Abstract:
Цель работы – отобрать генотипы растений рода Alissum устойчивые к повышенным концентрациям ионов никеля, меди и цинка. Были выбраны 3 вида растений из рода Alissum sp. семейства Brassicaceae, а именно: A. litvinovii, A. tortuosum, A. оbovatum. В ходе эксперимента из семян были получены растения, которых подвергли микроклональному размножению. Растения культивированы на средах, содержащих Cu2+, Ni2+ или Zn2+ в концентрации 50 – 100 – 200 µМ/л. В течение 6 недель проводили морфологические измерения и описания. После эксперимента было определено содержание ионов Ni2+ в сырой биомассе с использованием реактива Чугаева. Отобраны генотипы растений, устойчивые к избытку тяжелых металлов в среде и способные к активному росту в условиях стресса, генотип A. tortuosum № 6 превысил контроль в 2,6 раза, достигнув размера 46,7 мм (200 µМ Zn2+). Растения показали аккумулирующие способности в отношении ионов никеля в условиях in vitro. Генотип № 5 A. оbovatum аккумулирует 1,59 мг/г Ni2+ сырой массы, что в 8 раз превысило контроль (200 µМ Ni2+). Данное исследование подтверждает перспективность использования растений из рода Alyssum для фиторемедиации. The purpose of the work is to select plant genotypes of the genus Alissum that are resistant to increased concentrations of nickel, copper and zinc ions. Three species of plants from the genus Alissum sp. Brassicaceae family, namely: A. litvinovii, A. tortuosum, A. obovatum. During the experiment, plants were obtained from seeds, which were subjected to microclonal propagation. Plants were cultivated on media containing Cu2+, Ni2+ or Zn2 + at a concentration of 50 – 100 – 200 µM/L. Morphological measurements and descriptions were performed over 6 weeks. After the experiment, the content of Ni2+ ions in the raw biomass was determined using the Chugaev reagent. Plant genotypes that are resistant to an excess of heavy metals in the medium and capable of active growth under stress were selected; A. tortuosum genotype № 6 exceeded the control by 2.6 times and reached a size of 46.7 mm (200 µM Zn2+). Plants showed an accumulating ability with respect to nickel ions in vitro. Genotype № 5 A. obovatum accumulates 1.59 mg/g Ni2+ wet weight, which is 8 times higher than the control (200 µM Ni2+). This study confirms the promise of using plants from the genus Alyssum for phytoremediation. The final qualifying work of the master is 61 pages, 21 figures, 5 tables, 81 literary sources, of which 50 are Russian-speaking and 31 are English-speaking.

El presente trabajo de tesis se basó en la identificación de metodologías y herramientas para evaluar las condiciones peatonales en las etapas del ciclo de vida de un proyecto. Las metodologías tendrán los enfoques de la evaluación de la calidad de servicio y seguridad vial. Estas metodologías se aplicarán a una intersección adyacente a la estación Naranjal del Metropolitano y el posterior rediseño a partir de la lista de hallazgos. El rediseño se basará en manuales internacionales, y nacionales como el “Manual de seguridad vial 2017” y el “Manual de carreteras-diseño geométrico 2018”. El criterio para elegir la intersección a trabajar en la presente tesis fue el alto índice de accidentalidad en los alrededores. Se encontraron dos intersecciones que cumplieron con el criterio anterior, eligiéndose la intersección de las avenidas los alisos y Túpac Amaru por el bajo nivel de servicio vehicular tras la aplicación del software Synchro. Esta tesis está conformada por seis capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se plantea el problema y los aspectos metodológicos de la investigación. En el segundo capítulo, se detallan los conceptos de seguridad vial, la reducción de la accidentalidad por medio de políticas locales y las consideraciones para lograr un diseño urbano inclusivo. Asimismo, se muestra los criterios de los manuales y guías (con enfoque de movilidad y accesibilidad) que se aplicaron en la propuesta de rediseño. En el tercer capítulo, se exponen las metodologías para el análisis vial. Por un lado, se desarrolla seis diferentes metodologías relacionadas con el nivel de servicio y dos metodologías enfocadas en la seguridad vial para evaluar las condiciones que una infraestructura brinda a los usuarios no motorizados (peatones y ciclistas). Por otro lado, se explica las herramientas para evaluar el nivel de servicio vehicular: la aplicación de la metodología del Highhway capacity manual 2010 y el software Synchro. El cuarto capítulo, describe el distrito de Independencia y el impacto del “Metropolitano” en las relaciones entre medios de transportes motorizados y no motorizados. Además, se muestra el procedimiento para medir la intersección, el conteo de semáforos y los flujos obtenidos de las visitas en campo. El capítulo termina con la aplicación de las metodologías de análisis peatonal y software Synchro en la intersección elegida. En el quinto capítulo, se realizan los planos de rediseño a partir de la lista de hallazgos. Incluyéndose medidas de bajo costo y señalización adecuada. Finalmente, en el sexto capítulo muestra las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la tesis.

