The thesis is devoted to product range analysis of Opel Southeast Europe LLC. This paper is focused on Czech and Slovak market. In the first part, author starts with theoretical base, which is followed by a practical part. The next part includes a description of company, analysis of micro and macro environment through Porter's five forces analysis and PESTEL analysis. There is also a description of various Opel models, which are further analyzed in terms of competitive comparison, segment analysis, in which models are offered and price comparison. This part is followed by a summary of major findings arising from analysis of the company's range. At the end of the practical part there is a brief proposal to locate offers that could help increase sales on mentioned markets.

For such creation is used software defined radio – in this thesis kit USRP1 which uses OpenBTS with GNURadio. As a switchboard is used PBX Asterisk and for testing GSM network was used OsmocomBB (on Motorola C123) and Airprobe (on Nokia 3310) projects. Installation and implementation are part of this thesis. In thesis have been also created two scripts for simplify of the work with projects and one laboratory task.

Thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretic the second one is practically focused. In the theoretic focused part thesis examines area of open data sources and trends, which appears in this area. In practically oriented part are data processed with Business Intelligence methods. Goal of this part was show that it is possible to process this open data with help of BI and report them similarly, like data from companies and show obstacles, which can appear. Thesis is divided in six chapters. First chapter is introduction, second is searches, third one focuses on trends and use of open data, fourth shows, where open data can be found, fifth describes processing of chosen data with BI, sixth chapter is final and sums up work and describes fulfilling of goals.

Based on analysis of a particular outsourcing warehousing contract held between global company and 3PL, this thesis has three goals: evaluate current contract compared to standard contractual requirements, evaluate the option of switching the outsourcing relationship from open book to closed book approach, and suggest solution that would use the potential of the provider most. Break event point analysis, labour productivity analysis and method of managerial decision making were used in this thesis. Closed book and open book approaches were analysed in original way using previously mentioned methods. The recommendation to the company is to keep current open book contract with implementing quality KPI's and performance-based outsourcing in accordance with vested outsourcing approach.

The diploma thesis called The Analysis of 3D printing use in households is dealing with the current topic of 3D printers and examines the ways of their use in households in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyze the use of 3D printing in households. This means to find out why and how often the owners of 3D printers use them in their households. Also, to find out the whole range of other factors related to the ownership of 3D printers such as frequency usage, machine satisfaction, number of owned printers, etc. Based on the analysis for which the data was collected by the questionnaire survey method and later evaluated using hypotheses and comparisons with another similar survey, criteria for 3D printer selection are compiled. These recommendations serve to those who are interested in acquiring this technology. Research conducted in this thesis may be beneficial for future analyzes of this market, or for inventors of 3D printers who are considering to launch their 3D printers on the Czech market.

The masters's thesis is focused on the Czech B2B market with car spare parts. First chapter explains theoretical marketing terms and methods that are later used in a practical part of the thesis. Second part of the master's thesis reflects current situation on automotive aftermarket. The reader will learn about subjects conducting business in the industry, about unions and trade associations that are entered by the subjects to protect their rights and interests. The chapter also includes block exemption that has legislatively changed rules of selling counterparts and of car repair. The third part describes Opel Spare Parts Programme, which was created to sell original spare parts Opel to independent services. Similar programmes of other car producers are compared in this chapter, and it also draws a comparison between offers of competitors in form of independent distributors of spare parts. B2B marketing research can be found at the end of the master's thesis, its aim was to identify levels of satisfaction with content and rules of the Opel Spare Parts Programme. Representatives of authorised Opel services became research respondents. Results of the research were used for planning marketing activities for 2013 schedule.

