Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales)<br>De la investigación pasada y actual relativa a la formación filosófica de Bello, en especial de las influencias que recibe de diversos pensadores que juegan un papel preponderante en la constitución de su material ideológico a partir del cual elaborará su proyecto filosófico más importante, su Filosofía del Entendimiento, esta tesis pretende justificar que en dicho planteamiento filosófico ocupa un lugar relevante la influencia empirista. Dicha posición – la empírica - se caracteriza por su afán de establecer verdades basadas en consideraciones fácticas y sostener que todos los contenidos de conciencia proceden de la experiencia sensible, principios que pensamos, están explícitamente presentes, con algunas variaciones originadas según el sello particular de Bello, a lo largo de las diversas y abundantes expresiones de su legado intelectual, que tanta importancia han tenido en el desarrollo histórico de nuestro país, transformándose en sólido vínculo filosófico que subyace en las diversas materias a la que nuestro pensador se dedico, y que de diversas maneras está presente en los fundamentos de su concepción acerca del Derecho.

Es así como nuestro objetivo ha sido el recabar a través de la doctrina nacional e internacional la significación y repercusión de la obra del autor, no sólo como insigne jurisconsulto, sino también como un práctico del Derecho Internacional en el crucial momento histórico que le tocó vivir, esto es, el nacimiento de las Repúblicas latinoamericanas y su consolidación como naciones independientes. A través de esta investigación hemos comprobado la plena vigencia de su doctrina, su contribución a la unidad latinoamericana, su gran influencia en la formulación de los principios del Derecho Internacional americano, como asimismo, que Andrés Bello era un intelectual de excepción, un adelantado para su época

CONSELHO NACIONAL DE DESENVOLVIMENTO CIENTÍFICO E TECNOLÓGICO<br>A salvação cristã representa o desejo inequívoco de Deus para todo ser humano e para toda teia complexa que faz parte e comporta sua realidade existencial, não ficando nada de fora, de maneira que quanto mais se realiza a pessoa humana, tanto mais ela se salva. Contudo, essa compreensão salvífica foi, ao longo dos tempos, perdendo essa compreensão o que provocou um encolhimento e mesmo um recolhimento subjetivo que marcou presença num estado de ser religioso que se tornou ressentido do mundo e da vida. Ressentimento esse que refluiu corrosivamente para o interior da espiritualidade cristã e que também esboroou a percepção da verdadeira imagem de Deus por parte daqueles que não transitam pela trilha da fé, criando fantasmas e equívocos que só fizeram separar aqueles que deviam trilhar juntos o caminho do dom, da comunhão e da liberdade de ser, a saber, Deus e a pessoa humana. Cônscios de que nesse quadro a maneira pela qual se exprimia essa relação com Deus (em especial quando essa expressão aparece deslocada em relação às novas bases da sensibilidade cultural moderna) foi, em sua medida, um dos motivos da contradição na ideia de salvação que trataremos, nessa dissertação, apoiados em parte da obra de Andrés Torres Queiruga, de reinterpretar o tema da salvação em profundo diálogo com as categorias do nosso tempo e em profunda sintonia com aquele que é o núcleo inconfundível para toda fé cristã: Deus é amor. Disso dependerá nossa coerência teológica no que tange atualizar a mensagem e a realidade que se desprende do tema da salvação enquanto realidade já presente e coerente com a realidade antropológica da pessoa humana, até aquele momento em que esta é elevada à profundidade de sua realização/salvação plena.<br>Christian salvation is the unequivocal desire of God for every human being and the whole complex web that forms a part and involves its existential reality, not getting anything out, so that the more one realizes the human person, the more it saves. However, this understanding of salvation was, over time, losing that understanding what caused a shrinking and even a subjective gathering that was present in a state of being religious that became resentful of the world and life. This resentment that corrosively flowed into the Christian spirituality and also crumbled the perception of the true image of God by those who do not travel the path of faith, creating ghosts and mistakes that only separate those who should walk together the path of the gift , communion and the freedom of being, namely, God and human person. Aware that in this picture the way is expressed this relationship with God (especially when that expression appears offset from the new foundations of modern cultural sensitivity) was, in his measure, the reason for the contradiction in the idea of salvation which we will expose in this dissertation, supported in part of the work of Andres Torres Queiruga to reinterpret the theme of salvation in serious dialogue with the categories of our time and in profound harmony with that which is the distinctive core for all the Christian belief: God is love. It depends on our theological coherence in with respect to update the message and the reality that is detached from the theme of salvation as a reality already present and consistent with the anthropological reality of human beings, until such time as it is raised to the depth of his achievement / full salvation .

