Measles (Rubeola) as one of notifiable diseases gets serious concern worldwide since it was first found in ninth century. The implementation of vaccines for controlling measles transmission since 1963 up to nowadays requires various studies regarding the effectiveness of the vaccines. Studies in the area of mathematical modeling of measles virus transmission has been done by many authors. This study intended to propose a model of measles virus transmission that also considered hospitalization as a complementary treatment for vaccination implementation program. The model is an SIHR model that divided the population into Susceptibles (S), Infectives (I), Hospitalized (H), and Recovered (R). The analysis started with determining the the equilibria and their stability based on the value of Basic Reproduction Ratio (R0). The analitical results were implemented to recorded data of measles of Jakarta, Indonesia in 2017 for numerical simulation. The simulation result said that hospitalization for measles patients in Jakarta escalates the effectiveness of vaccination program being implemented in the city. This can be considered by the city policy makers for giving more concern on hospitalizing measles-infected patients.

Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah perancangan dashboard dari suatu sistem cerdas untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan pembangunan desa. Model yang diusulkan terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu model penilaian kesesuaian kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sumberdaya (MPK3S) dan model evaluasi dan monitoring kinerja. Data yang diperoleh baik data primer maupun data skunder diintegrasikan dalam bentuk pemodelan data untuk analisis multidimensional yaitu data warehouse dan proses ETL (Extract, Transform and Load). Metode yang digunakan dalam model pertama (MPK3S) adalah gabungan /hybrid beberapa metode MCDA (Multi Criteria Decision Making) seperti AHP (Analitical Hierarcy Process), electre, serta algoritma cerdas data mining untuk klasifikasi dan prediktif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu model evaluasi dan monitoring kinerja menggunakan metode perhitungan KPI (key perfomance indicator) dan Perfomance Prism dalam aplikasi digital dashboard. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem cerdas yang mampu membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas masalah pembangunan desa, menentukan alternatif solusi masalah pembangunan dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi kinerja.

Reality show that Indonesia is one country that have longest beach in the world. This fact give implication that economic potential of people life at the beach is important factor to indoors economic growth for improving walfare and equity economic development both national and regional scope. Research method that applied is desriptive investigative for obtain the fact about the economic problem of people at the beach especially beach potential economy for improving people economic welfare. Analitical methode at this research is location quotion (LQ), shift-share, and typology klassen. The output of this research is making the planning model of promotion system and integrated investment to realize the equality of development economic at beach are in Yogyakarta.

We proposed and analyzed a stage-structure Rosenzweig-MacArthur model incorporating a prey refuge. It is assumed that the prey is a stage-structure population consisting of two compartments known as immature prey and mature prey. The model incorporates the functional response Holling type-II. In this work, we investigate all the biologically feasible equilibrium points, and it is shown that the system has three equilibrium points. Sufficient conditions for the local stability of the non-negative equilibrium point of the model are also derived. All points are conditionally locally asymptotically stable. By constructing Jacobian matrix and determined eigenvalues, we analyzed the local stability of the trivial equilibrium and non-predator equilibrium points. Specifically for coexistence equilibrium point, Routh-Hurwitz criterion used to analyze local stability. In addtion, we investigated the effect of immature prey refuge. Our mathematical analysis exhibits that immature prey refuge have played a crucial role in the behavioral system. When the effect of immature prey refuge (constant m) increases, it is can stabilize non-predator equilibrium point, where all the species can not exists together. And conversely, if contant m decreases, it is can stabilize coexistence equilibrium point then all the species can exists together. The work is completed with a numerical simulation to confirmed analitical results

An analytical definition of the law of change in the traction resistance of the plowshare is proposed, and its mathematical model is justified. To confirm these theoretical studies, experiments were conducted in the soil channel of the North-Caucasus Research Institute of Horticulture and Viticulture. According to a specially developed program, solutions in numerical form were carried out on a PC. To solve this problem, we used the Fourier, Sturm-Liouville equations, transformed from the polar system to the Cartesian system. The results obtained for the first eight harmonics were processed by the spline-approximation program, and then a regression analysis was performed. The pair correlation coefficient was calculated. Based on the obtained values, a graph of the dependence of the soil layer’s movement in the transverse plane on the forward movement was constructed.

