The next section describes the types of diagnostic methods for mobile networks using OSS, drive testing and flow analysis. The thesis also aims at description of key performance indicators (RSRP, RSSI, etc.) and the proposal for measuring of the LTE network physical layer and the data transmission speed.

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the processes in the company POP service, Ltd., also to analyze the current problem in this company and to recommend and propose measures which eliminate the causes of the emergence of the problem. The causes originate from the aspects of the management of people and processes are identified through the analysis of processes associated with the problem and eliminated on the basis of proposals metrics and responsibilities for these processes. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to concepts in the field of process management. The theoretical part characterizes these concepts process management, business processes, process analysis and process modeling methods, process maps, graphical notation for writing business processes, business process improvement and analysis organization. In the second part of the thesis is presented the examined organizations POP service, Ltd.. Based on the analysis of the current state are defined vision, mission and goals of the organization. Then there is described a procedure of the analysis of the current state, which is process analysis and proposal of selected processes, metrics and responsibilities for these processes. Methods of analysis are SWOT analysis, analysis of the activities, structured interviews and process analysis. The result of this thesis is to analyze the selection of processes of the company POP service, Ltd., proposal metrics, define jobs and responsibilities and suggestions for improving the selected process.

The subject of the diploma thesis are procedures in EPS network related to the operation of mobile terminals. In the introduction of my work I described the EPS system, including the quality of services and bearers. The following section focuses on control procedures in the EPS system such as attach network procedure, detach procedure, service request, handover or tracking area procedure. Further, three technologies for Internet of Things were described, namely EC-GSM-IoT, LTE-M and NB-IoT. All the procedures mentioned above were also captured in the experimental VUT EPS network and analyzed by TravelHawk using software M5 and Wireshark. Theoretical and practical findings were subsequently used out for setting of laboratory task for subject MKPM.

Master thesis called "Business processes reengineering in an integrated information system and the e-commerce application" proves the hypothesis that the key to successful internet business is to have correctly set the process management of a company, which, through an automated connection, displayed externally for customers through the presentation layer of the e-commerce application. The results are useful for owners of eshops, for their conception of setting up the operations of their companies and especially for the company, where the analysis was performed. According to selected company Penny Ltd., this analysis sets for its eshop Elektro-partner.cz twenty elementary processes, whose implementation will lead to saving staff time, maximum use of the information system including the possibility of implementing new modules, setting up workflow processes and possibility to make a profit and higher customer satisfaction. In the theoretical part are marketing tools 4P for eshops enhanced by services and competitiors. There is also a specially adapted Porter's value chain for eshops and is used a model of e-commerce trust. On this basis it is created the current marketing strategy of eshop including the SWOT analysis and definition of strategic objectives. Identified processes were divided into elementary, key and support groups and relationships between them were made. For the optimization process is used Hammer and Champy methodology and feasibility and success of the thesis is evaluated according to best practises reengineering projects. Reengineered processes are defined with specification, exploited documents, information system and eshop application modules, illustrated by using EPC model and they are defined metrics and specifically listed areas of improvement.

This thesis is focused on some ways of optimizing logistic processes. In the theoretical part are described important terms which are going to introduce the reader to the processes, their analysis followed by optimization. Then there is the space devoted to the metrics by which processes are possible to be evaluated and managed. The practical part offers case study. It contains introduction to the organization, mapping of their processes, analysis of warehouse processes, and their subsequent evaluation and proposed improvements. Suggested improvements were made in the spirit of Lean Management. As another proposal to improve warehouse processes an analysis of inventories have been made and evaluated, which resulted in proposal for new layout of the warehouse, which will encourage further optimization.

Business process modeling plays an important role for the documentation and analysis of organizational processes and for the specification of requirements for information systems. Currently, there are many standards for process modeling, and each represents a different approach to modeling and provides different opportunities for creating models. Thus, same models created in different modeling languages differ in terms of their expressiveness, according to each standard. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of selected business process modeling standards. The effectiveness of standards will be evaluated on two levels. First, in terms of their semantics and second, in terms of their syntax. Evaluation of standards in terms of their semantics will be based on the comparison of standards with a business process metamodel created within the project Opensoul. This model defines a set of basic elements and their associations at a basic level of process modeling. Evaluation of standards in terms of their syntax will be based on the comparison of standards with a framework proposed by Moody and Hillegersberg. The results of this comparison should show which standard best supports defined criteria. The evaluation framework will be applied on the following process modeling standards: BPMN, EPC and IDEF3. Based on the results obtained their strength and weaknesses will be discussed. The main contribution of this thesis can be seen both in the analysis of the element set of selected process modeling standards and further in the comparison of standards according to the evaluation framework.

