Abstract:
Recently, the press-pack insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) has usually been used in direct current (DC) transmission. The press-pack IGBT (PPI) adopts a parallel layout of boss chips, and the currents of each chip will be uneven in the process of turning on and off, which will affect the reliability of the device. To measure the currents of each chip, based on the analysis of the principle and equivalent model of the Rogowski coil, this paper puts forward the design scheme and design index of multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) Rogowski coil with good high-frequency performance, strong anti-interference ability and sufficient sensitivity. With the simulation analysis of Altium Designer and ANSYS softwares, a 1 mm thick, 76-turn integrated four-layer PCB Rogowski coil is designed. Then, adding a composite integrator, an integrated Rogowski coil sensor for measurement of PPI chips currents is designed. The Pspice simulation and the experiment results show that the sensor is fully satisfied with the chip current measurement.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of the development of an electronic device based on digital components, carried out jointly with schoolchildren and students. The aim of this work was the design and development of an electronic device based on 32-bit microcontrollers of the STM32 series. For the design and development of the electronic part of the device, the integrated development environment Altium Designer was used. Using a high-level C ++ language, a control program was developed in the Keil v.5 debugging environment. The microcontroller of the STM32F030K6T6 series was used as the central control processor. The electrical circuit and the circuit board of the device are developed. A highly sensitive gas sensor TGS 2610, manufactured by Figaro (Japan), was used as a sensor element. For SMS transmission, the SIM800A module was used. In the process of doing the work, students independently made electric boards using the method of irradiation of a special photoresist with a UV lamp. Practically all the components were arranged and soldered by the students on their own. Together with the students, a control program for the microcontroller was developed. To manufacture the case of the device, the «KOMPAS» environment was used. The case was printed on a 3D — printer. Calibrated the device and its test tests. According to the results of preliminary test tests of the device, it was found that the gas sensor responds to the presence of gas during the first 20 seconds from the time the leak started. False positives of the device are not fixed. The importance of the foundations of physics, computer science and mathematics in the process of designing digital devices and instruments is shown.

Abstract:
The article presents a new method for diagnosing the technical condition of radio-electronic components, combining the methods of thermal diagnostics with the technologies of artificial neural networks. The structure of the method is shown, and the composition of the functional blocks is determined. The implementation of the method is a symbiosis of technologies for mathematical and simulation modeling of the technical state of a radio-electronic device with its physical tests and research of characteristics. When developing the method, specialized software tools for design and circuit design were actively used, such as Altium Designer CAD, SolidWorks, NI Multisim, the FloTHERM PCB thermal analysis module, as well as the MATLAB mathematical modeling and calculation package. With the help of these tools, a number of studies were carried out, including sets of numerical values of the power of circuit elements and temperature indicators of the printing unit, both for the correct state of the device and in states with artificially introduced defects. They, in turn, became the basis of the database of electronic node failures. To implement diagnostic procedures and identify the technical condition, an artificial neural network based on selforganizing Kohonen maps was created, its structure, parameters and algorithms of functioning were determined. The diagnostic procedure is based on the analysis of information from the fault database and its comparison with experimental data obtained as a result of a physical experiment. The results of the study showed that the network automatically classifies the characteristic defects of electronic components using the algorithms embedded in it. The list of characteristic defects in the proposed diagnostic method is limited to a discrete set of the most common faults, because, as their number increases, the use of the self-organizing Kohonen network for automatic classification becomes much more complicated and ineffective in terms of performance and reliability of identification. Among the advantages of this technology, it should be noted that the Kohonen network has the ability to convert largedimensional input data into a two-dimensional array. So, the results are easy to visualize and convenient to use when generating reports and recommendations for subsequent decision-making about the possibility of using an electronic device.