Kinerja adalah suatu aspek yang bisa diukur sebagai acuan dan harapan bagi instansi, organisasi dan perusahaan. DI PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dan beberapa tahun ini perusahaan mengalami beberapa permasalahan pada proses rantai pasok, mulai dari keterlambatan pengiriman ke beberapa toko material, produk cacat, dan menumpuknya stok yang ada di gudang. Itu bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor yaitu, proses pegiriman produk, proses produksi, SDM (sumber daya manusia) dan proses yang ada kaitannya dengan supply chain mulai dari proses awal sampai akhir pengiriman. Oleh karena itu perlunya analisis kinerja perusahaan di bagian beberapa departemen yang berhubungan dengan rantai pasok dan dianalisa untuk mengetahui kinerja pada proses supply chain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah SCOR model (Supply chain Operation Reference) dan AHP (Analitical hierarchy process) dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok dan diperlukan key performance indicator (KPI) yang spesifik agar jadi acuan yang jelas dalam mengukur rantai pasok. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari SCOR model diperoleh nilai masing–masing attribut yaitu: Reliability dengan nilai 17,39, Responsiveness 22.98, Agility 11,76, Cost 7,15 dan Asset Management dengan nilai 7,16. Total nilai Performansi SCOR yang didapatkan perusahaan berada pada kategori Average dengan nilai 66,44.

Kemacetan sering terjadi di banyak persimpangan jalan kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Sesuatu yang penting seperti kendaraan prioritas sering pula berada pada kemaccetan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut terdapat inovasi baru yaitu Intelligent Traffic Light yang dibekali dengan Aplikasi “Bang Jopin”. Namun terdapat permasalahan baru ketika ada kendaraan prioritas melakukan request emergency secara bersamaan pada traffic light yang sama. Penentuan prioritas tidak dapat dilakukan dengan pengurutan saja karena ketika memprioritaskan kendaraan pada traffic light harus mempertimbangkan karakteristik traffic light dan kebiasaan pengendara. Oleh kerena itu, Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan solusi yang tepat dalam menentukan kendaraan prioritas yang didahulukan ketika ada lebih dari satu request pada satu waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria, menguji fungsi program, dan menerapkannya pada perangkat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah waterfall model.

The article presents a strategic model of the partnership in the field of business education that takes into account the specificity of the globalization and current trends on the job markets. The main research tasks were to consider the theoretical bases of relationship marketing and to examine the major trends and challenges of the job market in Russia. The article includes the results of the research on the goals in life and motivation of secondary school students, the survey among the university professors on their opinions about why students decide to study, and also the results of the international research among students of European and Russian universities. The article present various activities that the business school can use to boost the cooperation between its main shareholders. The authors suggest a matrix of interaction between universities and partner companies which composes of the tangible/intangible resources and tangible/intangible effects with the characteristics of their impact and effectiveness for both the companies and universities.

The purpose of this research is to measure and test the variables and indicators that influence the success of academic information system (SIAKAD) in universities with STIE Mandala Jember as a case study. Adopting Delone & Mclean IS Success research model, a set of structured questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents. Exogenous variables include System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and endogenous variables Student Satisfaction. Perceived usefulness variable used as a intervening variable proved it could mediate the quality of information, the quality of system and the quality of services to user satisfaction. Path analysis is employed as analitical technic. The result shows that there is a significant effect on the quality of the system, quality of the information, the quality of the services to the students’ satisfaction. Perceived usefulness variable, can mediate between exogenous variables to endogenous variables. This conclusion support the prediction of many previous researches.This indicates that the model used is not proper because the model is built on the construct of implementation of academic information system onstudents’ satisfaction.

<p>This master project is dedicated to the analysis of one of the nancialmarket models in an illiquid market. This is a nonlinear model. Using analytical methods we studied the symmetry properties of theequation which described the given model. We called this equation aSchonbucher-Wilmott equation or the main equation. We have foundinnitesimal generators of the Lie algebra, containing the informationabout the symmetry group admitted by the main equation. We foundthat there could be dierent types of the unknown function g, whichwas located in the main equation, in particular four types which admitsricher symmetry group. According to the type of the function gthe equation was split up into four PDEs with the dierent Lie algebrasin each case. Using the generators we studied the structure ofthe Lie algebras and found optimal systems of subalgebras. Then weused the optimal systems for dierent reductions of the PDE equationsto some ODEs. Obtained ODEs were easier to solve than the correspondingPDE. Thereafter we proceeded to the solution of the desiredSchonbucher-Wilmott equation. In the project we were guided by thepapers of Bank, Baum [1] and Schonbucher, Wilmott [2]. In these twopapers authors introduced distinct approaches of the analysis of thenonlinear model - stochastic and dierential ones. Both approaches leadunder some additional assumptions to the same nonlinear equation - the main equation.</p>