The theoretical chapter focuses on basic project management definitions and functions. The methodological chapter briefly describes multi-criteria decision-making and other methods used in the practical section. The practical chapter includes a short summary of the IQUAP Czech Republic, Ltd. Company, then research on available project management tools, two round multi-criteria evaluation of the selected tools, selection and pilot testing of the final tool TeamLab, evaluation of the pilot testing by using questionnaires. The theme of this thesis is to analyze current technological trends with a focus on open source software in terms of relevance and importance for enterprises. The main objective is to evaluate the current status of open source software for Czech enterprises and characterize the progress based on data from 2010 and 2015. The thesis describes the basic forms of software used by companies which are further categorized based on the functionality and usability. The specifics of open source software and its licenses are defined. Subsequently the selection of specific open source licenses, generally perceived views on their use and the status of open source software in various stages of its existence are described. Analytical part describes the results of the author's survey in Czech enterprises in terms of open source software application for 2015. The results are compared with data from 2010 and appropriate conclusions are defined. Finally, the hypotheses are connected with the results of the author's survey, data comparison, available open source methodologies and other sources for an overall assessment of the situation in the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis is focused on assessment of methods in valuation of production area. The area will be valued according to valid price regulations and the usual price. Land will be valued separately. The individual valuation methods will be analyzed and an expert estimate of the price of the whole area will be determined after their evaluation. Using the direct comparison method, a market value estimate will be determined. The real estate market in this area will be analyzed with similar real estate and the main factors affecting price levels will be analyzed. The first part of the thesis will be devoted to theoretical knowledge, then there will be formulated individual problems and used methods, which were used for valuation. In the next part the results of individual methods will be stated and in the final part these results will be analyzed and compared with the recommended sessions for individual methods.

The objective of this thesis is a complete implementation of the Financial and Property Analysis of Municipalities (FAMA) methodology using open-source Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The FAMA methodology was developed at the Institute of Public Administration and Regional Development at University of Economics in Prague and monitors wide range of aspects of management of municipalities. The main objective of this work is to create an application that would allow users to clearly analyze the management of municipalities with indicators of this methodology, using open source BI tools. The first, theoretical part, consists of two parts. The first half of the theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the analysis of municipal finances and describes the FAMA methodology itself. Furthermore, methods used by the Ministry of Finance to evaluate municipalities are described. The second half of the theoretical part introduces readers to principles and components used in BI, some of which are used in the actual implementation. The second, practical part, initially deals with selection of suitable open-source BI tools and these tools are subsequently used to create an application that is used to analyze the management of municipalities. The implementation itself is divided into several parts. Firstly an initial study is performed, which is based on analysis of source data and user requirements. Based on the initial analysis, data warehouse is designed. Subsequently, an ETL project is created to process financial reports of municipalities and store them in the data warehouse. After filling the data warehouse, several OLAP cubes are created, which are used for multidimensional data analysis and finally, the presentation layer of the application is introduced and suitable graphical outputs for data presentation are designed. The main contribution of this thesis is the actual implementation of the FAMA methodology using the selected tools. The solution includes all indicators of the methodology and covers financial data of all municipalities of the Czech Republic in the years 2001 to 2012. Due to the scope of this work, a complete solution was made, that is ready for use.

An industrial site will be valued in accordance with the valid valuation rules and then by an open market price. The calculation of the valuation will be divided into the valuation of the building and the appropriate sites. All methods used will be sufficiently analyzed and compared. In common with the valuation process, the main factors affecting the cost of an industrial building and the site will be determined. In the first part of the thesis I will devote the theoretical appraisal, in the second part of the thesis I will devote the practical use of valuation methods.

The thesis is focused on optimalization of jaw turnout lock hook forging process which is used in rail transport and is forged from steel of 13 240 grade. Production process of the hook, that is being used in Královopolská kovárna s.r.o. company now, leads to fold defect in the inner side of curved part formation. Conditions of the folds formation were defined using the numeric simulation of this process in Simufact Forming software. After that improvements such as change of semi-finished product size, change of geometry of ancestor shape, bending tools and forging die were made according to linear study of this problematics. These volumetric and geometric changes were verified using the simulation in software and relocation defect did not appear.