Abstract:
La presente tesis analiza las condiciones de tráfico actual de la Carretera Panamericana Norte comprendida entre la Av. Los Alisos y Av. Abancay con el objetivo de implementar un Sistema Inteligente de Transporte (SIT) para mejorar las condiciones viales. Como punto de partida se analiza la situación de la infraestructura vial y la demanda vehicular que tiene la vía en estudio. En la investigación se realiza un estudio de tráfico en el cual se hace toma de datos por dos días en diferentes puntos de la Panamericana Norte como: Puente Huánuco, Puente Caquetá, Cruce de Eduardo de Habich, Cruce de Tomas Valle. Durante el estudio se toman como base los flujos vehiculares que ingresan a la vía Panamericana Norte desde todos sus ramales de entrada. El siguiente paso es analizar la congestión vehicular en cada uno de los puntos de toma de datos, teniendo en cuenta la hora en que inicia y el tiempo que dura. Luego se analiza el nivel de servicio de la vía, en función a la metodología propuesta por el Highway Capacity Manual 2010 (HCM 2010). Al obtener los datos de flujos de vehículos, los volúmenes de máxima demanda (VHMD), las horas de máxima demanda (HMD), el nivel de congestión, el nivel de servicio y las características geométricas de la vía, se determina el tipo de Sistema SIT más adecuado para las características de la misma, así como el dimensionamiento específico para una mejor integración de las tecnologías en una arquitectura sostenible. En el último paso se realiza un análisis costo – beneficio mediante un contraste entre los costos de implementación del “proyecto” y los beneficios obtenidos de la implementación y mantenimiento de la tecnología con el objetivo de conocer la viabilidad del sistema escogido.
This thesis analyzes the actual traffic conditions of the North Pan - American Highway between Los Alisos Avenue and Abancay Avenue with the objective of implementing the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) to improve road conditions. As a starting point we analyze the situation of the road infrastructure and the demand for vehicles that has the road under study. In the investigation a traffic study is carried out in which a data collection is made for two days in different points of the North Pan American as: Bridge Huánuco, Bridge Caquetá, Crossing of Eduardo de Habich, Crossing of Tomas Valle. During the study, the vehicle flows that enter the North Pan-American Highway are taken as a base from all the entrance branches. The next step is to analyze vehicular congestion at each of the data collection points, taking into account the time it starts and the time it takes. After analyzing the level of service of the road, and based on the methodology proposed by the Highway Capacity Manual 2010 (HCM 2010). When obtaining the data of vehicle flows, the volumes of maximum demand (VHMD), the hours of maximum demand (HMD), the level of congestion, the service level and the geometric characteristics of the track, the type of System SIT more suitable for the characteristics of the same, as well as the specific dimensioning for a better integration of the technologies in a sustainable architecture. In the last step, a cost - benefit analysis is performed through a contrast between the costs of implementing the project and the benefits obtained from the implementation and maintenance of the technology in order to know the feasibility of the chosen system.

