Abstract:
This paper explores Aristotle's remarks in Posterior Analytics on certain special disciplines that are subordinate to pure mathematical sciences. Optics, harmonics and mechanics prove their own contents by means of premises belonging to arithmetic or geometry. Even though subaltern sciences are exceptions to the prohibition on kind crossing, the premises to their demonstrations are legitimately appropriate to the relative conclusions. In order to delineate the demonstrative structure of subordinate sciences, Aristotle introduces the distinction between knowledge of a fact and knowledge of the reason for it. In his view, these two different levels of knowledge, characterizing respectively empirical and theoretical approaches, are closely related. Nautical astronomy, for instance, deals with the observation and recording of the astral motions, which are made intelligible by mathematical astronomy. The Aristotelian ideal of an explanatory connection between appearances and mathematical principles seems to be the main aspect in the treatment of subordinate sciences in Posterior Analytics.

Abstract:
The technologies are expanding their possibilities in the global information age. The scholars aim to explicate perspectives of human power practice. Haptics technology is one of the ultimate technological trends. Visual culture and technological progress had speeded up the researches in this area. When possibilities to organize constructs of virtual reality have sprung up, the scholars had started discussion about the integration of haptic sense into information reception, conveyance and soak processes. It can be as the facility of studying and some performance of actions, to speed up technological progress. There are analyzing explorations in haptics technology trend (medicine, science education, robotic researches, computer science and experimental brain researches) in this article. The author is searching for connections between haptics technology ranges trends and technology adaptation for educational quality development. The subject of the research – researches in haptics technology trend. Aim of the research – to explore researches of haptics technology. The tasks of research are to single out the ranges, where haptics technology is generating in practice, to single out education range, where explorations and achievements of haptics technology is the most relevant, to ascertain the importance of haptics technology on the international ground aspect in science education context. Methods of research: metaanalysis, systemic structural analysis, comparative analysis. Results and conclusion: • Accomplished analysis shows that haptics technologies are generating practically in 5 ranges: medicine, science education, robotic researches, computer science and experimental brain researches. • It is ascertained, that the most achievements of haptics technology researches are in science education range. It is important to make more qualitative science education. The researches from Lithuania in this range are one of the leaders in the world (together with JAV, Korea). • Tactile is very important to visual-spatial perception development, this conditions haptics technology to give and to activate modulations in the human mental structure. The information and mental models are memorizing for longer period. Keywords: haptics technology, cyber researches, human brain researches, medicine, computer, science education.

Abstract:
This study aims to evaluate whether, within the more general field of sociology, it is justifiable to set a boundary line for a specific orientation called «analytical sociology». The task is faced by showing that - as happens to all empirical disciplines that borrow this term - the qualification of analytical is a conceptual approximation, essentially a metaphor, which can not be tied to Kant's definition. Furthermore, the essay highlights that the trait claimed specifically by the would-be «analytical sociology» orientation, that is defining things through «mechanisms», does not in any way differ from sociological explanations tout court. «Explaining» means reconstructing causative links through the use of models, theoretical constructions, or principles of connecting regularity. Since the supporters of the so-called analytical sociology define «mechanism» in these very terms, this means that in sociological tradition the explanations have always used a similar path and therefore the text offers a significant explanation as proof. However, this also means that there are no valid assumptions to distinguish, in sociology, such a specific epistemological or theoretical orientation as the «analytical» one.

Ulus devletler birçok bakımdan bireyin aidiyetlerini kimlik politikaları çerçevesinde sınırlandırır. Günümüzde bireyler, ürünler ve fikirler ulus devletlerin geçirgen sınırlarını aşmakla birlikte hiç olmadığı ölçüde bir hareketlilik içerisindedir. Bu bakımdan gerek göç gerekse kimlik kavramları tartışılır ve yeniden tanımlanır hale gelmiştir. Göç çalışmaları içerisinde birçok çalışma hareketli bireylerin çoklu aidiyetlerini ulus devletlerin kimlik politikaları çerçevesinde ele almaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin kimlik ve aidiyetlerini tanımlayabilmek araştırma alanı ve veri analizi sürecine perspektif sunabilecek için literatürde yer alan teori ve alan araştırmalara dayanan analitik bir çerçeve sunmaktadır. Bu çerçeveye göre hareketli bireylerin hareketlilik noktaları ile olan bağları göz önünde bulundurularak gündelik hayatları içerisinde yer alan gündelik rutinleri ve törensel edimlerinden (kutlamaları) hareketle, çeşitli seviyelerde aidiyetleri ve buna bağlı olarak sosyal kimlikleri analiz edilebilir. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHAn Analytical Framework For Constructing Identity in MobilityNation states in many respects set boundaries to their citizens’ sense of belonging through their identity policies. Despite this fact, in today’s world – a world in which the boundaries of nation states are nothing but only transparent – individuals, goods and ideas have never been so mobile. In that sense, both immigration and identity issues have become to be discussed and redefined. Many studies among the ones on migration deal with the multiple belongings of individuals within the frame of identity policies of nation states. This study, on the other hand, offers an analytical frame through the findings of various theories and field researches so as to define individuals’ identity and sense of belonging. Accordingly, it presents mobile individuals’ sense of belongings at different levels and their social identities by keeping their daily routines and rituals in daily life in mind and by considering these individuals’ connections with their points of mobility. These ties can be cultural, economic, religious, linguistic, political, national and emotional in nature.

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pelaksanaan discharge planning yang belum optimal dilaksanakan, dapat menyebabkan tidak efektifnya kontinuitas perawatan di rumah, meningkatkan resiko keparahan (severity), dan dirawat kembali (readmission). Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan karakteristik perawat dan metode pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Palembang BARI Tahun 2019. Metode : Desain deskriptif analitik dengan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perawat dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Uji statistik Chi Square dan t-test. Hasil : Ada hubungan antara metode pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning (p=0,020 < ? = 0,05). Sedangkan usia (p=0,742), jenis kelamin (p=0,672), pendidikan (p=0,165), masa kerja (p=0,618) tidak ada hubungan dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning. Simpulan : Metode pemberian asuhan keperawatan merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan discharge planning. Perlunya penambahan SDM atau perawat di Ruangan pada saat shift malam.

Stres pada perawat dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah beban kerja. Beban kerja perawat di rumah sakit meliputi beban kerja fisik dan mental. Menurut hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (2006) terdapat 50,9% perawat mengalami stress kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan stress kerja perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. M. Djamil Padang tahun 2017.Jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional Study yang telah dilaksanakan di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr.M. Djamil Padang yang berjumlah 34 orangdengan sampel 34 orang. Analisa data dilakukan secara analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square.Hasil penelitian lebih dari separoh (61,8%) responden mengalami stress pada Perawat Pelaksana. Lebih dari separoh (58,8%) responden memiliki beban kerja yang berat terhadap stress kerja pada Perawat Pelaksana. Ada hubungan bermakna beban kerja dengan stress kerja Perawat Pelaksana di Instalasi Bedah Sentral. Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja Perawat Pelaksana di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang maka diharapkan pihak rumah sakit untuk perlu lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan perawat dengan beban kerja dan resiko kerja lebih tinggi dengan harapan agar beban kerja yang dirasakan tidak terlalu berat sehingga tidak menimbulkan stres kerja pada Perawat Pelaksana di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.

The Purposive of the sampling is used in sampling technique. Gathering the data use interviews with questionnaire. The analysis result showing that majority of smoker 43,8%. The patient with tuberculosis is 80,9%. There’s connection between smoking habituation with tuberculosis.

From the idea of the body traversed by language and images and inhabited by pleasure, we follow the path traced by organisational culture, narcissism, recognition and its encounter with contingency. Abstract:
The paper examines the models and stiffness efficiency of the column base of semi-rigid steel frames, reviews stiffness calculation methods and calculates the rotation of column base connection in two ways: analytical, according to LST EN 1993-1-8, and finite element, applying nonlinear analysis. Two groups of modelling have been made: the first group deals with changes in the thickness of the base plate; the second one shows a different diameter of the anchor bolt. The obtained results reveal the influence of the base plate and anchor bolt on the stiffness of column base connection. The article discusses differences in the euro code and linear analysis: minimum difference makes 61,6% and maximum – 73,7%. For calculating the strength of the column base, a conservative model has been employed, i.e. according to the Eurocode, the received values are smaller compared to nonlinear analysis: minimum difference makes 37,0% and maximum – 49,0%. Santrauka Nagrinėjamas pusiau standžių plieninių rėmų pėdų modeliavimas ir standumo nustatymo efektyvumas. Apžvelgti kolonos pėdų standumo nustatymo metodai. Apskaičiuotas kolonos pėdos pasisukimas dviem būdais: pagal analitines išraiškas, kurios pateiktos LST EN 1993-1-8 dalyje, ir baigtinių elementų programą „Solid Works“ taikant netiesinę analizę. Sumodeliuotos dvi grupės: pirmojoje keičiamas pėdos pamatinės plokštės storis, o kitoje – inkarinio varžto skersmuo. Rezultatai rodo kolonos pėdos komponentų inkarinio varžto ir pamatinės plokštės įtaką bazės kampiniam posūkiui. Iš gautų rezultatų matyti, kad pagal Eurokodą ir netiesinę analizę kampiniai posūkiai skiriasi. Mažiausias skirtumas yra 61,6 %, o didžiausias – 73,7 %. Atliekant pėdos stiprumo skaičiavimus taikomas konservatyvus modelis – skaičiuojant pagal Eurokodą 3 gautos mažesnės reikšmės negu taikant netiesinę analizę. Mažiausias skirtumas yra 37,0 %, o didžiausias – 49,0 %.