Актуальність теми. Проблема надійного забезпечення споживачів електричною енергією є однією з найважливіших при вирішенні задач проектування та експлуатації систем електропостачання (СЕП) міст, промислових підприємств та окремих об’єктів. Вимоги з питань надійного електропостачання визначаються відповідними нормативними документами і мають бути беззаперечно враховані і виконані. І споживачам, і підприємствам електричних мереж завдається істотна шкода внаслідок вимушених перерв живлення. На будь-якому рівні інфраструктури електроенергетики забезпечення надійності електропостачання споживачів завжди було важливою науково-технічною проблемою, дослідженню і вирішенню якої присвячено численні роботи вчених та науководослідних і проектних організацій (КПІ, ТГУ, МЕІ та ін.). Основні напрямки досліджень: отримання, систематизація та опрацювання статистичної інформації, оцінювання її достовірності; розроблення адекватних розрахункових моделей з оцінювання та оптимізації надійності елементів, схем та системи електропостачання вцілому; визначення ефективних системних показників надійності та методів їх розрахунку і прийняття оптимальних рішень; економічні показники втрат споживачів та електропостачальних організацій від недоотримання та недовідпуску електричної енергії. Загальний аналіз роботи електричних мереж на даний момент показує, що технічний їх стан є незадовільним, спостерігається старіння обладнання, що прогресує, та, відповідно, зниження показників надійності елементів та систем електропостачання. Більш того, постійне ускладнення структури та поява нових елементів мереж потребує розвитку теорії вирішення задач оцінювання і підвищення надійності енергозабезпечення. Відповідно, з’являється необхідність розробки методології прийняття рішень на стадіях будівництва, реконструкції та експлуатації розподільних електричних мереж (РЕМ). При оцінюванні надійності систем електрозабезпечення споживачів зазвичай розглядають такі показники, як ймовірність випадкової події перерви в електропостачанні, випадкова величина недовідпуску електричної енергії споживачам (що мала місце за результатами подій, що відбулися, або прогнозована, розрахункова), реальні або прогнозовані збитки споживачів або електропостачальної організації. Проведений аналіз свідчить про те, що показники пошкоджуваності елементів розподільних мереж та значення збитків, що несуть споживачі, практично завжди залежать від конкретних умов. Більш того, навіть для одних і тих же умов експлуатації мають місце коливання інтегрованих за рік показників пошкоджуваності елементів мереж в рази, тобто більш ніж на 100 відсотків. Це свідчить про те, що в умовах кожної системи необхідно проводити аналіз даних аварійної статистики з визначенням реальних факторів впливу на вихідні розрахункові показники (довжин ліній, схемних рішень, кількості вузлів та інші) Так само має розглядатись і враховуватись при визначені збитків (що мали місце або прогнозованих) їх суттєва залежність від сезону, часу доби, а також в значній мірі – від того, скільки часу тривала перерва в живленні споживача. Аналіз статистичної інформації свідчить про суттєву нестабільність, нестаціонарність показників, що використовуються при формуванні розрахункових моделей, оцінюванні надійності схем. Системний підхід до питання розроблення більш ефективних моделей та методів оцінки надійності розподільних мереж є як ніколи актуальним. Мета та завдання дослідження. Метою роботи є формування методології оцінювання достовірності вихідних параметрів надійності РЕМ, що визначаються по обмеженим обсягам даних аварійної статистики, та впливу прийнятих розрахункових моделей на результати обчислення показників надійності мережі. Відповідно до мети, в роботі вирішувались наступні завдання:  аналіз інформації щодо функціонування розподільних електричних мереж;  оцінка достовірності вихідних показників надійності, визначення і урахування впливових факторів, законів розподілу випадкових величин;  вибір та порівняння розрахункових моделей оцінювання надійності розподільних електричних мереж напругою 6-10 кВ на підставі опрацювання отриманих даних аварійної статистики;  послідовність реалізації системного підходу до аналізу статистичної інформації та здійсненню оцінювання надійності електропостачання. Об’єкт дослідження – розподільні мережі систем електропостачання міст. Предмет дослідження - математичні моделі та методи оцінки надійності систем електропостачання, з урахуванням особливості умов експлуатації та обсягів отримуваної вихідної інформації. Методи дослідження. Основу виконаних досліджень склали такі методи: – нелінійне програмування – метод дискретного покоординатного спуску для прийняття рішень з оптимізації точок розмикання мережі; – теорія ймовірності – використовується для оцінки впливу похибок вихідної інформації на точність визначення втрат потужності і значення ймовірного недовідпуску електричної енергії споживачам при розрахунках показників надійності; – математична статистика – для побудови гістограм розподілу згідно даних аварійної статистики, а також визначення законів розподілу та їх параметрів; для опису кривих, що показують залежність можливої похибки розрахунку значень від об’єму статистичних даних що стосуються показників надійності; – метод статистичних випробувань (Монте-Карло) – для визначення впливу похибок вихідної інформації на прийняття рішень за умови мінімізації недовідпуску електричної енергії споживачам. Елементи наукової новизни одержаних результатів. 1. Реалізовано комплексний підхід при вирішенні питань оцінки похибок вихідної інформації та їх впливу на розрахункові моделі, а саме на достовірність. 2. Запропонована методологія оцінювання впливу достовірності вихідної інформації на значення розрахункових показників надійності розподільних мереж при використанні заходів та методів уточнення показників, які визначаються. 3. Проведено згладжування статистичних розподілів даних аварійної статистики та порівняльний аналіз розрахункових моделей, що враховують індивідуальні фактори. 4. Оцінено вплив прийнятих розрахункових моделей на результати оптимізації режимів розподільних мереж виходячи з мінімізації втрат потужності і врахування надійності забезпечення споживачів електричною енергією. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. У магістерській дисертації отримано наукові результати, що мають цінність для підприємств електричних мереж у питаннях збору, систематизації інформації для її подальшої обробки для отримання параметрів розрахункових моделей. Завдяки цьому значно підвищується достовірність вихідної інформації, розрахункових моделей, а також безпосередньо розрахунків показників надійності розподільних мереж.