Lima Metropolitana representa cerca del 41.2% de la población urbana a nivel nacional donde uno de cada cuatro limeños vive en Lima Norte o el cono norte (Carabayllo, Ancón, Puente Piedra, San Martín de Porres, Santa Rosa, Comas, Independencia y Los Olivos). Además, Lima Metropolitana (incluyendo Callao) es la región que tiene más vehículos circulando por sus vías (1’752.919 vehículos), lo que representa el 66% de vehículos que existen en el parque automotor en todo el Perú, es decir más de la mitad de carros que hay en el país circulan por las vías y carreteras de nuestra capital; siendo los automóviles (807.529 unidades) los que más están circulando, seguidos de las station wagon (284.251 unidades) y camionetas rurales (236.502 unidades). La falta de planificación, acompañada del tráfico generado por la sobrepoblación y la mala logística, diseño e infraestructura de las vías urbanas, ocasiona que el tránsito vehicular y transporte de carga se vea afectado, originando el colapso de las intersecciones y retrasos en los recorridos de los usuarios. En el presente trabajo se analizará dos intersecciones congestionadas en la Av. Universitaria, una de las principales vías de transporte en Lima Norte. Las intersecciones son el cruce de la Av. Universitaria con la Av. Los Alisos y la Av. Naranjal. Se propone variaciones de canalización en la intersección y modificaciones del ciclo semafórico para reducir la congestión vehicular y se utilizara la metodología del HCM 2010
Metropolitan Lima represents about 41.2% of the urban population nationwide where one in every four Lima lives in Lima Norte or the northern cone (Carabayllo, Ancon, Puente Piedra, San Martin de Porres, Santa Rosa, Comas, Independencia and Los Olivos ). In addition, Lima Metropolitan (including Callao) is the region that has more vehicles circulating through its roads (1'752.919 vehicles), which represents 66% of vehicles that exist in the vehicle fleet throughout Peru, that is, more than half of the cars in the country circulate along the roads and highways of our capital; being the automobiles (807.529 units) the ones that are circulating the most, followed by the station wagon (284.251 units) and rural vans (236.502 units). The lack of planning, accompanied by traffic generated by overpopulation and bad logistics, design and infrastructure of urban roads, causes vehicular traffic and transportation of cargo to be affected, causing the collapse of intersections and delays in the routes of the users. In the present work, two congested intersections will be analyzed in the University Avenue, one of the main transportation routes in North Lima. The intersections are the junction of University Ave. with Av. Los Alisos and Av. Naranjal. It is proposed variations of channeling in the intersection and modifications of the traffic light cycle to reduce vehicular congestion and the 2010 HCM methodology will be used.

Western Europe Functionalism ideas are born of the need for scientific and technological progress in producing new materials and building technologies.  Today energy efficiency has become one of the most important characteristics of any project, where functionalism reflects well-designed building components. Reducing energy consumption, improving energy efficiency and minimizing greenhouse emission in the building is vital for the planet's survival. This study intends to provide expertise in design and construction disciplines to use the idea concept of Fallingwater and Villa Savoye, functionalist-style buildings, from the golden era of functionalism. This evaluation can help a new generation of designers and architects to improve the passive energy efficiency and daylight of studied concepts, pragmatic and organic. As a case study, the authors simulated and evaluated the energy efficiency of two conventional architecture designs stated above. Energy efficiency and daylight simulation of these functionalist-style buildings were executed using the BIM-based Building Energy Simulation (BES) tool. The indoor temperature variation and the amount of illuminance for each zone were assessed. The result indicates that the main temperature variation (mean air and operative temperature) in both buildings is not suitable for living and some parts of the regularly occupied floor receive too much direct sunlight. Based on the results, some passive energy-saving measures such as improving building orientation, material and shape, window wall ratio (WWR), adding external shading device, window position, and size are suggested to help researchers in the AEC industry in the future reforming process.

Laforgue ("Persée et Andromède, ou le plus heureux des trois", moralités légendaires), Walter Crane (the sirens three), A. Crowley (the argonauts) et R. Desnos ("Le fard des argonautes", "Sirène-anémone", le bain avec Andromède). Qu'il s'agisse de l'illustration accompagnant un texte, du traitement de la parole et du mot avec l'oracle, du débat sur la couleur de peau d'Andromède, de l'usage fait du conte de fées ou encore de la lecture conjointe des poèmes avec d'autres œuvres et du mélange des genres, le sujet se trouve porté à la fois par la singularité des poèmes étudiés et par la variété des types de réécritures. Cette étude s'intéresse moins aux formes diverses que prend le mythe dans ces œuvres que d'aller chercher, dans le poème, les replis que lui fait prendre la réécriture. En annexe sont présentés des versions manuscrites des poèmes étudiés.