Abstract:
This paper discuss the formal and symbolical meaning of triangular shape of contemporary mosque architecture in Indonesia, with case study the mosques designed by Ridwan Kamil in Jakarta and in rest area Km 88 toll road between Jakarta and Bandung. There was a question in the public whether the triangular shape was adequate to be used as a mosque building. This paper propose answers with the analitical descriptive to understand the symbolical meaning of triangle shape used Sundanese community culture, one of Indonesian ethnics as representation. The paper used comparation and interpretation method to reveals the meaning of triangle shape in local culture and to find the connection to triangle shape in contemporary mosques architecture. The vernacular mosques in Indonesia known with their pyramid shape stacked roof with pointed roof in the peak. The pointed roof derived from the mountain that believed as the sacred place and used as symbol in the form of stacked roof of mosque. The finding of this paper is that triangular form can be accepted as mosque architectural form for the symbolical meaning derived from Sundanese culture. In the two mosques, this triangle shape enlarged and become praying room and as bridge to the God realm. The shape then achieved two purpose, as symbol of holy place and also fullfiled the function of praying room.

Santrauka. Šio straipsnio tikslas – konceptualiai nuskaidrinti racionalumo problemą sociologijoje, papildomai svarstant sociologijos ir filosofijos sąveikos aptariamoje srityje klausimus. Teigiama, kad racionalumo problema sociologijoje neatskiriama nuo racionalumo problemos filosofijoje, todėl specifines abiejų dalykų problemas reikia analizuoti ne atskirai, o kartu. Abiejų dalykų istorijose – trumpesnėje sociologijos ir ilgesnėje filosofijos – randame analogijų ir paralelizmų. Paralelizmai rekomenduoja skverbtis į bendrosios kilmės problemų genealogiją neapsiribojant paskirų dalykų vidinės sandaros analitika. Historically, the problems of rationality, normativity, social action, and meaning-adequacy in sociology have its closest relationships with epistemology. The aim of this essay is to articulate and explicate the parallel “problems of rationality” in sociology and philosophy. This is done in two parts. The first looks at sociologists’ attempts to articulate conceptually the relation between rationality and normativity. The problem of the relationship of rationality and normativity in sociology appears early in a classical and modern sociology but appears consequently in many more hidden ways in connection with epistemological naturalism. The article argues that the radical critique of epistemology and philosophy in contemporary neopraxiological empiricism is misdirected due to a misconception about the relationship between rationality and a priori.

AbstractLasara is a mytological object being that is often symbolized in Nias material culture such as osa-osa, sarcofagus, wooden coffin, grave, lasara on village gate, traditional house ornaments, and sword handle. This comparative study-enhanced descriptive-analytical research method is aimed at finding connection between lasara, which is a part of Nias people mythology, and its interpretation through the outlying elements to obtain a complete understanding of lasara. The analysis reveals that in a society where mythology is an innate value, lasara is understood as a symbol of a ride related with religious and social aspects. Lasara is symbolized as a boat used in the migration of Nias people through the sea, as well as a spiritual ride in its religious life.AbstrakLasara merupakan makhluk mistis yang banyak diwujudkan dalam budaya materi di Nias seperti osa-osa, sarkofagus, peti jenazah kayu, bangunan kubur, lasara pada gerbang desa, ornamen rumah adat, dan hulu pedang. Untuk menjawab permasalahan mengenai pemaknaan lasara dalam pemahaman masyarakat Nias digunakan metode deskriptif analitik yang diperkuat oleh studi komparatif yang bertujuan untuk menarik benang merah antara objek yang dikenal sebagai lasara yang menjadi bagian dari mitologi masyarakat Nias dengan pemaknaannya melalui aspek-aspek yang melatarbelakanginya sehingga dapat diperoleh pemahaman yang utuh terhadap salah satu bentuk kebudayaan di daerah Nias tersebut. Dari analisis tersebut dapat terjawab bahwa dalam pemahaman masyarakatnya yang masih sangat terikat oleh mitologi, lasara dimaknai sebagai simbol yang berkaitan dengan struktur sosial serta simbol wahana terkait dengan aspek religi dan sosial. Lasara sebagai wahana dikaitkan dengan bentuk perahu yang berhubungan dengan proses migrasi orang Nias melalui jalur lautan, serta sebagai kendaraan arwah dalam kehidupan religinya.

Abstract:
Discussion of the obligations of mahram for women in carrying out the pilgrimage has been discussed since the period of classical scholars to modern age. In fact, for women the pilgrimage is a means of jihad for them. Various thoughts have been put forward by scholars to interpret the Hadith about mahram, starting from textual understanding, which still requires mahram, to the discovery of ‘illat. This last understanding leads to the conclusion that having mahram is no longer necessary because the security as ‘illat can be realized. It is in this connection that this paper aims to compromise between textual understanding and the study of ‘illat so that it can be a solution for women pilgrims. This study used a descriptive analytical method with ‘illat study approach. The results showed that security for women pilgrims can be realized by using the meaning of mahram in terms of language, namely people who are forbidden to marry each other, so that fellow women is also a mahram. Therefore, their departure together with other women can realize the demands of nash without leaving nash textually.Perbincangan kewajiban mahram bagi perempuan dalam melaksanakan perjalanan haji sudah dibicarakan sejak periode ulama klasik sampai kontemporer. Bahkan, bagi seorang perempuan ibadah haji merupakan sarana jihad bagi mereka. Berbagai pemikiran dikemukakan oleh ulama untuk memaknai hadis tentang mahram, mulai dari pemahaman tekstual, yang masih tetap mewajibkan bermahram, sampai kepada penemuan ‘illat. Pemahaman terakhir ini membawa kepada kesimpulan bahwa bermahram tidak diperlukan lagi karena keamanan sebagai ‘illat sudah dapat direalisasikan. Dalam kaitan inilah tulisan ini bertujuan mengkompromikan antara pemahaman tekstual dengan kajian ‘illat agar bisa menjadi solusi bagi jamaah haji perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripstif analitis dengan pendekatan kajian ‘illat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keamanan bagi jamaah haji perempuan dapat terealisir dengan menggunakan makna mahram dari segi bahasa, yaitu orang-orang yang haram saling menikah, maka sesama perempuan juga termasuk mahram. Oleh karena itu kepergian mereka bersama-sama dengan perempuan lainnya sudah dapat merealisasikan tuntutan nash tanpa meninggalkan nash secara tekstual.