The diploma thesis deals with opera The Tempest, Op. 40 by Zdeněk Fibich. Its task is to clarify the genesis of the work, its place in the context of the opera works written by this composer, mapping productions of the Tempest in Czech Republic and Slovakia, supplemented by a pictorial attachment from some historical productions. The main focus of the thesis is the dramatic analysis of the opera, which describes the basic differences between libretto (written by Vrchlický) and the William Shakespeare's original. The thesis also deals with the basic characteristic of characters and contains a list of Leitmotifs with examples. In the end of the thesis you will find a music and dramatic analysis of three particular places of the opera Tempest.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to get familiar with methods to generate surrogates and how to apply them on cardiovascular signals. The first part of this diploma thesis describes the basic theory of baroreflex function and methods to generate surrogate data. Surrogate data were generated from data, acquired from the database, by using three different methods. In the next part of this diploma thesis, coherence significance between blood pressure and heart intervals was calculated by using surrogates. In the end two hypotheses were defined and tested by which it was detected whether the orthostatic change of the measurement position has effect on the causal coherence change and baroreflex function.

Diploma thesis is focused on the personality of the Arcangello Corelli and his contribution on the field of musical forms and violin. Work is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter I describe Arcangelo Corelli ´s life in a historical context.In the second chapter I focus on musical forms whose development contributed Corelli and I also give a concentration on individual works. The third chapter is devoted to the field of issue of the ornamentation of 17th and 18th century as well as Corelli´s fifth opus, which is an indispensable source of knowledge to period - style ornamentation.
I hope this work will serve as a source of information not only about extraordinary composer, but also contribute to clarify the issue of ornamentation of 17th 18th century which is still an area somewhat elusive for many musicians.

Darbe siekiama palyginti cementinio akmens bandinių su skirtingais vandens ir cemento santykiais poringumo parametrus, gautus pagal skirtingas poringumo parametrų tyrimo metodikas. Apžvelgta literatūra lietuvių, anglų ir rusų kalbomis. Išanalizuotas cementinio akmens ilgalaikiškumo ir poringumo ryšys, įvairių parametrų įtaka cementinio akmens poringumui bei orą įtraukiančių priedų įtaka poringumui reguliuoti. Aprašytos cementinio akmens gamybai naudotos medžiagos: portlandcementis, vanduo ir superplastiklis. Darbe projektuojami trys skirtingi cementinio akmens mišiniai, kurie skiriasi vandens ir cemento santykiu. Pateiktos cementinio akmens mišinių sudėtys. Aprašytos tyrimų metodikos, pagal kurias nustatyti cementinio akmens poringumo parametrai. Atlikti sukietėjusio cementinio akmens tyrimai bei jų palyginimas. Tyrimų duomenys apdoroti kompiuterinėmis programomis „Microsoft Excel“ ir „UTHSCSA ImageTool“, išanalizuoti gauti rezultatai bei pateiktos išvados. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, literatūros analizė, medžiagos ir tyrimai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 74 p. teksto, 30 iliustr., 20 lent., 40 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.The master thesis analyzes hardened cement paste porosity parameters. The aim of work is to campare methods for determination of porosity parameters of hardened cement paste samples with different w/c ratios. Reviewed the literature in Lithuanian, English and Russian languages. Was analyzed the bond beatween durability and porosity, influence of various parameters to hardened cement pastes porosity and influence of air-entraining admixtures to control porosity. Was analyzed the concrete making materials: cement, water and superplasticizer. The work is designed three different cement stone mixtures with different w/c ratios. Presented cement stone compositions of mixtures and set their properties. Described research methodology, by which established hardened cement paste porosity parameters. With solidified cement stone made researches. The research data treated by computer programs Microsoft Excel and UTHSCSA ImageTool, done an analysis of the results and made conclusions. Structure: introduction, literature review, materials and research, conclusions, references. Thesis consist of: 74 p. text without appendixes, 30 pictures, 20 tables, 40 bibliographical entries.