À partir de l’étude de la représentation de l’écrivain fictif et son double dans deux textes de l’auteur états-unien Stephen King, le roman The Dark Half et la novella « Secret Window, Secret Garden », et dans deux romans de l’auteur québécois Patrick Senécal, Sur le seuil et Aliss, nous nous interrogeons sur la possible métatextualité du fantastique obvie nord-américain de l’extrême contemporain. Par un recours à différentes méthodes d’analyse et d’interprétation du récit, nous montrons que, dans les œuvres de notre corpus, ces deux auteurs de fantastique dit populaire emploient les mêmes outils stylistiques que les auteurs de littérature générale – procédés d’autoreprésentation, références intertextuelles, transgression des niveaux narratifs ou encore mise en relief de la fictionalité du texte. Par là, King et Senécal mènent à leur tour une réflexion sur l’écrivain, le processus créatif et le genre fantastique, sans pour autant renoncer à la monstration caractéristique du fantastique obvie. Ainsi, bien que les critiques opèrent généralement une césure entre un fantastique populaire et un fantastique littéraire, la frontière entre chaque catégorie est moins fermée qu’il n’y paraît. Notre étude montre en effet qu’un fort niveau de monstration n’exclut pas nécessairement une forte métatextualité. De plus, l’insistance sur la fictionalité du récit consécutive à la réflexion métalittéraire ne détruisant en rien l’effet fantastique, nous soutenons que, contrairement à la monstration, la métatextualité est constitutive du genre fantastique
Through a study of the representation of the fictitious writer and his doppelganger in two works of fiction by the U. S. Author Stephen King, the novel The Dark Half and the novella “Secret Window, Secret Garden,” and in two novels by the Quebec author Patrick Senécal, Sur le seuil and Aliss, I examine the possible metafictionality of contemporary North-American horror fiction. Drawing upon methods in literary analysis and textual interpretation, I show that, in these four texts, these two horror fiction authors use the same writing techniques as mainstream authors do – autorepresentation, intertextual references, transgression of narrative levels, and highlighting of a text’s fictionality. Thus, King and Senécal conduct a literary reflection on the artistic identity of the writer, on writing, and on the genre itself, without abandoning the horrific descriptions which characterize horror fiction. Although critics do make a clear distinction between horror fiction and fantastic fiction, the line between them can sometimes be blurred. Indeed, my study points out that a strong level of horrific description does not necessarily exclude a strong level of metafiction. Moreover, since the emphasis on a text’s fictionality resulting from the metafictional reflection does not ruin the fantastic effect, I argue that, unlike horrific descriptions, which are limited to horror fiction, metafictionality is inherent to the fantastic genre as a whole

Abstract:
A cathedral of the Church of England is the seat of the bishop and a centre of worship and mission. The history of this institution is followed from the English Reformation, which it survived, through to the Commonwealth, which it did not. Restored on the return of the monarchy, it then survived with little further trouble until the nineteenth century, when a lot of its income was diverted to the provision of churches and ministers for the populous urban and industrialised areas, which the Church could not fund in any other way. It was the subject of investigation by two Royal Commissions in the nineteenth century and three church-inspired commissions in the twentieth. These commissions stressed the links that should exist between cathedral, bishop and diocese, which the nineteenth century diocesan revival also encouraged, and suggested changes in instruments of governance to achieve this. Some proposals came to nothing, but others were brought into law. Unlike the Roman Catholic cathedral, the Anglican one never lost its autonomy. The religious situation in Britain today is considered in the light of some contemporary sociology and psychology, and it is recognised that the continued decline in the fortunes of the Church is tied up with the massive subjective turn which characterises contemporary culture. The cathedral has not shared the mistrust which faces the Church, and its various roles are discussed in the light of its continued hold on public affection. The conclusions reached are that, although the cathedral now has strong links with bishop and diocese, it should retain its independence within relationships of interdependence with them, to enable it to harness the popularity which it enjoys to remain a centre of worship, but primarily to concentrate on being a centre of mission. Appropriate ways of achieving that are discussed.