Abstrak Latar belakang: Faktor perilaku merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam kepatuhan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang dapat mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Teori Lawrence Green menjelaskan bahwa perilaku terdiri atas faktor predisposisi, pendukung, dan pendorong. Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sudah menjadi sebuah pakaian wajib bagi pekerja, terutama bagi pekerja yang bekerja pada wilayah dengan risiko yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja Proyek pembangunan PLTGU Muara Tawar PT. Hutama Karya (Persero). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan analitik kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi penelitian ini pekerja Proyek PLTGU Muara Tawar PT Hutama Karya yang berada di area STG dan HRSG sebanyak 349 pekerja. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 9 pekerja tidak patuh dalam menggunakan APD. Hasil analisis statistik menyimpulkan hubungan pada faktor predisposisi pengetahuan (P=0,005), faktor pemungkin ketersediaan APD (p=0,003), faktor pendorong pengawasan (p=0,11), sementara itu tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara variabel usia (p=0,474), sikap (p=0,157), pendidikan (p=1,000) dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD Kesimpulan: Disarankan agar perusahaan dapat konsisten memberikan pemahaman mengenai APD dan tegas dalam kepatuhan penggunaan APD Kata kunci: kepatuhan APD, Pekerja, APD pada pekerja Abstract Background: Behavioral factor is one of the problems in compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage which can prevent work accidents. Lawrence Green's theory explains that behavior consists of 3 factors such as predisposing, supporting and driving factors. Personal protective equipment (PPE) has become a mandatory attire for workers, especially for workers who work in high risk areas. Methods: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that related to the compliance to wear PPE on the workers of the Muara Tawar PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) project. This research type was quantitative analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this study were 349 workers of the Muara Tawar PLTGU PT Hutama Karya project in the STG and HRSG areas. Result: The results showed that 9 workers (questionnaire) and 32 workers (observation sheets) did not comply to wear PPE. The results of statistical analysis showed a connection to the predisposing factors of knowledge (P = 0.005), the enabling factors for the availability of PPE (p = 0.003), and the driving factors for supervision (p = 0.11) and there was no connection between the variables of age (p = 0.474), attitude (p = 0.157), education (p = 1,000) with compliance to wear PPE. <p>Art creation can be used to meet the needs of artists by being creative and expressing. The creative process of making this work was initiated from the creation of a figure on the object of the work of art as the artist's self-expression. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analytical and exploratory methods of data obtained from the analysis of aesthetic concepts from works of art. The problem in this process of creation is how art reaches its potential to convey the feeling of alienation of artist through the figures in the work. The results of this process of making are metaphorical figures of the process of contemplation. The message from this artwork is that art has an effective ability to evoke empathy and closeness between people who share similar experiences and complex feelings. Background: Chemotherapy is one way to treat cancer by using drugs. Complications that can occur from chemotherapy is the occurrence of extravasation that occurs when chemotherapy drugs accidentally enter the tissue around intravenous access can cause persistent, painful and progressive ulceration if given incorrectly. Aim : to analyze the relationship between risk factor (canul size, vena location access, vena condition, kind of drug, long of explanation drug, and volume drug that used) to the incidence of extravasation in the pediatric ward RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Method: this research using observational analytic design according to cross sectional. The sample were taken by minimal sampling with criteria child 1-17 years old, child with chemotherapy cycle 1-6, and not using central vena access get 30 sample. The result of test using correlation regression. Result: showed that not connection between six risk factor with ekstravatation incident. Conclusion: the gold standard protocol must be carried out during the administration of chemotherapy Latar belakang. Kemoterapi merupakan salah satu cara penanganan kanker dengan menggunakan obat. Komplikasi dari pemberian kemoterapi yang dapat terjadi adalah kejadian ekstravasasi yang mana obat kemoterapi secara tidak sengaja masuk ke dalam jaringan di sekitar akses intravena yang dapat menyebabkan ulserasi yang menetap, nyeri dan progresif jika diberikan dengan tidak benar. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor resiko (ukuran kanula, lokasi akses vena, kondisi vena, jenis obat, lama paparan obat, dan volume obat kemoterapi) terhadap kejadian ekstravasasi di ruang anak RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Metodologi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik secara cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan minimal sampling dengan kriteria anak usai 1-17 tahun, anak dalam siklus kemoterapi 1-6 dan tidak menggunakan akses vena sentral didapatkan 30 sampel. Analisa data menggunakan korelasi regresi. Hasil penelitian: tidak ada hubungan antara keenam faktor resiko dengan kejadian ekstravasasi. The consequences of the amendement certainly affect the laws that run it including synchronzation of local government law with the result of the amendment of the four constitutions of The Republic Of Indonesia in 1945. In this connection the formulation of this research problem is: a) How is the regulation of local government in the amendnment of the four laws of The Republic of Indonesia in 1945?, b) what the arrangement of local government after the amendnment of the four laws of The Republic of Indonesia in 1945?. Is normative legal research. As is known, normative legal research includes research on legal principles, legal system, legal synchronization level, and legal history research. In accordance with the characteristics and nature of normative law research, in this study will use several methods of approach: The Statue Approach (statutory approach, The analitical and Conseptual Approach) Based on Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution of the State of the Republic of 1945 found The existence of development policy relation between central government and regional government as regulated in Law Number 23 Year 2014 about Local Government, that is base on: Decentralization, Deconcentration and Co-Administration, assignment from government to region and village and from region to village To perform certain tasks accompanied by financing, facilities and infrastructure and human resources with the obligation to report in its implementation and accountable to the commissioned. Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 menjadi sumber hukum tertinggi produk hukum yang lebih rendah. Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dari Tahun 1999 sampai 2002 telah dilakukan amandemen sebanyak empat kali. Konsekwensi dari amandemen tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap Undang-Undang yang menjalankannya termasuk sinkronisasi Undang-Undang Pemerintahan Daerah dengan hasil Amandemen Keempat Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Dalam kaitan itu rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: a) Bagaimana pengaturan pemerintahan daerah dalam Amandemen Keempat Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945?, b) Bagaimana pengaturan pemerintahan daerah dalam Undang-Undang Pemerintahan Daerah pasca Amandemen Keempat Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Saat ini asma masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan utama baik di negara maju maupun di negara berkembang. Diperkirakan terdapat 300 juta penduduk di dunia menderita asma. Prevalensi asma di Indonesia sendiri pada tahun 2018 sebesar 2,4%. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) berada di peringkat ke 7 dengan angka kejadian mencapai 2,5%. Asma adalah penyakit heterogen dengan berbagai proses penyebab yang mendasarinya. Salah satu penyebab asma yang telah diidentifkasi adalah asma dengan obesitas. Gold standart dalam pemeriksaan penyakit asma adalah spirometri. Parameter yang dinilai dalam pemeriksaan spirometri untuk menilai derajat obstruksi pasien asma adalah VEP1/KVP. Perubahan pada IMT baik overweight maupun underweight akan menyebabkan perubahan mekanik dan kimiawi sistem pernapasan yang nantinya berperan sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh dan memperberat nilai VE1/KVP pada pasien asma. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan indek massa tubuh dengan rasio volume ekspirasi paksa satu detik pertama per kapasital vital paksa pada pasien asma stabil di RSUD Kota Mataram 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan analitik observasional, dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien asma yang menjalani rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Mataram 2019 berupa data berat badan dan tinggi badan serta nilai VEP1/KVP. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang. Analisis data menggunakan rank spearman dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (p-value ≤0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara IMT dan VEP1/KVP pada pasien asma stabil. Terdapat hubungan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh dengan rasio VEP1/KVP pada pasien asma stabil di RSUD Kota Mataram 2019.Kata Kunci: Asma, indeks massa tubuh, VEP1/KVP.ABSTRACTRight now, asthma is as yet one of the principle medical issues in both created and non-industrial nations. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that cause damage to joint cartilage damage. Osteoarthritis affects 151,4 million people in the world, including 27,4 million in Southeast Asia. Osteoarthritis is a disease that is a burden on public health and the country. The prevalence of osteoarthritis is one in four people aged 50 years and individuals aged 65 years are more at risk of developing calcification of the knee joint. Risk factors such as type II Diabetes Mellitus are observed in one of osteoarthritis research. A hispanic study explained the prevalence of osteoarthritis patient are twice as much in diabetic patient than non-diabetic patient. A score of 6.5% of HbA1c test is required to diagnose diabetes. The goal of this study is to find out the connection of type 2 diabetes mellitus and knee osteoarthritis. This research uses observational analytic with cross sectional research design with a total of 45 patient from Orthopedic clinic of Al – Fauzan General Hospital in 2016 – 2019 and analyzed with chi square test. According to the result, the most group of age is elderly about 34 people (75,6%), the most group of gender is women about 34 people (75,6%), the most group of HbA1c is non-diabetes mellitus group about 30 people (66,7%), the most group of osteoarthritis stage is severe de (4) about 28 people (62,2%), and there is no connection between type II diabetes mellitus with the stage of knee osteoarthritis with p value of 0,828 (p > 0.05). this research shows no significant correlation between type II diabetes mellitus and the stage of knee osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis dialami 151,4 juta orang di dunia dan 27,4 juta orang di Asia Tenggara. Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit yang menjadi beban kesehatan masyarakat dan negara. Prevalensi terjadinya osteoarthritis yaitu satu dari empat orang berusia 50 tahun dan individu berusia lebih dari 65 tahun beresiko mengalami pengapuran sendi lutut. Penelitian osteoarthritis mengamati faktor risiko terjadinya osteoarthritis seperti diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Studi Hispanik menjelaskan prevalensi penderita osteoarthritis dua kali lebih banyak terjadi pada penderita dengan diabetes dibandingkan penderita tanpa diabetes. Pemeriksaan HbA1c direkomendasikan untuk mendiagnosis diabetes, dengan batas nilai 6,5 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara diabetes mellitus tipe II dengan derajat osteoarthritis lutut. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel 45 pasien di Poli Orthopedi Rumah Sakit Umum Al – Fauzan tahun 2016 – 2019 dan dianalisa menggunakan uji kai kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, usia terbanyak adalah lansia yaitu 34 orang (75,6 %), jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan yaitu 34 orang (75,6 %), HbA1c terbanyak adalah non diabetes mellitus yaitu 30 orang (66,7 %), derajat osteoarthritis lutut terbanyak adalah derajat berat (4) yaitu 28 orang (62,2 %), dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara diabetes mellitus tipe II dengan derajat osteoarthritis lutut dengan nilai p sebesar 0,828 (p > 0,05). This study aims to describe (1) the effectiveness of implementing online learning for Biology subjects using googlemeet during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAIT Al Huda Wonogiri and (2) the obstacles faced. This research was conducted at SMAIT Al Huda Wonogiri using a descriptive analytic approach. The data from this study were obtained through a survey distributed to students through the Whatsapps application in the form of a google form. The results obtained that online learning at SMAIT Al Huda Wonogiri is quite effective where students feel happy with online learning for Biology subjects, teachers and students interact well, teaching materials presented by teachers are of sufficient quality, students are easy to follow online learning, students It is easy for students to ask questions, and learning materials can be delivered well by the teacher. However, there are still obstacles during learning, including signal interference or internet service which causes the teacher's voice to be less clear to students or frequent network connections, limitations of gadgets and quotas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa pembelajaran daring di SMAIT Al Huda Wonogiri cukup efektif dimana peserta didik merasa senang dengan pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Biologi, guru dan peserta didik berinteraksi dengan baik, bahan ajar yang disajikan guru cukup berkualitas, peserta didik mudah mengikuti pembelajaran daring, peserta didik mudah dalam mengajukan pertanyaan, dan materi pembelajaran dapat tersampaikan dengan baik oleh guru. Meskipun demikian, kendala selama pembelajaran tetap ada diantaranya gangguan sinyal atau layanan internet yang menyebabkan suara guru yang kurang jelas terdengar oleh peserta didik atau sering putusnya koneksi jaringan, keterbatasan perangkat gawai dan kuota.

