheme is pyramidal, in that data are plentiful while wisdom is almost nonexistent. Ackoffâ s formula linking these terms together this way permits us to ask what the opposite of knowledge is and whether analogous principles of hierarchy, process, and pyramiding apply to it. The inversion of the Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom hierarchy produces a series of opposing terms (including misinformation, error, ignorance, and stupidity) but not exactly a chain or a pyramid. Examining the connections between these phenomena contributes to our understanding of the contours and limits of knowledge.

The basement and the main structure depend on my collected data, analysis and induction of similar topics of documents, research and publication. The research objection is to show the beauty, to make people know the importance of the culture of antithesis and the result could be used in the program of school. The second chapter “The research of antithesis” discusses the meaning, the origin and classification of antithesis, the principle of phrase, the unique and absolute function and employment in the decorative art of temple. Those are the basic theory and research topics in this thesis.Chapter three “The research of temple antithesis” records all the antithesis’s Ankeng three main tamples, Taiping Temple、Runji Temple、Rihsing Temple, and the Tudigong temple group. I provide the table description in the appendix. On the point of view of literature I explore the relationship between the phrases of antithesis and temple, show the beauty of literature, the engraving of calligraphy, the reveal of educative function, resolving the accent and symmetry of antithesis, the meaning of operation. Firstly, a complete and logical narration and discussion on its historical origin, function and application trait have been done .On the aspect of connotation , it mainly studies systematically with a focus on meanings,, rhetoric , aesthetic effort in phonology and artistic presentation ( material quality , carving style and fonts involved ) of related boards and couplets . Afterwards,a further research on cultural implication of inscribed boards and couplets in Matsu temples in Tainan City to gain historical and cultural significance was entirely presented . lt '' s with an aim at offering a different Matsu research direction from previous time . The paper can also be a historical witness for the reservation of cultural property .

And further explore the symmetry of the operating practices. Figure ground reversal and symmetrical forms-based are manifestation of the creative research.Chapter III collect and to analyze the cards of life rituals-the full moon cards, wedding invitations, and obituaries. And know the deta results are the design of the full moon cards for western-style. The design of wedding invitations can increase the availability and practical value. The design of obituaries can increase convertible state of mind, more optimistic and warm.To Add worth for the card design, cultural conservation is as the main design principles. Combination of symmetry of four methods of operation- Translation、Spegelung、Drehung and Streckung. To constitute a symmetric form with dual image. Symmetric form to retain the meaning of “pairs” has to use “Spegelung”. To retain the concept of auspicious cultural has to use of Chinese lucky number-6 and 8. This paper engages its research object to Pey-Chwen Lin’s work series “Antithesis and Intertext” to probes into the dialectics and intertext of works in female consciousness of subjectivity. The “Antithesis and Intertext” series one of is the most important works in Lin’s period of so called “deconstruct of Patriarchy” which was first exhibited at Taipei Fine Arts Museum in 1995. Although this series that belonging to the early period is very significant in her transformation of creation, which has postmodern features as well as multi-textual expression of “Inter-texts” and “dialectics”, along with a distinct subject of female consciousness that also influences her later period works style. This study has certain aspects as following: firstly, to explores Pey-Chwen Lin's life with her artistic cultivate background at the creation narration, through an interview in-depth with the artist; to understand the evolution and concepts of her creation career in concerning about certain issues and interrelationship with relevant course of her life expansion; moreover, to compare her with Mary Kelly conceptual work of “Post Partum Document”, in addition, to try to explore Pey-Chwen Lin's inspiration for creation from those ideas, also to survey the evolution of style development. Since the custom of women’s “foot-binding” in the oriental tradition is an important symbol in shaping of Lin’s “Antithesis and Intertext” from which the issue was orientated itself into her conception, so I have to explore the creative motives in the exhibition to depict its derivation of sign foot-binding, and with this genealogy we can review their form and content in a post-modern aspect. Furthermore, based on the analytic theory of semiotics and hermeneutics, this paper takes on surveying the multiple textual and dialectics in Lin’s work as well as elucidating the invisibility and implication within the text-interpretation in hermeneutic perspectives. And finally, in the bodily performance of “female Consciousness of subjectivity” and “anti-mythic” into de-embodiment, this paper is required to respond to the social reality and it critique through mutual dialectics. In addition to reflection of the female arts and relevant arts criticism, and following the trace of western feminist art and the development of Taiwan female arts, as well as reviewing of arts evaluation on “Antithesis and Intertext” namely in a historical point of view, we do examine how the influential and development of female consciousness of subjectivity was formed in Pey-Chwen Lin’s works. The conclusion, showing in the internalizing process of explicit awareness of female consciousness, we can see a boundless enthusiasm and dedication to art in Pey-Chwen Lin devoting to the inheritance of art education, her increasing to establish more influence and consequence endowment in Taiwan art, then to end with this paper we try to give some suggestions with future study to a whole review of her outstanding works.

Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення теорії гумору (В. Пропп, А. Бергсон, Ю. Борев та ін.), стилістики (І. Гальперін, І. Арнольд та ін.) та перекладознавства (В. Коптілов, В. Комісаров та ін.). Отримані результати: було розглянуто підходи до визначення природи комічного та способів його реалізації у художньому тексті, особливості гумору та іронії як видів комічного, лінгвостилістичні засоби творення гумору та іронії у художньому тексті, способи відтворення гумору та іронії у перекладі, запропоновано варіант перекладу українською мовою. Визначено, що продуктивними лінгвостилістичними засобами творення гумору та іронії у романі є: антифразис, антитеза, паралелізм, порівняння, використання лексики інших функціональних стилів. Переклад лексичних стилістичних засобів утворення комічного ефекту вимагає особливої уваги до збереження семантичних аспектів одиниць перекладу, коли ж мова йде про синтаксичні прийоми як основні засоби для вираження гумору у художньому тексті, збереження граматичних структур стає головною стратегією при перекладі таких утворень.
EN : The presented paper addresses the analysis of linguistic and stylistic means of creating humor and irony in literary texts. The object of the work can be defined as linguistic and stylistic means of creating humor and irony in the novel "Cakes and Ale or the Skeleton in the Cupboard" by W. Somerset Maugham. The main aim of the paper is in analyzing the peculiarities of the reproduction of humor and irony in the translation of "Cakes and Ale or the Skeleton in the Cupboard" into Ukrainian and Russian. The author considers the approaches to determining the nature of the comic and the ways of its realization in literary texts, features of humor and irony as types of the comic, linguistic and stylistic means of creating humor and irony in literary texts, ways of reproducing humor and irony in translation in this work. It is determined that the productive linguistic and stylistic means of creating humor and irony in the novel are: antiphrase, antithesis, parallelism, simile, parenthesis and use of vocabulary of other functional styles. The translation of lexical stylistic means of creating a comic effect requires special attention to preserving the semantic aspects of translation units, but when it comes to syntactic techniques as the main means of expressing humor in literary texts, preserving grammatical structures is the main strategy in such cases.
