The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the negative effects associated with the operation of a trailer for a personal vehicle with respect to the design speed, technical checks and analysis related legislation. Its work is drawn from the measurement, cooperation with leading Czech production plant trailers Vezeko s.r.o., an organization engaged in the implementation of engineering controls DEKRA Automobil a.s. and available literature, including electronic resources. Results of the work end with proposals for specific measures to minimize the identified adverse effects.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the preparation, implementation, and basic assessment of the motorists’ response times to simple optical and complex – other than optical - stimuli. Driving tests conducted partly under regular traffic conditions and partly on a test track are completed with findings on how drivers react when they use their phones during driving. Knowledge of the actual technically achievable reaction time is necessary in performing analyses and consequent assessments of the causes and developments of road traffic accidents.

Abstract:
V rámci této práce byl navržen a implementován systém pro analýzu dopravy z videa. Tento system umožňuje detekovat, sledovat a klasifikovat automobily. Systém je schopný detekovat pruhy z pohybu projíždějících automobilů a také je možné určit, zdali daný automobil jede v protisměru. Rychlost projíždějících automobilů je také měřena. Pro funkčnost systému není vyžadován žadný manuální vstup nebo kalibrace kamery, jelikož kamera je plně automacky zkalibrována pomocí úběžníků. Navržený systém pracuje s velkou přesností detekce, sledování a klasifikace automobilů a také rychlost automobilů je měřena s~malou chybou. Systém je schopný pracovat v reálném čase a je aktuálně využíván pro nepřetržité online sledování dopravy. Největším přínosem této práce je plně automatické měření rychlostí projíždějích vozidel.

Abstract:
This project aims to create a mobile application for iOS devices that provide valuable information about user's car rides. Needed data are obtained by ELM327 located in OBD-II scanner which can communicate with the car. Obtained data are analyzed using table of limits. The application informs riders about their driving mistakes and giving them tips how to fix them. Trips can be saved and exported in the form of logbook. In addition application includes diagnostic functions that can be found in every other diagnostic application.

The objective of this master thesis is to design and develop a real-time storage system for geographic data from driving school trips. The system provides tools for analysis and evaluation of practice trips. This system is an extension of the DoAutoskoly.cz project which is described in the text. The next part contains an introduction to geographical data, spatial data and available databases with spatial extensions. The understanding to spatial databases is very important for the system design, an explanation of a solution for a database layer and implementation of major parts. Solution for a graphical view of the results and possible extensions of the system are described in the last part of this thesis.

Abstract:
The present apparatus for the technical analysis of road accidents has no well-integrated information, recommendations or procedures of how to solve comprehensively the analysis of road accidents involving vehicles equipped with stabilization system of driving dynamics. The problem in the investigation of a vehicle movement in a curve is the ignorance of the contributions of vehicle dynamics intervention of the electronic stability system. Although some of the simulation software used in the analysis of road accidents makes it possible to take into account the modelled vehicle movement impacted by a stabilization system in the examined process, but the experts do not know what parameters should be entered in the numerical models of stabilization system in a computer programme. Therefore, the thesis investigates the issue of the expert analysis of vehicle riding and braking in a general spatial curve at speeds exceeding 50 kph with simultaneous examining the impact of electronic stability system chassis on vehicle driving dynamics. The thesis first deals with the solutions based on classical analytical methods, then dwells on experimental measurements in real conditions on testing grounds and, finally, addresses the use of computer simulation software in expert practice. Nevertheless, it is important to realize that no computer simulation software can be an absolutely unambiguous solver, and it is not enough to generate a computer simulation, but so obtained results should be evaluated and justified technically. Road accident analyst needs to know the impact of vehicle electronic stability control systems on vehicle movement. The thesis investigated the mutual relationship between the vehicle speed limit in a curve specified by analytical calculation and the vehicle speed in a curve experimentally detected by measuring the parameters of driving dynamics of a vehicle equipped with electronic stability system. The impact of selected electronic stability control systems of the chassis on the vehicle movement in the investigated processes in the curve was detected and quantified by driving experiments. Finally, the input values of significant quantities of computational models of the ESP simulation programs were found consistent with the results of experimental measurements in defined curves for the vehicles equipped with electronic stability systems. The results of the thesis can be used both in the expert and in the teaching activities.

This diploma thesis Analysis of selected manoeuvres of bicyclists deals with the history and development of the bicycles, further their division of, construction, analysis accident and national legislation in the theoretical part. The practical part of the master thesis is devoted to the measurements of the bicycles. Specifically, it is about acceleration, deceleration, transverse movement, ride in the curve and looking back before changing the direction. For measuring are selected different type of bikes with different construction. The results of individual measurements are evaluated in the end of the diploma thesis.