Salah satu hal yang dapat mendukung proses bounding attachment adalah inisiasi menyusu dini. Tujuan Penelitian :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan inisiasi menyusu dini dengan keberhasilan bounding attachment. Metode Penelitian :Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode survey analitik dan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu ibu nifaspada bulan April-Juni 2017 di BPS Tutik, Cabean, Boyolali sebanyak 31 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling dan analisa data chi square. Hasil Penelitian :Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 20 responden yang dilakukan inisiasi menyusu dini terdapat 18 responden yang bounding attachment positif.Hasil perhitungan chi square dengan α = 0,05, p value (0,002< 0,05), berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kader posyandu dengan status gizi balita. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita di Posyandu Mawar di Desa Gedangan sejumlah 40 responden, dengan teknik total sampling dan analisa data chi square. Abstract:
In this paper the evaluation and repair of a bridge failure are presented. The method is of analytical bridge evaluation, which consists of in-situ visual inspection, measurement of the bridge dimensions and quality test of the steel material. The data were used as input in structure modeling using SAP 2000 in order to calculate the required strength (Ru) of each structural members. Calculation were done to obtain the design strength (ØRn) of structural members and connections.The bridge components are in a safe condition if its design strength is greater than or equal to the required strength or ØRn ≥ Ru, If not, the bridge is categorized as failed and then a repair method and strengthening shall be be performed. The result showed that all of structural members and connections are in a safe condition. Bridge failure is caused by such factors as less precise execution in the field, combination of a large bolt holes and tightening bolts that have not reached the minimum tensile strength.The proposed bridge repair method is to provide two pieces of plates. The plates were welded at the end of the rod and drilled at the position of the existing bolt holes in order to avoid the bolt shifting.Keywords : bridge failure, bridge evaluation, required strength, design strength, , repaired method AbstrakPada makalah ini disajikan evaluasi dan perbaikan dari kasus kegagalan sebuah jembatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi jembatan secara analitis yang terdiri dari pemeriksaan secara visual di lapangan, pengukuran dimensi jembatan dan pengujian mutu bahan baja. Data tersebut sebagai input dalam pemodelan struktur dengan SAP 2000 dan diperoleh kuat perlu (Ru) masing-masing batang. Perhitungan juga dilakukan terhadap kuat rencana (ØRn) baik batang maupun sambungan. Komponen jembatan dikatakan aman jika kuat rencana lebih besar atau sama dengan kuat perlu atau ØRn ≥ Ru. Kemudian dilakukan penentuan kegagalan jembatan serta metode perbaikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua batang dan sambungan aman sehingga penyebab kegagalan jembatan bukan karena kekuatan batang maupun sambungannya melainkan faktor pelaksanaan di lapangan yang tidak tepat yaitu kombinasi antara adanya lubang baut yang besar dan pengencangan baut yang belum mencapai gaya tarik minimumnya. Metode perbaikan jembatan yang diusulkan adalah dengan memberi dua buah pelat penguat yang dilas pada ujung batang dan dilubangi sesuai dengan posisi lubang baut yang ada agar tidak terjadi pergeseran baut.Kata kunci : kegagalan jembatan, evaluasi jembatan, kuat perlu, kuat rencana, , metode perbaikan

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan analitik korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap yang sedang menjalani perawatan yang berjumlah 100 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diambil sebanyak 80 responden. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisa statistik uji dengan chi square menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan dengan nilai probabilitas (p =0,000). sehingga hasilnya ada hubungan caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perawat pelaksana dapat mengaplikasikan caring untuk membina hubungan saling percaya dengan pasien dan teruatama adalah untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien yang kita rawat.Kata Kunci: Caring, Kepuasan Pasien Dalam Pelayanan Keperawatan Abstract Patient satisfaction is a very important factor to evaluate the quality of nursing services carried out by hospital nurses and caring behavior of nurses is one of the aspects associated with nursing services because caring includes relationships between humans and influences on service quality and patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between caring and the level of patient satisfaction in nursing services. This type of research uses quantitative with analytic correlation and cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients in the inpatient room were undergoing treatment totaling 100 people and sampling used the purposive sampling method so that 80 respondents were taken. Retrieval of research data using a questionnaire. The results of this study based on the statistical analysis of the test with chi square showed that the relationship between caring with the level of patient satisfaction in nursing services in the inpatient room with a probability value (p = 0,000). So, the result is a caring relationship with the level of patient satisfaction in nursing services. In connection with the results of this study, it is expected that the management nurses can apply caring to foster a trusting relationship with the patient and the most important thing is to provide satisfaction to the patients we care for.Keywords: Caring, Patient satisfaction in Nursing Services

Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain is one of problems that is often complained adolescent. The purpose of the insulation is to know the most dominant factor related to the incident of dysmenore in adolescent. This type of research is an analytical observational research with cross sectional design. Sample research of 108 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instruments used are questionnaires. Analysis using Chi-square and logistic regression. Results show the average age of respondents was 13-17 years old. Most adolescent 86 (79.6%) aren’t do exercise regularly the majority of teenagers experience mild stress as much as 58 people (53.7%), adolescent often consume fast food as many as 76 people (70.4%) and adolescents experienced a dysmenore occurrence of 81 people (75.0%). Results gained that there is a relationship between sports habits and dysmenore events with Pearson chi-square p = 0,168 ≤ α (0.05), there is a link between stress levels with a dysmenore occurrence with Pearson chi-square p = 0, 070 ≤ α (0.05), there is a connection between fast-consumption with a dysmenore event with Pearson chi-square p = 0, 000 ≤ α (0.05). The final result obtained that affect the incidence of dysmenore is the consumption of fast food. Advice for the adolescent further expands the knowledge of dysmenrhea so that when experiencing dysmenore events can overcome it. ABSTRAK Dismenore atau nyeri menstruasi merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dikeluhkan remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 108 orang yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur responden berkisar antara 13-17 tahun. Sebagian besar remaja 86 (79,6%) tidak melakukan olahraga dengan teratur, sebagian besar remaja mengalami stres ringan sebanyak 58 orang (53,7%), remaja sering mengkonsumsi makanan cepat saji sebanyak 76 orang (70,4%) dan remaja mengalami kejadian dismenore sebanyak 81 orang (75,0%). Ada hubungan antara kebiasaan olahraga dengan kejadian dismenore dengan p= 0,168 ≤ α (0,05), ada hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kejadian dismenore dengan p= 0, 070 ≤ α (0,05), ada hubungan antara konsumsi makanan cepat saji dengan kejadian dismenore dengan p= 0, 001 ≤ α (0,05). Hasil akhir didapatkan yang paling berhubungan dengan kejadian dismenore adalah konsumsi makanan cepat saji. Saran bagi remaja putri lebih memperluas pengetahuan tentang dismenore agar saat mengalami kejadian dismenore dapat mengatasinya.

Abstract: Partial breast milk is breast milk and other foods other than breast milk that are given when the baby is under six months old with continuous feeding or when the baby is born, such as formula milk, porridge, and other complementary foods (prelacteal food). The study aims to determine the connection between education and knowledge of mothers, family support, and culture on partial breastfeeding. This research utilize a cross sectional research methodology and was an analytic observational study. In January until February 2021, data was collected. The sample during this study was 43 respondents. Purposive sampling methodology for victimization sampling. During this study, questionnaire and interview were used as the instrument and the info analysis employed in this study was Spearman rho. The results demonstrated that, the education, family support, and cultural factor variables have no relationship with partial breastfeeding with a p-value of 0,134, 0,091, and 0,934. Meanwhile, the knowledge variable has a relationship with partial breastfeeding with a p-value of 0,033. The conclusion obtained is that there is no significant relationship between mother's education, family support, and culture on partial breastfeeding, but there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of partial breastfeeding. Abstrak: Air susu ibu parsial adalah ASI dan makanan lain selain ASI yang diberikan pada saat bayi berusia dibawah enam bulan diberikan secara kontinyu atau saat bayi baru lahir seperti susu formula, bubur, serta makanan tambahan lainnya (makanan prelakteal). Ibu memberikan ASI parsial disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, yaitu pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, dukungan keluarga, serta faktor budaya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengetahuan ibu, dukungan keluarga, serta faktor budaya terhadap pemberian ASI parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dijalankan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi berusia 6-12 bulan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara serta analisis data menggunakan Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, variabel pendidikan, dukungan keluarga, dan faktor budaya tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan terhadap pemberian ASI parsial dengan p-value yaitu 0,134, 0,091, dan 0,934. Sedangkan, variabel pengetahuan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemberian ASI parsial dimana p-value adalah 0,033. Diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara pendidikan ibu, dukungan keluarga, dan faktor budaya terhadap pemberian ASI parsial, namun terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian ASI parsial.

