Resumo: Um sistema dinâmico p-fuzzy é um sistema cuja dinâmica é obtida através de um sistema baseado em regras fuzzy. Neste trabalho, realizamos um estudo analítico da estabilidade dos sistemas dinâmicos p-fuzzy. Estabelecemos condições necessárias e suficientes para existência de ponto de equilíbrio para sistemas p-fuzzy unidimensionais e bidimensionais e derivamos condições para estabilidade deste ponto. Vimos que, uma condição suficiente para existência de ponto de equilíbrio é uma mudança de sinal na saída do controlador. Este trabalho mostra ainda, que a estabilidade de um ponto de equilíbrio depende, principalmente, das variáveis de entradas e saídas do sistema baseado em regras fuzzy associado ao sistema p-fuzzy. Além dos diversos resultados matemáticos encontrados, com demonstrações rigorosas, realizamos inúmeros experimentos computacionais e obtivemos resultados que atestam a veracidade de da teoria aqui proposta. Apresentamos ainda, algumas aplicações em Biomatemática onde podemos comprovar, em situações concretas, a eficácia, versatilidade e robustez da teoria desenvolvida
Abstract: A p-fuzzy dynamic system is a system whose dynamics is obtained through a fuzzy rule-based systems. ln this work we present an analytical study of the stability of p-fuzzy dynamic systems. We establish necessary and sufficient conditions to existence of equilibrium point for one variable and two variable p-fuzzy systems and, we derive conditions for stability of this point. We saw that, a sufficient condition for existence of equilibrium point is a change of signal in the output of the controller This work still shows, that the stability of an equilibrium point depends, mainly, fuzzy rule-based systems's input-output. Many mathematical results has been found and demonstrated rigorously. We still made many computational experiments and its results show that all developed mathematical theory is efficient. We still present, some applications in Biomathematics where we can prove, in real situations, the efficiency, versatility and robustness of the developed theory in this work

Electricity is a fundamental energy carrier for modern life and for economic prosperity. All kinds of equipment use electricity as their power source, including domestic and industrial applications. There is a trend to adopting more electricity-based equipment in all areas. The modern power infrastructures can sufficiently supply most cities and developed areas. However, certain rural areas are still unable to get access to electric power due to the inconvenient locations or less developed economy. This makes the living conditions in such areas extremely inconvenient and further hinders the economic development in those areas.Electrification for rural areas has been a critical task for some developing countries. To accomplish this task, the options are limited to build a stand-alone power system or construct a power transmission line for the chosen location. A stand-alone power system has commonly been based on fossil fuel, such as a diesel generator, with low capital cost compared to a long connection, but with significant running cost of fuel. Recent improvements of renewable sources and storage, and more efficient loads, have made renewable sources much more competitive than before for a stand-alone electricity supply. The choice between different renewable energies depends on the local natural resources. It is a more flexible way to providing the electricity and a more efficient and environmental-friendly way since the energy loss caused by transmission is eliminated. On the other hand, the grid connection option involves building a transmission line to connect the rural area to the national grid, which is a more traditional approach to provide power. The cost of this method depends on the relative distance between the rural area and the nation grid.The choice between the above two mentioned electrification options is the first step when considering providing power to the rural area. This thesis focuses on the electrification for rural areas and comparing the above two methods, finding out the break-even point. It is of current interest as the technology for both options is changing, and the break-even is also changing.In this thesis, a mathematical model for on-grid electrification is proposed and simulated on MATLAB. The off-grid option is simulated by HOMER. The results show how the LCOE of on-grid and off-grid electrification as well as the off-grid configuration are affected by different parameters like the distance to grid, load demand level, PV cost, WT cost, storage cost, the diesel price and so on. By comparing the results, the break-even point of two options is also presented.Elektricitet är den viktigaste energibäraren för det moderna livet och för ekonomiskt välstånd. Många typer av utrustning använder el som sin kraftkälla, i hushållet såväl som I industrin, och det finns en tendens att öka användning av el inom alla områden. Moderna elnät levererar till de flesta städer och utvecklade områden. Dock har vissa landsbygdsområden fortfarande inte elförsörjning, på grund av svårtillgängliga områden och mindre utvecklade ekonomier. Detta gör att levnadsförhållandena i sådana områden är lägre än om man hade haft tillgång till el, och ytterligare hindrar den ekonomiska utvecklingen i dessa områden.Elektrifiering för landsbygdsområden har varit en viktig uppgift för vissa utvecklingsländer. Två extrema fall är att bygga ett fristående lokalt kraftsystem, eller att bygga nya kraftledningar för att ansluta till ett befintligt elnät. Ett fristående kraftsystem har historiskt sett typiskt berott på fossila bränslen, till exempel med en dieselgenerator, vilket ger lägre kapitalkostnad än en lång ledning, fast med betydande driftskostnader för bränsle. De senaste förbättringarna av förnybara källor och lagring, samt effektivare laster, har gjort förnybara källor mycket mer konkurrenskraftiga än tidigare för en fristående elförsörjning.Valet mellan de två ovannämnda alternativen är det första steget när man elektrifierar ett landsbygdsområde. Denna uppsats fokuserar på elektrifiering för landsbygdsområden och jämför dessa två metoder. Det är av aktuellt intresse eftersom tekniken för båda alternativen är i förändring.I denna uppsats, en matematisk modell för on-grid elektrifiering är föreslås och simuleras på MATLAB. Alternativet off-grid simuleras av HOMER. Resultaten visar hur LCOE av on-grid och off-grid elektrifiering såväl som nätverkskonfigurationen påverkas av olika parametrar som avståndet till rutnätet, lastbehovsnivå, PV kostnad, WT kostnad, lagerkostnad, dieselpriset och så vidare. Genom att jämföra resultaten, jämnpunkten av två alternativ är också presenterad.