Abstract:
Paper Abstract The PCB 4.0 research project offers the opportunity to take the flexibility, energy efficiency, and resource efficiency of production processes to a whole new level through intelligent control and networking. The development of electronics and sensors, which is among the strengths of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Germany in particular, plays a key role here. The integration of sensors into workpieces and systems must be as compact as possible for flexible and efficient data acquisition. Miniaturized radio sensor nodes offer this possibility, but their production and integration currently still pose major technical challenges. The objective of the research project PCB 4.0 is the creation of a technology platform for the design and manufacture of embedded miniaturized radio frequency (RF) sensor nodes and their integration into production processes. Four dedicated scenarios, that reflect different phases of the product life cycle, demonstrate the performance of the developed technologies - ranging from production to component use - detecting and processing the actual state in the production of industrial electronics in real time. A maintenance-free Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) sensor node was developed to report environmental data (e.g. temperature, acceleration) during lifecycle of an Industry 4.0 PCB. The embedded security chip from WIBU-Systems AG, called “CmASIC”, provides asymmetric, cryptographic algorithms and certificates to guarantee the highest level of authenticity during the PCB production process and over the entire product lifecycle. In addition, a highly miniaturized sensor node (11×10×1.6 mm3) was developed using PCB embedding technology. The node includes an integrated PCB helix antenna, embedded accumulator and a sensor with media access. The embedding technology was transferred to mass production on 610×457 mm2 manufacturing panel size. To optimize the design flow of sensor nodes, a PCB design tool was created using Altium® Designer interface. This tool's highly efficient interactive and automatic functionalities support all aspects of the PCB design process with embedded components. For device genuineness control, a centralized license management system was used, a tool for generating and deploying certificates to securely track device identities, supporting the industrial production chain. Sensor data and other status information (e.g. wear level, authenticity) are made available via two cloud solutions (Siemens MindSphere and a solution for small and medium-sized businesses by partner Sensorik Bayern GmbH (SBG)). Demonstrators were developed to support scenarios for future industrial demands. During test runs, the sensor nodes howed the potential to monitor and control the process flow and system lifetime directly at the component level. The paper describes the technological developments towards miniaturized sensor nodes as well as the integration of those miniaturized SiPs (System-in-Package) into a sensor network. Finally, the application of such sensor networks for smart manufacturing is demonstrated for selected use cases.

Abstract:
The amount of information presented in text form is constantly increasing. A feature of a large amount of such information in most cases is the lack of its structuredness, which complicates the analysis process. At the stage of document processing in the information and analytical system, an automatic classifier is used – as a program, or as a software and hardware complex that accelerates automatic text processing. In this paper, a software and hardware complex is considered, in which the software part functions on the user's computer, and the hardware part is implemented on the FPGA. Thus, the problem of organizing the connection between its two parts is urgent. While FPGAs have high internal parallelism and very high internal bandwidth, the low bandwidth of the interface between the accelerator and the rest of the system, as well as restrictions on the conditions of its use, is a bottleneck in the field of data transfer. This problem is aggravated in the conditions of the need to create a network system for constructing a classifier, where several user computers connected to the network need access to the hardware-implemented part of the complex (accelerator). The aim of this work is to develop an internal interface module with network communication, in accordance with the technical and functional requirements of the software and hardware complex for automatic text classification. Considering the need to provide network access to the accelerator, as a result of the analysis, the Fast Ethernet interface was chosen as the base one. This interface is the most common LAN standard used by most businesses. For the development of the printed circuit board of the interface module, a comprehensive computer-aided design system Altium Designer was used. After the development of the electrical schematic diagram of the project, a simulation of the controller part was created in the Proteus digital-to-analog simulation program. For the convenience of testing the developed interface module, the Arduino UNO module and the SPI serial interface were used. A feature of the developed module is the support of network-level protocols, it makes it possible to organize access from any personal computer of the local network to an expansion board built on the basis of FPGA. The developed printed circuit board of the interface module was analyzed for possible defects and a list of recommendations for the operating conditions of the device was developed. The interface board is designed taking into account the balanced ratio of price-performance criteria, and is intended for use in any institution where there is a need for automatic classification of text documents.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to shed light on the development of Altice, a French-based but multinational operator of cable and mobile networks. Design/methodology/approach A detailed longitudinal case study approach is adopted covering the period 2002 to 2018 (inclusive). Data are drawn from multiple sources, including the annual reports of Altice, its filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the prospectuses of Altice S.A. and Altice USA and the trade press. Findings The paper demonstrates how, until recently, Altice’s presence in France was relatively limited. This changed, however, with the acquisition of Numericable and SFR. These purchases, along with those of Suddenlink and Cablevision in the USA, were funded by a substantial increase in Altice’s debt burden. To address the negative consequences of this burden, Altice has retrenched through selling or planning to sell some of its operations and spinning-off Altice USA to its existing shareholders. Research limitations/implications The paper highlights the complexity of multinational telecommunication companies. The challenges of developing a longitudinal case study of a company that operates in multiple countries through cascading holding companies is also illustrated by the paper. Practical implications There is a need for more data to be available in the public domain. This will, amongst other things, facilitate the analysis of companies like Altice that operate internationally and bundle products together to enhance their competitiveness. Originality/value This paper charts the growth of Altice, highlighting the role played by frequent merger and acquisition activity and debt in shaping its development and strategy.

