Abstract:
Este texto analiza la trayectoria que la Economía Política de la Comunicación (EPC) y sus principales autores, tanto americanos como europeos, han ido experimentando desde mediados del siglo XX. Habla de cómo la parte crucial de la EPC es desentrañar las lógicas políticas, económicas y sociales presentes en las industrias culturales; y de cómo el concepto de industrias culturales se torna clave en todo el desarrollo de esta perspectiva. Incluso desde antes del nacimiento de la EPC, el desarrollo conceptual que ofrecen Horkheimer y Adorno de la industria cultural es imprescindible para el desarrollo de la teoría. Desde un análisis crítico, la EPC se convierte en esencial sobre todo desde que el sector de la comunicación ha incrementando su participación en la economía mundial. La aparición de ‘journals’ o la consolidación de secciones específicas de EPC en los encuentros internacionales (IAMCR) así lo demuestra. Más adelante, la incursión del término industria creativa (popularizado por el gobierno de Tony Blair en 2000) ha sido muy criticado por los principales teóricos de la EPC. Pero hoy en día, se plantea la necesidad de nuevas visiones y nuevos abordajes de análisis tomando los nuevos conceptos de industrias culturales y creativas como una de las posibles puertas de entrada para aproximarse al fenómeno comunicacional, pero teniendo la precaución de no generalizar ni de borrar la especificidad de la cultura.

Bu çalışmada, otomotivde EMC standartlarından ve elektrikli araçlarda sıklıkla karşılaşılan EMC problemlerinden bahsedilmiştir.

O Presente texto analisa a relação de Marx com a Economia Política Clássica (EPC). Trata-se de uma relação que é, primeiramente, uma exposição crítica do sistema categorial da EPC. É por meio dessa exposição que Marx realiza a crítica àquela ciência e, assim, procedendo, descobre as conquistas realizadas pelos seus expoentes maiores (D. Ricardo e A. Smith), e, ao mesmo tempo, corrige suas debilidades e insuficiências teóricas. Cabe realizar, aqui, in totum, o que de modo geral os estudiosos de Marx não levam na devida em conta.

Zjawiska komutacyjne, związane z procesami zmiany wielkości mocy pobieranej lub oddawanej przez pojazd, mają wpływ na widmo częstotliwości zawartych w prądzie trakcyjnym. W kontekście metody oceny zaburzeń generowanych do sieci trakcyjnej z zastosowaniem analizy FFT, niniejszy artykuł przedstawia wpływ wybranych zjawisk fizycznych na wyniki tej analizy. W artykule przedstawiono również opis stanowisk do pomiaru zakłóceń generowanych do sieci trakcyjnej. Pokazano rezultaty pomiarów i obliczeń charakterystyki częstotliwościowej symulowanych sygnałów oraz sygnałów zmierzonych w warunkach rzeczywistych w czasie badań pojazdu trakcyjnego, przydatnych do oceny wpływu zakłóceń komutacyjnych na analizę zawartości harmonicznych w prądzie trakcyjnym. Abstract:
En el presente artículo se analiza el comportamiento bibliométrico de las revistas incluidas en la categoría “Film, Radio & Television” indexadas en Web of Science, tanto en Arts & Humanities Citation Index como en Emerging Sources Citation Index. Previamente, se estudia la validez del Factor de Impacto a 2 años para la categoría, comparándolo con una ventana de citación de 3 y 5 años para A&HCI, demostrando una alta similitud en su comportamiento, y se analizó la nacionalidad de los centros de adscripción de los autores. También se estudió la lengua de publicación, periodicidad, tipología de los documentos y la red de citación entre revistas. Entre los resultados del trabajo, se ofrece el ranking 2017 de las revistas según su Factor de Impacto. Destaca el que tres cuartas partes del total (74,6%) correspondan al Reino Unido y Estados Unidos, lo que indica un profundo sesgo geográfico e idiomático. Asimismo, solo 26 de las 64 revistas intercambian citas de artículos, sin que exista ningún núcleo central, lo que demuestra falta de cohesión en la selección de las publicaciones.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze corrective actions that can be done if there is a project delay in one of the activities. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation. The gap between the actual and planned scheduling level (productivity gap) is a problem that must be evaluated and the root cause that causes the decline in work productivity is sought. After further evaluation, it is planned to re-target the acceleration that will be achieved both in the short and long term. The acceleration method for scheduling the duration of the project is done by the critical path method or CPM (Critical Path Method) for further development of corrective actions that can be done to overcome the delay in the duration of the project.