Resumo: Este estudo identifica o ponto de equilíbrio econômico entre o uso de um Pavimento Flexível ou Rígido em função do nível de tráfego e capacidade de suporte de subleito, relacionado a custo/m2 e taxa de amortização através do dimensionamento do Pavimento Flexível pelo método CBR e do pavimento rígido pelo método da PCA/66. Considera cenários de intervenções nesses pavimentos ao longo de um ciclo de vida de 10 e 40 anos onde os materiais são variados, referenciando as estruturas de pavimento a um mesmo patamar monetário e temporal, através da variável dependente Valor Presente Líquido (VPL). Mostra que quaisquer que sejam os procedimentos de dimensionamento que venham a definir o tipo de estrutura de pavimento a ser adotado em um empreendimento rodoviário, esses devem ser acompanhados de uma análise econômica utilizando-se do conceito de ¿Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA)¿. Como conclusão, é mostrado que deve ser evitado a opção por um tipo de estrutura de pavimento que envolve custo inicial e os custos de intervenções, baseado apenas em seu custo inicial. A simples análise de custo inicial pode não ser a melhor opção ao longo do ciclo de vida de um pavimento sob o ponto de vista do investidor, em função do custo do dinheiro disponível no mercado
Abstract: This study identify the break-even-point between Rigid and Flexible pavement use function of the traffic and subgrade support related to cost/m2 and discount rate, through CBR method of Flexible Pavement Design and PCA/66 Rigid pavement design. Consider intervention scenarios of 10 and 40 years with materials variations referred to the pavement structures of the same monetary and temporal landing through dependent variable Net Present Value (NPV). Show that wherever be the design pavement procedures to define the pavement structure in a roadway enterprise is mandatory to come with an economic analysis using the Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) conceptions. As a conclusion is showed to be mandatory to avoid option for a pavement structure that involves initial and interventions costs, based only on its initial costs. The simple initial cost analysis couldn¿t be best option over the investor point of view considering the money cost available in the market

Resumo: Neste trabalho será analisado um modelo matemático que descreve a propagação da dengue. Tal modelo é dado por um sistema de equações diferenciais ordinárias não lineares sujeitas a condições iniciais, que descreve duas populações: a de mosquitos e a humana. A população de mosquitos é dividida em duas subpopulações: fase aquática, incluindo os ovos, larvas e pupas, e fase alada, que é subdividida em mosquitos suscetíveis e infectados. A população humana é dividida em subpopulações de suscetíveis, infectados e removidos. No modelo citado é assumido que a população de mosquito e a população humana atingiram homogeneidade espacial, isto é, não há movimentação destas populações influenciando na disseminação da doença. O principal interesse neste trabalho é analisar qualitativamente o comportamento das populações em torno dos pontos de equilíbrio do sistema. Para este fim, além do uso de ferramentas analíticas também foram realizadas simulações numéricas utilizando o software Maple. Dessa forma foi possível obter informações sobre a disseminação da dengue, sob algumas hipóteses, mesmo sem obtermos solução explícita do sistema
Abstract: In this work it will be analyzed a mathematical model describing propagation of dengue disease. This model is given by a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations, subjected to initial conditions, involving two populations: one of mosquitos and another of humans. The mosquitos population is divided in two subpopulations: the aquatic phase, including eggs, larvae and pupae, and the winged phase, that is divided in susceptible and infected mosquitos. The human population is divided in subpopulations of susceptible, infected and removed. In the cited model it is assumed that the mosquito and human populations achieved spatial homogeneity, i.e., there is no movement of these populations affecting the disease dissemination. The main interest of this work is to analyze qualitatively the populations behavior around the equilibrium points of the system. To this end, in addition to the use of analytical tools, numerical simulations were performed by using Maple software. In this way, it was possible to obtain information about dengue dissemination, under some hypotheses, even without obtaining explicit solution for the system