Abstract:
Background Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) is a narrowing of the spinal canal due to spinal degeneration, and its main clinical symptom is neurogenic claudication. Surgical treatment is pursued for patients who do not improve with conservative care. Patients with symptomatic LSS who also have significant medical comorbidities, although clearly in need of intervention, are unattractive candidates for traditional open lumbar decompressive procedures. Thus it is important to explore minimally invasive surgical techniques to treat select patients with LSS. Methods This retrospective case series evaluated the clinical and radiographic outcomes of a new minimally invasive procedure to treat LSS: pedicle-lengthening osteotomy using the ALTUM system ((Innovative Surgical Designs, Inc., Bloomington, Indiana, United States). Peri- and postoperative demographic and radiographic data were collected from a clinical series of seven patients with moderate LSS who were > 60 years of age. Clinical outcome was evaluated using visual analog scale (VAS) scores and the spinal canal area on computed tomography scans. Results Twelve months after the procedure, scoring revealed a median improvement of 3.7 on the VAS for the back and 6.3 on the VAS for the leg, compared with the preoperative baseline (p < 0.05). The postoperative central area of the lumbar canal was significantly increased, by 0.39 cm2; the right and left neural foramina were enlarged by 0.29 cm2 and 0.47 cm2, respectively (p < 0.05). Conclusions In this preliminary study, the ALTUM system showed a good clinical and radiologic outcome 1 year after surgery. In an older or high-risk population, a short minimally invasive procedure may be beneficial for treating LSS.

Abstract:
AbstractEmergence of new designs for internal combustion engines resulted in a necessity to search for new materials which will rise to excessive technological requirements under operating conditions of modern internal combustion engines of up to 150 kW. Focusing only on material properties, theoretically existing alloys should meet presents requirements. More importantly, existing materials are well fitted to the entire crank-piston system. Thus, there is a need for a more thorough examination of these materials. The paper presents studies on determination of coefficient of friction μ and wear for the A390.0 alloy modified with AlTi5B master alloy combined with EN GJL-350 cast iron. The characteristics of a T-11 tribological tester (pin on disc) used for the tests, as well as the methodology of the tribological tests, were described. Also, the analysis of the surface distribution of elements for the pin and the disc was presented. The studies were realized in order to find whether the analyzed alloy meets the excessive requirements for the materials intended for pistons of modern internal combustion engines. The results show that the A390.0 alloy can only be applied to a load of 1.4 MPa. Above this value was observed destructive wear, which results in the inability to use it in modern internal combustion engines.

Abstract:
Colorado potato beetle (CPB; Leptinotarsa decemlineata-Say) is a serious pest because it has developed resistance against insecticides. Three transgenic eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) lines bearing a mutagenized Bacillus thuringiensis Berl. gene coding for the Cry3B toxin, and the nontransformed control DR2-line were tested in field trials to assess their insect resistance. The transgenic lines 3-2, 6-1, and 9-8 were tested at two different locations in a randomized complete-block design. Samples were taken biweekly to assess the level of CPB and the presence of other insects. At harvest, total yield and fruit number per plot were recorded. Two transgenic lines showed high levels of resistance at both locations, as measured by CPB abundance and yield. Fruit production was almost twice as great in the highly resistant lines (3-2 and 9-8) as in the nontransformed control. The 6-1 transgenic line showed an intermediate level of resistance; it was similar to the control under heavy CPB pressure and was comparable to the other transgenic lines under milder infestations. Analysis by double antibody sandwich–enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (DAS–ELISA), performed on different tissues, revealed a lower amount of Cry3B protein in the 6-1 transgenic line than in lines 3-2 and 9-8. No detrimental effects on nontarget arthropods (including the chrysomelid Altica) were evident. Field observations confirmed that Bt may be able to control CPB infestation in eggplant, representing a potential effective and environmentally safe means of pest control.