Berdasarkan latar belakang maka yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perlindungan hukum kreditor atas kepailitan yang diajukan debitor, dan bagaimana penyelesaian harta pailit debitor kepada para kreditor sehubungan dengan permohonan pailit oleh debitor. Based on the background then the subject matter of this research is how the protection of the creditors law on bankruptcy filed debtor, and how the debtor bankruptcy property settlement to the creditors in connection with the request for bankruptcy by the debtor. Research method, research method consist of type / type of research using normative juridical, research specification using analytical descriptive, data collection method using secondary data covering primary law material, secondary law material, and tertiary law material, method of data analysis using qualitative analysis. Protection of the creditor's law of bankruptcy filed by the debtor on the Bankruptcy Application made by PT. Sumatra Persada Energi has been in compliance with the Bankruptcy Act applicable both Law Number 4 of 1998 and UUKPKPU, because substantially there is no change in the requirements for filing of bankruptcy petition. The requirements for filing a petition for bankruptcy are far from the principle of justice for bankruptcy settlement between the debtor and the creditor, especially for creditors whose debtor is not enough to pay the entire debt to the creditors.</em></p>

In conditions of rough social changes and of ICT of development a museum-temple gives way to modern post-museum. Whether the museum-temple era came to end, or its potential can be demanded? In search of the answer, combining the social-analitical view (Benjamin) with a psychological analysis (Vygotsky), we will address a question of aura which traditionally defined emotional influence of museum exposition. Since moment when Benjamin noted that technical reproduction washes away aura, a scales of high-quality reproduction in network environment grew in thousands times and decisively devaluated sacrality of a museum space. Besides a democratic museum is guided by inquiry of a mass visitor with his specific perception. An ability of museum collections to cause the strongest “power” influence, powerful passions does not raise doubts. However, attempts to find the concrete localization, material traces inducing a mysterious field and defining surprising impact on a viewer do not lead to anything. In that case it is more logical to connect a disappearance of aura with a viewer. Author's creation, museum exhibit “will not take place”, without having met the viewer, his response. Art passion, emotional expenditure are provided not with external influence, but by himself viewer, his mental energy and experience. If following Vygotsky behind esthetic signs it can see author's experiences, then a suit of Eskimo and a painting – only certain sign-emotional display of internal insight of the author – of the original. A masterpiece, an exhibit are only a mediator between the viewer and the author. A museum visitor on an exposition uses visual language, reading clear and available graphic signs. However a museum demands not reading of information, but a contemplate, concentrated look lost in rational acceleration. Whether it is possible to revive this look and aura? Digital technologies which were a reason of disappearance of aura give a such hope. ICT technologies can be used not only as an entertainment for a bored tourist. Their potential is more that potential that is demanded in educational, educational programs. Only relying on experience and interests of viewer it is possible to adjust his on meeting with museum, with art. Experience and inquiries of the modern visitor – the network user – most full of are reflected in an array of network data. The analysis of these data (preferences) creates base to find connection of personal tastes and khowledge with those impressions which museum can offer. Similar programming of associations, special virtual assistance can influence perception, initiating interest, bright emotions which leave marks in memory and promote growing. Perhaps, a viewer supported by “emotional” program progress will find aura in museum again.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pengaruh Utility Posyandu terhadap status gizi Balita (0-5 tahun) di Wilayah Puskesmas Pandanwangi Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancang bangun crosssectional. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah balita usia (0-5 tahun) di Posyandu wilayah Puskesmas Kota Malang. Dengan jumlah sampel adalah 105 responden yaitu Ibu yang memiliki balita berusia 0-5 tahun. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji somers’d Untuk mengetahui pengaruh utility posyandu terhadap kesehatan balita (0-5 tahun). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan pengukuran status gizi balita (0-5 tahun) di Wilayah Puskesmas Pandanwangi Kota Malang maka dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa sebesar 78,9% balita berada pada status gizi normal. Diketahui bahwa sebesar 51,4% responden merasa puas terhadap pelayanan di Posyandu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara Pemanfaatan (Utility) Posyandu Terhadap Status Gizi Balita (0-5 Tahun) Pada Puskesmas Pandanwangi Kota Malang.Kata kunci : utility, status gizi, posyanduABSTRAK Nutritional problems in indonesia could not we take for granted because it could create negatif side .A nutritional deficiency had an impact on the growth of children, the intellectual development and productivity. Data analysis this research using test somer’s to know the influence of utility posyandu on health toddlers (0-5 years). The result of this research is based on the measurement of nutritional status of toddlers (0-5 years). We known that 78.9 % toddlers be normal nutrition status. The research was distributed by the presence of one of the factors that affect religious expression, namely globalization. In the tradition of the religious expression of Islam, one of which can be seen through the veil. In Indonesia, the phenomenon of women veiled growing along with the development of the diversity of models and variations of the hijab. In connection with the phenomenon, the authors of driven to do research among academics, headscarves, namely Faculty of Tarbiyah PIE Coed and teacher training UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, which notabenenya as a potential teacher PAI. This type of research is a research field that is descriptive-qualitative. The technique in the determination of the subject of the research that the author use is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation involved, while the analysis of the data using a descriptive-analytic, and ultimately the conclusion. By using the theory of the religious dimension of the Glock and Stark, the results showed: first, understanding of the concept of hijab according to female student of PAI as religion teacher candidates not only have a single concept, but rather is composed of five variations, namely: (1) Hijab as an obligation in Islam to cover nakedness, (2) Hijab as Muslim identity, (3) Hijab as motivation to form characters, (4) Hijab protectors, 5) the hijab as a form of homage to the women, and (6) Hijab as a Muslim woman's new life style. Second, the influence of the concept of the hijab Coed PAI against religious behavior can be seen from two competence, i.e. of the personality and social. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspresi keagamaan, yaitu globalisasi. Dalam tradisi Islam, ekspresi keagamaan tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat melalui jilbab. Di Indonesia, fenomena wanita berjilbab semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan keanekaragaman model dan variasi jilbab. Sehubungan dengan fenomena tersebut, penulis terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian jilbab di kalangan akademisi, yaitu Mahasiswi PAI Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta yang notabenenya sebagai calon guru PAI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik dalam penentuan subjek penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi terlibat dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif-analitik, dan pada akhirnya kesimpulan. Dengan menggunakan teori dimensi keagamaan Glock dan Stark, hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, konsep pemahaman tentang jilbab menurut Mahasiswi PAI sebagai calon guru agama tidak hanya memiliki konsep tunggal, melainkan terdiri dari lima variasi, yaitu: (1) Jilbab sebagai kewajiban dalam Islam untuk menutup aurat, (2) Jilbab sebagai identitas muslimah, (3) Jilbab sebagai motivasi untuk membentuk karakter, (4) Jilbab sebagai pelindung, 5) Jilbab sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada kaum wanita, dan (6) Jilbab sebagai gaya hidup baru wanita muslimah. Kedua, Pengaruh konsep jilbab Mahasiswi PAI terhadap perilaku keagamaannya dapat dilihat dari dua kompetensi, yakni dari kepribadian dan sosial.

The success played by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his institution, certainly not without reason. He applied the management education in accordance with the conditions at that time. A good institution can not be separated from the implementation of good management as well. The study of management applied by Raden Dewi Sartika is the subject of management's perspective. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive analytic method. The method used is observation and documentation. Data analysis phase is data reduction, as well as conclusion and verification (Conclusion and verification). The management of Raden Dewi Sartika in managing hereducation has followed the management concepts by J. David Hanger, this can be seen directly in the implementation of the environment, planning, management, supervision and evaluation. In this connection the authors are interested to conduct research on the management carried out by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his education named Sekolah Kautamaan Istri. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap informasi tentang perjuangan Raden Dewi Sartika dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan wanita Sunda, lebih khusus dalam keterampilannya. Visi keterampilan yang ditekankan Raden Dewi Sartika adalah ”Mun jadi awéwé kudu miboga keterampilan, kudu sagala bisa, ambéh bisa hirup”, artinya kalau jadi perempuan harus segala bisa agar bisa hidup). Artinya seorang perempuan harus pintar (kognitif), sopan (afektif ) kepada suami dan kepada siapa saja, dan memiliki keterampilan (psikomotor). Keberhasil yang diperankan oleh Raden Dewi Sartika dalam mengelola lembaganya, tentu bukan tanpa alasan. Ia menerapkan manajemen pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi pada waktu itu. Lembaga yang baik tidak terlepas dari penerapan manajemen yang baik pula. Kajian mengenai manajemen yang diterapkan oleh Raden Dewi Sartika menjadi pokok bahasan dari perspektif manajemen. Pendekatan menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Metode yang digunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (Conclusion and verification). Manajemen yang dilakukan Raden Dewi Sartika dalam mengelola pendidikannya telah mengikuti konsep-konsep manajemen J. David Hanger, hal ini bisa dilihat langsung dalam pelaksanaan dari lingkungan, perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Kasus penganiayaan tak henti-hentinya menjadi sorotan publik, tak hanya penganiayaan yang dilakukan secara spontan, namun juga yang direncanakan terlebih dahulu dan menimbulkan luka berat sebagaimana yang diatur di dalam Pasal 353 ayat 2 KUHP. Seperti yang kita ketahui, penganiayaan berencana sendiri merupakan salah satu tindak pidana. Di mana, terdapat dua unsur di dalamnya antara lain: Actus Reus yaitu suatu perbuatan yang menurut masyarakat tercela dan patut dihukum, dan Mens Rea atau niat jahat pelaku. Adapun keterkaitan keduanya dapat dilihat dalam bentuk ekspresi “actus non reus facit reum nisi mens sit rea”. Secara konseptual, tergambar secara jelas penentuan niat jahat (mens rea) di dalam suatu perbuatan (actus reus) khususnya tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana yang mengakibatkan luka berat, namun nyatanya dalam tatanan implementasi, hal ini masih menjadi menimbulkan perdebatan, yaitu terdapat perbedaan penafsiran serta penerapan unsur mens rea dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Sedangkan spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi dokumen atau kepustakaan, yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif, komprehensif, dan lengkap. Di dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji mengenai penafsiran dan penerapan unsur mens rea pada tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana dari berbagai putusan, sehingga kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai penentuan mens rea yang diterapkan pada masing-masing kasus, serta memberikan pemahaman dan saran guna menentukan parameter untuk mengukur mens rea pada perkara penganiayaan berencana yang mengakibatkan luka berat sebagaimana Pasal 353 ayat 2 KUHP. Abstract Persecution cases, not just spontaneously but also planned and resulting in severe injury, regulated in Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 353 Paragraph 2, are continuously gaining public’s attention. As we have known, Actus Reus is an act that in society’s perspectives are disgraceful be punishable. Actus Reus heavily related to Mens Rea or malicious intent of the perpetrators. Both connections can be seen in the expression of “actus non reus facit reum nisi mens sit rea”. Conceptually, the malicious intent of perpetrators (mens rea) are clearly shown in an act (actus reus), especially a planned persecution crime that causing a heavy injury. But in real implementation, this case is still on debate. There are different interpretation and application of mens rea factor in planned persecution crimes. This research is normative study through law approach with secondary data in a form of primary, secondary and tertiary law and legal sources. However, the specification of this research is a descriptive analysis. Law and legal sources obtained from literature studies that are analyzed completely and comprehensively. This research would examine the interpretation and application of mens rea factors in planned persecution crime from different verdicts. So the conclusion of this research will give clearer explanation to determine mens rea in each cases and give deeper understanding and suggestion to define a parameter to mens rea in severe injury-planned persecution crime based on Article 353 Paragraph 2.