<br>Actuality of theme. The problem of reliable supply of electricity to consumers is one of the most important in solving the problems of designing and operating power systems (EPS) of cities, industrial enterprises and individual objects. Requirements for reliable electricity supply are defined by the relevant regulatory documents and must be clearly considered and implemented. Both consumers and businesses are seriously harmed by forced power outages. At any level of electricity infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of electricity supply to consumers has always been an important scientific and technical problem, the research and solution of which is devoted to the numerous works of scientists and research and design organizations (KPI, TSU, MEI, etc.). Main directions of research: obtaining, systematization and processing of statistical information, evaluation of its reliability; development of adequate calculation models for evaluation and optimization of reliability of elements, circuits and power supply system as a whole; determination of effective systemic reliability indicators and methods of their calculation and making optimal decisions; economic indicators of losses of consumers and power supply organizations from under-receipt and under-release of electricity. General analysis of the operation of electrical networks at the moment shows that their technical condition is unsatisfactory, there is an aging equipment, progressing, and, consequently, a decrease in the reliability of the elements and power systems. Moreover, the constant complexity of the structure and the emergence of new network elements requires the development of a theory of solving the problems of estimating and improving the reliability of energy supply. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a decision-making methodology at the stages of construction, reconstruction and operation of distribution grids (DG). In assessing the reliability of consumer electricity systems, such indicators as the probability of an accidental event of a power outage, the accidental magnitude of unavailability of electricity to consumers (which occurred as a result of events that have occurred or are predicted, calculated) are usually considered, real or projected losses of consumers or electricity supply organization. The analysis shows that the damage rates of the elements of distribution networks and the value of losses borne by consumers almost always depend on the specific conditions. Moreover, even for the same operating conditions, fluctuations in the integrity indicators of network elements are occasionally fluctuated, by more than 100 percent. This indicates that in the conditions of each system it is necessary to analyze the data of the accident statistics with the determination of the real factors of influence on the original design indicators (lengths of lines, circuit decisions, number of nodes, etc.) It should also be considered and taken into account when determining the losses (which occurred or projected) their essential dependence on the season, time of day, and also - to a large extent - on how long the break in the power supply of the consumer. The analysis of statistical information indicates a significant instability, non-stationarity of indicators used in the formation of calculation models, evaluation of the reliability of schemes. The systematic approach to developing more efficient models and methods of assessing the reliability of distribution networks is more relevant than ever. The purpose and tasks of the study. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for evaluating the reliability of the original parameters of the reliability of the SEM, which are determined by the limited amount of data of the accident statistics, and the influence of the adopted calculation models on the results of calculating the network reliability indicators. Research objectives:  analysis of information on the functioning of distribution electric networks;  assessment of reliability of baseline reliability indicators, determination and consideration of influential factors, laws of distribution of random variables;  selection and comparison of calculation models of reliability estimation of distribution electric networks with voltage of 6-10 kV on the basis of processing of received data of emergency statistics;  sequence of implementation of the systematic approach to statistical analysis information and assessing the reliability of electricity supply. Object of research - Distribution networks of power supply systems of cities. Subject of research - Mathematical models, methods for assessing the reliability of power supply systems, taking into account the peculiarities of operating conditions and the amount of received information. Research methods. The basis of the performed research was the following methods:  nonlinear programming - a method of discrete coordinate descent for making decisions on the optimization of network breakpoints;  probability theory - is used to estimate the effect of initial information errors on the accuracy of determining power losses and the value of the probable non-release of electricity to consumers when calculating reliability indicators;  mathematical statistics - for plotting distribution histograms according to emergency statistics, as well as determining distribution laws and their parameters; to describe the curves showing the dependence of a possible error in the calculation of values on the volume of statistics relating to reliability indicators;  statistical test method (Monte Carlo) - to determine the impact of errors of initial information on decision making, while minimizing the lack of electricity to consumers. Elements of scientific novelty of the obtained results. 1. A comprehensive approach was implemented in addressing the issues of estimation of source information errors and their impact on the calculation models, namely reliability. 2. A methodology for estimating the impact of the reliability of the source information on the value of the calculated reliability indicators of the distribution networks when using measures and methods of refining the indicators that are determined is proposed. 3. Smoothing of statistical distributions of data of emergency statistics and comparative analysis of calculation models taking into account individual factors is carried out. 4. The influence of the adopted calculation models on the results of the optimization of the modes of distribution networks is estimated, based on the minimization of power losses and taking into account the reliability of providing consumers with electricity. The practical value of the results. In the master's thesis the scientific results are obtained that are of value for the enterprises of electric networks in the issues of collection, systematization of information for its further processing in order to obtain the parameters of the calculation models. This significantly increases the reliability of the source information, the calculation models, as well as directly calculating the reliability of distribution networks.