Abstract:
THE EAST END OF LONDONwas not a common destination for the upper- or middle-class sightseer in the early nineteenth century. The requisite steamer ride down the Thames from London Bridge for the excursion out of the city to Greenwich would show, along the way, in the words of one tourist, “The Custom House and the Tower, the only prominent objects rising out of the dreary range of shabbiness which stretches along close to the water's edge” (Hawthorne 232–33). There was one exception to the habit of overlooking the East End: a significant proportion of the twenty-four million persons who passed through the Thames Tunnel between Wapping and Rotherhithe from 1827 to 1865 had indeed made the eastward excursion expressly for that purpose. Essential viewing at the time but little studied since, the history of the Thames Tunnel indicates the stakes and the consequences of remapping the urban topography of London during the era when middle-class tourism was being invented. Comprised of two 1200-foot-long arched passageways joined by a wall of open arches in an overall brickworked space of 22 1/2 feet high by 38 feet wide (Bobrick 58), the Tunnel was unique among the obligatory sights of the city in that it was also a practical thoroughfare employed as such almost wholly by the working classes. It was open twenty-four hours a day, and, as one visitor noted, it offered the unusual experience of emerging “in the midst of one of the most unintelligible, forlorn, and forsaken districts of London or the world” (Catlin 2: 112–13; qtd. in Altick 373), the docklands and slums of the East End. Through a half-century as a symbolic hub of London life from the years of its design and excavation (1824–43) to its conversion to a railway tunnel on the East London Line in 1869, the Thames Tunnel mobilized the tensions in the modernizing city between technological progress and social repression into a dense network of underground myths.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT We have recently reported Bacillus anthracis attenuated live vaccine strains efficiently expressing recombinant protective antigen (rPA) and have shown a direct correlation between the level of rPA secreted by these cells and efficacy (S. Cohen, I. Mendelson, Z. Altboum, D. Kobiler, E. Elhanany, T. Bino, M. Leitner, I. Inbar, H. Rosenberg, Y. Gozes, R. Barak, M. Fisher, C. Kronman, B. Velan, and A. Shafferman, Infect. Immun. 68:4549-4558, 2000). To isolate more potent Bacillus promoters for a further increase in the production of rPA, we developed a promoter trap system based on various gfp reporter genes adapted for use in both Bacillus subtilis and B. anthracis backgrounds. Accordingly, a B. anthracis library of 6,000 clones harboring plasmids with chromosomal B. anthracis DNA fragments inserted upstream from gfpuv was constructed. Based on fluorescence intensity, 57 clones carrying potentially strong promoters were identified, some of which were DNA sequenced. The most potent B. anthracis promoter identified (Pntr; 271 bp) was 500 times more potent than the native pagA promoter and 70 times more potent than the α-amylase promoter (Pamy). This very potent promoter was tested along with the other promoters (which are three, six, and eight times more potent than Pamy) for the ability to drive expression of rPA in either B. subtilis or B. anthracis. The number of cell-associated pre-PA molecules in B. anthracis was found to correlate well with the strength of the promoter. However, there appeared to be an upper limit to the amount of mature PA secreted into the medium, which did not exceed that driven by Pamy. Furthermore, the rPA constructs fused to the very potent promoters proved to be deleterious to the bacterial hosts and consequently led to genetic instability of the PA expression plasmid. Immunization with attenuated B. anthracis expressing rPA under the control of promoters more potent than Pamy was less efficient in eliciting anti-PA antibodies than that attained with Pamy. The results are consistent with the notion that overexpression of PA leads to severe secretion stress and have practical implications for the design of second-generation rPA-based vaccines.