The scope of this thesis is the field of business process modeling and additionally the usability of business process models in areas like conceptual analysis of IS/ICT, business process reengineering and business process management. For the purpose of evaluation of the usability of current standards for business process modeling, an framework for comparison of various characteristics of these standards is proposed. This thesis has two aims. Primarily, to develop an approach for evaluation of business process modeling standards, and as a secondary aim, to apply this evaluation model onto a set of selected standards for business process modeling and thus perform a comparison of these standards. The evaluation model has two main components. The first part is to create a set of characteristics which represent two existing points of view onto the exploitability business process modeling (e.g. during the development of IS/ICT and during BPR/BPM1). During the identification of particular characteristics, a research into the related literature and other sources has been performed to provide a sufficient basis for this activity. The second part of the developed approach is to the application of PEMM (Process & Enterprise Maturity Model), which was developed by Dr. M. Hammer for the purpose os auditing the maturity of business processes. Both of these parts are then put together into one evaluation framework. Based on information gathered from the respective specifications of particular standards, related literature and articles, we've performed an application of this evaluation framework on three standards for business process modeling: EPC, BPMN and IDEF3. The benefits of this thesis could be seen as a creation of a very own approach for evaluation of business process modeling standards. Additionally by performing the comparison of these three standards for business process modeling we've created a guideline which could be there fore applied by the potential reader during the decision making of what standard to use for business process modeling (in the context of expected purpose of this modeling).

This thesis analyzes various attacks on underlying computational problem of asymmetric cryptosystems. First part introduces two of the most used problems asymmetric cryptography is based on, which are integer factorization and computation of discrete logarithm. Algorithms for solving these problems are described and for each of them there is a discussion about when the use of this particular algorithm is appropriate and when it isn't. In the next part computational problems are related to algorithms RSA and ECC and it is shown, how solving the underlying problem enables us to crack the cypher. As a part of this thesis an application was developed that measures the efficiency of described attacks and by providing easy-to-understand enumeration of algorithm's steps it can be used to demonstrate how the attack works. Based on the results of performed analysis, most secure asymmetric cryptosystem is selected along with some recommendations regarding key pair generation.

This thesis deals with problems of electromagnetic fields' simulations in the aerospace industry. Electromagnetic effects of the external environment that maybe met during a standard flight (high-intensity radiated fields and lightning strike) are described hereinafter with a reference to their simulations on a digital mockup. A brief summary of the nowadays methods and solvers in computational electromagnetics to be practically used for the modeling and simulations in this field is elaborated as a base for the following parts of the diploma task. The next goal was to create a convenient model simulation of the researched object semi-composite aircraft EV55, on which chosen computing methods will be compared with the results of the real measuring.

The theses compares analytical methods according to current norms used in the Czech Republic to the methods based on the principle according to US EPA. A new device the automatic photometer Aquakem 250 makes use of the US EPA methods. Prior to its laboratory use in the Institute of Public Health in the town of Ostrava the photometer had to be validated. For the comparsion of the analytical methods ion chromatographic, isotachophoresis, spectrophotometric,titrimetric methods were used. The validation process, which was documented (in validation protocols), was time consuming and technically challenging. It was confirmed that the new Aquakem 250 analyzer provides result that are verified by methods which are in accordance with norms applicable in the Czech Republic. After a successful completion of validation and obtained accreditation the new automatic analyzer was put into regular operation in the chemically laboratory.

For the last ten years, DVD-R media have played an important role in the storage of large amounts of digital data throughout the world. During this time it was assumed that the DVD-R was as long-lasting and stable as its predecessor, the CD-R. Several reports have surfaced over the last few years questioning the DVD-R's ability to maintain many of its claims regarding archival quality life spans. These reports have shown a wide range of longevity between the different brands. While some DVD-Rs may last a while, others may result in an early and unexpected failure. Compounding this problem is the lack of information available for consumers to know the quality of the media they own. While the industry works on devising a standard for labeling the quality of future media, it is currently up to the consumer to pay close attention to their own DVD-R archives and work diligently to prevent data loss. This research shows that through accelerated aging and the use of logistic regression analysis on data collected through periodic monitoring of disc read-back errors it is possible to accurately predict unrecoverable failures in the test discs. This study analyzed various measurements of PIE errors, PIE8 Sum errors, POF errors and jitter data from three areas of the disc: the whole disc, the region of the disc where it first failed as well as the last half of the disc. From this data five unique predictive equations were produced, each with the ability to predict disc failure. In conclusion, the relative value of these equations for end-of-life predictions is discussed.