Nesta dissertação pretendo reler o debate entre Ronald Dworkin e o positivismo jurídico. Farei isto sob o prisma da filosofia analítica, especificamente, contextualizando o debate no âmbito de uma discussão travada entre três teorias semânticas específicas: a descricional, o externalismo semântico e o bi-dimensionalismo ambicioso. Há algum tempo Dworkin lançou uma crítica ao positivismo, qual seja, o positivismo jurídico pretende reduzir a forma direito de como as coisas são à conformação puramente descritiva de como o mundo é. Disse, ainda, que somente quando concebido como uma teoria semântica é que o positivismo jurídico tornar-se-ia inteligível. Os posivistas, a seu turno, argumentam que a Jurisprudência analítica é um projeto teórico pelo direito e não pelo significado do termo direito e que, portanto, deveríamos manter separados dois tipos de questionamentos: O que é direito? e O que é direito?. Se tudo correr bem, ao reler o debate entre os positivistas e Ronald Dworkin a partir do instrumental obtido no âmbito da teoria semântica, poderemos perceber que pode ser verdade que o positivismo jurídico, enquanto projeto teórico, é sobre o direito, o referente, e não sobre o direito, o termo; entretanto, a forma pela qual o positivismo concebe o questionamento O que é direito?, ele mesmo, parece acabar por qualificá-lo, num sentido não trivial, como semântico.<br>I intend to reread the debate between Ronald Dworkin and legal positivism. I will do that through the prism of analytic philosophy, specifically in the context of the debate between three specific semantic theories: descriptional, externalism and the ambitious bidimensionalism. Dworkin criticized legal positivism: the legal positivism aims to reduce the law-way of things to the purely descriptive form of the world. He also said that only when conceived as a semantic theory is that legal positivism would become intelligible. The posivists argue that analytical Jurisprudence is a theoretical project about law and not about the meaning of \"law\", therefore we should keep separated two types of questions: \"What is law?\" and \"What is \'law\'?\". If all goes well, when rereading the debate through the prism of the discussion in the context of semantic theories, we will realize that it may be true that legal positivism is about law, the referent, and not about \"law\". However, the way in which positivism conceives the question \"What is law?\" seems to qualify it as semantic in a nontrivial sense.