Brian Lee Goard, Ph.D. The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2011 Chairperson: Dr. Gregg R. Allison This dissertation examines the role of critical realism in the theological method of Alister E. McGrath. The thesis of the dissertation is that Alister McGrath uses critical realism in a way that strengthens his theological method and that serves a number of good theological ends, yet McGrath's methodology is in need of revision in some areas, and clarification in others, if it is going to be theologically acceptable. Chapter 1 introduces (1) the philosophy of critical realism, (2) Alister McGrath's work in theological method, and (3) the thesis and methodology of the dissertation. Chapter 2 examines the history and development of critical realism, beginning with the work of Roy Wood Sellars in the early twentieth century and concluding with a description of critical realism as developed by Roy Bhaskar. Chapter 2 argues that historically, critical realism has been a versatile method that can be applied to a variety of projects and disciplines. Chapter 3 delineates the main themes of McGrath's methodology and how critical realism affects those areas. Specific points addressed in this chapter include McGrath's prolonged engagement with other theological methodologies (chief among them being postliberalism), the concept of nature, natural theology, and the science-theology dialogue. Chapter 4 provides a critical evaluation of McGrath's use of critical realism. A number of positive conclusions about McGrath's use of critical realism are drawn, yet where McGrath has made problematic or underdeveloped applications of critical realism, both correction and suggestions for further development are offered. Finally, chapter 5 reviews the thesis of the dissertation and considers the method that has been taken in defense of that thesis. Specifically, it demonstrates how each of the previous chapters serve as evidence for the dissertation's thesis.

O presente estudo, levado a cabo pela professora-investigadora em 2010/2011 com uma das suas turmas de ensino regular do 7º ano de escolaridade de Inglês, visou a promoção da negociação e da autodirecção na educação em línguas, contrariando uma pedagogia de orientação reprodutora. Procurando atender às necessidades e interesses dos alunos e conciliar as exigências do sistema com a promoção da autodirecção, recorreu-se a uma abordagem pedagógica híbrida, na qual as aulas “normais”, dirigidas pela professora para o cumprimento do programa, foram intercaladas com aulas de aprendizagem autodirigida, baseadas na negociação de objectivos, conteúdos e modalidades de aprendizagem da língua. Os objectivos do estudo foram: (1) Conhecer representações e percepções dos alunos sobre a experiência de aprendizagem do Inglês; (2) Compreender o papel do aluno e da professora na negociação pedagógica, num ambiente de aprendizagem autodirigida; (3) Identificar potencialidades e constrangimentos da negociação pedagógica, num ambiente de aprendizagem autodirigida. Trata-se de um estudo de (auto)supervisão, enquadrado num paradigma de investigação naturalista, com recurso a estratégias de recolha de informação predominantemente qualitativas e com uma função simultaneamente pedagógica e investigativa: questionários, Roteiro de Aprendizagens dos alunos, análise de episódios de interacção pedagógica (videogravados e transcritos) e caderno de investigação da professora-investigadora. A metodologia adoptada dirigiu-se à compreensão e transformação da acção num contexto particular, aproximando-se da investigação-acção. A avaliação da experiência permitiu concluir que a negociação de sentidos e decisões despertou os alunos para uma maior consciencialização do seu estado actual de conhecimento e desenvolveu a sua capacidade de aprender a aprender. Ao assumirem um papel activo na gestão da aprendizagem, tornaram-se co-construtores do currículo-em-acção, num processo colectivo que alterou significativamente os modos de aprender e ensinar uma língua estrangeira. A abordagem seguida, de natureza híbrida, foi validada pelos participantes, revelando ser uma alternativa re(ide)alista face a abordagens mais convencionais, mais próxima do ideal defendido: uma pedagogia para a autonomia na educação escolar, neste caso na educação em línguas estrangeiras.