Abstract:
Background: Phase I clinical trial for oncology drugs have the highest clinical failure rate. Drug candidates may be discarded if they don´t show activity. Yet these drugs may have valuable activity in patient subgroups. Biomarkers attempt to identify these sensitive subpopulations, but are normally evaluated and validated in Phase II when good drugs may have been discarded. OPB-111077 is a novel, oral, low-molecular-weight compound that inhibits STAT3 and mitochondrial electron transport. A prior Phase I trial on 145 patients from all tumor types gave only 1 partial response (PR). A strong anti-proliferative activity was identified in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) samples ex vivo. This new biomarker was used for patient selection in this trial. We present a novel design of a Phase Ib trial directly selecting patients with a potential biomarker, that can benefit the patient without increasing toxicity risks, in Relapsed/Refractory (RR) AML patients. Method: This is an open-label, phase Ib dose-escalation clinical trial to evaluate the safety profile, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and preliminary efficacy of oral OPB-111077 in AML relapsed or refractory to chemotherapy patients. Patients > 18 years old with high risk AML, ECOG ≤2 and adequate organ functions were selected for biomarker screening. Biomarker consisted on a dose response curve for antiproliferative activity of agent in a bone marrow sample of patients incubated 72-96-120h (Figure), quantified as the Area Under the Curve (AUC). Patient samples whose ex vivo biomarker showed low sensitivity (70% worst) we excluded, since they were potentially predicted as resistant to the agent. The remaining 30% with higher sensitivity were included. OPB-111077 was administered orally on a once daily dose schedule in 28-day cycles until intolerable toxicity or disease progression. Two dose schemas were evaluated: 200 (DL1) and 250 mg/day (DL2). Dose limiting toxicities were any Grade ≥ 3 non-hematologic toxicity and any unexpected non-tolerable grade II that requires delay beyond 1 week until recovery and evaluated during the first 28 days of treatment. Adverse events were graded according to NCI-CTCAE vs 4.03 and response criteria was based on those given by Cheson et al. IC50 and area under the curve (AUC) determined by the Vivia ex vivo biomarker were correlated with clinical response. Results: We screened 47 RR AML patients, twelve patients were included and selected by personalized medicine test (5 in DL1 and 7 in DL2), median age 76 years, 92% men, 42% ECOG 0 were included in the study. AML patients were refractory in 41.7% and patients were in median of relapses 2 (range 1-6). No DLT was reported. Adverse events related to study treatment were reported in three patients, all G 1-2: in DL1 one patient had vomiting; in DL2 one patient had extrasystoles and other had anorexia, diarrhoea, epigastric discomfort, nausea and vomiting. Two patients died during study treatment due to disease progression and respiratory infection. Half of the patients discontinued study treatment due to disease progression and 25% due to adverse events (respiratory failure G5, respiratory infection G5 and extrasystoles G2). Over the 6 patients evaluable for efficacy, 3 of them achieved PR and 3 treatment failure as best response. Progression free survival and overall survival were 57 days (95% CI: 37 - 77) and 95 days (95% CI: 27 - 163) respectively. The biomarker AUC and IC50 values stratified patients consistent with their clinical response, although without enough sampling potency for statistical significance. Figure shows the relative position of patients included in the study in the context of the overall population of samples considered to build up the mixed effect population pharmacodynamic model used to analyze samples results and define inclusion criteria. In green those that correspond to patients who showed a positive response; in orange those who failed. Conclusions: OPB-111077 is generally well tolerated and has a manageable toxicity profile. The MTD was not reached. The 50% PR rate achieved by OPB-111077, albeit in a few patients, is substantially higher that the 0.7% (1/145) PR rate achieved in a prior phase I trial on all tumor types1. This innovative Phase Ib design selecting patients using a biomarker may enable to rescue drug failures in the future. References: 1. Tolcher A, Flaherty K, Shapiro GI et al. Abstract:
Introduction: MAPK pathway mutations are present in more than 50% of patients (pts) with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM; Xu et al. Oncogenesis 2017; Kortum et al. Blood 2016). While MEK inhibitors have demonstrated limited single-agent activity in RRMM, combination with BCL-2 inhibition with or without PD-L1 inhibition may improve efficacy, by shifting the apoptotic balance towards cell death and increasing CD8+ T cell recognition and enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. We conducted a Phase Ib/II study of cobimetinib (C) as a single agent and in novel combinations with venetoclax (V) with or without atezolizumab (A) in pts with RRMM (NCT03312530). Methods: Pts with RRMM who had received 3-5 prior therapies, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory drug, were enrolled. Safety run-in (SRI) cohorts, SRI 1 and SRI 2, evaluated the safety of C+V and C+V+A, respectively. Pts were then randomized 1:2:2 to C (Arm A), C+V (Arm B), or C+V+A (Arm C). Pts received C 60 mg PO daily on Day (D) 1-21 (Arm A), or C 40 mg PO daily on D1-21 and V 800 mg PO daily on D1-28 (SRI 1, Arm B) and A 840 mg IV on D1 and D15 (SRI 2, Arm C) on 28-day cycles. Responses were assessed using IMWG 2016 criteria. Pharmacokinetic (PK) analyses were performed. Exploratory biomarker assessments included cytogenetics, mutational analysis, and PD-L1 and BCL-2 family expression (RNAseq). Results: As of May 6 2020, 49 pts were enrolled (SRI 1, n=6; SRI 2, n=6; Arm A, n=6; Arm B, n=16; Arm C, n=15). Median age was 65 years (range 44-79), 63% were male, 94% had ECOG PS 0-1, and 47% had ISS II/III disease. Median prior lines of therapy was 4 (range 3-5), with prior ASCT in 43% and prior daratumumab in 41% of pts. 24% of pts had high-risk cytogenetics (del(17p), t(4;14), t(14;16)), 20% were t(11;14) positive, 51% had RAS mutations (KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, NF-1), and 31% had high PD-L1 expression. The most common adverse events (AEs) of any grade (Gr; C/C+V/C+V+A) were diarrhea (33%/82%/91%), nausea (17%/50%/67%), anemia (17%/46%/57%), neutropenia (0/32%/57%), thrombocytopenia (0/27%/33%), blood creatine phosphokinase increase (17%/32%/24%), and rash (50%/14%/33%). The most common Gr 3-4 AEs were neutropenia (0/14%/38%), anemia (0/23%/24%), thrombocytopenia (0/18%/24%), and pneumonia (0/14%/14%). The most common serious AE was pneumonia (0/23%/14%). Two AEs of tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) were reported, with 1 meeting Howard criteria for laboratory TLS (t(11;14) pt on C+V, no dose interruption). Treatment discontinuation due to AEs was noted in 17%, 18%, and 14% of C, C+V, and C+V+A pts, respectively. At a median follow-up of 13.4 months (mo), there were 27 (55%) deaths overall (4 [67%]/14 [64%]/9 [43%]). The leading cause of death was progressive disease (PD; 2 [50%]/11 [79%]/7 [78%]). Two treatment-related deaths were observed (C+V: pneumonia; C+V+A: general physical health deterioration in the setting of PD). Overall survival (OS) for C, C+V, and C+V+A was 12.9, 12.4, and 23.3 mo respectively, and comparable with historical OS in 3L+ pts (Usmani et al. Oncologist 2016; Kumar et al. Leukemia 2017). No clinically relevant drug-drug interactions were identified between C, V, and A based on preliminary PK analysis. The overall response rate (ORR; ≥partial response) was 0% (0/6) for C, 27% (6/22) for C+V, and 29% (6/21) for C+V+A (Figure A). Compared with the non-t(11;14) pts, responses to C+V and C+V+A were higher among t(11;14) pts, with an ORR of 50% (2/4) and 100% (5/5), respectively. Median duration of response was 11.5 mo for C+V (range 2-18) versus 5.1 mo for C+V+A pts (range 2-15), with individual pt characteristics likely contributing to the observed difference. Prolonged disease stability and durable responses were noted in a subset of pts, irrespective of t(11;14) and/or RAS mutation status (Figure B/C). At data cut-off, 4 pts remain on treatment, 3 of whom are t(11;14) positive and 1 who is t(11;14) negative and RAS wild-type but BCL2/BCL2L1 (BCL-XL) high (log2≥2.3). Conclusions: C, C+V and C+V+A demonstrated manageable safety and tolerability in heavily pretreated pts with RRMM. Preliminary efficacy results show moderate activity of the combinations in all-comers and higher activity in t(11;14) pts, supporting a biomarker-driven approach in the development of V in MM. Further biomarker analyses may provide insight into the pt subgroups that may benefit from combined MAPK and BCL-2 inhibition, and the contribution of PD-L1 inhibition. Abstract:
According to vast statistics, more than half of traffic accidents are related to the failure of car tire pressure. This paper investigated the design scheme of the existing tire pressure monitoring system, then selected the appropriate sensor, converted the tire pressure signal into the corresponding voltage signal and outputed it. Finally displayed the measurement result by the digital display tube. The main problem to be solved is that selecting a suitable pressure sensor requires accurate measurement of the required pressure parameters; completing the conversion of the analog signal and the digital signal; setting an appropriate threshold value. When the value is exceeded, the audible and visual alarm signal is emitted. This design adopted the design scheme of direct tire pressure monitoring system. Firstly, the circuit diagram is designed in the Altium desigener software environment and the corresponding simulation experiment is completed. Then, according to a successful experimental scheme, the PCB circuit board is processed to complete the welding of the physical object. At the same time, writing the running program in the C language environment and use Keil software to burn the program into the single-chip microcomputer. Finally, the debugging and modification of the physical object of the single-chip microcomputer completed the expected function.