Dari data laporan yang dilaporkan oleh seluruh puskesmas angka kesakitan diare sebanyak 28648 penderita dengan golongan umur < 1 Tahun : 4316 penderita, 1 - 4 Tahun : 8703 Penderita , > 5 Tahun : 15196 penderita. Masih tingginya angka incident diare di Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kerja petugas pemberantasan penyakit diare. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Analitik deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional yaitu mempelajari semua individu yang berada taraf umurnya dan titik waktu yang sama atau pendekatan yang sifatnya sesaat pada satu waktu dan tidak diikuti dalam kurun waktu tertentu.yang menggambarkan tentang pelaksanaan program pemberantasan penyakit diare serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kerja petugas P2 Diare yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan program pemberantasan penyakit diare. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi adalah semua petugas P2 Diare di 37 Puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon. Besar sempel adalah sebesar 37 orang petugas P2 Diare di wilayah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon yang diambil secara keseluruhan.Hasil Penelitian menujukan bahwa dari hasil uji statistik diketahui P Value pendidikan 0.928 dan 0.100 untuk pelatihan dengan a = 0.05 maka Pvalue >a menujukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut tidak ada hubungan dengan kualitas kerja petugas diare Puskesmas, menujukan bahwa P Value Keterampilan 0.568, dan Monev 0.121, ternyata untuk keterampilan dan monev Pvalue >a (0.05) , maka tidak terdapat hubungan faktor keterampiian dan monev dengan kualitas kerja petugas Diare puskesmas.Sedangkan untuk keterampilan walaupun tidak terdapat hubungan yang erat namun ada kecendrungan dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap kuaiitas kerja hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 0.31 poin, menunjukan bahwa P value sarana yang tersedia 0.019, Kepemimpinan 0.037 ternyata untuk Sarana dan kepemimpinan P value <a (0.05) maka terdapat hubungan antara faktor sarana dan kepemimpinan dengan kualitas kerja petugas Diare Puskesmas.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Kerja, Pemberantasan Penyakit Diare ABSTRACTFrom the report data reported by all health centers diarrhea morbidityas as 28 648 patients with go (Onganaged<1 Year: 4316 Patients, 1-4 years: 8703 patients, > 5 Years: 15196 patients. Abstract:
Giving neoadjuvant chemotherapy allows stage IIB cervical cancer having surgery with a chance of avoiding radiotherapy. Giving neoadjuvant chemotherapy in several studies produces varied responsses. The method for predicting whether a cervical cancer patient experiences responsse of treatment in neoadjuvant chemotherapy becomes important thing, considering the side effects of chemotherapy, time, and cost. Sub-population of cells called Cancer Stem Cells (CSC) is something which is alleged to be responssible for cancer growth, recurrence and the process of resistance to chemotherapy and radiation. Some researchers proved that this occurrence is due to the cancer stem cell which is surviving after chemotherapy. The presence of cervical cancer stem cells is shown by CD44 and ALDH1. This research proves there is connection between the expression of CD44 and ALDH1 as a marker of cancer stem cells with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy responsse and correlation in the increasing of expression of CD44 and ALDH1 (a marker of cancer stem cells) against cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy resistance in cervical cancer stage IIB. Design observational analytic form prospectively study with total samples 30 patient cervical cancer IIB from December 2016 until May 2017. Clinical and MRI examination and cervical biopsy to immunohistochemistry examination for CD44 and ALDH1. Administration of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) cisplatin 50 mg/m2 4 times everyweek. After 2–3 weeks after last NAC, repeat to MRI examination. Assesment responsse therapy with RECIST criteria. Chemotherapy responsse obtained Partial Responsse (PR) 12 pts (40%), Stable Dissease (SD) 12 pts (40%), and Progressive Dissease (PD) 6 pts (20%). There is Relationship Strong Negative Correlation Expression CD44 with chemotherapy responsse (Spearman test rs= - 0.903 and p= 0.000); analysis ROC curve obtained cut off 37.00 and 76.00 with accuration 86,67%. Also there is Relationship Strong Negative Correlation Expression ALDH1 with chemotherapy responsse (Spearman test rs= - 0.893 and p= 0.000); analysis ROC curve obtained cut off 55.00 and 94.00 with accuration 93.33%. Analysis with Spearman there is Strong Correlation between CD44 with ALDH1 (rs= 0.907 and p=0.000). And ALDH1 is more better predictor than CD44 to predict chemoterapy responsse (beta coeficient CD44 = -0.389, ALDH1= -0.551). CD44 and ALDH1 expression can be used a predictor of responsse to neoadjuvant chemotherapy cisplatin in patient with cervical cancer IIB; and ALDH1 more better as predictor than CD44. ABSTRAK Pemberian kemoterapi neoadjuvant memungkinkan kanker serviks stadium IIB dapat dilakukan pembedahan dengan kemungkinan menghindari pemberian radioterapi. Pemberian kemoterapi neoadjuvant pada beberapa penelitian memberikan hasil yang bervariatif. Metode untuk memprediksi apakah seseorang penderita kanker serviks mengalami respons terapi pada kemoterapi neoadjuvant menjadi hal yang penting, mengingat efek samping kemoterapi, waktu, dan biaya. Subpopulasi sel yang dinamakan sel punca kanker/cancer stem cells (CSC) tersebutlah yang diduga bertanggung jawab terhadap terjadinya pertumbuhan kanker, kekambuhan, serta proses resistansi terhadap kemoterapi dan radiasi. Beberapa peneliti membuktikan bahwa kejadian seperti ini disebabkan sel punca kanker yang tetap bertahan hidup pasca-kemoterapi. Keberadaan sel punca kanker serviks ditunjukkan oleh CD44 dan ALDH1. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan antara ekspresi CD44 dan ALDH1 sebagai penanda sel punca kanker dengan respons kemoterapi neoadjuvant cisplatin; dan terdapat korelasi peningkatan ekspresi CD44 dan ALDH1 (penanda sel punca kanker) terhadap resistansi kemoterapi neoadjuvant cisplatin pada kanker serviks stadium IIB. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan analitik observasional secara prospektif dengan jumlah sampel 30 pasien kanker serviks IIB mulai Desember 2016 sampai Mei 2017. Pemeriksaan klinis dan MRI serta biopsi serviks dilakukan, kemudian dilanjutkan pemeriksaan imunohistokimia CD44 dan ALDH1. Pemberian kemoterapi neoadjuvant (NAC) cisplatin 50 mg/m2 dilakukan 4 kali setiap minggu. Setelah 2–3 minggu NAC terakhir pasien dilakukan pemeriksaan ulang klinis ataupun MRI untuk menilai respons terapi secara kriteria RECIST. Respons kemoterapi menunjukkan partial response (PR) 12 subjek (40%), stable dissease (SD) 12 subjek (40%), and progressive dissease (PD) 6 subjek (20%). Terdapat korelasi negatif kuat antara ekspresi CD44 dengan respons terapi (Spearman test rs= - 0,903 dan p= 0,000). Analisis kurva ROC mendapatkan nilai cut off 37,00 dan 76,00 dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 86,67 %. Juga terdapat korelasi negatif kuat antara ekspresi ALDH1 dengan respons terapi (Spearman test rs= - 0,893 and p= 0,000); dilanjutkan analisis kurva ROC didapatkan nilai cut off 55,00 dan 94,00 dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 93,33%. Analisis dengan Spearman didapatkan hubungan korelasi kuat antara ekspresi CD44 dengan ALDH1 (rs= 0,907 dan p=0,000). Abstract: The process of communication, not only happening in real life, but in the literary work of which one of them in the form of a novel also have conversations between characters who are one with another. Such a process of communication takes place in Aulad Haratina's novel episode of Rifa'at by Najib Mahfudz. In the novel, there are a number of speeches that violate the principle of cooperation. The violation indicates a conversational implicature. The purpose of this research is to know the form of violation of cooperative principle contained in the novel Aulad Haratina episode of Rifa'at by Najib Mahfudz and to know the implicatur which happened due to violation of the principle of cooperation. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive method. The technique used in data collection is the technique of referring, and the method used to analyze the data using the method of extralingual padan, that is connecting the problem of language with things that are outside the language. The approach used in this research is pragmatic approach. Using these methods and techniques, the results of the research revealed that in Aulad Haratina's novel episode Rifa'at there is a violation of the principle of cooperation that includes violations of the maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, the maxim of relevance, and the maxim of the way or execution. Proses komunikasi seperti itu terjadi dalam novel Aulad Haratina episode Rifa’at karya Najib Mahfudz. Dalam novel tersebut, terdapat sejumlah tuturan yang melanggar prinsip kerja sama. Pelanggaran tersebut menunjukkan adanya implikatur percakapan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat dalam novel Aulad Haratina episode Rifa’at karya Najib Mahfudz dan mengetahui implikatur yang terjadi akibat pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah teknik simak catat, dan metode yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan metode padan ekstralingual, yaitu menghubungkan masalah bahasa dengan hal yang berada di luar bahasa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan pragmatik. Dengan menggunakan metode dan teknik tersebut, hasil penelitian yang terungkap adalah bahwa dalam novel Aulad Haratina episode Rifa’at terdapat pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang meliputi pelanggaran terhadap maksim kuantitas, maksim kualita, maksim relevansi, dan maksim cara atau pelaksanaan. Diarrhea disease still be a problem for society healthy in Indonesia well reviewed of morbidity and mortality ant the mark of deaths and “Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB)” that caused. Accrodin to WHO the mark of diarrhea illness 2010 is 411 patients per 1.000 population. The digit of death diarrhea is 14% from the digit of death over all. The purpose of this research to know a connection between education and mother economic status with toodler (children under 5 years old) diarrhea case at Puskesmas Sekip Palembang in February 2014. Desaign of this research to survey analitic by do coloser Cross Sectional in Accidental Sampling tehnic which one the variable who get research, include education and mothers economic status. The sampel in this research in 33 mothers who come by bring their toodler to MTBS Puskesmas Sekip Palembang at February 2014. Each variabel who get research, then get analysis by use analysis Chi-Square by decisios X² table (3,481). The result of this research show that the respondent by diarrhea as many is 15 respondent (45,5%) and didn’t diarrhea 18 respondent (54,5%). This of high education 13 repondent (39,4%) and less education is many as 20 respondent (60,6%), the respondent based to the high economic status as many as 13 respondent (39,4%). From statistic test Chi-Square show that, there a connection between education with diarrhea case in X² count = 4,313, and there a connection between mothers economic status with case diarrhea at X² count= 4,917. From the results of this study are expected to further improve health education, especially regarding the incidence of diarrhea in infants to mothers who have young children understand more about the incidence of diarrhea. ABSTRAK Diare adalah penyebab nomor satu kematian di dunia. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) memperkirakan bahwa setiap 30 detik ada anak meninggal karena diare. Penyakit diare masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia baik ditinjau dari angka kesakitan dan angka kematian serta kejadian luar biasa (KLB) yang ditimbulkan. MenurutWHO angka kesakitan diare pada tahun 2010 yaitu 411 penderita per 1000 penduduk. Angka kematian diare 14% dari angka kematian balita secara keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan status ekonomi ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Puskesmas SekipPalembang pada bulan Februari Tahun 2014. Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dalam teknik Accidental Sampling dimana variableyang diteliti meliputi pendidikan dan status ekonomi ibu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 33ibu yang datang membawa anak balitanya berobat ke MTBS puskesmas Sekip Palembang pada bulan FebruariTahun 2014. Masing-masing variabel yang diteliti kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis Chi-Square dengan ketetapan X² Tabel (3,481). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden dengan diare sebanyak 15 responden (45,5%) dan tidak diare 18 responden (54,5%), responden berdasarkan pendidikan tinggisebanyak 13responden (39,4%) dan pendidikan rendah sebanyak 20 responden (60,6%), responden berdasarkan status ekonomi tinggi sebanyak 20 responden (60,6%) dan yang status ekonomi rendah sebanyak 13 responden (39,4%). Dari uji statistik Chi-Square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan kejadian diare pada X²hitung= 4,313, dan ada hubungan antara status ekonomi ibu dengan kejadian diare pada X²hitung= 4,917. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan kesehatan khususnya tentang kejadian diare pada balita agar ibu yang mempunyai balita lebih memahami tentang kejadian diare.