Entretanto, em sua grande maioria, requerem esforços computacionais que não são compatíveis com sua utilização comercial ou em tempo real. Para atenuar este problema, hipóteses simplificadoras são introduzidas, resultando os chamados modelos pseudo-tridimensionais de geometria de fratura. Vários desses modelos pseudo-tridimensionais foram analisados, com o objetivo de se entender suas hipóteses simplificadoras, suas aplicações e limitações de uso, e constam desta dissertação. Esta dissertação descreve também o desenvolvimento de um modelo quase-analítico para simulação tridimensional de propagação de fraturas induzidas hidraulicamente, assumindo que a fratura é plana e elíptica. Expressões analíticas desenvolvidas por Shah e Kobayashi são usadas para a determinação das tensões, das deformações e dos fatores de intensidade de tensões. A qualidade dos resultados fica bastante prejudicada, quando se trabalha com contrastes assimétricos de tensões, necessitando o modelo novos desenvolvimentos para melhor tratar estas assimetrias. No modelo proposto, um esquema diferente foi utilizado para a implementação do fluxo de fluido para a formação, perdido por filtração, inclusive no que se refere a perda inicial de filtrado (spurt loss). Apresentou-se também um esquema diferente para o cálculo da viscosidade aparente média, quando se está trabalhando com fluidos não- Newtonianos. Dois critérios de propagação de fratura foram testados e comparados. Ambos utilizam aproximações para computar a propagação relativa entre pontos da borda da fratura, baseado nos fatores de intensidade de tensões. However, most of them result in systems that require computational efforts not compatible with the direct application in the field. In order to attenuate this problem, simplified assumptions are introduced, resulting in pseudo three-dimensional models that allow simulations in real time. This dissertation describes the development of a model for numerical simulation of hydraulic ftacture propagation, assuming that the ftacture is planar and elliptical. Analytical expressions developed by Shah and Kobayashi are used for the determination of stresses, strains and stress intensity factors. Differents chemes are tested for the implementation Carter's approach for the leakotI, and for the computation of average apparent viscosity when non-Newtonian fluids are considered. Two differents propagation criteria are tested and compared. Both of them use simplified approaches to compute the relative extensions among the points on the fracture front, based on the stress intensity factors. The proposed model is based on powder sensitivities, used to stablish the dynamic power balance conditions at the network buses. An important characteristic of this model relies on the preservation of the system?s structure. The load flow jacobian is preserved as a submatrix of the system synamic jacobian matrix. Therefore, it is possible to compare the dynamic and static approaches of the problem. Test results on three systems examples for different generator and load models are presented. Enfermidades graves durante a infância ou na adolescência tais como, as neoplasias, doenças cardíacas, insuficiência renal, diabetes, doenças com má formação genéticas, doenças hematológicas, dentre outras, conduzem o paciente e seus familiares a situações de crise, manifesta por estresse emocional e comportamental, perturbações da auto-imagem e auto-estima, comprometimento da qualidade de vida, dentre outros sintomas psicopatológicos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de avaliar a intervenção psicoterápica em modelo analítico em crianças e adolescentes com doenças onco-hematológicas. Foram utilizados dois instrumentos de avaliação: inventários de estresse e depressão infantil (ISI e CDI) aplicados em 4 diferentes momentos após a primeira avaliação: TO, T30, T60 , T90 e T120. Foram acompanhados 7 pacientes do ambulatório de psicologia OEI do Hemocentro de Marília. Trata-se de um ensaio clínico não-randomizado intra-grupos de séries temporais, no qual a intervenção foi realizada com um único grupo e os desfechos foram comparados em cada participante durante diferentes períodos desta intervenção. A análise dos escores CDI ao final do período das intervenções observou-se uma melhora no estado geral dos sintomas de depressão dos participantes (escores finais aos 120 dias inferiores a 17) comprovando a eficácia da intervenção psicoterápica de base analítica na melhora dos sintomas em crianças e adolescentes portadores de neoplasias onco-hematológicos. So some of these contents become more threatening. Serious diseases during childhood or adolescence such as neoplasi, cardio illness, kidney insufficiency, diabetes, genetics and blood problems, among others, lead the patient and his family members to crises with emotional and behavior stress, self-esteem disturbance, even involving the daily life and other psychopathic symptoms. The objective on this paper was to evaluate a psychotherapeutic intervention in an analytical pattern for children and teenagers with onco-hemathology diseases. Two models for evaluation were used: Stress inventory and depression on in children (ISI and CDI) applied in four different times after the first evaluation: TO, T30, T60, T90 and T12. Seven patients of the psychology ambulatory OEI in the Hemocentro in Marilia were watched. It is a clinic essay not at random among groups on specific times in which the intervention was accomplished with a unique group and the results were compared on each participant in different times. In the analyses of the scores CDI in the end of interventions, some improvements in the overall depression symptoms were clearly noticed (final scores in 120 days bellow 17) proving the effectiveness of the psychotherapeutic intervention based on the analysis of the symptoms in kids and teen suffering from neoplasi and oncohematology diseases. The physico-chemical characterization, structure-pharmacokinetic and metabolism studies of new semi synthetic analogues of natural bile acids (BAs) drug candidates have been performed. Recent studies discovered a role of BAs as agonists of FXR and TGR5 receptor, thus opening new therapeutic target for the treatment of liver diseases or metabolic disorders. Up to twenty new semisynthetic analogues have been synthesized and studied in order to find promising novel drugs candidates. In order to define the BAs structure-activity relationship, their main physico-chemical properties (solubility, detergency, lipophilicity and affinity with serum albumin) have been measured with validated analytical methodologies. Their metabolism and biodistribution has been studied in “bile fistula rat”, model where each BA is acutely administered through duodenal and femoral infusion and bile collected at different time interval allowing to define the relationship between structure and intestinal absorption and hepatic uptake ,metabolism and systemic spill-over. One of the studied analogues, 6α-ethyl-3α7α-dihydroxy-5β-cholanic acid, analogue of CDCA (INT 747, Obeticholic Acid (OCA)), recently under approval for the treatment of cholestatic liver diseases, requires additional studies to ensure its safety and lack of toxicity when administered to patients with a strong liver impairment. For this purpose, CCl4 inhalation to rat causing hepatic decompensation (cirrhosis) animal model has been developed and used to define the difference of OCA biodistribution in respect to control animals trying to define whether peripheral tissues might be also exposed as a result of toxic plasma levels of OCA, evaluating also the endogenous BAs biodistribution. An accurate and sensitive HPLC-ES-MS/MS method is developed to identify and quantify all BAs in biological matrices (bile, plasma, urine, liver, kidney, intestinal content and tissue) for which a sample pretreatment have been optimized.