Master thesis titled “Analysis of selected manoeuvres of bicyclists” in the first part deals with the history of bicycles, construction, division of bicycles and introduces–traffic accidents of cyclists and national legislation. Practical measurements with bicyclists is in the second part of this thesis. Cyclists performed deceleration on three surfaces, acceleration and a manoeuver, in which cyclist looked behind himself before changing the direction. The evaluation of all measurements and comparison with other similar works has been made in the last chapters.

The diploma thesis titled Interpretation of traffic accident analysis results in relation to related legal decision deals with the interpretation of legal decisions accidents with not giving right of way. The main goal of this thesis is to find an established line for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations. Before the analysis of the 230 court rulings measurement is performed to estimate the distance an speed, because it is closely connected with right of way. In the context of theoretical part is characterized by a right of way, an expert in criminal proceedings, the road traffic regulations, penalties and the factors that influence us while driving. The analytical part draws on 230 court rulings and 5 expert opinions provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. Conclusion of the analytical part an established threshold for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations is found.

Title: The comparative kineziologic analysis of forward stroke on wheelchair and crawling. Objectives of the Thesis: The aim of the thesis is to compare muscle activity of selected muscles in shoulder girdle during forward stroke on wheelchair and crawling. Method: Surface electromyography combinated with kinematography analysis used synchronized video recording. Results and Conclusions: As the research shows, there is a difference in muscle activity (timing) between forward stroke on wheelchair and during crawling. It was proved that the activity of forward stroke on wheelchair does not have natural locomotive character. Summary: Activity of the selected muscles during snowboarding and differences between drift and carving turns The study deals with differences in muscles activity between drift and carving turns during snowboarding. The surface EMG electrodes were used for the EMG activity recording. The measured data were transferred into a PC computer for a consequent evaluation using KAZE5 software. The movements during the tUi:ns were synchronously recorded using a digital camcorder. Each phase of the movement was complemented with a corresponding EMG activity. The aim of the study was to analyse the synchronous EMG activity and the spatial movement of the selected muscles during a single turn cycle, i.e. a backside and a frontside turn). In the majority of the selected muscles, the EMG activity during carving turn was significantly higher than the activity during drift turn. The highest EMG activity was recorded during backside turn in two muscles: mm.gastrocnemii and mm. tibiales. We also recorded local maximum of m. obliquus abdominis ant. dx. during carving backside turn. Further more, the EMG curve of m. obliquus abdominis ant. sin. is very similar to the EMG curve ofm. gastrocnemius sin. To analyze race runs of the best world kayakers in top competitions in wild water slalom in frequency of use of individual types of strokes and technics of passing through upstream and downstream gates 2. Determine the percentage of using forwards and driving strokes in competition runs of best world kayakers Methods: Observationally descriptive study based on organized, non-behavioral observation of a targeted sample of the population of athletes, specifically a group of top kayakers. Sequence video analysis in the Darthfish computer program, based on the recording of predefined technical elements that appear in the competition runs of the best world kayakers. The observation was done by one professional expert by intra-observating method. The data was processed in the Microsoft Excel computer program using basic statistics. The individual outputs were described in details. Results: Top world kayakers are mostly using sweep technique when passing through the upstream gates in competitions There is a high share of forwards strokes against driving strokes in competition runs of top world kayakers Key words: wild water slalom, technique, tactics, competition, passing gates, video analysis

Title: Kinesiological analysis of the rowing stroke on a single scull and on a rowing ergometer Concept 2 comparison Purposes: The purpose of the present study was to determine a specific structure in timing of selected muscles during two movement patterns - rowing on a single scull and rowing on an ergometer Concept 2. Methods: By surface electromyography we recorded muscular activity, synergies and involvement throughout mean cycle of the rowing stroke. Results: The mutual correlations of mean EMG curves of all measured muscles showed, that there were not found any differences in inter-locomotive synchronization of selected muscles. Established values of correlation (r) showed higher level of dynamic balance (performance similarity between both measured activities. Determination of the muscular activity timing considering onsets and cessations, was in the percentual results explication of the movement cycle inter-locomotive different. Conclusion: Results showed a great similarity in synergies organizing the muscular coordination in between both measured physical activities. But timing of the movement was different in the moments of muscular activity onsets during rowing and during ergometer rowing. This may be attributed to the specificity of on-water locomotion.