Abstract:

This doctoral essay consists of an annotated bibliography and performance guide of the entire body of Andrés Alén’s solo piano music. Written by one of his former pupils, this document provides the reader with a descriptive summary of each one of Alén’s works regarding tempo markings, meter, form, and keys. In addition, the author provides valuable insights on the pieces’ styles, historical background and recording information. The author includes, as an appendix to this essay, the score of his own alternate closing section (montuno) for Alén’s most famous work, Danzón “Legrand”. The biography of the composer is provided in this essay as well.

Abstract:

Nous avons tenté dans cette thèse, à partir de la mise en relation du discours philosophique avec « le politique », rendre compte des allers-retours d’une pensée. Cette problématique nous a mené à parler de sa radicalisation philosophico-politico-pédagogique d’une part, et du curriculum occultum d’une autre. La première souligne le tournant principal dans sa réflexion qui se concrétise autour de la Philosophie de la Libération des années 70 donnant ainsi naissance à sa période latino-américaniste. Le deuxième concept veut mettre en valeur, malgré les tournants et ruptures opérés dans sa pensée contemporaine, sa fidélité à la période que la précède, à savoir, à la philosophie classique et principalement, dans celle-ci, au platonisme. Le grand enjeu de cette thèse est de rompre avec le commentaire académique de son œuvre. Nous avons voulu mettre en scène un philosophe et son combat au milieu des circonstances institutionnelles et politiques où se produit le discours philosophique. A partir de la confrontation du discours philosophique et universitaire de Roig avec son engagement des années 70, nous voulons donner une nouvelle perspective à sa singularité philosophique : du penseur engagé et philo-marxiste, vers le méconnu ou oublié, spiritualiste, platoniste, pédagogue et « réformiste »<br>Stemming from the juxtaposition of philosophical discourse and “the political”, this thesis analyses the allers-retours of Arturo Andrés Roig’s philosophical reflection. This problematic has led us to examine its philosophic-political-pedagogical radicalisation on the one hand, and the curriculum occultum, on the other. The first underlines the turning point in his thinking, which would materialize over the course of the 1970s philosophy of liberation and lead to the emergence of his Latin-American period. The second concept will highlight, despite these shifts and ruptures produced in his contemporary thought, Roig’s loyalty to the preceding period, that is to say, to Classical philosophy and notably, to Platonism. A large contribution of this thesis is to break from established academic commentary of Roig’s work. Instead, we sought to depict and examine a philosopher and his struggle in the context of the institutional and political circumstances in which his philosophical discourse is produced. The confrontation of Roig’s philosophical and academic discourse, which separates him from his political engagement during the 1970s, allows us to establish a new perspective that emphasises his philosophic uniqueness : we will consider him not only as an engaged thinker and Marxist philosopher, but also one concerned with the neglected or forgotten, spiritualist, Platonist, pedagogue and “reformist”

