Abstract:
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the internal communication process of Alano & Sons Credit Corporation during the calendar year 2019. This study used the descriptive research design with survey as the chosen data-gathering tool. The effectiveness of the communication process was measured using the components of effective communication. The respondents consisted of 171 regular employees of Alano and Sons Credit Corporation. Frequency counting, percentage, weighted mean, and ANOVA were used to answer the research problems and test the null hypothesis. The study found no significant differences on the level of effectiveness of communication process when employees are grouped in terms of sex, age, highest educational attainment, position, length of service, and area/office of assignment. The study also found that the employees see the overall communication process of Alano & Sons Credit Corporation as effective. This is consistent in all components namely, communicator, message, channel, feedback and environment. Furthermore, the evaluation on the effect of the barriers of communication present within the company found that the employees see them as having a significant effect.

Abstract:
Abstract The Varignano section (Trento province, northern Italy) provides an exceptional opportunity for a direct correlation between shallow benthic (SB) zones and standard calcareous plankton zones at the Bartonian–Priabonian transition (middle–late Eocene). This transition has attracted great attention by biostratigraphers in the last decades in searching for a boundary stratotype section. The Alano di Piave section (NE Italy) is the leading candidate for the base Priabonian Global Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP). However, at Alano, larger foraminifera-bearing resedimented levels occur exclusively well below the critical interval. Conversely, the Varignano section, located ∼80 km west of the Alano section, preserves several coarse bioclastic levels rich in larger foraminifera throughout the section. These levels are intercalated with basinal marlstones, crystal tuff layers, and an organic-rich interval. The Varignano section spans planktic foraminiferal Zones E10 and E11 to lower E14, calcareous nannofossil Zones MNP16Bc to MNP18 and Chrons 18n to 17n.2n. The main calcareous plankton events recently proposed as primary base-Priabonian correlation tools, i.e., the last occurrence of the genus Morozovelloides and the Base common (= acme beginning) of Cribrocentrum erbae occur, respectively, within C17n.3n and C17n.2n. We correlate prominent crystal tuff layers exposed at Varignano with those outcropping at Alano, including the Tiziano bed, whose base has also been proposed as the GSSP level. The Varignano section spans the upper SB17 and the lower SB18 Zones, with the zonal boundary marked by the first occurrence of the genus Pellatispira. This event occurs in the lower part of Zones E13 and MNP17A within C18n, well below all the potential criteria to identify the GSSP that also includes Chron C17n.1n base. We point out that the usage of shallow-water biostratigraphers in placing the base of the Priabonian at the base of Zone SB19 is inconsistent with the proposed plankton events.

As noções subsunçoras manifestadas foram: o mal-estar docente, o bem-estar, experiências de práticas de ensino, aulas práticas, bem como limites e possibilidades da atuação docente. Conclui reforçando a autoetnografia como uma metodologia de conhecimento intersubjetivo e da necessidade de práticas inovadoras para a atualidade da formação discente.

Tasarım sürecinden geçen ve alana uygulanan her tasarım, kentliye arz edilmektedir. Kentli alanı kullandıkça değerlendirmekte; değerlendirdikçe kullanmakta ya da kullanmamaktadır. Alanda tasarımın sürekliliğin sağlanması kentlinin o alanı tercih etmesi üzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda kentsel tasarım, tasarım çözümünün yetersiz kaldığı, bilinçsiz kullanım, vandalizm ve yetersiz alt yapı sistemleri kaynaklı durumlarda kentli tarafından tamamlanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Kentlinin kendi yorumuyla tamamlanan unsurlar “Do It Yourself (DIY)” yaklaşımı ile gerçekleşmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında; bu yaklaşımın, literatür, internet veri tabanı ve sosyal medya üzerinden örnekleri taranarak, kentsel tasarım ölçeğinde nasıl ele alındığı ve kentsel tasarımda hangi yetersizlikler durumunda ortaya çıktığı değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmenin ışığında kentsel tasarım çalışmalarında DIY yaklaşımının derinlemesine araştırılması için gerekli adımı atılmış; kentsel çevrenin tasarım boyutuna hizmet eden unsurlar üzerinden, DIY yaklaşımının gelecekte teorik alt yapısının oluşturulması, kullanıcı katılımcılığının ne derecede dikkate alınması gerektiği bakımından yeni bir perspektif açmış olmaktadır.