Abstract:
This paper presents a general-purpose data acquisition system is designed for control and test applications. In this data acquisition system, the connections of the input-output ports and peripherals are performed by employing the STM32L4 microcontroller with ARM-Cortex M4 architecture. The microcontroller communicates with the MATLAB-Simulink, transmits given commands to peripheral units, and receives data from the environment. The system has four digital input-output, two analog inputs, two analog outputs, four pulse width modulation outputs, an L298 driver, and encoder inputs. The connections of the peripherals with the microcontroller are transferred to the printed circuit board in the Altium Designer program to perform real-world applications and test. Universal Serial Bus (USB) is used to maintain communication between Simulink library and controller. This communication process provides not only the control of input-output, sensors and driver ports but also opportunity of transfer the process of sampled data. The library created in the MATLAB-Simulink environment interprets and observes the system’s data and controls the peripherals. This library contains blocks to control the overall system and each input-output. Proposed system is intended to be low-cost, accurate, reliable, high resolution, and compatible with various environments that may communicate over the USB port.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this study is to design a more flexible and larger range of the dimming circuit that achieves the independence of multiple LED strings drive and can time-multiplex the power circuit. Design/methodology/approach The state-space method is used to model the BUCK circuit working in Pseudo continuous conduction mode, analyze the frequency characteristics of the system transfer function and design the compensation network. Build a simulation platform on the Orcad PSPICE platform and verify the function of the designed circuit through the simulation results. Use Altium Designer 16 to draw the printed circuit board, complete the welding of various components and use the oscilloscope, direct current (DC) power supply and a signal generator to verify the circuit function. Findings A prototype of the proposed LED driver is fabricated and tested. The measurement results show that the switching frequency can be increased to 1 MHz, Power inductance is 2.2 µH, which is smaller than current research. The dimming ratio can be set from 10% to 100%. The proposed LED driver can output more than 48 W and achieve a peak conversion efficiency of 91%. Originality/value The proposed LED driver adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming at a lower dimming ratio and adopts DC dimming at a larger dimming ratio to realize switching PWM dimming to analog dimming. The control strategy can be more precise and have a wide range of dimming.

Abstract:
The aphorism lentius, profundius, suavius of Alexander Langer overturns the most famous citius, altius, fortius. It is both a program and a vision to face the most urgent challenges of our time. Outdoor is the priority action context to design possible ways of reconciliation with the environment, the only way to rediscover the balanced integration with nature that Adriano Olivetti indicated as an antidote to the harmfulness of the urban environment. Nature plays a decisive role in our society. According to the German philosopher Gernot Böhme, this general reference to nature on the one hand is indicative of a desire to compensate for a lifestyle that is increasingly distant from its rhythms and its essence, on the other it represents a profound and radical removal. The pandemic has definitively undermined some of the dominant paradigms, leading to the establishment of a new phenomenology of nature based on perception. The health issue has quickly, and perhaps irreversibly, changed our lifestyles and our relationships with nature. In high-altitude contexts, the archetypes of architecture become the concepts through which architecture redefines its dialogue with the landscape by innovating its grammar and semantic relationships. A complex dialogue that triggers new genealogies and belonging in which design solutions become an opportunity for experimenting and innovating processes, forms and technologies. The following projects address these issues with respect to two founding themes of architecture: the refuge and the threshold.