A presente dissertação de mestrado tem como objetivo apresentar a tradução do conto Filiación do autor contemporâneo espanhol Andrés Barba. O corpus deste trabalho de projeto é composto por uma parte teórica onde se demonstram conhecimentos adquiridos e consolidados com base em vários estudos científicos de alguns autores peritos na matéria, e outra parte prática composta pela tradução e respetiva análise tradutológica, na qual se explicitam alguns métodos e procedimentos de tradução aplicados ao longo deste processo. Dando seguimento ao crescente número de traduções de literatura espanhola que surgiu a partir dos anos 90, procurou-se com este estudo disponibilizar em língua portuguesa uma obra que ainda não se encontra traduzida para o português. Tendo em conta a proximidade linguística e geográfica que existe entre Portugal e Espanha, e sendo a língua uma questão identitária de um povo e de uma cultura, considera-se extremamente importante que o leitor português conheça e possa ter acesso a obras de autores espanhóis da atualidade na sua língua materna; Abstract: Translation and Translation Analysis of the tale Filiación by Andrés Barba. This Masters dissertation has its main objective in the translation of the tale Filiación written by the Spanish contemporary author Andrés Barba. The corpus of this project consists of a theoretical part where it figures the acquired knowledge based on a variety of scientific essays by some experts in the subject, and a practical part which consist of the translation and the translation analysis, in which are explained some translation methods and procedures applied during this process. Following up the raising number of spanish literature translations during the 90’s, this essay has the purpose of providing this work of art in portuguese idiom as it was never translated to portuguese before. Considering the language proximity of Portugal and Spain and being the language an important part of the national and cultural identity, it’s extremely importante for the portuguese reader to have access to spanish works of art in their own mother tongue. Para tanto, dentre os inúmeros aspectos que poderiam ser postos em paralelo entre ambos, optou-se por um recorte que contemplasse uma leitura do modo como a experiência urbana interfere na complexidade de seus escritos. As relações que estabelecem com as cidades por onde transitaram ecoam e reverberam em seus textos. Sabendo que Caicedo e Torquato foram artistas plurais e se arriscaram em diversos campos da arte, nossas considerações nos levam a afirmar que o ambiente citadino, em suas escrituras, propulsiona o entrecruzamento das formas, criando um campo de contiguidade entre o sonoro, o visual e o verbal. Além disso, a cidade, ao se configurar como o espaço da tentativa e da impossibilidade do encontro, instaura formas de vida monstruosas, o que diz respeito à situação de conflito entre sujeito e território<br>Esta investigación propone un análisis comparativo de las producciones de dos autores de notoria relevancia en la década de 1970 en Colombia y Brasil, Andrés Caicedo y Torquato Neto. Con este fin, dentre los numerosos aspectos que se podrían poner en paralelo entre ambos, se optó por un corte que contemplase una lectura de cómo la experiencia urbana interfiere en la complejidad de sus escritos. Las relaciones que establecen con las ciudades por donde transitaron repercuten en sus textos. Sabiendo que Caicedo y Torquato eran artistas plurales y que se aventuraron en diversos campos del arte, nuestras consideraciones nos llevan a afirmar que la ciudad, en sus escrituras, impulsiona la intersección de las formas, creando un campo contiguo entre el sonoro, el verbal y el visual. Publicación a texto completo no autorizada por el autor<br>Pretende explicar el significado del término anatopismo según Víctor Andrés Belaunde, así como sus consecuencias en la conciencia nacional, dilucidar que, según Belaunde, el anatopismo no ha permitido la consolidación de la conciencia o identidad orientándola hacia caminos equivocados o irrealizables, explicar que, según Belaunde, la errónea orientación de la conciencia nacional ha ocasionado una crisis que se caracteriza por el predominio del factor moral que impide, en cierto modo, el desarrollo nacional, probar argumentativamente que para Belaunde la crisis moral del Perú sólo podrá ser resuelta repotenciando la práctica de los valores cristianos lo cual implica acabar con el anatopismo imperante en la conciencia nacional.<br>Tesis

Abstract:

El presente proyecto de título aborda el tema de la Educación Municipal desde la perspectiva de la equidad, enfrentada desde tres ámbitos: el ámbito de la Calidad de la Educación derivado de comprender la importancia del clima escolar en el aprendizaje de los niños y como la arquitectura puede contribuir a ellos ; el ámbito de la identidad y la pertenencia de los alumnos con su escuela y como el espacio arquitectónico influye positiva o negativamente en la constancia en el aprendizaje ; el ámbito de la cantidad que apunta a resolver problemas reales de cada comunidad educativa. Para comprender estos ámbitos, se estudia por un lado al usuario como unidad, rompiendo la estandarización y por otro a la educación en base a su necesidad actual y al rol que juega la arquitectura en el diseño de estos nuevos espacios educativos. De esta manera la propuesta plantea un Liceo Científico-Humanista que en su diseño considere las cualidades del usuario, su desenvolvimiento en un clima escolar de calidad, manteniendo un vínculo estrecho con la comunidad educativa en la que emplaza, entendiendo la presencia de la familia como un pilar fundamental en la educación. Finalmente el proyecto se desarrolla en la Comuna de La Florida, debido a su importancia Metropolitana, a su crecimiento explosivo, a problemas de cobertura educacional y a la diversidad de estratos sociales que muchas veces genera una estigmatización y segmentación social en que se debe revertir.

Depuis quelques années, l’île colombienne de San Andrés fait beaucoup parler d’elle, particulièrement par rapport aux problèmes démographiques et la position défensive que certains de ses habitants ont adoptée face aux politiques gouvernementales. Leur position de refus contre les politiques du gouvernement central se traduit par des revendications ethniques et culturelles et par un désir d’autonomie qui s’appuie sur la nouvelle Constitution politique de 1991. Cependant, obnubilés par ce conflit politique, les travaux de recherche menés à San Andrés oublient souvent un élément important : les rapports sociaux entre les habitants insulaires. Ce travail prétend apporter un nouveau regard sur l’ethnohistoire, la mémoire et le présent des relations sociales et généalogiques de la société de San Andrés. En partant du point de vue des généalogies et de l’anthropologie de la parenté, son objectif est de comprendre les formes d’organisation sociale, culturelle et religieuse afin d’élucider le rôle et l’importance des unions mixtes et leurs descendants dans la société de San Andrés d’aujourd’hui<br>In recent years, much attention has been paid to the Colombian island of San Andrés, focusing primarily on demographic problems and the defensive posture displayed by some of the island’s residents regarding central government policies. This posturing manifests itself through ethnic and cultural identity claims and a desire for political autonomy, which are legitimated by the 1991 Constitution. However, blindsided by the idea of a political conflict, the research done on San Andrés often omits a key aspect of life on the island: the social relationships that link its inhabitants to one another. This research aims to shed a new light on the ethnohistory and memory as well as the social and genealogical relationships that shape San Andrés’s present day society. From a genealogical point of view based in kinship studies and a thorough understanding of this society’s social, cultural and religious organization, this study’s objective is to identify the role and importance of mixed relationships and their descendants on San Andrés’s society today