Научное наследие В.Ф. Миллера отмечено выдающимися достижениями в области лингвистики, истории, этнографии и археологии. Его глубокие познания в сфере этнических культур народов Северного Кавказа и прежде всего осетин позволили ему стать основоположником нового научного направления – нартологии. Им были сделаны первые попытки научного осмысления исторической основы существования эпических сказаний о нартах. Заслуги ученого в деле собирания, публикации и популяризации осетинских сказаний велики. Миллер первым высказал об интернациональном характере сказаний. Он же впервые провел яркие параллели между нартовскими сказаниями осетин и скифо-аланским бытом, послужившие весомым аргументом в обосновании этногенетического вывода о скифо-алано-осетинском единстве. Работы ученого заложили основы сравнительно-исторического исследования эпоса, успешно продолженного его последователями (В. Абаев, Ж. Дюмезиль). Труды Миллера, по определению Ж. Дюмезиля – «русского ученого высшего класса», не потеряли своей значимости до наших дней. V.F. Miller’s scientific heritage is noted for outstanding achievements in the field of linguistics, history, ethnography and archaeology. His deep knowledge of ethnic cultures of the peoples of the North Caucasus, and above all the Ossetians, allowed him to become the founder of a new scientific direction – Nartology. He made the first attempts to scientifically comprehend the historical basis of the existence of epic legends about the Narts. The scientist’s merits in the collection, publication and popularization of Ossetian legends are great. Miller was the first who expressed the international character of legends. For the first time he drew vivid parallels between the Nart legends of the Ossetians and the Scythian-Alanian way of life, which served as a weighty argument in substantiating the ethnogenetic conclusion about the Scythian-Alano-Ossetian unity. The scientist’’s works laid the foundations for a comparative historical study of the epic, which was successfully continued by his followers (V. Abaev, G. Dumézil). Miller’s works, by the definition of G. Dumézil, “a Russian scientist of the highest class,” have not lost their significance to this day.

Рассмотрен характер антропоморфизации и вероятная идентификация девяти сарматских богов и богинь. При этом визуализированных женских божеств в два раза меньше, чем мужских. Одни из персонажей были визуализированы лишь в единичном случае, другие имели два или даже три варианта иконографии. Немногие из них визуализированы без явного влияния других культур (№№ 1, 9), в большинстве случаев использовалась греко-римская иконография. Для четырех персонажей прослежен вклад Центральной Азии. Большое значение имеет предположительная идентификация персонажей с конкретными божествами, известными в алано-осетинской традиции или у других иранских народов. Ее удалось сделать во всех случаях. Идентификации мешает краткое время существования сарматских группировок, когда традиция быстро прерывалась. Анализ устных описаний в фольклорных текстах оказался достаточно результативным. Три божества у сарматов (№№ 10—12) не визуализировались в искусстве, но их облик в это время можно представить по другим источникам. The anthropomorphization process and the probable identification of nine Sarmatian gods and goddesses are considered. There are two times fewer visualized female deities than male ones. Some of the characters were visualized only in a single case, others had two or even three versions of the iconography. Few of them are visualized without the obvious influence of other cultures (Nos. 1, 9), in most cases Greek-Roman iconography was used. For four characters the contribution of Central Asia is traced. Of great importance is the presumed identification of the characters with specific deites known in the Alano-Ossetian tradition or among other Iranian peoples. It was possible to do it in all cases. Identification is hindered by the short existence of Sarmatian groups, when the tradition was quickly interrupted. The analysis of oral descriptions in the folklore texts turned out to be quite effective. Three deities the Sarmatians (Nos. 10—12) were not visualized in art but their appearance at this time can be imagined from other sources.