This thesis addresses two principal operas by composer, Leoš Janáček. These are Jenůfa (1903) and The Cunning Little Vixen (1923). The author’s inspiration sources and the method of processing the selected subject are introduced herein. In both operas, L. Janáček is also the author of the libretto, which forms a link between these pieces. The information is drawn from ample Janáček literature and, of course, from music papers. The direction’s point of view is based upon the gained information regarding the pieces and upon the examination of some performance interpretations. With this thesis, I have verified that a thorough familiarity with the work is an absolute necessity for one’s own direction intention. It leads to realize the fact that one can create various interpretations of one piece when having a deep and stable understanding of it.

This dissertation is supposed to bring a complete picture of Verdi’s opera production pointing out some details which are not commonly known nor from the public nor in the professional music world. What appears in this work is Verdi’s correspondence (letters). I consider these letters an authentic source to understand Verdi’s creative and artistic intentions. Hereafter I portray an idea of how to perceive opera Falstaff not only from my point of view but I used the lead from the Italian reviews and musicology.

This work aimed to use interpolation and regression methods to estimate as accurately as possible the possible signal coverage in a given locality. First, data sets were analyzed, based on results, a test model for various methods has been created. The methods with the best results have been implemented on real data sets containing thousands of measurements. At the end of the work, accurate estimates are commented and circumstances to reduce the deviation of the measured and calculated values are specified.

The fundamental objective of this thesis is to analyze Mozart's work in the broader context of the composer's life story, the plot of the opera and interpretative concept of the role of Countess by three selected protagonists. A secondary aim of the thesis highlights the importance of Mozart's operas in music history. The introductory part covers the life of Mozart, followed by an overview and analysis of the formation of his operas. The main part is the analysis of The Marriage of Figaro and the Countess role in various concepts. Conclusion of the thesis confirms the hypothesis of Mozart importance for the neo-classical opera.

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of open data in relation to the scientific field of Competitive Intelligence. The focus is primarily on assessing the impact of open data in connection with the corporate sector and the number of obstacles that arise when obtaining data made accessible by the public sector. The main objective of the work is to provide the reader with clear information about the level of development of the public sector and the perception of openness by the corporate environment on a national and international scale, and the positive and negative impacts that accompany the process of opening the data. This, therefore, helps to acquire complex knowledge of the development and current level of the open data initiative. The objective was achieved by exploring the environment and conducting a survey in the corporate segment of small and medium-size companies engaged in software development, which via the applications they created, became notional propagators of the idea of public sector openness among ordinary citizens. Researched and obtained information, along with the conducted survey and questionnaire, as well as an analysis of the PESTLE environment - thus resulting in discovering the circumstances that influence the development of the issue of open data in the public sector and the possibility of their use by the private sector - provide the major contribution to this thesis. The first part of this thesis deals with the basic terms and principles of the examined sector, including a detailed description of various frameworks and the mutual relationships between the terms. The following part adds some information from the legislative environment on a national scale and outlines the issue of open licenses and the relations between them. The next part of this diploma thesis offers a closer look into the field of open data, principles of disclosure, life-cycle, benefits and the risks that accompany this initiative. Finally, to make the thesis complete, a few examples were added. The final part of the thesis includes a discussion on the impact of open data on the corporate sector in relation to the CI sector and an analysis of the attitudes of the corporate sector towards the level of openness of the public sector by conducting a questionnaire survey. The result of the analysis includes the findings on the attitudes, conditions and needs of the corporate sector towards the public sector in regard to access to open agendas. The data obtained can, for example, be used as supporting material for further investigation.