U radu je ostvarena enantiodivergentna totalna sinteza oba enantiomera goniofufurona, 7-epi-goniofufurona i krasalaktona C polazeći iz D-glukoze. Ključne faze u sintezi 7-epi-(+)-goniofufurona bile su stereoselektivna adicija fenilmagnezijum bromida na aldehidnu grupu pogodno zaštićene dialdoze, i stereospecifično formiranje furano-laktonskog prstena ciklokondenzacijom odabranog hemiacetalnog derivata sa Meldrum-ovom kiselinom. Sinteza (+)-goniofufurona i (+)-krasalaktona C zahtevala je inverziju konfiguracije na C-5u zajedničkom intermedijeru, koja je efikasno ostvarena u uslovima Mitsunobu-ove reakcije, ili alternativno oksidacijom benzilne hidroksilne grupe u prohiralni keton, uz naknadnu stereoselektivnu redukcijom sa borohidridom. Sličan pristup je zatim primenjen za sintezu neprirodnih (−)-enantiomera goniofufurona, 7-epi-goniofufurona i krasalaktona C, dva nova konformaciono ograničena analoga (+)- i (−)-goniofufurona (oksetani 36 i ent-36), kao i odgovarajućih 7-deoksigenovanih derivata (31 i ent-31). Takodje je razvijena i prva totalna sinteza prirodnog (+)-krasalaktona B (3) i alternativna sinteza (+)-krasalaktona C (4) polazeći iz D-glukoze. Selektivni pristup molekulima 3, odnosno 4 omogućen je promenom uslova za TBDPS deprotekciju u finalnom intermedijeru 53. Osnovna karakteristika pomenutih pristupa je njihova generalnost i fleksibilnost. Na taj način je omogućena sinteza serije analoga i derivata (+)-goniofufurona, ili 7-epi-goniofufurona, uključujući i do sada nepoznate 7-epi-(+)-krasalaktone B (6) i C (7), 5,7-di-O-cinamoil derivate 8 i 9, 5,7-di-O-izopropilidenske derivate 5 i 10, kao i više lipofilnih derivata (jedinjenja 26, 30, 33, 65, ent-30 i ent-33). Konačno, u drugom delu rada, ispitan je uticaj sintetizovanih stiril-laktona na rast odabranih tumorskih ćelijskih linija in vitro.Enantiodivergent total syntheses of both (+)- and (−)-enantiomers of goniofufurone, 7-epi-goniofufurone and crassalactone C have been accomplished starting from D-glucose. The key steps of the synthe-sis of 7-epi-(+)-goniofufurone were a stereo-selective addition of phenyl magnesium bromide to a protected dialdose, followed by a stereospecific furano-lactone ring formation by condensation of a partially protected lactole with Meldrum’s acid. The synthesis of (+)-goniofufurone and (+)-crassalactone C required a configurational inversion at C-5 in the common intermediate that was efficiently achieved under the standard Mitsunobu conditions, or alternatively through a sequential oxidation of the benzylic hydroxyl group followed by a stereo-selective reduction with borohydride. A similar approach was applied to the synthesis of the unnatural enantiomers of goniofufurone, 7-epi-goniofufurone and crassalactone C, two novel, conformationally constrained analogues of both (+)- and (−)-goniofufurone (oxetanes 34 and ent-34). as well as the corresponding 7-deoxygenated derivatives (31 and ent-31). We have also developed the first total synthesis of (+)-crassalactone B (2) and an alternative synthesis of (+)-crassalactone C (3) starting from D-glucose. Finally, the synthesized styryl-lactones were evaluated for their antiproliferative activity against a panel of human tumor cell lines.

There is description of metabolic reactions. Degradation by beta oxidation, biosynthesis and conversion to eicosanoids. Function and effect of eicosanoids to organism and health, nutritional representation of this fatty acids, fortification of food sources, feed in interest of improvement health condition and functional foods producing. The practical part is focused on fatty acids analysis in muscular, liver and adipose tissue of pigs after feed fortification by 2,5 % fish oil and 2,5 % palm oil in the diet. Lyofilizated samples were derivatized and determinated by gas chromatography method. Results were evaluated by statistics program.