Sayısal yükseklik modeli (SYM/DEM) verileri kullanılarak haritaların oluşturulması ve alan hesaplamaları aşamalarında ArcGIS-ArcMap 10.3 programı kullanılmıştır. İlçede, 0-3.102 m aralığında değişen yükselti değerleri 10 sınıfa ayrılmıştır. 0-1.200 m arasında yükseltiye sahip toplam alanın oranı % 44,504 olarak bulunmuştur. 1.200-1.500 m yükselti grubu % 20,655 ile en geniş alanı kaplamakta iken, en az alan (% 0,444) kaplayan yükselti grubu 2.700-3.102 m olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulancak’ta eğim; hafif, orta ve dik olacak şekilde sınıflandırılmıştır. Dik eğim sınıfındaki alan miktarının, orta eğim sınıfındaki alan miktarından 4,609 kat fazla olduğu saptanmıştır. Dik (% 20+) eğimli araziler tarımsal faaliyetler için uygun bulunmamıştır. Bu alanlarda, ağaçlandırma çalışmaları yapılmalı ve doğal bitki örtüsü de korunmalıdır. İlçenin bakı analizine göre, kuzey bakı grubu olarak belirlenen kuzey, kuzeybatı, kuzeydoğu ve doğu bakılı alanların, ilçe yüzölçümünün yarısından fazlasını (% 56,214) kapladığı belirlenmiştir. CORINE arazi örtüsü 2018 verileri analiz edildiğinde; Bulancak ilçesinde karışık ormanların 163,822 km2 (% 22,757) ile en geniş alana sahip olduğu; buna karşın en az alana sahip olan arazi örtüsü sınıfının 0,212 km2 (% 0,029) ile deniz ve okyanus olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada ortaya çıkan verilerin, tarımsal faaliyetler başta olmak üzere, gelecekte Bulancak’ta yapılabilecek bazı araştırmalar için ön fikir verebileceği düşünülmektedir.

O acesso à educação é um direito de todos. Essa é a frase que motiva professores, legisladores e pesquisadores para o presente e o futuro da educação. Entretanto, a escola tradicional foi desenvolvida para atendimento a um perfil específico de alunos, não para o atendimento a todos, fazendo-se agora necessário buscar alternativas capazes de tornar esse ambiente acessível a qualquer perfil de aluno. Uma das alternativas identificadas para auxiliar nesse processo inclusivo consiste nas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC’s), mais especificamente no uso da ferramenta computacional. O computador pode tornar as aulas desenvolver, de modo integral, as capacidades do aluno, e tem sido muito utilizado no ambiente de ensino. Salienta-se que essa também pode ser uma ferramenta com grande potencial de contribuição para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem de alunos portadores de necessidades especiais (NEE), favorecendo as suas capacidades funcionais, estimulando a sua independência, socialização e inclusão. Nesse sentido, o objetivo do presente artigo consiste em analisar as contribuições do uso do computador nas atividades pedagógicas e no processo de inclusão de alunos NEE. A análise foi realizada em um colégio participante do Projeto Um Computador por Aluno (Projeto UCA), o Colégio Estadual Don Alano Du Noday localizado em Palmas (TO). Os resultados indicam que o uso do computador nas práticas escolares contribui para o desenvolvimento escolar, melhoria de notas e inclusão de alunos NEE. No entanto, esse uso deve ser acompanhado de medidas para capacitação da equipe escolar para uso adequada da ferramenta computacional de apoio e participação dos alunos e de parcerias governamentais e de universidades para o desenvolvimento de um projeto mais eficiente. O estudo contribui para o avanço escolar no uso de ferramentas que possam auxiliar no melhor desenvolvimento e inclusão de alunos NEE, além de contribuir para a compreensão das contribuições de um programa governamental implementado em escolas públicas. Pada era sekarang ini, pemanfaatan nanoselulosa sudah sangat luas pada berbagai bidang, seperti farmasi, kosmetik, elektronik, dirgantara, dsb. Proses pembuatan nanoselulosa dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara bergantung pada bahan baku selulosanya, tetapi secara umum meupakan kombinasi dari perlakuan kimia dan mekanik .Rumput alang-alang (Imperata Cylindrica) dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber selulosa dengan kandungan selulosanya berkisar 40%. Ekstraksi selulosa dari rumput alang-alang diawali dengan proses delignifikasi dan dilanjutkan dengan proses bleaching menggunakan H2O2 dan NaOH. Serat selulosa diperoleh kemudian dihidrolisis dengan asam sulfat 64% pada suhu variasi 35 dan 45 ͦC, pengadukan divariasikan pada 250, 500 dan 750 rpm serta lamanya hidrolisis divariasikan 1, 2, dan 3 jam. Sebelum hasil hidrolisis dinetralkan terlebih dahulu disonifikasi dengan variasi waktu 20 dan 30 menit. Untuk pengujian hasilisolasi nano selulosa digunakan cara SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopes) Dari penelitian ini, nano selulosa dari rumput alang-alang diperoleh melalui proses hidrolisis pada suhu 45 ℃, pengadukan 750 rpm, dan selama 3 jam, selanjutnya disonifikasi selama 30 menit. Kondisi ini digunakan untuk serat selulosa rumput alang-alang dalam keadaan kering.