Досліджено нормативно-правові засади щодо відкриття фітнес-центру для чоловіків в сфері фітнес-послуг. А також обґрунтовано вибір способу входження в бізнес, організаційно-правової форми та обраної системи оподаткування. Проаналізовано насиченість ринку фітнес-центрів на території м. Одеси. Проведено оцінку внутрішніх конкурентних переваг підприємства. Розраховано витрати на створення та функціонування фітнес-центру для чоловіків. Спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації проекту та представлено розрахунки економічної ефективності відкриття фітнес-центру для чоловіків. Проаналізовано можливі ризики та запропоновано заходи щодо їх мінімізації.
The paper considers the theoretical principles of starting your own business in the city of Odessa. The legal basis for opening a fitness center for men in the field of fitness services has been studied. And also the choice of the way of entering the business, the organizational and legal form and the chosen system of taxation are substantiated. The saturation of the market of fitness centers on the territory of Odessa is analyzed. An assessment of the internal competitive advantages of the enterprise. The costs of creating and operating a fitness center for men are calculated. The profit from the project implementation is forecasted and calculations of economic efficiency of opening a fitness center for men are presented. Possible risks are analyzed and measures to minimize them are proposed.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of ensuring the effective activity of tourism enterprises in the market of event tourism. The importance of various types of events for organizing tourist activity in the world and in Ukraine is highlighted. The directions of state support for event tourism are considered. Author analysis the financial-economic activity of the tourist operator «Macintur» for 2018-2020. Provisions were made for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise through diversification of services. Author proposed the introduction of a new event tour, which involves visiting the Kiev tourists of the Odessa International Film Festival. The Nigeria economy is wholly dependent on revenue from oil. However, bitumen has been discovered in
the country since 1903 and has remained untapped over the years. The need for the country to
complement oil exploration with the huge bitumen deposit cannot be overemphasized. This will help to
improve the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and revenue available to government. Bitumen is
classifled as heavy crude with API (American petroleum Institute) number ranging between 50 and 110
and occurs in Nigeria, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela etc from which petroleum products could be
derived.
This dissertation looked at the Canadian experience by comparing the oil and tar sand deposit found in Canada with particular reference to Athabasca (Grosmont, Wabiskaw McMurray and Nsiku) with
that in Nigeria with a view of transferring process technology from Canada to Nigeria. The Nigeria and Athabasca tar sands occur in the same type of environment. These are the deltaic, fluvial marine deposit in an incised valley with similar reservoir, chemical and physical properties. However, the Nigeria tar sand is more asphaltenic and also contains more resin and as such will yield more product volume during
hydro cracking albeit more acidic. The differences in the components (viscosity, resin and asphaltenes
contents, sulphur and heavy metal contents) of the tar sands is within the limit of technology adaptation.
Any of the technologies used in Athabasca, Canada is adaptable to Nigeria according to the findings of this research.
The techno-economics of some of the process technologies are. x-rayed using the PTAC (petroleum
technology alliance Canada) technology recovery model in order to obtain their unit cost for Nigeria
bitumen. The unit cost of processed bitumen adopting steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD), in situ
combustion (ISC) and cyclic steam stimulation (CSS) process technology is 40.59, 25.00 and 44.14
Canadian dollars respectively. The unit cost in Canada using the same process technology is 57.27, 25.00
and 61.33 Canadian dollars respectively. The unit cost in Nigeria is substantively lesser than in Canada.
A trade off is thereafter done using life cycle costing so as to select the best process technology for the
Nigeria oil/tar sands. The net present value/internal rate of return is found to be B$3,062/36.35% for
steam assisted gravity drainage, B$I,570124.51 % for cyclic steam stimulation and B$3,503/39.64% for in
situ combustion. Though in situ combustion returned the highest net present value and internal rate of
return, it proved not to be the best option for Nigeria due to environmental concern and response time to
production. The best viable option for the Nigeria tar sand was then deemed to be steam assisted gravity
drainage.
An integrated oil strategy coupled with cogeneration using MSAR was also seen to considerably amplify
the benefits accruable from bitumen exploration; therefore, an investment in bitumen exploration in

Oncidium is an important cut flower industry for export in Taiwan. The export value was more than 300 million NTD in 2016. In order to further enhance the development, this study used the data of agricultural production costs and revenues in 2011-2015 to analyze the cost structure and the break-even points in the main production areas of Oncidium. The results showed that the highest share in the production costs of the Oncidium industry was the garden establishment cost, followed by agricultural facilities expenditure. In addition, the amounts and the values of actual sales in five counties were all higher than the break-even points. This implied the Oncidium industry was profitable in each county. The break-even ratio was 42%, which indicated that the industry was going well. The annual amounts and the annual values of actual sales in Chiayi County, in particular, were three times as high as the break-even points in 2013-2015. Furthermore, the amounts and the values of actual sales in Pingtung County were also two times as high as the break-even points in 2014-2015. Nevertheless, the unit price and the value of sales in each of these five counties were decreased in 2015. The production costs were highest in Yunlin County and Tainan City. As for the rate of agricultural income, the highest was in Chiayi County with 42.19%, and the lowest was in Taichung with 16.99%. Chiayi County also had the highest profit of agricultural enterprises with a rate of 32.57%.