Cette étude porte sur la relation entre fiction et histoire dans l’oeuvre de l’écrivain argentin Andrés Rivera (1928‐ ). En esta dulce tierra, La revolución es un sueño eterno, El amigo de Baudelaire, La sierva, El farmer et Ese manco Paz peuvent être considérés comme des « actes d’imagination » autour de certains événements, circonstances et processus du passé national argentin, principalement du 19ème siècle. L’ objectif est de montrer que, dans ces romans, une poétique de la subjectivité se déploie, qui produit des modalités proprement fictionnelles de « penser l’Histoire ». Notre concept de subjectivité ne concerne pas exclusivement la partialité des visions sur le passé ; il renvoie aux expériences et aux dynamiques de l’intériorité que les personnages simulent, ainsi qu’aux transpositions fictionnelles du moi de l’auteur. Tous ces éléments, qui rentrent en jeu dans l’imagination littéraire du passé chez Rivera, émergent des tensions fondatrices de son écriture : les dilemmes de l’intellectuel révolutionnaire latino‐américain, les conflits entre politisation et modernisation de la littérature ; d’où le parcours inicial que nous faisons des nouvelles et des romans publiés par l’auteur entre les années 50 et 70. En esta dulce tierra, La revolución es un sueño eterno, El amigo de Baudelaire, La sierva, El farmer and Ese manco Paz can be regarded as « acts of imaginative creation » relating to somecircumstances, processes and events of Argentina’s national past, mainly of 19th century. Our aim is to demonstrate that, in these novels, there is a poetics of the subjectivity which yields some specifically fictional ways of « thinking about History ». Our concept of subjectivity doesn’t relate only to biased views about the past ; it also refers to the experiences and the movements of the inner world which are simulated by the characters, and also to the fictional transpositions of the author’s self. All these elements converge in Rivera’s litterary imagination about the past and they come from the earliest tensions of his writing : the dilemmas of the Latin‐American revolutionnary intellectuals, the conflict between making litterature more modern or more political ; this is the reason why we start our study with a panoramic view of Rivera’s short stories and novels published between the 50’s and the 70’s. Secondly, we describe the features (poetic maturations, formal aspects) of what we could call the historical imaginative style of Rivera ; finally, we consider the ways of « reading » Argentina’s national past and the ways of understanding History related to those stylistic features ; in this context, we take into account several themes specific to Rivera’s litterary universe which relate to the subjectivity: power, sexuality, authoritarianism and revolution

COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR<br>FUNDAÇÃO DE APOIO À PESQUISA DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO<br>O tema da Ressurreição de Jesus é repensado pelo teólogo Andrés Torres Queiruga, com o intuído de evidenciar o seu significado dentro do atual contexto teológico. Uma releitura profunda e equilibrada dos textos bíblicos, principalmente das narrativas do sepulcro vazio e das aparições, permite constatar a ausência das provas históricas da ressurreição de Jesus. Esses textos são, principalmente, construções teológicas que buscam interpretar o sentido do evento da ressurreição numa comunidade de fé. Num caminho de síntese, Queiruga busca encontrar o equilíbrio na reflexão bastante intrincada sobre o Jesus histórico. Em consonância com autores relevantes da cristologia recente, ele critica o otimismo da teologia liberal, que acreditava ser possível chegar até o Jesus da história. Da mesma forma são criticadas as pretensões da teologia querigmática, sintetizada no pensamento de Rudolf Bultmann, que dispensava a história de Jesus para a formulação do querigma. Embora a ressurreição de Jesus não seja um evento constatável em si mesmo, no sentido empírico do termo, dentro da história, é certo que se trata de um acontecimento, realizado pela iniciativa de Deus, que atinge e marca a história. É nesse sentido que Queiruga, amparado por outras reflexões cristológicas, entende a ressurreição de Jesus.<br>The Jesus` resurrection theme is rethought by theologian Andrés Torres Queiruga, to strengthen the importance of this theme in the current theological context. A balanced and thorough review of biblical texts, especially the narratives of the empty tomb and the appearances, can attest the absence of historical evidence of Jesus` resurrection. These texts are mainly theological constructs that aim to interpret the meaning of the resurrection event in a community of faith. Through the way of synthesis, Queiruga try to find a balanced reflection about this so complex theme: historical Jesus. Following the relevant authors of the current christology, Queiruga criticizes the optimism of liberal theology, which believe to be possible reach the Jesus of history. Similarly, the pretensions of theology kerygmatic are criticized, summarized in the Rudolf Bultmann`s thought, that dispense Jesus` history to the formulation of the kerygma. Although the resurrection of Jesus is not an itself observable event, in the empirical meaning, it is a fact happened in the history, accomplished by God’s initiative, which reaches and impresses the history. In this way Queiruga, supported by other christological reflections, understands the Jesus` resurrection.