Phytochemical screening test proved that the extract of Reeds (Imperata cylindrica) contained phenolic compounds tested using 5% FeCl3 reagent. Antibacterial test using agar diffusion method against Reeds extract in DMSO solvent. The phenolic compounds obtained from the saputangan leaves Reeds extract were 36.96 grams after undergoing maceration. Reeds extract of phenolic compounds with concentrations (200; 100; 50 and 25 ppm) had strength antibacterial where the average inhibition zone of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was 10.0 mm and the average inhibition zone was at Escherichia coli bacteria measuring 10.3 mm.

Kentsel açık yeşil alanlar sürdürülebilir kentsel gelişimi hedefleyen stratejik bir planlama aracıdır. Kentleşmenin önemli bir yönü olan açık yeşil alanlar kent nüfusunun fiziksel, sosyal ve psikolojik refahlarını iyileştirerek yaşam kalitesini artırmaktadırlar. Kentlerde her geçen gün yeşil alanlara olan talebin de artmasıyla, özellikle gelişmekte olan pek çok ülkede kentlerdeki yüksek düzeyde kentleşme ve genişleyen eşitsizlikler nedeniyle yeşil alanların değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Türkiye'nin ve Ankara'nın en kalabalık ilçelerinden biri olan Keçiören ilçesi çalışma alanı olarak belirlenmiştir. Keçiören İlçesi'nin metropol alanında bulunan 45 mahalle çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Türkiye'de kişi başına düşen açık yeşil alanların standardı 10 m²/kişidir. Ancak şehir parkı olmayan alanlarda kişi başına açık yeşil alan 6,5 m² olarak da ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma alanında kent parkı olmamasından dolayı her iki standarda göre değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Keçiören İlçesi kentsel alanında bulunan 45 adet mahallede mevcut durumda 4.737.740 m²'lik alana sahip 526 adet aktif açık yeşil alan olduğu ve kişi başına 5,2 m² açık yeşil alan düştüğü belirlenmiştir. 6,5 m²/kişi eşiğini 9 mahallenin aştığı, geri kalan 36 mahallenin ise bu oranı sağlayamadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Keçiören Belediyesi tarafından yapılması planlanan açık yeşil alanların tamamlanması durumunda; 7.360.341 m²'lik açık yeşil alana sahip olacağı ve kişi başına düşen açık yeşil alanın 8 m² düzeyine yükseleceği belirlenmiştir. Genel olarak çevre yolunun kuzeyinde yer alan yakın zamanda kentsel dönüşüme girmiş yeni yapılaşan çevre mahallelerde açık yeşil alanların daha fazla olduğu, yoğun ve sıkışık yerleşmelerin hâkim olduğu merkez mahallelerde ise açık yeşil alanların yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür.