This movement aims at reconciliation of families where spouses have relationship problems. This movement encourages openness and dialogue between spouses which is based on discovering the image and likeness of God in the human person. The paper therefore, stresses the role of understanding both oneself and the other person as having natural dignity and worth due to the image and likeness of God. This understanding leads to an open dialogue between spouses which brings confidence, trust and new unity. The methodology of the research was participant observation. The spouses shared their experience by talking and analyzing the positive changes in their relationships. The paper aims at the theological anthropological generalization of this help to families and provides some recommendations of how to apply this experience more widely. Thus , the paper is relevant and important for today’s society and Christian communities. The first part of the paper discusses the theological aspects of the human person and marriage in God’s plan for this world as seen from the documents of the Catholic Church. In this Master's thesis, I attempt to capture the disparate semiosis of two musical genres - a traditional opera, Rusalka, which has a unique position in Czech national music, and a musical of the same name. On the basis of theoretical findings from semiotics as a science, from the approaches of F. de Saussure, C. S. Peirce and R. Barthes, and by means of semiotic analysis, the thesis unravels semantic elements that are specific for theatrical art. Attention is directed at the symbol as a major tool for semiosis and the classification of symbols on the basis of Peirce's three ontological categories. The analysis focuses on decoding the semiotic systems used in the two genres (the libretto, the music, the characters, the story, and the technical and symbolic means that are employed). The analysis also deals with the question of intertextuality and the ideological background of the text, and attempts in this way to compare the differences and/or the similarities of diverse semiotic codes of the same class, and to capture their originality and specificity. At the same time, the thesis is focused on the dominant semiotic code of the two genres. The present thesis proposes a deconstructive analysis of Czech television oratorio Genesis (director Pavel Hobl, music Zbigniew Wiszniewsky, Czechoslovak Television and Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, 1969). Using concepts of voice-object and acousmêtre, this study examines music of the oratorio as an important narrative feature of the audio-visual object. The text interprets the narrative of the oratorio as a crituque of logocentrism and rationalism of modern society. Beside the interpretative part, the study duscusses history and preception of the genre of television opera in Czechoslovakia from early 60s to 1989. Two concepts of the production of television opera are introduced: first, a concept of television opera as a mediator of an existing operatic work, or as means of cultural education of "mass audience"; secondly, television opera is called to represent a new art form using specific television means. These concepts are found in texts by Czech music theorists and journalists of 60s, when the disputation about television opera in Czech journals culminated. A list of television operas produced by Czechoslovak television until 1989 is attached.

The theme of the thesis is the serious opera Nitteti, which was composed in 1765 by the Italian composer Domenico Fischietti at the end of his several-years-long residence in Prague. The thesis aims at introducing Fischietti's serious opera style, which has so far been neglected and mostly overshadowed by his comic operas. This work focuses on exploring and elaborating on the topic of Prague Italian opera of that era through the study of the opera Nitteti. At the same time, the opera Nitteti is compared with a later version of the same title composed for Naples by Fischietti in 1775. One of the foundations for examining the opera is the context of the theater production (especially performing singers) in both opera centers. The composer's treatment of the classical libretto by Pietro Metastasio in terms of music dramaturgy and the transformation of Fischietti's compositional style is also subject to comparison scrutiny in both versions. As one of the most important internal attributes of software systems, the estimation of software size is crucial to project success. Typically, software size can be described by the length, functionality, or complexity of the file, but in practice many people still use lines of code (LOC) as a measure of software size since LOC is widely used and can be easily measured upon project completion. In this paper, we used a linear combination model with modified Bayesian inference weight decision approach (MBIWDA) to analyze the size distribution and software size-change rate of Open-Source Software (OSS). Furthermore, we investigated the factors that influenced the software size-change rate using the quantile regression (QR) model. Experiments were conducted using real data of several OSS projects, and evaluation results showed that the linear combination model with the MBIWDA had a outstanding capability of fitting the distribution of the software size-change rate. Finally, the analysis of QR demonstrated that faults with higher severity had an impact on LOC changes in the early stage. These findings offer an alternative view and reveal different issues of software sizing.

As the environmental awareness continues to rise, the issue of green package is serious importance. While the traditional solder reflow process is replaced by the lead free process, the reflow temperature will raise to 260℃. Because the component and board warpage emerge in high temperature, the tolerance between component and board increases. The phenomenon creates open joint to influence the yield. The design of experiments and trial and error are typically used to determine the desired process parameters and resulted assembly yield. Nevertheless, there are several factors involved and samples are limited for conducting the experimentation. Therefore, the simulation methodology that is a low cost program alternates conventional experiment methodology. The BGA, QFP, DFN-8 components of the server product are under considerate. After this research considers the assembly process parameters, component variations, component and board warpage, establishing the prediction model of the open joint. Monte Carlo simulation technique was used to predict the solder joint yield. And then sensitivity analysis determines the sequence of improvement parameters. After the reflow procedure, the simulated results of component yield that include 0.8 Pitch BGA, 1.0 Pitch BGA, QFP and DFN-8 are 99.99904%, 99.9999%, 99.99996% and 100%. The open scenario in the assembly of electronic components is 98.6576%. The sequence of adjustment process parameter is the average of printed soldering paste thickness, the depth that solder ball fall into solder paste percentage of pick-and-place, the specification limiter of the solder ball and the standard deviation of solder paste.