O desenvolvimento desses membros, para ser funcional, deve passar por vários processos, onde verificamos que um dos principais é, sem dúvida, um bom e elaborado estudo analítico das variáveis quantificáveis. Nesse trabalho desenvolveu-se o estudo analítico da dinâmica de um dispositivo ativo de mão, representado pelo modelo de um dedo genérico articulado, e também dos mecanismos de acionamento e controle. A análise do modelo proposto é realizada com bases fundamentadas nas equações de Newton-Euler, cuja recursividade computacional é de fácil algoritimização, e também nas teorias do controle moderno. O equacionamento matemático sugeriu o uso de procedimentos de discretização para a evolução em computador digital. As equações matemáticas obtidas foram simuladas em software MATLAB-386. Os resultados demonstraram que há coerência nos procedimentos de análise adotados, e que a implementação prática de um protótipo representativo pode fundamentar este estudo<br>Abstract: The purpose of the present work is the development of an active hand with five articulated fingers. The fingers are activated by an accommodation mechanism designed to establish the grasping of object. The accommodation mechanism is responsible for the flexion and extension (through tendons) of the finger. The activation of the accommodation device is made with a small high torque DC motor proportionally controlled by myoeletric signals picked UP from the forearm muscIes. The accommodation device is designed to provide stabiIity between the flexion and extension movements of the fingers. When the hand lS activated and touches an object, a force transducer pIaced on the fingers tip, encreases by feedback the torque in the DC motor through gain control of the power amplifier. The control signal which sets the actuator motion (DC achieved by taking the difference between signals from the motor) is remaining forearm muscIes. The chapter objective is to demonstrate application possibilities of Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) in the specific local economic development problem in Serbia that refers to assessment of Local Self-Government (LSG) institutions' capabilities to act in order to create business-friendly environments and increase entrepreneurial activities. The primary aim of the chapter is to formulate an adequate multi-criteria model for evaluation of institutional cooperation between business councils, as representatives of local authorities and the business community in observed LSG units. Results indicate inadequate quality and functionality of the business councils, although cooperation has been established between the business councils, as a local government institution, and representatives of business community. Data analysis is conducted using relevant statistical methods. For multi-criteria analysis of subjective preferences of Local Economic Development (LED) offices has been applied Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Also, historical envaronen has undeniable importance due to knowledge it has especially when it comes to architecture. Historical enviroment is like an architectural laboratuary which provides knowledge from past to present. That gives the reason why historical environment should be analyzed, preserved, rehabilited and restored in the first place. Sustainabilty of the knowledge can be supported by studying historical enviroment in every field. The main focus of this reasearch is integrating Baslica of Agora in Smyrna into today by analysing its cultural, historical and physical situation. Before the integration of the Basilica, information should be gathered and documentions related to the building and its close vicinty should be concluded. Documentation generated (measured and drawn) of the whole basilica in order to develope intervention decisions on scientific platform in any scale. Therefore, intervention orders took place on both whole basilica and the main intervention part of basilica as a modulatible scale. Basilica of the agora in Smyrna ancient city which has never been architecturally studied, documanted by using advanced technics surveying methods. Using all the data from documentation and academic studies 35. and 36. axles of the basilica determined to be the definite place where intervention orders –determined by analitical studies on whole scale of the basilica and detailed studies on the axles- took place.