Esta obra se publicó el año 2004 y atrajo el interés de gran parte de la crítica especializada. Si bien su difusión no ha sido tan alta, remeció de cierta manera el piso del lector culto, generando un amplio horizonte de expectativas dado su título, el cual nos adelanta que de una u otra forma el hidalgo de lanza en ristre que tanto ha entregado a la humanidad volvería, paradójicamente, a la vida en palabras de otro autor. Sin embargo, este mismo lector preparado, debía estar en conocimiento que no era el primer intento por hacer renacer los ideales entregados por Cervantes, antes ya muchos habían intentado (cada cual con menos fortuna que el anterior) continuar tan magna obra.

En el marco de los estudios en el subgénero de los reparos o comentarios de diccionarios de provincialismos, este trabajo analiza las actitudes e ideología lingüísticas, desde un enfoque cognitivo, manifestadas por Andrés Bello en su comentario a las Correcciones lexigráficas, publicado de manera póstuma. Los reparos de Bello a Gormaz son un ejemplo de la desazón que el autor tenía por la pobreza idiomática percibida entre los escritores chilenos.<br>Within the studies of objections and comments to dictionaries of provincialisms, this paper analyzes, within a cognitive approach, the linguistic attitudes and ideologies that Andrés Bello show in his commentary to the Correcciones lexigráficas, posthumously published. Bello’s objections to Gormaz exemplify the despair the author felt about the idiomatic poverty among Chilenian writers.

It initially analyses the revelation as a human experience that has God as subject. According to Queiruga, the revelation should not be considered something supernatural that is far away from humans, because the revelation process is part of the human constitution. God, with great loving generosity, reveals himself to everyone, and it has always been this way. In the light of Queiruga, I investigate how God reveals himself in tradition, word and history, arriving at the revelation as Jesus of Nazareth, considering the cross and the resurrection as part of God’s revelation as Jesus Christ. Finally, I analyze the thoughts of Queiruga about God’s revelation in different religious manifestations. The author believes that all religions are truthful and, because of that, are actual paths leading to salvation to all who honestly live their faith.<br>A presente dissertação sobre os Lugares teológicos da revelação divina no pensamento de Andrés Torres Queiruga tem por objetivo aprofundar a compreensão dos lugares da revelação divina tendo como base as ideias do grande autor moderno, Andrés Torres Queiruga. Inicialmente analiso a questão da revelação como experiência humana, tendo Deus como sujeito. Na perspectiva de Queiruga, a revelação não cai do céu, como algo estranho aos humanos. O processo revelador integra-se na própria constituição do ser humano. Deus toma a iniciativa de se revelar. Revela-se a todos e desde sempre na generosidade irrestrita de seu amor. Seguindo os passos de Queiruga, nesta dissertação, investigo ainda o modo como Deus se revela na tradição, na palavra e na história, chegando à culminância da revelação em Jesus de Nazaré, considerando a cruz e a ressurreição como parte dessa revelação de Deus em Jesus Cristo. Por fim, analiso o pensamento de Queiruga sobre a revelação de Deus nas diferentes manifestações religiosas. Para o autor, todas as religiões são verdadeiras e constituem, por isso mesmo, caminhos reais de salvação, para os que buscam viver a fé de forma honesta.