Introduction. The territory of Karachay-Cherkessia since ancient times was a densely populated region. Life was especially intense in the era of the Early Middle Ages. In the period from the 8th to the 10th centuries the territory of modern Karachaevo-Cherkessia was in the sphere of interests of a powerful state association – the Khazar Khaganate. To protect their northern borders from the onslaught of the Arab caliphate and to protect the caravan routes in the upper reaches of the river Kuban, Khaganate built Humara fortress – one of the largest fortresses in Eastern Europe. Methods and materials. Based on materials from the excavations of the 70s – 80s of the 20th century (E.P. Alekseeva, Kh.K. Bidzhiev), as well as new materials obtained during the research of recent years (2007–2018) (U.Yu. Kochkarov), we can say that the main population of the site was a military garrison consisting mainly of the Alano-Bulgarians. The Bulgarian population dissolved after the dissolution of the Khaganate in the local environment. The fortresses is a 25 hectare area protected by a strong (4–7 m wide and 10 m high) wall of well-hewn stone blocks that has been preserved in the form of earthen ramparts that keep the remains of walls and battle towers under them. In the process of the work at Humara settlement, a high-precision three-dimensional computer model of the surface of the settlement was created by photogrammetric processing of the results of low-altitude aerial photography of the territory of the monument carried out by an unmanned aerial vehicle over an area of about 50 hectares. Analysis and Results. During the computer processing of aerial photography materials carried out automatically in the software of Agisoft Photoscan Pro, a cloud of high-density points (about 0.8 billion units) was obtained, which characterizes, with a high degree of accuracy, the microrelief of the surface of the settlement. The computer model of the microrelief of the Humara settlement does not only allow to realize three-dimensional visualization of the monument in various views and perspectives, but is also a productive analytical tool that makes it possible to reveal the characteristic features of the layout and spatial organization of the settlement hidden in its microrelief.

Bankacılığın bir risk yönetme sanatı olduğu genel kabul görmüş bir durumdur. Bu sanatı icra ederken belirli kurallar ve bir sürecin varlığı gereklidir. Risk denilince akla “karşılığında net bir zararın hesaplanabileceği olumsuz bir durum” gelmektedir. Ne var ki, bankacılığın ilk çağlardan beri bankacılık faaliyetlerinin temelinde olan “güven” unsuru gibi daha soyut riskleri içerisinde barındırmaktadır. Güvenin sarsılması ile hızlı bir şekilde yayılabilecek zarar, bankalara öngörülemez sonuçlar hazırlayabilir. Bu nedenle, bankaların risklerini hesap ederken sadece finansal, hesaplanabilir riskler için değil finansal olmayan riskler için de gerekli önlemleri almaları gerekmektedir. Türk bankacılık sisteminde finansal olmayan risklerin başında önemi giderek artan “itibar riski” gelmektedir. Bankacılıkta faaliyet alanı hesaplar ve rakamlar üzerine olduğundan, itibar riski sorununun böyle bir alana oturtulduğunda açıklaması ve hesaplaması ne kadar zor bir sürecin ortaya çıktığı anlaşılacaktır. İtibar riskinin yönetilmesi, süreci konusunda literatürde Türkiye’de bankacılık sistemine dair çalışmalar yok denecek kadar azdır. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kre Alang dan Sapu Alang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada makna atau arti dari sebuah tanda-tanda, simbol dan lambang yang tersembunyi pada Kre Alang dan Sapu Alang dan bagaimana diterapkan dalam kehidupan sekarang. Data diperoleh melalui analisis semiotika. Adapun tempat penelitian adalah di Dusun Sameri, Desa Poto, Kecamatan Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis semiotika menemukan bahwa dari simbol motif lonto engal, gili liyuk, lasuji terbentuk pada kehidupan masyarakatnya yang masih memegang teguh adat istiadat yang mereka percayai sebagai wujud harapan dan doa-doa, namun ada yang diterapkan dan terjaga meskipun ada juga yang mulai ditinggalkan akibat pekembangan jaman yang semakin modernisasi