The present paper proposes an Eulerian-Eulerian two-phase model for non-equilibrium condensing flow in steam turbines. This model is especially suitable for upwind finite volume scheme. An approximate Roe type flux using real water/vapor property is constructed to calculate the upwind wet-steam flux. This flux fully couples the wetness fraction with other conservative variables in the Jacobian Matrix whose eigen-vector and eigen-value are analitically derived. A novel treatment of real wet-steam property is developed by constructing a 3-DOFs TTSE table according to IAPWS97 formulas. The table is actually a cubic and uses the mixture’s density, the mixture’s internal energy and wetness as independent variables. Besides homogeneous condensation, heterogeneous condensing is also integrated into the model, which facilitates simulating the effect of salt impurities. The above methods are validated through two nozzle and one turbine cascade calculations and finally applied to a model LP steam turbine stage. Results show that the current model is very robust and is able to correctly capture the non-equilibrium condensation phenomena.

Abstract The effect of a flammable spray on the thermal explosion in a combustible gas mixture is investigated based on an original physical model. For qualitative analysis of the system an advanced geometric asymptotic technique (integral manifold method) has been used. Possible types of dynamical behavior of the system are classified and parametric regions of their existence are determined analytically. It turns out that there are five main dynamical regimes of the system: slow regimes, conventional fast explosive regimes, thermal explosion with freeze delay and two different types of thermal explosion with delay (the concentration of the combustible gas decreases or increases). Peculiarities of these dynamical regimes are investigated and their dependence on physical system parameters are analyzed. Upper and lower bound estimates for the delay time are derived analitically and compared with results of numerical simulations. The comparison demonstrates satisfactory agreement.

Este artigo apresenta um modelo analítico para determinar o fator de capacidade da turbina eólica a partir das características do vento e da turbina. Este modelo foi validado por resultados experimentais. O modelo proposto foi utilizado para identificar analiticamente o efeito da escolha da velocidade nominal da turbina no fator de capacidade para diferentes condições de vento.

O estudo propoe uma abordagem direcionada a Teoria das Opcoes Reais aplicada em trabalhos de Auditoria Interna de TI de uma instituicao financeira, visando resolver o problema de como melhorar a rentabilidade dos trabalhos de auditoria de TI. Este estudo e classificado como pesquisa aplicada, enquadrada como do tipo exploratoria, com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando a Teoria do Enfoque Meta Analitico Consolidado para emoldurar artigos relevantes relacionados ao tema. O objetivo do estudo e analisar a aplicabilidade da Teoria das Opcoes Reais na Auditoria Interna de TI, com intuito de otimizar ganhos operacionais. O resultado do artigo demonstra o cenario estudado; a modelagem da aplicacao da teoria das opcoes reais e um modelo sintetizado para aplicacao da TOR em trabalhos de auditoria interna de TI. A proposta de modelo foi validada com os especialistas que atuam na auditoria, com intuito de coletar os feedbacks para o seu aperfeicoamento. Por fim, foram propostas acoes a serem implementadas, como a aplicacao do modelo em demais projetos da instituicao financeira. Pretende-se que os resultados sejam uteis para adequacao e atualizacao da gestao de trabalhos de auditoria nas organizacoes.,

Introdução: A esquistossomose causada pelo verme Schistosoma mansoni é uma doença de evolução grave se não tratada. Atualmente existem poucos fármacos disponíveis para o tratamento da infecção, e essa escassez compromete os objetivos de erradicação da doença. Com isso, as ferramentas in sílico têm se mostrado cada vez mais pertinentes no auxílio de descobertas de novas drogas com potencial terapêutico. Objetivo: Nessa perspectiva, o presente trabalho objetivou predizer fármacos com propriedade anti-Schistosoma e que possam ser reposicionados para o tratamento da esquistossomose mansoni. Metodologia: Foi empregado a ferramenta computacional QSAR-2D através do software Knime Analitics Platform para predizer fármacos com propriedades anti-esquistossomôticas. Essa abordagem dispõe da capacidade de aprendizado de máquina a qual realiza uma comparação entre estruturas químicas conhecidas e moléculas químicas presentes num banco de dados previamente fornecido e que são, originalmente, aplicadas ao tratamento de outras doenças. No banco de dados ChEMBL foram coletados 50 fármacos com ação anti-parasitária, utilizados para treinar o algoritmo. Para o conjunto teste, foram investigados 347 moléculas químicas com potencial terapêutico para o parasito. O modelo preditivo foi dividido em dois subconjuntos, um com validação externa (30%) e o segundo sendo o grupo teste (70%). As análises foram baseadas no modelo de regressão de Pearson por meio da aprendizagem de máquina Tree Ensemble Learner (regression), sendo considerado relevante a predição com cut-off de r2&gt;|0,7|. Resultados: O presente modelo obteve um cut-off de r2=0,707, demonstrando relevância aceitável da predição e três fármacos demonstraram ser mais promissores. A niclosamida, o ácido meclofenâmico e o ácido flufenâmico foram apontados como compostos de potencial anti-esquistossomôtico. Dentre eles, o primeiro apresenta ação moluscicida conhecida contra os vetores do S. mansoni, o segundo contra o parasito em modelo murinho, isso demonstra confiabilidade à predição do presente modelo, e o terceiro ainda não foi testado contra o verme. Os ácidos meclofenâmico e flufenâmico são anti-inflamatórios não esteroidais (AINEs) ambos indicados no alívio de distúrbios reumáticos. Conclusão: Assim, tornar- se-á instigante testar in vitro e in vivo o ácido flufenâmico, considerando o potencial anti-esquistossomôtico que alguns outros AINEs apresentam frente ao S. mansoni visando reposicionamento de fármacos.