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Estudios Latinoamericanos<br>Enmarcada en una investigación más extensa sobre Andrés Bello, la tesis plantea entender el espíritu de Andrés Bello a partir de cuatro ejes (la libertad, el imperio, el estilo y los discípulos [de Bello]). Sin embargo, esta investigación se concentra en los primeros dos (libertad e imperio). A través de los “papeles” (funciones que realiza) y “letras” (escritos), se busca dar con el espíritu de Bello. Este debe ir más allá del concepto de “orden”, que le ha sido típicamente asociado, proponiéndose que es me-jor el neologismo griego “gramácrata”, es decir, ver en Bello a un representante del gobierno de la letra “escrita”, “impresa”, con todas las derivaciones que esto supone y que la tesis busca afinar. “Libertad” e “Imperio” son así dos caras de una misma moneda que competen a una “normatividad propiamente americana”. La libertad en Bello debe ser entendida en sentido colectivo (emancipación y formación de nuevas repúblicas) e individual (ideología de la codificación y sus principios fundamentales); esa misma libertad debe ser situada como experiencia creativa (la poesía de Bello; la analogía con Goethe) y en relación al poder establecido (“auctoritas” y autoridad política), en tanto se propone que Bello realiza su libertad y posibilita la de los otros por medio de un “espíritu dramatúrgico”. En seguida, la tesis trabaja en torno al “imperio”. Bello participa de la idea que el imperio romano se expandía de oriente a occidente, que España lo continúa y que sus dominios americanos coloniales son un imperio apócrifo que lentamente va fraguando su estatura imperial (asunto que, por ejemplo, expresan las decisiones prosódicas en poesía). Este imperio tiene lengua común entre sus criollos, pero con las independencias el imperio se fragmenta en repúblicas y solamente la len-gua común y su fortalecimiento (gramática) hará posible que Hispanoamérica mantenga cierta unidad y peso internacional. Normativamente este asunto se expresa al interior de las repúblicas (homologación de códigos civiles) y entre las repúblicas (principios del derecho internacional). En la len-gua y el derecho internacional Bello propone el quicio del “uso” general y constante; mientras que en la ley interna prefiere una medida revolucionaria como el código (desdeñando la costumbre como fuente de derecho), aunque sin trasplantar el modelo napoleónico (así, el código de Bello es especial en muchos aspectos). Al establecer una normatividad propiamente americana Bello busca además armonizar los restos del imperio a la “civilización” sin volverse dependiente de esa civilización que refulge desde Europa (vgr. escribe una cosmografía pensada y sentida desde el hemisferio sur; pro-pende modos para el “saneamiento de títulos” de las nuevas repúblicas, al principio ilegales, a fin de lograr reconocimiento y confianza; defiende a América en sus notas sobre el origen de la sífilis). Finalmente, se explica que la épica —como la poesía del imperio— ya no es posible para Bello y que su interés está en la historia, desde su narrativa y el detalle.<br>Enero 2020