Abstract:
El objetivo fue analizar el pedigrí de cuatro ganaderías mexicanas (Los Encinos=ENC, Montecristo=MCR, Fernando de la Mora=FMO y San José=SJO) a través de estimaciones de parámetros poblacionales tales como el tamaño de población base, tamaño efectivo, número de ancestros, aportaciones porcentuales e intervalos generacionales. Además se analizó el efecto de la consanguinidad sobre el comportamiento de los animales (tienta y lidia al caballo y al torero) con un modelo animal que consideró como efectos fijos a grupo contemporáneo (año-época de nacimiento-sexo, el efecto de sexo sólo en tienta) y las covariables lineales de edad y consanguinidad del individuo; los efectos aleatorios fueron el valor genético del individuo y el error. Los pedigríes incluyeron de 3246 a 8279 animales nacidos entre 1904 y 2006; la información de comportamiento data de 1978 a 2006, variando de 202 a 2776 observaciones. Las consanguinidades promedio variaron entre 2,4% y 12,9%, con máximos individuales de 47,7% en MCR y de alrededor de 40% en las otras ganaderías. El número de ancestros como proporción de la población de referencia en MCR fue 12,3%, mientras que en FMO, ENC y SJO representaron 17,7%, 27,8% y 34,0%, respectivamente. Tres animales explicaron 50% del pedigrí en MCR y 13 o menos en las otras ganaderías. Los tres ancestros de MCR explicaron 22,6% y 20,2% del pedigrí de SJO y ENC, respectivamente. Abstract:
Este artículo, reporta los hallazgos de un estudio cuyo objetivo fue analizar la incidencia de una unidad didáctica diseñada en el marco de la Enseñanza para la Comprensión (EpC), en el aprendizaje del protocolo de la valoración en profesores de educación básica secundaria. Se optó por una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, con el diseño de investigación acción pedagógica, adelantada con la participación de 10 profesores de una institución educativa pública colombiana. Se utilizaron como instrumentos: la rutina de pensamiento “antes pensaba… ahora pienso”, el taller investigativo y el protocolo de la valoración. Los resultados muestran que, con la implementación de los momentos de la exploración del tópico, la investigación guiada y el proyecto final de síntesis, los profesores aprendieron y aplicaron el protocolo de la valoración. Se concluye que la transferencia a las prácticas de aula de la EpC y el protocolo de la valoración, son oportunidades para el mejoramiento de los procesos de evaluación de los aprendizajes en estudiantes, a la vez que permiten refinar los procesos de planeación de clases en los profesores.

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the processes in the company POP service, Ltd., also to analyze the current problem in this company and to recommend and propose measures which eliminate the causes of the emergence of the problem. The causes originate from the aspects of the management of people and processes are identified through the analysis of processes associated with the problem and eliminated on the basis of proposals metrics and responsibilities for these processes. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to concepts in the field of process management. The theoretical part characterizes these concepts process management, business processes, process analysis and process modeling methods, process maps, graphical notation for writing business processes, business process improvement and analysis organization. In the second part of the thesis is presented the examined organizations POP service, Ltd.. Based on the analysis of the current state are defined vision, mission and goals of the organization. Then there is described a procedure of the analysis of the current state, which is process analysis and proposal of selected processes, metrics and responsibilities for these processes. Methods of analysis are SWOT analysis, analysis of the activities, structured interviews and process analysis. The result of this thesis is to analyze the selection of processes of the company POP service, Ltd., proposal metrics, define jobs and responsibilities and suggestions for improving the selected process.

Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis are procedures in EPS network related to the operation of mobile terminals. In the introduction of my work I described the EPS system, including the quality of services and bearers. The following section focuses on control procedures in the EPS system such as attach network procedure, detach procedure, service request, handover or tracking area procedure. Further, three technologies for Internet of Things were described, namely EC-GSM-IoT, LTE-M and NB-IoT. All the procedures mentioned above were also captured in the experimental VUT EPS network and analyzed by TravelHawk using software M5 and Wireshark. Theoretical and practical findings were subsequently used out for setting of laboratory task for subject MKPM.

This masters thesis tackles the issue of process management in a financial institution, spe-cifically the analysis and optimization of the creation of a certain management report. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a common technology for identifying objects, animals, or people. The main form of barcode-type RFID device is known as an Electronic Product Code (EPC) and the most popular standard for passive RFID tags is Class-1 Generation-2. In this technology, the information transmitted between devices is through the air, therefore adversaries can eavesdrop these messages passed on the insecure radio channel and finally, the security of the system can be compromised. In this chapter, the authors analyze the security of EPC Class-1 Generation-2 standard, showing its security weaknesses and presenting some possible countermeasures.

The socio-economic context and globally discouraging trends observed in recent years regarding resource conservation and regeneration, control of climate change, technical, technological and informational inequality, progress gaps among nations and locally among citizens of the same country, have led to the need for developing policies, reforms and programs to support sustainable development. In this chapter the authors analyze some important issues regarding the Romanian experience in developing the green economy. They start with the background analysis of the concept, emphasizing several European Union documents regarding green economy and sustainable development. Then, the authors analyze the social and economic profile of Romania, in relation with some suggestive indicators of welfare, sustainability, equity and economic opportunities etc. Special attention is given to the environmental Performance Index (EPI) and Human Development Index (HDI). In the last part of the research, the authors present a short SWOT analysis for the green economy in Romania and several future research directions.

The proposed model approaches network traffic analysis in a way to collect network information and then deal with it using technologies available for big data analysis. The model aims to analyze the collected information to calculate a factor called reliability factor, which can guide in effective network management. The model also aims to assist the network administrator by informing him whether network traffic is high or low, and the administrator can then take targeted steps to prevent network failure.

In this chapter, the authors analyze the correlation between the computationally light degree centrality (DEG) and local clustering coefficient complement-based degree centrality (LCC'DC) metrics vs. the computationally heavy betweenness centrality (BWC), eigenvector centrality (EVC), and closeness centrality (CLC) metrics. Likewise, they also analyze the correlation between the computationally light complement of neighborhood overlap (NOVER') and the computationally heavy edge betweenness centrality (EBWC) metric. The authors analyze the correlations at three different levels: pair-wise (Kendall's correlation measure), network-wide (Spearman's correlation measure), and linear regression-based prediction (Pearson's correlation measure). With regards to the node centrality metrics, they observe LCC'DC-BWC to be the most strongly correlated at all the three levels of correlation. For the edge centrality metrics, the authors observe EBWC-NOVER' to be strongly correlated with respect to the Spearman's correlation measure, but not with respect to the other two measures.

An EPG graph G is an edge-intersection graph of paths on a grid. In this thesis, we analyze structural characterizations and complexity aspects regarding EPG graphs. Our main focus is on the class of B1-EPG graphs whose intersection model satisfies well-known the Helly property, called Helly-B1-EPG. We show that the problem of recognizing Helly-B1-EPG graphs is NP-complete. Besides, other intersection graph classes such as VPG, EPT, and VPT were also studied. We completely solve the problem of determining the Helly and strong Helly numbers of Bk-EPG graphs and Bk-VPG graphs for each non-negative integer k. Finally, we show that every Chordal B1-EPG graph is at the intersection of VPT and EPT.