Jiří Dynda Byliny of bogatyr Svyatogor: Structural and Comparative Analysis of Narrative (MA Thesis) Abstract This thesis is an analysis and interpretation of the thirty seven textual variants of the byliny of bogatyr Svyatogor. After the general introduction to the Russian folk epics and after the presentation of issues concerning the study of oral epic literature, author's own structural concept of myth and cultural representations is presented. In the central part the thesis attempts to apply these principles to the narrative of the byliny of Svyatogor and by means of a thorough analysis it indicates, which motives and their relations were fundamental for this narrative to make sense in the local context of bylinaic tradition. The thesis claims that these narratives primarily deal with the themes of the initiation of a young hero, the generation conflict and the transmission of a mentor's position to his apprentice (or, metaphorically, a father's position to his son). This hypothesis is subsequently tested via a two phased comparative analysis of the central motives and their clusters: Firstly, the comparison is made in the context of the bylinaic traditions per se and in the context of the ethnographic situation at the Russian North (internal comparison), and secondly, in the wider scope of the Eurasian...

The topic of the thesis is interpretation of a yakutian epic (olonkho) Modun Er Soghotox through the concept of J. Lotman's classifying boundaries. In the begining, the thesis is trying to put the olonkho into broader genre context of yakutian folklore. Formal aspect of the text is important for the definition of the genre, therefore the work attempts to describe some of the most common distinctive features, especially alliteration and paralelism. The second part tries to analyze the worlds of olonkho as the Lotman's semantic spaces. Each world keeps significantly different semantic environment. Crossing the boundaries between these spaces initiates the plot of olonkho. The last part is trying to understand the role of the hero in olonkho, mainly as the mediator between the semantic spaces.

The study compares FIT (Feed-in tariff) and RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) as the two most commonly used support schemes for renewable energy sources (RES) in the EU. It examines a relationship of an Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) and by a practical experiment for public lighting in Prague the study proposes an ecological functioning of electricity grids in the EU with CO2 emissions reduction effect. The main contribution lies in the recency and originality of the econometric analysis and practical experiment. FIT and RPS analysis demonstrates that both schemes affect demand for electricity and increase its price. The econometric model was tested for 28 EU countries for 1990-2013. The results say that the EU is currently located on the downslope of the inverted U-shaped EKC with a turning point, after which the dependence begins to grow. Nevertheless, for the most of observations the turning point is too far to be a source of concern. Practical experiment has shown that installation of energy saving devices for electricity grids in the EU can bring satisfactory results in reducing CO2 emissions independently of state aid. More efficient use of existing energy sources, however, should rather serve as a complement to conventional support, phasing out with the development of RES technologies....

This thesis is aimed to improve the efficiency of the parallel program of finite-difference time-domain method (FDTD) and to facilitate incorporating various object models into the program. Parallel program usually lose their parallel efficiency when the number of processors increases. In order to improve the efficiency, it is important to achieve a load balance among all working processors. This parallel program can also read in a text field prepared by users, which contains the geometric data and material property of objects. Then, the program can automatically divide the object among participating processors so that each processor can work on its own assigned data set. Besides, this study also applies the surface impedance boundary condition (SIBC) concept in approximating with high impedance surface. In this fashion, we can have some saving of computer memory and computing time. In order to investigate the feasibility of SIBC method, we simulate problem, which consists of conducting object coated a sheet of high surface impedance, two monopole antenna residing on the object. The |S21| results of these two antennas by ordinary FDTD and SIBC method are compared.

This diploma thesis quite thoroughly deals with - at present a very topical - theme "liability for damage caused by a defective product"; thus, with an obligation to compensate for the damage caused by the defective product to its user (or third party), generally imposed on the person who is designated as the "producer" of the product, originally based on the Council Directive of 25 July 1985 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning liability for defective products (85/374/EEC) (hereinafter 'Directive 85/374/EEC'). However, this work is not limited only to the (thorough) description of the currently valid and effective Czech implementing legislation. The thesis also compares the Czech legislation with the French implementing regulation, which is of a significantly higher legislative quality and much more faithful to its Union model. In fact, it was specifically France which shaped the final form of this responsibility regime, since it was the French transposition, and the French decision-making (judicial) practice, which was most often the subject of the Court of Justice's, as it ruled on the interpretation of the individual provisions and principles in the text of the previously mentioned directive contained.