Abstract.-L’obiettivo di questo paper è quello di rilevare l’inadeguatezza dell’economics rispetto alla spiegazione della relazione esistente tra i problemi relativi allo sviluppo, agli squilibri ambientali e ai flussi migratori. Mentre questi tre ordini di problemi, presi singolarmente, sono spesso al centro di discussioni pubbliche e politiche, sul piano analitico manca ancora un soddisfacente approccio in grado di spiegarne connessioni causali e implicazioni sociali. Ciò appare sorprendente, specie se si considera che già gli Illuministi avevano avviato una ricca riflessione su questi temi. Si cercherà di dimostrare che l’impoverimento analitico è sopraggiunto nel XIX secolo, con l’adozione della categoria dell’homo oeconomicus e che tale impoverimento, ad oggi, impedisce di spiegare fenomeni come le “migrazioni ambientali” non ancora pienamente e univocamente riconosciute in letteratura. AbstrakPersetubuhan diluar perkawinan menjadi suatu masalah di pengadilan karena banyaknya perbedaan pendapat mengenai perlukaan selaput dara. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan perbedaan perlukaan selaput dara tersebut yang dilakukan di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang, mencakup karakteristik korban, perlukaan selaput dara, perlukaan dibagian tubuh lain, dan hubungan perlukaan berdasarkan posisi persetubuhan. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik. Sampel sebanyak 81 responden yang telah mengalami persetubuhan diluar perkawinan. Data diambil dari Bagian Forensik RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang periode bulan Juli 2010 sampai dengan Juli 2012. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program komputer dan dianalisis melalui uji chi square. Dari 81 subjek penelitian ditemukan hasil tertinggi berupa usia korban adalah 12-18 tahun (62%), pekerjaan sebagai pelajar (56%), alamat berada di Kecamatan Koto Tangah (20%), hubungan korban dengan pelaku sebagai pacar (48%), perlukaan selaput dara pada arah jarum jam selain 5 dan 7 (47%), tidak tampaknya tanda-tanda kekerasan dibagian tubuh lain (81%). Dari uji chi square didapatkan nilai p = 0,585 dengan demikian Ha penelitian ditolak (p>0,05). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara perlukaan selaput dara dengan posisi persetubuhan diluar perkawinan.Kata kunci: Persetubuhan, selaput dara, perlukaanAbstractNon marital sexual activity has been being a big issues on the court because there are contradictions argument about wounded hymen. This research is conducted to prove the difference of that wound occurs in public hospital of dr.M.Djamil Padang, including the victim’s character, hymen’s injury, another injury in other parts body, and the connection of each injuries based on intercourse position. This research having an analitical nature. 81 respondents of sample who done non marital sexual activity. The data taken from Forensics division of RSUP dr.M.Djamil Padang for period of July 2010 to July 2012. The data be treated with computer program and analyzed by chi square test. From 81 subjects of research found the highest result are the age of victim in range 12-18 years old (62%), the occupation as a student (56%), the address in Koto Tangah sub district (20%), the relation of victim and executants as a boyfriend (48%), wounded hymen injured in except area 5 and 7 (47%), no other visible injuries due to violation in other parts of the victim’s bodies (81%). AbstractThe self-consistent solutions of the nonlinear Ginzburg-Landau equations, which describe the behavior of a superconducting mesoscopic cylinder in an axial magnetic field H (provided there are no vortices inside the cylinder), are studied. Different, vortex-free states (M-, e-, d-, p-), which exist in a superconducting cylinder, are described. The critical fields (H 1, H 2, H p, H i, H r), at which the first or second order phase transitions between different states of the cylinder occur, are found as functions of the cylinder radius R and the GL-parameter $$\kappa $$ . The boundary $$\kappa _c (R)$$ , which divides the regions of the first and second order (s, n)-transitions in the icreasing field, is found. It is found that at R→∞ the critical value, is $$\kappa _c = 0.93$$ . The hysteresis phenomena, which appear when the cylinder passes from the normal to superconducting state in the decreasing field, are described. The connection between the self-consistent results and the linearized theory is discussed. It is shown that in the limiting case $$\kappa \to {1 \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {1 {\sqrt 2 }}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {\sqrt 2 }}$$ and R ≫ λ (λ is the London penetration length) the self-consistent solution (which correponds to the socalled metastable p-state) coincides with the analitic solution found from the degenerate Bogomolnyi equations. The reason for the existence of two critical GL-parameters $$\kappa _0 = 0.707$$ and $$\kappa _0 = 0.93$$ in, bulk superconductors is discussed.