This work focuses on the definition of a suitable methodology to compare different nuclear energy options, with particular attention to strategies able to minimize nuclear wastes. In order to set possible transition scenarios from actual GEN-II reactors, the energy demand and the nuclear energy share up to 2050 have been evaluated by means of data available in the international literature. To compare the different options, major indicators of energy-electricity sector have been analyzed. With particular attention to nuclear energy social acceptability the major indicators investigated are the inventory and the radiotoxicity vs. time of residual wastes. In order to reach a final equilibrium situation, transition scenarios, where GEN-III (e.g. EPR) and GEN-IV new reactors (as lead cooled fast ones), have been analyzed. As cases study Spain and France scenarios have been considered.

The article clarifies of gender identity stereotypes in modern media. The main gender stereotypes covered in modern mass media are analyzed and refuted. The model of gender relations in the media is reflected mainly in the stereotypical images of men and woman. The features of the use of gender concepts in modern periodicals for women and men were determined. The most frequently used derivatives of these macroconcepts were identified and analyzed in detail. It has been found that publications for women and men are full of various gender concepts that are used in different contexts. Ingeneral, theanalysisofthe concept-maximums and concept-minimum gender and their characteristics is carried out in the context of gender stereotypes that have been forme dand function in the society, system atizing the a ctual presentations. The study of the gender concept is relevant because it reveals new trends and features of modern gender images. Taking into account the special features of gender-labeled periodicals in general and the practical absence of comprehensive scientific studies of the gender concept in particular, there is a need to supplement Ukrainian science with this topic. Gender psychology, which is served by methods of various sciences, primarily sociological, pedagogical, linguistic, psychological, socio-psychological. Let us pay attention to linguistic and psycholinguistic methods in gender studies. Linguistic methods complement intelligence research tasks, associated with speech, word and text. Psycholinguistic methods used in gender psychology (semantic differential, semantic integral, semantic analysis of words and texts), aimed at studying speech messages, specific mechanisms of origin and perception, functions of speech activity in society, studying the relationship between speech messages and gender properties participants in the communication, to analyze the linguistic development in connection with the general development of the individual. Nowhere in gender practice there is the whole arsenal of psychological methods that allow you to explore psychological peculiarities of a person like observation, experiments, questionnaires, interviews, testing, modeling, etc. The methods of psychological self-diagnostics include: the gender aspect of the own socio-psychological portrait, a gender biography as a variant of the biographical method, aimed at the reconstruction of individual social experience. In the process of writing a gender autobiography, a person can understand the characteristics of his gender identity, as well as ways and means of their formation. Socio-psychological methods of studying gender include the study of socially constructed women’s and men’s roles, relationships and identities, sexual characteristics, psychological characteristics, etc. The use of gender indicators and gender approaches as a means of socio-psychological and sociological analysis broadens the subject boundaries of these disciplines and makes them the subject of study within these disciplines. And also, in the article a combination of concrete-historical, structural-typological, system-functional methods is implemented. Descriptive and comparative methods, method of typology, modeling are used. Also used is a method of content analysis for the study of gender content of modern gender-stamped journals. It was he who allowed quantitatively to identify and explore the features of the gender concept in the pages of periodicals for women and men. A combination of historical, structural-typological, system-functional methods is also implemented in the article. Descriptive and comparative methods, method of typology, modeling are used. A method of content analysis for the study of gender content of modern gender-labeled journals is also used. It allowed to identify and explore the features of the gender concept quantitatively in the periodicals for women and men. The conceptual perception and interpretation of the gender concept «woman», which is highlighted in the modern gender-labeled press in Ukraine, requires the elaboration of the polyfunctionality of gender interpretations, the comprehension of the metaphorical perception of this image and its role and purpose in society. A gendered approach to researching the gender content of contemporary periodicals for women and men. Conceptual analysis of contemporary gender-stamped publications within the gender conceptual sphere allows to identify and correlate the meta-gender and gender concepts that appear in society.