Contiene mapas, tablas, esquemas y fotografías del lugar.<br>El presente trabajo pretende brindar una solución a la problemática mediante la cuantificación de daños que se presenta en la localidad de San Andrés Cuexcontitlán referente al fenómeno de inundación analizando los diferentes factores que influyen en la crecida de la inundación basándose en la aplicación de la metodología del Dr. Baro et al. 2012 para cuantificar los daños económicos tangibles directos e indirectos provocados por inundaciones en zonas habitacionales y agrícolas. Como primera fase se hizo la recopilación de información bibliográfica del marco conceptual, como segunda fase con el objeto de lograr recomendaciones que permitan valorar la problemática de inundación en la localidad se realizó la recopilación del marco legal a nivel federal, estatal y municipal que se aplica a la zona de estudio. En la tercera fase se realizó la caracterización físico-natural y socioeconómica de la Localidad de San Andrés Cuexcontitlán. La cuarta fase detalla en cada área inundable cual sea el caso se aplicó una ecuación de la familia de curvas de daños para cada Ageb´s y según su tipo de marginación. Finalmente, se formularon las conclusiones y recomendaciones con atención al objetivo principal mencionado.

L’écrivain colombien Andrés Caicedo (1951-1977) est né à Cali, où, vingt-cinq ans plus tard il mettait fin à ses jours. Malgré la brièveté de sa vie, il a laissé derrière lui une œuvre littéraire considérable. Écrivain précoce et polygraphe, il commence à l'âge de quinze ans une carrière de dramaturge. Plus tard, il s’intéressera à d'autres genres tels que la nouvelle, le roman, la critique et le scénario cinématographiques. Il est notamment connu pour son roman ¡Que viva la música! (1977), associé à la contre-culture des années soixante et soixante-dix à Cali, ainsi qu’au début de la littérature urbaine en Colombie. La créativité chez Caicedo passait par l’écriture, mais celle-ci s’enrichissait au fur et à mesure de tous ses centres d’intérêt tels que le théâtre, le cinéma, la musique, entre autres. Afin d’englober la complexité de son projet littéraire, nous avons préféré le terme de créateur à celui d’écrivain. Toutefois si sa créativité était sans bornes, ce manque de limites a aussi pu la rendre conflictuelle, et la multiplicité de ses projets l’empêchera de les mener tous à bien. C’est pourquoi une partie de son œuvre restera inachevée. C’est en nous référant à la notion de conflit créateur que nous avons voulu étudier la tension dans son œuvre entre la création et la destruction. Cette thèse repose sur un plan divisé en trois parties. La première traite de l’approche théorique de notre sujet et est divisée en trois sous-parties : le conflit créateur, le projet littéraire et les écrits. Ensuite, nous faisons l’analyse littéraire de ses premiers textes narratifs (1967-1970). Enfin, nous étudions le passage du théâtre au cinéma dans son œuvre (1972-1977)<br>Colombian writer Andrés Caicedo (1951-1977) was born in Cali, where, twenty five years later, he put an end to his days. Despite the brevity of his existence, he left behind a vast literary work. A precocious writer and polygraph, he started his career as a playwright at age fifteen. Later, he would become interested in other genres like the short story, the novel, criticism and the screenplay. He is mostly known for his novel ¡Que viva la música! (1977), associated with the counterculture from the sixties and seventies in Cali, as well as the beginning of urban literature in Colombia. Caicedo’s creativity was expressed through writing, but it was enhanced by interests like theater, cinema, music, among others. For the purpose of encompassing the complexity of his literary project, we prioritize the term creator instead of writer. Nevertheless, if his creativity was unlimited, that lack of boundaries could have made it troubled, and the multiplicity of projects prevented him from concluding all of them. Alluding to the creation conflict, we have studied the tension in his work between creation and destruction. This dissertation rests on a plan divided into three parts. The first one adresses the theoretical approach of our subject and is subdivided in three parts: the creation conflict, the literary project and the writings. Promptly, we make a literary analysis of his early narrative texts (1967-1970). And finally, we study the change from theater to film in his work (1972-1977)

It brings as fundamental essence the theologian Andrés Torres Queiruga, that uncovers in modernity a consequence of the main virtues of Christianity. It points horizons to the useful dialogue between Christianity and modernity and contributes to a modern reinterpretation of this religion to it can stand firm and contextualized in its proposal. So it brings a review and actualization of Christianity in the highly regarded categories enabling a modern rereading of the religion so traditional. We concluded that it is appropriate to science of the religion and o theology provides this role, searching for collaborate for that it can occur a new look and a new rethink of the Christianity in the modernity. Only in the view of a new paradigm, the Christianity will be in the dialogue with other religions<br>Esta tese mostra que as mudanças culturais proporcionadas pela Modernidade possibilitaram a crise do cristianismo. Traz como âmago fundamental o teólogo Andrés Torres Queiruga, que descortina na Modernidade uma conseqüência das principais virtudes do cristianismo. Ele indica horizontes para o diálogo profícuo entre cristianismo e Modernidade, e contribui para uma reinterpretação moderna dessa religião para que ela possa se manter firme e contextualizada na sua proposta. Assim traz uma revisão e atualização do cristianismo dentro de novas categorias conceituais possibilitando uma releitura moderna dessa religião tão tradicional. Concluímos que cabe também a Ciências da Religião e a Teologia propiciarem este papel, procurando colaborar para que possa ocorrer um novo olhar e um novo repensar do cristianismo na Modernidade. Somente dentro da perspectiva de um novo paradigma o cristianismo poderá se concretizar no diálogo com outras religiões