The present study, carried out by the teacher-researcher in 2010/2011 in one of her 7th grade English classes, aimed at the promotion of negotiation and self-directed language education, in opposition to a reproductive pedagogy. In order to respond to the students‟ needs and interests and harmonise the requirements of the system with the promotion of self-direction, a hybrid pedagogical approach was used. The “normal” lessons, directed by the teacher to accomplish the syllabus, were interspersed with self-directed lessons based on the negotiation of objectives, contents and ways of learning the language. The aims of the study were (1) to know the representations and perceptions of the students about the English learning experience; (2) to understand the teacher‟s and students‟ role in pedagogical negotiation in a self-directed environment; (3) to identify potentialities and constraints associated to pedagogical negotiation in a self-directed environment. It was a (self)supervision study within a naturalistic research paradigm. The research techniques were mainly qualitative and had both pedagogical and research purposes: questionnaires, students‟ Learning Route, pedagogical interaction analysis (videotaped and transcribed) and the teacherresearcher‟ s notebook. As an action-research methodology, its purpose was the understanding and transformation of action in a particular context. The experiment results show that the negotiation of meaning and decisions fostered students‟ awareness about their actual state of knowledge and developed their capacity of learning how to learn. By having an active role in their learning process, students became co-constructors of the curriculumin- action in a collective process which changed significantly the way of learning and teaching a foreign language. The hybrid approach was validated by the participants and turned out to be a re(ide)alistic alternative to more traditional approaches, closer to our ideal: a pedagogy for autonomy in school education, in this case in foreign language education.

Abstract:
Il était une fois...l'histoire d'une petite fille curieuse qui, en suivant un lapin blanc, découvre un pays merveilleux habité par d'étranges créatures. Cette fillette et cet univers, nous les connaissons, c'est l'Alice au pays des merveilles de Lewis Carroll. Ce conte a fait du chemin depuis sa parution en 1865 et ses pas l'ont mené jusqu'à aujourd'hui dans les mains d'un pionnier de la littérature d'horreur au Québec: Patrick Senécal. Depuis 1994, cet auteur est de plus en plus présent dans le panorama littéraire québécois, mais c'est son quatrième roman, Aliss, publié en 2000, qui retient ici notre attention. Dans ce roman, Senécal réécrit l'Alice au pays des merveilles de Carroll à l'aide d'un travail intertextuel et de réécriture. L'enjeu de ce mémoire est de découvrir de quelle manière s'opère la réécriture transformant le conte de Carroll en un nouveau texte qui propose une version moderne du sujet. Le récit de Senécal s'inscrit dans ce que Gérard Genette appelle l'hypertextualité : toute relation qui unit un texte (hypertexte) à un autre texte (hypotexte) dont il dérive. Dans nos recherches, ce sont les théories et la typologie intertextuelle qui servent de premiers moyens d'investigation. En sollicitant les catégories de la citation, de la référence et de l'allusion, nous sommes en mesure d'identifier et d'étudier les relations qu'entretient le récit de Senécal avec le conte de Carroll, mais également avec d'autres intertextes. Les théories de la réécriture et les concepts de répétition et de variation qui lui sont relatifs nous permettent d'analyser en profondeur les transformations apportées à Alice au pays des merveilles pour devenir Aliss. La réécriture joue notamment sur trois aspects. On assiste d'abord à un changement générique qui fait que l'on passe du merveilleux à une oeuvre se trouvant à la frontière entre le récit fantastique et le récit d'horreur. C'est notamment l'aspect cauchemardesque et fantastique déjà suggéré dans le conte de Carroll qui devient la source du glissement de genre. Pour parler de réécriture, il faut que l'on en reconnaisse obligatoirement le modèle. L'étude de la transposition des épisodes et des personnages d'Aliss, construits en miroir avec leur double carrollien et influencés par le changement générique, est donc nécessaire à la compréhension du phénomène. Finalement, en plus de s'approprier le conte de Carroll, Senécal intègre dans son récit l'auteur d'Alice au pays des merveilles et en fait un horrible personnage.