Open Data has been become a quite popular topic in the domain of data analysis. And there is a great diversity of data resources can get a good analysis of the results, as a decision-making reference. In addition, the issue of air quality was the center of attention quality in recent years. Fine Particulate Matters (PM2.5) has become an indicator of air pollution in Europe, United States and other advanced countries in the world. It is highly dangerous air pollution factor for human health are most valued by governments, and PM2.5 will be included in the air pollution control item. In academia, many scholars began to analyze the reasons and impact of PM2.5. However, in the past, it was always a time-consuming and hard job to obtain returned feedbacks by using manpower to data acquisition, which causes losing quality of results. How to improve the effectiveness of heterogeneous data analysis, and provide decision-makers can be more rapid analysis, extraction of key information for the Big Data analysis is currently facing a major test. Therefore, this study tries to propose a data processing flow that adopts a famous ETL tool, SQL Server Integration Service, to download and integrate the climate and air quality data from open data provided by governments. During the ETL process, data quality procedure is performed to revise the invalid data, such as Null, abnormal value or incorrect format. Thereafter, this study discovers the relationships among all variables by using Correlation Analysis. In addition, Decision Tree algorithm is used to observe the corresponding factors.

The Czech opera production of the so called "Pre-Smetanian" era represents a topic quite neglected by music historians. It is therefore the goal of this master's thesis to repay this debt by showing Kittl's opera, Bianca und Giuseppe oder Die Franzosen vor Nizza, (the libretto, written by Richard Wagner, based on the novel, Die hohe Braut, by Heinrich König) as a work of art which illustrates the high quality of the Prague opera scene in the mid-1800s. The core of this thesis consists of a dramaturgical analysis of the final form of the mentioned opera. This analysis advances in three steps. 1. The main idea of König's novel and its aesthetic are presented in the light of his life. 2. The following chapter concerns Wagner's libretto. Apart from showing the differences between the novel- and opera aesthetics, the emphasis is on the dramaturgical means which Wagner employs: various usage of the couleur locale, ensemble of the pezzo concertato type, working with specific time structures in the opera or allegorical usage of the so called - as Frenchmen say - spectacle d'optique. 3. The next chapter strives to assess the extent to which Kittl succeeded in expressing Wagner's intentions or, in another words, the extent to which Wagners's "poetic intention" (dichterische Absicht) came true in Kittls's music....

There is a general agreement that open source software (OSS) plays an increasingly critical role in the modern society. In the past, some research findings showed that the Pareto principle, the traditionally-used Pareto distribution (PD) and the Weibull distribution (WD) models would be able to describe the distribution of software fault; a Pareto principle related 2-parameter generalized Pareto distribution (2-GPD), however, could be more useful to model the distribution of software faults in our previous study. This paper studies a modification of the 2-GPD model called the 2-parameter generalized single change-point Pareto distribution (SCP-2GPD) model, and the selection of change-point is highly pertinent to the Pareto principle. The research focuses on modeling the distribution of OSS faults, and some mathematical properties of the SCP-2GPD model are presented. Sources of data based on Apache and Mozilla found in bug database of OSS called Bugzilla are performed in order to ascertain the prediction capability of fault distribution for the SCP-2GPD model. Compared with other fault distribution models, the findings suggest that the proposed SCP-2GPD model has a fairly accurate prediction capability of fault distribution of OSS. These findings have implications for analyzing the fault distribution of real-life-various OSS.
