Abstract:
For choosing the best decision in daily agricultural practice, it is very important to formalize the decision process using systems analysis and mathematical methods. Theory of the decision-making under uncertainty or under risk supposes one criterion. In practice, the best solution is chosen under more decision criteria. Decision problem with m alternatives, n states of nature and k criteria has to be solved in this case. Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for solution of this problem is described in this paper.

Abstract:
The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been the most popular tool for the field of decision making in the past 30 years, because of its simplicity and rationality. Construct a hierarchy system for evaluation by decision makers. Hence, only the effect of outer-dependence can be considered in the AHP. However, besides outer-dependence, correlation is another common effect between criteria which cannot be accounted for neither by the AHP nor by the analytic network process (ANP). Hence, in this paper, we extend the AHP to consider the correlation effect. In addition, a biobjective programming model is proposed to derive the result. Furthermore, the traditional AHP can be considered as the special case of the proposed model when the correlation effect between criteria is ignored. Finally, a numerical example is given to justify the proposed method and compare the result with the AHP.

Abstract:
When choosing online financial transactions, security is a paramount concern of users. Three categories of banks in India, namely public, private and foreign banks, have a completely different focus on technology and capabilities. The study aims at investigating e-banking users’ perception with regard to online risk for public, private and foreign banks. Online risk perception for the abovementioned banks was assessed on three major risk parameters, i.e. security aspect, privacy aspect, and trust; using a multiple-criteria decision-making tool, called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The outcomes indicate that security risk is paramount among various aspects of perceived risk, followed by privacy and trust concern. Moreover, public sector banks are perceived to be the safest in this aspect. Public sector banks are also considered to be benign in terms of privacy and trust. Given the general user’s perception of risk generated by all the three risk parameters taken together, public sector banks are perceived to be the most secure, followed by private and foreign banks. The findings of this study have various implications for both research and practice. Private and foreign banks in India may adopt appropriate marketing strategies to achieve a favorable perception. Various studies have been conducted earlier on these factors and their interrelationship, but limited research has been carried out to demonstrate the importance of each of these factors in relation to the other as perceived by the user. Moreover, the study quantifies factors in order of their importance.

Abstract:
Sustainable land use in agriculture involves the management of economic, environmental, and social services. In order to make the widely accepted concept of sustainable multifunctional agriculture operative for the design of agricultural policies, it is necessary to estimate the social demand for non-production outputs. This paper addresses the issue of matching agricultural policy with public preferences and willingness to pay for the possible non-production benefits that agriculture may deliver. Given the diversity of economic, social and environmental services, and the diversity of public needs, the reported study attempts to simplify and evaluate a very complex set of multifunctionality issues and to investigate the policy relevant trade-offs using the combination of the Contingent Valuation (CV) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The results obtained demonstrate the existence of a significant public demand for the investigated non-production outputs included in the multifunctionality concept in the Czech Republic.

Abstract:
Politeknik Negeri Semarang menerima mahasiswa baru melalui beberapa jalur penerimaan. Metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) termasuk dalam metode tersebut. Abstract:
The rigid pavement on many roads is considered as a solution due to the increasing traffic load that requires high performance and durability of the road construction. However, the implementation of rigid pavement takes a longer time to reach its concrete strength until the road operation. Some industries have developed pavement from precast concrete panels to reduce construction time. This paper discusses the comparison of rigid pavement between precast concrete and conventional concrete. Two road sections are Jalan Margomulyo Surabaya using precast-concrete-pavement and Jalan Semarang-Jambu using conventional-concrete-pavement chosen as research objects. Cost, construction time, serviceability, and traffic performance are the four variables reviewed in this study analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with considers 15 competent experts as respondents. Based on the analysis shows that a road improvement project by using precast-pavement is more effective and efficient with a score of 58.42 %, while the score of conventional concrete is 41.58 %.

Abstract:
The banking sector plays a vital role in growth-supporting factor for economic growth in the world’s fastest-growing economies like India. Recently, Islamic banking has become an increasingly popular method for alleviating poverty, financial inclusion and economic development around the world. Its importance is highly needed in developing and emerging countries such as India. The main purpose of the paper is to identify and prioritize the critical impeding factors for Islamic banking growth in India. The study is conducted in two stages: the first stage involves investigating the current literature works regarding the challenges facing Islamic banking industry in India, while the second stage is based on identifying and prioritizing these challenges according to its importance in hindering Islamic banking growth by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a multi-criterion decision making tool for organizing and analyzing decisions, based on qualitative and quantitative measures. The results show that the regulatory environmental challenge is the most significant factor among other factors in impeding the growth of Islamic banking in India followed by lack of Islamic banking experts and scholars. The third main challenge is lack of awareness for Islamic banking instruments followed by lack of standardization and the last is lack of cooperation and coordination between Islamic banking authorities. This study is considered the first one to address empirically the challenges facing Islamic banking industry in the world and particularly in India.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Chicken disease belong to the herpes group that often attacks poultry like laying hens. Various types of diseases that can attack such as marek, IB chicken, chicken NP, CA, EDS. Therefore it is necessary to be given a special vaccine for poultry that can anticipate the dominant diseases attacking poultry in particular chicken laying. So need a prediction model with the concept of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. analytical hierarchy process is one of the methods in the decision-making system that uses several variables with a multilevel analysis process using criteria such as decreased egg production, cough, watery eyes, wings hanging down, a gray sprocket, legs paralyzed. From the test results obtained varied values with alternative results obtained: Marek 0.1487, IB chicken 0.3464, CA 0.1769, chicken NP 0.2407, EDS 0.0884. Then fuzzy analytical hierarcy process is good for predicting laying hens disease

Abstract:
In the study, electronic market credit risk evaluation for agricultural products based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Firstly, the evaluation indexes are analyzed and the hierarchic tree is formulated based on the evaluation indexes. Then, pairwise comparison matrix is established, and the consistency of discriminant matrix is judged. When the consistency of discriminant matrix is satisfied, the weight vector of the indexes which are used to establish the pairwise comparison matrix are obtained. And weight of each index is obtained. Finally, final decision making is obtained. The experimental results show that the evaluation of electronic market credit risk evaluation for agricultural products based on analytic hierarchy process is effective.