Abstract Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi manages and supplies clean water to Palembang city. The distribution network system of Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi is expected to distribute water sufficiently to all customers in the 18 districts this Municipal Waterworks serves. However, it was found that in Alang-alang Lebar service unit water was not delivered sufficiently. Moreover, Alang-alang Lebar service unit plans to improve the service so that the system will serve increasing customers until the next 20 years. This study aims to analyze the water distribution system to find the cause of insufficient water in Alang-Alang Lebar; predicting the number of customers in the next 20 years, and propose some improvements in the distribution system. A computer program EPANET was used to conduct the simulations on pipe networks. Data required for hydraulic analysis using EPANET was obtained from Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi. The result shows that head pressure was the main problem in Alang-Alang Lebar. Adding discharge of pump reservoir, enlarging pipe diameters in some parts will improve the distribution performance. The proposed design of the distribution system will be able to deliver water for the next 20 years with an increasing number of the customer.

Pantai Alang-alang merupakan salah satu pemukiman di Pulau Karimunjawa yang memiliki padang lamun yang kondisinya masih baik. Ekosistem padang lamun merupakan ekosistem yang cukup kompleks dengan segala fungsi yang penting terhadap ekosistem pesisir Lamun merupakan tumbuhan tingkat tinggi yang hidup dan terbenam di lingkungan laut; berpembuluh, berdaun, berimpang (rhizome), berakar dan berkembangbiak secara generatif (biji) dan vegetatif (tunas). Klorofil merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi fotosintesis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai indeks keanekaraman, keseragaman dan dominasi lamun yang ada di perairan Pantai Alang-alang Karimunjawa, mengetahui kondisi perairan pantai Alang-alang sebagai tempat hidup lamun serta mengetahui kondisi lamun di perairan tersebut dengan menganalisis nilai klorofil lamun.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019 di perairan Pantai Alang-alang, Karimunjawa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 1 stasiun dengan 6 titik pengukuran garis transek dan 18 titik kuadran transek.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai keanekaragaman pada perairan Pantai Alang-alang berkisar antara 0,956-1,215 dengan kategori keanekaragaman sedang. Nilai indeks keseragaman lamun pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 0,834-0,992 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai indeks dominasi lamun pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 0,330-0,436 yang dapat dikategorikan rendah. Kedalaman lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 24-68 meter. Temperatur air pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 26-320C. Derajat keasaman (pH) pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 7-8 dimana nilai rentan tersebut masih dalam kondisi optimum. Salinitas pada lokasi penelitian bernilai 28-30 o/oo. Nilai intensitas cahaya pada udara berkisar antara 1.200- 11.000 lux sedangkan untuk nilai intensitas cahaya pada permukaan air berkisar 1.100-9.600. Nilai klorofil pada lamun perairan Pantai Alang-alang, Karimunjawa berkisar antara 5.430-19.507 mg/ml.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of manifestation of the influence of Islam in the Alanian monuments on the territory of the modern Republic of North Ossetia-Alania from the position of the possible acceptance of this religion by the Alans themselves. In general, in the North Caucasus, according to archaeological data, Muslim communities were represented in the pre-Mongol period. But for the region of interest to us, such evidence is not recorded. Individual artifacts presented in Alanian burials cannot serve as a basis for this. In the context of the funeral rites and other accompanying inventory recorded in them, one should assume the adherence of the buried and their community to their own traditional religion of the Alans. Therefore, one should reject the attempts of individual researchers to attribute the burials to Islamic ones. The spread of Islam among the multiethnic population of the North Caucasus during the period of its entry into the territory of the Golden Horde was repeatedly noted by specialists based on an analysis of archaeological material. This process was especially evident in urban centers. It was interrupted as a result of the end of foreign rule in the region. According to the researchers, some Alanian burials of the Zmeyskaya burial ground are associated with these processes. The direct influence of Islam in this area is also confirmed by other archaeological sites. As for the specific Alanian burials, the interpretation of the features of their funeral rite as purely Islamic raises certain doubts. Information from some written sources about the spread of Islam among the Alans of the North Caucasus also cannot be perceived unambiguously. It is possible that they were influenced by information about the conversion to Islam of a part of the Alans who left the region and settled in the capital’s center of the Golden Horde. Probably the transfer to the local population of ideas about its Islamization due to the fact of the adoption of Islam as a state religion.