This type of research is empirical. Form of research is deskriptif. The dara used are primary data, secondary data and tertiery data collection methode of documentation and interviews. Analysis of data using qualitative analysis. Based on the description of the results of research and discussion in connection with the considered promblems with the teory of the working of the legal system and the legal protection teory, it can be concluded that the legal protection of BPJS participants and the right to submit a complaint related to the health service in the National Health Insurance (JKN). Based on Article 25 letter b of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2013, services that are not guaranteed are services performed in health facilities that are not cooperated with BPJS Health, except in emergency conditions, but the emergency condition condition has also been determined, if the people who have emergency discharge. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan deskripsi hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sehubungan dengan masalah yang dikaji dengan teori bekerjanya hukum dan teori perlindungan hukum dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlindungan hukum peserta BPJS didasari oleh perlindungan hak memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan sebagai peserta BPJS dan hak menyampaikan keluhan terkait dengan pelayanan kesehatan dalam Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Berdasarkan Pasal 25 huruf b Perpres Nomor 12 tahun 2013 pelayanan yang tidak dijamin adalah pelayanan yang dilakukan di fasilitas kesehatan yang tidak bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan, kecuali dalam kondisi gawat darurat, namun demikian kondisi kegawat daruratannya juga telah ditentukan, apabila orang-orang yang mengalami kegawatdaruratan yang tidak tertulis maka tidak ditanggung oleh BPJS. Abstract : The using of high heels can caused chronic defect and probability increase traumatic. The short period effect to the user of high heels especially for those who are rarely using them is medical infection of joint and foot swelling with foot pain in bone. This research purpose to know the connection of high of shoes heels and foot pain in bone. The method is analytic research by using cross sectional study approach, involve 30 subjects. It was done in november 2013 at megamall multimart, samrat multimart, golden and bahu freshmart. The data have got by interview and compare the pain scale, measuring the high of shoes heels and questionnaire. The research result indicated that the high of shoes heels average used by the cosmetic sales girls during her working are 5 cm(30%) and 7 cm(34%). and after measurements were taken and tested using a pain scale correlation test there is no significant difference in values ​​(P> 0.05). From bivariant analysis using correlation test indicated that the result was not significant (p=0,18). Conclusion : there is not significant relation between the high of shoes heels and the foot pain in bone. Key words: the high heels , the foot pain in bone. Abstrak: Penggunaan sepatu hak tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan kronis dan meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadi trauma. Efek jangka pendek bagi pengguna sepatu hak tinggi khusus bagi mereka yang jarang menggunakannya yaitu peradangan sendi dan pembengkakan kaki serta nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tinggi hak sepatu dengan nyeri kaki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi potong lintang, sampel yang diambil 30 orang dan dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2013 di Multimart Megamall, Multimart Samrat, Golden dan Freshmart Bahu. .Data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan mencocokkan skala nyeri, pengukuran tinggi hak sepatu serta kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tinggi hak sepatu yang digunakan pramuniaga kosmetika selama bekerja yaitu 5 cm (30%) dan 7 cm (34%) dan setelah dilakukan pengukuran skala nyeri dan diuji menggunakan uji korelasi tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai yang bermakna (p> 0.05). Hal ini terlihat pada hasil uji korelasi antara tinggi hak sepatu dengan nyeri kaki setelah pemakaian sepatu hak tinggi (p=0.18). Simpulan: tinggi hak sepatu tidak berpengaruh pada nyeri kaki. Kata kunci: nyeri kaki, sepatu hak tinggi.

Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2 is one of the chronic disease which related to the increased risk of cognitive decline. Uncontrolled blood glucose levels and duration of DM affect the pathophysiology of the occurrence of cognitive function disruption to DM type 2 subject. Uncontrolled blood glucose levels is HbA1c levels > 7% and cognitive function measured by using Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). The objective of this research is to find out the relation between an uncontrolled blood glucose levels and duration of DM to cognitive function from DM type 2 subject. Methods: This research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. Result: The discoveries from all the 36 samples are a mean age of 55.2; length of sustaining DM 9.0; HbA1c 9.9; and MMSE score 24.7. Pearson correlation test results obtained the relation of HbA1c with MMSE score (p=0,215 ; r=-0,212) and the relation of the duration of sustaining DM with MMSE score (p=0,237 ; r=-0,202). Conclusion: There is a negative connection between uncontrolled blood sugar level and the duration of sustaining DM with cognitive function but statistically both of them are not significant to the DM type 2 subject.Keywords: diabetes mellitus, HbA1c, length of sustaining DM, cognitive function.Abstrak: Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 adalah salah satu penyakit kronis yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko penurunan kognitif. Kadar gula darah yang tidak terkontrol dan lama menderita DM, mempengaruhi patofisiologi terjadinya gangguan fungsi kognitif pada subyek DM tipe 2. Kadar gula darah yang tidak terkontrol adalah kadar HbA1c >7% dan fungsi kognitif diukur berdasarkan Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar gula darah yang tidak terkontrol dan lama menderita DM dengan fungsi kognitif subyek DM tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu consecutive sampling. ABSTRACK This study aimed to determine the knowledge, motivation, leadership, incentives / rewards, and education with the performance of midwives in Antenatal Care Services (ANC) at health centers in the country Palembang, this study uses observational analytic study design "cross sectional" with 48 midwives sample using the formula, by conducting interviews and questionnaires. There are 15 respondents have less knowledge has an 31.25% lower performance. Results obtained by chi-square test p-value = 0.04 (p <0.05) and Rφ = 0.288 means that there is a connection with the performance of midwife knowledge, the closeness of the relationship is low, motivation midwives obtained value ρ = 0.017 and Rφ = 0.466 means that there is a relationship the performance of average -midwife with the relationship, clinic leaders leadership values obtained ρ = 0.00 and Rφ = 0.28 means that there is a relationship with the midwives' work closeness of the relationship is low. Chi-square test results obtained by the value of the incentive factor ρ = 0.019 = 0.328 declared value Rφ no relationship with the midwives' work closeness of the relationship is average. Factors education obtained ρ = 0.021 and the value of Rφ = 0.041 means that there is a relationship with the midwives' work closeness of the relationship being. Four chief centers are expected to consider factors - factors related to the performance of midwives that knowledge, motivation, leadership, incentives, and education. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pengetahuan, motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, insentif / imbalan, dan pendidikan yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan Antenatal Care ( ANC ) di Puskesmas Sekota Palembang, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasi analitik dengan rancangan “cross sectional study” dengan jumlah sampel 48 bidan dengan menggunakan rumus, dengan melakukan wawancara dan kuesioner. Terdapat 15 responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang 31,25 % memilki kinerja rendah. Hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p=0,04 ( p< 0,05) dan Rφ = 0,289 berarti ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kinerja bidan, dengan keeratan hubungan rendah, motivasi bidan diperoleh nilai ρ=0,017 dan Rφ=0,466 berarti ada hubungan dengan kinerja bidan dengan keeratan hubungan sedang, kepemimpinan pemimpin puskesmas diperoleh nilai ρ=0,00 dan Rφ = 0,28 berarti ada hubungan dengan kinerja bidan dengan keeratan hubungan rendah. Hasil uji chi-square faktor insentif diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,019 nilai Rφ = 0,328 menyatakan ada hubungan dengan kinerja bidan dengan keeratan hubungan rendah. Faktor pendidikan diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,021 dan Rφ = 0,41 berarti ada hubungan dengan kinerja bidan dengan keeratan hubungan sedang. Diharapkan keempat kepala puskesmas memperhatikan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan yaitu pengetahuan, motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, insentif, dan pendidikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berkaitan dengan keaktifan kader posyandu seperti umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi menggunakan kuersioner dari populasi 117 kader di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kejaksan Kota Cirebon dengan sampel sebanyak 53 kader yang dipilih berdasarkan metode proportional random sampling dan simple random sampling. Uji analisis untuk melihat hubungan variabel bebas dan terikat dengan uji Chi-Square. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan secara statistik antara keaktifan kader di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kejaksan Kota Cirebon menurut umur, pekerjaan, dan pendidikan serta ada hubungan antara keaktifan kader posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kejaksan Kota Cirebon dengan pengetahuan.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, pekerjaan, keaktifan kader ABSTRACTPosyandu Cadre is selected by the community and trained to deal with problems of health of individuals or communities to work in a relationship that is very close to the places where the granting of health services.Posyandu cadre of liveliness in the workplace clinics kejaksan has reached 75%.This research aims to know the factors relating to the liveliness of the posyandu cadre such as age, education, work and knowledge. Method:This is a cross-sectional comparative analytic study Result:From 28 preeclampsia subject were found, mean value of systole 165.36 mmHg and 105.71 diastole. Serum lipid profile in pregnancy and postpartum has a significant differences and correlated with preeclampsia, total cholesterol 234.5 mg/dl and 192.71 mg/dl, p=0.000; medium positive in pregnancy with systole r=0.461; p=0.013, weak positive with diastole r=0.380; p=0.046; postpartum with systole medium positive r=0.615; p=0.001, and weak positive with diastole r=0.317; p=0.100. LDL 140.5 mg/dl and 102.5 mg/dl, p=0.000; pregnancy and systole r=0.446; p=0,017; and postpartum were medium positive r=0.546; p=0.003. HDL 51.5 mg/dl and 43.5 mg/dl, p=0.003; not correlated with BP. Triglyceride 268.89 mg/dl and 208.96 mg/dl, p=0.000; pregnancy r=0.516; p=0.005; postpartum r= 0.515; p=0.005 has medium correlation with systole.
